I would definitely stay here again We stayed for a single night and the room was really nice The garden view really helped you feel like you were out of the city

The waterfalls and plants created a nice escape The pool was great! Breakfast was reasonably affordable at the Earl Cafe and was delicious 4/5 stars because our King bed was pretty stiff, though we still slept well The shower could use some maintenance

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a room They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This place is one of the highest rated in this area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t regret itBeautiful grounds/garden with waterfalls, rivers and bridges There are also a few patio swing chairs along the paths to rest and relax while taking in the tropical water features/landscaped views Love hearing running water with balcony doors open in our room, which was very clean and had very comfortable bed! In addition, Employees were so nice and helpful! (Swim Pool also has a big waterfall feature)

I’d like to start by saying that John at check in and cliff at valet we’re both amazing! Both genuine people with great customer service I’m rating this property a 3 star due to the lack of maintenance It’s a beautiful property however it needs some attention

Starting with the elevators, they give off a dirty vibe with the scuff marks all over the carts Cart 12, had a foot print on the top left side Gross! Elevators definitely need to be cleaned The room I stayed in had two beds, one of which the mattress was sloped outward, the ceiling fan was loud which, okay- I understand that but it looked like it was ready to fly off the wall Lastly we had dual sinks and the hot water faucet on the sink to the right was hard to turn which is a super easy fix for maintenance All they have to do is change out a cartridge Aside these few issues, I didn’t really have time to explore the hotel much Hopefully this review will give insight to the next person booking

The location was okay but the staff did not prepare properly for incoming guest The room was not ready well after check in up to 3 or more hours after 3pm There was no breakfast in the morning as food supply ran out extremely quick by 8am I heard with thr staff only trying to close the doors on guests rather then inform or try to do what they could

The shower was scolding hot making it near impossible to take a decent shower The price was up there as well n the basics were not met very well I’d recommend the site to partially refund everyone that experienced the short comings over the weekend I would not recommend this place Others places for less that are nicer and do a better job with service

Nice place to stay with a family Service was excellent Responded immediately to all our needs

Nice and clean, well kept resort Lots of space in our rooms to stretch out Even the bathrooms are spacious Liked that the dining table held all 6 of us The only negative is that part of the pool and slides were closed, but that may be due to a staffing shortage

Whitney Weston

Super family friendly and a great place to stay! It’s the perfect distance from the strip The pool is amazing Each room has two bathrooms and king sized beds! I would 10/10 recommend you stay here! Also the kitchen is like fully stocked I included pictures so y’all can see exactly what they have

Full sized fridge, over, and dishwasher

Steve Zamek

The hotel could easily get 5 stars but unfortunately it didn’tI’m posting here detailed notes so that the management can make improvements

The goodSpacious room, nice pool, gym, friendly staff, cleanI loved the food in their restaurant – good options, tasty and reasonable pricesThe badThe better half of the pool was closed as “it’s not the season yet” (???) The entire pool closes at 6 pm Why?? It’s very warm after 6 and lots of lightThe room was noisy as they put us on level 1 next to the entrance (room 3109) Every time someone entered the building the room door would shake and make noiseDespite the great pics on the website our room was facing the parking lotThe checkout is by 10 but the pool only opens at 10 am So if you check in after 6 you miss the pool entirely

Awesome place The kitchen had everything we needed We cooked there and ordered in

It was nice to have the option Took the kids swimming in their heated pool The only downside was for smokers, which we are, we had to walk down to designated smoking areas Not that we smoke in the room because we have kids but being able to smoke on the balcony wouldve been nice But other than that it was a great stay Very family friendly

The grounds are well kept and the offices are really nice!! I would stay here again and definitely recommend!!!

Valerie Alfonso

Lovely quiet location, off the strip but the have around the hour shuttle to take you to the strip The room was big, clean, with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils Do smell a little like Marijuana even though is a non-smoking room (don’t think the prior residents were following rules 🤔) I don’t mind it but I had to fabreeze it

I don’t want to be charged extra Besides that the place is very nice, good staff n quiet I will recommend

Robin Walden

Diyandra Villegas

Definitely one of our favorites! This is exactly what a low key suite is suppose to be As shown in the pictures it had everything we needed It is also part of MGM so your able to walk through

It was definitely comforting, it is valet only so make sure you carry change And if it does fill up there’s a self park located behind the buildings but they do offer a shuttle drive back to the hotel It was not stated in our itinerary but there is a $100 a night hold with a max of $300 Also they should have a designated smoking area I feel that’s something they could work on for those who do smoke

David Milner

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a resort This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be disappointedLoved it here! I stayed in the deluxe suite My room was clean and had a nice view! It came with a fridge, microwave, whirlpool bathtub, and even a stove top in case you want to cook your own food My only gripe is that with it being such a nice hotel, there’s no room service Public service announcement: They offer free valet parking for guests You are allowed to park your car with them so you can check in Once you return with your room key they can park your car The Signature has their own parking garage, so don’t go to the MGM Grand!

Psychic Roni

Need better service! Waited on bellhop for an hour because the system had an error Housekeeping never came when I needed them Valet told me they were closed after we just left to get food and we had to complain to get them to park our car

Lobby under construction hurt ambiance Loved the room though with balcony and strip view Very roomy felt more like a studio condo instead of hotel Had a nice kitchenette Loved the shower and tub Bed was comfortable Table in room scuffed and old lookingneeds replaced Carpet had some stains No smart TV This hotel is so in need of renovation I saw a museum artifacta DVD player 🤣😂 The hallways look run down I’d stay again though because overall the room was nice overall nice stay

Christine McCullough

It was ok I was here for a business trip and, at the time of booking I was happy with the price and location to where I needed to be for my work there The room is very spacious, quiet, clean, and my view was awesome

The door to my room couldn’t shut from the inside unless I slammed my hip into it with all my force, or used all my might to pull it shut from the outside My last night there, there was no water to my room at all There wasn’t a number to call to ask about it anywhere listed in my room No one answered the number listed for them on Google so I had to go down to the lobby late at night to find an empty lobby counter and a sign for a different number to call I called and the lady said the water might be back on in maybe 2 hours and didn’t express any empathy as to how disruptive no water all night would be to their guest Customer service goes a long way in general, but especially in a city that has literally thousands of other hotels to choose from I do not feel inclined to stay here again when I come back Their bag retrieval kiosk wasn’t working when I went to use it my first night The outside bag drop guys were great though Only other issue was one of my sinks was clogged and drained very very slowly I read another review that this place is a bit outdated, and it’s true I didn’t take advantage of the kitchen appliances besides the fridge, which was leaking inside, but that kitchen area was a nice feature

I. Sahagun

We booked suite for 4 days So far Horrible customer service, the most basic appliance has not worked since we arrived

the microwave Day two and Nobody seems to know anything and wants to blame someone elseso unprofessional We are hoping they replace the microwave The price does not match the service We got the pen house suite and and the fact that we don’t have trash bags which is something so basic and kept calling house keeping which is taking forever In addition the valet parking is horrible! They don’t have enough parking so be prepared to park at MGM and then walk back and hopefully you get refunded $1500 for parking at MGM And if you are lucky to get valet parking at the hotel please plan accordinglyit takes like 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get your car They only have a few valet drivers Extremely understaffed The only positive is the view from the balcony is nice and the balcony is huge

M Osiris

Room the we got with bookingcom was greatBig, clean, nice view and all amenities that one needs

The checking on the other hand took 25 minutes (no joke) While i was the first person in line Only 2 employess ware at the register, each with a customer already and that took 25 minutes Insane and just poorAlso the walk to the district takes you through a labyrinth of shops and a casino floor, there is no direct wayBut again the room made it up for it in my case

This is a wonderful, family friendly hotel that offers several different room sizes We stayed in a 2 room suite, where each room was a suite of its own The main living space had a living room, a dining table, and a full kitchen

Staff is always very friendly and ready to help They also have a schedule that changes every week of activities that they host that everyone is welcome to attend, though some will require calling ahead to confirm attendance My family loved how central this location was to everything, being just a 2 minute walk from the strip We will definitely be staying here again in the future when we visit Vegas!

Bela

This hotel is beautiful, clean and fresh from the time u walk in It’s in front of Planet Hollywood shopping centre with convenient shops and food restaurants to choose from just across the streetWe had the 2 bedroom villa which was perfect for our group of 8

From the moment we checked into the hotel, Diego the clerk, was the most pleasant & accommodating Nice clean rooms Excellent food at the Brass Fork restaurant with some delectable pastry desserts, our fave was chocolate cake! Very nice gift shop with some unique gifts Security patrolled parking lots & a 7 eleven store nicely next door

Felt very safe here! Highly recommend if you don’t want the busyness of staying on the strip

Misty Laird

We didn’t feel like dealing with the parking/traffic hassles of the strip for this one day visit I have to say, pleasantly surprised by all the efforts they are putting in to make this location a real contender It was pleasantly bright, and even different entry points to the casino floor that let in a little natural light

There were drink attendants in every area, and they were frequently offering drinks There was a lively crowd at the table games, and either 2 or 3 craps tables going on a Friday afternoon, off strip Bathrooms were modern, very clean and stocked They have a few restaurants; the line for the limited seating oyster bar was around the corner We didn’t try it this time, but it definitely smelled good and will be first in line the next time All in all we had an enjoyable time, and felt appreciated by the facility Oh yeah, and we left with our bankroll even after buying lunch, so I mean, that’s a plus right there 😊 To finish up, just want to point out that the old days of Vegas are gone Most casinos are trying to squeeze nickels everywhere they can Parking fees, less comps, less free/promo play, and the food Anyway this was a nice change of pace If I had to fault one thing It would apply to many other casinos around here Why is Panda Express in so many? Their food is just mediocre I guess people eat there to stretch the bankroll for the slots Its just weird having fast food in a place that is excelling in other areas

Brandon Morrill

To be honest, this place was everything I hoped it would be It was a convenient location off the strip, economical, clean, and welcoming We stayed here for just one night as a stop towards our ultimate destination

I didn’t make the reservation until later that same day I called in and they were very helpful and transparent and got us the best/cheapest room that was available As I was traveling with my wife and three year old, weren’t too interested in the casino aspect of the hotel so I can’t speak to that but I didn’t like that we didn’t have to walk through too much of that to get to our room So I’d say it’s a good place for family if that’s what you’re looking for Not the most luxurious place by any means but I would definitely stay here again

We are staying here for the third time now We came back because we liked the previous stays We keep our expectations for services realistic, and quite low, frankly, in the current pandemic

However this time, a dozen things went wrong They did not give us the room we booked, but a smaller room at the same price with a view of garbage bins The blackout curtains are shorter than the window, which was a bummer after a night of restless sleep because the room was too warm and the AC was too loud, which also dried the air horribly as expected The microwave does not work Most outlets in the room do not work The water for tea and coffee downstairs are tepid at best Strange institutional white lights in the room The front desk folks are rude Never staying here again

DIA BACA

Beautiful interior, wonderful Guest Services The staff are charming and welcoming of children Nice quiet peaceful area without traffic, although it is located next to a freeway, it is high up enough and it has sound blockers

It has good placement for catching the view and outstanding scenery as well as the grounds being well-groomed You won’t be hassled or harassed for hanging about and taking it all in I give this five stars for sure come check it out!

Walter Schroder

I realize that it’s extremely tough finding staff right now But that’s simply not an excuse for the property not only to be dirty but down right disgusting at times I also realize that they are doing renovations but what I saw has nothing to do with renovations

Nasty stuff smeared on the walls and door handles The shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages Mildew and dust all overRenovation related putting tape over the smoke detectors isn’t a good ideaOn the plus side, the bed was extremely comfortable And the chef was helpful during breakfastOtherwise, avoid this property

We came here because we had such a good experience when we came a few years back At that time we were taken care of by a wonderful hospitable employee and the room was incredible This time we asked to upgrade the room so we had more space for our small children as we had a long drive and they needed room to expel energy

We were charged for the upgrade at full price of the room – meaning we basically paid for an upgraded room and a basic king We were asked if we wanted a remodeled room or not for an additional fee We opted for an upgraded room When we got to the room we were disappointed to find it was not cleaned and unidentified liquids all over the tables and walls The bathrooms smelled as though they had been backed up for a week We tried to give our kids a bath and the water wouldn’t heat up We called and were told the engineer would come up and take a look at it -this was around midnight After waiting for a short time we decided it might be best to avoid staying up all night and request a new room When we called again we were told we weren’t being patient enough and that we needed to wait longer When we asked for the new room they said they would not change the room unless the engineer deemed ours unworkable We turned on the water again and waited until the engineer arrived about 45 minutes after the first call Within 5 minutes of his arrival the water finally began to heat up and we were told to stay in our room Expect to wait 45 minutes for your water to heat before being able to take a shower We were disappointed in the service provided and the standard of guest treatment they have from their employees -I will admit after the second call I was not at my best due to our long drive, how late it was, upset children and the status of our room As a guest I had expected a clean room, a room that didn’t smell like a sewer and functional hot water within a reasonable amount of time (45 minutes did not seem reasonable to me) we were disappointed to have paid an additional room price, and get the room we got with the service provided Wish we could be refunded but that’s as big a dream as wishing we never stayed hereOn the positive side we were not directly on the strip

This hotel, prior to the hitting of Covid was a great place to be at, especially when the float parade took place above the casino The parade was stopped and according to one employer, the parade may never return due to new ownership of the Rio by the Caesar’s groupThe hotel rooms were nice, though the mini-bars have disappeared, and the furniture seemed rather dated

The price of the rooms was fantastic though it is hard to swallow the nearly $40 per night resort feesWith the right mindset this place can be really hopping again, and a great destinationThe show WOW was exactly that: WOW!! Great show that you could take your young kids, perhaps as young as 5 to it The price of drinks in the show will leave your wallet much lighter though sadlyAll in all, I hope Caesar’s will continue to make this a great place again! It was worth the money to stay there!

This hotel has so much potential The rooms are nice, spacious, and have really amazing views However the quality feels lacking compared to some of the other hotels

No mini fridge, no coffee pot, and the room had some plumbing issues The grounds were awesome So much to do in the hotel The casino was great Friendly staff, fun environment, and clean I wish it was a little more updated

Wow! We loved our stay The front desk personnel were genuinely friendly Sarah checked us in and gave us a perfect room placement

We loved the courtyard and flowering trees Our college aged son really loved the pool The suite was really nice too We didn’t get wash cloths with our towel sets, but it didn’t matter, as I had packed a few for our travels in the car

Amy Hollen

Loved having 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with full kitchen Couple issues

there’s not enough hooks or places to hang towels & your clothes in the bathrooms Used hangers in closets to hang our towels Bathroom off main bedroom wasn’t cleaned when we checked in, but everything else seemed clean Beds & pillows were comfy Location was great Pool was relaxing after long day

Excellent stay! We booked the 2 BR 2 BA unit for my husband and I and 2 teenagers It was spacious and clean Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly

My only suggestion would be for the staff to ‘patrol’ the pool area a bit more frequently One of the nights we were there, a whole family was smoking weed inside the pool area The smell was so pungent we needed to leave the area I know that it is legal, would just have preferred a designated areaThat being said, we will definitely return to this resort – it was an outstanding stay!

My first time ever staying here The rooms were quite roomy and clean so where the bathrooms The hallways were large and mostly quiet

This is a different kind of an atmosphere if you are looking for more of a calm casino this would be it The restaurants here are good as well Free valet parking Tipping is optional but I recommend it because these people work very hard

Living right by this place, I must say that i actually enjoy this place a bit more than I do Red Rock It has a big casino look, with a smaller more local oriented feel The staff has always been kind to me and my family when we go there

The rooms are surprisingly awesome for a place not on the strip If you’re looking to stay somewhere that’s not on the strip, affordable and still fun, then give the Suncoast a chance

Kristi Sherman

We had a wonderful week! The bed was comfortable enough The size of the room is better than expected The pool bartender, Julia is a beautiful person inside and out

The restaurants are delicious Areas of improvement: The TV remote was very difficult to deal with (room 923) The pool was only 3 to 4 feet deep and quite small The slots were not very kind but quite fun LOL

We stayed here in Feb of 2022 By far one of the cleanest places to stay on the strip for the price Affordable, centrally located, good atmosphere and very close to a lot of things to do

There were cheap eats right next door, fancy places just outside and good quick bites inside Our room was super clean and room service was great They had coffee shops on both entrances which was great and Carlos bakery AND cake vending machine! Definitely would recommend!

Katrina Joyce

Affordable accommodations right in the center of the strip The location was absolutely perfect since Harrah’s is so centrally located, you could easily go either way on the stripRooms were clean and very spacious

Frosted sliding doors on the bathrooms were a bit strange Beds were comfortableThe pool was perfect for a relaxing day in the Las Vegas sun We opted for a round luxe daybed and it was well worth the feeCustomer service agents never seemed to have the same information when I called or asked questions at the desks, so that was a bit frustratingI am a breastfeeding mother who needed access to a fridge during my stay, they were able to make the accommodation free of charge since it was medically necessary However, the fridge did not have a freezer and they did not have anywhere for me to refreeze ice packs for the trip homeOverall, it was a good place to stay in Vegas

Evan G

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here Rooms were clean and all the staff was friendly Casino is well laid out and easy to navigate

Food options are decent but with plenty of other options within walking distanceOnly two “complaints” would be lack of check in staff, I just feel like that’s the hotels opening statement and without the human touch it’s just not there Second being the lack of true late night food Other than that it’s pretty great value for location and environment
