Paper thin walls: I can hear the kids next door screaming, the TV playing, them slamming doors, and the parents beating their kids Cant sleep at all Somebody must have already complained because the staff was obviously already aware of the issue when we checked in and the concierge told us, “sorry, I only have a room to put you in next to kids

Absolutely adorable cottages and fantastic breakfast! Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean Everything in the room is placed perfectly and with great detail Breakfast was delicious, especially the scones! Property is well maintained and the lights at night are a great romantic touch

We will definitely be staying there again The owner is extremely kind!

Most certainly a wonderful stay-cation! Kris and Allen operate a first-class B&B! The house is spacious, lots of room to roam, sit, read, play games (I beat my wife at checkers, she beat me at Yahtzee) Breakfast was exceptionally delicious (choose the french toast)! My wife and I had the opportunity to sit/talk with Kris and Allen about the house and how Pinner House evolved into a bed and breakfast I highly recommend Pinner House, you will not be disappointed

What a find! The Pinner house was absolutely perfect! The home itself is stunning – the charm of a historic home with beautiful modern upgrades and high end decor Luxe fabrics, layered textures, soft music, delicious smells – the attention to detail in creating the ambience of this home is apparent The bed was just as cozy! Aside from the furnishings, the service was impeccable

The delightful owners live just beyond the main house and we’re available for every need or question, but were intentional in providing their guests space We felt like we had the house all to ourselves The breakfast was so perfectly constructed in cute boxes for each guest with fresh baked scones that were to die for They truly thought of everything! I can’t wait to come back! Thank you for your hospitality ❤️

Super friendly staff! Exceptionally clean rooms, smelled like pine sol throughout the room/hallways/lobby good morning breakfast with many items to choice from Also very clean dining area

My family & I were very pleased with our over all experience! BIG SHOUT OUT TO WHITNEY & THE LADY WHO DOES THE BREAKFAST AREA! Job well done!! 🍀👍💐🙄

Suzie Jackson

This location is on point The rooms are clean and up-to-date They offer free breakfast which has eggs, muffins, a meat, oatmeal, grits, waffles, cereal, fruit and jucies and coffee

well laid out The only thing I would complain about is during the breakfast rush the morning I went down the head lady had the other lady mop before there was no spills I was watching and everybody was trying to get their food and the floor was super wet the other lady said something about it and the head lady said no they know what they’re doing but customers shouldn’t have to be walking around on a wet floor while trying to get their breakfast and slipping and sliding at the risk of falling that could have waited until the breakfast was over But that was my only complaint and it is a logical one I believe Now this place is simple there is no restaurant there is no bar but the eating area is a really nice atmosphere you could sit in non-breakfast hours and work on your laptop comfortably Has a very nice indoor pool a decent enough gym a work room and meeting rooms The night manager Cedric was great he was very personable and helpful I like the decor theme of this property and it is refreshing I love the size of the bathrooms and the modern walk-in shower There are convenient ice machines and vending machines throughout the entire building The customer service seems truly dedicated for the most part to making the customer happy I also want to shout out to Whitney for quick to help! Over all this Hampton is great! Oh and one more thingthe last two Hilton Gardens properties I satyed in stank literally ht this Hampton by Hilton smelled great everywhere I went!!!They seem to work well as a team and try to make you feel comfortable UPDATEtoday Cedric was as pleasant as always checking on me Also a young lady saw me in the sitting area working on my computer and it was hard to focus with the tv so loud but she approached me and asked if I would like the tv turned down some so I could focus!!!I didn’t even ask but wanted toI love it when people in hospitality are thoughtful and not just doing bare bones minimum!!! Shes a rock starand guess what her name is actually Star!!!!

First day, Room 502 smelled like weed/smoke (my husband has asthma) and had holes in the shower with a spider in it Scared my daughter so bad she almost fell out trying to get away Its ironic we left a quality inn due to the smell of smoke thinking the Hilton would be more upscale

We ended up switching to room 302 Second day, pool and hot tub closed; family was all geared up to swim but that didn’t happen Third day, the pool was closed (hotel maintenance) and this was the last day I was there I booked this stay for a large clean room and for the pool so I could spend poolside time with family whom I was visiting The price for this room compared to the lack in Hilton service coupled with smoky, outdated rooms was severely outweighed and truly a let down However, the housekeepers and receptionist were amazing 2 stars for good housekeeping (despite the spider), a comfortable bed, and pleasant receptionists Also, the digital key did not work on any doors

Enjoyed my weekend Staycation The king size Junior Suite was very comfortable The made to order omelet, 2 meats , pancakes and fruit for breakfast were tasty and there were a variety of breakfast choices as well as dinner choices in the Evening

I most enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzziFor warmer days or nights they also have a grill station and patio area But one hidden treasure I discovered there was the ballroom with its own private entrance available and boardroom which would be great for celebrations, weddings, reunions or moreAnd the staff from the front desk to breakfast to housekeeping was amazing

Some guest(s) violated hotel policy by smoking in the rooms This is a challenge that many hotel brands face However, there should be mechanisms in place to prevent, ideally, or reduce the aftereffects

Smoke trickling into your room is an awful thing to wake up to IMO Aside from things that were uncontrollable, the staff was exceptional Engaging and accommodating making my overall experience a decent one I’d rate them a 45 🌟 if they can find a way to prevent guests from smoking in rooms

Quiet place from when we stayed I know it is probably better in summer times Out of every place I have stayed this one is filled with fines for violating their rules

Ie no digging anytime or attempt to dig- 200000 fineNo thinking of using a propane counter top grill on picnic table 20000 fineNo leaving grey tanks open during longer stays No fine but prohibited and they will close your tanksCame across as a retirement community than a vacation get away

Ok so I needed a last min hotel in the area This had good reviews and good ratings so I figured why not Man! What a waste of money

So first off the first room I was in Had a dead roach in the bathroom the shower was visibly not cleaned! And there wasn’t even toilet tissue in the bathroom When I went downstairs to the receptionist, (I’m not sure if she knew the person) but she was extremely rude to her! She was speaking to the customer like she was incompetent in a loud firm tone I told her about my room And she did move me across the hall That bathroom wasn’t exactly the best either but at this point I was like ok as long as the bed ok I’ll tough it out I couldn’t wait to get out of there the next morning I can’t tell you how the breakfast was I mean how it started I tried not to overlook and think stuff because otherwise I would have had to find another place and it wasn’t that many options that time of night But there is no way I would ever again stay there!

Staff was wonderful, but hotel really needs some cleaning and updating Trash was overflowing by elevator Elevator doors definitely needed cleaned, looks like someone spilled coffee or something all over them and they were like that our entire stay

Our room was nice but the shower curtain had an inch of thick mold growing across the bottom and we had one towel that’s all

Alicia Midey

Had amazing service here! This is the second year in a row I have made a trip to Suffolk and stayed The staff was all very helpful and kind Made me and all my guests feel welcomed

Marshall, the manager, really stood out He helped us even carry our bags and deliver some things to our friends staying there as well I will stay here again

Erica Anstey

The hotel was nice It looks like they have been upgrading it little by little Our room wasn’t as clean as it could be (very dusty) but the beds were comfy

Would be nice if they had more upgraded ways to charge devices My only real issue was that our room clearly had someone smoking in it before us (it’s a non smoking hotel) We tried to switch rooms but the Febreez smell was so strong in all the other rooms that I could not handle it It’s waaaaay overpowering I’m not sure if they are trying to cover something up The staff were super nice in trying to accommodate me though If you are sensitive to smells and chemicals, do not stay here

Customer service was nicebut that was the only Marriott standard I noted at this location

The cold breakfast was not free, nor was the coffee! The general area was clean…but there were empty beer bottles at the outside lounge area for the entire week I stayed One room from the party I was with wreaked of marijuana, forcing a move…another just smelled musty The TV in my room was bolted to the desk…and didn’t fully swivel toward the bed I’d recommend bypassing this place and trying the Marriott across the parking lot

Ms Capricorn

This location can be easily seen from the road There is plenty of open FREE parking Handicap accessible

There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and movie theater nearby Just off I664 Staff is helpful, gracious, and friendly Breakfast is not included; however, I recommend local places to eat in or place an to go orders Door Dash is used in the area There is a gym and an inside poolWhat really impressed 👏 us was that the rooms were immaculate We used our black light on the carpet, bed, couch, and bathroom; there were no fluids The hotel gives you sanitizer wipes in your room, and there are sanitizer stations throughout the hotel
