I would recommend this Staybridge, as it provided a very good value with a convenient location The fact that both breakfast and dinner was provided during my stay made it an even better dealEveryone I came in contact with at this hotel were pleasant and professional

The people management seems to be well taken care of, which goes a long wayMy one complaint is that the facilities were not as clean and maintained as I like This is a quirky particularity of mine, and since no one in my party made a single comment about it, I think it’s just me

Landon Sky

Great staff Nice rooms Would have given five stars if they would have opted for slightly more expensive paper plates and bowls during breakfast

Bowls and plates break in your hands because they are all Styrofoam I almost want to give five stars because the staff is seriously one of the best in all the IHG places I’ve stayed at Would still recommend

Geo Fox

Phenomenal place It is a bit rough around the edges and could use a minor face-lift Other than that, it was great

The staff are simply amazing Whenever a minor issue came up they were quick about resolving the problemBreakfast is on par with IHG hotels Nothing special, but still worthwhileThe pool and hot tub were out of service during my visit, but the adjacent holiday inn allowed access since they are part of the same chain10/10 would recommend

RESIDENCE INN WAS FANTASTIC! The staff was Exceptionally friendly, with Exemplary customer service skills I recommend Residence Inn for long-term stays The establishment is beautiful, and the rooms are quite accommodating

If you are looking for a comfortable and friendly place to rest your head, Residence Inn is the way to go!*I Will be spending Much More, of my time, at Residence Inn! :@)

R M

I know now why it’s called Residence Inn The room was really nice and clean It was like a studio unit

Kitchen was equipped with stove, a large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and even pots, pans, plates, utensils, dishwashing soap and scrub The room also had complimentary coffee, tea with sugar and creamer Mind this, the room had it’s own fire place! Breakfast was superb and had hearty choices If in another city, I would want to stay at another Residence Inn as well

Jenny Hernandez

Room appeared clean on the surface, but pulled back the sheets to a totally disgusting surprise Took a photo and showed to the front desk, who seemed to be apologetic and promised to have the sheets changed Didn’t make a big deal about it even though it was super gross, but everyone makes mistakes, right? However came back to the room at 10pm and the sheets still haven’t been touched

Had to go back to the front desk with my 3 kids to complain Got an insincere apology and handed sheets for me to go change someone else’s filth out myself! If I didn’t have 3 small kids with me so late at night, I would have demanded another room or left for another hotel Totally unacceptable

The staff were amazing and friendly The check-in process was easy The room was very clean

Pricing very reasonableI hate giving this place 2 out of 5 stars, but my room was unbearably cold!! I stayed in the private room #2 I can usually handle sleeping in as cold as 60 degrees F, so it must have been much lower than that (I didn’t have a way of measuring the room’s temperature) There was no adjustable heater, just an air conditioner with a “cool” setting I heard the “heat” kick on through the ventilation roughly every 15 minutes, but it must have bypassed my room or something! I used the thin white sheet and the thin blanket provided, but I ended up putting my pants, shirt, socks, AND jacket on (I usually sleep naked) It still didn’t help I think the staff mentioned I could get an extra blanket, but I went to bed after their office closedAfter a night of basically no sleep, I was extremely relieved to find the shower water to at least be nice and hot

Karen Peck

Never have stayed in a hostel before, so it was so fun to try something new-and so pleased we did Know this is an old motel and run down in a funky area BUT… a private room with own bath for two for $52 is such a bargain

The linens are super clean as is the bathroomThe real treat is the common areas We watched movies two evenings and got to eat with fabulous folks every morning The kitchen has every/anything you could possibly need to make a lovely breakfast – all the supplies are there! Delicious hot coffee is always available And, the kitchen is clean and brightThank you Leah and Elaine – you are both so charming and helpful! We wish you all our best for the wonderful futures we know you will live! Karen and Tammie (California grandmas :)PS If you run cold, ask for extra blanket/s when you check in As well, ask for a portable heater then, too Our room was toasty after we did!

Kelsey Brunts

I was looking for an inexpensive place to shower and sleep the evening after climbing Pike’s Peak and this place was exactly what I needed It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful At check-in, after I mentioned that I’d been hiking that day, Lisa switched around which dorm room I was staying in so I could have a bottom bunk and didn’t have to try to climb a ladder (I’m not sure I would have made it)

The breakfast area in the morning was great! There were plenty of ingredients to make a hot breakfast or cereal and toast if you wanted something quick I will absolutely stay here again if my plans take me back to the Colorado Springs area!

What a terrible place for the money I paid!!! 230$ for a day and I stayed for 5 nights with family Issues that I had:- couch bed was just dead and springs were almost showing out of the mattress

you just can’t sleep in it- so called free breakfast you don’t even see a plate there or paper plate either just pick small cereal box, yogurt, muffins or ready to eat egg rolls I have never seen such cheap breakfast arrangement where you are charged over 200$ each day check out Best Western Buena Vista who charges the same money and what an amazing breakfast they have- Power went off twice never had this situation in any hotel in my life time – In Kitchen they have exactly 2 forks 2 spoons 2 knifes and very limited other utensils- no one came to clean the room for all 5 days we asked for it twice and very politely they it was mentioned we will check if someone is available what rubbish! no once called after that- hot water shower works for 2 people after that its not hot any more- open dirty pool – we still compromised on everything and never yelled on them- last day we asked for 1 hr extension and answer was NO NO we have house keeping coming at noon so you have to leave where the hell was house keeping from last 5 days when we asked for it !!!!!Just waste of money NOT recommended unless you want to burn your money!!!

We have stayed at other MCM Grand Hotels but this one kind of blindsided us since it is more of an extended stay arrangement with kitchenettes unlike a standard motel There was no bar in the hotel unlike other MCM Grands with no “happy hour” Free breakfast was very good with multiple selections

Staff was especially friendly and helpful Bathroom was spotless Bed was a good quality brand but hard in the middle Desk/table only had one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed Hotel branding needs to be changed to reflect extended stay facility rather than a standard hotel

Toby Walden

We stayed 3 nights and it was great! Close to lots of things to see and do in Colorado Springs!!! Room had small kitchen with full size fridge and microwave which was fantastic and so handy since my son has food allergies and we have to bring his food with us Room was very clean and included a separate bedroom with king size bed & living room with pull out couch, very spacious and didn’t feel like we were on top of one another like most hotel rooms Staff was very nice and super helpful with recommendations

Felt safe in the area Nice little breakfast offered in the morning before going out for the dayONLY complaint I really have is the traffic noise It sounds like the windows are paper thin and you hear every car, person, motorcycle, etc that’s drives by or that’s outside Luckily we were exhausted so we were able to fall asleep but we were woke up many times throughout the night by traffic noise or people talking loud outside Other than that it’s a great place to stay Thanks so much for a great stay in Colorado Springs!!!

Jessica Everett

I enjoyed staying here The staff was super friendly My bed was pretty comfy and my room was very spacious

I was traveling alone and I felt pretty safe here I had left some pants in one of the drawers in the room, called once I realized and they offered to send them back to me I’m still waiting on them, so hopefully they will send them quickly because I’m running out of jeans Lol I’ll check back in a couple of days

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great! The lobby was inviting The staff was awesome! Courtney at the front desk was very friendly and helpful The breakfast attendants were on top of it preparing a great breakfast each morning

The rooms were clean and comfy The pool area was small but nice and they allow for adult only swimming from 10pm-12am, it’s nice to let the adults unwind Would stay again!

Jamie Reynolds

The front desk clerk last night was so nice and helpful The breakfast was great Gary and Blanca were running

They were working so hard to keep everything stocked and clean for everyone The rooms are clean The beds are comfortable We originally booked a different hotel that was not good Best Western Plus got us a room in minutes I’m glad we made the switch It was well worth the few extra dollars

Adriana De Jesus

I recently stayed at your hotel on 7-3-22 I would like to first congratulate you on your staff, very professional and cordialThe shower was amazing! Sadly the room was not up to par, is was much smaller than other Best Westerns in the area and I found left over pizza from the previous guest between the wall and the bed

The mattresses need to be updated as they are uncomfortable Breakfast was good, but plastic silverware and paper plates made it less than it could have been It is my opnion that it’s difficult to cut with plastic utensilsThanks for listening to my concerns

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel First and foremost a huge thank you to Chad, Denise, and Mary for exceptional customer service It’s rare to come across such a find as we did with all 3 of these individuals

As for the hotel itself, our stay was wonderful They have the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in The continental breakfast was wonderful with so many options to choose from The entire hotel was so clean and cheerful I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home 5 stars 🌟

Phat Matt

I was a little disappointed that my conditioner and body wash were out That made for a bad shower and hair day They replaced them at the front desk the next morning, but my shower was fine and my hair was tangled

Other than that, I like that they give you a microwave, which is usually left out at most hotels these days With the fridge, it made the room functional They had a pod coffee maker too I didn’t use it (I hate the environmental impact of pods) Breakfast was decent I was able to make a breakfast sandwich with sausage and a fried egg My daughter enjoyed the pancake maker Good spread Well stocked except for the orange juice They need a better selection of teas (just straight black please)

Tyler Bolling

It was a very nice, updated hotel with a very good breakfast but the reason I gave it only 2 stars was because they forgot to clean our bathroom, restock our toilettes, no coffee cups/pods and the refrigerator was dirty It’s like they changed the bedding but once they got past there it was dirty We had to call and request they come clean and we weren’t even checked in for 30 minutes

We had no towels prior to taking a shower, no extra toilet paper, no soaps and no apologies when we had to go down to the desk the next morning to grab supplies I’m usually not one to complain but when there is feces on the toilet, hair in the sink, shower and floor you can clearly tell they didn’t clean our bathroom prior to us checking in

This was our first stop on our trip exploring Colorado and this hotel was perfect! Very clean and the room was huge They had a bar which we visited as soon as we checked in after a long day of travel and the staff was very friendly and helpful The free breakfast in the morning had longer hours than I’ve experienced in the past with great food options

We booked through Hotwire so sometimes the hotels can be disappointing but this one was beyond our expectations for the price Highly recommend!

miguel moreno

Stayed here for 4 nights during my wife’s and I honeymoon-The customer service was absolutely fantastic! Anytime I had a question or needed help the receptionist was always helpful with a great attitude A reason why I always stay at Hyatt’s

5/5-The complimentary breakfast was also very good and exceeded my expectations They offered Cereal, activia yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels, french toast sticks, fruit and coffee 45/4-Where this hotel falls short from other Hyatt’s is the rooms The bedding was low quality and was pretty uncomfortable, thin low quality sheets and low quality pillows and uncomfortable mattress The restroom was extremely small (hard for anyone to maneuver in) and the light for the restroom was very dark Also had a day were the hotel seemed out of hot water and made showering impossible which delayed our second to last day in Colorado springs which was very disappointing and upsetting 2/5Overall this hotel was decent at best Customer service and breakfast was great however it was derailed by a disappointing room stay Compared to other Hyatt hotels (room wise) this was the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed in Really wish they would update some room items like bedding, mattress, and restroom I hoped I read reviews beforehand as my wife and I were expecting a bit nicer hotel room for our honeymoon

Brian Gent

Room was excellent, breakfast was fine My issue was with parking Downtown Co Springs has little parking, and Hyatt simply adds to the problem

Only Valet parking (for a few) or park in a different lot (for a few) Ended up being half the price to park a block away and walk to the hotel Was basically told “well, that’s downtown”which is right, but frustrating

Our team just got back from a week retreat in Colorado Springs We absolutely loved our stay here Connie worked with us to get everything set up for all our team members and schedule out the conference rooms and group meals

Everything went so smooth The property has an amazing view The restaurant on site is surprisingly good The kids loved having both the indoor and outdoor pool options The team also liked the ability to take morning and evening hikes right from the property Thank you for making this a memorable stay for our group 🙌

Patti McCumber

I cannot say enough good things about this property We found ourselves stuck in Colorado Springs after a car issue driving from Illinois to move my daughter back to Arizona State University We made a reservation sitting at the car dealer and we were at the check in desk less than 10 minutes later

Lauren greeted us with a huge smile and immediately made us feel better She provided water and along with Patti, the manager, got us a great room with a large workspace we needed The room is clean, comfortable and very well appointed Lauren even checked on us later to see how we are doing and has given us a late check out to hopefully coincide with our car being ready to roll again in the afternoon We ate in the hotel restaurant, and Lance, the bartender, was wonderful as well! I just cannot say enough good things about this hotel We will be back and I will send everyone I know here if they are traveling through Colorado Springs

Dan Hagenow

My wife and I stayed one night here during our honeymoon, and it was by far the best stay of our trip! There were so many things we enjoyed, the outdoor pool/spa is AMAZING, and includes some beautiful mountains views! We got the concierge package, which included snacks, dinner, and breakfast There are also a bunch of hiking trails you can take advantage of as well right outside of their gate! We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone

The customer service from the time of check-in to the time we checked out was noticeably excellent Megan, the resident concierge/hostess, greeted us each morning to breakfast and shared her vast knowledge of the local food establishments and scenic sites that made our stay memorable It was a reasonably priced, well maintained, and clean room, with modest amenities, but the customer service provided by the staff gave it a much more luxurious feel

If you are in Colorado Springs and sitting in your hotel room, you are in the wrong place Great stay and a big thanks to the entire staff

Jeanette Tunnell

Brought a large group of ladies to Colorado Springs for a women’s conference Booked our rooms with Celina Gutierrez (general manager) and was impressed from the first phone call with her professional mannerThis hotel staff was OVER THE TOP

Very attentive to our needs, often offering amenities we hadn’t even asked for Very professional, but VERY personal (Meg even offered to take a group picture of us out in the parking lot with a beautiful mountain background!) Would DEFINITELY stay here again

Alex Hughes

Rooms were ok Stayed 5 nights and on the last night my car got broken into in the parking lot This hotel has no camera’s! So beware!! Called the hotel 3 times about my points and still no change to them

Left a message for the manger No call back Hoping this hotel would be a good one since I will be coming to Colorado Springs twice a year But, will not stay here again! Never have I left a bad review about a hotel before But, was disappointed in this hotel!!

The space was clean and cozy and quiet But most importantly, the staff was incredibly hospitable during our stay They helped coordinate my booking so my partner could easily check us in while I was in surgery

When we got there, they even helped source a wheelchair so I didn’t have to crutch my way across the building two hours after major hip surgery Front desk staff worked to get us a late checkout so I could rest comfortably until my afternoon follow up appointment the next day without stress — even though they were booked at very full capacity They were warm and genuinely kind I couldn’t be more appreciative during what I expected would be a much more challenging situation Truly — they were better than the post op nurse staff I had at the hospital I highly recommend this hotel, even if you’re not as needy as I was on my recent stay They deserve the business!

This is the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had Over a 10 night stay the hotel was incapable of providing 4 towels for 4 people, always claiming to be out of everything We had to buy our own towels and clean our own room

All the hotel hallways had trash stacked everywhere for days Housekeeping would walk right past cleaning rooms and leave the trash behindThe microwave in our room was also broken so a temporary microwave was left on the table That microwave took up half the table space Since the room had no desk, the table was the only workspace we had and it was basically unusableEven worse, after the first night in the room I went into the bathroom area and something stuck to my foot It was several clear silicon pony tail holders (not ours) Then I found more all over the floor I now question whether our room was ever properly cleaned Absolutely disgusting! The elevator near our room was out of service our entire 10 night stay so we tried to use the stairwells which are horrifying The two closest to our room are covered with rust stains and reek of mildew and rotting something Not sure whatAwful hotel

Maria Iankova Naranjo

If I could describe this hotel with only one word it would be dirty The carpet in our room had clearly not been vacuumed This was also the case in the hallway and throughout the property

The refrigerator in our room had remnants of the previous occupants’ food The dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes The floor in the bathroom was sticky and needed to be mopped We only stayed for one night and we will definitely avoid this property in the future

We were very happy with this hotel The staff was very, very kind – especially the Hispanic man with glasses who was cleaning rooms Very impressed by his friendliness and making us feel welcomed

The bed was so comfortable We slept in here after 2 weeks of different hotels It is the only bed we loved Fair prices Happy we could bring our chihuahuaBreakfast was decent Parking was ample and good Good location Only thing I would say could be improved is cleaning the floors in the rooms with mops or something before putting someone new in the room

Wow!! Best place to stay in Manitou by far! Highly recommended Staff was super friendly and willing to accommodate Location was second to none! 4 minutes to everything we needed, dispensary’s, Garden Of the Gods, spas, liquor store

It was set up for a great romantic get away 🥰 Also, the only location on that strip with a stop light So you don’t have to wait for traffic to get onto the main road It was a HUGE bonus with all the traffic on that road Will be staying here when we come back

Ryan Perkins

When we arrived at 3:30, the room wasn’t ready

When we got back to the motel after our event, there was no parking The only open spaces were handicapped, we had to have special permission to park No elevator Got to the room, upon first sight it looked decent Upon closer look there was a white stain on the bedspread (no it isn’t bleach) and blood on the headboard The front desk goes home at 11 No one to tell or get help from The toilet hinges are surrounded by old urine and you can hear every sound from outside The desk chair is covered in residue What can you expect from a one star place? Yup One star accomodations and a one star rating

Honestly, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at While by no means was it the most flashy or luxurious, it was super comfortable, clean, & cozy With this being said, what made it special was the people who worked there

Out of all the wonderful employees I met, the most memorable was a young woman named Kristen Kristen had everything in check from making sure the daily cookies were out on time, to preparing delicious breakfasts at 4am She went above & beyond everyday to make sure customers were not only satisfied, but felt at home Due to circumstances out of my control, my mother & I were stuck here for about 3 weeks However, day in and day out, Kristen made sure we were comfortable, and even took it upon herself during a very busy shift to fix the computer for me when I needed to hand in a last minute assignment There were days I would come down for breakfast or walk through the lobby where I’d feel miserable, but even on these days, Kristen’s warm, welcoming smile and voice was what constantly kept me going There is a huge difference between catering to your customers needs and CARING for your customers Kristen not only cared for us, but truly was invested in us and wanted us to feel at home every second during our stay there I’m not sure who is reading this right now, but if you are in upper management, I hope you strongly consider giving her a raise and making sure she knows how much she is cherished & appreciated I can honestly say my experience here would not have been the same if it weren’t for this lovely young woman, & I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Colorado Springs

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner in the conference room, and the wedding party stayed at the hotel Kristine H in the front office made sure everything was set up and ready for our celebration She went above and beyond to take care of our needs

“Oh no, we have bottled beer and no bottle opener!” Kristi to the rescue She went over every detail ahead of time so the dinner and the shuttle the next day to the wedding went smoothly Just being around Kristi with her bubbly personality made our stay fun Thank you Kristi and the other friendly and helpful staff at Hilton Hampton Inn

We arrived at the hotel around 7:50PM to check in By 8:30PM it was clear no one was working here I waited an hour and ten minutes to check in with no one at the front desk and during this time I called the 800 number and told them I couldn’t check in because no one was here then they would call the front desk to confirm and I would answer

I answered the front desk phone for 45 minutes while waiting to check in because, again, no one was workingI am giving it a 1 star because I couldn’t check into the room I paid $265 for, all the national customer service line would do is “open a case” which will surely go nowhere, the manager on duty who has a “direct line” wouldn’t pick up, and I believe Hampton owes me back wages for answering their phone for 45 minutesI am sorry if you were staying here and called to the front desk for a late check out or toiletries, I was doing the best I could but againI don’t work here I am just a guy trying to check in

Beautiful lodge The receptionist was very nice and helpful upon check in Our room is spacious and has an outdoor seating area that looks out over the golf course

The room has a small couch, desk, small coffee bar with refrigerator and a nice big bathroom with walk in shower The room is clean and quiet; we could not hear other guests at all Parking is easy and the lodge is in close walking distance to the gym and grill Very nice resort

This review will be lengthy but I feel it is only fair and appropriate to cover both the positives and negatives of the resort The resort was more than good which is why I am giving it 4 But it definitely doesn’t earn 5 stars

First thing you need to know and realize This resort is nestled deep inside a neighborhood with a country club Every time you go out and come back you will drive through the exclusive golf community that has an even more exclusive gated section near the lodge and clubBeing that it is associated with a part of this golf community you will get to contend with the residents and members for use of some facilities Yearly golf membership is limited to 900 members with unlimited Fitness community members Residents and members get up early and stake out chairs at the pool We were going to have to share one chair when kindly a member who was leaving offered us a second chair We noticed the same discrepancy across the adult and kids pool spacesKnow also that you will not be familiar to the local residents and while some will be friendly, others will meet you with Karen like stares and leave you feeling less that welcome in their Country Club atmosphere It was bad enough having to share the chairs but the members should recognize their behavior is a reflection of the whole country club and resortThe welcome desk is small and there is no valet or bag assitance Two things I would expect from a resort The overnight staff was friendly and amazing The day staff we encountered seemed less than friendlyROOM – The rooms are spacious You will be pleased with the large accomodations and oversized showers The balcony was a perfect afternoon retreat for reading and napping Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels providedHowever we did notice a few things that left us puzzled While you do have a mini fridge and nespresso machine, they provided hot chocolate and tea leaves with no real way to warm water for them The lights in the room are wired together with multiple switches and no real way to selectively turn on what you wantTECHNOLOGY – The wifi here is weak at best Don’t bother trying My fiance works in tech and was supremely frustrated with the wifi Lodge really needs to look into a wifi improvement especially with adding the 52 additional roomsTV – It amazes me in 2022 that any hotel, resort, or airbnb would have anything less than a truly smart SmartTV The price of tv’s has gotten so low and with everyone having a streaming account for tv and movies it just really makes no sense for a hotelespecially one labeled a RESORT to not have a smart tv with ability to access your amazon prime, netflix, hulu, or whatever streaming service you choose However refer to above That would mean they would need to truly upgrade their wifi service capabilitiesOverall the rooms are lovely, and views in the distance past the homes are gorgeous I would recommend some upgrades and improvements to the service and experience If golfing is your thing you may enjoy this But, if what you are expecting is a truly resort like experience, book somewhere else Recognize it for what it is a lodge at a country club

A hidden gem, nestled in the hills of Colorado Springs! We booked The Lodge at Flying Horse on a whim and am so glad we did! The property which the lodge sits on is phenomenal! The rooms were spotless, modern and most importantly clean For a small hotel, this place packs punch! We felt so safe and cared for the entire time The staff was delightful

We regret not having dinner at the Steakhouse, but will certainly be back to give it another try! We decided to celebrate our honeymoon here and we’re so glad we did!

This is a very good Holiday Inn Express location The hotel is extremely clean and perfectly located in a shopping and restaurant district of Colorado Springs You can literally walk to countless restaurants, bars and shops, without any transportation

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, and staff very is very helpful They serve a good complementary breakfast, the only drawback is the pool is currently closed I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express location

Decent enough Room was nice and clean Staff was friendly

Would be nice to know ahead of time that the pool is still closed Bench seat in dinning area in dire need of dusting What really upset me was the fact that their website advertises second night is significantly cheaper than one night At checkout, both nights were the same price When confronted about this, the desk clerk said prices change daily and said “sorry about that”! That was it, paid full price for both nights Room was booked well in advance Paid too much but motel was handy to where I needed to be

This hotel is kept in pristine condition and is very neat and clean The staff is very welcoming and helpful, which makes the stay very pleasant It is in a very quiet and safe location, which is very important to me and most people

The room had all the amenities one would need, including a two burner stove top My only complaint (and the only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5) is there are no cookware, dishes, or silverware to use if needed

Lexi Troyer

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for our 6 day vacation Upon check-in Fernando greeted us He was very welcoming and treated us like family and he has a great sense of humor! We felt very comfortable during our stay and the room was immaculate
