Lovely stay Clean and Covid safe Incredible attention to details with delicious breakfasts delivered to the room with creative menus every morning! Lemon cookies waiting on arrival were exquisite

Rooms are cozy with fireplaces, snacks, robes and slippers The bed has two squishy pillows and two firm ones; they have truly thought of everything and want you to enjoy your stay A conflict with noisy guests was addressed promptly and really doesn’t seem to reflect the peaceful environment they are trying to create It was a perfect quiet weekend away, designed to be romantic and cozy One piece of advice: the room with an air tub is totally worth it- try to book this room

This place is the absolute best!! If you want a cozy and romantic getaway in a beautiful location, there’s nothing better The rooms are beautifully decorated and so thoughtful – there was even a white noise machine and a small wine fridge! The breakfasts were delicious, and Dena was kind and responsive and catered to my dietary restrictions Will absolutely be staying here again!

Karen Leonardi

We absolutely loved our stay and the Coldwell House B&B! Our room was beautifully decorated with very nice amenities Linens, sheets and bed were top quality! We wanted a relaxing weekend getaway that wasn’t too far from the city This was the perfect place

So quiet, peaceful and relaxing Came home completed recharged and rested Fresh, homemade breakfast was delicious too The owner reached out in advance to find out about any dietary restrictions, which was much appreciated Can’t wait to return!

The staff was really nice It was clean The cleaning crew was there every morning

Our room was clean and well stocked If you want to enjoy the pool go early in the morning We were there for 2 nights and the pool was full of kids splashing from the afternoon until it closed at 11pm The room had an ironing board, iron, hair dryer, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker

James Holloman

Hotel was dirty, there was a water leak from the lobby ceiling which was collected in dirty mop buckets during our entire 5 day stay The gym was unkempt and equipment was not in working order The rooms had stains on our bed sheets upon check in and the staff allowed children to run through the hallways after quiet hours

The hotel has said they will do nothing in regards to compensation On our last day the water to our rooms were cut off without warning due to repairs being done on their water lines When expressing that we would now have to travel to the airport without being able to clean or use facilities we were told it’s our checkout day therefore it shouldn’t matter to us First bad experience at a Hilton property

Cherrine Blanco

My husband and I booked this hotel last minute for a nice couples relaxing weekend When we walked in the hotel appeared clean and bright After checking in we headed up to our room assigned (306) and boy were we surprised

The room was stuffy and extremely hot We turned the AC and stepped out to dinner in hopes to cool the room down and get rid of the smell that was in the room once we got back After spending a night out on the town we came back to a still hot gross room I went to call the front desk with the phone in the room however, the phone was not working We had to go back downstairs to the front desk to let the staff know in which he said sometimes that happens and gave us instructions on how to possibly ‘fix’ the issue HE offered to come up to the room himself to check out the problem After coming upstairs to check the problem he then offered us a different room down the hall which was sooooo much better We did leave a day early due to the conditions and what we experienced I wouldn’t recommend hereNEGATIVES: The hotel has 1 elevator, they do offer breakfast which we did not partake in, the bathroom in the room was so tiny, the shower curtain was gross even in the new room, there is absolutely no room to move around the bathroom, the shower heads are disgusting, the pool area we opted not to use because it looked gross, the parking lot filled up really quickly we had to park slightly off the property, we also noticed that a lot of the times we would leave and come back there wasn’t a front desk person therePOSITIVES: A LOT of eateries within the area and in walking distance, off I84, a mall about 15 minutes away, gas station next door, offered k pods in the room, the tv in the room pulls out and turns

Ok this hotel is great, NOT

there is a swimming pool, but no water in it There is a weight room, but if you just want to maintain the weights are too heavy There is a fire pit But you can’t use that after 10:00 Not you can use it just be respectful of others sleeping No use after 10 They still have a bag breakfast Yeah a bagel cream cheese and butter They still have dried cereal There is coffee too But it is located just off the highway

Mike Alexandersen

What a dump The pool was out of order, although apparently one could get a pass from the front desk for a gym/pool “down the street”; we didn’t have time to leave the hotel to go to a poolThe breakfast was super abysmal: bagels, muffins, cereals, milk, juice, coffee

There was only regular, half and half, and whole fat milk No low fat, no lactose free, no non-dairy The bagels and muffins came individually wrapped in cling wrap, then inside a paper bag that was stabled shut Additionally the bagel bags had two little tubs of butter and a tub of creme cheese in it, forcing those to go to waste for anybody who doesn’t eat/want those things Excessive packaging, forced wasted food and no dairy-free options; what is this, the 1990’s?

Great location and Marriott property Plenty of places within 10 minutes of this hotelFirst and most important, it’s not a newer property so don’t expect all the sparkles and fancy shiny stuff

It’s still a great Marriott property thoughThe biggest con is the property is older The rooms are smaller and somewhat clunky as the hotel tried shoving larger furniture items into the smaller rooms rather than optimizing the room That large couch in the picture looks cool but there’s no back support if you just want to sit in it and watch a moviePros are that the staff is really nice including the maintenance team The breakfast area in the morning is great considering what other hotels are offering during Covid times Be warned though as there’s slim pickings on breakfast options if the hotel is at max capacityWe had a leaky sprinkler in our room during the stay The maintenance team was nothing but accommodating and eventually ended up changing our room so they could fix the issueI’d definitely stay here again though

Special thanks to Dylan at the front desk and the entire breakfast crew especially the blonde young woman (name started with a S and possibly German?) Both were amazing and did things when no one was looking Thoughtful bartenders too

Superbly clean and disinfected Employees are very well trained and competent at their positions Love the room with refrigerator, microwave, and the shower is perfect Stayed 2 nights and they were the best of our 12 day road trip

laura Marder

We had the best time here! The staff was very welcoming and upbeat The room was clean, comfortable and accessible Our pup felt so welcomed and we loved that they had poop stations close to the back doors

Breakfast was above expectations and we could bring it back to the room to eat with our dog We only came up for night to be close apple picking, but we could have stayed longer and gotten to use the clean pool and gym We can’t wait to come back!

The room was beautiful and comfortable with minor issues However, our stay here started off poorly when we attempted to check in and the front desk staff told us our room wasn’t ready and walked away before saying anything further while we waited (check in was at 4pm, we arrived at 4:15) Another issue we ran into was that the next morning we went down for breakfast about 9:25am

We grabbed food and not thirty seconds after we sat down, staff began breaking down the breakfast set up before it seemed all guests were able to get food My partner was hoping to grab a bagel, but she was not able to Additionally, the single most important reason that I selected this hotel was that it had a hot tub However, staff chose to clean the hot tub not before 10am when the pool opened, but at 10am so it was unable to be used before we had to check out Much of the stay felt cheap and as if amenities were limited due to it being a weekday However, we paid for our stay and expected access to the amenities Will probably not stay here ever again

Tonya Canady

The rooms were comfortable My sheets had a couple of stains on them and the rooms are on the smaller side The front desk was not very clear when I asked for directions so I had to navigate a bit off the path before finding my destination

The complementary breakfast was okay, but not a lot of vegetarian or vegan options Walmart is across the street so that is a plus for buying things that you may need There are fast food restaurants that surround the hotel as well as a wine store and a shopping center

Shonita Joshi

The hotel is decent, the technology and space is old, no toaster in the kitchen & the gym & pool are small The problem however is how RUDE the staff is- especially the manager of the hotel, CathyWe were on a long term stay for work (a period of 9 months but we had to cut it short & leave after 3 months) because of the micro-aggressions particularly towards me, a person of color

At breakfast while I waited in the lobby, a member of the staff came up and said “are you waiting for someone?” and I told her I was waiting for my husband & she said, “can’t you wait in your room?” I was shocked I asked her if it wasn’t okay for me to be there & she said “No, it’s okay But I have to vacuum here” WOW And this person greeted those around me with a ‘hello’ & ‘good morning!’ A few smaller things were said but I decided not to pay attention to itBut this incident below forced us to leave: my husband and I walked into the banquet hall on a quiet Sunday evening – it was open & not in use We were filming a quick video about soccer & couldn’t find a good spot anywhere else & it was raining outside A minute into the video & the front desk person walked in & asked us to “get out” He said it was a paid space and we could not use it without permission We immediately apologized, we had no idea but also having lived there three months they knew us and we thought they would communicate more politely We asked the staff member why he was being so rude when we had no trouble admitting our fault and he said “I was told that you are creating a nuisance and that was a miscommunication That’s why I came in hot” And he didn’t apologize, only justified his rudeness We left it at thatThe next day we were sent emails from the management stating that it was brought to their attention “that a situation happened in our event space” So I went to the manager’s office hoping that she could hear our side of the story because there seemed to be some miscommunication When I told her that I found the staff member and the email rude she said “YOU DON’T THINK WHAT YOU DID WAS RUDE? YOU USED A SPACE WITHOUT PERMISSION I’VE WORKED HERE LONG ENOUGH AND I CONSIDER THIS MY HOUSE YOU DON’T THINK IT’S RUDE TO WALK INTO SOMEONE’S HOUSE AND USE A SPACE YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO?”… I mean… Just… wowThe difference between a ‘mistake’ vs ‘rudeness’ seemed to elude her I understand supporting your staff but as a manager you want to placate both parties? Also, this is not her house I pay to be there And if you’re the “host” then you don’t ask your guests to “get out” So I didn’t think there was a point in talking any further and told her, “I guess then it’s better we leave” to which she replied “YES, I DON’T THINK THIS WAS A GOOD FIT”I cried As a person of color that stung deeply -the choice of words She said we weren’t a good fit because we used an open, unused banquet hall space for less than 60 seconds? And when she saw me cry she passed a box of tissues- no apologyThe Hyatt desperately needs to train their staff in basic hospitality and while humanity and decency cannot be taught, a training in RACE RELATIONS might help to some effortI will never come back I will never recommend anyone to itIf you have to stay here, it’s understandable Some of the staff members are kinder- Lauren, Judy, Jackie- stick with them You’ll be in good handsIf you’re expecting good service and kindness, I’d suggest you go to the residence inn or other hotels nearby They are MUCH BETTER and definitely won’t make you feel like you dont “fit in their space”

Buttermilk Falls Inn and Spa is absolutely beautiful The grounds are phenomenal, with a lovely view of the Hudson, picturesque ponds, and rolling greens The owners have rescued most (all?) of the animals, which were so fun to visit

Make sure check out their beautiful aviary, with 2 chickens coops and the peacocks are a riot If you’re staying in the North Cottage you will definitely hear them coo and squawk! Our experience with the staff was excellent-everyone was super friendly and they went above and beyond to help usDinner at Henry’s was amazing-if you like cocktails, highly recommend the Bees Knees and the scallops were delicious Breakfast is included-it’s a small menu with impressive execution by Chef Jennie – who would have thought Zucchini Walnut pancakes would be so life-changing!Overall, our stay was lovely and restful-a truly beautiful property, and we can’t wait to come back!

I was here in January Beautiful grounds and a very nice room It was an extremely restful and peaceful few days

The best part was the food at the restaurant – some of the best food I’ve ever had and the drinks were great too Included breakfast was yummy and made to order and daily tea-time was a cute touch also I also got a massage which was out of this world Thank you

Katie Barker

I came here for the spa and was taken back by the beauty and tranquility of the grounds There are flower gardens, animals, fresh fruit and produce growing, chicken and peacock! The grounds are well maintained and are free to walk for everyone using their facility The spa service was excellent and, though can be pricier than other spas, was well worth the extra money

There are well marked paths that bring you to ponds that have swan, geese, and duck, as well as waterfalls I would highly recommend coming here I am looking forward to coming back

My family and I decided to go upstate for a trip and chose this hotel because it’s website stated that it was pet friendly I booked our stay in advance and wrote that I’ll be having my dog with me (and accepted the pet fee) I got to the hotel and they told me that dogs weren’t allowed

The lady at the front desk said that even though the website says that dogs are allowed, they aren’t She just apologized and told me that they can refund me all my money but there was nothing else to do I was so shocked Until I said that I don’t know what to do then because I had come upstate with my family and we had no where else to go, she just expected me to take the news and leave She was then kind enough to tell me that there was a hotel 20 minutes away that allowed pets and to hurry up and go before that hotel was booked up I left immediately of course but I think that if the Hilton made a mistake, they should have accommodated us better We ended up paying significantly more for a hotel room and were rushing around and stressing because this hotel lied about their pet policy They could have followed up with my reservation and told me that pets weren’t allowed anytime before I checked in, but instead I found out everything while I was at the counter and my family was in the car I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all

Remco Jonker

Rooms are spacious, have a fridge and an American coffee maker No water cooker Had a room with two queen beds

Every thing worked, heating/AC was a bit noisy, some bathroom fixtures a bit worn Had included breakfast in the room rate, quality a bit disappointing, the fruit salad was overripe, mentioned this to the restaurant staff, they promised to renew the bowl but 30 minutes later this had not yet happened Other food quality was good

Alex Shaffer

Room standards were unacceptable I was traveling with my mother to visit family The first room we were put in had blood and dirt on the beds

The customer service was great, we got put in another room but this room was almost as bad There were horrible stains on every inch of carpet, brown stains on 2/3 of the towels, ants EVERYWHERE in the bathroom, and when the shower turned on the toilet was shooting water out of the bowl and all over the seat and floor But I guess I will take the second room over the bloody bed room I saw the sticker in the mirror in the bathroom with the Hilton Clean Stay Information and it’s obvious that the cleaning staff do not follow that whatsoever

A great house with picturesque views of the mountains Our host was lovely to chat with upon our arrival offering a list of recommendations The house had a charm with spacious common areas – especially the dining room

My only complaints – and these are personal – the bed was too soft (I like a firm mattress), and the breakfasts, while enjoyable, were a bit simple – continental style

The Overlook Lodge is something of an annex of the Bear Mountain Inn The downfalls of booking here are that the place hasn’t been updated in a very long time, there is one vending machine in the lobby that doesn’t have much, and is really expensive There was only one person on staff in the lobby on Friday until 11PM , and Saturday during the day

There is no elevator, so if that is an issue, ask to be placed in a first floor room The road leading to the lodge is almost impossible to get to on the first try, because it looks more like an access road, and the roads haven’t been paved since Rudy Guiliani was mayor of NYC Look out for potholes! The plus side is that there is a gorgeous view of Hessian Lake from the main balcony, and or from your room if you’re lucky to get one on that side The person that did staff the front desk was very friendly The rooms were very clean, and the beds were uncommonly comfortable for a hotel The heating system took a bit to get used to, but it’s better than the window units you’re used to seeing Any money they spent on upgrades must have gone towards the climate control They have a security layer in place that requires you to have room key to get into the lobby when there’s no one at the front desk This place blended into the nature surrounding it It felt isolated, but oddly safe If you’re expecting the hospital like ambience of a Hampton Inn, this isn’t the place to go It has way more charm than that, and a few less services

Steven V Z

The Overlook Lodge is horrible dump that is not maintained Stinks, chipped paint on the building door, and floor mats at the building entrance that’s permanently stained I paid $315/night for a bland room with a parking lot view

It was so bad, we left after the first night, cutting our trip short Avoid it at all costs You can visit the Bear Mountain State Park without staying in the Bear Mountain Inn/Overlook Lodge Worst option if you have a pet with you

Chris McAuliffe

Reserved a room in Beaver cabin It was a terrible experience The ac unit was not working and the room was very hot

The room also had quite a noticable odor The room was advertised to have a queen bed, but the bed in the room was a full The room was also very tiny The staff was gracious enough to let us check out early and provided a refund

Over the last 10 months, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels due to a cross country move I even lived in a hotel for 2 and a half months while I figured things out Quality Inn has been the best hotel I’ve stayed in for quite some time! The room was incredibly clean, you can tell a lot of care went in to cleaning the room

The biggest flaw I usually see in hotels is the bathroom, but the bathroom here was absolutely spotless The staff were very friendly and helpful It’s right off the freeway, next to a great diner if you’re looking for some food after your trip that’s within walking distance I was able to enjoy this hotel for vacation purposes this time, and it was worth every penny! I will definitely come back next time I visit family here!

Matt Campbell

Absolutely spotless room, with a very cold fridge for beverages Beds & pillows were a bit too soft for my taste, but that’s not a hotel error Very kind staff

Very tasty continental breakfast with something for everyone AC was ice cold but had to keep turning it on since it was on auto Location is a bit odd but I’m not from the area and used to a busy city Bathroom is massive with a standing shower which is something I haven’t seen in a hotel myself yet Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in so far Props to staff for keeping this place lovely

Janelle Ropiecki

It was our wedding night and I was trying to find a nice hotel with a jacuzzi in the room as well as having someone set up the room for us with the decorations I brought (rose peddles, tea lights, etc) Well, they went above and beyond and had it ready for us when we arrived! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the jacuzzi was AWESOME! And we had the complementary breakfast in the AM All around perfect night to our wedding

Thank you Quality Inn!

Room was clean Friendly front staff were accommodating There was a pool and fitness area but we didn’t use it

Basic continental breakfast is served here If you request anything you have to go to the front desk Noises can be heard from kids running around however and would have preferred if we they were booked in rooms further away to not disturb other residents

While the room was spacious, and clean, I certainly didn’t appreciate being woken up at 4 am the first morning of our stay by other guests being extremely loud in the halls and slamming doors Then on the evening of our second night, I finally had to go to the front desk to complain about the loud people in the halls and right outside our entrance door to the hotel Because our door was at the very end of the hall, literally right next to the side outside entrance, and there is an 1 1/4 inch gap (yes we measured the gap), you could hear everything! The front desk said they could do NOTHING for us except leave a note for her hotel manager for the morning

She said the hotel was completely booked and couldn’t even move our room, yet on my way back to my room, there were several rooms with the stickers over the entrance saying the room was cleaned My advice don’t stay here! The staff don’t care about their guests comfort! Terrible customer service!

Hans and his stuff Sandy , Yvonne and the housekeepers are greet us as like we was family They help and give us advice ( location change active military move) about this area Breakfast is delicious the room is like a apartment super comfortable and clean

Light cleaning is every two days and every four days is the general cleaning in the rooms Fitness room is clean and is good stocked Pool could be bigger but it makes his job Outside you have a basketball court and mini golf place The best part for my personal enjoyment is the fire pit Unfortunately the patio closes in midnight And the night stuff gives you the option to hang out in the breakfast area or going to you room The nightshift do not tolerate if you asking for staying longer in the patio by yourself and enjoy the atmosphere the quietness Coming from Washington state where the weather was horrible to New York where the weather is amazing to can’t enjoy the nice warm weather in the night time in a safe place like the hotel patio is sad By that said overall the hotel is great

lil mama

Edit: I used the dishwasher this morning and it’s literally pouring water out the bottom My hotel room floor is soaked Nice hotel, room showing signs of wear and tear

Staff is pleasant and the hotel is conveniently located in the middle of everything Technology in the room is up to date and modern I like how they supply you with maxi pads and tampons in hotel bathroom in the main lobby Will return

The king bed studio room is spacious, modern and clean It also has a fully furnished kitchen We went to the pool to check it out except that there were too many kids in it so we decided not to go in since the pool isn’t that big

Besides that the breakfast was okay and our stay was pleasant I’d recommend staying here The staff were also kind

We travelled from Delaware for a long weekend visiting the sites of the Hudson Valley We are so happy we found Watergrasshill and our host Elaina The building is beautifully restored, comfortable and inviting

The breakfasts were delicious and creative And we were close to the many places we wanted to visit I recommend highly!

What a sweet and charming Bed & Breakfast! The host, Alana, was very responsive and accommodating, she even arranged some creative and delicious vegan breakfasts for us The home is very pristine with old world charm and beautiful modern en suite baths The location is ideal for a quiet getaway, set in the valley with gorgeous mountain views, but also a quick drive into the town of New Paltz

We couldn’t have been happier with our time at Watergrasshill

Danielle G

We had a great time at the Watergrasshill Bed & Breakfast The B&B is beautiful – it maintains a classic farmhouse B&B feel but also has many nice modern updates We stayed in the lovely Fern Room with beautiful sunset views

The B&B is only a short drive to a number of outdoor attractions, including the Minnewaska State Park Preserve, which was a bonus Additionally, Alana was a wonderful host who provided a lot of great suggestions for the area, and the breakfasts were delicious!

We had a wonderful lunch at this inn We were greeted and led to a perfect table by the open door

allowing the beautiful breeze and view to join our table, which added to the start of a perfect dining experience The staff was amazingly attentive, the food made to perfection, and our waitress, Debra , could not have done anything more to make our experience more delightful She was pleasant, emphatic about the menu, and very attentive to all of our requests and questions We even let the manager know that his staff were just wonderfulhe too was delightful and happy to hear about our experience Do not go to Cold Spring without having lunch or dinner at Hudson House and Inn !

We recently stayed here and we highly recommend it First, we were treated well by Tami, who booked our reservation, and even gave me her cell number if I needed anything; then we were taken very good care of by Mike He was amazing

If I could have packed him in my suitcase and brought him home, I would have He makes everything easier He made our stay very nice with his attention to detail and helpful waysThe location, historical value, clean rooms, delicious food, and excellent customer service make this place a great choice the next time you visit Cold Spring

We had the pleasure of hosting our son & future DIL’s rehearsal dinner for 35 here last Saturday night Working with Craig planning this went smoothly – I am VERY particular & have hosted numerous events for our 3 kids & family- but he was response & kept up & executed all I needed

We didn’t get a chance to thank Chef John in person but have to say, being foodies, we & our guests were beyond pleased Everything was great & they even packed up 2 complete dinners for my sister & hubby as their flight was delayed so they joined at the hotel & enjoyed everything immensely! Several of our guests needed alternatives to my planned menu & were accommodated with delicious meals, not just something thrown together! We could not have asked for better service from Judy & Amanda & bartender Tammy (Mike Too)- They get it! The restaurant is a short walk to the water & the “kids” took pictures at the gazebo there between courses We wish Hudson House was closer to home so we will just have to enjoy the lovely ride up there again soon

I cannot express enough how much I loved staying at Bear Mountain Inn! My boyfriend and I planned a last minute trip here and from before we even booked the trip, Bear Mountain Inn was extremely helpful and accommodating Commuting from the city can be confusing and they were very helpful with instructions (if you’re planning on coming from NYC, use Coach USA! Drops you off right in front of the hotel) They also were kind enough to give us early check-in since our bus dropped us off so early! We stayed in one of the cottages and it was so clean and cozy

The resort itself has plenty to offer and is incredibly beautiful We did not go to the restaurant, but the front desk was kind enough to give us a list of places that deliver to the hotel which was so helpful Check-out is 11am, but our bus was not arriving until 5pm The front desk was beyond kind enough to let us leave our bags in the lobby so we could enjoy a few more hours of the resort I never write Google reviews, but I had to for the Inn Thank you Bear Mountain Inn for such an amazing experience!!!

Christian & Mari Coerds

We had a wonderful stay at Bear Mountain Inn It’s clean, beautiful, and rustic Truly an experience itself, with the beautiful lake to stroll around in the mornings, hikes galore

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean And, the customer service is amazing! They are very accommodating and generous The restaurant is really good too!

Stacy

We stayed in room 304 Room was extremely clean, bathroom slightly outdated and worn, bed was comfy and room larger than expected Extremely helpful and friendly

Rather hard to sleep with air conditioner requiring major updating AC unit in room was very noisy, extremely cold when on then when off room got rather warm Hotel was pleasant inside, would recommend to stay during week as opposed to weekend to avoid large dirty crowds of people blasting music and leaving trash all over lake picnic area…that was disappointing and sad to see

We went to stay there for a wedding over the weekend The room we had was newly renovated and was very clean Very nice shower with glass doors, not a shower curtain

The bed was firm and AC worked perfectly! The lobby was nice with comfortable seating, tv screens, fire place and a view of their green space/garden(?)They didn’t have the restaurant available but had snacks and microwaveable food There are a lot of restaurants in the area for takeout or delivery Would definitely stay there again!

Alexandra Jackson

The reception staff was fantastic, very welcoming and even got us an early check-in The room itself was tidy, clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was fabulous However, very, very, very thin walls

I could here our neighbours conversations and was woken up early by them after attending a wedding! Also, was disappointed that they did not come to make the beds during our stay or carry out any cleaning of the roomThe location is fine, as with a lot of America it would have been better to have a car but Ubers did work thereIt was a basic hotel, there is one cafe that is only open for breakfast but there is a small shop and there are places to eat in the neighbouring areasFor the price I would have expected a little more, but was an OK stay and there were definitely no showstoppers

Nicholas Croce

Platinum Elite Marriott member here, which means we’ve been to a lot of these Well, this one wasn’t great The walls are pretty thin here, more so than any hotel I’ve been to before

We woke up to some guys having a conversation next door What really frustrated us was the night before when we ordered a blanket for the sofa bed The bed hasn’t been made inside the sofa, which was a first for us We called down and asked for one, but an hour passed and nothing The main bed felt like an old mattress with a silly-thick mattress cover on it Then, I was greeted by a cantaloupe fruit cup for $750 the next morning Around 9AM housekeeping knocked on our door asking when we were leaving We didn’t waste time doing so!
