We booked this hotel last minute as we were actually sitting in their parking lot We used a discount online website After booking I went in to check in and was told that the reservation may take up to 2 hours to come through

I showed them my receipt with my confirmation number and payment The desk person was not in any mood to help I went outside to call the website The agent I talked to assured me they would get it taken care of and would call the front desk After talking to the front desk on the phone the agent said the front desk attendant said she would manually input the information, to send me in and my key would be waiting Going back inside the desk person said still nothing on the computer I asked about the phone call and she said that yes she talked to the agent but wasn’t going to do that I asked what their cancellation policy was and then canceled my room beings I fell under the terms for cancellation After several hours I called the discount website and the room was never canceled The hotel charged my credit card the full amount for a room I didn’t stay in and was TOTALLY dishonest DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL While we sat in their parking lot we noticed people smoking weed, using hypodermic needles and all kinds of sketchy looking people There were cars with flat tires and thick dust like they were abandoned The whole place looked like a scary hotel in a movie I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies Luckily the discount website was honest and THEY refunded my money to the credit card plus extra for my inconvenience I would avoid this place like a plague if I were you I DO MOT recommend this place

0/10 – *** SCAM COMPANY UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE *** We booked the room (supposedly fully refundable) on March 13, 2022 for stay one night March 24, 2022 Our route changed and I started trying to cancel the booking and get a refund on March 17, 2022 I had no luck getting anyone to answer the phone from March 17 to March 22

There was no opportunity to leave a message on either of their numbers I sent emails on March 17 and March 22 directly to the hotel, and also to the parent company on March 22 I also left a message on the parent company’s 888# on March 22 I finally got through on the hotel number on March 22 The person who answered the telephone said they would cancel my reservation and send a confirmation email by end of day No email was sent I called again the morning of March 23 and was told a manager would be in shortly and would call me back Two hours later I called and they said the manager was “in a meeting”, 3 hours after that call I called again and they said the manager was “out on the property with the regional manager” – unless this is cleared up today I will be going after them for credit card fraud

Wish they would open fitness center and pools Deteriorating conditions from our first stay due to some bad apples who have no respect for their surroundings Been here for husband’s work twice, 9/21 – 2-22 and 4/22 – present

Could be nice place Paying for amenities listed on website we can’t use Both pools are now green Makes me wonder if they are fixing to sell out to another corporate conglomerateUpdate It got fixed Now on to the fitness center

The good: room was clean and spacious, comfy bed Nice fridge and cold conditioning The bad: terrible”fitness center”

Missing several free weights, treadmill was out of order, the other one has a broken TV Nothing to clean equipment with Very dated machines Broken elevator, so had to park the opposite end of where my room was Loud guests all hours of the night in the hall Dog vomit in the elevator A few of the outlets didn’t work in the room

It was one of the worst experiences ever! We booked the room specifically to be able to use the pool for my daughter’s birthday The pool was filthy and wasn’t taken care of! The excuse that was given was that there was an accident that morning Then why did it stay that way All day and wasn’t cleaned and why was the jacuzzi the same way? My daughter’s birthday was ruined! I am disappointed and disgusted with this hotel and staff and we will never stay there, again! Front desk and management told us the pool wouldn’t be cleaned and ready for use until the next morning at the earliest! We didn’t want to check in after hearing that and asked for a refund but were denied the refund

We tried talking to bookingcom (since they were the ones that promote the business and we booked through them) about the problem in which case they called management and management lied and mislead them and said the pool would be ready in a couple of hours So, we stayed All of this took hours! At check in, management reassured us the pool would be ready within a couple of hours and if it wasn’t, they would notify us We paid for the room with a card and the deposit we used cash We came back later that night to find the pool and the jacuzzi were Not cleaned and not in working conditions We were never notified! The night shift desk clerk gave me attitude and was rude when I inquired about the pool, again We went to the gym there and both treadmills had dirty, used towels on both of them! It made me sick to my stomach! Our bath tub had a steady stream leaking from the faucet I couldn’t get it to stop Upon checking out, I had to wait 45 minutes for the cash deposit while they checked the room! The pool and jacuzzi were still not cleaned and still closed! Then, about 2 hours after checking out they charged us another $100 deposit! We called and the excuse was that there was a glitch in their system and we wouldn’t get our money back for 3-5 business days! What! We still lived the nightmare even after leaving! Don’t stay Here! It will be the worst mistake you will ever make! We were not the only ones who had complaints and not the only people complaining about the pool! Also, while checking in, I heard a guest call about the a/c and another complained about the toilet clogged and backed up! The front desk clerk was overwhelmed with all the complaints! This was a horrible experience! One word Run!!! They can’t be trusted They false advertise They lie They are dirty, rude and disrespectful They don’t care about the guest This is a health hazard! I am embarrassed that I would have brought loved ones to this establishment! This was exhausting!

The first night I walked in to an overwhelming smell of mold but gave it a chance Then a pile of ants poured out from no whereAfter moving rooms at 11:30pm 😩 I at least slept

Only to be met by a massive bug when I walked back in from work DONE!!! And conveniently they don’t let you upload photos I have tried 10+ times Get me out of this disgusting place NOWI would rather deal with the drive from Phoenix than stay in this dump!!!!

I don’t know why any of these places are in business

List your business properly as a 55+ IT makes searching for RV parks really hard if you’re less than 55 I hate how little effort any website has in Arizona campgroundsIf there’s even a websiteNever been here, but it wasted my time in another searchIt’s probably nice if you’re old

Angela Bernholz

BEWARE 4PM CHECK IN TIME THEY DID EXTEND TO 5PM AT THE LATEST THEY HAVE MO LATE CHECK IN PROCESS

Due to weather conditions we realized we would not make it NO REFUNDS and offered one night stay within the year but only after I complained Thoas will be of little use to me but beware of these restrictive policy when you book

The location is decent but in the middle of nowhere The price was pretty decent and pet depositThe grounds definitely needs a lot of work

It was overgrown and dark The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed except the fridge was not working correctly and didn’t notice until my husband got food poisoning from his leftovers not being chilled properlyStaff was rude when asked where the breakfast was being served

B Sc

Rooms were quite clean, I had no complaintsTowels and pillows were fully stocked, as in they put a couple extra and the employee, Kim, is a doll Had it not been for her, the rate wouldn’t have been so high

When I first got there she greeted me very politely and even offered to step away from the counter to assist me with my belongings since I had two kids and a few things I needed to drag inShe asked if I needed a crib for my daughter, I never even knew these existed but I politely declined as to I sleep with my kidsAsked if I needed any extra pillows, made fresh popcornIt was mainly nice since she was very personable, not like mostAlso I had checked out and failed to get my luggage in my car and I left it in the parking lot and she took the time to bring it in and keep it, while I drove at least 45 minutes backKim needs a raise!!!

Silverado RV Park is a conveniently located park in Eloy just off the I-10 The park very reasonably priced and we use it as an overnight stop when traveling through the area The sites are mostly back in, gravel and have the hookups at the very back of the site

Our site had the hookups on the passenger side The park has pickel ball, some putting greens and indoor activity rooms for crafts, poker, etc

Yvonne Drury

We were new to Silverado last winter, deciding to stay at the recommendation of friends We loved the open desert feel, big sky, fresh air There is a little freeway noise on the west side of the park, but the back and east sides were fine

We felt secure, and management was fine The residents keep their spaces clean, and not once did we see any dog droppings on the ground Dog petting during park walks became a pastime!New washers and dryers resolved any prior issues with the laundry room There was an intermittent slight sewage odor in some areas of the parkWith the pandemic going on, the park was not full and management did well to keep us informed of any sickness in the park, kept the facilities sanitized, and posted warning signs Unfortunately the community room had to remain closed, and the pool area as well for awhile, but it was understandableWe are a little apprehensive about the new ownership and management, but are willing to give them a try for the upcoming season

Glenn Blount

Two years ago we stayed at Silverado and loved the resort Tried to make a reservation for this year Very difficult process they have adopted

For over 30 day stay, you have to sign a lease agreement and pay a $150 fee that is non refundable For under 30 days, you can book online and pay a small fee They have changed the type of campers they allow from two years ago when we stayed so we cannot stay even though we have a 2018 truck camper

Nice clean hotel Beds were the most comfortable I’ve experienced Room service every day which doesn’t happen everywhere anymore but a very nice touch

The gates to the pool access were broken and hard to work The hotel was in the middle of a remodel which will probably fix the issues Breakfast was pretty basic with limited options but provided something Quiet location Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again They also provided a couple bottles of water which is nice as the hotel water was not the best tasting

They helped us during a power outage in our town they went over and above to help the local people and I want to say thank you yes the motel is old the beds were clean and they could use some work but I’m just thankful for what they’re doing and how helpful they were We are elderly my husband is a disabled veteran and we have an old dog and we were welcome there and the employees in there were busting their bums to keep everything done if you’re looking for a fancy hotel or a big breakfast well or any breakfast forget it but if you want people who care about their community than this is where you should go

Moru21 Delongcre

My significant other and I stayed in room 212 As we entered the room it smelled like cigarette smoke, that was masked with air freshener We found the smoke detector in the dresser wrapped in ice bag

We had to connect back ourselves We checked the bed and the pillow cases were not changed They had makeup smudges As I closed the bathroom door, seen that behind it has not been swept There was hair on the bathtub, toilet seat The shower curtain had a foul smell The bottom of it was yellow and was hard The carpet was not vacuumed The cover for the mattress had blood stains and hair in the microwave For paying $10000 for one night, I was hoping it would’ve been cleaner I do not recommend staying here The head housekeeper needs to check the rooms better

Linda Stenholm

We didn’t stay My friend didn’t think the room was nice enough for the price and the lobby was very sparse However the worst thing was that I left my cell phone purse with a driver’s license and two debit cards in the room

And when we came back to get it, less than 1 hour later, the manager said that if we had left anything in the room they would have thrown it away and there was nothing there for usThe manager’s approach appeared to be vindictive because we didn’t stay

The only good I found was the Staff Very friendly The restaurant next to it, Golden 9 is excellent

The room was supposed to be non smoking but it reeked of cigarette smokeBedspread has cigarette burns Edge of the bathtub has cigarette burns, mold in the seems of the shower, toilet needs a good cleaning Sink was pluggedBoth sink and shower have very low water pressure 1 wash rag and towels that feel like sand paper 2 pillows about as thick as a small town newspaperThe room needs an overall good cleaningNone of the basic amenities most motels offer But what can I expect from Motel 6Most all of them are at the bottom of the list for motelsWon’t be backDon’t know why my photos won’t post

I would never stay at this place again We stayed 15 days at this location, and not one time did they service our room We were told by housekeeping they would be be in on a certain day so we left and when we got back they had never been in the room

We asked housekeeping for clean sheets the next day and they said they were at the front of the building and they would bring some the next day, we’ll they never brought them We were getting ready to leave and as we always do we remove the bedding and clean the room When we took the sheets off my daughter’s bed there was no mattress cover and the mattress was disgusting and so gross The mattress was so bad and all I could think is my daughter slept in that bed and it looked like it could have been blood, bodily fluids and that mattress should not have been in that room I tried to contact the manager after we left but I could never reach them The water in the shower smelled like rust and we were lucky there were only a couple roaches I have gotten no response from this location at all

*It’s Motel 6, not a Hilton, so we didn’t expect much, but Should Be Cleaner*Bed consists of unpadded mattress on a platform There is a microwave & fridge, but we didn’t use them Plastic cups, bar soap, TV , and USB outlet b/twn beds are the only amenities in room

Bath towels are smallPositives: Beds clean, no bed bugs, heater worked Parking lot, while small, seemed safe, no people lurkingNegatives: Floor, especially edges & baseboards, need to be steam mopped/scrubbed/cleaned to remove grime Kinda seems like just disinfectant was sprayed or sploshed around with an old string mop (based on smell), but no actually floor cleaning has been done effectively in quite a while Lots of live crickets in the BR, but thankfully none in the beds Many in our party (4 rooms) had stained towels or bedding Obviously laundered, yes, but stained, which is still not what you want in a motel/hotel and *white* towels “Non-smoking” room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke

This oasis in the desert is a little gem! Upon arrival, I thought, “This is going to be interesting…” It is quite secluded but it turned out to be a great find! It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles but it’s got what’s needed for a relaxing break away from it all It is squeaky clean, bed was very comfortable, great pool and hot tub, outdoor space to work or relax, etc and they are extremely pet-friendly and were very sweet to my two big dogs

The best part however, is the people that own it and work there Everyone was so pleasant, kind and down-to-earth; it was so refreshing… And they use the honor system for things like buying sodas It’s old school in all the best possible ways!

We were in the area for our nephew’s wedding We really enjoyed our stay here This place was cute, comfy and cozy

Well maintained and clean Staff was excellent We had 4 rooms rented and were able to gather in the courtyard to sit and visit It was very relaxing We did not think to bring our bathing suits but the pool and hot tub looked clean and inviting We were told the property has sold and we hope the new owners continue to keep this place clean and inviting We want to return just to hang out here Thank you for a wonderful stay!
