For any of our hotel stays, all my wife and I ask for is a cozy a room with a good bed to sleep in And if they have breakfast provisions it is a HUGE plus Well, Comfort Inn checked those boxes off easily

It’s not a difficult location to get to from the airport, roughly 10-15 minutes and they have adequate parking available for your rental car if you have one The interior design of the entrance is well done and very invitingStory timeWe were very tired from our day trip in the area and we were ready to drop everything and relax Unfortunately, there was a small hiccup between bookingcom and the hotel and we were told our reservation wasn’t in their system Our hearts sank I think we could’ve lost it especially from our exhaustion but they were kind and courteous and it didn’t take too long for management to find a resolution that got the matter solved and get us in a room at the same rate we booked for Phew! That was very noteworthy and above and beyondThe single queen bed room was very standard and had lots of sitting space The provisions in the bathroom have installed dispensers for soap and shampoos It was very well thought out and felt modern We had a very early flight the next morning and we felt well rested Their breakfast meal started at 6am and it’s very much like a buffet; scrambled egg, pancake, hash brown and sausage, the works and all deliciousWe definitely recommend staying at the Comfort Inn if you come to visit Boston

Clean and convenient, generous complementary breakfast, friendly staff Only a 10 minute walk to the Wonderland train station, where you can get to any Boston attraction safely and cheaply Good for families or business travel

Save your vacation money by avoiding the high priced accommodation downtown this hotel will not disappoint

Spent a really lovely evening here when I had an extended layover in Boston The staff was great and very friendly, and the space was nice I was close to the lobby and worried a bit about noise but it was never a problem

The room was nice and spacious, although it didn’t have a desk which I missed while I was working in the morning It was very clean except for a few hairs here and there that were not mine All in all, solid hotel with a great location and amazing staff

The outside amenities are great! The front has a lovely area to eat and hang out The back has a nice balcony to eat as well The full kitchen is great to use – they have everything you could need to cook

Overall the house is lovely and has a great ambianceThe rooms, however, are quite small and uninviting We stayed on the third floor where there was barely room for the bed alone The bed looked like it had not been changed in the last 10 years with a visible dip in the center of the bed It was uncomfortable and the two pillows were also not ideal The bathroom was terribly small – you couldn’t sit without your knees hitting the wall The towels were not clean, there was hair in itOverall, the amenities and the house are amazing – bonus points for included parking! But the room was just not worth the stay

Tori Brewster

The Longwood Inn was exactly what we hoped it would be- charming, exceedingly helpful and communicative staff, and great location- less than 10 minute walk to the T and a bunch of great restaurants in Brookline I really appreciated how the automatically added towels once they saw there were three of us vs just two Our room was warm- and quiet, despite facing the street

I really appreciated how homey the kitchen and living/ main rooms felt Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Boston!

We stayed very briefly overnight after arriving on a late flight Used the app for check in and mobile key, so we didn’t even have to stop at the desk on our way inThe room was clean and well kept

Beds were comfortable Had a small mini fridge that we didn’t useWe stayed on the top floor, which was fun for my kids The view is not that great since it’s a fairly industrial areaWe left the next morning and didn’t get to try the restaurant or other amenitiesOverall very happy with our experience

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is one of my favorites in this area

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you won’t regret itParked and Stayed before flying out of Logan Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy Member there was a daily charge for parking on top of the room rate – however it was affordable ($15/night if room is purchased with points or $25/night if purchased cash or card, with the first day and last day of parking being free) The shuttle to the airport is frequent, clean, and the driver was helpful with baggageIt’s nice to have a breakfast restaurant, dinner option, and bar all on site

Nic with No K

Very convenient hotel with large conference rooms that was perfect for a work trip The area is not very walkable which is to be expected as this is advertised as an airport hotel, however I was able to walk to some stores in the area as well as Constitution BeachWe had food catered in from the hotel / restaurant each day and the light breakfast options and variety of different lunch options over the week were all quite good

Staff was friendly and accommodating The shuttle runs to and from the airport about every 20 minutes so it is easy to get to and from without a car I was impatient and took a Lyft from the airport to the hotel upon arrival and that was only about $15 or $20 if you’re in a hurryRooms and showers st the Courtyard branded properties are always quite nice, clean, and spacious One downside is that the Courtyard properties don’t have a microwave in the room by default I’m told you can request one but haven’t ever tried They do have a mini fridge in the rooms as well as ice makers and buckets for ice in the rooms but it’s a bummer when you have the munchies at midnight and can’t make a quick snack in your roomBonus: there’s a dispensary across the street and it is technically walkable to get there but you either have to go left down the sidewalk as you look at the dispensary from the hotel main door and cross at a very sketchy pedestrian crosswalk with no flashing lights and hope that some kind citizen let’s you cross, or you have to walk about a quarter mile to the right until you come to an intersection, cross 2 streets and double back down the opposite sidewalk Not that I’d go to a dispensary on a work trip

The hotel is fine for the price I paid The staff is super friendly and attentive They went beyond my expectation

Room had the fan inside, but it was not that noisy There was plenty of space in the room Carpet felt a bit outdated – not major concerns though (I personally prefer hotel rooms without carpets) Breakfast was included and it was properly served

Uzma

The location is great They provide a lot of practical amenities in the lobby which is extremely helpful if you are staying with a familyHowever, there were some concerns as well:We stayed for 13 days and was very difficult to get housekeeping done

They tell you that housekeeping is done every 3rd or 4th day while it mentions on the website ‘ Daily Housekeeping ‘We lost our laptop in their Business Center We asked them to have a look in their security cameras and they kept saying we need approval front their manager who was barely ever at the hotel So the issue still hasn’t been resolved after the incident took place almost 20 days twenty days ago

I loved my one day stay here Was a little worried seeing some reviews stating lack of hot water But we had that and everything else

Peaceful and quiet in our room A comfortable room and bed Informative and friendly front desk associate Great breakfast Very accommodating cleaning lady Would recommend for a stay if you’re looking to kick back and relax privately in your room

christine shaw-mclaughlin

Front desk staff were less than helpful The area around the hotel is not good There was a lot of homeless and it is pretty isolated

While on hotel property I felt safe, but wouldn’t go beyond that Many businesses in the area were closed so if you needed anything you had to Uber or taxi Also since it is right next to a hospital it was noisy The housekeepers were lovely and so nice and helpful Rooms were clean The security and the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful too!

OMG what a nightmare! We booked the room 6 months in advance based on the nice Victorian room pics on website Then when we checked in, he put us in the house next door with super small rooms, used garage sale furniture, old 20” tv (non smart tv) and nothing like the photos advertised! I went back to hallway and caught him walking in and told him this is unacceptable because we booked the Victorian rooms He said others paid more for rooms so they got the Victorian rooms

I told him this is a bait and switch and he stormed off while I was still talking to him Then we pulled covers back to check the sheets and there was a black hair on pillow case and a stain on sheet My wife called on phone and asked if they could change the sheets? He yelled at her “you don’t like, you can leave right now!”… I started looking around for hidden cameras thinking surely we must be getting punked for a new reality show on Air BnB’s! It was like the soup guy in the Seinfeld TV series! This all happened in first 10 minutes of arriving We checked hotels in area and all were booked so had stay here But wait it gets better, upon leaving room to check out, the lock broke on door and we were literally locked inside our room and had to wait until someone could open door with key from outside! I won’t even mention the towels from Dollar store or the dirty trash cans never emptied outside on porches etc Also they advertise as Bed & Breakfast but they Do Not serve breakfast They don’t even have fruit or water or anything like that You’ve been warned!!!

Miro Gavin

Not for germaphobes The covid precautions seem okay, but disinfected and sterile dirt on the sheets is still dirt on the sheetsAlso, they had MOLD GROWING on the air conditioner

It’s cold so it accumulates water, grows mold, and then because it grows on the air conditioner, the conditioner blows the mold spores everywhere So disgusting, but I haven’t gotten sick yet

Honestly

Beautiful, comfortable, accommodating & lovely staff However, when booking we were told certain amenities would be available such as a TV only to find out later that televisions aren’t offered in a particular building belonging to the facility Not so upsetting, considering I had my own technology, however, that plus the lack of soap and other basic accommodations (hair dryer, etc

) was a little unsettling The manager did his best to accommodate with this and parking Beautiful surrounding areas including a farm and other historic sites nearby in Cambridge Again, in terms of customer satisfaction, it leaves a lot to be desired

I really enjoyed my stay here, my room was spotless clean I mean there was not a speck of dust or a hair to be seen The front desk employees were so friendly and helpful

The breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from Although I didn’t use it, there was a heated pool that looked really nice Would absolutely stay again, and I highly recommend anyone to book

Mrs Carley

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a while The rooms are large and have great conveniences 1) Keurig 2) Large Walk in Shower 3) Lots of storage for your clothing as well as in the bathroom for your toiletries

The bar downstairs is nice The laundry facilities are great! Everything is super clean The maids, although they don’t speak English (I used my phone to translate) are AMAZING! The sweetest people The front desk staff is iffy There are 2 nice women who work there and the rest aren’t friendly The building is highly secured You need a key to go to any of the room levels They are pet friendly which is a bonus It’s quiet and comfortable I didn’t want to go home! The breakfast served in the morning is actually quite good but I’d watch the people around you One guy got fruit and then when he thought no one was watching, he stuck the fork he was eating off of back into the fruit bowl and started picking and eating out of it Disgusting! I would stay here again for sure!

Room was very nice and the hotel staff were super nice Is it a four-star hotel Yep

Is it worth the price Not in my opinion Paid over $400 for a room and to park the car (yep they charge for parking along with most places in Boston) for the awesome view on the harbor side However, is the price worth the view Absolutely not A harbor is a harbor is a body of water Same with the skyline Won’t stay again solely due to the price, and you also (we didn’t) have to purchase breakfast if you want it, on top of the room already

Noname H

Super awesome location – very convenient to the airport and amazing view of the harbor and planes landing and taking offVery very expensive, though Having to pay $78 for parking when you’ve already paid a ton for three nights is a lot

Add to it a “destination” fee of $22 that is charged daily!! The rooms don’t even have a fridge or a microwaveAlthough we enjoyed our stay, we wouldn’t do it again for the insane cost

Beautiful and affordable hotel in the Boston Area Each room features a different art They have a framed little bio about the artist for the particular room

The place smells amazing, especially the lobby area Very clean Comfortable bed and pillows Unfortunately their restaurant is closed although they still have a booklet describing it in the room and the sign with its name lit up at night Also, the AC was very loud in our room It was actually good white noise to put us to sleep but unfortunately it kept turning off and on which woke us up 3 times 😣 I ended up making the room colder than I would’ve like just to get some sleep the last couple of hours Other than that though it provided us proximity to Agganis Arena Parking included

So this was a trip for my graduation I normally stay in branded hotels (mainly for points), but this time, all hotels that the school recommended were booked So I booked here

I am so glad I did This place is just full of love and uniqueness It is in Boston, but when you are sitting in the patio, you are transported to a quint place somewhere in the south The service is perfect The folks are kind and willing to help with last minute changes Breakfast and parking is included, making this a reason for families to choose this hotel I loved it, love the people here and look forward to coming back and staying for much longer

Manmohit M. Chawla

The hotel was extremely clean and hygienic I would highly recommend the large river facing rooms, they have a gorgeous view The breakfast had a good variety of options

A big thank you to Sean, Katrina and Jonathan for all the hospitality and care You all were really welcoming and politeAlthough unlikely, if I do visit Boston again, this will be the hotel that I see myself in! Cheers

This was the BEST stay due to the staff Everyone here was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful Oscar the bartender was fantastic

so kind and had the very best customer service with poise and respect for his guests even when it was very busy at the bar Also Kim at the front desk was great! Very welcoming!! I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Boston

Sherri Romano

We stayed here the night before our departure This hotel was clean, rooms are updated and spacious Check in was easy

We didn’t dine in the on-site restaurant, but it was full when we arrived The park and stay and shuttle to the airport were the main reasons we chose this hotel This amenity is well worth it! We would definitely stay here again

Kimee Velez

The service from front desk to the dining area was fast, friendly and professional The breakfast was delicious However, my room was not very clean

It overlooked the rusty roof Guests next to me had their music blasting all night Seems to me that people did not sleep because there was constant walking up and down the hallway Very noisy and echoey The hotel is not too far from the airport but closer to the highway The shuttle is a big plus!

The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, and subway The hotel staff was very friendly, with the exception of the hostess in the Bistro, she was not very friendly Marisa at the Front Desk was a great help to us in providing information on how to get around using the subway system

The hotel is located near a small mall the contained a Target store, and several chain restaurantsOur room was clean, and comfortable, but it lacked up to date electronics like USB charging ports Also, the wall mounted room heating / cooling systems were very noisy The lower fan speed setting didn’t workOverall, the hotel is comfortable hotel to stay at while visiting Boston

Later edit: I was a little cranky when I first wrote the review below this is a very nice place with a slightly modern style The staff is very responsive and polite

The breakfast café is adequate but nothing fancy The location is nothing special, next to a shopping center, but relatively good access to transportation There seems to be a lot of international clientele here No doubt because of package deals Now for the cranky part of the review:The streaming TV occasionally hangs up I hoped they saved a few bucks on setting up their cable TV network because it ruined the experience of staying at the hotel Forever after, I’ll remember watching Bull Durham with frustrating pauses (see the attached picture of the hung movie stream) I gave a one star rating here, but that’s too generous Thanks Marriott

Julia Perry

Staff was helpful and friendly Its not a restaurant, they only had breakfast and coffee, and that stuff was overpriced Google has pics of pool in their ad, there is no pool, its been closed for over 2 years we were told

Room was nice, staff nice courtyard in the back was a nice place to relax, although the trash was not emptied, or area cleaned up daily

I was quite disappointed with my experience Rude desk clerks, broken elevators, too expensive breakfast buffet ($1499) that would have been just okay if it was complementary

I was shocked to find out only when I arrived that they charge $20 per car per night on top of your room charge just to park at the hotel Our keycards barely worked in any of the card readers and required up to 10 swipes in the elevator before it worked We saw this with multiple guests, and it became a joke when multiple people were in the same elevator car, with everyone trying their own cards before we found one that worked The card slot for our room was only marginally better It was an issue with everyone, and the front desk never mentioned it was an issue Bed was comfortable but only had a paper thin blanket sandwiched between two sheets That’s a sheet on top of the blanket; it was odd There’s a massive construction project directly across the street that was very noisy but not nearly as noisy as the typhoon of a heater in the room Even with earplugs, my wife and I awoke several times There were also strangely zero pamphlets, menus, local guides, TV guides, hotel amenities/directories, or even a Bible in the room I won’t stay here again

Jennifer Kivi

Good location but VERY noisy and small bed!! The location is great and not far from downtown Boston The lobby was nice looking and check in was easy The “king suite” we had booked had a full-sized bed (not the relaxing accommodation one hopes for)

It was very easy to hear hallway noise and people in other rooms Additionally, they had large truck deliveries occur around midnight 2 nights we were there, which led to very loud banging as they moved large items on/off the truck

Kristen

I am a travel nurse and stayed here for an extended stay I had an amazing experience! The front desk workers were always welcoming and helpful (especially with helping me find a subway route to my hospital) Cleaning service always did a wonderful job and the man who works at the buffet/dinner was always so friendly to everybody who came in!

I love this hotel It is literally my home away from home I live in North Carolina and commute weekly to my job in a Boston suburb

I used to stay at the Westwood Courtyard until I found this gem The Hilton is relatively new It is clean and modern The staff is friendly and helpful; they all know me on a first name basis and always try to go the extra mile Ahmed, the manager actually texts me after check-in and at least once during my stay to make sure everything is okay The restaurant has a good selection of quality food at reasonable prices The gym is well equipped (I need to use it more often!) This is by far the best hotel in the area

10/10! Perfect location if you want to be close to the city without paying the $ for hotels in the cityPool is great, and the courtyard is gorgeous- the fire places gives off a good amount of heat for being fake fixturesThe day of- text messages for any accommodations before arrival Super smooth check-in, staff was readily available for needs, Mike was an excellent bar tender & created a great atmosphere

There was bunny shaped pancakes for Easter! How freaking cute?

The location was amazing – centrally located to everything we wanted to do on our trip The hotel was clean and modern, although I wish the lounge would have been open because it looked like a really cool place to hang out If you want to sleep in, you’ll want to bring an eye mask, as there are no black out curtains or shades, and the thin bent metal mini blinds do nothing to keep out the light

Otherwise a very nice stay

This place was great 4 of us girls came in to town for 1 night to see the New Kids at TD Garden We got a 2 queen bed room with Atrium View

Room was Huge and had a HUGE Mirror which was unexpected and awesome for 4 girls getting ready Check in was easy, the gentlemen who checked us in was the manager I believe, super friendly and accommodating They have old school actual keys which was fine, they got us in the room! Location was awesome This hotel is very close to the Aquarium No bar or restaurant open right now but there are plenty of places to eat, get a drink, shop, Quincy market is right there As far as parking, I booked a parking spot online ahead of time for $34 in a garage around the corner Sure that might seem a little pricey for less than 24 hours but a small price to pay to know that my car is safe and that it won’t get towed Hotel and Boston itself is great, SO clean, a totally different, warm welcoming vibe, than say compared to NYC GO and Stay here, I know I will be back

We couldn’t have asked for a better location or a nicer room Gorgeous room with large windows Overlooking the waterfront and the granary

Walking distance to everything Comfortable bed, spacious shower with super hot water (not tepid like some other places) The hallways reminded us of a maze We loved our stay here Hopefully we can stay here again on our next visit

Nice location as it is right by the red line into downtown Boston Also pet friendly with additional $100 per night $15 per night per car for parking

Breakfast was available and it had a pretty good spread There is a night bar which we didn’t check out since we have kids but the hotel in general was kid friendly as well Worth the stay if you are stopping for a day by Boston and driving through

Paige Richmond

We stayed for over a week and their card service consistently never worked Their staff had to guide us to our room everyone, so it was always a hassle to get into the room we paid for Some staff are friendly, while others act annoyed when they have to help guests

Also, we have to constantly ask for toilet paper and clean towels, etc The rooms are pretty nice and breakfast is OK It’s right near the North Quincy T stop which is convenient

The location of this property was very good There are many restaurants nearby to dine I liked the complimentary breakfast in the mornings

There was plenty of parking We had a few things that needed attention when we first arrived and the staff addressed in a timely manner They seemed short staffed so patience is a virtue This location is near the train which loved to honk it’s horn I’d suggest earplugs or noise cancelling headphones I would definitely stay here again

Rachel McKnight

The front desk staff were really nice There’s continental breakfast which is nice, you don’t see that alot anymore Rooms were very spacious and nice

There wasn’t any silverware in the kitchenette though, so if you need forks or spoons, pick some plastic ones up This stay would have been much better had there been a shuttle to and from the airport That’s why we stayed so close to the airport, but the shuttles weren’t running

Christina Bucceri

The hotel and room were very spacious, clean, and comfortable Hotel was in a great location for us and parking was very convenient (although the $15/day fee for parking was a bit silly I don’t get why there is a fee for this ☹️)

The breakfast both days we were there was excellent Very good selection of hot and cold food Breakfast seating was also very niceThe only issue preventing a 5-star review was the drunk in our hallway beating on his room door and screaming at 3am on our last night there We called the front desk and they got him taken care of (but the music in his room played loudly for the rest of the night)

While the hotel, aesthetically, is very beautiful that’s where the positives endsThe EV charging station is nonfunctional and has been for months: they have no intentions of repairing it either They’re still fine with charging you $15 for parking however

Classy Check-in was at 3 and only one room was ready, forcing myself and my guests to move around our plans to accommodateWhile I previously have had nothing but overwhelmingly positive experiences staying at Homewood Suites this experience was far from that 5 star hotel, with 1 star service

Clean hotel and roomsGood amenities – Free breakfast, Gym, swimming pool, PAID parking($15)Breakfast is really nice with good options for vegetarians as well – Veggie patty, Breads, Bagels, Oatmeal, Oats, Juices, Fruits, Coffee etcCons: Location is isolated and not good for nights And location not that good for travelling to downtown or other Boston tourist places The station is little far – you have to park your car at station or take uber

Nicole Aljets

Booked this hotel online for an overnight stay in Boston Front desk staff very rude and inconsiderate We turned around and walked back out and booked our stay somewhere else

We have stayed in Hilton’s for years and this was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had Looking at other reviews, I see we’re not alone Two pieces of advice: #1 Don’t stay here #2 If you do stay here and have a bad experience, definitely take the time to let Hilton corporate know what a horrible representation this place is of the Hilton brand

We stayed here at the end of a family trip where we were taking the Acela south Hotel was a great experience Front desk staff were awesome, very friendly and welcoming, we really appreciated getting the parking and postcard deals

The rooms were comfortable and modern with good amenities The bathrooms were clean and the appliances worked The wifi was good, the beds were comfortable, and there weren’t noise issues Breakfast was good and had plenty of options It was easy to get to South Station from the hotel the next day too

I will preface this by saying that I never stayed at this hotel and will not comment on the room, environment, or actual location This review is purely about “doing the right thing” or NOT doing the right thing in my opinion I had reserved a room at this hotel last May

Upon learning there was a location closer to Foxborough and Gillette Stadium, I booked a different hotel, and called to cancel my room at this one I CALLED, instead of cancelling online, which I will surely never do again The person I spoke to told me it was all set I never knew I needed to ask for their name or any other details Fast forward to this past week, and I see a charge for over 40000 on my Credit card I call the hotel about it and they tell me it was a NO SHOW charge I also got no email saying that I still had an upcoming reservation in the days prior to my “supposed arrival” and I know I had put my email int he system when I booked the room So, I have no proof of my cancellation request, other than the person I spoke to on the phone months ago who I never asked for their name But out of all the money this Hotel receives on a regular basis, you would think they would care more about their Customer service, and refunding my 400 dollars Who in the world would not cancel a 400 dollar Hotel stay if they knew they weren’t coming? Not much I can do according to the “Manager”, but I can sure tell people to beware This hotel clearly cares more about their bottom dollar than doing “the right thing” I work in Customer service, and this is not how you try to do right by the customer Beware!
