2nd stay at this hotel First time was great This time found some issues

The night stands were very dusty We wondered if the place has been cleaned at all Used roll of toilet paper remained We expect new roll for new guests Plus health issue from used roll? The washing basin sink was draining very slowly Possibly clogged The room gets service every 3 days Our room was done on the 3rd day, but no spare toilet paper left in the room We had to call the service for spare roll because it was almost out Surprised the staff did not notice there was no spare rolls Also had to call for body lotion None found in the room We booked a 1 bedroom studio by mistake They gave us a handicapped room The shower curtain was too high from the floor resulting in lots of water splashes outside The towel on the ground was all wet and slippery after each shower They should lower the curtain to minimize the splashes

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I hated my room will explain more in detailParking is $9 a night (not terrible in comparison to Seattle)

Breakfast, which had good breakfast sandwiches and unlimited coffee (that was delicious) was a huge plus the dining/bar area was nice (though the bar never opened during the 4 days I was there) and there is outdoor seating which is great to hang out at in the eveningFitness center is small but nice with new equipment (treadmills and elliptical s) and weights and the laundry room was nice as wellBring a sound machine or sleep headphones (I travel with mine) bc the walls are thin and you can hear everythingand I mean everything)Kate at the front desk was wonderful and got me into my room super early I was put in room 201, which is incredibly far from both sets of elevators (not a problem) The room itself was spacious and spotless, but I was so disappointed to open the windows to see that I had a view of a retaining wall I had to crank my neck up just to see the trees and no direct sunlight either which sucks since I was there for 4 daysThe biggest problem was that you are up against the retaining wall AND I had a drain near my window there were bugs, spiders, gnats, beetles, moths all over the damn place and while the windows are sealed (you can’t open them,) they are able to enter the room through cracks and also where your ac vents out I woke up every night with bites, bugs and spiders in the bed and even (accidently) stepped on two beetles in the middle of the night during my stayThere was even a iguana or lizard of some kind on my windowthank goodness it didn’t get inside overall, I would stay here again (on a higher floor), just know that the most of odd numbered rooms on the second floor have that view as well (if I had to guess rooms 201 -219 (odd numbers only) have that same view avoid room 201 if you can

The hotel was nothing special It was as expected for a residence inn Odd that I had to pay a parking fee of $7ish for the night

There was someone parked in the handicap without a handicap placard/plate The parking spots were tight too The hotel itself was quiet Room was by an elevator, but didn’t notice any noise The room could have used some maintenance A tile was off in the bathroom and the closet door had a spring that was out I don’t think the room was fully wiped down as there were crumbs over by the stove The breakfast was hot with the traditional fare of eggs, meat, oatmeal, and pastries Was just in for the evening and it was a good location

So, maybe it’s me, and how I read the description of the hotel, but I don’t think so The description said hot breakfast What it didn’t say was the only thing hot about it was the pancakes that only sometimes worked

The reason I choose this location at this price was because of location, shuttle and hot breakfast Two out of three you say? Well the hotel was old and needed something moreI just feel there are better options for less money

Patricia Adkins

This might be one of the best – best westerns I have ever been to, and certainly the best sea-tac airport hotel I have enjoyed Shuttle was efficient, Check in was friendly and personable, the room was clean and comfortable It’s all a bit dated, but I don’t care as everything was exactly what I needed after a long flight

The breakfast was continental but exceeded my expectations with the variety I will definitely be back as I was very impressed overall

Sara M

After a really bad travel experience (I lost my purse), they took really good care of me The manager (Glen) let me check in with no ID or credit card (the room was already paid with airline miles), and when the front desk attendant (Rios) saw me frustrated that the vending machine only took plastic, he bought me a coke and wouldn’t let me pay him back Everyone was extremely nice and went way over and above to help out

10/10 recommend

Tami Cortez

We really enjoyed this hotelIt was clean, modern, had a nice ambience and the staff was very friendly throughout our stayThe buffet breakfast was great and we also enjoyed some bites & drinks in the lobby bar before bed

The kids loved the indoor pool and we all loved our very spacious room with all the amenitiesWe were happy it was pet friendly, but thought the additional pet fee of $75 was a little steepI wasn’t aware there was a parking charge also, as we were out in the suburbs with a large lot so that seemed oddBesides the extra fees, the only things we didn’t really like were that the hot tub had so much chemical in it that it stung your eyes & made them water so it wasn’t relaxing, as I’d hoped and there was an odd, strong odor in the lobby hall toward the pool & elevators It was there throughout the stay, but there was a fan set up trying to make it go awayOverall, we really loved our room and the good definitely outweighed the bad so I’d be willing to stay there again

Art Aguilar

The hotel itself is nice! Very modern and clean The room was very clean and simple: nice kitchenette and the room also has a filtered water dispenser The bar in the lobby has a good selection of drinks/alcohol, and the morning breakfast buffet selection is good a well

The only critique I have is the service I had called from my room to order more bath towels, but the front desk asked me to come down to the desk to pick them up That’s the first time in all my stays at any hotel that I was asked to come get more towels Other than that, it was a nice hotelAdd’l comment:Thank you to the owner for responding to my review (I was trying to respond to it directly and apparently I deleted it accidentally) I do understand that there are some staffing issues at the moment in the hospitality industry, and our experience at the hotel did not give us a negative experience We would choose that hotel again Thank you again! 😊

Brian R

An AMAZING experience Staff goes above and beyond, trendy and modern facilities, so many amenities such as: bicycles to borrow, espresso machine for customer use, extensive gym (for a hotel), conference rooms for meetings and moreOur room was very clean and modern

The employees were very kind and responsive (The employees seem real happy to be there)Their free breakfast is the best (free) I’ve ever seen Their eggs actually had veggies and seasoning in it, their breakfast protein was seasoned, they had many diverse options including almond milk, cereal, yogurt, pastries, waffles, oatmeal and moreBottom line: Element puts effort into everything they do They take pride in their service, employees and productI have saved this location as a favorite, will certainly stay here again

Booked this hotel for a short trip to Seattle based solely on the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed The front desk staff were very helpful Got an accessible room with a wheelchair fit in bath and it was truly accessible

The hotel staff gladly provided a bath chair when we requested one Cleaning was done promptly To top it off, the allowed a complimentary late checkout that gave me time to shop at the nearby south centre mallThe restaurant meal was quite affordable and really tasty Yeah will likely stay there again when next i visits Seattle

Lisa Brown

Very nice experience here The restaurant downstairs has great service and drinks The environment there was perfect with enjoyable music and ambience

The hotel room was fresh, clean and modern It was very quiet and peaceful The mattress was more comfortable than most hotels I’ve stayed at Very tastefully decorated All the staff were warm and welcoming I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Wendy Pope

I really wanted to love this hotel for my work travels It’s modern and new and clean The beds are comfortable and it is fairly quiet overall

The parking is terrible HOWEVER, the customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! At check-in the staff was great But Monday morning staff were rude and had an attitude when calling down with a need You call the front desk and it rings for 10 minutes before they answer Oh and I had to call 6 times for a hairdryer in one day After calling twice and waiting over an hour I was late for a meeting I had to dry my hair with an iron because they wouldn’t respond to a simple missing item in the room Should make them pay for my hair treatment since my hair will need repair after this trip Still haven’t received a hairdryer and it’s been 12 hours or request via phone and email I would recommend you stay somewhere that you are appreciated as a customer and that simple issues with rooms can be resolved with one call I will be telling my corporate travel team not to book anyone else in this hotel again

Rooms were pretty big and had a couch, desk and mini bar sink area, shower was hot but no tub Sheets were cleanStill annoyed that management is trying to cut costs by not offering continental breakfast or coffee anymore, yet they’re willing to charge $8 for a breakfast box that has juice, yogurt and a granola bar

I’ve stayed at other hotels during more strict covid restrictions that still offered food to take back to the room that was included in the cost

JulietAustin Petersen

Pros: convenient location for visiting family Staff was friendly and helpfulCons: we stayed three nights and had no hot water the entire time

The staff communicated that it was due to a water leak and that water would be shut off for several hours on day two We took the kids swimming in the pool that night only to find out that there was still no hot water in our room This was disappointing and resulted in some very cold kids and parents There was no continental breakfast or housekeeping the entire time we were there They did offer 20% off on one night stay, or $34 off the over $500 bill for three nights with cold and intermittent running water While we recognize that things break, it made for a less than pleasant stay

Natasha Young

Just stayed 1 night and that was plenty; will never stay there again Hotel room was clean and modern However, remote control for TV was not working well

Also, was told by front desk that boiler was being repaired during check-in and hot water would be restored within the hour, but it never was The temperature outside was in the 50-60s and no hot water, had to take vey quick cold showersI forgot to obtain a receipt during checkout, and called the hotel a couple of times but to no avail; kept getting the automatic message and no one would answer Finally was able to speak with some guy who was very rude and unprofessional I asked if a receipt could be sent to my email and his response was very aloof and lackadaisical He was more interested in the guest in front of him and was hurrying me off the phone I asked to speak to manager since he seemed busy and was told that there was no manager My phone shows the call lasting 2 min 13 seconds Not sure if I will receive my receipt; will contact main hotel reservation lineThis was my first time staying at Sonesta Hotel Will not stay here never again and I certainly will not recommend any one stay here

We have stayed here once before The hotel in some areas is outdated and in need of some attention Overall it is a nice hotel with good accommodations

Steve who was at the counter during my check in immediately acknowledged I was there and apologized for a small wait as he was on the phone with another customer We was very nice and attentive, offering cookies and water to my family and myself while we wait Even with a wait it was a quick check in and he did his job with a smile Unfortunately outside of the hotel’s control there was some gentlemen casing the parking lot and inside the hotel looking for cars to steal/break into and other things to steal It was very unsettling to know that the hotel didn’t have security or a was to watch and make sure our things were safe, as we have to pay for over night parking We ended up taking our car to the airport for the night and using the shuttle to get around during out stay I am not sure we will be staying here again, it is a wonderful hotel with nice staff, but for the safety and well being of my family and myself we may stay somewhere else on our next trip to Seattle

Jon Whelan

There were literally people just sleeping all over inside like it’s a homeless shelter Walking in the main entrance there are peoples clothes laying over the hand rails The rooms are okay definitely dated and no AC, so if you like your room on the cooler side don’t come in the summer

The gym is in the pool area If you like to workout with a heavy chlorine smell you’re in luck The bar area is pretty nice, decent selection of drinks

James Oravec

Location is nice as close to mall, if you want to walk over and watch a movie They’ll also have a nice field up play in If you come in summer months be cautious of the next to non working AC

Set it to a low temperature and even after hours it was still hot Had to open window at night to cool down the room but wake up hot and sweaty The ironing board seems a bit dated too as well as various other things throughout the stay Overall I really don’t think I’ll be bringing my family here or to other double trees in the future

The location, rooms and staff are just first class I’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed The staff is so accommodating and positive throughout the facility

However, the desk staff is just amazing Special shout-out to Caprice Management has to know what they’ve got!!!! Kind, sincere and just a wonderful young woman who went way above and beyond any expectation in providing for our needs and wants Caprice, you made our three day Mariner trip even more enjoyable! Thank you!!!

Todd N

Pretty standard room, but the staff here is amazing!! Very professional and friendly and helpful! The manager was covering the desk one day, and she ended up upgrading my room to a suite for no extra charge! And besides the free upgrade, everyone working was so friendly and easy to talk to, I can’t say enough good things about the staff here 10/10 would stay again and recommend to a friend If you are ever at the stadium or seeing a show at the Showbox or the theater, highly recommend staying here!!

Chancey Wilkins

This hotel is in a perfect location if you’re in town for a game or concert at one of the stadiumsWe planned a one night stay and had a great time The view was mostly great (the windows could have been washed)Last minute we decided to stay and extra day and move to a jacuzzi room, which they did with no problem

The next morning, we were woken up at 8:30 am by a knock on our door by house keeping asking when we were leaving Check out was not until noon As little as this may seem, it stained my opinion of this hotel I’m still confused why/how this would happenOverall, nice place to stayFront Desk and Valet employees were very nice and accommodatingNot happy about an unwanted wake up call

This hotel is in a perfect location! Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable and most importantly, the staff is amazing!!!This property follows all the rules of safety and though the restaurant is open only tor breakfast, all other food delivery options are available and plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner There is a little convince shop on the first floor, where you can find anything needed for a night or soHotel staff is friendly and is always ready to help, replying our calls immediately

I am not sure which delay on call replies was mentioned in previous reviews There is an ATM machine on the first floor, several vending machines on various floors and a microwave in case you want to warm up your ordered food! We highly recommend this hotel!

Torri Jones

Convenient hotel 15 miles from the airport There is shuttle service every 20 minutes on the hour Very basic amenities

Rooms have been upgraded The bathroom door is a bit odd Just make sure it’s fully closed or else everyone sees you business 😁 Not all elevators were working, so that slowed down the service There are snacks, and water coolers with regular and lemon water Concierge service is friendly and accommodating Room service for food is pricey but convenient, since the location is a bit remote and there are not many eating options outside Beds are situated on very high platforms! They are huge but comfortable with many pillows and extra blankets There is A/C which is very necessary since the windows don’t open and it tends to get a bit stuffy in the room There’s also a desk where you can work as well as a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee machine I do highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel! The fish and chips, burger and fries, lobster and salmon fritters, tea and coffee are excellent! This hotel is recommended of you’re looking for basic accommodations at a reasonable rate

Scott Walters

Good location, about 4 blocks from the waterfront and pike place market, was nice to walk everywhere Lots of rooms here which can make the elevator situation slow The beds are comfy here and I know that is always an important part of the stay

We asked to have our room cleaned twice during a 3 night stay but was never done once, which was disappointing They should upgrade the showers and no fans in the bathrooms

Titanium member that stayed there 2 weeks I travel for work a lot and stay at Marriott’s a lot as well The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable

I requested my room being cleaned twice and they never came in I had to go to front desk both times I also requested extra pillows and never received any Also, the bar area was horrendous The credit card machines were off and on The wanted us to charge to room and I never do that so had to leave premises Also, several nights we were there they were not even open

Josie Johnson

After arriving late with two teenagers in tow, I was told they’d moved us from a room with 2 queens to one with a king I was frustrated since that obviously wouldn’t work But the staff handled the situation beautifully and made it right

We had a very comfortable stay and I appreciate the efforts that were made to accommodate us Not a lot of hotels would have done the same Recommend!

Da Ra

Room has everything but safe Sofabed seems adequate for 1 adult or 2 children Otherwise, comfort level is high

Airport shuttle is Courtyard’s shuttle & not an independent shuttle Airport is 10 minutes away Small gym with some aerobic machines & dumbbells for free weights Never made to indoor pool & whirlpool since only couple nights Mall 10 minutes walking away

Luvin Life

The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming Our room was perfect for our family of four visiting Seattle The light rail station is easy to use to get from the airport to the hotel

The hot breakfast with made to order omelets along with the evening reception were a perfect addition to the perks of the Embassy Suites It gave us a solid start each morning to visit the sites We would explore for the morning and go back to the hotel around 2, enjoy the pool and hot tub for a bit, shower, take a power nap, enjoy the evening reception, followed by heading out for a great dinner in the city and a bit more adventure Embassy Suites will also hold your luggage on check in and check out days free of charge at the front desk Book the flights landing early and departing late knowing your luggage won’t be in your wayThe only warnings I have are-the bathrooms have zero privacy with 2 sliding doors that leave an inch gap at the top and bottom and doesn’t latch in any way The doors will bounce open, get bumped open, and every sound is heard every where in the room The light turned on at night will illuminate the entire unit also, waking every person too I suggest bringing a small night light to help eliminate needing the full light at night The flushing toilet is insanely loud at 2am-the description for the pool said it is heated It is very chilly water and my kids found it too cold to be in at 2 different stops Their teeth were chattering and lips blue after about 15 minutes The hot tub is really hot The pool is a great size for a game of catch-Be safety conscious when exploring around Be safe, pay attention to your surroundings, and don’t stick out We walked and used public transit our entire stay and encountered no problems, but did pass through some areas that we avoided on the return trip As in any large city, always be aware of your surroundings and secure your belongingsEmbassy suites was a great base for our family travels Thanks for helping make our stay so great and giving us the space and amenities a family needs while on the go

I always use Hilton and I chose Embassy Suites because it was my birthday and I wanted to pamper myself with the happy hour and restaurant The day I check in my flight got a delayed and we arrived at 6;29 just a minute before the happy hour ended We asked to the host if we can still do it

She says no I understand we were a little late but I would it liked that she would try to do something She just saidWell tomorrow you can do it She could give us a drink at the bar or at least being more kind and friendly It was my birthday I just wanted to be perfect I didn’t feel the excellent service that I always receive at a Hilton HotelThe positive part was the room and the breakfast The room was clean and pretty I didnt like the bathroom accordion door The breakfast was good and the employees maintained the area cleanThe hotel restaurant just have one employee to attend the bar and tables We decide to go the 13 coins restaurant instead It was excellent

Lucia P

We were only there for an overnight stay but it was good We got to partake in the evening happy hour and that was nice The drinks were not my favorite as they were not mixed as i had hoped but for free drinks I guess you can’t complain much

I didn’t order any additional drinks though because I was worried they’d be the same The room was very nice even though we had hoped it’d be biggerParking was a bit expensive but convenient The hotel overall is very nice 10 minutes away from WAMU Theater (WALKING) and many bars and restaurants near by I totally recommend the GOOD BAR! Impressive drinks! Some food trucks near by as well The restaurant in the hotel had a long wait so we ventured out

I generally really like this hotel It is convenient to the airport and many locations throughout Seattle and the south sound The rooms are clean and have practical floor plans

The kitchens are great for longer stays I’ve only given three stars this time, though, because it has been 2 years into this pandemic and they are still keeping the bar closed and no longer serve appetizers They are also not hosting food trucks Please reopen the bar and the M-Th happy hours Everyone has had covid now, so it is time to move on please Thank you

When we checked in noone told us to put the key in the slot to turn on lights and ac Room was about 82 and so called ac set to 68 It was hot and uncomfortable all night long

The hallway was cooler than our room They also didn’t inform us we needed to schedule a pickup to return to airport nor did they inform us when breakfast was served Bed was very springy hard It was quiet and close to the lake which made for an easy walk and swimming Overall very lackluster and maybe a 2 star Marriott It was quiet that was about the only pro What looked like rat or cockroach droppings along the hallway leading to the dining room I wouldn’t stay here again

If you are staying in Seattle, the accommodations at Marriott The Residence Inn Seattle Sea-Tac Airport are outstanding! The staff could not have been more professional and very helpful The shuttle service was easy to use and they will even transport the guests to a restaurant as well as the regular airport route The facility is only about 4-5 years old and maintained very well

The entire residence is very clean and the location is perfect It is close to the airport and has a path to a lovely park with greenery and a variety of trees which was wonderful to walk around and even a lake The area felt very safe We walked down to Sharpe’s RoastHouse several times during our stay which we would also highly recommend as the food was absolutely delicious Don’t miss out on staying at this wonderful residence when in Seattle!!!!!! We can not wait to go back!!

A nice and clean hotel and it’s quite close to Pike market and Seattle aquarium My room was small but cozy The breakfast bar was good

Their fire extinguishers seemed to be well maintained and the Exit labels were clear, and it looked like the hotel taking the safety seriously, which is a good thing The aisles were small and water flow from the shower didn’t work quite well Even so, I still enjoy the hotel a lot Definitely will stay next time

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any room This site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This place is one of the highest rated in this area

I have been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t be disappointedReally a very nice place to stay Within an easy walking distance to Pike Place, the ferry docks and the new waterfront area Bit of a homeless problem nearby but that can be said of most of downtown Seattle Rooms are great, staff is very friendly; I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Loved the value for the price! The standard room is small but it was clean and had all the amenities The complimentary breakfast is very good and has many options including some hot food Staff are nice and accommodating and let us to keep our bags at the reception even after we checked out

I’ve stayed here a few times and I love it Great rooftop patio with a view of Lake Washington Large rooms

Comfortable beds Quiet Great breakfast A little more pricey than the Best Western nearby, but definitely way more worth the extra cost The only drawback is the parking garage It can be difficult to park larger vehicles They are pet friendly but you’re limited as to where you can walk your pet (the park across the street doesn’t allow dogs), but there’s a great dog park less than 2 miles away

I have stayed at Hampton INn hotels before, and loved it For the price This one is not at all worth it

I stayed here because the hotel next to them did not have any openings working at the hospital near this hotel Bed was nice and comfortableI like the fact that the parking garage has a secure gate, you can only get in if you have your gate key or their Hilton app Which is great if you are working grave shifts What I don’t like is the signs posted if you forget to put your parking pass on your car dash board you will be towed without warning Why have all this security Make me give you make and model of my car, also my license plate number, and post those signs Comes across not welcoming and real aggressive N makes you not want to visit againThe room gives me vibes please don’t get comfortable, no dresser to put things away just a closet I was here for a business trip for 7 days Also my room wasn’t the cleanest, found shocks behind bathroom door from someone else who was in the room I am sure prior to meOther hotels I have stayed with in the city, with pool options are open here The pool here has been closed for 6 months according to another review And during my stay sign is still showing closed for health reason Not sure why that’s still a concern considering all the staff is walking around with no maskBreakfast was, free! Really not free since I am sure the cost is in my hotel fees It was decent, nothing to write home to mom aboutStaff is not rude, but wasn’t the friendliest I found more cheer at a funeralLocation is around nice places to eat, but if I had my say for the price, and not throwing shade I would go next door for my next stay Nothing makes me want to come back to this hotel

While I was staying with my parents for a prolong period of time at the hotel our car and only car we had access to got broken into With the only way they could have gotten in to the secure parking area was if the people worked at the place when we informed them they said that you park at your own risk and don’t care so if you want to stay here don’t leave anything in your car thankfully they took only a toaster and some suitcases with some clothes but the fact is that it was probably an inside job that knew we were staying for a while basically living their ( looking for a house) and that we looked relatively wealthy due to our car and the stuff we brought to our room which was a monitor and computer and some other boxes with other stuff Do not get me wrong the staff were and are for the most great but it was almost definitely a inside job and the company the employee definitely don’t care because of the park at your own risk policies the fact their no camera in the area

Also due to how stretch the police are don’t expect them to help you due to how high the crime rate has gotten and the low funding they made my father write the report for him to send it to them

This hotel is wonderfully central to everything you really want to do!They have a great rooftop restaurant and bar, which is lovely in the late afternoonThe rooms are well appointed (beautiful) and generous in size There are plenty of elevators so you don’t have to wait very long for anything

They have a happy hour in the lobby most afternoons after 4 pm (Nice touch)The hotel staff are very adept at their job and are extremely helpful with any of your little problems They are pleasant and welcoming!I certainly would recommend staying here

Stayed here for a handful of days before a cruise, and it was lovely(+) Great, central location(+) Clean accommodations

(+) Very friendly front desk folks(+) Love the “happy hours” everyday What a pleasant surprise(+) The nicest thing was that the day we got back from our cruise a week later, our flight wasn’t until later that night, and they let not only me but my family store our luggage there for the day until we needed to go to the airportGreat stay, will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Seattle

Md Barr

The employees were fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable But the hotel itself is pretty dated Elevators were slow, buttons don’t light up, and floor indicators we’re taped over

Rooms lacked lighting, bathtubs were small, peepholes lacked covers, and the physical catch lock was flimsy at best The bed was comfortable, and the room was relatively clean, but overall would prefer other Hyatt hotels nearby

Overall, the stay was nice and worked well for our family meet-up The staff was helpful and got us our transportation rides right on time The area is close to a walking park and several restaurants so there was plenty to do around! The breakfast was a little small compared to the day before (not sure why it was so different) and some things were empty, like some of the milks

But it may have been out of the ordinary 🤷🏼‍♀️ The stay was a little expensive (as per my Mom) but we were grateful for our little apartment that fit all of us and gave us a place to be together!

This hotel is a solid 2 stars We’ve stayed at many Marriotts and this one just doesn’t measure up One star for the quiet location

One star for hot breakfast, my kids love the waffles But, the pool is closed with no explanation why, a huge disappointment The laundry room is filthy and two of the machines are broken The couch in our room had smears of something on it upon arrival, the first thing I did was wipe it down (Why am I doing this on vacation??) Found a previous guest’s dirty socks on the floor by the curtain The dishwasher in our unit doesn’t drain The grounds aren’t well kept Just a lot And a lot of it yuck The location is good but I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone The details matter!

The Positive-My room was clean & free of pests The checkout was stress free There was complimentary breakfast & the eating area was clean & spacious

The staff were friendly & greeted me when arriving The opportunities for improvement- It is technically a MOTEL, not a hotel I had to walk outside into the elements when leaving my room to do anything like get breakfastin an entirely different building The “breakfast” was basic vending machine sandwiches warmed & displayed in warming dishes set in a “to-go” style The “exercise room” was a small room with 1 treadmill, 1 row bike & 1 weigh scaleperiod The furnace in a hidden locked closet (right next to my bed!) ran & kept me up most of the night Overall, it was a formerly old-model motel with a new paint job Ok, but I DEFINTELY could have stayed anywhere better!

An intimate and cozy hotel in the middle of a city, close to all amenities you would requireThe lobby of this hotel is very warm and comfortable There are varieties of seating arrangements, as well as a wonderful fireplace to enjoy with family, friends or just a nice cocktail

The staff are very helpful and attentive to the needs of the guestsThe rooms are quite large and filled with natural light, I had a corner room which provided with an excellent view and lots of natural light with the curtains open The bathrooms are quite unique, they have an old world look with a modern twist to themThe attached restaurant has a wonderful menu to accommodate any time of the day, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options They also have a great selection of wine, I enjoyed a vintage Cabernet with my dinnerThis location is close to many things including the waterfront, several coffee shops, cafe’s and restaurants Take a quick Uber ride down the street to several shopping options, the space needle or maybe the science museum

Alex Grant

Overall it was nice They’ve made it look very classy and the top floor rooms are nice Mostly the service was good but I found one of their front desk people rather dismissive and condescending when I voiced a complaint about housekeeping missing our room

For 300 bucks a night you’d expect max customer service The location is pretty good but there isn’t too much immediately nearby Walking distance there is a lot, though Parking is valet only and costs 55 a night Restaurant is called Juno and they have great food There’s also a nice bar in the lobby called Polar Bar I would probably recommend this place if it’s prices are competitive against the other nearby options

Bad communications regarding closures We booked through hiltoncom

The week prior to check in, we received the expected reservation reminder email Upon viewing the reservation details, we found a page with a banner stating “We’re sorry, but as part of local prevention efforts, our hotel is currently closed through January 01, 2022” We thought perhaps they were still honoring existing bookings, but no one is picking up the phone, so presumably they are completely closed The Hilton guest services number has a lengthy wait time, so we gave up and booked a room elsewhereOur high level feedback is that if a facility is expected to close, there should be a notification to the guest ASAP that the reservation can no longer be honored We should have not received reassuring emails that our check in was upcoming We are also generally confused by the statement that they are closed for “local prevention efforts”, whatever that means It is currently June 2021 and most hotels in the area are operational I’d find this excuse acceptable last year, but not now

This hotel is probably optimal for Boeing visitors but the location is terrible for anyone else Rooms are fine but I paid extra for a partial lake view

I could only see the lake looking sideways very close to the window This is rip-off I requested room service and the bed was made, but the room and bathroom were only partially cleaned Last, nothing to do around No decent restaurant walking distance (the only good one is closed half week) The lake shore walk is pretty nice though

I love the Hyatt Regency at Lake Washington It’s always a pleasure staying here The rooms are very clean, the staff amazing and very helpful

The location is close to various restaurants and shopping opportunities at The Landing and a movie theater is also at The Landing Lake Washington is right outside the North side of the hotel and a park with access to the lake is available to the public Amenities are available upon request The restaurant food looks great and is on the high side price wise I’m looking forward to trying it on my next visit Update will be posted after I have a meal there!
