This was a fantastic week stay at this hotel From checkin to checkout, we received professional, friendly service from all staff The security was great and checked for rooms keys nightly as we returned prior to entering the building

Room service was quick to respond whenever we requested anything The actual rooms were clean, sanitized and adequately stocked and were comfortable in every way The view from our room of the strip was amazing and the view of the mountains in the background was breathtaking!

Arrived to vegas after midnight and check in was extremely smooth and fast, no problems Very nice and welcoming people up in the front desk I booked with this hotel because it was only hotel near the strip that allowed people under 21 to book a room, that I could find

But I’m glad I did because I really loved my stay Rooms were pretty clean and lots of space There was also a grocery store in the hotel which was extremely helpful I slept very nice every night I was there and would absolutely come back Pricing was a little high but I enjoyed my stay

Rae

I really really enjoyed my stay here I will definitely be returning The room was very clean

I stayed in two rooms with a total party of five people We had plenty of space for all of our luggage and though we shared beds we all slept like babies At one point I lost my key card and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got a new one and how I didn’t have to pay a fee for that The people at the desk were very nice and friendly and very very efficient I highly recommend staying here Don’t even bother looking anywhere else

Had a blast thereWe’ve done the strip, and had our pockets vacuumed with very little enjoymentDid Sam’s Town with considerably better results

But had a great time at Boulder Station The odds are always better that on the strip, and you see it in the play time you get Yes, the house still wins, but they give you plenty of entertainment in exchangeThe food choices are also very good, and the prices reasonable

Hammond “DJaHaM”

I am a local Las vegan for the last 9 years and live walkable distance to this location, even when hot outsideMy history with Boulder Station is positive, although, as of lately, I’ve noticed that my history of winning is much better than my current I feel the machines are very stiff and hardly pay out within the last 8 months or so

My wife and I enjoy the restaurants and now have more selection to eat since the new food court is now openWe would have enjoyed some sort of buffet to re-open but they decided to not do that and because of this (stiff machines and no buffet available) we have been playing elsewhere where they accommodate our enjoymentsOverall and for my above reasons, is why I scored it a 3 out of 5 I only took 2 photos of and in Boulder Station One photo was with my drone of the whole property and the other is of an old Mexican style eatery that my wife and I loved, that is now closed due to the food court opening up 🤨 we were frequent customers every week

Angel Howard

At the restaurant where we ate the Manager was very professional and attentive to our needs Because it was our time dinning there he made sure we were satisfied He answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were millionaires

The waiter and the server were just as amazing GREAT RESTAURANT Don’t remember the name I only know it’s fancy and it begins with the letter D

It was lovely to step off the crazy busy Strip into the relaxed feel of the Holiday Inn Club Vacation ResortThe apartment was very clean and stocked with a few essentials which was very much appreciated, including a washing machine! We had a great view of the pool with the waterfallThe pools were very welcomed and lovely to have different pools to choose from

Also really great to have a games room to use to escape the heat in the middle of the day Lots of fun!The small restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner

Rachael Brumfield

We absolutely love this resort! We come every year as proud owners / members and are never disappointed the overall service and maintenance is exceptional, villas are immaculate with everything you need inside from full kitchen stocked with appliances, pots and pans, dishes and even a washer and dryer which really makes it home away from home!We had the pleasure of being checked in by Maggie and Charmaine who were as sweet as can be and even asked if they could give our little one a little treat which made her day especially after a 9 Hour Drive! The resort is close to everything from the strip to the stores/food, the pools, restrooms arcade and gyms are so nice and cleanThe restaurant is delicious and decently priced Don’t hesitate this place is worth every penny!

I highly recommend Sunset Station Catering for parties/gathering Mandy and Joey was AMAZING! We have been searching for a venue since August 2021 for a graduation party and could not find anything that had everything we wanted I reach out to Sunset Catering and Mandy was quick with her responses and super easy to work with

We were able to add on bartenders and a tech for video and audio support The venue and food was a huge hit There is plenty of parking We didn’t have to pay a cleaning deposit or clean ourselves when it ended There was staff on standby to clear off the tables and refill our water We were able to enjoy ourselves Everyone who attended was amazed to hear how affordable the party was We were quoted double the amount from other locations that could not provide half the services we received

vel monts

My normal local spot I hit Chill on the slots for a minute and order a drink The tables drinks come faster

They have plenty of eating spot here and a 24 hour restaurant also which I always enjoy the food It’s also a couple of bar type areas you can hang out with friends and have some drinks The staff is usually nice and friendly I personally never had any issues when I go Weekends it’s much busy due to summer concerts and people having a good time It’s very close to the highway If you’re not looking to pay strip or downtown prices this is a good place to visit

AnaM Gonzalez

Hotel was great ! Security was great! You need to use your room key to enter the hotel from outside and elevator Restaurant the “Brass Fork” had an amazing breakfast! Food was delicious! Room was comfortable and clean Only drawback was the shower, water-efficient flow

😌 Overall a 4 out of 5!!!One thing I forgot to mention are the fees at check out I was shocked that my rate for my two night stay went from $250 for two night as advertised to $450 for two nights Be careful of the fees that are not told when you check in Now, I have to change my rate down to a 2 My son and I were frustrated of how many fees were attached to the actual quote Give the right total so not to have your guest shocked at check out You might have more guests if they are aware of the price and what that price includes We were not told when we checked inDisappointed 😞 I have to re-evaluate the rating

I loved staying at this hotel Although I wasn’t on the strip, a shuttle easily took me there and other places when I wanted to go The staff was friendly and had suggestions for things to do during my stay

The bartender in the restaurant was nice and made good drinks There is also an Applebee’s right next door which I enjoyed I’ll definitely stay here again if I go to Vegas

Naomi Necr0

Complimentary warm cookies, complimentary shuttle to the airport every 30min, convenient front-lobby store with basic snacks/breakfast, free breakfast, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, good water pressure shower, wonderful front desk service, big bathroom towels – this hotel was honestly a diamond in the roughWe really enjoyed our stay here

and that’s after staying at the New York New York hotel right on the Vegas strip We really appreciated our quiet, clean stay at the DoubleTree

Mitch Rauch

Dirty room, hair in bathroom, urine around base of toilet, disgusting! Signed up for shuttle, got there bright and early and they told us the shuttle was full Unbelievable…that was why we stayed at this hotel was for the shuttle

Too much money for no amenities and terrible service and dirty room Also, no fresh baked cookies or water when arrived Save your money and find some place else to stay

The front desk staff is very pleasant Housekeeping is good The overall structure of the building is good

Management is so, so, needs a lesson in etiquette You will also find some people walking behind the building coming from across the rocky path walking near the back windows which threw me for a loop I was told that they were homeless people but overall stay was decent I’ve experienced 20 times better though I personally would try another hotel next time I’m in town on a business trip

Andrew Ford

Don’t let the outside appearance fool you! Our refrigerator door in our room was broken so we weren’t able to use the fridge which was a big inconvenience We told the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off and the bathroom light fixture was very dirty and our room keys worked on and off

The glue from the wallpaper was showing through out the entire room Also the dryer machine we had to run 3 cycles to dry our clothing The elevator floor needs to be replaced The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about They only had one luggage cart And the tv remote didn’t work well The manager was supposed to contact me and I still haven’t herd back After this stay I would never stay in a comfort inn again We could have stayed at the Marriott for the same money and would have had a much nicer room and stay It cost me 558 dollars for 2 nights for a 100 dollar a night at the max rooms I give this place a 0 star

Tammy

Stayed one night to catch early flight out Nice clean hotel Easy directions to car return at airport

Pleasant check-in “Happy hour” live music, wine, soda, chocolate chip cookiesBurger bar across the street for quick supper

This is a beautiful resort on a Beautiful property I don’t rifle I thought it would be upon arrival I thought it would be wonderful, typical stay I had requested extra pillows and bedding from the Marriott app so my first sign that this was not going to be a typical stay was that these items were not in the room

It went downhill from there We requested them in person at the front desk another time and they still never arrived The service was absolutely terrible Anything requested was never carried out The fitness center smelled like sewage enough so that I was not able to use it The restroom at the fattest center and in the hallway by Starbucks were filthy every single day Trash was overflowing in all of these bathrooms, filled with food, bloodied Kleenex, etc I had told the front desk about this situation on my second day and thought for sure the next morning the bathrooms would be clean but they were just as filthy I cannot believe a Westin, with not a cheap price tag, is so poorly taken care of I know there are staffing shortages right now but this is completely unacceptable I walked down to the Hilton 1 mile away We had stayed there last year so I was familiar with the common area restrooms I thought I would check them out to see if they were having the same problem but there’s were pristine as they should be I truly hope the general manager will read the reviews from this weekend and make some major changes

John Moreno

Beautiful location and property, great multi level lobby facing the lake with its own lagoon feeding from the lake Rick’s Cafe had great quick food for lunch Chicken wings were really good for a hotel restaurant

The rooms are very nice and clean The hotel and bar/restaurant staff were really nice and had great customer service skills The valet man who helped us was very cool and even held hotel door open for us Can be pricey to stay here, but if you can get a deal or use points, it is worth it

Steven M

We have stayed at the Westin Lake Las Vegas twice The property is beautiful and pool and surrounding area breathtaking Pricing is very reasonable and it is so close to Las Vegas, however, away from the hustle and bustle

The reason for the three rating is our most recent stay Staff was super friendly and all was enjoyable The reason for my three rating a cabana charge we were not told about in advance and the oh so difficult process about getting it resolved It was simply unbelievable We called two months in advance to book a cabana, asking about a charge for it we were told free – Showing up after TWO hours into the day, we get a bill for $250 Talking to the front desk supervisor at end of the day, she was absolutely horrible to deal with She could do nothing to help and refused to provide their general managers contact info, only the assistant email Days later, I got it squared away and they said it would be refunded Two months later and it has not been Horrible experience with personnel, however, very beautiful resort

Rooms are little outdated and old but not horrible What I did find odd and strange was that they had a bag tied around our smoke detector I tried to take it off but it was tied on tight like it was on there for a reason…

Supper strange The AC wasn’t working or was having issues because our room was never cold( we stayed the end of July so it was hot! ) pool was nice and cool The only time we found it busy was the evenings After checking out it said we would receive The confirmation email right away… We didn’t get one until the next evening The village right outside is cute and convenient with fun shops and good places to eat at

Al J

I stayed at this Hilton for a conference The hotel room was very clean The customer service was okay, but not great

I ordered room service and informed the room service operator that I would be paying with cash The server arrived to my room and was quite annoyed that I was paying with cash It sounds like there was a communication issue among the staff The checkout time listed in the guest services book is not consistent with the information provided by the reception desk staff The book states 12pm, but I was told I needed to check out at 11am (see photo) The area around the resort is amazing and would recommend the resort for that reason alone

Charles Hays

Resort itself looks beautiful, but the maids left the food from room service in our room for two nights The shower door is busted and the hot water for the bathtub doesn’t work We called engineering and the two guys that came up suggested we should be Happy that the hot water in the shower was working

They were not being malicious, but insinuated that we should or could be able to deal with it Not what we paid for… Avoid room 1255 :/

Had a good time during our stay Rooms were clean Staff were pleasant and helpful

Most days we came late at night Restaurant especially, Chickie and Pete has good food Prices were okay It is at the end of the strip but monorail is a life saver which is right at the back of the hotel which took us to any part of the strip Only issue was the final bill had the additional daily service fee which is a good chunk of money Daily gratuity was surely a joke since no one came to clean or change in the room during the stay because of the pandemic

sharon young

A big thank you to Raina who helped me book my September trip! Customer service at this resort is incredible, great communication and they really know how to look after there loyal guests! I visit 2/3 times a year from the UK and would never stay at any other resort! Staff are so welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of your stay! A little further down on the strip but only a 15 minute walk to all the action or a quick ride on the monorail, not to mention the free parking always comes in handy! The rooms are immaculate and so chic! If you’re thinking of booking this hotel DO IT! You wont regret it

Fidel Lopez

Wasn’t a bad stay Room layout was a little weird Bathroom and shower doors are barn style doors / sliding doors

The stay itself wasn’t bad Casino’s downstairs and near the monorail Self parking was nice but watch out with level 4 I kept getting mixed answers on whether we can park there or not so decided to play it safe and park on the roof Some hotel representative said you’ll be fine and others said play it safe and move Great stay nonetheless

Very interesting place with wonderful cuisine, desk attendants on the hotel section need more training on customer service relationships Manner of approach and good smiles is an unbeatable sales mechanism I had a beautiful 5 hrs experience, good restaurants menu that is cost effective, fast and totally enjoyable

A visit to this wonderful place will leave you craving for more It sits in the middle of great sights in the heat of Las Vegas an ample parking area that is within the close proximity of the rooms The kitchen is a little of on the other side of the hotel with casinos and other interesting features It’s a twenty four hours nonstop service with a good workforce I have always thought Las Vegas to be an expensive trip, but a stop at the Ellis island 🏝 erased that mentality I didn’t play in the casino though so I might not say about that, but the hotel and food will leave an incredible taste in your mouth There should be a refund of the money paid as a security deposit and after few about a week I haven’t yet received my refund I do plan to speak to the customer service if it exceeds a known time

Raycamndaisy

Budget hotel kidda place It’s pretty much what you pay is what you get We stayed there for a night

We picked this place because the price and free parking as most of the places in the US your hotel room doesn’t include parking at the premises The reception staff was nice and helpful when we checked in When we checked out it was a different person He wasn’t that cheerful The room is worse than the photos they advertised (of course) when we first got inside we can smell cigarette straight away even wearing mask Thankfully our room doesn’t smell Bed sheets and towels are clean Bathroom is clean I guess that is the main bits However the AC in our room is super noisy, vintage and not cool enough with the heat Overall it a really rundown and old hotel overall

Claudia A

Ellis Island Brewery is one of my favorite places to eat and drink My husband and I usually order the steak and baked potato The steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned

My daughter ordered the 50/50 burger and Root beer (her favorite) Never disappointed! Only the fact that the wait time to be seated is longer now But worth the wait

The rooms on the South side of the North Tower are loud up until 2 or 3 am because they’re immediately adjacent to Fremont Street, so be forewarned when making reservations

Standard ear plugs do not sufficeThat having been said, the front desk staff were amazing We told them we were having trouble sleeping, and even though the hotel was nearly full, they were able to move us to a room on the opposite side of the North Tower which was much quieter and greatly appreciatedThe Magnolia Room was a superb dining choice We ate there multiple meals and never had anything other than delicious and generous portions Big bonus was that guests receive a coupon book which has two “2 for 1” offers, so it was a fantastic price point as wellAll in all, our first time at the Four Queens was a great experience Would definitely stay there again Shout out to the front desk staff for helping us have a great vacation!

If you’re staying on Fremont this is a great place to stay! **No resort fees** It’s central, next to a bunch of great food and a short walk to attractions like the Neon museum (very recommended,) and container park (where I’m told locals enjoy going for a bite)I can’t speak much for the casino portion of the hotel as I didn’t game when I was there I can say the gaming floor was clean, seemed to have a lot of attendants, ashtrays were mostly clean and sparkling, and there wasn’t an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke

Our check in person was super funny and played into our chaos, I wish I remembered her name so I could really recommend herThe rooms were great for what we paid The air conditioning didn’t fail once during the 104°F days, the room was clean, the bedding was comfortable The downside and the reason for 4 stars on room — the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work After a shower the bathroom got so warm that the rest of the hotel room was full of humidity and moisture with one person it wouldn’t have been a big deal but we had 3All in all I would stay here again!

Adam M

This is a pretty small Casino and very smokey inside But it is downtown on Fremont so you have plenty of options when it comes to casino’s if you’re not happy here, they’re right across the streetThe rooms are pretty spacious with comfortable beds and nice interior paint

Quiet too considering there’s a live stage outside right next to the casino that is open until 2amOverall I was happy with my stay but I’d go gamble elsewhere

This Hilton location is absolutely amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and having a large fridge, microwave, and sink in the room was perfect for the extended weekend! The pool was one of the nicest and cleanest hotel pools I’ve ever swam in! The staff was so friendly and so attentive, they brought us everything we asked for super quickly And being right around the corner from our event at the convention center, it was the perfect location! The parking is $17 a night which is a bummer since most hotels in the area have free self parking, but overall for the service and quality I didn’t mind too much I will definitely be staying here again

Firstly, the location is amazing, it is just off the strip, so you can walk there without being in the craziness of it all I would much rather stay here than at one of the big resorts on the strip Second, the rooms are very good, clean, spacious, and chill

Also, the breakfast is very good (They have a waffle machine!) It is buffet style Lastly, the employees are very accommodating and friendly If you have ever watched love island you are probably familiar with their cool pool that they go to Well this pool is very similar to this with pool chairs in the water, but there are piranhas in the water so you have to be very very still or else you will be eaten

Great stay Started off pleasantly at check in with Dee who provided friendly customer service We felt like we were BFFs instantly! Our room was clean, felt new and the kitchenette was well stocked

We appreciated the very soft and comfortable sheets on the bed and a bright spacious bathroom The pillows on the bed need improvement, not enough and way too flat We enjoyed the pool, it was a decent size and there were tons of chairs

Personally frequent Vegas a lot Primarily on the strip, this was a very delightful surprise Hidden gem absolutely

Beautiful stay, clean, and spacious ALTHOUGH Got robbed in the casino Someone stole a bag while we won a small jackpot Staff seems in on it… but the stay was very nice Keep electronics literally on your body if you don’t want them stolen

Panduh Burr

As for the casino? I ADORE that the El Cortez is 21+ and I adore the old time slots:) always nice getting to hear that sound when you win 🥰 absolutely upgrade and stay in the tower , if you stay in the cabanas you will hear the street traffic and pedestrians a lot more than you would think And maybe the beds are a little softer up there too The decor is fabulous honestly

I adore the bright colors mixed with the white alligator walls

Beautifully restored and maintained historic property Not the scale or bling of the mega-resorts on the strip, but better in many ways Most importantly are the low minimums and attractive game rules like 10x odds on craps or 3:2 blackjack on single and double deck

Lots of slots (including a section that uses real coins!) in a good sized casino floor yet with an intimate feel The newly remodeled tower rooms are very well designed and appointed For me, I had a view of the strip that I never saw in my 40 years of staying mid-to-south strip All the staff are very friendly and helpful Free parking for guests Oh, yeah Beer stations IN the pit with a dedicated server making sure you don’t wait more than a few seconds for your favorite ice cold brew! You can feel the “rat pack” era everywhere, with old standards music playing It’s a great place I’ll be back!

Just a few small issuesIn the lounge of the apartment the fan on the ceiling needed a good cleanAlso we had patio doors with a mosquito net, it needs a warning signon both parts, to save anyone walking into it when closed

The hot tub timer at the pool needs a sign to point out where it isTook me a while to find it, because it was small and a distance away from the tubOther people had a job to find it alsoBut all round, very pleased

Tom Driemeyer

Despite any good qualities this resort has the incompetence here overshadowed all else The pool has been down the whole time of our stay We picked this resort because the pool stays open till 10pm and one thing we love about coming here is lounging by the pool

Ruined the trip My God there must be 10000 pool repair companies in Las Vegas, no excuse for this And I was laughed at as I walked away

This is a great great resort with nice amenities for family stays We stayed at the Viera, which was a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a nice size living room, balcony, and a kitchen This was the perfect size for our family of 4

There are restaurants on site, water sports rentals for the lake, biking trails nearby, golf course, and a small grocery store all within walking distance The grounds are well-maintained Our lodging at 2 pools – one heated and the other not, and a hot tub that wasn’t functioning properly, which was a bummer But this is a perfect resort to stay in just to play with the family, or to stay at if you’re going boating at lake mead like we were Quick 10min drive to nearest launch ramp Love it here!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel to celebrate our 19 years anniversary It was our first time here The room was very clean and we love having a kitchen, very convenient

The lake view was beautiful We enjoyed the pool , lake and the cute village We lost our keys, we called the office and someone came right away to open our room Great service I am so excited that we found our little get away and I can’t wait to go back We truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel Thank you 🙂

Very nice hotel and casino just off the strip It’s actually a great location and a step away from the craziness of Las Vegas Blvd Nicely designed with some surprisingly nice art, their security and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

Easy parking, nice big room (although it was a non smoking room, I think it used to be a smoking room or someone smoked in it because I could easily detect a strong cigarette odor), nicely decorated with a huge bathroom and a handy sink/fridge area The bed and pillows were comfortable and I liked the room darkening curtainsWe also had dinner at Tuscany Gardens as part of the Rat Pack dinner show Kevin took care of us and was an absolute delightThe box office attendant was not the friendliest and she never cracked a smile, but the rest of the people working the show were terrific Loved the Rat Pack Fun, light, entertaining and great music The band was excellentWalked around the casino and played a little Wish the non smoking section was bigger and had better games Otherwise it was a nice size and not overwhelmingAll in all, we had a good time and we will return!

Very nice casino/resort off-strip The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable There are several buildings, so my suggestion is to request a building closer to the main complex so you don’t have to walk as far

The pool area is great and there are 2 cabanas available to rent for groups Bar service at the pool can be a little slow if there are a lot of people, but not horrible at all The bar and restaurants are all very nice and offer a good variety of selections If you are looking for a more “Vegas” experience, you may want to travel to the strip; but it is within a nice walking distance or cab The entertainment at the resort seems to be geared towards those fans of the Rat Pack and “classic” lounge music; probably not something younger patrons would be interested in The casino itself is not terribly smoky despite allowing smoking in it There are a good mix of old standard and newer slot machines and some nice perks as part of the loyalty program Staff was friendly and helpful when needed

This was my first visit to Las Vegas and after my stay at Tuscany, I will definitely be back! Having arrived very delayed from my flight I was happy that this location is close to the airport and that I was able to order dinner very late What I was also impressed by was how short of a walk it is from the strip Plus, I have to say that I really loved the layout of the room

It was the perfect size with all the amenities I needed for my very short trip If you’re looking for a great bang for your buck I highly recommend booking here

Our stay here was so long, we considered ourselves residents We know the staff and management on a first-name basis Everyone knew our family

The GM is amazing A couple people at front desk are amazing A number of the housekeepers do a great job PLEASE be gracious to the staff Customer service in Vegas is not easyI only rate it 3-stars because of the things we’ve seen that many/most wouldn’t on a short tripBut I do recommend staying here if you’re going to The Strip and staying for 7+ days Gives you more spending money for The Strip (which is walking distance, IMO)Sidenote: First floor laundry has the best washers/dyers And if you forget to buy water, hit up the gym’s water dispenser

Katherine P

Stayed here for one night after my flight back to Houston was cancelled late in the day The older man at the front desk was so kind and friendly, he made my check-in and check-out experience great The room was very clean and cute, I have no complaints about it

I appreciate the older gentleman’s kindness and the brief conversation I had with him, I really needed it after spending several hours at the airport and dealing with attitude from TSA and other people Thank you for the brief, but pleasant stay!

Lory Hall

I stayed here for a few months because my husband was working out here The staff is top notch! Such an outstanding staff! Let me give you an example, I ordered a soccer ball for my dog, and it needed a needle for the pump to inflate it because the one that came with it was no good I asked if they had that kind of stuff in the office

They went out and bought me needles so that I could inflate the ball!!! Who does this kind of customer service anymore!?! Loved my stay here! If every hotel could be this place, it would be heaven! Thank you for making our stay MAGNIFICENT!!!
