Lost Inn Paradise is truly a gem!! The owners are on site and are so helpful, kind, and were so generous to our family Our room was immaculate as were the grounds The heated pool was perfect and our kids had a great time fishing off the docks

The beach is just across the street and the owners have a room of amenities like beach toys, goggles, games, etc that are so helpful when traveling with young kids We had never been to the area before but because of this quaint hotel we can’t wait to come back We are so glad we stayed here over a chain hotel!

My husband and I had a 3 night vacation here I am in LOVE with this property! It is in South Cocoa beach, about a 8-10 minute drive from the main strip of restaurants I personally loved being a little bit away from the action

The views were incredible for the river side The beach is truly right across the A1A There are 2 Adirondack chairs for each room, along with plenty of seating up by the dock and by the pool The rooms were exceptionally clean and the housecleaning staff was amazing Our room had a small table, a fridge, a coffeemaker, and a microwave It was nice to have the option to keep leftovers or make sandwiches for beach days There is a laundry room on site and they include a lot of things in there for free that we didn’t know we needed but came in handy, including disposable cutlery, sunscreens and bug sprays, coolers, little wagons, beach chairs, life jackets, boogie boards, games, and books I would highly recommend this place for couples or, if you had a large enough family, rent out the whole complex and stay for a week! We did not end up taking advantage of them but there were also kayaks available for use and boat slips

We were unsure what to expect at an “Inn”but we would happily stay again at Lost Inn Paradise! Don’t underestimate the outside of the building Rooms were impressively up to date and clean The bedding and pillows were comparable to fancier establishments

Pool seems to be saltwater and is not huge but adequate since ocean is so close Views are fantastic It is located across the street from ocean but we knew that coming in Easy walk across the street to access the ocean front “Borrow room” was perfect for what we needed for our one night Ice and washing machines on site The Internet connection did its job perfectly Good sized fridge, freezer, and microwave Easy online check-in with gate codes provided in advance Property well maintained and clean Will definitely visit again Short drive to downtown touristy shops and food

This was a nice, new, clean Hilton hotel I stayed for 4 days The staff was always pleasant

The room had everything we needed The AC was quiet and the beds were comfortable The breakfast area was up and running and they did a great job at keeping things sanitary I liked how all items were individually wrapped to keep others from touching your food The towels and washcloths were a bit on the “rough/scratchy/cheap” qualityThis Hilton allows dogs in the rooms and while they are mostly limited to the first floor, they were present on other floors I love my dog but don’t travel with her and I was a bit concerned how they can really clean a room, linens, furniture, and floors clean and disinfect everything with dogs present Many of the guests (with pets) stay long-term and I can only imagine the condition of the room after an extended-stay We are loyal Hilton customers and if we ever need to bring our dog with us, we will choose Home2 Suites, but I think I’ll choose a different hotel the next time we come into town I always appreciate that hotels offer the option to bring the pet

What a perfect example of how a hotel should operate When you enter, you see a modern, clean facility Wonderful aromas and friendly staff

Speaking of staff, they are kind, and hard working They address your needs…from the front desk to housekeeping We stayed almost 2 weeks (transition between buying a new home)the only issues we encountered was “Kids” Baseball tournaments must have been going on over both weekends They were just being themselves…but some parents stayed by the pool and let them run through the hotel (I don’t blame the kids or staff…just inconsiderate parenting) Overallthe hotel did a great job of managing any issues If your looking for quiet weekend getaway…this might not be your first choice (Call to see if there are tournaments going on) Short of that…you can’t go wrong

This cozy hotel was just what I needed I’m a person that is challenged with anxiety from specific sounds Because my stay was over the 4th of July celebration, you can imagine how hard it was to find a quiet spot

I wanted/needed rest and decompression I’m happy to share that both occurred The staff is professional and kind The amenities were nice The location was away from city noise and MOST of the guests were friendly and respectful of their fellow travelers I hesitated to share this much about this Hilton property for fear of it getting overbooked

We had a very good experience Brian was a very good host at the front desk The view is amazing when you walk through the door of the room

Room is a little dated but spacious Housekeeping was awesome, always good to return to a clean room, bed made and clean towels It would have been nice to have the pool heated in the cool weather Thank you

Melissa D

Very beautiful location! Sunrise was amazing Awesome location on the beach and on the quiet side I would say this hotel is not meant for children

I would stay somewhere else next time with the family The pool was not heated and it was definitely on the cool side Also seemed like housekeeping did not want to work Our room did not get cleaned one time They asked if we wanted it cleaned one day and they never came back the rest of time we were there (for 3 nights) We asked if they would come back in an hour and never saw them again We were gone for 2 full days and the room was never touched I also was with a couple on the elevator and they said their room was cleaned every day So just make sure you ask for housekeeping Just thought it was on the pricey side and not the best service

VanceR

We’ve been staying here off and on since our honeymoon 26 years ago We just stayed a few days last week and it was by far the best stay we’ve ever had The front desk experiment was amazing and the gentleman that helped us was so friendly and kind

The breakfast was the BEST, food was awesome and the service was so great The food at the tiki bar was amazing! We especially loved the cheeseburgers and the bar staff was incredible The room was so clean and sheets and towels so soft We stayed on floor 15 in the corner unit and it was great to have the balcony that wrapped around I know the hotel is short staffed, but everyone was so nice and kind and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Taylor, Bari and team deserve 100 starts for this review From day #1 service have been AMAZING Great communication, dedication and accommodations for us, the couple and all of my guest

We had staying at the hotel in the room block approximately the 90% of my guest and everyone loved the hotel, customer service, staff and the wedding The wedding was amazing, the decor, logistic, food and staff during the ceremony, cocktail and reception Everything was so nice and clean, no words to describe how happy we are Definitely I will be back to stay more often with my family and recommend the hotel and staff for futures events Again, Taylor, Bari and team are the best ones in the industry and deserve the best of the luck Love them and the hotel 💗

Incredible hotel Clean and well kept? Friendly staff and beautiful location We couldn’t love it more

So disappointed that we only had one nightEvery staff member was friendly and greeted you as you passed The pool area was kept so clean and the whole building smelled fresh and clean Breakfast was also great Bar staff in and out were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable Made a point to know all of my kidsMy only tiny complaint was that there were A LOT of people in the pool who were local and I know didn’t have rooms Made it a bit crowded and changed the atmosphere a littleOverall we can’t wait to be back

C. Long

According to my husband, both-bars close way too early-like 1100 The rooms, hotel lobby ambiance and cleanliness exceeded my expectations

The pool setting and cleanliness were outstandingThe hotel/front desk management were cheerful and helpful I would ask that if rooms are not cleaned daily to provide extra towels and washcloths When I am traveling I would like my room to be cleaned, beds made complete with clean towels I do not think that is too much to ask

Absolutely perfect Was there for one night two days with my sister I wished we could have stayed longer

The beach is close, the outside areas are inviting with lots of places to relax, eat, and spend time with family The room(s), we met other family members who were already there, were spacious Great atmosphere, staff and other guests extremely friendly Will go back if the opportunity arises

Joe Markell

Wonderful all around-Direct access to a beautiful beach (and because of its distance to other hotels, the beach was basically all ours)

-Relaxing grounds with a gazebo, hammocks, chairs, fire pit, grills, all in view of the ocean and with a light breeze-Individual units like apartments that were very private-Welcoming, homey and safe communal spaces-It felt secluded and enchanting-Fantastic service Mary-Lynn was like a friend immediately and helpfulWe loved it (2 adults, 2 kids) and would stay again without hesitation

Hillbilly Oneal

This is a fantastic place to visit and the host Brandy works hard to make sure you enjoy your stay The white sand beach’s were beautiful and the tiki huts were so convenient with grills, charcoal and all the utensils provided for you, the grill we used was already full of charcoal just added lighter fluid a spark and was good to go While we ate our food we were fortunate enough to enjoy the dolphins playing just off the beach

Then we went inside our bungalow and it was as great as I the outside I just described In a nutshell if you’re in the area it’s well worth the stop, if you’re not in the area it’s the perfect bucket list addition

We stayed unit 304 My family was delighted with our stay here The view of the ocean was amazing

We all enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go from the port, and the sunrise over the ocean is something worth getting up early to see This unit is immaculately clean and perfectly refurbished I felt like I was staying in a brand new condo All appliance are top notch Soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paperall provided Salt and pepper in the kitchen for seasoning The condo complex was very clean and perfectly maintained They did have one elevator out of order, but we never had to wait long for the one that was in order The pool and barbecue area is a very inviting space and included a very nice poolside bathroom, dry sauna, and clubroom for gathering indoor by the pool The grassy area by the dunes is a lush green space that adds to the tropical atmosphere and I enjoyed watching the wild rabbits and cranes go about their evening and morning foraging We felt very safe in the area It is a quiet street The covered parking was a plus It kept the car cool I would recommend this unit to any and everyone

Brian Taranto

This is my family’s 2nd time staying in this complex, 1st visit a year ago was great in a different condo This year in Condo 505 not so much Grounds, pool are great

The issues we have with this unit are, the master bed is horrible, limited supplies provided, no tall glasses, hardly any cooking utensils, torn patio chairs One elevator out the entire stay I would recommend the Cape Winds but not this unit

Our Show Our Story

We absolutely loved staying here! It was an Air BnB, ours had two bedrooms, three beds, two bathrooms and a full kitchen! Right on the beach with a fifth floor balcony facing the ocean! This isn’t a resort, except in name This is a condo

Couldn’t recommend this place more!! ♥️ ♥️

Newly renovated hotel on the beach where most rooms have limited views of the ocean The workout room is nice, and the kids liked the game room with air hockey The prices are high for the breakfast buffet and the $12 credit that Hilton now gives for Diamond members is extremely disappointing

The prices at the convenience store are very high for beverages and snacks The laundry is also $4 per load, which is extremely high I felt extremely taken advantage of with all of these high expenses! The pool area is nice, but the pool is small and I am surprised they didn’t make the pool much bigger since they just remodeled All of the associates that we interacted with were nice The rooms didn’t have microwaves The wall AC was inconsistent It was very cold and froze the person next to it, or if you raised the temp two degrees you would be sweating at night There are several restaurants within two miles Small balcony as well

Nicole Smith

I would have liked to rate this hotel higher Check-in was not very friendly But the worst part was I paid extra for a partial ocean view, and I wouldn’t call looking out over the parking lot and the roof of the entrance a partial ocean view

There was a sliver of blue that could barely be seen Also, if you are chemical sensitive, don’t stay here The smell of (new construction perhaps) was so strong I had a migraine that night and all day the next day and a bad taste in my mouth Note to those that may book “full ocean view” – these rooms are right over the (small) pool, so they would be noisy (there was also a DJ who was very loud that played a couple of hours) On the positive side, I loved the design of the room, floor plan, there was lots of storage, and it was spacious Again, wish it would have been better in other respects Some may not have the problems I had Location is great There is a private walk out to the beach, which is very nice

Marlene Kimacovich

First of all, I did not want to write a review but have no choice Continually calling Hilton Doubletree Cocoa Beach because they charged our account twice Nobody will return my calls and they say they are to busy with other guests

Well guess what, we were a paying guest I have been overcharged by $1,60000 Canadian Dollars If you want any kind of service this is not the hotel for you The front desk needs to learn hospitality all over again, the staff is nice but not trained The general manager should oversee this The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the location on the beach is great and the rooms are good But again, after a 3 night stay no one asked if we needed anything I have spent $6000 Canadian just calling them Finally left a message for Kim Still no reply I would like the double charge reversed please

Great family resort located right on the beach! Plenty of rooms with ocean front views and balconies Other rooms have ocean view or pool views Our room had 2 nice size bedrooms (1 king and 2 singles) and 2 bathrooms

Nice size kitchen with microwave and dishwasher Washer & dryer in the roomActivity Director on premises and plenty of things for kids of all ages to enjoy

Maria Milos

This was the second time we stayed here It’s awesome The condos are large, clean and close to the beach

The staff are nice and efficient It has tennis and basketball courts, cornhole, a ping pong table, a pool and of course beach access They have a self serve beach towel system to get and return the towels There is a linen exchange that you use as needed You use a bracelet with a key for towels, doors to the pool / beach, and your room Yes, it’s waterproof so you can keep it on while you swim Simple things that make your stay so much better

Cassandra Thomas

This place is really nice and clean Smells great as soon as you walk in The pool is great only up to about 5ft so there’s no diving but that also means not as much kid splashing which is nice

The pool also has plenty of areas to sit and lounge in and out of the water My kids had a blast playing pool volleyball and in the little spash pad fountain they had We were able to catch a movie which was fun they have a schedule for their theater it seats about 20 or so people The chairs are uncomfortable! Even my little 7year old complained about the chairs and there’s not much leg room There is also a cute kids play place where they hold activities during the week There’s a game room as well but it’s not worth it El Azteca is the restaurant that is inside the resort we did not eat there The beach access is very nice but being money if you want a good spot because you have to rent the chairs and umbrellas that are already set out $30 for 2 chairs/lounge chairs and an umbrella They have other options that are less or more depending what you want, but the beach access is nice and the $30 is for the entire day, if you leave for a bit they just ask you leave a towel or something showing you are still there, so it’s worth it The rooms are nice and adequate size My biggest complaint is that at the end of your stay you must strip your own beds and place them in a certain spot or you be charged extra You pay alot for all of these amenities and it is not all inclusive which I understand but I am not on vacation to be the house keeper that is the last thing that I want to do when I am trying to pack an entire family up and get out the door So that is my biggest issue with this place it is overall a great place but I can’t give it a full 5 stars because of those few things

We stayed the weekend of February 19, 2022 for a family wedding, we had a block of rooms at a very reasonable rate The front staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful The rooms were clean and well stocked

We had the breakfast buffet both mornings excellent service and variety I wanted to especially mention April and the house keeping staff that went above and beyond to make our stay extra special!

Val Jones

Very comfortable hotel! Everything was clean and welcoming There are all the amenities you typically find in the room including a fridge There is no microwave but they do have both breakfast and dinner available in the hotel

But the best part The bed! When I laid down I was blown away by the comfort immediately! The pillows the mattress the sheets Everything felt like heaven! That alone was worth 5 stars! The staff was also very friendly and welcoming too!

Jenine Badger

Overall very nice place We stayed in one of the suites on the corner with a balcony which I would highly recommend Very spacious and there is a mini fridge and a microwave

There are a few different sitting areas inside as well as one outside on the balcony The buffet breakfast at the restaurant is delicious and very reasonably priced We ordered room service for breakfast which was also very good All of the staff is super friendly and helpful There was only one thing that we were disappointed in Which was the cleanliness of our room For the most part it was clean but it appeared that the mirror and shower doors in the bathroom as well as the sliding glass door leading out to the balcony looked like they were cleaned with a very dirty cloth and the table next to the couch wasn’t cleaned from the previous people because you could see rings from the their drinks All in all the room was very nice i think everyone is aware how under staffed everyone is no matter where you go So I am not going to let that be the deal breaker There are far too many great things about this hotel I would definitely go back and I would recommend this hotel if you’re in the Melbourne area

This place was nice We were here for a wedding and stayed at the hotel for a few days It was Easter weekend, and it wasn’t slow, but it didn’t seem packed

We stayed in the part of the hotel that wasn’t along the beach, and the room was okay at best At least the bugs were already dead when we found them The furniture was nearly stable Room coffee left a lot to be desired, and with the wedding schedule, I didn’t have time for more than that, which was disappointing The short walk to the beach was more than a little convenient, and the wedding spot was cute and cozy Any staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful We spent time in the pool toward the front and had a good time Overall, the place is aggressively mediocre

Heather Hummer

Wow! I was not expecting the stay we had for the low price we paid It exceeded our expectations It was the perfect place to watch the rocket launches from KSC and Cape CanaveralThe rooms were super clean especially considering the buildings age – no mildew or rust

I usually stay at Marriotts, so my standards for cleanliness are high I really like that the floor is tile instead of carpet It was easy to keep it clean during our stay And the beds were very comfortableStaff was amazing and so so nice Beach access was super close and clean We felt safe during the entirety of our stayThe pools were well maintained My only complaint is that the pool snack bar is open for limited hours noon to 5pm Wish it was open later

We had a wonderful stay here before our last cruise The staff was so kind with every interaction And bless the housekeeping person who found my husband’s insulin and had the front desk call us immediately

They kept it cold for us and everything while I rushed back I cannot say how grateful we were We felt really safe in the area as well and our room was clean and comfy We’ll definitely be back

Sanel Babic

Hotel seems dated, despite visible renovations and make overs Nice lobby Breakfast is very limited and not self-serve (while the staff is super sweet)

Front desk snack kiosk is almost non-existent Small outdoor seating area is enjoyable Rooms are very roomy but dated; who still has tubs, analog cable chanels, 1980’s phones 😉 C’mon

Kally wahl

Hotel was ok, wouldn’t recommend though for the price, rooms were outdated tile in bathroom was gross looking, only two towels in the room, doors go into the hotel to get to our room didn’t work and we were told to use those doors, only one ice machine for the entire hotel even though they have signs still up that say ice machine on different floors, and residence in breakfast used to be the BEST no because they say if “covid” and want “healthier options” they only serve frozen foods that get microwaved I was speechless especially when your paying the same price if not more a night now And bar and snack area for pool was closed due to “covid”

Had an amazing stay at the Windermere I would come here as a child with my mom and now I’m having my own baby – which my partner and I came to celebrate ! The place has the same charm as when I was a young girl Victorian accents and a cozy, beach cottage vibe

We absolutely loved the laid back feel and openness of the beach We came for the 4th of July and felt like we had the beach all to ourselves ! Panoramic views of fireworks around us made our trip even more magical Anna and the crew were warm, inviting, and overall accommodating My partner has dietary restrictions and she made sure to do a special breakfast just for him! Staff really do make or break a place and in this case, the friendly demeanor and joy that was shown towards the guest was very apparent ! We will be back as soon as we can be with our baby after he arrives

We had such a nice experience staying here, we would most definitely stay here again The entire place is so very clean All of the staff were so so friendly and accommodating, they couldn’t have treated us better

The location is great, very short walk to the beach And the pool is just beautiful, really nice and the whole area is super clean, it really looks exactly as it does in the pictures Rooms are not huge but kept up and cute and very clean They had free rentals for beach unbrellas and chairs and even a beach cart to take it all with you to the beach and had free bike rentals too which our teen loved The had a laundry facility right there that was awesome and we loved the bar right next to the pool And the free breakfast they serve everyday was absolutely amazing! It was a huge buffet that had just everything I would highly recommend staying here, especially for families

Cocoa Beach was such a pleasant staycation (In our case at least we live in Miami) If you have been thinking of visiting a relaxing quaint beach town at an affordable price point this is it and more The hotel was incredible from the family style attention you get from each employee to the the amenity filled establishment

The staff has to be recognized all on its own because they are so helpful and really want to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable From the time we walked in to check in the lady took care of my wife so kindly and was so happy to showcase her hotel she gave us a complimentary credit at the bar and also boasted about every item on the breakfast The breakfast was every bit as delicious as she described it to be It is a traditional breakfast like eggs sausage waffle maker cereal pastries etc but each item has to be catered from the highest quality provider because each thing was as tasty as can be The room was modern clean and homey feeling The hotel is walking distance to the beach and a roadway to go for a morning jog or walk to some local bars The hotel is packed with amenities from the super clean lazy river pool, sand beach area to have a drink, in house bar, and complimentary surf board and bike rentals In summary I would highly recommend this hotel and you can stay here with confidence Hope this helps and you enjoy your stay

Danielle Dyals

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here! I was a bit nervous after reading some very negative reviews, but I found all of the positive reviews to be true The front desk staff was super friendly, the room smelled clean when we walked in, my friend and I felt safe, and the lazy river and pool area were great They played fun music throughout our stay and it all feels new

Their continental breakfast buffet was also better than most I’ve had! You can tell the building is old, but they’ve made the most of the space with recent refurbishments and cute decor/paint I would stay here again!

We had such a wonderful time at the Seagull Beach Club! The ocean views are breathtaking I loved stepping outside every morning and looking at the pine trees, palm trees, and the beautiful ocean At night on the weekends I could hear the live music from the restaurant across the way

Don’t worry, I couldn’t hear it in my room with the door closedMy kids and I loved hanging out at the pool It’s heated and a great temperature even in December All of the other guests were so kind to my children (ages 12 & 8) One gentleman threw half dollars into the pool for them to hunt forWe walked down to the ocean in the mornings for the sunrise and the evening for sunsets I could stare out at the waves for hours, it’s so peaceful I learned that cocoa beach has the most shark encounters out of all of Florida They are most frequent at sunrise and sunset, feeding hours I saw surfers, all hours of the day We saw Dolphins around lunchtime one dayI am already planning next years vacation and I would love to come back again and again! I highly recommend staying here!

Denise Craft

Shared a fun filled week with my sister and best friend! The rooms are clean, well cared for, kitchen tools fully stocked for convenience and the rooms are spacious All rooms have a balcony to enjoy some down time The pool area is very nice and the beach is just a few steps away

The staff and guests made us feel a part of the “family” We will definitely return for future vacations!

They are receiving five stars as I know firsthand the current employment challenges, yet we were more than pleased with our stay & care we received It was very noticeable that they are doing all they can to care for their guestsNowadays it seems some people (those abusing unemployments true intention) feel they are better than the current working class and I guess they believe that they are gods gift to society… I mean look- they don’t even have to work anymore

Yes you heard correct- they are so precious they get paid more to sit at home than they would be paid to actually try & establish a career Ive seen them around town, if you look closely enough you can see a little brown on the tip of their nose Aside from that, if you can really search hard enough you can find the true hidden gems who are working 70+hrs a week now, doing the work of 2-3 extra people… they are working hard each day, putting aside their own lives to care for othersAlthough the lady who helped care for our room didn’t know us, she showed dedication and commitment We truly couldn’t have asked for more She made our stay as pleasant as possible and because of her and those still working, we will continue to recommend this place Each year the grounds show nurture and care The building may be getting older but the looks continually improve I wish I remembered her name… sorry Nonetheless- the Seagull resort deserves a high recommendation Ty!

Lovely hotel by the beach Careful getting in the water – there’s a coral shelf about 2-3 meters out on which I bruised my shinPros:LocationBeds and bedding were comfortableLots of nearby locally owned shops and diningThere was live music on Friday by the pool area toward the beachQuiet – there was a softball tournament when we visited, so it was packed, but we heard nothing when in our roomCons:The toilets are weirdly difficult to flush and take several flushes to completely vacateThe water pressure is abysmalWe discovered a big bug in our room the day we checked out, but their response was very professional

They immediately sent a request to spray the rooms and told the housekeepers We did not hold this against them Florida is mini Australia when it comes to bugsOverall, we liked it We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the live music while watching the waves We played on boogie boards They have people who offer lessons, and you can rent an umbrella and chairs for the beach if you want One star docked for the toilet issue (completely unnecessary and strange) and the water pressureThe picture is the view from just outside our room

The Crown Plaza was by far the best Hotel we have stayed at on the Space Coast From the check-in to the house keeping staff, everyone was more than happy to assist with the wants and needs of our family The room, double queen beds, was exceptionally clean, well stocked with towels and extra pillows, toiletries, and coffee

The only things our room was lacking were a microwave and personal safe We were more than pleased with this location and highly recommend everyone stay there and enjoy it all

I went here last year with family and some relatives Staff are all nice and the gym and arcade are kept pretty clean Rooms are also really good

Pool and hot tub can sometimes be crowded but when it not crowded, it’s great! The beach itself is great! You can get umbrella and recliner rentals and the pier’s food stands have some good food All in all, you should come here!

Best hotel/condo you will ever be at Kitchen is very big, there is a broom and dust pan if you get seashells on the floor This is not really a condo, but you could consider this a house! Balcony is very spacious, and the rooms can have one, two, or even three bedrooms! Three TVs are included as well as two bathrooms with showers, though one of the showers is better than the other

One shower is small with no space for soap or shampoo The shower door will also collect water which falls out once you open it A way to fix this water problem is the mop that is in the same closet as the broom A vacuum is included as well, though you can get removed from the room if someone reports you for loud noises There is a handbook with rules and basic information about the hotel A lengthy walk to the beach from the difficult to find exit to the trail, but that doesn’t overpower the good of this place Definitely do recommend this resort if you plan a trip to Cocoa Beach

Rick Browning

We spent three nights at this condo before our cruise We had the two bedroom unit It was an easy check in the rooms were clean an everything was furnished that we needed

It was a complete furnished home The x tra big balcony was get with four deck chairs Not very far to grocery store maybe a 10 minute walk each way Only I would suggest going higher than second floor due to trees etc but it was facing the ocean only was hard to see Loved sound of the ocean!!!!

The room was very clean and the staff from the front desk to the breakfast attendants were helpful and friendly! Maureen at the front desk had to fix our reservation we made by phone which was all wrong and apologized profusely even though we didn’t mind I appreciate that they use paper products instead of plastic in the rooms and buffet One review said the breakfast was standard but I disagree

They had cereal, eggs (omelet, scrambled and hard boiled), oatmeal, 2 different waffle irons, sausage, yogurt, spicy potatoes AND fruit! (Not sure why the apples are wrapped in plastic The pool is nice and walk to the beach short This is more about Cocoa Beach but I love how they have kept the dunes intact with nice dune vegetation! Overall a great stay!

Booked this Hotel for the weekend for my 80-year-old parents that were moving to an independent living facility in Melbourne After two days of driving, they arrived at this hotel and were very pleased They were in room 616, a two bed queen room with ocean view that overlooked the pool/outdoor bar area, the balcony with the ocean view was amazing

From the six floor walkway and front door to the room you could see the banana river, and although the rocket launch during this time was scrubbed, they could also have seen it from the front walkway The room was large and although a little outdated, was clean and met their needs They also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning The entire facility from parking lot to main floor to hallways etc were very clean We live in the area and have never had reason to visit any of the hotels, but thank you Hampton Inn, we now know to recommend you to any out-of-town visitors

Jim Perez

Nice simple clean rooms with very cheerful and helpful staff members The pool has heavy afternoon shade from the building which can be good or bad, depending on the weather Nice beach access

Annoying that you can’t have drinks at the pool deck This was ignored by some but some of my favorite beach resorts allow me to have my (non-alcoholic) drinks in hand… and they make a fair penny selling them to me!Overall probably a three star hotel, family friendly, safe, short walk to beach and short drive to Cape Canaveral
