This Hampton Inn is, by far, the best hotel in the Raleigh area that I have stayed in The rooms are gorgeous, impeccably clean, spacious and functional Every staff member that I have ever encountered has been welcoming and friendly

The complimentary breakfast is always great with lot’s of options The location is convenientI’ve stayed in many hotels and I can tell this one is run with great care and attention to detail Stay here- you won’t regret it!

I am a Hilton Honors member Booked room Used AAA discount

Needed to cancel the reservation 5 days in advance of my stay Called the Hampton Inn facility direct No answer This went on for 11 tries All the time I was also doing an online chat with Hilton Honors and was told the reservations were non refundable I challenged that They suggested they I contact them directly! HELLO???? 11 tries and no answer…what do I need to do- drive there? I finally got my husband who is a platinum member to call corporate Got it cancelled, however THE REPRESENTATIVE tried calling the facility direct with her personal cell phone and also no one answered FINALLY she used her resources and contacted the General Manager who agreed to cancel the reservation Note that all the while this was happening, I continued to call the facility direct…On the 12th try I was finally connected to a recording that directed me to an option to EDIT my reservation The front desk must have been asleep in that back room where they hide I cannot imagine front desk being that busy to not be able to answer the phone that is ringing incessantly!!!!! SLACKERS THERE ARE OTHER PLACES NEARBY TO STAY ALWAYS, ALWAYS, check cancellation policy because it is HIDDEN behind “ flexible date change options” PROCEED WITH CAUTION THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY QUICKLY BUT ARE SLOW OR DIFFICULT TO REFUND OR ADJUST!! Corporate Office will be advised of this situation Should not have taken me 45 min to cancel / “edit”

My daughter reserved a room back in December to have her fiance’ a surprise birthday party Today a week before the party she was informed they could not have the event, all of a sudden they couldn’t accommodate the number of guests Customer service fail!! Good thing we all hadn’t booked our rooms to stay

This poor service resulted in a loss all the way around Don’t make plans with them!!!

I have never wanted to write a review in my life until I stayed at this place I been to many many hotels and this one is the worst First off the toilet kept overflowing even if you had fluid in it and someone with a stomach condition like myself it was a struggle I had to ask the front desk in front of many people for a plunger and they just handed it to me instead of dropping it off at my room The toilet still kept overflowing no matter what so if you have any stomach issues I recommend not staying here

The smell in the room is very over powering The staff was helpful besides one person when I was checking in was a bit rude Overall it’s a never again stay hotel without a doubt

Madedo Champagnie

For starters i like that the Fairfield Inn & Suites is located near shops and about 15 mins from Crabtree Mall as the other mall closest to the hotel is a joke, though not their fault This was our first time at this hotel and we were visiting from out of state When we walked in we did not receive a warm inviting welcome from the lady at the front desk, but later she appeared to be nice

We had about eight or nine rooms reserved for the weekend Upon entering my room I did an inspection and saw immediately that the vanity mirror in the bathroom was cracked The ceramic coating in the toilet was rubbed off to where there was a black mark in the toilet The seat on the toilet was a little loose and the sheets on the bed were not fresh sheets as they did not have the clean crisp fold lines in it, and they looked as though they had already been slept on My husband called house keeping who sent a housekeeper to change the sheets and of course, she was not happy to say the least The closet door in my son’s room had a long white scratch mark, and last but certainly not least, we were going to our event on Saturday afternoon, i got to the lobby and as I was walking in the lobby was greeted by a big roach crawling across the lobby floor from the counter across to the seating area I do not know if that was the same roach my sister saw that morning in the breakfast area Im very disappointed and i can promise you that I will never stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone I pointed out the issues to the staff but I doubt that they are notifying management and so, I’m making it public for all to see I had no idea that when i made the reservation, we would be checking into the roach motel

Bon Cropper

Not too impressed with the staff, my room or the noisy location The view from my room had a big concrete-slab looking thing across the window which was the portes-cochère It wasn’t a desirable view at all, although the room itself was fine

The staff that greeted me talked so fast that it was impossible to understand him The location is near an exit and it was very loud at times Not planning to return

Totally surpassed my expectations Maybe the nicest Double Tree I’ve been in The reception was warm and welcoming

The pool area is LEGIT! Usually hotels pools are crumby, not this one It’s nice The drinks are good The fries are bangin’ and so were the wings I was very shocked and we had a great timeCheck it out

I loved the room It was a fast check in staff were very friendly and of course I loved getting my cookie The bar and restaurant set up looks amazing and the hotel just smells clean all together which I absolutely love

No one just standing around There were plenty of parking spots even in the middle of the night it was a great escape for a staycation

Rachael Cardwell

My best friend and I, both 18, stayed here for a weekend while attending Galaxycon My friends dad set up the reservation and early check in and made sure we were allowed to stay despite being under 21, over the phone they said there was no issue with that The man at the desk was really short and rude with us and told us we couldn’t stay

They also didn’t take many forms of payment such as cashapp cards and chime cards Once my friends dad called the front desk man’s manager (the one who said it was okay) and he begrudgingly gave us our room cards The hotel and the rooms are nice and clean! My only other problem was with the breakfast, it was not continental which is okay, but we got down an hour after opening and there was nearly no food left What was left, however, was a piece of bread with spots of mold on it We turned around and went to dunkin’ instead Overall a nice room for the price but the rest of our stay i could’ve skipped

The Courtyard Triangle Town Center is the BEST hotel in Raleigh, hands downThey ever so graciously hosted my post-wedding reception this past weekend and made everything so incredibly easy, beautiful, and an absolute success I am no event planner by any means, so at points where I found myself freaking out over the details, Jack (sales) was there every step of the way

He was extra communicative, detail-oriented, and thought of things even we had forgotten to consider – everything you’d want in a sales coordinator Jewel and Brandi made the most amazing food, that made all of our guests (even the pickiest eaters) very, very happy The staff at the front desk during our event were patient, friendly, and incredibly accommodating as well – everything was simply perfectIf you’re looking for a place to do business, gather with family, or just stay overnight, look no further than here Worth absolutely every penny and you will not be disappointed!!!

Charlotte Beecher

Don’t stay here Prices are up Business is up…yet, They have stripped down amenities to the bare bones (1

one cup of in-room coffee and no complimentary coffee stand in the breakfast area, 2 Minuscule slivers of soap, 3 No complimentary breakfast or snacks…not even cookies Plus – it is noisy While we have been Marriott members for years, This is our last stay hereOn the positive side, it is clean and the oversized chair in the room is nice

Brandon Bowlin

Nice rooms No consistency in a restaurant or bar Obnoxious service

Over-charged for the value Was threatened by staff they would call police if I didn’t leave within the next hour when I had overslept I had paid and stayed for four days at that point They could have just asked if I wanted to stay another day and I would have paid I’m not the type of person that takes threats lightly, especially without asking appropriate customer service questions first I’ll never stay at another Marriott

Best Hotel Staff and Room I’ve been in during my stay in Raleigh Especially that area of Raleigh Close to downtown

Only problem was the powered eggs; they were so bad but the service and cleanliness was top notchEven lost my wallet and had Dashawn ( day time hotel staff) walking the parking lot to find itIt was in my room the whole time but came down and gave him a thank you gift for helping easy my mind🙌🏾🤗 Great stay great beds and clean room Fresh AC

Brandy Mozingo-Thompson

There were several things that stacked up that make me give this hotel as low a review as possible When we got to our suite, the key cards didn’t work so we had to go back down and have them re-scanned When we were able to enter the room we immediately noticed a foul smell

After we did some investigating, we found a large bag of days-old takeout food that had been left under the sink in the kitchen along with several other items of garbage The front desk staff immediately came up and cleaned and sprayed and were super apologetic about it which I appreciate Our room was on the 4th floor and the windows were left open And the morning after we got there, we quickly realized there was no shower curtain We checked out two weeks ago and I was told a manager would call me back I’ve called back to the hotel and I still have not had anyone reach out to me Despite the gorgeous room our stay was severely affected by the smell, cleanliness, not being able to shower and lack of communication from management despite all of my requests

Kristin Latorella

By far the worst experience at a hotel We had confirmation for 2 rooms but they only had one available We had four adults and had booked 2 rooms with king beds

We had to get two roll away beds which were extremely uncomfortable Mattress covers were stained Back doors were propped open for anyone to come and go freely The elevator was broken

I don’t typically leave reviews for places However, I feel like this deserved one We came in super late for our stay

When google maps told me to turn in, I thought it was a mistake There is a gas station in the parking lot of the hotel Outside, there were crack addicts hanging around and ZERO spaces to park I had to park illegally overnight and prayed to God the rental car didn’t get towed, broken into, or stolen Directly outside the front door people were loitering and there appeared to be a party group looking to take the party into the hotel Once inside, the lobby was clean and the gentleman checking us in was friendly When we got to our floor, the hallway smelled of mildew, cigarette smoke and bad Indian food The room also smelled slightly of cigarette smoke Room was clean so it was an ok enough place to rest When we headed out the next day, we discovered the source of the Indian food Next to the elevator were 2 over flowing trash cans that appeared to not have been emptied for a few days The area was scary and honestly I would not stay here again if it were the last place on earth I believe that the management should have vagrants removed from the property for the safety of their paying customers

Richard Davis

The guy at the front was did his job but seemed like he wasn’t really there The hotel itself was pretty nice considering was I paid for the room and it was a place just to put our head down for the night sheets and linings where all clean as was the bathroom Of course the was some people yelling down the hall which was frustrating when we had to be up at 3 in the morning

Overall though of your looking for a decent place to stay and a good price it was well worth it in my opinion

Becky Boo

First let me just say THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! I came to this hotel from out of town to stay for one night They give you a paper to sign with a list of rules about not smoking, etc Which is fine

I don’t smoke anyways I was simply looking for somewhere to stay one night before I traveled back home to another state The next morning 30 mins after I checked out someone called me from this hotel saying the hotel room smelled like smoke and I would be charged 5000, I said sir I don’t smoke If I walked back in that room it would have only smelled like perfumeThis is not how you treat people!!! Thankfully I have a trusted bank and they were able to dispute the 5000 and give me my full refund I’m warning you now if you stay here they will steal from you, HANG UP ON YOU, and block your numberBut my GOD my God! He SEES all things high and low God bless

Clean, comfortable room Nothing fancy The room had a few damaged spots on the wall but they were small

The room was probably over-priced but that’s more a result of the market No complaints about the room or the staff Wasn’t crazy about the $100 damage deposit I had to pay upon checking in – that was unexpected and not disclosed beforehand But if you’re just passing through and need a clean room for a night or two, this is a good option

Hannah Elford

Booked through Bookingcom 5 days in advance Had a confirmation email and number, but hotel did not have the information for our stay

Thankfully, they had room and they treated it as a “walk in” When I pulled the comforter bad, there was a hair on the sheets Old fashioned rubber bath mat grossed me out A/C unit did not cool effectively Overall price was good, but I would have rather paid more for a much cleaner, renovated, and comfy-feeling place

Sharon Futral

We were there to attend a concert at the Amphitheater and found this hotel nearby Very, very pleased with the hotel It was exceptional clean, fresh/modern and really like the layout and design of the King room

Someone gave a lot of thought into the design for it was spacious and very practical with design and elements Best Mini fridge I’ve encountered on my travels with great depth and overall capacity The bathroom was spacious, and the full wall length vanity was a plus for unloading both our toiletry bags Used their shampoo/conditioner and was very impressed with the brand (RAIO) – kept touching my hair throughout the day for it was soooo soft Ended up ordering the product from Amazon The bed was very, very comfortable The front desk and hotel personnel were super friendly, astute, and go out of their way to help you The hotel is conveniently located to various restaurants and shopping areas yet secluded from noise and traffic I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area and highly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel has pros and consPros: the door locks The bathroom fixtures worked

The sheets were cleanCons: everything is ratty Most surfaces didn’t appear clean Things are broken AC in the room I was in was moderately quiet for a few minutes at a time, but when the compressor turned on, it was loud, and sounded like it might fall out of the wall When the compressor turned off, it was quieter again Tough to sleep next to that Breakfast was pretty awful

Roger Stanton

You get what you pay for Except here Selected the Comfort Suites because it was appx 40% more expensive than our other options in the area

The pictures looked decent enough, thought it was perhaps a newer property with nicer things — including a nice staffWrong on all counts: service was somewhere between less than hospitable and total indifference, water pressure in shower was nonexistent, breakfast was probably the best the place has to offer and the scrambled eggs were like they had been washed in a bucket of water, the location couldn’t possibly be “new” as it’s so badly wornSleep is the top concern wherever I’m staying overnight, and “Comfort” shouldn’t even be in this location’s name The air conditioner quit cooling the room and made sleep on the hardened mattress impossible Checkout was smooth, and welcome: drop room key in fishbowl at front desk and don’t look backMy advice, find a better place and save your money

michael miller

we are just now checking in and getting to the room so at the moment I’m going to mark it three stars, So far everything is great! Front desk was very polite and helpful, check-in was fast and without any problems (we booked online with a 3rd party) the room is clean and well taken care of, this will be a one night review stay so we will be updating after breakfast for a final reviewFULL REVIEW— so as the clothes out to my review I have absolutely nothing that I can say negatively about this hotel, we had a great night sleep the hotel was quiet throughout the evening the front desk appeared to be manned at all times and having had an opportunity to utilize the gym the only complaint I would have is that there was no hand sanitizer at the time, the shower in the bathroom had great water pressure, tub drain nicely And all appliances in the room were working perfectly and in good clean order, Should we be in need of a close by staycation this would definitely be the 1st on my list, I highly recommend

We stayed back in July 2021 The lady working the breakfast was phenomenal She was all by herself but she could multi task so well

Truly professional The gentleman working the front desk was polite and courteous I would recommend this hotel to anyone! But the fact that its on New Bern Avenue and I grew up in the city of New Bern doesn’t hurt either Ha ha

Amanda Deason

Parking lot was very small for us to park Clerk was very nice and welcoming Our room smells like someone had been smoking pot in it, the exhaust fan didn’t qork in the bathroom so it made the room feel like a sauna, in addition to the fact that the ac wouldn’t keep the temp in the room regulated and so obnoxiously loud it kept us up most of the night

I was in town to take my state boards and needed a good night’s sleepthat definitely DID NOT HAPPEN! We are high level IHG rewards members, so we used our points to cover the room, it showed This must be where the guests that use their rewards get stuck and the “paying” guests get put in the nicer rooms

This hotel was overall very friendly and clean There were no issues with dirty sheets, towels, or dirt and we did not run into any bugs Could be a little noisy between 10 pm to 12 pm, but nothing too crazy

Breakfast was good and there were great options The muffins were really good Coffee isn’t amazing, but it was okay Also pet friendly if you are looking for a place to take your pups Rooms slightly dated, but it wasn’t bad and it was still clean

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the bull We had to move rooms three times and we were paying with our points How embarrassing for this hotel

The first room almost had a fire right in front of me because of a lamp When I say almost had a fire I mean we could have burned the entire place down on that lamp We asked to move and went to another room that was not clean They removed us immediately and moved us to another room The air conditioner leaked all night onto the carpet This hotel is going down I would expect for Hilton property to write me a personal letter I could’ve called the fire department immediately It was that close Please make sure that this place has been inspected The staff was very apologetic and nice and the pool was in great condition The beds sucked

Matty Roop

The sink was clogged and was supposed to get fixed while I was out for the day It wasn’t done when I came back 9 hours later Instead of giving me a new room, I had to wait for maintenance

The toilet ended up being clogged up also The TV stand had gunk all over it The 2nd day I came back to the room from work, my towels on the floor was missing, but I left the do not disturb sign on the door I ended up finding the towels submerged in my sheets on the other side of the bed where I wasn’t sleeping My overall stay was lousy

Very friendly and helpful staff Appreciated the water bottles at check-in Really comfortable room

You know how some rooms can get too cold or the bed is too close to the A/C? Not the case here It cooled effectively and I stayed comfortable all night and also warmed up when I wanted it to be warmer during the day I had a top notch experience here

Nice hotel that has a small indoor pool Lots of seating in lobby and looked clean I’m giving 3 stars due to the sheets and blankets for pullout couch didn’t seem clean

The blanket had a set of eyelashes stuck to it and a dead ladybug When my husband went down to get a new blanket they gave him a duvet cover I thought it was a window curtain at first

Really nice hotel, reason why I typically choose a Hilton when I have to stay somewhere Place was very clean and all the staff were friendly I was a little sad we could only stay the one night

We even got some cookies after we checked in, which is a nice touchThe breakfast was good for $10/person, a much better deal than trying to find a place to eat in Raleigh I have to give a shout out to the lovely lady at the breakfast buffet this morning, she had a unique name and I can’t remember it One of the guests was in a wheelchair and came down for breakfast She set up a little table, and made his plate and some coffee, that was soo sweet of her to go out of her way to do that I thought I felt bad since most people don’t tip after paying for breakfast, but she definitely deserves it!Great place to stay for a good deal, you won’t be disappointed!

Prince Lofton

The customer service was excellent Very professional and they were wearing facial mask However when I checked in the room, there were Doritos chips ALL over the floor

Under the furniture and even near the restroom I called the front desk and notified them, and they said okay Also, the coffee cup lids had sticky orange substance UNDER the lid as if it had already been on top of a cup Not sure I will be staying at this property again I was informed through the check in staff member that this property was under renovation, and by the end of this year (2 more months) this property will be a Hilton owned property I actually look forward to the Hilton experience as the property is convenient for me for work commuting

We came to the hotel with a large group of teens for a Robotics Competition The hotel was so friendly and accommodating! We came back and used the lobby area for dinner on Saturday night I always feel a little concerned because it is a lot of kids and a lot of food

The attendant at the front desk was more than helpful-she asked if we needed plates, utensils, serving pieces, she was wonderful! She also knew we had a large group of kids and had gone out during the day and purchased some games for the hotel to keep so that our kids would have something to do in the evening! I can not thank her enough or recommend this place enough Thank you!

We stayed here in August 2021 for a wedding There are no bells and whistles, but it is what it is We always bring our own cleaning products, which we did have to use particularly in the bathroom

They offer free breakfast with your normal options of bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles and coffee However at least during that time (Covid restrictions I suppose), you have to wait in line and take your breakfast to your room on styrofoam plates Overall this hotel can do better with its appearance At least with our room, the ceiling showed signs of past water damage That should have been taken care before anyone was booked in that room

I thought this place was great for the price honestly The rooms are clean and updated I liked that I could park my car right in front of my rooms window, that gave me a great sense of security

The only thing I didn’t care for was on the doors was exit only and it would’ve been extremely beneficial if it was used as an entrance as well Other than that, no complaints

Stayed one night for after a date night with my husband Pretty pricey for the atmosphere of the hotel Mattress and pillows were really comfortable, however, the upkeep of the hotel and little things went unnoticed

The outside trash can stayed full from the time we checked in until the time we checked out I don’t mean full, I mean overflowing with trash on the ground The ice machine didn’t work on our floor so we had to go down a floor if we wanted ice Next to the ice machines on both the 2nd and 3rd floor, were bags of trash The mini fridge in the room was on the fritz, and was covered in ice They have dove products that you can pump out mounted to the wall, however there was no body wash, just an empty container It was mostly quiet, we heard a few dogs but nothing too loud to where you couldn’t sleep through the night Breakfast was better than I thought it would be, and the lady attending the breakfast bar was quite friendly It was a last minute stay, and we should have reserved a room elsewhere for the price, and next time we will Also the pool is closed

Staff was friendly & the room was clean However there were a few issues & inconveniencesThe phone in the room did not work so you have to leave the room and travel to the front desk whenever you had issues

We were told maintenance was gone for the day and would come the following day That never happenedNeither one of the beds had a comforter on them – just a thin sheet only We were told several people had allergies so they removed all of the comforters and made them available by request only We had to get dressed just to head down to the front desk after 9pm because the phone didn’t workThe TV remote did not work & guess how we had to notify the front desk…yep you’ve got it By getting dressed and walking downstairs The front desk clerk told us it was the sensor in front of the TV We adjusted, it did not work so we headed back down to see if we could get the remote replaced She said it works…you just have to stand directly in front of the TV Kinda negates the point of have a remote When we shared the power & volume buttons worked just not the channel buttons, she said maintenance was gone & would be up tomorrow That never happenedThe TV channels were limited to local and special cable channels No TNT, USA, Bravo, or anything more familiar Of course we had to stand and manually select the channels due to the remote issue We found one station that wasn’t too weird and kept the TV on that station for the remainder of the tripWe were only given two(2) total sets of towels for a multi night trip Thats one set per person The morning after the second night, one of us went down to request a fresh set of towels as they were heading out to their meeting & I was waiting to shower before logging into work & eventually leaving later that morning We were told the towels were on their way up It’s been over an hour & I’m still half dressed waiting to shower and start my day (now past 8am)Guess what I’ll need to do to notify the front desk? The bed was comfy, pillows were a variety of hard & soft based on preference, the water was hot, and the amenities were okay…but there were/are a lot of issues Enough for me to post & leave a rating Could have easily been a 5 star review if the issues were addressed

Decent place and clean Breakfast was plentiful and hot Dove soap and beauty products a plus

Most of the staff was friendly except the older woman at the front desk, she made it very clear that she was racist by all her comments she made The final comment was she told my grown so He better behave we don’t want any trouble in here Mind you my son is 6’5″, black and thin oh did I mention he’s 29 How is she going to say something like that especially when he was the person conducting the transaction We had to let her know we weren’t that type of family and she was out of place We had 2 rooms and had traveled all the way from upstate NY We asked for connecting rooms she said she didn’t have any Cool We took the room on the first floor , my sister asked about her room and where was it located The lady said well if you don’t want that room we can pit you on the forth floor, there are only 3 floors Ok enough about her The phone didn’t work and it was had to turn the ac down because the buttons were stuck on the window ac and the wall controls didn’t work Besides those incidents my stay was pleasant, it was the first impression at check in that ruined my review Would I stay here again I might and even recommend
