Mercedes S was so amazing! She provided OUTSTANDING customer service and really treated us as her friend The rooms are clean My only complaint is that the water is hardly working in the two rooms we had (different floors) so we weren’t able to hardly shower

They mentioned plumbing issuesWe will see what accommodations are available and will update my review if needed

business hotel and great outside pool Only irritating thing is as Diamond member you got 15 dollar credits for breakfast but the cost is 20 dollar without tax The new breakfast options for Hilton Elite members is not working for us a leisure guests

There is a nice mall in the area of the hotelDont expect daily cleaningits called refreshing the room but cleaning the beds is not supported The happy hour from 5 till 7 and only givescheap headaches rums and cheap winesExecutive lounge is forever closed As a VIP Diamond member my advice is to look for a better Hilton Hotel who encourages Diamond membersCompliments to bar and reception employees they were very friendly

Matt Plumpton

I stayed for a week at the hotel It was really nice, really clean Cafe was convenient, resturant had good food and bar in lobby was great

All staff was very friendly My low score was specific to my room 616 There is a chiller right on top of it that runs constantly and is so loud I was lucky to get a couple hours of sleep a night I should have asked to get my room changed but was out early and back late This room needs to be taken out of service! it is not fair to a guest to be subjected to staying in this room, YOU CAN NOT SLEEP!!!

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and amazing amenities The included breakfast was spectacular and the pool and hot tub area were fantastic My bed was super comfortable and the included kitchenette was nice to have, even if I didn’t end up using it

The fitness room was sufficient and they even had a little business center, too I would 100% stay here again – one of the best hotels I’ve probably ever stayed in!

Anil Singh

Great property right next to other hotels and close to restaurantsStaff was friendly but sometimes the front desk is not staffed and if you want something we’ll your gonna have to wait a whileBreakfast was hot and pretty decent, I wish they would label what the hot plates were as it was like mystery meat surprise

My room was good and bed was comfyCouple things1 There was a big spot of toothpaste on the door to the bathroom I mean you couldn’t miss it so housekeeping was not on par2 The bathroom tub has a significant build up of hard water I had to muscle and man handle the lever to get water from the tub spout to the shower headOther than those two things, the stay was good and I’d definitely book here again

Edward Melton

The accommodations at the hotel were average I would of given this place 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but the amenities that are posted on the internet are not accurate The shuttle service was not available, citing no available drivers at the time we checked in

However, I saw hotel staff use the shuttle van as it were their personal vehicle The breakfast hours are supposed to be 6-9 am, but at 8:45 staff are in a race to put everything away Several electrical outlets in our room (1 bedroom suite) were inoperable There is an extension cord going through the bedroom to the living/kitchen area to power the TV in the bedroom But I must say, hotel staff were friendly and courteous

The front desk staff was very nice, and friendly Rooms were clean Pool was great for the heat

Only small down point was, when housekeeping switched out our towels, they never put back what they took out But on a positive note, when I called the front desk to request more towels, they were friendly about it and had the towels at my door within minutes So kudos to them! We will be staying here again when in town again

Matt Robinette

Hotel was close to the things we were doing The staff was very friendly (minus the Sunday morning operator see note below) and even let us check in an hour early when we got to town The room was really clean as well

Bed was very comfy, the air in the room worked great, and the bathroom looked great upon arrival However…Only one small complaint we were told to fill out a housekeeping slip each morning to let them know what was needed and what we were reusing The slip was to be in by 8 am The next morning we were running a few behind and got it to the front desk lady at 8:04 am and the front desk lady began to lecture us and told us this was going to be hard to honor since it was after 8 By the way we only wanted the bed made and some new towels Came back 12hrs later to see the request didn’t happen I understand deadlines but you would think a 5 to 10 minute grace period could be given to out of state customers who weren’t used to the 3hr time change from the MidwestSunday Night staff person saved the day and helped us get fresh towels with no issue Employee even agreed 5-10 mins shouldn’t be the end of the line for honoring a housekeeping slip I would stay at the hotel again even with the slip up

cynthya misquez

Had a ton of fun here the rooms were fantastic not too expensive and well-maintained Dash very cleanThe casino was very fun and absolutely smoke-free, huge plus for me Everybody was extremely friendly

Walked away a good winner at blackjack, roulette, and craps… All three of those paid out well definitely above the oddsThey even have a little sports batI’m going back in two weeks, bringing my team so we can all have some fun

SAM Smart

I came here today to check out the new MGM sportsbook It is an awesome sports book and bar The decor is beautiful

The chairs are super comfortable The bar is huge with a very friendly staff There are TVs everywhere in betting stations galore It overlooks the casino so there is a great view This is a great place to watch a game because the vibe is very upbeat and the atmosphere is very relaxed

B amazed with this

So happy they had the restaurant back opened I love the fried fish dinner Too bad I had eaten before I wentI only won 10 bucks but at least I didn’t loose n enjoyed the games lots of free games

95% better than lone Butte that place got the machines so ridged that you can’t hardly get free games Extreme cash cow since the pandemic But anyway Wild Horse Pass isn’t like that it’s enjoyable for food n gambling I wonder if the public is allowed to walk on the trails they are very nice

Started out great with an upgrade to 2 bedroom suite upon check in in via app Once we arrived late in the evening Patrick and other employee were friendly and got us checked in quickly Room was large, spacious, clean, and comfortable temperature

Beds were comfortable with nice pillows The room was very quiet — we were on the end of the wing HIGHLY recommend the 2 bedroom suite — great option for families Breakfast was adequate — never expect anything too great from free breakfast at a hotel Gathering area / dining area was large and nice views to patio / pool area Pool was decent size, lacked an abundance of lounge chairs, but wasn’t busy so all was good Along with pool and hot tub, there is a nice patio area in the garden area too — situated between two wings of the hotel Check out was easy too I would highly recommend this hotel — super close to the airport but yet off major highways and quiet

Julie Cordora

Cannot say enough positive things about this hotel & staff I received several texts checking on us before and throughout the stay They were friendly at the front desk

The room was quite large and clean I liked having the double sinks outside the bathroom There is an elevator on each side of the building The location was very convenient to the airport, and I believe they have a shuttle if needed I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Phoenix

Jerrell Davis

This Homewood Suites location is central to many restaurants and shops I love the room choices and cleanliness of the hotel The breakfast is amazing and the pool was nice

The one issue that I keep having is checking in without issue During my first stay, my digital key would not work, but the manager assisted with correcting this However, on my most recent visit 2/19- 2/20, Mary, the front desk clerk, displayed unprofessional behavior Mary berated me for not knowing my reservation number, refused to look me up when I provided identification, and was rude to my wife Mary then informed me that she did not see my reservation in the system, and that I was at the wrong Homewood location despite previous stays When asked to speak to management, Mary laughed it off and informed me that “it doesn’t matter” I love this hotel and will return for the amenities and comfort, but Mary could be better at basic customer service

This was the perfect spot to stay during a long business training session Rooms were always clean and nice layout Service was always met with a smile and all the staff are quite accommodating

Location was great as it was very close to the I-10 and 202 loop, also very near to the Sky Harbor Airport There is a 24-hour shuttle bus available too Breakfast was simple (oatmeal, cereal, omlettes, sandwiches, waffles) but very fillingHighly recommend staying here while in Phoenix

Greg Hancock

Our flight was cancelled and we stayed here because other hotels in the area were fully booked They gave us a free shuttle ride from the airport even very late at night Service was great

Rooms are very nice, new and modern Lots of food choices in the area and even though they were open all night, only drive throughs were open so we couldn’t get anything We could have tried harder but we were tied and went to bed Flight was rescheduled for afternoon and this hotel gave us a late checkout Breakfast was really pretty good for a hotel breakfast We got another few shuttle ride back to the airport Only minor issue was shuttle driver was a little late to work We had plenty of time so it wasn’t an issue and we’re glad to have the service I would definitely stay here again and can fully recommend the hotel

Lish Obeytia

We used the app to check in, so we didn’t really talk with the hotel staff Everything was clean; the lobby, elevator, and hotel room There were no weird smells or dirty feeling

We had everything we needed in our hotel room It really is a home away from home We only stayed one night but we won’t mind staying here again We had no issues finding parking even after coming back at midnight There were curtains in the room to divide the bed and the seating area This made it convenient to get ready without waking the hubby up I was able to shower, do my hair, and make up as he slept My only suggestion would be to add maginifying mirrors to the bathrooms

The resort was wonderful Great location, easy to get to, lots of fun activities, Oasis Water Park was a blast and included in the room rate Able to continue to enjoy the water park the day we left

Rooms were beautifully appointed and super comfortable Enjoyed a fun birthday celebration at Rustler’s Roost at the resort with stunning sunset views Only down side was check in on Saturday Long lines and wait times Could you a mobile check in option Will definitely be going back!

Felicia M

We moved to this resort from our original hotel at 11 pm and the front desk representative Monique that checked us in was awesome She was so kind, helpful, and humorous She made our stay even better with her understanding and welcoming attitude

The rooms were lovely too They were well equipped with everything you would need They were clean and the bed was very comfortable If we ever go back to Phoenix we will most definitely put this resort at the top of our short list

Sam Godzwa

Very nice resort The rooms are well kept and the views are great I’m not a golfer, but the golf course provided a lot of these interesting views

The highlight of the resort is the waterpark, with pool basketball and volleyball, a wave pool, a lazy river, and three massive water slides I personally went with for a private conference where certain meals were catered by the resort, and these were all delicious The mid-summer price is unbeatable, and is worth dealing with the heatNow for some extremely nit picky things that I didn’t like The gym closes at 8pm I like to workout late, so it’d be nice if it was open for 24 hours a day I stayed in the mountainside suites building, which is a bit of a walk from everything This could be annoying, but it was really easy to close my Apple Watch rings, so that was a bonus Finally, the restaurants in the resort are very expensive, but there are a few good places to eat within walking distance of the resort, so this didn’t bother me too much

Enjoyed our stay here We came to AZ for my husband to have a big dental procedure, and it was perfect place for him to relax, and me to wander about townThe hotel lobby has a cozy vibe, and the rooms are modern, unique style, which I love

Slept very well in the beds, and pillows very comfortable!Located right across from a big mall with lots of shopping and food, and a target across the way as wellStaff is friendly and helpful Definitely recommend

Colin Krabbe

Hotel is nice and clean Rooms were good size and comfy bed Only issue we had was a loud-unruly neighbor partying at 1:45am and it took over an hour for the staff to resolve the issue

Though they did their best, I feel like this level of a hotel shouldn’t allow hotel parties, or maybe this hotel/location just attracts that type of guest(party crowd) Not sure if we will return

T. M.

Nice hotel in Chandler Big rooms with mini fridge, microwave, electric blinds, coffee, etc Bed was fairly good

First room’s AC was very loud but they apologized and gave me another room Staff was very friendly Some weird folks in front of the hotel got hustled for $20 Last time I was there there was some larger than life love drama playing out on the front Maybe it’s just the heat but haven’t had it at other hotels Good food options nearby as well

I read some of the other reviews, yes it’s an older hotel and some areas show the age The staff is always nice and friendly We have stayed here on several occasions

It’s not an inexpensive place to stay but it’s also right downtown and there are lots of places of interest to walk to Galleries, shopping, etc I would not expect to be in this location for a cheap price A drink voucher is given at check-in for a tap beer, wine or nonalcoholic drink This time we opted to pay $6 each during the reservation process and include breakfast Best $12 ever spent Great selections for breakfast and well prepared Big enough to share if you didn’t take advantage of the promotional breakfast offer A whole personal carafe of coffee and a large ceramic pot for the tea Not one of those small dribbling metal potsAnother review complained about being directed through the parking lot to get to their room but, the buildings have meandering walkways and if you haven’t stayed here before it could be a little confusing We always enjoy our stays here

Brian Sadler

The lobby looked amazing but everything else, including the grounds, the pool, the wings with the rooms, and the rooms themselves, were outdated Would have been a nice place in the 1970s Upon checking in the receptionist at the lobby instructed us to go out the front door and walk all the way around the hotel through the parking lot to get our rooms

I explained that we weren’t parking a vehicle since we were dropped off but he still gave us the same directions He did go with us to our rooms and was really nice but the process itself was silly since you could cut through the hotel and courtyards to get to our buildingThe room appeared clean at first glance but upon closer inspection there was a lot of dust hiding behind and underneath objects The carpet behind the curtains had not been vacuumed in a very long time and contained dirt, small bits of trash, and even a toenail (yuck) The bathroom floor looked clean but also had dirt around the baseboards The carpet and tiled bathroom just felt dirty and not properly cleanLots of restaurants and bars nearby so that was a plus Was it worth the $140/night price tag? No

Jesse Velasquez

The location is pretty good The rooms were meehhh For the price, I would have rather stayed elsewhere

Jordan at the pool bar was the best She was very nice and represented the cornerstone of what this hotel should be Most other staff were not as helpful and did not exceed our expectations Restroom was clogged up It was filthy Plus security kicked us out of the pool area at 10 even though the pool sign clearly indicated 12

Beautiful place! We are not golfers but enjoyed a lovely 2-night stay at this Club Wyndham resort All of the staff we interacted with were top-notch The resort pool was fantastic

Plenty of seating and 82 degree heated waterThe condo was huge and well appointed Full kitchen (glasses needed cleaning but otherwise great) Huge bath with jacuzzi tub, shower, and 3 sinks There was also a very nice living room and patio that faced out over the golf course and adjacent horse farmWe hope to return again next year!

Ms Carey

The stay was great! Very friendly and helpful staff ! The pool was large and had a jacuzzi, but was the only place where there was a “lack” in service, I really don’t even wanna say that, but we went around 7-730pm and there was no attendee, could be they end their shift early Everything about the stay was really top notch though, we were close to many areas including Chase Stadium were we went for a game And as said the room was like a mini apartment, lots of appliances and dishware for your needs

The area was surrounded by the beautiful gold course ✨️

Derek Hartman

I did not stay at the resort I only played the golf course I absolutely loved it

I thought it was immaculately manicured and the course layout was fantastic They had trees for shade wide open fairways with elevation changes I think the best part was how well it was taken care of and it was summer time Absolutely reasonable price If it was closer to my house I would play it every weekend It’s over by South mountain which if you live in Phoenix, Scottsdale Glendale Peoria is quite far away If you have to choose between Raven and legacy, I choose legacy

The customer is always right Not at this establishment Especially with Michelle

She doesn’t know how to treat customers I should know I have worked customer service jobs for way too many years to count You can even hear the dread in her voice when she answers the phone You can tell how much she hates her job Not only did I not receive the experience I paid excessive amounts of money for because let’s be realthis inflation with these hotels is getting way out of control and we have just been accepting this bad behavior Everyone is still using this pandemic as an excuse to charge us more and give us less We consumers have been accepting of this I’m no longer tolerating this! Instead of trying to alleviate the situation or find another way to accommodate me all she did was argue with me and provoke more anger She’s always right and therefore you are wrong I travel for work and frequent hotels quite often and this is not how you treat people She will tell you I was escorted off the property by the cops That was a lie She did threaten it though The fact that I paid $200 for a room and slept in my car has not escaped me either I’m owed a refund at this point and I have contacted the BBB

Robert Wilson

Very impressed by this location! The room was spotless and my partner and I had no complaints about the room The beds were comfy and bathroom nice Having a hot breakfast in the morning was wonderful

Eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, and a waffle maker to name a few options The pool looked great and I wish I had a chance to use it The free WiFi option in room isn’t spectacular, but it is consistent and didn’t drop out 10Mbps down/up There is a 24/7 WinCo Foods very close by which made getting some late night snacks and affordable dinner to microwave convenient No complaints about staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming Will be staying here again next time I’m in the area

Ava Miller

We were runming late for check in beacuse of a car accident so a 2 hour trip took 4! Amanda text to make sure we we were still on our way She made our stay possible as i was having surgery the next morning The hotel was clean and beds comfortable and cold a/c! My boyfriend enjoyed the hot breakfast as well

Thank you Amanda for going above and beyond to make our stay possible and welcoming!

I lost an item at this location and it’s pretty obvious housekeeping found the item and didn’t turn it in! That makes me furious because it’s a priceless item and it would’ve been nice if they were nice enough to turn it in but they didn’t They just played dumb when I kept asking about the lost item If you stay here don’t leave anything behind bc you’ll never see it!

Everything was great until I was woken up from bug bites at 2am in the morning My husband went to front desk to try and fixed the situation and it was basically blown over “It’s just bugs” by both worker and manager! We had to go above and beyond just to get into a new room to rest up for the rest of the night! Home2 has always been my favorite place to stay but this stay was not so great and definitely disappointed how it was handled

Basically told us nothing can be done and it’s just bugs! Only thing she could say was are you paying for the new room you were moved to as if it was our fault there were multiple bugs in our room! Picture and videos were provided of bugs and and bite marks! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW WE WERE JUST BLOWN OFF AS IF IT WAS NOTHING! I do not recommend! Poor management! Front desk worker thought video games were more important than helping us solve the problem before we were moved to a new room!

I stayed here recently, it was a last minute best “cheap” hotel I could find for my day I was driving through Phoenix I arrived super late at night, and was actually very pleasantly surprised with the hotel It exceeded my expectations in service, cleanliness, and room upkeep👍🏼

I really expected the hotel to be much more dated and old in person I had the luxury room in the 2 story complex with the patio Was very large, clean, and convenient patio access to the truck The food at the Agave’s restaurant was good too*Only thing I must say is their pool remodelling is ugly👎🏼 On certain pictures online, you see where there is an extension of the pool with water/stairs in between the row of palm trees Looks very nice, and that’s what I was expecting it to look like currently I was sure that THIS was the pool post remodelling, but no They completely demolished that, and the pool looks like a regular pond So, the pictures of a basic pool is actually the current look Don’t know why they did this, but it literally made the pool area look cheaper🤷🏻‍♀️ Oh well, some architect really screwed up *

This is a smaller Casino It seems to be well taken care of It was nice to see the Native American artwork and how it varies by tribe

The bartender that we had was very attentive He recommended drinks similar to what we ordered The gameplay at this casino seemed dull with not much activity or action Odds seemed low and the playing floor is fairly small There were a few quick service and full service restaurant choices Our time there was enjoyable

Decided to do a two day stay-cation as I’m from the Phoenix metro area Smaller casino but overall in good condition and clean Staff was friendly from security, to reception, to servers

The room was nice with a good shower However, the a/c in the room was not the best…which is difficult for the summer months here The two larger restaurants were very good and I was pleasantly surprised, especially Oak and Fork! The cocktails at Chop Block and Brew were excellent The pool area was decent, however service was lackluster by the pool, as well as at the swim up bar It was nice having the breezeway connected to the entertainment center next door where you can go grab a movie or do bowling Overall, a decent get away

Elevator very hot No microwave in roomWe would stay here again and kids enjoyed the pool First pool we ever felt could be little cooler being 114 outside, pool was probably in the 90s

Nice hotel in Chandler The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly Nice pool area if you like to tan and swim

The resort as whole needs a face-lift I believe the last renovation was late 80’s early 90’s and it shows The resort is very wide spread and would suggest better signage to assist in getting around the resort but also the buildings especially when one set if elevators were under repair

Our first day was confusing but as the days past we figures out the paths and shortcuts we needed to get around

Visited some family staying here and their room was pretty spacious It’s was a 1 bed room with a separate living room and mini sink and fridge I was able to put my baby to sleep in the bedroom and close the door while we sat and chatted in the living room

It was clean and had stand up shower only If we were staying that would have been a small issue as we have children who need baths but for a couple adults it’s a nice setup

CJ Vega

Everything was great, the room, parking, guest services, check in n checkout Didn’t anticipate weather would be so warm! Couldn’t hit the pool comfortably until after sundown lol! There is also a Waterpark attached! Very family oriented resort There’s also an area with family suites that are roomier and more comfortable for a family!

This is my 3rd time here The first 2 times brought me back, this last time nit so much I am a Gold Member

Last time I was greeted, given water and snacks This time not even welcome I checked in via the app which asked if I was arriving early I put in my time When I got to the lobby no rooms were available I waited 2 hours for a room finally around 3:30 I asked again at the front and rooms were available The woman at the front was not very receptive when i first arrived It appears her daughter and grandchild were visiting so she was “busy” I waited in the lobby for a room She told me I would get a text when the room was available, 24 hrs later I am still waiting for that text I felt bad for the guy at the desk became he was nice enough but apparently the woman left him not knowing there were several of us sitting in the lobby waiting Needless to say the check in process was not up to parRooms were okay, clean, nothing fancy For the cost of $225 it has the bare bonesRestaurant was decent but i think they only have 4 options for “dinner” The bar tenders were niceLocation is a business area You can hear the highway so request the side facing the mountain For the price of $200 & up, it’s not worth it However, I have stayed here for $150 & that isn’t a terrible price

Pet friendly, had a really nice stay Rooms were clean updated with older furnishings During our 9 day stay the keys went out quite frequently catalytic converter in our vehicle was stolen parked in the back of the building which was well lit most days

They do not have cameras in the back, was told just the lobby and front area had cameras

Love Erin

The rooms are nice and spacious but the beds are a little small We are a family of 5 The showers aren’t the greatest, water pressure is low

Continental breakfast consists of yogurt, bagels, toast and cereal We were expecting hot food or even fresh fruit The hard boiled eggs were not edible The price we payed was not worth the stay or the “included continental breakfast”

Ashley Beltran

Check in was easy Room was fairly cleaned, bathroom was not cleaned very well some of the towels had lipstick stain on them We also asked for a later check out and we were denied on a Wednesday we have never been denied a later check out in any other hotel we’ve been to

With there being so many other hotels around the area I would not recommend coming here Staff was rude specifically the day manager who is a man
