Summary: For the price, I would not stay here again unless there wasn’t anything available around I would have rather gone to Holiday InnCons:- Cost of parking was about $36 for inside the garage

Staff did not offer other suggestions (apparently across the street was cheaper)- Breakfast was too expensive at $26 per person for a buffet I’d rather go to a restaurant and be waited on- No microwaves in rooms- Ice machine not working- No valet because “Covid”- Floor was outdated The place needs a remodel- The patio door was heavy to open Trees blocked a potential view- No laundry room- No garbage bags in trash bins This must result in extra work for the housekeeping- Water from sink does not taste good- Swimming pool was closed during the time frame it was supposed to be open- Even credit card machine was not working at check in- Internet was not greatPros:- Friendly staff- Location Gas station across the street and freeway and shopping very close by- Starbucks in lobby- Parking is secure

A huge thank you to Carolina and Katherine for their absolutely above and beyond customer service I called from Australia to arrange a surprise birthday gift for my sister who was staying as a guest Both ladies were not only professional but kind, generous and went out of their way to make my sister’s birthday special

If I could give them 100 stars I would! Thank you so much for your hospitality

Brian Crane

The room was fantastic! The location was great! And the amenities were great as well! However, I had a not great experience with the check in staff I had booked 2 rooms on Hotel Tonight, and I thought they were both “double queen” rooms When I went to check in they only had one “double queen” available

They said the other rooms were being cleaned and that I could come back in 1-15 hrs to get it The front desk gentleman even wrote down a note I called a few hours later and they went on to tell me there were no double queens available and I feel like they didn’t work with me nor try to go any extra out of their way to see if there was some sort of compromiseOther than that, great hotel

We stayed at the Westin and we were very satisfied with our stay This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so accommodating and helpful The restaurants on property offer some wonderful dining selections and the distance to DISNEYLAND was only a 10-15 minute walk entering at Downtown Disney

I am all about cleanliness and this hotel exceeded my expectations Not only were the hotel grounds immaculate but my room was spotless upon check-in and loved how they came in to service throughout my stay as I know some hotels and resorts are not offering housekeeping due to the pandemic If and when I travel back to Anaheim I would definitely stay at the Westin again

S Flores

Beautiful hotel! The beds are so comfortable, best sleep I’ve had at a hotel I will be ordering some of your pillows because I loved them My kids loved the view of Disney California Adventure from our room

We also enjoyed our food at the Rooftop Bar The gentleman playing the guitar and singing really set the mood for an awesome relaxing vacation Our server was amazing! The only downside was the Rooftop bar hostess, she made us feel unwelcome, but the rest of the staff and the firework show compensated for that We will definitely be back next time we visit the Disney Parks

Sanford Sundara

The hotel was excellent It was very clean, staff was friendly, the entry was very welcoming with pleasant entry music and decor, the rooms had a very calming scent and aroma We ordered room service and the food was amazing

Location was also very key, within walking distance to Disneyland, surrounding shops, and restaurants nearby The beds were very comfortable and only wish we could’ve packed them home with us The only drawback, that otherwise would’ve made this a 5 star review, was a very very slow draining tub during out showers Upon investigating, it looked to be a huge clog from clumps of hairs through previous guests My suggestion would to add “check tub drains” during routine guest room changeover cleaning Other than this, our stay was fantastic

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished Our room also had a nice view of the Disneyland fireworks from the balcony It is also within walking distance of the park

Unfortunately there seems to be active renovations going on in the hotel which can be a bit noisy There’s also the issue of the on site dining options We went in for the breakfast buffet and were charged $56 for two people The quality was adequate, but for the price, the options were very limited I believe they had the basics, bagels, sliced bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, coffee, etc… However, for the price, I would have liked more options and higher quality I essential paid $56 for some scrambled eggs, bacon and a bagel Had I known the prices before we started to eat, I would have stayed far away You also have to pay for self parking and the shuttle to Disneyland if you don’t want to walk It is within walking distance like I said, but for the price of the rooms, parking and the shuttle should be included

Aubree Brown

Checked in April 1st around late night We had received great customer service from the front desk receptionist

I wish I had gotten her name, but she was extremely helpful and very welcoming and that is an understatement for the true hospitality that she had shown us that night She put us in the new renovated rooms and my god was I impressed with the room It was super clean, quiet, including all the needed necessities and more! We stayed over the weekend to go to Disneyland which was only minutes walk to the park Overall, I am extremely grateful to have had the pleasure to have met the receptionist and I look forward to my next stay here at the hotel

Sasha Lubkin

Currently under renovation but rates are excellent during construction Good size rooms, comfortable beds, well designed bathrooms Excellent customer service from Alexis when we checked in, she made me feel like a welcomed, valued guest

Only drawback to this stay was the room we were in had the TV off to the side from the bed and we’re the kind of people that tend to watch TV in bed and fall asleep with it on so that was a little less ideal positioning than we prefer but we made it work Looking forward to returning when the renovation is complete

We just got back from Disneyland and our stay was great!! From the time we drove up the valet greeted us to the checking in, all in between and checking out customer service was kind, helpful and just great! Rooms are larger then expected and very clean Breakfast was delicious and very filling Coffee was fresh and hot

If I had to say something that needed improving it would be the parking, there was an event going on so parking was tight and some cars were taking 2 parking spaces, trucks parked in a space way to small for it, which is not the hotels fault Transportation was easy and fast Over all amazing stay Will recommend and also book again

NRG Z28

The hotel is nice The staff at the front desk is terrible though The beds are bad bad bad

You will not get the type of room you book and will have to settle for a horrible roll away bed No fans in the bathroom TV had a long scratch in it Hair on the bathroom floor and the floors have obviously not been vacuumed Nice, but dirty hotel with issues Not worth the high price of admission All other lower reviews are on point, unfortunately

Faryn Beverino

Overall – This hotel was a huge disappointment The main complaint is that my daughter, husband and I felt super gross even being in the roomThe Good:1

Main lobby looked squeaky cleanThe Meh’:1 Staff is nice enough you can tell they don’t want to be bothered Talking to them on the phone and in person was not joyfulThe Bad:1 Parking seemed dodgy and NOT secure at all I was worried someone might steal my car over the night Luckily that didn’t happen2 NASTY rooms! Carpets not vacuumed Vanities had stains on them Walls had a few holes in them Flashing blue light that goes off every 8 seconds made it hard to sleep It smelled nasty in the room The beds looked warped Trash cans were not cleaned properly Clean towels were questionable Shower was uncomfortable Not ideal to stay in especially during a pandemic3 Elevators were gross, looked like someone cleaned a mess haphazardly but had residual stains4 Some trash left in the hallways5 Not very sound proof, you can hear everything outside your door6 We didn’t even look at their breakfast options because in my mind, if you can’t keep a room clean what could that say about your kitchen?FOR DISNEYLAND GOERS:If you are looking to stay there for a Disneyland trip please reconsider1 It is too far from the parks and they don’t have a great shuttle service for transportation2 It was a bummer ending to a really fun day so if you want to keep that “magic” feeling, please reconsider staying elsewhere There is a reason this SPECIFIC SHERATON hotel is not listed as Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel

Julia Katz

While I’ve been to Disneyland many times, this was my first time staying here at this hotel and I loved it! The room (i stayed in building 1) was beyond cute and the beds were supper comfy! I had a park view and was able to watch the fireworks from my balcony my first night there! The best part is the distance to the parks! I’m a pretty fast walker, so it took me less then 10 minutes to get to the parks! Made doing a quick outfit change a breeze I can’t recommend this hotel enough and I can’t wait to be back in the future!

Claudia Carlos

I highly recommend staying here especially when visiting Disney! It is absolutely wonderful The rooms, the staff and walk to and from Disney is perfect We always stay 2 days, because we need one day for play at the Hojo

They have a great area called the Castaway Cove and it’s every Lil kids dream My kids run, get wet and make friends They even have an adult pool and hot tub The rooms are very nice and accommodating, they come with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker There’s plenty of closet space and drawers And the last room we got we had the perfect view to Disneyland fireworks

Andre Smith

My family loves staying here when we travel to Disneyland The hotel was upgraded a few years ago now and the rooms are great They’re very clean and cozy

The hotel is also a short 5 minute walk to the front gate of Disneyland Do yourself a favor… save money from paying for Disney’s resorts and start here You won’t regret it

Great hotel Very modern! Rooms were very clean Everyone smiled

Every employee I spoke to I had fresh towels and linens in my room everyday Service was outstanding Internet wasn’t very fast as I like BUT I can only assume it’s be a use EVERY guest was using it at the same time The balcony seems a bit easy to get to your neighbors side Only separation was a glass wall that someone could easily cross over The latches on my door didn’t lock in place but the back up bar bend the sliding door was enough to keep anyone from getting in But all in all it was a great place and would come back from Kansas again! Thank you!!

Our stay here was great! Restaurants and food stops to purchase food inside location and all that we had (food)was good They have a station that makes pizza’s per your request, there is a deli type location that serve breakfast in the morning and things like burritos in the the eveningGreat cocktails ( from when you are Disney-out!)

Location very clean with sanitation sites everywhereStaff was great and very helpful and willing to assist you with any of your needsLocated across the street from Disney Toyland parking which was very convenient for my family to get to and from the park

Arthur L Attocknie

I appreciate the loyalty program Marriott has and it truly has its benefits and perks The view from the room was amazing even though it was a view of pretty much of all the metro south of Anaheim The weather in California is obviously nice, but the balcony and sliding door allowed me to keep the room at a comfortable temperature without A/C

The room A/C worked, I just like outside weather too The room service food was enjoyable and the staff was amazing Most of the time when I needed something, they took less than 10 minutes for anything, even though they quoted me the usual 25-30 minutes The check-in and check-out experience was fantastic and expedient This hotel should be at the top of your list if you’re visiting this area Disneyland is short journey from this location You could walk if needed

Staff are helpful and cordial Food is great on the menu and the breakfast bar However several things overshadow the good here

Elevator doors look pretty well worn Absolute eyesore considering nearly everyone has to use the elevator Carpet in room had multiple stains and looked well worn Unlike most Hilton properties coffee was not readily available in the lobby all day Requested service every other day but none was received Had to ask for more coffee and creamer at front desk for my room everyday This location is not up to what I have received at other Hilton properties

Janice Hill

This Hotel needs an update Carpet in the rooms that we occupied were dirty Rooms definitely need some work , our Air Conditioner did not work and it was very uncomfortable in our room the 1st night, they did nothing to compensate

We moved the next afternoon after waiting in our hot room for a luggage cart which were few A really nice young lady at the front desk finally moved us to a nicer room Carpet in this room needed to be cleaned and it smelled bad in this room If it hadn’t been for a Family Event we had at the Stadium we most likely would have moved Between family and friends we had 7 or more rooms at this hotel under different names I have always loved Embassy Suites but not this trip I’m about done with Hilton I must say that we had stayed at another Hilton in Anahiem a few months ago and had a few problems, I was contacted by a Hotel Manager and those problems were taken care of We we very satisfied and appreciated the efforts of the Management at that Hilton Hotel We did get an ‘Apology’ from the Embassy suites

Arizona Clean Living

Worst experience ever!!I got the room I didn’t reserved I paid more than $300 a night and they don’t even clean your room every day And not only they don’t clean your room every day but they don’t even let you know at the check in that you need to tell them 24 hours in advance if you want the room cleaned

Even though I told the lady at the front desk that I wasn’t informed about that, the only solution she gave was to put a couple of toilet paper rolls and a couple of clean towels on the room’s desk for me to do the job I had to take the trash out myselfAt the check out, the front d desk lady didn’t even say thank you or have a good dayThank you for treating your guests with such of courtesy I can’t imagine how people that are not your guests are treated by this hotel

This was the perfect place to stay for our Disneyland trip Not only is it close enough to take a midday break by walking back to the hotel, the Bistro on the main floor has surprisingly amazing food Seriously, get the breakfast burrito or sandwich, both were amazing and so convenient on our way out to the park

The hot tub was also nice, but as you’d expect it does get crowded The rooms were clean and pretty spacious, was surprised to find our room actually had two showers and a double vanity Staff was always friendly and happy to helpIf you’re looking for an easy walk to Disneyland, this is your place!

Jill Carnahan

We stayed here for a Disneyland trip with our five-year old daughter The hotel was absolutely perfect It’s about a 5 minute walk to the bag check line, 10 minutes from the hotel and you’re in the park

We enjoyed hitting the park early, leaving mid-day for the pool and heading back into the park in the early evening The water park was a big hit, our daughter may have liked it more than Disney The lifeguards are great at their jobs! The food in the bistro was tasty and convenient Our daughter loved the bunk beds But they do rattle due to the safety locks I appreciate the hotel was adequately staffed All in all a great hotel

Ryan A

Just finished a two night stay with the family during a visit to Disney It is perfectly located with a 5-7 min walk into Disney itself The hotel and room itself was very clean

We opted for the room with the bunk beds for the kids and a separate bedroom for us and it was perfect All staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional The small water park was nice for the kids Cleaning crew does not clean room daily unless requested which was not an issue for us We will definitely stay here whenever we return

So we booked this hotel to enjoy the Disney Parks I was trying stay within walking distance of the park and this hotel was great for us We actually stayed here two times

If you don’t mind walking a bit, which we had 2 small children in a stroller, it is great It’s about 1/2 mile from the Disney parking structure which you can hop on the tram or walk all the way to Downtown Disney which is probably about one mileThe hotel itself I think is a hidden gem It is a newer hotel, I believe built in the last 4 years The amenities are great, rooms are decent, not the cleanest I’ve been in but still good There is a free hot breakfast everyday that has good options for all The staff is awesome and very helpful There is also social events on certain nights of the week with food and drinks, some for the adults too (beer & wine)Overall for the price in comparison to the closer hotels and Disney branded ones too, this hotel is quite the bargain I enjoy this hotel a lot and will be staying again

Norm in Canada

This is a great hotel as far as location and staff friendliness goes Everywhere you go there is staff shortages so the reviews I read here prior about housekeeping etc etc you get that anywhere now so deal with it and expect times where you don’t get that daily housekeeping but when we asked for towels in the morning it was in our room when we got back after a long day at Disneyvand they removed the garbage as well The staff here are really friendly and very good people

Morning breakfast is good and evening manager reception is a nice touchWalking distance to Disneyland which is a bonus If you don’t want to walk the entire distance grab the Disney Tran which is halfway though your walk on Disneyland Drive This hotel is idea for families Like any hotel with ton’s of guests with kids it will get busy and noisy but for the most part most parents kept their kids under control which is greatOur room faced the back of Disney so we saw the fireworks from our room which was a bonus We didn’t use the pool but saw several families there enjoying itFor the price you pay for the room the value is there for you given how close you are to the Parks and the free breakfast in the morning is a savings If you take advantage of the evening reception (Mon-Wed only) then there is an extra perk there for you as I loved having my free cold beer after a long dayThank you to all the hard working staff here at Staybridge Keep up the great work !

Alice Godwin

Hotel is clean and very close to Disney parks! Breakfast is great, and staff are friendly A great spot to stay for anyone looking to spend a few days around the Disney area!My only issue would be that we booked a 1 bedroom suite which was stated on the website to sleep 6, however, on arrival the receptionist told us the pull out bed was barely big enough for a child and that the room would be a squeeze for 4 adults, let alone 6 Bare this in mind when booking as the website says this room type can sleep 6 and that the pull out bed is a double! She did however work hard to find us a newly renovated room with a more spacious pull out bed, fantastic customer service!

First time staying hereWe had a two queen bed room Plenty of room and a mini refrigerator

The room seemed up to date to me and was in great shapeI didn’t encounter the housekeeping staff, but found our room nicely clean when we returned from our convention daysStaff throughout the facility were friendly and helpfulWe patronized the ice cream/sweets shop, Starbucks and their convenience store The prices were higher than back home, but I’ve never been to California before, so I don’t know local pricing And I know you’re paying extra for convenienceIt I return to Anaheim, I will definitely stay here again!

John Ritchie

The rooms are really nice but the beds are pretty hard The food at the restaurants was great and the beer selection was good too Nice having a Starbucks and 3 places to eat in the hotel

Not crazy over priced either The lobby level pool was small but nice We had a great time here The shuttle to Disneyland was also great We will be back for sure!

Thinh Luu

Rooms was mediocre It was clean enough but we expected better from a 4 star hotel Front desks were nice and helpful

Real Starbucks right in the Lobby which was a huge bonus We reserved a King bed but only got a Queen bed Parking is ~28 a day for self parking All pools had no life guard Shuttle to Disney was ~6 for adults and a little cheaper for kids

Five nights for business/pleasure Masks currently optional inside though strongly recommended by CAClean, comfortable, attractive lobby, deli/gift shop, restaurant

Friendly & helpful staff Shuttle to convention center/Disney Grounds and pool are beautiful Dated rooms not an issue for me However, this is:“Housekeeping will not enter your room butare happy to deliver items upon request” Be prepared to make your bed & clean your bathroom, call to have garbage picked up outside your door & for new towels, more coffee or toiletries There is no room service or microwave You have to use the microwave in the deli (6:30 am – 10 pm) which is a good walk from many of the rooms I guess you can borrow a vacuum if needed Just like being at home I’d say less than 100% vacation mode for Mom I’d check out other hotels for included services before booking in the future All things equal, I would stay here again

Shauna White

The location and shuttle are great The shuttle was always on time and really helped make our Disney trips easier The hotel itself is really pretty old and in need of a renovation

The bathroom is super tiny and really can only accommodate one person at a time, which might pose a problem when getting ready in the morning It was clean and comfortable though The grounds and the lobby also beautiful Overall the price, free shuttle (all other places charge), and location make this hotel a good option for your Disney trip

I want to first say the good or great things about this hotel The staff at this hotel is superior to any 5 star hotel I give the staff 5 stars! From checking in, maid service, restaurant staff and pool

The staff was by far the best I have ever experienced The food at the Deli and Bistro were good Now for the negatives the beds are old and really hard The reading lamps don’t work Everything from the shower curtain rings falling apart, to the glass on the table in the room that our three year old almost brought down on his head with minimal effort No outlets or outlets that don’t work are a bit shocking Windows that open but no screens to keep the bugs out was strange Zero AC in the upper floor hallways But the most shocking was the cockroach our 8 year old mentions (hey what kind of bug is that grandma?) on our door on the last day at the hotel The pounding from the construction workers outside renovating the hotel was definitely a bit much especially when you have small kids who need a nap If it wasn’t for the staff it would have been a waste of money to stay there and would have asked for a discount

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel We were assigned to the wrong room, but we got that figured out after some back and forth The employees seemed pretty responsive

Housekeeping was by request, but I feel like that is fair because they gave us notice of that beforehand The breakfast was good; the same as every other Hampton Inn I have stayed at We took the ART shuttle to Disneyland; it was very convenient, but didn’t really run on time so we just had to wait We drove a minivan and didn’t have a problem with the parking lot Overall, we liked it and would consider staying here again

Brian Thomas

Would stay here again If you’re just looking for a nice, clean room to stay for a quick visit to Disneyland or Angel stadium It was a quick drive firm either park and we’ve tried a few in the area

Bathrooms were nice and the water was hot Beds were fine and there was a cold mini fridge, and small microwave in the room Rooms stayed quiet with minimal noise from outside or the hallway

I am staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Garden Grove right now! I have stayed at 5 ⭐ hotels that didn’t even come close to how amazing the staff were at this hotel! I ❤️ to travel and I would say hands down, this is the most amazing, friendly, helpful staff/hotel I’ve ever stayed at My son got the dreaded “virus” and we didn’t want everyone in our room to be exposed Grandma stayed with him and me and my other son rented a second room

They not only gave me an amazing deal for the second room, they also came and completely sanitized/cleaned/replaced everything once he was over it!

Lovely hotel and amenities You have a view of the bay, rooms are nicely sized, good room service, restaurant on site, and pretty outdoor pool Close to the highway, 5 miles north of the beach and even closer to first class shopping at Fashion Island

My big find was just a mile north, Moulin Best French spot for all goods and products from France Excellent hotel staff and cleanliness! A delightful vacation, thank you!

Courtney Carr

Everyone was great Service was awesome the young man who helped us at the front was amazing He was there like literally two days straight and was very helpful with any questions we had

He made our vacation that much better Also the woman who helped me and upgraded my room to a baby suite was amazing as well I would be honored to stay again Only thing is it’s way expensive and the price was sooo much cheaper after the fact lol other than that I’d give it 12 stars if I could

We had a wonderful time at the Camelot They upgraded us to a Family Suite with a balcony looking towards Disneyland Our last night we were able to watch the fireworks, which was awesome

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious Tons of storage to be able to spread outOur family of 4 stayed in one room and grandparents in the other room The location can’t be beat as well A quick walk back to the room made it easy to take a mid day break with our littles (7 and 5) Highly recommended and will look to stay again next time we are at Disneyland

Stephanne Ritter

Very close to Disneyland and, nice rooms we had two Pool was a bit cold but,hot tub was nice 👍 excellent view of Disney and the fireworks from the parkTowels were yucky for bathing and pool

Soda machine on our floor wasn’t working had to go down or up two floors Refrigerator in one of our rooms wasn’t working I would stay here again just bring my own towels

Michael Kim

It’s literally across the street from Disneyland Price to distance from Disneyland ratio cannot be beatenIt’s not a 5 star hotel so of course there are downsides

The vending machines only seem to take $1 bills, so it’s hard to get water I don’t really carry cash anymore so it was a bit of a pain Wish they took credit cards The walls are pretty thin so you can hear the outside traffic You can also hear your neighbors and their kids The bed doesn’t provide the best comfort The water pressure from the shower isn’t great eitherBut the staff is friendly Room is spacious and pretty clean The location cannot be beaten Loved being able to just walk to Disneyland or Downtown Disney whenever we wanted to It’s nice to be able to just walk 7 mins back to the hotel when we’re super tired from spending the day at Disneyland I’d definitely consider staying here again next time I come to Disneyland

Way too many other better options nearby This place had some of the thinnest walls I’ve experienced at a hotel in Irvine, and I’ve stayed at many of them in the area Woken up in the middle of the night by people simply walking in the hallway

Woken up in the morning by people next door simply talking Hearing every movement above and next to you is absolutely unacceptable in a hotel charging $200-250 a night They make these hotels look nice inside but build them to Super 8 quality and it shows Will be striking this one off our list for sure Absolutely not worth it

Meg White

Parking was not awesome $25 a day for a parking garage down the street Check in lady was less than friendly and couldn’t even break a bill for a valet tip

Breakfast buffet was not available due to an athletic team there No sign up or notification breakfast wouldn’t be available Room was super small and minimalist It was fine Best part of our stay was Candace- the friendliest and best personality of a valet ever She should run the place -with her amazing communication skills-as the women we encountered at the front desk were incredibly unfriendly and not helpful Lots of options in this area Not sure if I’d stay again

Joe Sanders

Hotel overall is nice, good service from front desk and valetWalls between rooms are super thin where you can hear everythingDoors have a gap where you can hear everything going on in the hallways

Stayed a week and never had housekeeping bring fresh towels, body wash ran out on my second dayOnly way to get serviced is to stop them in the hallwayFor the price I would have rather stayed at a holiday innIf youre looking for a hotel look elsewhere

This is a nice hotel I stayed here for a night and was satisfied with my experience I booked this hotel online and checked into it

When I checked in, I was given a room key, which is required for guests to access their room as well as the parking garage The parking garage is big and has many spaces, but it has a $30 overnight parking fee, which is annoying The rooms, however, were much nicer than the price of the parking garage The room I stayed in had a living room with a fold out couch bed, a bathroom window, a giant TV, a closet, and a complimentary travel guide/magazine for Orange County I didn’t know what you can do in Orange County, so this guide was very convenient This hotel also has a separate bedroom, which has a comfy bed, another giant TV, and a balcony The bathroom in the hotel room has an average sized shower with two shower heads: one in place and one you can take off the shower pole to help you wash hard to reach areas The bathroom is very bright and clean, which is nice This hotel has a bar as well, but I didn’t go there I gave this hotel five stars because it has amazing rooms with comfy beds and a travel guide about Orange County, which I found to be very helpful This hotel is much more upscale than I expected, and it’s conveniently located by attractions such as South Coast Plaza, the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, and John Wayne Airport The only problem I had with the hotel was the price of the parking garage and the temperature of the hallways, which were warmer than normal for some reason

This Marriott at Costa Mesa is quite nice, the pool was full of people on a hot Sunday afternoon in Southern California I only stayed here for one night after three days of conference at an airport Hyatt Regency, it’s quite relaxing The business lounge here is open 24 hours and fully stocked with bottles of orange juice, cold spring water, and some biscuits during non breakfast and non evening happy hours, it’s next to the swimming pool so a lot of customers come in and out for drinks by the pool

I got a complementary suite upgrade with my Titanium membership, which was very nice All in all, it’s a very pleasant and relaxing stay ! Cheers!

Difficult to rate Was there for an art gallery reception No real display space, and just a few pieces were hung in a narrow hallway which got blocked too quickly

Nice outdoor space, beautiful view of landscaped terraces with waterfalls and small ponds, not a bad indoor lobby though a little small, excellent guitarist singer who was for the affair and the staff serving the bar were friendly and very entertaining as well So the experience was good, outdoor was nice, indoor was just not appropriate for the needs of the weekend art reception Absolutely not the fault of the marriott, but I feel a poor selection by the art gallery that put on the affair Still, it was a pleasant eveningI did not stay over so I cannot evaluate the staff or the rooms

Very clean, great service at front desk, not luxurious but it has all the basics and very tastefully decorated Full kitchen & dining area that comfortably seats six Surprisingly spacious too

It doesn’t feel cramped like you do in most hotel rooms even thought this has a separate bedroom Don’t let the outside fool you It’s much better looking on the insideGood job Wyndham!

Honestly, this place is always a pleasure Very good value for the price Like a home away from home if my home were tidier with better landscaping

Have been in February, June and August Each time was pleasant Staff is pleasant If I were a time share person, I would be very happy to have one here Love that the clientele is diverse and mostly families Very centrally located Close to Disneyland Kitchens are stocked with everything you need Rooms are comfortable and clean Everytime we go, we’re sad to leave

The service and location are excellent!! The few times we called for assistance, our requests were solved within minutes! The resort is partially under construction and our room was recently finished There was an issue with the bath tub making a popping noise when you move around the shower We brought it to their attention

They said they would fix it after we checked out

This hotel is beautiful, relaxing and feels like a resort Absolutely love it! The rooms are comfortable with hardwood floors (a plus for the allergies), plenty of adjustable lighting and the bathroom was a bliss!Wonderful stay 5 minutes from my house Sometimes you need a change of scenery and this hotel provided the rejuvenation I was seeking

Modern, attractive hotel rooms Valet, front desk, and housekeeping services were greatThe bars get extremely busy, and the hotel quite crowded

The bartenders were quick to serve some folk, but others were waiting more than 30 minutes to place an order for a drink – even on a Thursday nightIf you’re looking for modern, updated rooms and don’t mind the price, I recommend the Marriott Irvine Spectrum highly

This hotel is one of the worst Marriott properties I’ve ever been to I have stayed at Marriott’s my entire life and this one looked great in photos but upon arriving the entire experience was horrible Aesthetically it looks amazing but everything else is pretty bad

It started when I showed up to check in to my executive suite that I booked over the phone with Marriott weeks ago The front desk told me that I wasn’t checking in until the next day and even after showing them my booking confirmation with the dates they told me they didn’t have a room for me I spoke with the manager and she didn’t even offer a suggestion until after I pushed for 20 minutes about how they needed to fix their mistake and provide my family with a place to stay She ended up giving us a free night after not much help at the beginning but then when we got to the smaller suite—there were leftovers in the fridge, no coffee maker, and little cutlery provided in the full kitchen area 1 fork and 2 spoonsThere were no cleaning supplies or extra blankets All around a bad experience for paying over $700 a night for a suite with a full kitchen Basically a sink with two seats and a fridge The bathroom doors also wouldn’t stay closed Getting a luggage cart was a jokeI would not recommend staying hereThey do have a Starbucks downstairs which is a plus That’s the one positive
