Unfortunately, I did not have a very satisfactory experience When checking in, I noticed a Marriott logo on the back of the room keys I asked it were part of the Marriott family I was assured they were

This turns out not to be the case I was then checked into the handicap accessible room without being notified beforehand The main issue was the cleanliness i found three long hairs in the bathroom Two in the shower and one on the commode itself Not a glowing reflection considering the hotel website says they take extra care to clean the during the pandemic I checked in on the 28th for two nights, but did not return for the second night at considerable expense I have tried to call but had no success getting through Respectfully, Brian H

Nice hotel, but the AC didn’t work in our room We were moved to another room, which was nice, but when we pulled out the couch, there were old sheets on it, which was gross It is located close to Grand park and a bunch of other places that someone would want to visit

The rooms are small, but they were mostly clean Nice place to stay

Justina Chan

The hotel is very nice and beds are super comfy ! We’ve had no trouble until closer to the end of our stay we had a ton of sugar ants crawling all over the desk We asked to move rooms which they were willing to do , but said we would run into the same problem I know that ants are seasonal, but kind of get the feeling it may be due to lack of deep cleaning

I didn’t think anything of it again until I saw them in the shower It kind of sucks because we stopped eating in the room, even with the microwave and fridge Thankfully the staff is very friendly and was able to bring us spray and some cleaner Customer service is great here , it just may be an older building that needs some maintenance

This was our fourth time staying at Springhill Suites The rooms, as well as the rest of the hotel, are very clean The employees are very professional and friendly

We had a chance to meet the General Manager during this visit I was very impressed at how she related to her employees There was a mutual respect and camaraderie The hotel provides a nice variety of breakfast items to choose from My granddaughter loves the pool I highly recommend SpringHill Suites to anyone visiting the Westfield or Carmel Indiana area

Denver Boling

This hotel was fantastic! 2 min from Grand Park which is why we were there The 2 bedroom we were in was huge! Staff was more than accommodating They went out of their way to make sure your stay was as pleasant as possible

Breakfast every morning was above par and the clean up after was quick and preciseGym is larger than most and got a decent workout in with dumbells and cable machine

Simone D

Firstly the location was great next to stores and restaurants Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here at all The mini fridge did not get cold enough only cool, which is not good because we had leftover food in there, so it needed to be at the right temperature to keep it safe to consume

So we called the front desk to let them know and they had to come change it out All they did was take one from another room and bring it to ours The “new” mini fridge (from a different room) still wasn’t cold enough There wasn’t a way to adjust the temperature inside the fridge either Then the toilet kept stopping up! It had horrible suction! Even the smallest amount of tissue would clog it up! We also had to call about that! The floor was dirty, crumbs on the floor and this room was just “cleaned” prior to us coming there for our stay! The carpet was also stained and sticky in certain spots The couch was dirty also with food stains everywhere especially the pillows This hotel was just dirty, considering Covid and many other virus out there u would think they would really deep clean like they say they do!! But of course they don’t I will never stay there again!!

Enjoyed our stay here very much The room was clean and spacious for our family We liked having a full kitchen and the location was perfect for us

Close to all of the biking trails We were surprised that they had a light dinner served the night that we were there That was a nice addition We were disappointed that the hot tub was drained since that was a big reason the kids picked this hotel, but it looked like they were refilling it when we left The only issue we had was the serving of breakfast It seemed a little overkill this far into the pandemic to have someone serving you breakfast instead of having it self service We’ve stayed in numerous hotels in the last 6 months (even other Hilton’s) and this was the first time we had seen that It was a bit odd Maybe it was a policy for the hotels in that area? Either way I hope they change that soon We would love to return again and explore the area more

Amy Licke

Very clean, well maintained rooms Perfect size for 3 of usPool was nice too

Complimentary breakfastWas pleasantly surprised as we got a good price for the room

Joshua

We checked in and in 40 minutes, we checked out Housekeeping DID NOT do their job and the management of these rooms can definitely be described as poor The couches are all dingey, with stains on them and multiple stains on the floor, the carpet is coming up from the floor in multiple areas, ceiling is cracked and coming down, and the overall vibe is a 1990 motel

You’re in guest services, regardless of your excuses rooms should NOT be rented if they’re in that condition, or be looked at as OK to rent out I’ve been to many Hilton’s and this is by far the worst one we’ve stayed at Manager on site was newer so she did the best she could under the circumstances, but we won’t be reserving rooms here again

This hotel became an awesome stay due to the staff at the hotel, including valet The rooms are beautiful as usual as I have been there before After staying at 100 Marriott’s I like this decor of the best

It was a rough start due to fact that there was a musical event going on and there were no parking spaces The valet, VERY reasonable and very professional and very kind to allow me to park during check- in Jed at the front desk was super amazing and positive from the start and promised his help at any time during my stay This was true! I was having trouble with the TV and he came right away to help I loved the view of the musical arts venue The last time I was here under Titanium account and suite upgrade, we had the Executive Suite What made this stay most special was the special treatment Chris at the front desk was warm and genuine, also made for a better stay! Thank you to Jed and Chris

Phemelo M

Gorgeous and clean hotel with all the fancy trimmings Marble, gold and well-placed oil paintings throughout the hotel The bedroom and bathroom were a decent size

Breakfast was fresh and delicious despite there being a slight wait to be seated The Carmichael is close to nearby shopping and a large outdoor German market was happening during our stay so that was fun Overall, a well-run property Would stay again

David Bleke

So the experience walking in was amazing and seemed very high end from first impression King room was nice My lack of 5 star was room condition

It was clean and very high end however the shower head partially worked and ceiling in shower was actually peeling and appeared to be for some time I would expect a high attention to every detail in a hotel of this caliber All of the staff were polite and amazing Room service was very expensive for the quality of food The lobby bar was nice and stayed busy In the lower level was a dinner show area which was a great experience with friendly staff but is a bit expensive for what you get I highly recommend utilizing the valet

Hotel was very clean and nice We stayed 2 nights in a king suite with our two children The kitchenette was a wonderful feature especially when traveling with a one year old

I loved the in shower soap dispensers this was very convenient Great hotel when traveling with children Breakfast had several options, and had a few different items each day Staff was very friendly and met all our requests We already have our summer vacation booked with another home2suites location

Jessica Barker

This hotel was SO nice! The pool is awesome, not too cold but not hot and big enough for all 5 kids to swim without an issue and with other kids there We really enjoyed the breakfast and they had gluten free options which was unexpected and amazing! We had a queen suite and had dishes and a great fridge area! I was VERY impressed and will definitely be back!

DK G

I like these spacious rooms With the kitchen and couch it’s pretty self sustaining for longer stays I consider the breakfast offering less than minimal

Probably why they have the kitchen Not much sitting area for breakfast either Rooms are nice but walls are thin and not sound proof There are plenty of food places in the immediate area

I hosted an event at this hotel today and it was lovely We enjoyed it so much and the staff was so kind They made sure we were accommodated completely

The rooms were great! Super comfy and cleanThe amount of things around was lovely and breakfast was GREAT!THANK YOUUUU!

Paul Parker

As I am not a fan of writing poor reviews, sadly I did need to write this one as a warning to future customers This hotel is significantly unkept Our room was somewhat unclean when we entered

The bathtub had some weird film at the bottom of it The doors and walls looked that like they had been kicked at at some point in time Never properly patched up The pool was ice cold Probably the coldest indoor pool I’ve ever seen But, it probably was a good idea we did not spend a lot of time in the pool because of the light and electrical wire hanging in the pool (That is not a joke, I will attach a picture) However, the hot tub was very nice The only bad part about the hot tub was looking over at the rust covered vents Just seemed a little unhealthy I truly do not write this review to be hateful towards the hotel, as I have had a lot of great experiences at different Sheridan hotels This one just happened to be the worst Hopefully management will take time to update what is needed

Rachel Wayne

I’ve stayed at many hotels during my travels to different cities This was my first time ever staying in a Sheraton If this is how they all are, I am not impressed at all

I drove from Nashville to Chicago for a visit and chose Indianapolis for a midway stay, meaning I stayed here on the way there and back I was initially put in a corner room where it was very hot Engineer came to check AC and commented that “the corner rooms do not cool well – they are all like that” So, I had them bring a fan so that I could sleep without sweating The air vent is in the oddest place and blows toward a corner only No more vents in room; bathroom is really stuffy Flattest pillows I’ve ever slept on anywhere My neck is killing me on the morning after my second time around staying here I was put in a different room this time (not a corner one) yet it was still hot AC turned all the way down to 63 degrees but barely blows anything just like corner room No complimentary breakfast like all the other hotels I’ve ever stayed at FOR THIS HIGH PRICE Pool was closed “for maintenance,” which after reading lots of reviews this morning I’ve discovered that it’s been closed for at least 4-6 weeks already How long does it take exactly for “maintenance?” That appears to be dishonest and an excuse not to have it open So many people look forward to this at expensive (and “nice”) hotels like this one Oh and you gotta pay to park in their garage too – $15 per day It’s insane This place is a money pit but not worth it whatsoever The rooms feel outdated and the HVAV system definitely needs some work I am so disappointed Best thing about my stay here was the salad I ordered via room service my first night Very expensive but that was truly the most positive thing about my experience I can’t believe the lack of amenities for the very expensive price tag Will NEVER stay here at another Sheraton again

Great hotel Kept the nostalgic feel to the building and lobby, but the rooms are very modern and spacious Super clean

Loved the wide hallways and common areas to hang out with other folks you’re traveling with (thoughbwe weren’t) Free pool table got some use, and the bar downstairs was a great atmosphere and reasonable pricesAcross the street from “The Garage” and “Pins” which were great food, beer and entertainment Popular hang out spot for the 20’s-30’s crowd

This gem of a hotel is a must-stay when in Indianapolis! I stayed here last week on a very quick business trip and fell in love with it- the professional and personalized service, cleanliness, the size and the room decor all combined made for a perfect home-away-from homeI loved the way they turned this historic building into an amazing Art Deco space The attention to detail from the red lacquer doors to the rock n roll artwork to the marble bathrooms…and gold pens all set the tone for a comfortable and chic hotel stay

The old school photo booth was so nostalgic and such an added bonusI couldn’t wait to tell all my friends and family about it I am already planning my next trip to Indy!

Grant Brown

By far the premier hotel choice in the Circle City!Phenomenal in every way The absolute epitome of modern luxuryBeautiful historic renovation of the Coca Cola bottling plant and located in one of my favorite parts of the city – Mass Ave

Ground floor and lobby have a very historic and elegant feel Dark wood and original tiling are contrasted with the dark and modern guest room floors with wide hallways, creative and functional lounge spaces and eye catching bright red doors Modern, elegant and just downright sexyGuest rooms were breathtaking Every detail carefully thought out and crafted If you have the ability to splurge for a room with a terrace – DO IT You will not regret it I stayed here for three nights and was so sad to leaveAs far as comparison, this hotel would compete with properties like: Conrad, JW, Le Meridian, Iron Works or Hotel Carmichael I’ve stayed in 3 of those and this would beat them by a long run any day of the weekElegant & modern luxury without the stuffy, sterile, up-tight vibeI couldn’t recommend it more…if you were on the fence, your decision just got easier! Do it!

It’s a beautiful, clean room with a beautiful view Be careful reserving rooms through 3rd parties like Expedia They gave me the impression through images that I would reserve a room with a balcony

Despite not getting the room that I wanted, I still enjoyed the room that they gave me with the lake view The ice machines are on every other floor, and they do not have microwaves in the room The staff and other guest were friendly and I would love to come again

Julie Daniels

The room was great! Very clean The hotel is beautiful! The people who checked us in were marginally interested in us; the gentleman who checked us out was kind and engaging I wish we were back to actual menus for room service (or at least an easy way to find it) as I probably would have gotten something

I also don’t think they communicated that they are still covid cleaning (not cleaning) Two of the three elevators were not working the morning we checked out, so it was a bear trying to get out of the 5th floor But we made it out with a bit of ingenuity All in all, the hotel added to my weekend experience rather than taking away from it, so I call that a win!

William Newman

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly Parking was a nightmare The lot is huge and has plenty of space, but there was an event at the hotel so you had to park on the back 40 to find a spot

Lots of kids Had I known it would be packed with kids and what appeared to be a large wedding, I may have chose to stay elsewhere Overall, a good experience, but would’ve loved something a bit more quiet

Really nice room setup with a couch and multi angle TV mount for the bedroom and seating area Breakfast was expensive though and not at all worth the cost Better options are all around though

They are currently only using the one lobby for both hotels I’m not sure how long that is going to be the case, but even with that, the front desk staff was efficient and got me checked in quickly

Matthew Wray

Stayed at Springhill Suites for a night while in town visiting family The room was very nice and large for our family of 4We love the way the rooms are setup

The Brick Street Inn is lovely Zionsville is a cute little town, and although there’s lots of dining, we loved the food in the restaurant on site Lovely room, beautiful hotel and restaurant, restful surroundings

We stopped here on our way through Indiana in Rt 70, and it made for a refreshing final stop to our cross country trip Definitely hope to be back someday!

Hunter Bragg

I can’t say enough about Brick Street Inn! As we were celebrating a birthday, they made our stay special before we even arrived The staff were extremely nice and accommodating The restaurant was amazing, the room was quiet and cute, and the hotel itself was just adorable! We were able to sit outside by the fire after dinner at Auberge

Very welcoming vibe The front desk lady with a channel mask was very patient and helpful The rooms are amazing and comfy beds

The convenience store was anything but it was $10 for a bottle of water and sweet tea so bring your own beverage They do not offer breakfast as well I loved the patio attached to the room Very nice!!!

1 We arrived and the entire front drive up/drop off area is taped off You can’t drive up there to check in, drop off those with mobility issues, bring in large items, etc

There was no warning about this No work was being done the entire weekend so not sure why it’s taped off2 No extra pillows in the entire hotel We had 3 adults and an infant in a suite The sofa bed did not have pillows, so we asked for some Apparently there were NO extra pillows in the entire hotel Over $700 stay and we can’t have pillows for everyone in our party??????3 Incredibly loud teens and their families the entire weekend, presumably for a sports tournament We were on the first floor facing the courtyard and they kept us up being loud in the courtyard, took the chairs off our patio both nights to sit by the fireplace WITHOUT asking, were kicking a ball around that kept hitting our door and window, would knock on our door at 10:30pm and run, running through the halls yelling and cursing Kept waking up our baby and kept adults up late both nights with how loud they were in the courtyard and the hallways4 Went to get food at the “bistro” one morning and there was no one there serving and only 1 muffin available in the entire caseOverall, incredibly disappointing for the amount of money spent

Matt Thomas

Front desk staff was nice We had a two bed with a balcony but there was just a screen door and no balcony So we switched for a room with a balcony but that turned into King bed with a pull out bed which was not easy to sleep on and then there were no chairs for the balcony and the same price

Also the first room overwhelmingly smelled like heavy cleaner and the toliet didn’t flushon the second room but I fixed it On Saturday night the bar was closed with a ton of people in the lobby they lost business there Just expected a little better for the money I spent The racoons that live in back are pretty nice

The entire staff continues to go out of their way to make sure every guest is happy diring their stay Janet, the general manager, always makes sure I have everything I need The check-in process is quick and efficient

I love their variety of beverages and snacks you can purchase at a reasonable price The morning breakfast is always on point and they are quick to bring out more if a particular item is getting low Lindsey and Lori are some of the other employees that are ridiculously friendly and know the job well and even during the busiest times they never seem stressed When I travel from out of town this is the only location I will stay Thank you again for a very enjoyable stay

AJ

I have stayed there before and had a great experience it’s actually my go too hotel when I’m working in Whitestown, it’s my hotel of choice, I’ve stayed there two times before at week or two at a time Was going to book again and my plans changed las minute and I called the next morning to cancel my reservation was told it would be taken care of and have a good day I check my card and there is a 200 dollar charge (more than my nights stay!) I stay with IHG and am a member, I’m a loyal customer, and I get a surprise charge

I called and they said it is what it is nothing they can do I understand a 50-100 dollar fee not 200 dollars, I tried to re book this week and they’re sold out so I have to stay at another hotel but it’s insane I got a surprise charge, no receipt, and was not told about it When I call there is nothing else I can do, supposedly the GM says there is nothing I can do, so from now on IHG has lost me as a customer

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and have never once had a bad experience! The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast is delicious, and it’s typically pretty quiet Above all, the staff (namely Anthony, Sean, and Leslie) work incredibly hard to make sure their guests are taken care of You can’t ask for a more consistent hotel

Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, I highly recommend staying here! This hotel will continue to be my #1 choice in Indy!

A really cool place! The room was lovely with a small porch, and a really high quality bathroom The common room was nice It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, especially for longer stays

And some small breakfast items would be greatBeing on the bike/walking trail was cool, and it was really close to a bunch of cool restaurants

Our room was large, clean, and comfortable with big windows and really cool decor The shower has a big rain shower head with fantastic water pressure There was a bowl of water and a bowl of dog treats by the front desk so they are very pet friendly

The food from the restaurant downstairs was great! The service was fantastic The valet usually opened the front door for us and the owner of the valet service was there one day and he was very friendly The front desk staff was great Very accommodating The only down side to the hotel is that it is about a 30 minute drive from downtown and our big windows looked out onto a giant parking lot

This is a FUN hotel! We stopped here for one night on our way from Cincinnati to Lake Michigan for vacation It’s a great complex/campus with the hotel, apartments and retail We ate at two of the restaurants there as we were only there for one night

They gave us an upgrade when we got there, so that was a pleasant surprise The room was so cool and well-appointed Beds were super comfortable It was all very clean Lots of fun photo opportunities for sure – I wish we had taken more photos and had more time there Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!
