This was a very clean and comfortable stay The staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast was tasty also which is usually not the case for free continental breakfasts

The breakfast also had plenty of healthy choices The pool looked clean (I did not have a chance to swim on my short stay though) I wish the hot tub would have been working because that was much needed after a long drive I am super excited that this location recently became pet friendly so I can use it again in the future Highly recommended!

We usually stay at Hampton Inns! They seem to be well taken care of and clean This location has a clean pool This location is a smaller one but has all the amenities that one would need

Continental breakfast in the morning was always kept stocked and no messes Would definitely stay here again My room was 206 and was clean dust free, although the shower head could be replaced not cycling through the settings ver easy

An excellent staff and very kind manager I actually didn’t stay there but had a very positive day with them I had a lot of car troubles and the staff was willing to let me stay there and wait for my car to get towed while I dealt with the various issues I was having

Honestly it was refreshing to see a place that was just willing to help a guy out and I truly appreciated it I am hoping I can find a reason to go up and actually stay at the hotel due to how kind they were Definitely would reccommend staying there due to their staff and manager

We had lost power , we are local, stayed first night charged $125 , was going to stay a second night till Quality Inn wanted $204 for a second night Your room was nice and clean, I’ll give you that But that price gouging was rediculious! Sorry but not sorry , so we ended up staying across the road at motel 6

And I got to say , their new renovated room was very quite impressive, there bathroom was way nicer and price was definitely fair So with that being said , I would definitely stay in Motel 6 over Quality Inn And I would definitely recommend Motel 6 before Quality Inn Thank you ,please stop the price gouging , that’s not good business One more thing if motel 6 , had a pool and a few more eminities Look out

This hotel exceeded every expectation I had! I was looking for hotels all up and down the interstate, they all had bad reviews and/or bed bugs This one had okay reviews and no mention of bugs so I gave it a chance I’m SO glad I did!! First off- driving up it was so well lit! I appreciate that! Second- greeted by Tony at the desk and he was a delight! So friendly, so kind and chatty in a fun way, not in an annoying way! Then the room was so clean! Breakfast was great too! They have refrigerated/frozen foods and you can heat them up, grab and go cereal type foods too

Cannot recommend this place enough! Next time I’m traveling through I will be staying here!!

MOM WITH 3 SMALL KIDSI decided to book here based on previous reviews Once I pulled up my gut told me that something was wrong So, i decided to read more reviews in the parking lot

And that’s when I noticed reviews stating that it looked like the door had been kicked in, in a few different roomsFront desk was very politeMy room smelled like cigarettes And surely enough, the room’s door jamb was cracked, as if the door had been kicked in We didn’t stay – we cancelled and Left Stayed at another hotel, and paid a few extra dollars Safety and peace are most important – not money!

First time we stayed here, it was amazing, no complaintsSecond time we stayed for our wedding and had tons of family coming in We booked two rooms and one of them smelled as if someone was in the room smoking right then

I immediately went down to the reception desk, told them it smelled like smoke and requested a new room I was met with complete attitude and she said “The best I can do is some air fresheners” I told her that wouldn’t work as it smelled HORRIBLE I told her I had booked a non-smoking room and expected a non-smoked in room She told me the whole hotel was non smoking and she didn’t have any rooms available I told her I knew that was a lie since tons of our family was coming and most hadn’t arrived yet I was then told to stick my parents in that room and to take the clean room I said absolutely not, and to assign us a new room She called the manager and while on the phone, said “I’m gonna need those (hotel keys) back” and slammed them on the desk She then got off the phone and gave me a new room While swapping rooms, two women went in to “clean” it They sprayed it with air freshener and walked right back out Aside from the smoke and horrible receptionist, everything else was good

This was the perfect place, at the perfect time For personal reasons I needed a mental escape to a no-hassle, clean, safe roomMy check-in process was smooth, and the desk clerk, who saw I was having a difficult evening, was very kind

She put me in a third floor room, easily accessible using the facility’s well-working elevatorI worked at a hotel for several years, long ago, both on the front desk and as housekeeping when we were short-staffed I have a critical eye The hallways and the greater facility were spotless and absolutely odor free, although I did not use the pool so I can’t speak to its conditionThe room itself presented equally well, with small finishing touches like re-stocked pointed toilet paper, and NO HAIRS ON ANY SURFACES! No water spots either! Hey, should I mention all the surfaces were dust free, and not just the visible ones? Someone really takes pride in their work! 🙂The sheets were like cream, VERY high thread count, with soft, ample pillows (4 each) provided for each bed The comforter was sufficient The modern AC unit had a good range of temperatures availableI’ll finish with the tub, which was standard-sized, but I was able to draw a refreshingly-hot bath, which was just what the doctor ordered for me to decompressA year ago we put up guests for our wedding here, in suites, and they were very happy Now I understand why This is a good, modern facility, and a good place to take a break 🙂

Scali Family

This was such a nice motel in a very appealing location to stay while on the way home up north While I did not come with kids I can see it is extremely kid friendly with many bells and whistles like the variety of pastries and fixings for the kids in the morning breakfast The front desk is very proper and interested in the quality of your stay

I appreciate that The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice I really liked the bathroom layout and the bath was great I recommend you stay on the first floor for quiet Don’t forget to grab a sandwich at the late night Dunkin Donuts outside

Lindsey Franz

Super fun family experience! The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly The arcade games were great – some gave prizes, and the claw machines were super easy I didn’t mind spending extra in the arcade because I felt like I wasn’t just throwing away money

The pool was clean – extremely chlorinated, which is probably a good thing, but the chemicals being off caused the water to be super cloudy, which was weird Shower water temps & pressure were great It was hard to get our room to a comfortable temp, but both the heat and the AC worked really well The room was on the smaller side, but beds were comfortable, and the in-room fridge and microwave were appreciated Breakfast is grab n go style; the selections were okay (frozen jimmy dean sandwiches, cereal bars, fruit cups, yogurt, etc)

Jamie Berning

I would give them 5 stars for customer service The workers were kind and helpfulUnfortunately, cleanliness is lacking

The shower head was covered in a slime residue, a fake eyelash was laying in the decorative boat at the pool, and the water in the pool is murkyThe hotel attracts a quality of person that seems to have disregard for others Around 6pm the entire water area was filled with a combination of families and oblivious high school students The teenage boys scattered throughout were rough, playing basketball over top of parents with small children With other hoops open, they still came crashing down in close proximity to little kids regularly Additionally there were parents who were allowing children of all ages to run the pool area and the hotel unattendedThe best time to use the pool is between 11-4, after check out and before check in This would require a two day stay So, if you’re planning to go and aren’t wanting to sign up for total chaos that would be when you should hit up the pool areaThe game room was ok For young kids, it was entertaining for about 30 min It was crowded Most games cost $1We wouldn’t go back We did have an hour of quieter time in the early afternoon, and our kids enjoyed the splash pad and adult/kid hot tub That hot tub was packed like sardines by 5pmAlso worth noting, they have a police officer who came to stand guard There were no situations that he was involved in while we were there, but I found it curious that they had an officer present for the eveningFor plenty of people, this is the place to be But if cleanliness and respect of personal space matter to you, I would keep looking

The hotel is in disrepair According with Hotelscom, it offers breakfast and that is not true

Rooms are dirty, the roof of the lobby was falling due to leaking pipes above it, the elevator was filthy No soap in the rooms The location is dangerous at night I booked a room there because all other hotels in Mansfield were full I regret going there Bad hotel

Melissa Champagne

I booked this hotel months in advance ( like end of January) for Inkarceration They quoted me the wrong price and tried to cancel me in Feb because it was quite a bit lower than rooms at this time would be After a very rude conversation I ended up talking to a manager ( even though I was told their wasn’t one) an agreed price

Well today, 5 weeks from the event I again receive an email canceling our room due to a water main break that they say will not be fixed in time I call, in tears, because we will never find another place to stay The front desk clerk is nice but pretty much states they have no options for us How is this even ok??? We have over $1000 in for tickets, vacation time off from work and are super excited for the festival I hoestly would steer clear of this hotel They switched from a holiday Inn and Park Hospitality has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with

Courtney Roewe

If I could give this a zero star I absolutely would! Worst hotel iv ever stayed in we booked two rooms (both the same) and got charged over $100 difference?!? Staff was very rude and hung up on me when I tried to figure out why

and now the booking agency is blaming the hotel and the hotel is blaming to agency now they say whoever was working that night didn’t know what they were doing so we owe them money?!? Please save yourself DO NOT GO HERE we were told by so many people not to walk outside at night

My husband and I spent a few nights at the Wishmaker B&B We had the most incredible experience The food was really good

The entire place was extremely clean I can’t leave out the general manager Kathryn, she is a major asset to the Wishmaker! She made us feel like part of the family as soon as we got there They were very accommodating to our dietary restrictions and my food allergies

Stephanie Libby

We came here just for the Outdoor Igloo Dining experience The staff was great, friendly and quick service Food options were good and the various wines we tried were delicious

I tried their house Midnight Rendezvous (what a fun name)! The i floor was fun but chilly since the circuits kept blowing and then the heaters were off but they did warn us at the time of booking to dress for the weather so we all had plenty of layers and coats on but never got warm enough to take them off

Teddy D

We ate at wishmaker for a birthday and had a really great time We reserved an outdoor igloo It was warm enough especially while the sun was out

Food was great the cheesecake was fantastic I did not try any other wines but Word on the street is, they are amazing Great staff, delicious food Prices are great for the quality of food and service The location is also beautiful

Lady who checked me in was fine Drove an hour out of the way to get a hotel with a pool Go down close to when it should closing (10:45pm) and it’s full of kids because management gave them permission to stay late

Fine I waited for them to leave I tried talking to the manager about getting my own time after he kicked them out and was completely ignored In the middle of the conversation he turned away to start talking to someone else 🤦‍♂️ Pool needs to have adult time after 11 Rooms aren’t the cleanest Bath tub water is hotter than hot tub

Dianna Greene

My daughter, grandson and I spent the night to go swimming The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful My dog came with us, but he wasn’t allowed to swim lol

They charge $10 for a pet, which was reasonable You can pay with cash, but have to pay $100 deposit which is returned after they check your room before you leave They have eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, waffles( regular, and chocolate),cereal, yogurt, cream cheese for the bagels, orange and apple juice, cinnamon buns, and brownie muffins Plenty to get full before leaving, they also have coffee, hot chocolate, and fresh apples and oranges It was nice, the pool stays open till 11pm and reopens at 8 am, and they have a hot tub Great place to relax Cracker barrel and steak and shake is next door, there’s a Walmart and gas station near also Was a relaxing time

Luke Merkel

The dated trip advisor award stickers on the entrance doors are from years and years ago and after awhile you’ll realize why a newer-dated decal hasn’t been appliedThe common areas needs maintenance, cleaning, and cosmetic touchups During our multi-day stay there was towels and trash left from other guests in the hallway for long periods (8hrs+) of time

The vending machines have been completely removed (why?) leaving a nearby gas station as a last resort On our last half of our stay the hot tub was not operating (no heat) and the pool was in need of a skimming Pool towels in the evenings were hard to come by and guests had to ask other guests to inquire at the front desk – a few room towels were eventually brought down by staff as a temporary remedy During the weekend evenings and nights the pool area had up to 12 unsupervised children eating, drinking, running, diving, video recording, and splashing in the hot tubThe staff was friendly and apologetic but it’s clear they are either understaffed or there is an absence of management/franchisee/ownership that isn’t properly addressing issues An email to the General Manager, Snehal Patel, went unansweredSpending an extra $20/night at a nicer nearby hotel would be a wise decision

The rooms seemed nicer on pictures We had a broken and very ugly sealed sink in our room Also, we have never stayed at this hotel before and what got us was the breakfast included and what seemed like very nice looking on pictures

Bananas and packet Oatmeal is not what I’d consider breakfast when traveling with kids Someone needs to do a better job at informing travelers of what’s actually included The only positive about this stay is probably front desk Milo He was very nice and professional definitely doesn’t deserve to be apologetic for this business

Alisa

I really wish that I could give this experience a 0 There was a broken chair, almost broke my neck The room reeks of dog urine

The clock doesn’t work It was ridiculously expensive for 1 night The linens are horrible material I found a piece of glass in my bed This place is a bad representation for Best Western, I’ve stayed at Best Western before and it was 10x better then this

Laura marie

For the price I expected more The breakfast was nothing like it was pictured Not many options

Our tub did not drain properly Wifi was just ok Beds were good and our room wasn’t as clean as you’d expect Our alarm clock would make static noises all night long The place is just very dated Idk just feel like I got robbed for 145 for the night Milo from the front desk was nice and helpful
