We upgraded this from The Worst Western to The Not the Best Western Positives are it was quiet, comfortable bed and pillows good air conditioning and the fridge freezer was amazing It froze water even in the fridge part and held so much

Downsides is it smelled of cleaner covering up pet/smoking/mold Desperately needs renovation Curtains and carpet were ripped, everything slightly moist No hot water at all… Security latch on the door was broken and hanging off I had to borrow cleaning supplies to take down a spider nest in the corner of the window near the bed However the employees were friendly and helpful as they could be No luggage cart upon check out but I was loaned a laundry bin on wheels which did the trick Next time I’ll go for a 3 star minimum hotel You get what you pay for basically

The property itself looked great upon entry, until we got to our room The room was not vacuumed; there was left over bits of food on the floor from the previous guests We have a 10-month-old crawler and we couldn’t put him on the floor

We also booked this place because we wanted to swim; unfortunately, the pool was closed due to the misuse of previous users/guests (what we were told by front desk) The shower was also dirty; someone elses hair was on the shower curtains When checking in, the guy at the front desk did not provide any information as to the closure of the pool, when breakfast and check out was, nor were we offered additional towels since we were a family of 3 I have worked in hotel hospitality and for $140 for one night, I expected our stay to be relaxing after a long drive, with some family time at the pool I suppose we could’ve switched rooms, but we didn’t realize it was dirty until about 2100 when we were finally settling in after dinner and getting ready for bed It was too late to pack everything and move, just to sleep, wake up, and then leave I also overheard a family complaining about the cleanliness of their room, so why botherI would like to add that breakfast was decent and it wasn’t busy at 0730 There is also a good selection of restaurants around the area to try out for dinnerREPLY TO OWNER: 1) we didn’t have any friends with us during our travel and my husband, nor I, went to the front desk to inform the clerk about our room situation I am not sure who you “offered another room” to, but it was not in relation to our trip or my review2) The front desk clerk did not specify that the pool was closed due to an incident involving a baby; he made it sound like it was a much more inappropriate incident Regardless, we should’ve been notified about the closure upon check in, so that we could’ve made other arrangements I would also like to add that I called day of, and was told there is a pool but closure was NOT disclosed Clerk informed us after we had already got dressed, went down to the pool, and then asked about pool hours as it was only 1830 He claimed the pool had been closed for several days3) I will call the hotel, however, we are from out of state and will most likely not be back

Being a hotel in Greensboro this one is one of the best! My friend came here out of town and stayed here this weekend and their room was clean, had a fresh smell, it was quiet at night, the air made the room feel sooooo good and the beds was so soft, clean, comfortable and I can go on and on I don’t even remember falling asleep because I knocked out talking because I was so relaxed! The people at the front desk was so friendly that we actually stood there and had a whole conversation which happens very little now and days! The breakfast had so many different options to choose from! Etc Eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese that you can throw on a sandwich, pancakes one morning and waffles the next, fruit, cereal, oats, fruit, fruit juices and coffee! Also another good thing about this hotel is that you can bring your fur baby! I saw so many doggies I fell in love! Thank y’all for being a fantastic hotel and when my friend comes back in town this will be our first option to choose from!

The rooms are very clean, quiet, and comfortable The only downside is no microwave ovens in the room (there was one near the ice machine, however) Also, the sliding glass door for the shower wouldn’t stay shut

We remedied this by laying a washcloth on the door track while showering Restaurants and some box store shopping was within walking distance

Garry Smith

I was thinking on arrival what a beautiful room but after further inspection, no trash can liners, toilet had urine stains and was unclean on inside as well I believe the room was not properly cleaned Fortunately I had brought disinfectant wipes and did the whole bathroom and room where I could

Also, the Hotel is supposed to be no pets allowed, upon departing saw woman walking down the hallway to her room with a pet I am not sure how they operate with the cleaning of the rooms but am suspect that they do not change the linen on the beds I had left my lounge wear under the sheets at the very bottom of the bed and they claimed they did not find them

Our flight was delayed all day so we arrived after midnight The hotel’s shuttle doesn’t run that late so they sent us a taxiThe Lobby and front desk area is beautiful and nicely decorated

Worst hotel stay I have had in years Hotel in dire need of room renovation or AT LEAST good maintenance! Lobby looks nice and breakfast was hot and good Entire room was wet from carpet cleaning, including the sofa, tub would not drain, mirror door on closet fell off in my hands

Thanks for a memorable last night of vacation The bad way Staff were polite and nice, but the rooms in the hotel are an utter waste of money Splurged for a suite for my family and was terribly disappointed

Erica Devito

Checked in on Friday Walked into overwhelming chemical smell If I had time I would have gone elsewhere

I was unaware that the pool was under construction and that they apparently have hazardous chemicals on the premises The room was a mess! Broken lamp, tile, outlets, bathroom fan etc filthy carpet, torn Spent the weekend trying to figure out why my child was having problems with his skin Thought it was the competition pool, when we finally returned home and found out from another parent about pool repair at hotel The overwhelming chemical smell, that was everywhere is clearly the issue The other parents child had breathing issues while at the hotel This reaction could take weeks to resolve Now to find out just what chemicals are there I told them of all the problems and was offered a measly 10% discount! Seriously! What happened to the Hampton inn guarantee? Breakfast was gross No orange juice even Had to purchase breakfast next door at Biscuitville Tried to sit in lobby and talk to friends but it had to be 95 degrees in there in the evenings Perfectly fine in the morning though Seemed as if the evening guy didn’t want people hanging around so he kept the air off Waiting to see if I even hear from manager The neighborhood is questionable Local police said it’s not the best That’s being nice about it Beyond disappointed Check in was a huge hassle even Would not stay here again

Russell McCue

The premium WiFi was basically non-existent (<3 MB/sec when you could get it connected) Told the front desk and they said that they didn't have control of that Digital keys didn't work

Breakfast was badStains everywhere in the room Nice room that would be great if they had the staff and time to clean them Not a bad place, just needs to take care of what they have and correct their tech issues

Extremely nice staff any issues or concerns are quickly addressed with absolute empathy I really love everything so far The rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable it has an at home slash business feel My heat wasn’t working and they wanted to give me another room but I liked my room and was willing to wait until Monday for maintenance to come to fix it

I just requested to extra blankets I received those from the kindest housekeeping staff I haven’t encountered in a long time Then the front desk calls me to tell me they were sending maintenance to my room to fix the heat I was so impressed because I didn’t mind waiting at all but he came fixed the heat and I’m grateful Thank you for going above and beyond for me but I didn’t mind waiting at all

Danielle Kotch

This is my first and last stay at this hotel I had nothing but issues with it and some of their staff They were doing construction on the parking lot, which inconvenienced my stay in so many ways

The pool is tiny and there isn’t a hot tub The beds are comfortable Everything else leaves a lot to be desired Would not recommend this hotel We needed maintenance on three separate occasions The air conditioning was set to 60, but I was sweating We needed to leave the room to have the unit replaced The stay was so terrible, we got a night comped by the general manager

Kaylee Aleshire

Everything was okay with this hotel except that fact that our room was right across from the equipment room, which was a very loud area in the morning It was also pretty clear that our bathroom had been cleaned to a very low standard as there was an open soap bar still in the shower and the wrapping for it was next to the shower curtain Overall an okay stay, great for the price we paid, just could use some attention to cleaning and noise levels

The staff is very friendly, the beds are comfy, and the microwave/refrigerator setup in the room was very nice The issue we had was miscommunication The staff should know the policies of the hotel and not spout off on what they think it is

Our room went more than three days of not being cleaned because of pure miscommunication The fan in our bathroom did not work, and the small elevator is creepy Also, the dining room and kitchen needs a major overhaul

daniel deutsch

Decent if unexceptional Billed as a 4-star but really comes in at a 35

The staff really make the place Friendly and helpful, big shout-out to Kenneth, who are responsive Oddly, there was no toilet paper holder in the room’s bathroom Apparently there renovations going on that did not account for toilet paper holderswell, there you go There is a 24 hour fitness center and pool which is nice No movies offered in the rooms just cableagain, there you go Overall, not a bad stay but a forgettable experience

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel in Greensboro because we were doing college tours for our son and because of our familiarity and great experiences at Hilton properties so this was a no brainer When we arrived we were greeted promptly and courteously We received our keys and the complimentary famous DoubleTree cookies

That was the best part of our stay When we got to our room, we immediately noticed a foul odor, the bed wasn’t made properly and the carpet looked worn, dirty and old This is not what you’d expect from a mid tier Hilton property So we decided that we were going to go to another hotel because this wasn’t going to workI went to the front desk and told them we wanted to check out and gave the reasons why They promptly checked me, said sorry and refunded the charge of the room but it was less than what we paid but I figured it was due to the reservation being through a third partyAfter several days, I noticed that I hadn’t received my refund so I called the hotel directly, explained the situation to the front desk staff and they explained that I had to call the third party to get my refund I ask the associate what her first name was so when I spoke to Expedia, I could give them a name and that would help with my refund She flat out refused to answer, saying that DoubleTree associates don’t give out their first name over the phone Seriously, you can’t tell me your first name even though I was a guest at your hotel??? Then I asked if I could speak to a manager who would be more helpful and she told me that they don’t have managers that work on the weekends!!!At this point, I was done and there was nothing left to say to her because she obviously didn’t value me, my time or the situation I then called my credit card company to help get my refund which they were able to doI DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this Hilton property because the rooms are not up to date, the beds are not comfortable, the rooms smells, the hotel is dirty and the front desk willfully and purposefully lied to meUpdate: The Assistant Manager Tracy said she is not the one who spoke with me so I have removed that from my review However, the fact remains that the female front desk associate didn’t want to provide her name and said that managers do not work the weekends which undoubtedly was false!

The service was amazing All the people working were amazing Room was ok

Shower is super small, air conditioning didn’t work They were at full capacity and you could tell We order from the restaurant in the hotel The food made me sick for 2 days Also no room service at all We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I wish we had chosen a different hotel We won’t be back

Rodny Dahlgren

I rarely leave reviews, good or bad because I feel they are a matter of opinion only and not necessarily factual but let me give you some facts about this hotel! The hallway outside my 2nd floor room smelled like someone heated up fish in a microwave but the smell never went away over time! Other guests were laughing, singing, playing and yelling in the hallway with no regards to other guests As I was sitting on the couch watching tv, I thought someone was coming through the door as someone hit it so hard that it sounded like they were kicking it in The room was actually large, spacious and fairly clean

Good luck getting any sleep in here though This is my 3rd stay here for business and most times you just have some jerk guests that ruin it for everyone but it’s the same story every single time and I will never return to this location They need to start throwing people out or they won’t have repeat customers

As my family walked in the main entrance I was very surprised at how nice it was But as I entered the room I was some what disappointed! There was no tub only a stand up shower and the bottom of it wasn’t all that nice The couch was not vacuumed, there was hair and dirt at the top if the bed, and only had 1 wash cloth in bathroom The walls had what looked like crayon or marker on a few places

We were there with a large group and was not informed that the outdoor pool wasn’t working Breakfast was decent

No POOL No Pool No Pool!it’s there just no water When I questioned the pool being out of order, was told it’s stated on the website It’s NOT

Searched 5 times, nothing noted on site (they probably will put something now, lol) Had 3 rooms booked, only had 2 in their system Many of the rooms we had were not clean! Some had to get a new room due to uncleanliness of original room Breakfast, Friday morning the eggs were so extremely salty we could not eat it Saturday breakfast was better, cheese omeletteIt would’ve been nice to know that their pool was, and has been out of order We could’ve went to different hotel that had a pool for all our kidsRecommendation, DO NOT STAY HERE

This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in! No kidding! The first impression should have been a red flag but we were in town for a wedding so we sucked it up Overflowing trash and a dead plant greeted us as we entered the lobby Our first room had clearly not been cleaned

The bathroom had hair in the sink, mold in the shower and a broken toilet flusher I called the desk to change rooms but no one answered the phone I went back to the lobby to request a clean room I don’t think that term registered with the manager Our second room was only slightly better At least the toilet functioned and the sink was cleaner We did not eat the free breakfast because that area did not look very clean either Even The coffee was just lukewarm so we just went out for breakfast There was a broken liquor bottle in front of the non working elevator When I told the manager about the broken glass, she nonchalantly said that someone else mentioned that too It was finally cleaned up but there were still shards of glass visible We never did get housekeeping service to our room and when we mentioned it when we checked out, the manager acted clueless and just said she was “new”The entire hotel needs new management and housekeeping staff as a minimumAvoid Hilton hotels if at all possible! There are lots of hotels that do a much better job caring for their customers

Taiwo Adeleke

This was a horrendous experience The hotel was dilapidated and dirty The rooms are small, disgusting, smelly and outdated

There was leakage in the bathroom and kitchen sinks Which were both full of hair I’m assuming from the previous guests The breakfast was revoltingly not edible The pool was closed due to a heating issue which was false advertisement The staff was very rude and not really helpful at all There were sketchy guys coming in and out of the place all the time I don’t know if they lived there or not There were tons of garbage bags filled to capacity piled up in the hallway overnight because none bothered to come take the trash out I would have checked out early but we were there to visit my dying uncle who is in hospice with stage 4 cancer I have never stayed in a motel before but I would imagine this is how mortifying it would be This place needs new management, new housekeeping, new maintenance and remodeling as soon as possible I would never recommend anyone to stay in a Hilton Home2Suites unless they are looking for a dirty motel 6 vibe This was unacceptable I would like to file a complaint with corporate as well

Tammy Anderson

This location and its staff were great They were very welcoming and accommodating During our visit to the AAU Junior Olympics, we booked with a different hotel chain and after staying 2 nights canceled the rest of our reservation and decided to look for better accommodations

We ended up in Virginia Beach, unfortunately due to last minute we were unable to find accommodations at your any of your properties on the beach, so we stayed at another chain no words for that property Luckily for us your location had rooms available when needed to be back in Greensboro for my grandson’s last event at the Olympics It was great, the best sleep, cleanest property, family friendly, quiet, accommodating and just overall experience we had on this trip It was well worth it Pay a little more for comfort

As a Diamond Elite member, I expected so much more My 1st room was a disaster There were roaches, the tub panel looked like it was stained with blood or rust, couldn’t tell the difference

The bathroom ceiling appeared to have water damage from the room above because it was peeling and looked corroded The shower was filthy There was no power in the kitchenette, had to use the toaster at the sink vanity The curtains were dirtyAfter three complaints & mentioning to shorten my 30 days stay, I was transferred to another room, which was much better but still not up to the Marriott standards that I’m accustomed to I still wasn’t 100% satisfied so I ended my 30 days stay earlyAlso, just like EVERY Residence Inn I have ever stayed in, the side entrance door didn’t work with the room key so it had to be propped open with a rock so the guests could have easier access to their rooms, which we all know is unsafe

India Eddie

I reserved the suit It advertised a king size beds, it was more like a small queen The room was in serious need of repairs

Pictures missing, but holes remained The bottom of the dishwasher was missing leaving exposed wires Big stain on the carpet The lights above the sink do not work Trim through out the room was broken off the walls There was still food residue on the plates and silverware Wall paper peeling off the wallsOther than that, the room was great!

Gary Vogt

Hotel was very nice My room was obviously recently remodeled and I did not experience any of the negative issues others have mentioned The breakfast area was clean and had a good assortment for a hotel buffet style breakfast

You could see construction materials on the ground in the parking lot but there was no safety concerns from rhe materials I was happy with the hotel

I cannot be more clear as to how unprofessional, inappropriate, rude, and disruptive the manager – Shawn Patel was to my family We drove to Greensboro from CT to attend my niece’s wedding We are a big family of 6

My wife called perhaps 6 times in advance to confirm a specific room type (2 double beds and a pull out couch) During our drive down we were told that our reservation was canceled! We were obviously upset (no foul language, not yelling but upset) The front desk associate would not connect us to the manager as he was ‘busy’ when we asked to speak to him We called back immediately and the manager answered immediately (he was obviously right next to the associate) He explained that the hotel had a weather issue that caused flooding but that the repairs were complete and our reservation was not affected Great! We confirmed again – yes 2 double beds and a pull out couch The next day we are 15 minutes from the hotel and wanted to see if the kids could use the pool as it was probably too early to check in “Sure no problem” “And just to confirm the room 2 double beds and a pull out couch?” “No – sorry its not available” ???!!!! We get transferred to the manager – SHAWN PATEL He is obviously frustrated and assumes an inappropriate tone His first words are “is this the person that’s been yelling at my staff?” (?? Um what?) No not yelling – but yes upset He goes on to tell us that the room we requested and confirmed 6 times is not available We do not fit as a family of 6 SHAWN’s RESPONSE: “Well I’m just going to cancel your room” WE ARE NOW 2 MINUTES FROM THE HOTEL AFTER A 15 HOUR TRIP “What? NO DON”T CANCEL IT!” He states that he is canceling our reservation and hangs up on us I pull in to the hotel The front desk girl is all smiles I see the manager and say “Excuse me – you just canceled my reservation and hung up on my wife?” SHAWN”S RESPONSE: “I’ve been getting yelled at all week long by customers over these repairs and I’ve had enough I can choose to refuse any customer I want Here – take my card and tell someone who cares” Staying as calm as I can: “I just drove 15 hours You confirmed our room yesterday We called and confirmed many times You messed up Shawn What can you do to help us? We have no place to stay!” SHAWN’s RESPONSE: I didn’t mess up Leave or I’ll call the police”What a fine piece of work Shawn is As a lifelong Marriott member I could not be more upset He was beyond unprofessional He absolutely ruined a long planned vacation

If I could leave no stars I would The hotel was nice but they keep charging my card for the room multiple times an no one can explain why Waiting on the manager to call me back

My mom who also got charged multiple times has been waiting on the manager to call back since Monday and it is now Thursday We left the hotel on Monday and they still charging us now

No privacy here The staff will walk in your room at anytime and not announce themselves First night it happened at 2am and scared us to death, luckily we had the lock on so they couldn’t fully get in

Again the next day around 2pm and 3pm someone knocked on the door this time while we were trying to get rest before our concert It was the same person twice and I answered the door the second time and the person explained to me that we had been checked out of our room and she was there to clean it So then I had to go downstairs and reactivate our keys because they checked us out even though we had a two night stay And then our final morning there, around 10 AM another person tried to get to our room but again we had the lock on so they fully couldn’t get in I was very disappointed with our stay and did not feel secure there Wouldn’t recommend especially to women traveling alone

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly! Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed The beds were super comfortable!! I stayed here with one of my friends and we felt very safe in this area Close to the highway so you’re close to the airport, Greensboro coliseum, etc

There are also a lot of restaurants about 5 minutes away!

A very clean hotel, the rooms were nice Convenient location to the airport and 20 mins from the Truist Stadium Pool was crystal clear even with JO’s going on

However the breakfast has no meat The breakfast wasn’t very big in general If your vegan it wouldn’t bother you, but if you love meat all they have are omlettes, waffles, blueberry scones and muffins And of course cereal, but no meatOverall it was a very pleasant experience, just be aware of the breakfast Also despite the hotel being near the airport, you can’t hear the planes takeoff and land unless your outside That means the walls aren’t paper thin

Very nice, clean newer hotel with comfortable beds and rooms I really liked the walk-in closet! The best part was the hotel staff They are friendly, helpful and very attentive

The woman who worked the evening desk brought us a wine opener, cups and ice buckets ( with ice) and even pitchers of water so we could have a little covid happy hour on the outside patio! The staff made the difference between a nice place to stay and an enjoyable place to stay

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property The reason for the 1 star, was the customer service I received We were in town for a concert

Did an early arrival check in for 3pm Upon booking the room, we paid extra to have a high floor As well as documenting in the special request We were put on the second floor So they asked did I request the high floor, I told the gentleman I did, and also provided my confirmation So then he goes to ask me did I call the hotel to see how many floors it had Of course I didn’t!! Nonetheless this hotel only has 5 floors So I asked to have both rooms switched due to the fact I paid for it None of the rooms were clean He couldn’t tell me a time frame as to when they’d be done as well So I told him we’d go get lunch and come back We return around 415 get our keys and head to the new rooms Get to the room and this room wasn’t finished being cleaned Beds weren’t made, dirty sheets on the floor So I called downstairs to explain, and had to be moved to another room By this time it’s a little after 5 We planned to leave by 6, causing us to be late for the show All and all this wasn’t a good stay for us Your front desk agents could have been a little more knowledgeable and kind Also, failed to mention they charge for parking and the amount of the deposits/ incidental fees They also didn’t have name tags on for me to leave with this review I don’t believe I’ll be staying at the Hyatt in Greensboro again The customer service experience goes a long way

Held our company sales conference at this hotel About 70 people at its peak over the course of a weekIt could not have run smoother

The staff is professional, the hotel is clean and well organized Pam and Shayla in Sales really did make it awesomeThe staff kept us up to date and informed ever step of the process both in the pre event set up and during the event itselfThe hotel is downtown so its a short work almost anywhereI highly recommend you check it out

My husband and I stayed for an anniversary overnight As downtown business owners, we were excited for this opportunity The location and room itself were nice enough

However, there were several stains on our sheets that looked like they had been cleaned but stained none the less For $300 a nightor really any price, it was gross We were also charged $7 for parking! Crazy Now, I emailed management about our experience 7 days ago and have heard nothing An acknowledgement of our complaint would be nice The gentleman at the front desk was rude when I approached him the next morning with our complaint and just gave me a card to email the manger Again, with tax our room was almost $300 and then $7 for parking Really expected better

Room was non-smoking, but you could smell someone had smoked House keeping did a good job of cleaning but you could tell Evening reception was nice, they should use two bartenders during peak hours

The location is great and with the exception of those few issues I always enjoy myself when I stay there The chefs are great and I recommend ordering from the restaurant at least once during your stay

Some other reviews talk about this location being dated I couldn’t agree more I often read these reviews and think “dated” means it’s not brand new

This location is dated “dated” The pool isn’t heated as advertised They charged for parkingThey advertise their happy hour social but I didn’t attend because the line was wrapped around the atriumThere is a breakfast provided, of which we may have collectively eaten 8 bites of All you could take in the gravy was garlic and the powdered eggs has transformed into bits of yellow rubberI wouldn’t say don’t book this location There are most definitely worse options for lodging But, I would advise that you manage your expectations before booking here The staff is awesome!

UPDATE: Came in to our room this evening to one of the best cleanings we’ve had from a hotel Everything was organized perfectly and super clean Manager replied to my original review with a great attitude

+2 stars!Legitimately one of the jankiest places we’ve ever stayed atWhat you get for $215/night (a *premium* suite!):- wallpaper peeling off the walls- carpet pulling up from the floor- couches that look like they came from the goodwill- bathtub that doesn’t drain- shower that barely works at all- room service *by request only* 😂- blank walls where paintings used to be?This place looked like it hadn’t been updated for a decade

I’m in the middle When we arrived in our room we had to request for someone to come fix the ac We waited an hour while it was being fixed

The handle on one of the dressers fell completely off when we opened it to put our things away There was some shotty electrical work on the bathroom ceiling I found several spots of mold in the bathroom Myself and my children are asthmatic I was told there was nothing they could do that evening and to let someone know in the morning I spoke with Vivian the next morning She said there was no room to move us, she would send someone to take care of the “organic growth” and would comp one night When I checked out the front desk told me that they had no record that I made this complaint I showed pictures of the mold, the lady at the front desk took my phone back and forth to show the manager the pictures I took and said they were too busy to come out for a moment because they were doing payroll This went on for 30 minutes At this point I was frustrated because it seemed like they were trying to make me prove something although I had already spoken with two representatives They finally agreed to comp one night After going through all of this I told them that I believe two nights would be a better option for compensation The manager offered me points in lieu of one of the two nights and I refused They finally honored my request for two nights Additionally, the pool was filthy The bottom was brown I was there for a family reunion I gave them a three because, although reluctant, they did compensate me for the issues encountered

When you walk in the door the chlorine smell from the pool is so strong, carpets were dirty, and staff unwelcoming When I arrived to my room it smelled musty and the smoke detector was missing off the wall I took a picture and went to speak to the guy (Chris) at the front desk

I showed him the picture of my room and told him my issues His response was “it will be fine as long as you’re not smoking nothing is going to happen “ I asked to be moved to another room, given a discount, free night stay or something He again smirked and said I can have someone look into it tomorrow Well I am moving my daughter into her dorm in the morning I just drove hours to get here and this is the accommodations of this Hilton establishment?! We always book (Hilton) properties and this by far has been the worst I will NOT be returning to this hotel

Some of the staff were not welcoming There was a Caucasian lady working the front desk on 3/13/22 morning around 6:40 AM As my Aunt and I walked to the front of the lobby, she just stared at us with a nasty facial expression and she watched our every move

As my aunt and I purchased something to drink, I asked her if we could get some cereal and a banana She very rudely stated that only if you are member Her tone of voice was very disrespectful and I didn’t like the way she made us feel! She treated us like we didn’t belong there and she made us feel like we were trespassing When we made it back to our rooms, I couldn’t go back to sleep because I kept thinking about how we were treated I decided to write this review to express my thoughts Based off of this, I will never stay at this location EVER again I regret purchasing a room here I didn’t travel over 200 miles for my family and I to get treated like we don’t belong To any future guest that stays at this location, please be aware of the profiling that comes along with your stay
