We have came and stayed here for 22 years The view – incredible There have been some upgrades recently like around the pool, a new dishwasher, a new kitchen faucet, etc

Most of it is SO outdated But the cleanliness is the worst part – there are crunchy parts in the carpet and it just needs to be replaced, dirty pans in the cupboard, all of the outside spaces need to be cleaned – around the windows, just hose off the deck areas and CLEAN AROUND THE WINDOWS and the railing on the deck It would take just a few minutes and make all the difference The positives to this place – again, the view The pool space is great and the added shade sails and sectionals and new patio were a great add on There’s a playground and shaded grass areas and some hiking trails

Beware of the very high & unreasonable cancelation policy Penalty is 30% of total booking, much higher compared to most other resorts/accommodations and despite cancelation being 3+ month ahead of the check-in date Need to wonder if the high penalty is any indication of the quality of the resort and inability to maintain demand / high occupancy

The representatives I interacted with were polite and tried to help Unfortunately the operator’s business practice / policy is substandard compared to what I’m used to with other hotel / resort groups

This place is a great place to stay if you are planning to ski Mt Batchelor It is on the road up the mountain, so there is no need to deal with the morning Bend commute We stayed in #421A

It is a very comfortable condo, nice furnishings, and an awesome view overlooking the Deschutes river The place is clean, quiet, and just a perfect place to stay after hitting the mountain

We got the jacuzzi king bed suite for our honeymoon I can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed Kitchenette, large living room/quarters to relax in

King bed and a walk in/slide door shower I definitely felt like royalty (as I should have for the experience) Plus being downtown, we could walk to most of the popular restaurants, bars and shops Such a delight, I would definitely stay here again

Such a great hotel! Rooms are very big with a separate sitting/desk area There is a small balcony as well! The location is wonderfully residential and just around the corner from downtown Bend where there are many shops, boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants!! There’s even a little, independent movie theater! I walked to the Old Mill area, less than 1 mile, where there are more stores, restaurants, bakeries and a huge Regal Movie Theater

and this area is right on the water, overlooking the Cascade Mountains! Bend, Oregon is a gorgeous city and this hotel is literally in the middle of it all!!

This hotel is centrally located and quite popular They’re also short staffed which may be part of the problem with the room cleanliness which is why only give it two stars I’m not particularly picky with hotels cleanliness but I was disgusted by the state of the vanity and the caulking around the sink

It had undergone only the most cursory of cleaning and the curtains were clearly stained Perhaps because they were so busy and short staffed they don’t have more time to be more attentive but I won’t stay here next time Oxford Hotel is a few steps from them and I suspect better kept than this one

Very nice location – near the Old mill district Clean rooms Helpful staff

No way to get fresh air in the room-windows don’t open The indoor swimming pool is really tiny and the jacuzzi is way too much chlorinated The “new” breakfast is, well, like food you probably get only on a really cheap airline No bread, toast, or even bagels – zero Everything is microwaved from frozen and is the same every day Almost rotten bananas Mcdonald’s is like a gourmet restaurant compared to this

Benjamin Tan

The layout of the room just makes sense Separate-ish section from the living/kitchen area, far away from the main doorOur room was right in front of the elevator but we barely heard any noise at night

Water pressure and temp were 👌👌👌, bed was big and cozy Pretty rare for a dog friendly hotel! Speaking of dogs, there’s a large green area for your pups to do their thingIf you’re a light sleeper and need plenty of rest before a big day, definitely consider Residence InnAlso, very close to the Old Mill so it’s very convenient! I’d love to come back again when I’m in Bend

The positive I feel needs that needs to be pointed out looking at past reviews is the breakfast is now better with scrambled eggs sausage biscuits and gravy now being served and it is a very average quality of food The rooms are nice and clean but over priced However I am very confused and irritated that on top paying $300 for a room they make you pay $10 a night to park in their uncovered parking with no security

I’ve never had to pay for parking at a hotel except in a parking garage They say it’s because parking is limited and they share it with other businesses including another hotel; however the other hotel has a separate parking lot and they do not charge for parking, and the parking lot here wasn’t even 1/3 full, so there is plenty of parking When I addressed this with the hotel they were very dismissive and tone death to the complaint If you look at other reviews you’ll see people s who paid to park here had their cars broken into, so it’s not even a secure lot you’re paying to park in If I’m paying $300/night for a room they can easily cover the parking especially since the much cheaper hotel next door doesn’t feel they need to charge for parking

Great little motel! The rooms were clean, and the double queen room had a separate room for each bed And we LOVED the vintage style The glass brick shower is to die for! It’s not a five star hotel and it’s not trying to be, but it’s clear that the owners care about providing a great guest experience, and it was so affordable

We would definitely stay there again!

Irene Mihos

I do not have a single negative comment to make about this motel I was pleasantly surprised by place Nice and attentive staff (seems to be owner operated) and the MOST comfortable bed & pillows!! What you would expect to find in a high end chain hotel

We travel a lot, this by far is the best deal you will get in the area! Don’t let the exterior appearance deceive you

Brendy McConnaughey

This motel is dated but clean You can’t beat the price It’s always booked but not loud

We’ve stayed here a couple of times and have been pleasantly surprised The first time we reserved a Queen bed but when they saw we had a toddler they gave us a free upgrade to a King This time we reserved the two Queens room and were happy to find that one was in a separate bedroom Again, it could use some renovations but it’s a great value and always great service We’ll stay here again

Bait and switch pricing when reserving through the Hilton phone reservations Very clearly the reservation was made for 2 adults and a dog, and I VERY CLEARLY asked the reservation specialist what the price would be for the room for two adults and one dog I was quoted a price for a $197 reservation that was non-refundable

When I arrived to check in, I was informed my room would cost $247 due to a pet fee I mentioned that I had clearly set the reservation for 2 adults and 1 dog, and had confirmed the price with a Hilton employee before agreeing to my non-refundable reservationThe general manager, Delaney, was of the opinion that customers should have read the entire website, assumed they were being lied to by a reservation agent when they asked the total price for a room, and mentally known to add an additional $50 charge that the reservation agent refused to share with the customer, despite the customer very clearly asking for these details Delaney was unhelpful and smug, while telling me there was absolutely nothing that he could do to improve my stay, while condescending to me the entire interaction

This hotel had few serious limitation ( I gave two star because of location that is excellent) Here are the issues ( I paid > $500 per day and expected better ) :1 Room( suite that I stayed with 1 king and 1 queen) are not designed correctly

Bathroom door open in front of wash basin ( with 4 people staying in same room it was a nightmare to get ready every time ) There was only one mirrior See photo2 Room service is not by default ( they still give the reason becuase of COVID) You need to request or you will get surprise 3 If you book room with view , there is no guarantee to you will get4 Dining was closed on 4th July ( no notification about the closure ) We searched outside resturant to eat dinner at last moment

Andrew Hatch

Overall this is a very nice hotel, and it is in a excellent location However, there are some aspects that are just plain annoying Ordinarily you would put up with this but given the room prices, your expectations go up as well

The good:- the rooms are very clean, spacious and modern- the staff are lovely and very friendly- the food for breakfast was excellent- the gym, pool and other facilities are very good too- Wifi is good and there are ample power facilitiesThe not so good- there is no ability to stream or cast to the television You have to put up with DirecTV, or have been clever enough to bring your own HDMI cables and adapters I have stayed in hotels for $100 a night that include this- we stayed in a room with the kitchen Yet there was no crockery or cutlery, no dishwashing equipment We had to go into town and buy stuff Basically all you get is a microwave oven, a small fridge and 15 empty cupboards!- the garbage disposal unit in our room was unplugged I stuck my hand down it pulled out two filthy plastic bottle caps, plugged the unit back in and it started workingSo overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back it would just be nice if there was a little more attention to the details listed above

This was an awesome place to stay during our weekend in Bend The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed It was great to have a kitchen and the location was great for a quick walk downtown

The staff was very friendly and left nice touches, like a dog bed, bowls and treats for our pup We’ll definitely be back and would recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Bend!

Derek & Amy Perez

My Wife and I have stayed here with our Pups on many, multiple occasions and do not have enough good things to say about the Staff, the accommodations, and the wonderful town of Bend! We are always greeted by a great Lady at the front desk, she offers us delicious York peppermint patties that we toss in our freezer and enjoy later, our Pups are treated like royalty, the rooms are so clean&hygienic that there is never an odor or unpleasant experience when we walk into the suite, my Wife and I are always treated like a member of the Wall Street Suites Family, and there is plenty of good food around town, along with a delicious candy store Stop sitting on the fence and give Wall Street Suites a chance You will NOT regret it!!!😁🐕🌲

I have never had such an amazing experience like I did at The Oxford Hotel I was driving from Idaho to Washington this past weekend and got stuck in Oregon due to the mountain passes being closed because of the snow storm that hit the PNW I made a last minute booking at The Oxford Hotel and was blown away by the service and accommodations

I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, who was also shoveling snow in the front to make easy access to guest At check in, they gave me a puppy package with a ton of goodies for my dog that I was travelling with I had some amazing room service that was quickly delivered to my room! The rooms were spotless and had the best complimentary toiletriesThe next morning, they gave me some supplies for my dog’s morning business and pointed me in a good direction to take her on a walk Also in the morning, the concierge took time to sit down with me and discuss different route options to get to my final destination without getting stuck in the snow again I had the best experience staying at this hotel It was just what I needed after a stressful day of driving! 10/10 recommend!! I can’t wait to go back!

Split Cascadia

Easily one of the nicer hotels Ive stayed in Most of the experience has been carefully crafted to impress the guest, like offering a pillow menu with 5 different options Despite the great lengths The Oxford takes to ensure I have a comfortable pillow option, they put little to no regard into the heating system that has kept me awake all night

A loud click switches on and then a jet airplane roars next to my bed and head for a few minutes every 15 minutes Ive slept better in places 1/4 the price The fitness center has a really nice steam, hot tub and sauna that was greatly appreciated

Kris Colburn

Luxury hotel in downtown Bend Oregon Beautifully-appointed room furnished with eclectic and comfortable furniture Room service available featuring the in-hotel restaurant, Roam

Breakfast is awesome! Nice robes provided French press coffee service and good selection of tea bags Huge tub with handcrafted soaps, and a large walk-in shower Just blocks away from Franklin Park and Deschutes River

The hotel is clean and well kept The staff is so friendly! The breakfast was really good We came to bend for a concert and the amphitheater was next door, loved that! My only complaints are that the beds were not comfortable at all, very hard and the ac in our room was either hot or cold very hard to control

Otherwise I’d definitely stay here again!

I made a reservation directly to the hotel in Bend The interaction with the worker was pleasant I clearly requested a wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower

I received my confirmation and i though all was well I will omit, I should have looked at the reservation more closely but why should I? I get to the hotel early our room wasn’t ready, no problem I can wait The manager approached me saying the wrong room was reserved for me, it was a hearing disability room and not a mobility disabled room but she is having the correct room cleaned but it will be a longer wait Again no problem I check in, go to the room to find a hearing disabled room with a tub Called down to the front desk, basically said oh well, that’s all we got We can bring a shower chair Fine well it was a shower chair but how am I to transfer to a chair in the tub? No shower for me Very disappointed in the service May consider closing my award points account Fir me, it’s always about customer service and I feel they failed me big time I needed the roll in shower on this trip

Ashley Cushing

Our experience has been Good and Bad I’ll start with the good The location of the hotel is great!! The staff seem friendly

The bad The beds are very firm , If you like that then this is the place for you There’s very thin walls, you can hear everything from doors opening and closing , conversations and toilets flushing The pool was great, but the hot tub was not so great It was Luke warm and the jets didn’t work Hot tub was closed the second day of our stay My daughters sandals were stolen from the pool area, which was pretty crummy, but not the hotels fault Just keep a good eye on your stuff or walk down bare foot When we went to the front desk and asked if someone turned in a pair of sandals and explained what happened, the gal laughed , right in front of my daughter which was very rude My daughter has Autism and cried about this for hours Very insensitive

Close to downtown Across from pioneer park Short walk to the river and downtown bend Quiet for sleeping Good continental breakfast Great atmosphere Would stay again

Five stars does not adequately recognize such a nice property and excellent staff(Lifetime Platinum Elite — I spend a lot of nights in hotels) This Marriott property is proof that even during a pandemic, a hotel can still provide excellent service and take care of guests

Management here is not blaming Covid for a lack of amenities or service Housekeeping is still “on request”, but it is available when so many hotels keep charging the same rate but have eliminated housekeeping servicesReally nice check in Breanna was great! Although flying solo at the front desk — and busy — she took care of everyone as efficiently as possibleNice property! Since Fairfield is one of the older Marriott brands, many of the properties are tired and in need of a remodel Fairfield Bend Downtown made that investment three years ago and it shows; a bright, clean parking lot and building with lots of nice touches for a mid-range hotel Electric bikes available, a 24/7 gym, really nice pool and spa area, business center, etc The ice machine was missing on the first floor but hopefully that is temporary Rooms are nice Mine was arranged in a way that usually disruptive light from the hallway was not an issue Wow! An uninterrupted sleepI used the laundry facilities and was surprised they did not accept coins I love technology but the laundry machine credit card readers were a little balky I had to try a number of times to make them connect and operate Minor issue — especially when the hotel offers complimentary laundry supplies A very thoughtful idea!Breakfast was pretty standard, pre-made items But the mini quiche and omelets are a nice change considering the limited offerings at some hotels

The fridge in our room was not very usable, did not have a shelfThe breakfast was not badNo designated pet area or bags

If there was we were not given that informationGreat locationWe would stay there again

VERRY PET FRIENDLY WITH BETTER ROOMS THAN A Best Western”pet friendly” room!Normally when we travel with our two cats we use a best western or something similar but they actually run out of “pet friendly” rooms We called around and even hotels that advertises pet friendly denied it or said it was an advertising error when I called I have two quiet well behaved cats, they are zero trouble as I clean after them daily myself

But when I accidentally found My Place online I was impressed and immediately booked with a very kind lady over the phone! When we showed up it was awesome, the lady checking us in had her beautiful dog with two different colored eyes behind the desk helping check us in! It’s also a much more Upscale hotel than any best western, more like an Marriott but with animals openly welcome Also they don’t gouge you in the mini store, it’s very comfy! We ended up staying a week and both front desk ladies had their dogs with them and it was absolutely the BEST thing to see when normally you feel like they sort of side-eye you for pets! I now have My Place on my phone and will be looking for them whenever we travel! All around, easy, super comfy, CLEAN, and welcoming! Five star!

Anthony Simonetti

Stayed here on a business trip The front desk was polite, checked me in/out quickly They have a small general store that has most of the toiletries and random items you’d need

The rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable For one person, the bed is perfectly sized There is a recliner chair that is perfectly positioned for watching TV There is a good selection of channels, although I only watched the local news and ESPN There is kitchen cabinets, a kitchen sink, fridge/freezer, and microwave The bathroom has plenty of room and the shower has hot water with good water pressureI chose this hotel in Bend mostly because it was close to my office, but it is conveniently located Old Mill is walkable, and downtown is a quick Uber or taxi ride

K M

Staff is awesome and welcoming Rooms are awful for the priceNot that this is an expensive hotel and it does have “economy” in the description, but there are several places I have stayed nearby with similar pricing and their rooms are significantly better

These rooms feel like college dormsCons: Why have a kitchen if you don’t have any utensils or dishes? Room smelled awful and no amount of air freshener could fix it Not the hotels fault, per se, but still unpleasant TV was pretty tiny Recliner didn’t function very well Expect the clientele to mostly be rowdy construction workers Again, not the hotels fault, but not a quiet, relaxing place Bed was ok but pillows were too puffy and all were the samePros: Staff is super friendly and helpful Location is central Full size coffee maker and having an ice maker is super convenientOverall, not a place to seek out but more of one to settle on if you don’t want to spring the extra $20 to stay at a nicer place

The rooms are big, breakfast great, got almond milk, 24/7 coffee / tea / water, has a small bar next to the front desk Laundry is only $150 per load I am usually very sensitive to loud heater/AC in hotels but this one has a good thermostat and the noise is bearable Only 25 min drive to Mount Bachelor Appreciate the decor and great art work as well

Imagine being forced to stay somewhere for over 3 months and not get ANY restful sleep after working 12-13 hour shifts (60+ hours/week) This hotel is entirely too loud to get any sleep during the day when you have to work at night Housekeeping slam doors, play loud music, and management insist on bothering you even when you clearly have a DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door

Absolutely not ideal for night time travelers Please go elsewhere IF you have a choice! The not sleeping part is only the tip of the iceberg There’s soooo much more that went wrong, but SLEEP was my MAJOR ISSUE I don’t like people in and out of my room anyway so I do my own cleaning I’m from the South so I guess I expected hospitality and many of the staff severely LACKED HOSPITALITY The whole staff needs to be thrown away with the exception of the new young lady at the desk I wish I would’ve got her name to shout her out Any and every interaction with her was very pleasant

I was debating for over two months on leaving a negative review But then I thought maybe this review will help someone unnecessary hustle The location of this hotel is nice

We even spotted a few deer when we were driving up Beautiful lobby However, even though the hotel states that they have a very friendly pet policy, they very much discriminate against cats We booked ahead of time since we were traveling 1000miles+ with a cat and I tripple checked on the booking site to make sure they were pet friendly Upon checking in we were turned down because they are a “dog only” hotel No where in the description did they state that After explaining to the receptionist that we have a perfectly behaving, leash-trained, highly intelligent, extensively well traveled cat (she has over 10K miles of travels in over 4 states, staying in various hotels and no accidents or issues), the staff couldn’t care less and turned us away w/out a refund Took me a while to dispute the charge For those like us, traveling with a furry feline family member, I’d recommend, MyPlace They had a room that we were able to book last minute And their facilities, although not nearly as fancy as Best Western’s were clean and just what we needed after a very long and tiresome drive Our cat loved the room and the staff at Myplace were all phenomenally lovely

We booked two rooms – a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper as well as a studio with a king bed and full amenities Our comments: wow! Amazing! Super comfy! Wish all our hotels this trip had been half this nice! Some of the things we appreciated were exceptionally good job at updating the finishes including brand new and modern bathrooms

Great little coffee bar with working microwave Nice touches of decorations throughout both rooms – made it feel like home CLEAN! We could smell the pleasant scent of fresh laundry Plenty of outlets for phone charging Plenty of towels Everything was just right It is a motel, so street noise is an unavoidable thing but having operable blinds to enjoy the sunrise was lovely

We were only able to stay for a few hours, but on a 10 day journey through 6 states, this little motel in Bend provided us with more comfort and cleanliness than any other hotel we visited, regardless of price or fancy brand name I would love to visit here again for a longer period of time as the room was so comfortable and welcoming The beds were just the right level of soft and firm, the bedding was clean and smelled freshly laundered

The bathroom was spotless – not a speck of dirt in sight The mini fridge worked! the microwave worked! the coffee maker worked! Everything was just right and we were so appreciative of the manager waking at 1:30 am to give us a keyI would recommend to anyone who wants a nicely updated, clean, comfy room in Bend

I stayed in the Seattle suite and it was perfect! Cozy, clean room and spacious private bathroom was perfect for our quick trip to Bend The breakfast in the morning was amazing – some of the best waffles and frittatas I’ve ever had The whole process was seamlessly easy with self check-in and out

The Inn is centrally located to multiple downtown spots in Bend making it easy to walk – or if you want to drive, there is plenty of parking provided for once you get back Overall great experience and definitely will be returning during my next visit to Bend

We spent one night here and we honestly could not fault them at all The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly the cleaner, she went out of her way to help us on more than one occasion The breakfast is delicious and we were given extra time to pack and leave the next morning because we were a bit hungover

The shared bathroom is nicer than any bathroom you will find in a hotel and is very similar to a bathroom you would have in your own home There are bikes you can use in the basement for free and the owners are very kind and friendly Thanks again for the great hospitality

Probably the best bed and breakfast ever Their breakfast was amazing Everything fresh, super delicious and made right there in the kitchen

Their waffles with house made berry-mango topping was to die for The breakfast setting was excellent and felt almost like eating in at a French restaurant The host was super nice, she talked to us about the places to visit and things to do in the area We stayed in the Seattle suite because it has an attached private bathroom It is towards the street and I’m a very light sleeper but I had no trouble sleeping with the noise machine they had in the room I plan on visiting again and staying there Definitely recommended

Our first stay at the Riverhouse was a great experience The staff was very friendly when checking in and throughout our entire stay The room and hotel overall was very clean and updated

They provided fast and yummy room service The indoor pool was amazing for our children they absolutely loved it Another super big plus for us also is they are pet friendly There are so many beautiful places to walk with your dog along the river We highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there every time we are in Bend

Bob Morris

Great place! Enjoyed the heated pool when we got in It’s open to 10pm The bar looked good

People were having a fun time The restaurant was busy for dinner It was a little bit pricy for us We ended up eating at Olive Garden Breakfast is available for an extra charge The room is big and bed is very comfortable The bathroom has a nice sized tub with a hot shower There are two sinks One is outside the bathroom for my wife Nice sized refrigerator and large screened TV We were on the first floor in the second building closest to the pool It worked out perfectly for us Since it was on the ground floor we had sliding doors to the outside This made it easy for packing and unloading car I would definitely recommend this Hotel for staying!

Craig Flexen (C. F.)

We were over booked and arrived just before midnight – after driving 9hrs, just to be told that there wasn’t a room for us The person who was working the night desk basically said it wasn’t there problem – the company also didn’t call us to let us know, and didn’t even try to find us accommodations somewhere else It was nearly 2 by the time we were able to check in somewhere else

The place looked nice but I don’t think the service matches the quality

I used to work here years ago when it was under a different name, and the new owners have changed it a little bit but it’s for the better They have fantastic food and a great atmosphere and fantastic service! Especially the restaurant kitchen supervisor, Bobbi Fisher

She was extremely helpful and great about accommodating my little dog, in a dining area of the restaurant that wasn’t being used at the time, because it was a hot day and I didn’t want to leave him outside in the pickup The prices were reasonable and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone whether you’re single, couples or have a family It’s well worth the drive to come and experience the atmosphere, food and service!

Alex Swicegood

Clean accommodations with a fantastic patio area with severally hot tubs and pools Also, balconies that faced the forest were a real treat! The reason for the 3 stars and not 5:No pool towels at the poolThe men’s locker room smells strong of urine and the changing room floor was coated in grime and stains that smelled like, you guessed it, urine

Looked like those facilities hadn’t been cleaned in weeks even though staff was seen several times inspecting the area…Bleach ain’t that expensive, y’all 😉

Mike Clarke

Our room was very clean, spacious, and functional and had a nice balcony with a view Playground and pools were great with the kids Nice low impact biking trail nearby

Not too far from town or other attractions Restaurant was fine The shop with souvenirs/outdoor gear had friendly staff and normal retail prices We were really happy to have chosen 7th mountain for our 3-night stay

This is one of the more interesting McMenamins locations in Oregon It echoes the common themes from all of their locations around the northwest, with weird quirky artwork, dark interior themes, and an atmosphere that is hard to placeThe school proper has guest rooms, bars, outdoor patios, ample choice of where you want to eat and drink

Across the street there is an annex including a cigar bar, more outdoor patio space, and more guest rooms in a three-story building that is accessible to bar-goers during the evening hours If you’re smart enough to figure it out, you can make it to the broom closet bar on the top floor of the buildingOther secrets can be discovered if you explore

Cool spot in Bend, we were hoping to find a proper Irish or British pub, but this was close enough Beautiful building and outdoor area Glad that it is really dog friendly

It’s nice how they have their own liquors and beer, but it would be nice to have some recognizable brands too Irish stout was good, but not great Their whiskey left something to be desired, seemed quite watered down The fish and chips were okay, heavy greasy breading and overcooked fish The fries were brown, soggy, and over salted Sadly the best part was the cole slaw, thankfully was delicious The staff was friendly and efficient It’s a place for the ambiance, not the food, I probably won’t come back

Romeo

In A Nutshell:-McMenamins Old St Francis School located in Bend, Oregon is another great restaurant in the regional chain-I always like to order their famous tater tots & blackberry cider & so should you!-This location is an old elementary school converted into a cool hotel & restaurant

Overall, I always enjoy checking out a new McMenamins whenever I visit different towns in Oregon

While I was slightly nervous the elevator would stop working while I was on it either one of the two times I used it instead of the stairs, the staff more than made up for that From the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping ladies, the front desk and everyone else, they were so friendly and helpful The rooms were nice, except the shower head that shot water all over

stephon baez

They have gorgeous rooms with kind staff I loved my room and the view What turned me off is there were clothes in the drawer not mine

There was food in the sink and there were flies which took me an hour to kill them all If it wasn’t for the fact that I was driving for almost 13hrs straight I would have went to the front and got another room

Bryanna Kivela

Looks good by the reserving process on the app But once you get there, the entrance is awkward with only one way in and out Parking to the left is all on a downhill slope with one car width

You have to go all the way to the bottom to turn around and then drive back up (Which is fine unless another car is coming towards you)The room was clean But we had a melt down of our child when we were informed upon check-in that the pool was closed due to maintence (specifically said that was the reason, not Covid, as the disclaimer on the app states could happen) If we would have known this, we would have chosen a different hotel And its ironic it was down for maintenence on a long holiday weekend A worker of the hotel suggested the community pool a few miles away But that would have cost to get in and we just paid higher prices for the holiday weekend expecting the pool amenity Upon check out I asked to speak to the manager about any credits or discount, due to this lack in expectation and amenities Manager refused to come out and receptionist said there as nothing she could do We are undecided if we will stay here again, because the rest was good
