I was here for two nights and I found the room to be clean and the staff to be very accommodating My only issue is my room was near the highway which sometimes people with out mufflers would go by during the evening This is not the hotels fault and I am sure I could have asked for a different room and they would have done this

The room has a full refrigerator, stove and microwave Wifi worked great and I would stay here again

Ivy 2343

Stayed in 2 bedroom suite It’s bigger than most but a bit rundown and stained It’s on a busy street so it is not as quiet as I would have liked

The breakfast was fine with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt etc coffee is at the front desk instead of with the breakfast for some reason The pool was very tiny and we decided not to go as 2 guests in there already made it too crowded I would say I’d pass next time Keeping it real as always

Lawrence Jones

Don’t stay here The room was not new and clean as it appeared on the picture Actually looked nothing like the pictures, well a dirty run down version

It stated that it was a smoke free room and that room smelled like a chain smoker stayed there We left right away and they still charged us a 1 night stay and we were literally in that room for 2 mins If your a chain smoker and don’t mind a nasty room then this place is for you

We have been here for three days so far and leaving tomorrow We have enjoyed staying here immensely Our room was so clean and we let housekeeping clean it each day

I like the fact you smell bleach in the bathroom It lets you know they actually clean it The staff here are always happy to help you except the maids They really aren’t socialable but that wasn’t anything to complain about The breakfast is very nice and very cleangood food as well This place went above and beyond my expectations We were in room 403

I can’t give this hotel 5 stars for 2 reasons1) The water pressure in the showers 🚿 is far to weak2) There is no microwave in the rooms

I stay in same hotels, for weeks at a time, and a microwave is a definite plusThe staff in this hotel is EXEMPLARY!From the front desk to housekeeping to the person arranging 🥞 the breakfast 🥐 buffet, everyone is friendly, efficient and pleasantI’d rather drive the 30 miles to my location, than stay in a closer hotel😌

Leader1- LARRIO A. WALDEN (Captain)

Nice Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast buffet

all you can eat But your car will get very dusty from all the construction going on next door And tree leafs falling on the windshield Otherwise, I like this property, will stay again and I do recommend this Holiday Inn Express & Suites However, they must stay steadfast, continuously striding in all categories to earn 5 Stars hotelNow, Breakfast dinning I rate 5 🌟 for cleanliness, food quality and quantity, temperature of the food and the good helpful attendant on duty therewho’s name is Trevor Very helpful and clean man

I stayed here for the first time with my family including my infant son I was very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel room, lobby, dining area, and surrounding areas The breakfast is complimentary and there are a lot of great choices

Also the staff was very helpful and very sweet I want to especially recognize Sarah who very kindly allowed my mom and I back into our room after checkout so we could wash up my baby who was fussing and crying We were all so grateful for her compassion and understanding I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

The stay part was great Clean room comfortable beds and a very good breakfast Issue was paying

We set it up on our credit card but wanted to pay on our debit So they split it saying our debit was declinedwhich we have plenty of money So now after a long drive home we have to figure this out They said they called this morning before check out but failed to leave a voice-mail Will be back but need better communication The lady that check us in and the lady on later nights were super nice

Brittany

I stay at a lot of Hamptons They’re all different quality wise As far as this hotel quality wise is concerned, it is fine

No issues, but nothing exceeding expectationsMy air conditioner didn’t work and a part needed to be ordered They had no other available rooms and I had a pretty restless night I’m giving 5 stars because the lovely lady working the desk that night automatically offered to take some money off the total I don’t tend to push for that because I understand things pop up they aren’t expecting, so was pleasantly surprised However, the next day they completely waived my entire stay!! I’ve never had that happened What amazing customer service! Props to the service/management team at this location Really impressed and thank you!

This hotel has the potential to be a nice hotel However, there are some issues that needs to be rectified During my 2 day stay my room did not have any hot water in the shower

I was told that the water only gets warm but the water didn’t even get warm It is obvious that the pool haven’t been cleaned in a very long time Plus the overall cleanliness of the hotel can be better Even though the rooms are decent and the hotel is in a good location The issues that I address tends to take away from the potential of the hotel

Ab M

Woke up and wanted to take a shower; the water was cold You can imagine how that felt They serve “breakfast”

Came down and it was a few apples, crunch bar and a few pre made ham/sausage burgers No veggie options Pool was not functioning Jacuzzi was dysfunctional Why did I pay that much money for? Would’ve been better off at Marriott or Hilton Staff was nice and respectful, that’s why the two star

Glenn Witherspoon (Spoon)

The cold water pressure varying during the day The faucet usually there no cold water, and the water is to hot to wash your hands The shower water pressure is very weak

Above the shower head, there peeling paint, you can see the green mesh tape The bathroom door get stuck The carpet is sticky, need to be steam cleaned The lobby is really nice, and they have great parking The staff are nice and professional

Parking is good and free, we did not get free breakfast with our room (don’t even know if they do that) and breakfast is $14, the pool and hot tub are nice and well kept, fitness room is clean and nice Restaurant in the hotel had good food and happy hour specials from 5-7:30 I believe Staff were always pleasant and would help you anyway they could

We stayed for 5 days and received everything we requested Our room was only services once due to COVID-19 policies, we were made aware that if we needed new towels or more toiletries we just needed to ask Only issues we had were in our room, the carpet was pretty gross in spots, see photos, and we lost power to our bathroom for about 15min Power was fixed fast after I called the desk

I’m in total shock of this entire situationFirst off the customer service desk customer service was slightly below par They weren’t friendly nor personable but also we’re not rude

Second we found hair in our bed I know this is going to happen but the staff didn’t care what so ever There was zero effort to show any compassionThird we requested simple requests for things to be brought to our room such as pillows Hours would go by and nothing Eventually we would just go get it ourselvesI decided to make a complaint Phone operators for the main line were hit and miss Some cared, some wrongfully transferred me and others simply hung up on me I was extremely polite the entire timeCorporate informed me that the hotel general manager would call me Days went by and nothing so I called back They were unsure as to why she hadn’t reached out to me and reached out to her again Days went by and nothingI finally spoke with someone on the corporate main line who informed me because I booked third party that there was nothing they were going to do for me Are you kidding me? It is still your property and your responsibility to take care of your guests but you can pass the buck to another company That’s a lousy policy and extremely unprofessional and I will never stay with a Hilton property againEdit:I upgraded this to a two-star review because corporate was willing to finally help me out and try to rectify the situation However this location made zero attempt to make my matters better and kept giving me the runaround Hilton corporate receives a five-star for their amazing customer service but I must leave this actual location out of one star because they do not care about their customer

John C.

Just finished a nine day stay The room was good size and very comfortable Bed was comfortable, And the air conditioning worked well

Great location right by the highwayI want to give a shout out to Dean who is the bartender downstairs He does a great job Super friendly, very efficient, remembers what you like, and always has a great suggestion for youOverall a five star stay

The staff was very friendly and accommodated our early arrival We also really appreciated that they provided beach chairs and were so close to the beach The lounge air and furniture was nice but the pool was not in great shape and the ladder broke while one of us was on it

We were originally very pleased with the room because although it was outdated and a little run down it had a great kitchen and large shower However within an hour or so we started to notice large bugs, the first ones being found in the kitchen cupboards with the plates By the end of our one night stay we had killed at least 30 bugs and we lost a couple in our bags It made our stay very uncomfortable and made the room feel quite dirty Additionally the air conditioning remote didn’t work and neither did our key for the main entrance so we couldn’t all leave after regular business hours because there would be no one there to let us in To top it off the phone number associated with the hotel uses a system that makes it impossible to actually speak with anyone It was a very affordable stay so we weren’t expecting too much but the bugs were just a little too much for us and it’s very doubtful that we will be coming back or recommending the place to friends

This Hotel is at a Good location , and 2 blocks from the Beach The pool was clean However , I was surprised, that the place needed a Serious Upgrade, everywhere

Outdated mostly throughout the property Some experienced lost of A/C Electricity issues alsoI booked a 4 bed room and got a 6 bed room, in which it was Freezing cold to me, most of the time People live there, whoare not workers there Yolanda was the cleaning Lady, that is over worked, without Help She was kind The kitchen was a place that you would not want to use, unless you had to The microwave was awful, and the sponges provided, was filthy But I feel like it is Over priced for what you get This was a hostel room, not a private room You may want to spend more money, and enjoy your time, on vacation The overall atmosphere was OK The private room next to where I was had a a very dirty door, I was embarrassed, for the person that had to enter the room I was there about, a week ago I stayed a weekSo it is fresh on my mind Above all, I managed to enjoy my time in Ft Lauderdale There is no Office available, to Help, you, you are on your own Guest staying there, usually are willing to help The bus stop in front of the Hotel Bus #11 East You can get # 1 bus from the Airport, and take #11 at the Bus Terminal $200 I hope that this Help, people decide, and determine, what’s Best for themBest Wishes 2022❤️🌴

Cathy Sarmento

We requested early check in and no reply Fortunately the cleaning lady stored our bags in a closet Old but mostly clean, the electrical is VERY sketchy

It was inexpensive so I didn’t expect much, it did not exceed expectations The road is close and quite noisy, but short walk to the beach Local police said it’s a safe area Decent restaurants within 10 min walk

My wife and I stayed in a room we used Marriott points for The front desk was very helpful trying to get our room right next to a suite my family was using Unfortunately, the room was not prepared fully with the bed not prepared correctly and all of the cabinet/drawers left open

We weren’t sure if the room was cleaned or not so we called to verify with the front desk They confirmed it was and that they would send up a comforter that was missing for the bed Unfortunately, we only received a mattress cover instead of a comforter This stay was only for one night so we just managed by using the spare blanket and sheet provided for the pullout couch I just wish we didn’t have to use 30,000 points for this less than ideal situation Other than that, our stay was quite pleasant

Ava Paul

We travel alot and stay between Marriott hotels and Hilton I am rather picky on cleanliness, staff reception and attention to detail This hotel was super clean, the front desk staff, cleaning staff and even the general maintenance guy we met in hallway were all so friendly and accommodating

We were greeted with fresh popcorn upon our arrival Our room was in mint condition, extremely roomy with a convenient sitting area, full kitchen and spacious bathroom The breakfast was fabulous with hot and cold options Staff was super friendly and accommodating I have nothing negative to say 6 STARS

Alexander Freedman

My stay was quite wonderful, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, the complimentary breakfast was amazing, and the room was quite spacious However, the room itself has a few minor flaws—there are occasional holes in the carpet, the wallpaper is peeling off, and the doors have little nicks in them (not major) Overall, my stay was great and I enjoyed the hotel

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends

This place is nicely located off the main street It is modern and the amenities are great to have The check process was effortless that it seems unreal, the facility is very clean and there is a pleasant fragrance that welcomes you as the automatic door opens

The staffs are hospitable and polite, always greeting and acknowledging you I liked the diversity of the staffs I loved the room, especially the shower Checking out was as easy as checking in, unfortunately all great experience has to come to an end I look forward to my next stay

This had to be the WORST Marriott I have ever had the misfortune to stay atFirst, when I arrived they had no re ord of my reservation even though I showed it to them through my email Then they realized they canceled it and had to give me another room

Of course it was right next door to the elevator and the a/c was stuck on 75 I called the front desk and they sent two repairmen to my room and one said ” oh that’s they way it works If I can’t change it you need to get another room” Why say you can change it but tell me first thats the way it works???The next day I was finally able to get a room in the afternoon with a balcony which is what I requested Unfortunately I made the mistake of leaving 2 of my own pillows along with my necklace on the other room I called the front desk and of course they didn’t find it or have anything turned in The necklace I could see but pillows???My main issue with this courtyard was their lack of empathy and their poor customer service Pretty much everyone I spoke to seemed preoccupied with something else and showed no concern whatsoever I chose this courtyard over my usual one in plantation just to save $20 and it was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT I would suggest you not visit this one until they get better management and start to hold their staff more accountable for how they treat their customers

Our company held a conference with approximately 40 people staying at the hotel including myself Everything was amazing from the reservation process, to checking in and room accommodations We had food catered in for two events and everything was amazing

The staff at this hotel makes planning and holding an event easy I had so many other elements to handle and having Maureen Sallustio, the Director of Sales manage the event was a blessingThe general staff all were accommodating, willing to help in any way, and went above and beyond

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any room This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in the area

I’ve been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you won’t regret itEverything was amazing The valet was very fast and efficient, all the staff was very kind and the rooms were clean! The gym was a tad small but I expect it I travel for business so this was everything I neededPhilencia Smith at the front desk treated me with the up most respect and made sure my stay was more than comfortable I had a horrible trip on the way there and after our interaction, I felt so relieved and grateful that she was there to help me9/10!!!

Jennifer Cale

We saved about $20 a night by staying here rather than other nearby hotels NOT worth it! Being cheap didn’t pay offIssues:- A lot of hair on the comforter

– Thin bedding that didn’t keep us warm- Stairs inaccessible from outside- Treadmill and elliptical were old models that haven’t been maintained and didn’t work well- Our outside view was obscured by a wall- Low water pressure- Loud wall AC unit The thermostat inside wasn’t attached to anything- Relatively remote location, so more miles put on the rental car- All staff have masks hanging down below their noses- The fridge is tiny – smaller than a dorm sized one – and the back half had built up ice, so our leftovers froze- Thin walls, loud noise from halls- They do offer breakfast, but only if you pay for each item- Stains on the bedding

After giving rave reviews to Orlando Hampton, this one was sad Table not cleaned, didn’t see any workers One elevator not working, no sign

Twice I waited 3 minutes for this elevator (I’m slow) Slept in to 7:30 to very loud Sounded like jackhammer outside our window Husband thought it was AC, I don’t know, but not happy Breakfast area – not happy Bacon floating in grease, machine had no cranberry & orange tasted/ looked strange and tossed No oatmeal like Orlando, sad again Room clean, comfy bed, roomy bathroom, Nicely decorated This Duck likes it here for last 7 years!

Avoid room 104 They were fully booked and I think they knew this room was problematic We have been staying here the last 4 nights as my wife’s grandmother is in hospice with no issues

This morning (7/13) there was constant doors slamming from 6am to 8am and we woke up restless and with a migraine We have late nights as we are spending our nights in the hospital I complained to the receptionist at the front desk in regards to it to hopefully prevent it from happening I mentioned it might be the staff door where they get supplies (as it close to the beds) and she continued to argue with me what door it might be The door slammed at least 15 times in last 2 hours If a customer is complaining to you, acknowledge their complaint and don’t sit there and argue with them as something as insignificant as which door it is We have stayed here over 10 times in the past, but will be taking our business elsewhere The receptionist needs heavy training in customer service or be terminated as she is not fit for that job We will miss Fred the duck

I just visited here for my boyfriends birthday I only stayed 1 night but I have no complaints on my visit My room was very clean

The weather was at 40 degrees, got a delicious hot chocolate from the bistro I forgot tooth paste and asked the front desk for some and to my surprise they actually had it They were extremely friendly and polite They only reason didn’t give it 5 stars is because the rooms have no microwaves

Sharon Miller

Mattress was extremely soft and needed a chiropractor after my stay No one should be asked to sleep on a mattress with absolutely no support whatsoever Pillows had absolutely no support whatsoever

Bathroom has no fan Room was not cleaned We were ignored Front desk has an attitude key card works when it wants to Hotel needs a makeover

Perfect location Close to the beach but not right on A1A where it’s hard to find hotels with parking Hotel has plenty of free parking

There’s a Denny’s right across the street and the hotel has their own Deli Shop I didn’t use the pool but it looked cozy and comfortable with plenty of sun The hotel was spotless Crew was always keeping it clean I like the balconies in the rooms overlooking the pool Very cozy tropical style

My room was not cleaned, the carpet not vacuum I found broken glasses on the carpet in the room Back of the toilet seat had poop stains

I asked to changed the linen All they did was putting them in the room for me to changed myself The crazy thing is when I go to the front desk and asked if they could clean my room vacuum and cleaned the toilet It seem the front desk right away see me as someone making life difficult Even though I took pictures of the stains and glasses on the floor It seem no one checked if what I was saying was even true I spent two weeks at that place and it was not clean I had to be the one asking for new blanket and i did my bed Toilet was filthy and smell like someone was smoking cannabis in it I actually took pictures of the room if anyone want to see or think I am just complaining Trust me I’m nice in my review the customer service was the worst I have ever had in any hotel I ever been I met only one lady that seems to care at the front desk after I showed her picture of the room She was nice and stated she was the front desk manager But even though she assured me the room would be cleaned By the time I came back at night the room was not done or vacuum However the day after the toilet stains was finally wiped away That was before my last day staying at the hotel I would not suggest for anyone to stay at this place However I did feel it was a safe place to stay

The Good: The staff was very courteous, offered free bottled water, and the room was clean/spacious, especially at the given price point The fact that they also offer a free parking garage for guests to use is a huge bonus The bed was also very comfortable, with nice (useful) pillows

The not so good: I deducted 1 star because the rooms are in desperate need of a professional remodel The current state of the rooms just looks like 30-40 years of quick remodel jobs (thick, caked on paint, old wall plates for light switches and outlets, extremely loose wall outlets, etc) If you’re staying here for a night or two, you’re totally fine Anything more is your call

Fast, friendly arrival/check in experience I was checked in by someone who appeared to be relatively new and learning, and he did a great job! He was being actively mentored/supervised by an experienced associate and they did a great job Did it take longer to check in? Well, based on my experience as a frequent traveler, I would say, yes it did probably take 30-45 seconds longer

I’ve experienced this before and I never mind seeing someone learning especially when they appear to want to learn Both the trainee and the trainer seemed to have a very customer-centric attitude and dispositionThe ladies working in the “Bonvoy Lounge” (I think that’s what its called) were awesome! So friendly and welcoming Their hospitality was great and it was obviously very realFitness center could be cleaned up a little (and restock the cleaning wipes for wiping down equipment) but it was nicely equipped and I am grateful for it

Hotel is under renovation- I knew that when I booked- pool is closed as of my stay in May 2022Staff was very friendly- room was fantastic and I was gleefully upgraded as a Marriott Titanium member Armand (forgive me if I am spelling that wrong- I asked for his name but lost the piece of paper it was written on) at the front desk was very kind and helpful

If you don’t mind the construction outside (the view of it – I heard no noise in the hotel) and the pool being closed, you will love it here Parking lot was pretty full all nights I was there – which was a bit of an inconvenience, but should tell you something

Marcia at the front desk is a gem!! Every time I came to the front desk or witnessed her with other guests she was thoughtful, cheerful, smiley and attentive I have worked in hospitality and it’s clear to me that she loves her job and the service industry needs more people like Marcia Though the hotel is going through construction, the stay was pleasant and comfortable and the hotel is in close proximity to the mall and restaurants

Again, big thank you to Marcia for a great stay!!

Stayed for 5 nights for a family wedding in the area Pool and restaurant closed for renovation Peeling wall paper in hallways

Dirty elevator Make sure not to touch anything But the best, were the roaches in my room And also losing power while I was drying my hair The shower pressure feels like you are being spit on Would never stay here again Housekeeping was sufficient except for not refilling coffee stuff that was clearly used every morning

Overall, I had an excellent stay at the Boca Raton rendition of the Wyndham The rooms were great, the pool was a blast, and the service was phenomenal The man that brought it all together was Charles Jones, who works at the front desk

His service was second to none and his familiarization with the local area was top notch which enhanced my experience in Boca Raton Charles went above and beyond to ensure that my friends and I maximized the time that we had here

Room was clean, stay was great Albert at the front desk treated us like family We had an unexpected overnight stay due to flight cancellation and weather

Albert found us a room and accommodated all 4 of us We asked about food around that we could get (0030 pickings were slim), he informed us what was close When we unloaded and came to our room, he had left us a care package In this day and time people like Albert are few and far between Albert has restored my faith! Wyndham Boca should be grateful to have him representing them Thank you Albert!! 💕

It’s not a bad place It’s an old Boca accommodation Still has the stinky gooey rugs under the bathroom sink? ( in the bedroom

Think hygiene, think wet rug, and toe funguses, WHY in the bedroom??? And not in the bathroom???)A noisy air conditioner is in every roomIf you have not experienced this before you need to learn how to yell hereIt’s an old place, and is not all bad, I do think they are improving!New paint, very good housekeeping, friendly employeesGreat pool, few kids mid weekLots of good food choices to walk toI’ll probably go back! It brings back the memories It’s oldBoca

An absolutely wonderful experience Almost ended up in a cheap hotel that has broken ACs, no warm water and stinky rooms Cancelled last minute and Hampton had an offer that also gave me a membership with some benefits

Definitely worth the moneyGreat smelling and clean rooms, working ACs, warm water with plenty of towels and all the necessary amenities you needI would highly recommend! Don’t let a bad hotel experience ruin your trip Pick something reliable without fake reviews

Hotel is decent The continental breakfast was average but the service was amazing Ama made sure everything was in order and when the orange juice came out wrong she noticed it before I did and change it out for me and served me fresh juice

She assisted me and my family with everything that we needed left nothing out of place Very kind hearted and helping Thank you so much Ama!

Had items stolen from our room and found out several days later that items were taken from others’ rooms Assistant Manager was useless and didn’t even as much as apologize for what occurred Turns out she was the one that sent maintenance to our room while we were out in town

General manager was unresponsive until a complaint was filed with Corporate There are plenty of other hotels to stay at in this area, highly recommend paying the extra cost to keep your family and belongings safe No inside cameras! Seriously?

This is one of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed in It was stylish and modern and It looked like it had been recently remodeled I was very impressed with how nice the room and building looked compared to other hotels in the area

Everything was clean and in working order Breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and courteous This hotel also had vending machines plus the lobby market place which was nice Also in a great location close to shopping and restaurants I really love Hilton’s mobile check in, which made my life so much easier when I got to the hotel late and could just go straight to my room I would definitely stay here again next time I am in the area

Not only was I highly impressed with the room and the cleanliness of it, but I was also very much impressed with the excellent level of customer service my family and I received All front desk and cleaning crew were very pleasant I would recommend them over and over

My sister and I took our Lysol wipes to clean the room down in its entirety and imagine our surprise when not a speck of dirt could be found throughout the entire room, bathroom, beds and microwaves nor doors That was an amazing experience The breakfast was just as pleasing as there was an array of breakfast items to choose from, whether it was hot or cold I would have rated them 10 STARS if I could

A friend and I had drove into Ft Lauderdale from Tampa to visit friends Of course, on these kind of trips something always goes wrong We found ourself without a place to stay at 10PM

We desperately called over 10 hotels in the area Finally we looked a little further and that’s when we found our sweet savior Connie She took care of us and offered us a room at an extremely fair price When we got there she greeted us as if she was an old friend! This is my first Google review but I was so impressed by Connie’s service I decided to make one! She deserves a raise, it’s hard to find service people that actually care about patrons As for the rooms, they were nice The pictures online aren’t very accurate because they seem to be updated and pretty modern The bed was comfortable, soft pillows, etc The room was clean as well We got a late check out and slept in Nothing bad to say here!

This hotel had great staff, was overall very well maintained, and had great food We stayed two nights in two different rooms Not the top of the line hotel by any stretch but it was a good affordable place to stay

The pool and exercise room were clean and quiet The second room we stayed in felt very damp and smelled bad like pee or mould from the air conditioner and that was really unpleasant but they were fully booked I would stay there again because the staff were great but should’ve pushed harder to get that room changed

kimberly cox

They let us know the room was ready early via email they let us check in right away checkin and checkout was greatThe room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable The only complaint would be breakfast the ladies working on Saturday morning were extremely rude they started shutting down breakfast before 9:30 am

If you asked for anything like the pancake machine to be refilled they said no until one guest spoke with the manager on duty and the ladies were told to put another bag of pancake mix in the machine They locked the fridge with milk and yogurt before 9:30 so you couldn’t get any even when I was asked I was told there is juice

We stayed for 1 night but it was great The front desk staff was friendly Ernesto Figueroa helped at the front desk and he was very friendly

The lady who sat us for breakfast was super friendly Our server was very friendly as well The whole breakfast was great One lady behind the omelets station was alone and doing everything from scrambled eggs to making omelets, to making waffles She did it all by herself and she was still so friendly The pool was great The water temperature was perfect The bar staff was friendly Everyone in this hotel looks like they want to be there and truly enjoy their job I would recommend this hotel 100 times over We will be back Thank you so much to all the staff members at this hotel You guys are great

This wasn’t a favorite, for sure It’s generally a nice hotel but it was clearly purchased from an Embassy Suites and even with the renovations they are doing, it’s a very dated hotel There are also areas of the grounds in your way in that almost look like the area was abandoned

The area right around the property though, has very attractive up-to-date landscapingStaff was ok, though no one seemed overly cheerful or happy to be thereThe rooms were clean, nicely appointed and comfortable, though their TV system dropped out and lost signal repeatedly In this day and age, maybe cable would be a better option for higher-end hotels in Florida where storms are a constant

We’ve been coming here many times and the last time we were there was just this month of April and everyone was amazing especially people at the banquet, they’re so helpful and friendly! My concern is just the breakfast buffet price which is $20++ plus 18% gratuity!! Which is shocking I know it’s a hotel and everything Is really expensive but $20 plus for a simple buffet? I think they need to make the price lesser And I was surprised that the housekeepers can’t clean our room because of COVID

🤦 Overall, everything was an amazing experience! All the staff were friendly especially front desk and banquet staff!
