I loved this room The front desk was friendly It was clean

The bar next door has live music from 6 to 9pm We didn’t find it too loud and I enjoyed the music The kitchen had all utensils and pots and pans Also a full size real coffee pot! Surprised to find the little things like comfy robes to use Only complaint is the blanket was a little warm for a room with no air conditioningTown closes down early restaurants close at 8pm

Good restaurant,130,for 4 people, rooms are spacious, amenities are good, comfortable bedding, but the one thing that got me was the fact, that at 945pm I went to work out in there minimal workout room, wich on a plaque clearly states it is open till 11,went to the provided restroom, and heard maintenance come in,I said aren’t you open till 11 he said that’s a old plaque and left,I get done, and try to get out of the restroom,it is locked,I bang on the door my heart is racing thinking I was locked in,I gain my composure and sit on the ground, about to have a panic Attack, and think there has to be another way out,and sure enough around the corner of the bathroom in the back there was,I was so relieved, why didn’t maintenance just say,I am locking this door, use the other door around the corner?????,anyway I would have included more pictures but did not feel,I needed to because of the simple fact I do not want to glorify a place that has no regard for there clearly stated plaques, for goodness sake change them,or cover them with a simple piece of paper

The breakfast was great Aspen condos are nice and quiet but old and several things were broken or didn’t work Great location

The Alpine Spa is AWESOME A bit pricey for the condos If you want to enjoy a relaxing getaway do not stay in the hotel side, grab a condo or suite Private and quiet No room service Beds are comfy Spa bath is great

Jeff Collins

My family stayed at Icicle Village for four nights in February and loved it We were part of a larger group that stayed in several rooms/condos The kids loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub

The complimentary breakfast was excellent with some great hot food items from eggs and hash browns to French toast and waffles – it was a perfect start before heading out skiing each morning Walking distance to town and several nearby restaurants Staff was friendly and attentive Can’t wait to go back!

Talon Windwalker

Definitely better than a 2-star hotel Not sure where Google got that rating Very quick and smooth check-in process

I showed up early, and my room wasn’t ready yet They called me once it was ready for me to check in Check out was done by text so I could just go straight from my room to my car Breakfast was quite good The restaurant was good as well for dinner Room was very comfy They’re within about a 12-min walk to the downtown area Closer to the park for some nice walking and scenery WiFi was excellent and supported streaming without a hitch Shower had great water pressure All around an excellent experience

Had a great experience I made a last minute booking for a spontaneous celebration The guest services team made great suggestions and made sure I had exactly what I was looking for

For the price, I’m extremely satisfied with the stay The tub was perfect, and the view was nice as well We didn’t dine at the restaurant, but we took a 10 minute bus to a bar and restaurant neighborhood with plenty of options, and he Whole Foods below was perfect for anything else we needed Marc and Becky took wonderful care of us, cheers to two amazing hospitality professionals! I have friends and family in the area so I would’t normally need a hotel, but if I do need one again, I know where I’ll be stayingThank you!

Alicia Wright

Definitely a great stay The rooms were simple but above and beyond in amenities I was especially thankful for the umbrella as it was needed since I walked just about everywhere during my stay

It’s right around the block from the Amazon Campus and The Spheres, and attached to a whole foods If you don’t want to leave there’s a restaurant for breakfast and dinner and a great bar for drinks Everyone was polite and accommodatingExtra deep and long tub, good size shower, lots of chargers, and the bed was great! I have bad hips and almost every single hotel bed I’ve stayed in the last few years have left me sore for days, but I woke up refreshed here11/10 would stay again

Dana Bordeaux

I loved my room! Absolutely top notch It was very clean It had a safe in the room for my use if needed

They even had an umbrella for me to use!My only complaint was there was no place for me to get drinks or snacks aside from the restaurant or stocked fridge

They helped us host a fantastic, intimate wedding in less than 2 months The staff was accommodating, professional, and friendly They even got us into our hotel room (the lighthouse) extremely early so the groomsmen could use it as a place to get ready as well as utilize it for photos

The food was excellent, the wait-staff prompt, and the bartender was friendly and made excellent drinks

Megan Howard

Lovely hotel on the water with plenty of character The staff are all very helpful and cheerful The hotel has bikes and helmets that you can borrow to cycle around the area which is a really nice touch

Breakfast was also good The only downside is they have a decorative fire outside the building which looks cool but is a waste of fuel and emissions

Ina Stap

Extremely disappointed My husband and I came here for our wedding night as we got married nearby I had heard only great things, loved what I read/saw online and even thought it would be a beautiful place to comeback to for anniversaries

We are big fan of jacuzzis and booked here solely because they had a room with a jacuzzi tub available When we arrived, we discovered that they upgraded our room to one without a jacuzzi We told the front desk staff that we’d be willing to downgrade to a smaller room with the tub we wanted but no such rooms were available We couldn’t speak to the manager until check out the next morning and I was surprised that after hearing how unhappy we were, he offered us a 10% refund We both left pretty dissatisfied and the whole thing left such a sour taste that we didn’t take his offer Now, whenever we are in the area (we have a lot of family nearby) or the hotel comes up in conversation, we don’t feel like staying there nor recommending it What’s worse, our negative experience at Hotel Bellwether is all we think of when we remember our wedding night

Christina Whitney

If you don’t mind the price, it is a nice little hotel with a wonderful restaurant It appears family owned which I support wholeheartedly I believe they are in the process of remodeling rooms

It would be five stars for me if the room was updated, and the bar stayed open a bit later Great service, great view The room was a bit disappointing for the price, because of outdated amenities, though clean and quiet Also the restaurant/bar closed at 8:30 pm and wished at least the bar would stay open a bit later if you just want a nightcap before bed Also this is near the beach, but not on the beach You have to hike many many stairs to get from the hotel to the beach, or you have to drive for closer access The spa/heated pool is across the road, you either have to drive or cross by foot on the two lane road and cars go by fast! But once inside the pool is clean and has a great ambience All that being said, I enjoyed my stay

Michael Moyer

It’s probably good for them not to list the restaurant and hotel separately I would definitely give the restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wasn’t expecting much for the restaurant honestly

I went in guessing I was going to get an expensive yet average tasting / prepared meal Even once I was sitting reading the menu, when I saw that they served a variety of ethic meals, it often means their trying to hard and don’t do anything well I left with both my wife and I saying how amazing it was And it wasn’t overly expensive We tend to share meals a lot We both enjoyed both meals and actually preferred the other’s meal So again, the restaurant gets 5 starsBut the hotel, while it had plenty of space, was definitely more motel than resort Staff were all pleasant Pool was decent View was great

Dakota Spani

We stayed here a year ago and were pretty blown away by the restaurant We came back tonight with high expectations and again were blown away! Wendy was attentive and personable Wine selection is great

Oysters and Clams were SO good Chanterelles (special) were a touch overdone but flavor was fantastic Crab toast is probably our favorite thing on the menu! Crab pasta (also a special) was excellent and light for a white sauce dish We ordered the key lime pie essentially just to take it home (it’s so so good) We definitely got too much food but it’s worth getting to taste several of their offeringsWould HIGHLY recommend anyone coming to the area to make the trip here This place is miles ahead of any other dining option around

This is an amazing boutique hotel with attention to detail The staff even noticed that I wore colorful socks everyday! I was greeted upon my arrival with champagne, and from there the wine kept flowing I got married here in 2014

The grounds are beautiful This is truly an experience and not just a stay My room had a fireplace, jacuzzi, and a comfy bed They were very knowledgeable about the area and sent us to the local wineries such as Chateau St Michelle I will remember this day forever thanks to them R I P Peter Nault

I booked a one night stay for some relaxation while traveling through, and this looked like the most posh spot in the Woodinville area It seems to be a popular retreat for weddings and corporate events, and there was one of each happening that weekend so occupancy was quite full Very nice spacious rooms with large soaking tub and all the perks you’d expect from a boutique resort

Beautiful gardens to stroll around and look at wildlife, including the two resident miniature pigs It’s great to have several dining options right on site rather than venturing further away to find somewhere to eat (the restaurant had staffing issues, but that’s a separate review) I only wish we could have stayed longer, but at $1k per night I’ll wait for it to be on the company’s tab next time

10 star service Bryan at front desk was delightful Brandon, Tara, Nichole at Barking Frog were all wonderful! Food

amazing portions more than enough Doors were opened, our every request promptly attended to Room fresh and clean overlooking a beautiful zen garden I don’t know how anyone could have a negative experience My husband John and I travel a lot and this place is top knotcand very affordable We will be back

We had a convention here and they were really lovely to work with The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were wonderful They’re meeting rooms are easy to find and nicely set up

The only reason it got four stars instead of five was it was really hot Not sure if they just didn’t have the air conditioning up or if it wasn’t strong enough I would definitely recommend staying here

Stephen Lumsden

Beautiful place But for all the luxuries and high prices you don’t even get a microwave… and a full breakfast is $20 a person So if like us, you go shopping for your food I hope you like it about as warm as a dead seagull

(Update) I reached out and didn’t get far, the site crashed Not sure why that’s necessary anyway because the issue I had was plainly laid out in the review, and I SERIOUSLY doubt they’d give me any sort or refund or discount

Ahimelec Diaz

When I booked this the pictures of the rooms looked great but I realized that they were a little misleading When we got to our room the room was at 77 degrees and the thermostat said it was set to 65 Called the front desk and they weren’t super helpful just said someone would come by and check it out in a few

The walls were super dirty and the room was smelly the bathroom was dirty and there was mold around the tub Wouldn’t stay here again Not worth the money that was paid

An absolutely wonderful night spent along the river My wife and I stopped through on a brief road trip The Grandparents were kind enough to care for our toddler for the weekend and The Lodge provided a much-needed getaway

The room was spectacular, well appointed with a nicely stocked wine selection The view of the river was gorgeous, the walkout patio was peaceful and serene, and the bed provided the best night’s sleep in what felt like monthsAccess to the Riverfront trail is literally steps from the balcony and a peaceful evening walk was the perfect end to a long day in the carIt seems silly to actually talk about now, but the lotion the hotel provides in the bathroom is exceptionally nice Unfortunately I didn’t catch the brand, but my wife raved about it!The restaurant, Drumheller’s, is almost unbelievably good and blows all other potential dining locations around it out of the waterOverall, the experience was so good we are now trying to find out how to return with our son and (large) dog for another wonderful weekend Thank you to the staff for making our stay exceptional!

Jenel R

This is our second time at the lodge Booked the king suite this time was amazing! The views are exceptional especially during sunset! The customer service with the cookies was awesome! My family loves coming here! The restaurant for Father’s day was good

services was a little slow and not because of our server but it was busyit was fathers day so completely expected The cheese board was A+!

Brynn Palomera

This was a somewhat last minute trip as my grandmother passed away unexpectedly Booking was extremely easy, as was check in & check out The only reason I’m not giving The Lodge 5 stars all around is because of the room we were in smelled HORRIBLE! We mentioned it at checkout & were told it was probably the new carpet

It smelled like formaldehyde & it was absolutely overwhelming Thankfully the room had big doors we could open for fresh air Wine available as well which helped too lol Would we stay here again? Yes! Do we feel that room & new carpet should’ve been aired out or ventilated prior to occupants staying? Also yes! Someone had to have walked into that room prior to our reservation & known it was damn near unbearable!

The rooms have recently been freshened with new paint, linens and was very comfortable The carpet didn’t appear to be new but was in good condition and clean The rooms overlook the harbor which is nice

The downside was the pool and hot tub were covered with tarps and it’s unclear if they were going to upgrade them or remove them My family always enjoy the pool and hot tub when we stay there and were disappointed they weren’t available

B Baylon

Stayed for a couple of nights April 2022 for a much needed break for my wife Booked directly and save some money Hotel was a couple of miles away from the downtown area

You can walk in the summer but we drove because it was chilly Clean and suited our needs with plenty of supplies and adequate breakfast Internet speed is very good My only concern was that the room was a bit dark

This resort is amazing and perfect for a nice quick getaway It’s relatively close to Seattle The views are spectacular

Came in March but there was still plenty of snow and it snowed but a couple days which only added to the beauty of the area The views from the restaurant in the lodge are gorgeous We stayed in a condo/ 2 bedroom apartment in the inn, which was great Plenty of space and games Very comfortable Amenities were great The fitness center is fantastic And the service was outstanding You can also hike down from the lodge to the river below and capture some beautiful scenery Highly recommend it

J. Scott Fiser

We stayed in one of the cabins Very nicely furnished about a wood tones lot of tile Nice amenities many bedrooms with bathrooms

Right on the golf course It was a hot summer couple of days but the wind really took the edge off the heat Nice grounds and facilities for pickleball tennis basketball grassy fields Very windy in the area up on the peaks and the hills but that helped to cut the edge off the heat Nice amenities on the exterior of the house

Angeli Sinha

Loves the location! All the activities are great too…something for everyone All ages can enjoy their stay here Room was comfortable and has a good set up in the one bedroom suite

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room at the Lodge we had, but the service of some staff at the restaurants and bar was more disappointing Overall, a good experience! Will probably be back because of the location and activities

Great place to stay during your travels It is nice to have a homey, comfortable place to stay The beds are comfortable, kitchen was clean

The room seemed about half way updated It could have used a tiny bit more attention to detail from what I normally expect from the Hilton brand However, nothing to sway me away from staying here The hallways did however feel like walking through an assisted living facility The smell in the building was just sort of stale It could definitely use some new carpet A remodel of fresh paint, etc however, I will say, this place is definitely a decent place to stay Also, while not a great selection of wine these two they have are delicious! Nice buttery Chardonnay and a good dry cab Would recommend 9/10, would stay here again

We spent the week here celebrating our anniversary It was more than I could have hoped for Perfect sized room, loved the kitchenette! Hot breakfast that changed up every day was a highlight, and kept us fueled for all of our daily activities

Wow! What a beautiful hotel with such wonderful front desk staff!Tamara at the front desk was incredibly personable and fun to talk with! She gave us a fantastic breakfast recommendation for the next morning and also remembered to say happy birthday to my partner (we stayed at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront to celebrate the birthday) once we got back in for the eveningTamara was very charming and VERY knowledgeable about the local area as well, she was a great resource for information for us and really went above and beyond to make us feel like the only guests in the hotel! She really made our stay brilliant and put a lot of effort into us in terms of her outstanding customer service!Immer the Valet was also incredibly nice, he was very nice and VERY fast! He certainly made us feel like VIPs when he brought the car around I’d even recommend staying at this hotel just for the Valet!

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel This website will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in this area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be let downWow! The service is super rude when checking in My partner booked us a room and they would not let us check in when he hadn’t arrived yet even when I had the confirmation, insisting that we call him up to verify that we are in fact staying in the room It was late – did we really look like we were going to steal some random person’s room reservation? Also they needed to check our IDs and take our card information when they had his on file – which I think is intrusive and just bizarre because we’ve never had an issue with any other Marriotts

The rooms are also really outdated – old wall paper, old carpet The bathroom tile is also really slippery when wet in the bathroom so hopefully nobody trips on that There were only two towels for the two of us – so we ended up using our wet towels constantly since they didn’t dry The walls are super thin and the air conditioning is exceptionally loud There was some blood(?) on the door way trim in the bathroom Your view will be blocked if there is a cruise ship docked The concierge lobby has no services except for some snacks The coffee tastes pretty burnt in there too The hotel breakfast is at the Hook & Plow and is pretty good food if you manage to get a table If there is a cruise ship at the pier, there will be a ridiculous amount of people waiting in line and you just won’t get hotel breakfast unless you wait at least 30 minutes It looked like they had the ability to serve food in the concierge lounge so I didn’t understand why breakfast was not there instead to cater to hotel guests Parking is $65 per day The location is definitely ideal if you are going on a cruise at the pier, but otherwise, it’s really not worth it to stay here

Great couples getaway! Our room had a fabulous view and the spa was timely and comforting They had a special chef instructional dinner program that I really enjoy Cuisine was fresh and carefully prepared with acceptable service

A hidden gem in the corner of this world!A perfect get way from the city! They even have 2 EV chargers- one for Tesla and one for other chargers We stayed in the Corner King Waterfront room which is different than regular rooms as it’s in the Corner and has no room at one sideThe rooms have a balcony facing the calm sea

They have a large king bed with a mini fridge with free soda & cola! The wine & beer are paid There is also a bath tub with salts and a water view while you take a bath in the tub!The Spa and Dinner were closed during our stay but they still have free amazing breakfast You are given a breakfast card where you need to chose your breakfast and drink The breakfast is delicious but little less quantity if you like a heavy breakfast! And then there is the city of Langley which is beautiful and everything around is walkable from the InnLastly, the folks running the inn are super friendly and super helpful! They have lots of snacks in the front desk for you!

Absolutely one of the best stays ever! Staff were so welcoming and helpful Location can’t be beat Our room, with fireplace, looked over the Christmas lit main square, a simple stroll to anywhere

Facility was clean and very well kept The breakfast, included, was fantastic I would highly recommend this place, if you ever find your way to Leavenworth, WA

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff The decor has a very comfortable lodge feelThe rooms are immaculate and if you are on the South side the view both day and night are great

My only criticism is that the breakfast is very underwhelming For how great the rest of the hotel is and for the price one pays it isn’t much more then an ordinary free hotel breakfast We had a great stay and look forward to a return visit

Ronn Halberg

We have tried a few other hotels in Leavenworth but the Bavarian Lodge is by far the best It was a last minute switch at 8 pm but they were so accommodating and even gave us an upgrade Village views are the best

The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and small fireplace Nice balcony with two chairs to relax and watch people in the park directly across the street Also a beautiful view of the mountains off to the right The complimentary breakfast was very good The front desk (Kelly, Paige and Steven) went out of their way to help us Very friendly and professional The Bavarian Lodge is where we will be staying from now on when in Leavenworth
