We stayed for a family vacation The room was enough for four people We ended up staying in the hotel more than we thought, it was a fun place with kids

The pool is definitely more quiet during the morning, it is open all day long We really enjoyed the breakfasts, it was big and reasonably priced The dinner selection wasn’t too big, but everything was great We are planning to return Thank you for the great service!

Incredibly amazing and friendly staff, 2 ladies in the morning, 2 gentlemen in the evening – all were very attentive, very caring and helpful Hotel is conveniently located downtown Columbus, OH and has all the amenities including a swimming pool and 24HR gym Complimentary breakfast was outstanding and staff at the restaurant was phenomenal, even though it was busy at times

I had a great stay, rooms are very nice and clean, got everything you need Rooms are pretty spacious and have a fridge too The location and the hotel are safe, cozy and quiet

IHG continues to set lower standards for itself and then failing to meet them My stay was 5 nights and total cost of the stay was around $1400 I was told at check-in that I could request one cleaning only during the stay, so I requested it for Sunday and gave 24h notice

Front desk told me that he would need to ‘ask’ housekeeping if they could do it They did not come on Sunday or Monday and my checkout was TuesdayIt’s a 12-floor building and only one out of the 3 elevators work, creating huge congestion in the morning I was at the same hotel this time last year and it was the same Have they been broken for over a year? The hotel is dirty, I saw this same piece of popcorn for 3 days in the only working elevator and nobody cleaned it None of the ice machines work and the a/c in the room smells dampThis hotel would be a rip-off at $50 / night, let alone $240/night You’ll get better service at a red roof inn or other budget motel at a fraction of the price Even as a platinum rewards member, they failed to include the amenity points at the start of the stay

When you are traveling and Life is throwing curveballs at you left and right, one after another, you just want to get to a hotel that is clean and quiet This is how our day was today However, it was our great luck that we had chosen to stay at this hotel

The decor is modern, the parking is great, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby We had a great view of the Olentangy River from our room The beds were comfortable with nice linens, clean floor, and clean bathroom with the standard toiletries and hair dryer Bonus – we enjoyed an early check-in with no line The front desk staff was precise and efficientWorthy of mention was Katie, the Front Desk Manager She was cordial, polite, and conversational Her kind words and actions certainly earned the entire experience at Hampton 6 stars out of 5 !

My husband and I spent two nights at this location while attending a family wedding We always enjoy staying at Hampton Inns, and this property had the comfortable rooms and amenities that we’ve come to expect from the Hampton brand There were a few minor issues that prevent me from giving five stars and had me considering a three star rating

First, our room did not have a shower curtain, making it difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry during a shower We arrived very late at night after several long days of travel, so we simply didn’t have the energy to look into fixing this issue as we mostly wanted to use the room to rest before the wedding we were attendingSecond, my husband, who never complains about his interactions with businesses and tends to give those with customer facing jobs the benefit of the doubt, had a brief but unpleasant interaction with a member of the breakfast staff He tells me they were speaking to him like an employee and not a guest, complaining that he had not replaced a lid on the eggs being served I later observed another member of the breakfast team speaking abruptly and appearing very stressed, leaving me to wonder if this very busy area is understaffedFinally, housekeeping opened our door twice without knocking, entering the room unannounced the second time Once is a mistake, but the second time makes me think this is a lack of proper training or a lack of organization, especially since there’s a message in the room saying they will not provide housekeeping during your stay unless you request itAll of these issues are minor, and we really did enjoy our stay, but I think this property and its staff have some room for growth

Chasidy Perkins

My family and I stayed here for my son’s two day football camp and it was a pleasant experience The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the continental breakfast was amazing! Very close to the Woody Hayes Athletic Center if you need to go there for anything The only down side I had was that they didn’t have a hot tub but they did have a nice pool

I would recommend this hotel to others who need to stay in the area Also, try the restaurant, Roosters which is in walking distance, it’s great!

Stayed here for work, first time Outstanding property, as I remember a Marriott ( Courtyard) being Very friendly staff, girl in Bistro in the morning was very nice and accomodating

Spotless room, gym is the best I’ve been too Hotel is bright, clean, smells purified as far as air quality Top notch property, can’t say enough good things about it Places to walk to for dining, safe area, as I walked to eat by myself at night

Jan Schmidt

Did not enjoy my experience at this motel No coffee or cream in lobby Cafe area was closed at 6:30 and still at 8

No coffe available for guests Service in room was little to none No coffee cups in room to even make black coffee in the roomOur room was clean Bed was wonderful; but absolutely no frills or welcoming atmosphere Not an attractive location Definitely not up to Marriott’s standards

Bill French

Most staff were friendly The programmable thermostat kept the room at 80 degrees all night and the fan ran all night sounding like a washing machine running The room was clean and the bed comfortable though

The morning breakfast was closed due to a no call no show employee They need a cross trained employee or some form of ack up plan

Jess

After having a horrible experience elsewhere, this was refreshing No carpets, thank you Lord It was clean, and it was a short quick stay where I couldn’t unpack certain essentials and the front desk had it

Also, breakfast was nice, waffles with real fruit, yogurt, granola bars and juice No pics We got there late, left early Had a place to be

Chris Thomas

I don’t normally write negative reviews but I had a horrible experience with this place I arrived at night and everything was dark with several cars in the parking lot with their engines running I pulled up to the entrance and walked up to the front door to go in when an employee sitting at the entrance asked me if I was trying to check in

I said yes, and she told me that the power was off so I couldn’t do it (apparently the electricity was off in large parts of the city for two days) I asked her what to do, and she told me to call the hotel tomorrow for a refund So I left to try to find somewhere else to stay When I called back the next day, an employee literally hung up on me when I said I was calling about a refund for the previous night I called back and talked to a different employee explaining that I thought I’d accidentally been disconnected the first time, and the employee very rudely said “No we’re just very busy and don’t have time to talk with you now Call back another time” I called back twice more and they took down my information and promised that the manager would call me back because they told me that only the manager could approve the refund Manager never called me back Finally, after nearly a week I talked to an employee who accused me of being a “no show” but said that I could try to request a refund through the travel site I’d used to book the hotel Travel site said they were happy to give me a refund if the manager approved it, but I received an email today saying that the manager had denied the request I followed the hotel employee’s instructions when I arrived at the hotel and I don’t really understand what I was supposed to do differently I feel like I’ve been scammed out of over $100

Michael Dickson

The room is clean and the breakfast is pretty good but I will never stay here again There is always an issue with billing When going through priceline or trivago something either doesn’t bill and they charge again and then the charge finally goes through or they charge $100 charge as well and hope you don’t remember it and they keep the fee and have to fight to get it credited back

Stayed 4 nights while in town with my daughter’s softball team and would definitely stay again Room was very clean and big with 2 queen beds, a TV area, a kitchenette with island and a 3 piece bathroom Check in and out was easy and staff were nice

Breakfast every morning was fine – standard hotel buffet breakfast Pool and gym were open and clean Everything met my expectations which is great and not my recent experience elsewhere and the price was good It’s posted online as a 3 star hotel but I think that should be higher Walking distance to Ohio state university which is beautiful I would definitely stay again – well done Hyatt

April Brooks

So I waited to post a review because I didn’t want to be negative Due to how amazing staff was My room was dusty and besides that it was pretty clean

I think it’s just how things are now The pandemic hit all of us really hard Besides that my view of the river was incredible Also I wasn’t far from many restaurants and other fun things I was even able to get my car fixed right down the street So I would recommend this place

Kristy Hagerty

This was one of our best hotel stays ever Kasey our bartender made it so much fun The bar had a huge selection of beers and drinks and she was so creative in making cocktails, fun spirited, high energy and enthusiasm made the atmosphere fun

Everyone was having an excellent time at the bar and outdoor patio We can wait to visit again The weight room was incredible! Free breakfast had a wide selection and was very good We had dinner in the restaurant and the fish was excellent It was clean and the staff especially Kacey rocked it!!! Even the girls working breakfast asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything I highly recommend this hotel Also it’s located on the Olegany trail

This hotel was much nicer than I was expecting for the price! We arrived very late after landing at 1am I called ahead to notify them that we were still coming and they had our key all ready for us It was well lit and I felt safe there traveling with my child

There was a dog odor in the room, but when we turned on the air it dissipated quickly The beds were comfy and the room was clean and recently updated Breakfast was standard hotel hot breakfast with a pancake machine It was well stocked and the staff working it was friendly

Anthony Strong

The room was not clean A huge spider crawled out the shower when I opened the door The thing had to be quarter sized or better

I requested services as I was leaving both mornings for work and I got nothing The floor in the room was uneven By uneven I mean there was a hilltop between the bed and dresser Walls were thin, and despite calling the front desk, I had to go and politely ask my neighbors to please be quiet at 12:35 am I strongly do not recommend

Dionne Melton

Their phone only works sometimes When we, meaning me and other guests reported it to the front desk person she said she doesn’t know how to fix the phones Breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful but the breakfast items were not good

Fruit that was minutes from being spoiled, some type of strange egg patties, and mushy sausages The rooms needed some work, the desk had burn marks The hotel was so over run with kids that it sounded like galloping horses above our head Children we’re running the halls late A nice gentleman working did go and quiet then down We also didn’t get to utilize the pool or spa because they were full of small children with very few adults They also had a group holding a late night meeting in a conference room When it was over they just all stood around the lobby loudly hanging out They also helped themselves to the coffee and tea area and the attendant didn’t replenish it When I said there aren’t even any more cups or lids she said, how many do you want Lol I also complained that the walkways outside were ice covered She said that was handled by an outside company and that they had salted the previous night The beds were comfy I wish I could have left a better review

Great hotel stay! Clean and spacious rooms, great water park for the kids We enjoyed hot showers and baths(water pressure was amazing) not to mention the Dove products provided The breakfast was a winner

I will definitely stay here again!! The staff is nice & friendly Only negative is not staying longer I definitely recommend this hotel for a large family looking for a weekend getaway or stopping while traveling The price is unbeatable & we couldn’t hear other guests staying

Joyce Wootten

Location is perfect! Your one minute from Top Golf, Ikea, Loads of other shopping and the highway 71 There is supposed to be free breakfast, but at 8:30 all that was left was sausages and toast

everything else was gone and the pancake machine was down We had to wait 10 minutes just for coffee The rooms were good and the pool is fantastic! Even though children are not allowed in the hot tub it was filled with tiny kids and we couldn’t use it

Emily Landis

Stayed Last Thursday- Saturday and we had a great experience Angela at the front desk was super helpful and kind Actually, al the staff was really wonderful

Pros:-Clean rooms-Would recommend for families-Great breakfast options ( cheese, omelettes, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, cereal)- Pool area is excellent However, I don’t think it is the most appropriate for 15 year old (which is how old my daughter is) There is a step down to get into the water and the shallow end is still about 1-15 ft deep so not much of an area where a toddler could just sit in shallow water ( 0-6 inches) and just splash around Would work the best for just a tad older kids All the kids I saw in the pool area was having a blast and they looked to be anywhere from 5- early teens- They have quiet hours from 10p-7am- Microwave and mini fridge in the roomCons:- The water was cold 🙁 when you walk in to the pool area it feels like the water will be warm but it was super chilly I think each time we only spent about 1/2 hour in the pool area and my daughter didn’t want to be in the pool because how chilly it was Her had a purple/blue tint to them because of her chillLocation: I think it is a great location to Polaris However it is not on the same side as the mall There are limited options for walking to a nearby restaurant I imagine you could have more op

Great rooms, love the second floor balcony overlooking the nice courtyard Another reviewer said this place was “quiet” – not if you’re from a rural area!! You can definitely hear the highway from the balcony but that’s okay I just appreciated having the balcony and the view

Nice big try right outside the balcony so it was just nice to be able to step out and get some fresh air without having to go outside of the hotelBed is comfy – I would describe it as soft but firm enough to support the spine Super comfy pillows (there’s an extra one in the closet for rooms with a pull out sofa if you are a pillow fiend like me and want ALL OF THE PILLOWS)The breakfast options were sufficient but definitely not like a regular restaurant Probably about 5 or so menu items, give or take I ended up just going to the Sunny Street Cafe down the road which was simply deliciousAlso, I can run myself a HOT bath! That was wonderful and much needed It’s the little things! Good room for the price Only 4 stars due to the highway noise

patrick lyles

There currently under renovation but we have had nothing but smiles and a warm welcome the entire stay The rooms are well kept and passed my walk through Inspection before putting the bag down My only problem I had is that I’m a bigger guy and the shower was narrow

The interior courtyard was amazing and extremely relaxing along with a good size pool that was not crowded at the time The price was on the high side to me for a night $135 a night But I don’t usually stay in hotels so that up to you Overall 9/10 stay deffinety recommend

Amy Tranter

If you are a prudent booker of hotels and picky about finding the very best hotel, I would not suggest you choose Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Dublin The only positive I would say is the pool – it’s not as “small” as some indoor pools feel, and it’s saltwater vs chlorine That’s where the positives end

First off, the location is horrible – this is not at an exit with hotel and store options nearby There is no complimentary breakfast or even coffee as is common with most Marriott brands There is one ice machine on the entire first floor – it’s a long, long walk The TV is positioned to the side of the King bed instead of right in front of it The shower stall is tight and with a fabric shower curtain, which you know is not often washed or replaced The woman at the front desk was not kind An elderly lady had been walking all over to find the ice machine – the front desk woman said “yes, we just have the one and pointed which direction” I went and got ice for the guest myself Upon leaving, the same person was working and said absolutely nothing except “no” when I asked if we needed to stop to check out If you’re going for the “bar” – it’s not one – it’s a counter and right in same area as check-in counters – it offers no atmosphere I was very disappointed in this Marriott experience

Not too bad The room was spacious and the bed was reasonably comfortable The cleanliness can certainly be improved

We found trash on one of the window sills and there was an old filter still in the coffee maker The carpet was dirty and there weren’t any regular coffee packets The front desk remedied the coffee however and the way they have breakfast set up is convenient Not bad for a hampton inn in a downtown city though There’s a Ruth’s Chris just around the corner in the same building too

Mindy Meyer

Impressive! It started with a very friendly and efficient valet attendant, and an efficient and friendly front desk clerk, and continued with every staff person we encountered The public spaces and rooms were very clean Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods and there was always hot coffee and water available in the lobby

The proximity to the convention center and restaurants can’t be beat We opted to stay at Hampton Inn instead of the hotel connected to the convention center because it is a more convenient location and shorter walk to everything!

John N.

The rooms have everything you need The breakfast is really good Free hot breakfast with a lot of great options

Took a star off rooms because I could never get the wifi to work but that’s not the fault of the workers The location absolutely cannot be beat if you’re going to the convention center Lots of food options around Comfortable beds, great pillows Will probably stay here again

We arrived after 11pm and the front desk associate was helpful and friendly The parking lot was full, and he was able to recommend a place to park The hotel could definitely use more parking space

The room was also very clean We did not have a shower curtain, but we tried our best to keep water off the floor and wiped up any excess water with extra towels The beds were really comfortable, and we loved the breakfast You can’t go wrong with waffles! The breakfast attendant was extremely friendly, too I highly recommend this hotel

E.J.F

I was just in this Friday for an overnight stay and was looking for a reasonable price as the Polaris area is very expensiveBrenda the front desk gal was super nice and went out of her way to give me a good deal with a nice roomOn another note the linked sausage for breakfast was like eating a rubber tire

The breakfast attendant gal was very nice diligent and kept the area cleanBack to the sausage, I hope they can use another brand or cook it differentlyMaybe add an industrial size toaster as well and replace the carpet in the stairwells and ensure the outside doors at the end of the hallways function to get in and out of the hotel

Kathy Rex

Great staff!Breakfast was a variety of hot and cold foodsThe room was quiet, clean and comfortableOverall, the hotel was great and well worth the price! There were only a few small problems -1 the hallways are in desperate need of new carpets2 the swimming pool was freezing3 the only elevator is small, noisy and slow

The rooms were clean and well lit Even the remotes were sanitized and put in plastic bags for reassurance The only complaint was the sofa with bed had issues with the seat cushions not fitting properly and making it hard to get comfortable and getting up with the hard edges of the frame exposed

Minor but enough to write about Otherwise a good location to everything we wanted to go to

Jess Brant

I wish I could leave a negative star but not possible I traveled here for a conference and the conference had a special rate so logically I took advantage of the rate I wish I would have checked the reviews before booking

I start my interaction with the check in team being notified that there is no housekeeping service due to Covid Needless to say I was taken back by hearing that news, nowhere on their website does it mention no clean sheets, note I’m there for almost a week It is interesting they highlight no room service on the website why not this? Probably because nobody will want to stay at the hotel if they didn’t get a clean room every day Talk about sneaky! Since it was a conference week there was no way to switch hotels On top of that they wouldn’t let me cancel my reservation, I had to stay there for at least the one night The only positive about the hotel is the geographic relation to the convention centerWhat is even more interesting from reading the reviews the only thing the manager says “I hope you give us another chance”Stay away from this hotel!

We were very shocked at the lack of service and hospitality that was displayed this eveningMy wife and I came here to relax and enjoy what we thought would be a good hotel stayWe arrived at 7pm

Checked in Tried to get dinner at the restaurant inside Sonesta HotelWe stood around confused with no direction from the hostess, eventually we were seated and 30 mins had gone by and no one came overAt this point it’s late and we are still looking for dinnerWith paying $200 a night, we should not have to walk multiple blocks to attempt to find a restaurantWe came back and talked with Norma at the desk Her lack of compassion was visibly noticeable She gave off the impression that we , the customer, were an inconvenience We explained the unfortunate events that took place at the restaurant and she said , her words exactly “we cannot refund you You checked in at 7” (At this point it is 9pm) and you should have stood up and said “hey, can we get service!”As someone who works with customers every day, that is no where near the experience I would want to offer my customers”As a result of such a disappointing evening, I am requesting a refundWe were there for 2 hours and met with this most unprofessional customer service experience

Highly recommend Hyatt Place in the Columbus/Worthington area! My suite was very clean and spacious and their extended stay rates were comparable to the surrounding hotels

I needed a room with a large desk for my 2 week stay It was more than adequate and very quiet The complimentary breakfast was very good and always prepared on time Hyatt Place is conveniently located to local restaurants amenities and The National Board

Stayed here 5 nights for a little vacation as a birthday present for my wife Got one of the high floor king bed suites that is split to have a separate living and sleeping area The room is nice and pretty roomy

Definitely more than enough for just me, my wife, and our 1 small dog But I will say that this type of suite at this Hyatt location definitely wasn’t quite as nice as the one we had at the Hyatt in Cincinnati a couple of years ago We had the same kind of suite there and it was more updated/modern and a little bit more roomy especially in terms of the bathroom and shower area Nonetheless, still a very nice suite and made my wife happy But next time I think we’ll go with the one in Cincinnati again

First off I want to start with saying I don’t go to alot of hotels I’m just not a big fan of hotels in general but I can absolutely say that I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place The rates are very reasonable, friendly staff, and very clean hotel in general

I was definitely impressed with my room The bed was very comfortable and the sofa in the room made me feel at home I would definitely stay at the Hyatt again!!! 😊

Very nice hotel not too far off the toll road My kids were amazed that there were people in suits since we don’t usually stay in fancy hotels The property is shared by a Residence Inn, which might have slightly lower prices

The pool is a little small but was good enough for our needs The executive lounge (if you have enough Marriott status) offered a very good breakfast that filled up all my kids

Stayed here while my daughter and I visited OSU

was very impressed ! Rooms are clean and spacious and quiet The bed was super comfortable ! Staff was very accommodating especially the front desk people At first, I had trouble finding parking until I realized they have a huge lot in the back Bar is nice too – we only had their continental breakfast for $13 so can’t really comment on the restaurants However, I would advise eating at a local restaurant as so many great options in Columbus

For a Marriott Hotel, I expected a lot more I’m going to give a fair list of Pro’s and Cons’sPros- Hotel is beautiful, truly feels like your classic Marriott hotel Very modern and updated, lobby furniture is comfortable and lots of plugs

– Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating Nothing felt like a hassle or like we were wrong for asking a question, they were fantastic!-Rooms were clean and well kept upon arrival-Pool was Heated-Fitness center had fresh water and had a decent amount of machinesNow for cons which unfortunately there are more than pros, in order from least importance to most importanceCons-There was no microwave in the rooms Not a big deal but if you’ve already had a shower and you’re in your pj’s, it’s kind of a hassle to put on some sweatpants or a jacket to walk all the way downstairs to the lobby, make your food, and then take it back up At that point it’s not even really hot anymore-Despite the pool being heated, the AC was blowing in the room with the pool which made it kind of cold despite the water being warm-Pool was very small I understand this is more of a “conference” hotel but for a hotel of that size, it should have most definitely been larger-There was no Jacuzzi/Hot tub It’s like they think corporate people don’t like to sit back and relax either, I was very disappointed about that-I didn’t expect complimentary breakfast but holy cow it was $1295 per person if you wanted it And it wasn’t made to order You could walk next door to Bob Evan’s and get a made to order breakfast for about the same price or about $2 more- The shower head had very low water pressure Thankfully my father was traveling with me and was able to tighten it and fix it but if it had just been me I would not have been able to reach it or known to fix it like that-The bathroom door is a sliding glass barn door While it looks cool and is nice, since there is no real door, you can hear everything from the bathroom in the room……-The hotel is very large and the lack of signage makes it very confusing! They need to hand out a little map to everyone when they check in I know many people who got a lost in these combined hotels on this trip Even the elevators were confusing cause they all have weird quirks to them-In order to get daily housekeeping you have to call down to the front desk and “request” it This doesn’t necessarily bother me as they may not have enough resources to clean everybody’s room everyday However if you are someone that wants fresh towels each day you need to request housekeeping What DID bother me is that no one had informed us at check in or any other point that we had to call down and request daily housekeeping Once again, my issue isn’t having to request it, it’s that no one let us know we had to request it in order to receive the service Towards the end of the first day we called to the front desk and asked why there hadn’t been any housekeeping that came by and that’s when they informed us- and put us down for daily housekeeping after that-This is my biggest grievance The temperature and climate in the rooms is out of control The room was literally humid Like the air was thick and damp Made it very hard to sleep The only thing that kind of helped the humidity in the room was turning the air on but oh my gosh it was freezing! There’s only two settings for the AC and the one that blew the air less made the room extremely humid and the other blew freezing cold air on your face the whole night, no matter which way you turned the vents We even tried adjusting the temperature and turning off the fan but it didn’t do much Ultimately left with a choice of freeze or struggle to breathe Absolutely horrible It was not just our room We traveled in a very large party and everyone else said the same thing I literally asked everyone in our party- no jokeI’m giving it a solid 3 out of 5 For a “luxury” brand it was not a “luxury” experienced but it could have been much worse I would not stay here again given the choice

Ladies – read this before booking a stay here! I travel frequently on business; most often alone Last week I stayed at this hotel with 2 colleagues The hotel was in very poor condition but I overlooked the many issues because it appears they have started a renovation somewhere inside {certainly not in the room I was in!} What I can’t overlook is a very serious safety concern with this hotel

One of my colleagues’ key cards stopped working in the middle of our stay He went to the front desk and the associate asked his room number and gave him new keys with no verification whatsoever! She didn’t ask his name, and she didn’t ask for an ID This is very concerning to me as she had no idea if he was an actual guest or a stalker that was about to enter a room and wait on an unassuming guest to arrive later This is inexcusable! Earlier in the week, another colleague was able to charge something to his room with zero ID verificationWhile nowhere near as serious, it does tell me that not verifying guests identity is a consistent issue here Travelers, and especially women, book reliable hotel chains when they are traveling alone and their safety should be the highest priority of hotel chains I have tried twice to reach the GM of the hotel, John Hickey, but he has yet to call me back even though I left detailed messages explaining I had a serious safety concern I’ll never stay at this hotel again…if you do, I suggest checking the closet before locking your door for the evening

This hotel in general feels like a Days Inn motel, offering nothing at all special except a place to store your luggage while you lie on their misshapen, springy mattressesThe rooms have a pullout sofa bed thing that was actually only slightly less comfortable than the bed itself, which has probably been around since the 90s 0 stars for comfort

The shower/bath faucet was actually the wrong valve to match which was was hot and which way was cold You had to turn it toward cold to get hot, and hot to get cold Strangest thing everThe hallways repeat the Days Inn feel, but the lobby tries to make you feel like you’re joining a Marriott property 100% of their budget goes into pretending to be a Marriott, albeit the lowest version of one as a CourtyardThe price is okay, but you get what you pay for

Seems great from the start but are fridge was so small I couldn’t put anything else in except 1 gallon of milk for my daughter, I honestly think the only microwave is in the lobby, pretty much if your traveling for work and a family member or 2 stays at the hotel they don’t have much resources to make your own food! I will also say my 1 year old daughter that sleeps through the night cried some during the day and are neighbors thought it’d be great the mock her and then she was even more upset, I went to the front desk and was told their wasn’t really anything they would do, long story short we checked out the next day

Location was great for what we needed Some mold was around the ceiling in the bathroom There were 4 of us, and only three towels in the room

No biggie, just asked for more but you would think they would know how many guests were in the room Also needed more shampoo, and they don’t clean your room daily anymore Probably staffing issues Probably would try one of the other hotels in the vicinity next time

Tj Breitmeier

We used the Hilton app to check in and out, so I did not interact with the staff The app works well The digital key works better than the key cards you get at the front desk

The curtains were confusing but there is a set of black out curtains, between the sheer curtains and the window, that are somewhat hidden but do close all the way USB outlets on the side tables beside the bed were a nice touch There wasn’t an obvious hotel directory and I had to search the website for information It would be nice if the app included check out times, hours for continental breakfast, and other general information for the hotel The inside of the cabinet with the mini fridge was beat up, but furniture is made poorly these days and I don’t find fault in the hotel for thisWhat we saw of the hotel was clean and had expected wear from people occupying the rooms I was pleased that there was no smell of cigarettes or dogs and we could not hear any trafficWe did not get to try the breakfast, but it smelled good as we were checking out I will likely stay here again

I’m here now and I have only 1 regret I wish I had one more night to stay

Also it looks like this was just recently renovated in the past year or so and it looks much better than what might be on some websites or hotel booking platforms They were so nicely renovated that I almost thought I was walking into the wrong Hotel It definitely looks and feels like a four-star hotelI’m known to be a bit of a fussy traveler at times , especially when it comes to hotels Sadly this hotel left me with nothing to complain about The room was very clean and comfortable The AC was great The washroom was quite new and modern They had a really good free breakfast The staff were very kind and professional To all my travelers with babies This hotel offers a free and really quite cute baby crib they can roll up to the room if needed but be sure to claim one early or call ahead to reserve as they do go quickly To all the dads out there yes there is tons of free parking 😎 Happy and safe travels all

We stayed here for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better placeThe woman at the front desk during check in was so friendly and helpful I had a last minute cancellation with the person who was supposed to share a room with me

She was great at not only switching me to a king instead of two queens but she also made sure I was still close to my family I also traveled withThat night I realized I had forgot to bring the pac n play for my son I called down to the front desk and the lady checked to see if they had a spare crib She told me she would bring it right up if they did or call if they didn’t She brought it right up within ten minutes of our call They didn’t charge me extra either which was lovelyThe room was spacious and I thought the bed was incredibly comfortable It was definitely a nice place to stay and I would stay again when traveling that way
