This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve been to!Maria, our housekeeper did a fantastic jobVery happy with the room, the pool, the staff…The breakfast was average, what you would typically see in any other hotel, not many hot food optionsOverall, the entire stay was a pleasure

Will be back for sure!

Ana Taylor

We had an excellent overnight stay at the Springhill Suites in Research Park As soon as you walk in, it smells so fresh and clean, and the staff was very kind Alex at the front desk even took the liberty to print out hard copies of directions to the concert we were going to (he printed a bunch out for the guests) which I thought was an “above and beyond” gesture

I normally don’t write reviews, but I think this stay truly deserves it Thanks for making us feel welcome!

Valerie Davis

I am staying at Springhill Suites University Research Park and will be here for (11) days I had to comment only after one night that this is the most pleasant stay at a hotel in a long time I have to say Glenda P

in housekeeping was such a delight and so accommodating She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed Please let her know that Valerie in room (320) said once again, Thank You for everything!

This was my first stay at a Hilton Garden Inn, and I was so impressed at the professional, friendly, accccommodating staff! We were all treated as if we were their only guests! The hotel lobby area was very well laid-out with areas for gathering in groups or private conversations Decorated in a soothing manner with a fireplace and lots of comfortable seatingPrivate rooms contained great beds and amenities

I felt safe and cared for Hilton is my new go to hotel

Traveling through & this was one of few with available rooms Front entrance & lobby were large & very nice Front desk (Anna) friendly & helpful

Room was large & clean with good lighting, plenty of outlets, fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer Bed was comfortable Excellent tv Continental breakfast was fine, although set up in a way that did not flow Hot food options for $895 looked like every other place that offers for free We skipped that Pricier than other hotels but we needed to sleep Knocked off 1 star because of room on highway side was very noisy Otherwise, we heard no other noise Good thing I had a white noise app Recommend

Allen Watson

I’ve spent the last 14 years living in hotels while only being home 6 days/month This was the cleanest Garden In I’ve stayed in The lobby, food and bar ares had a welcoming and relaxing feel

My first experience with Drury Hotels, and it won’t be my last! Friendly staff, fantastic value Partially indoor pool was nice, room was clean and comfortable Refrigerator and Microwave took me a moment to find, but were there and functional

There is an included soda fountain in the evening, as well as the evening kickback from 5:30-7 This location offers two adult beverages per guest per night, complimentary during the kickback as well as a rotating menu of food which saves you from having to go out Had Chicken Alfredo the night I was there and it was good! Can’t say enough nice things about the continental breakfast either, but if you’re visiting Charlotte, get a room at Drury and check it out for yourself!Didn’t have any problems during my stay whatsoever, everything was perfect!

Love this place! Room is very clean as expected They have a jacuzzi which I haven’t found in many of the hotels I’ve been staying at Also, the rooms have central AC, so no cold air blowing on your head at night

A super bonus is the free drinks on happy hour They have laundry service and dinner! Can’t wait to stay here again The staff are friendly and I’m satisfied There is also a mall with a movie theater across the street

Airyl Reed

Great experience! Hotel staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful The room felt very clean and fit our needs perfectly There was always hot breakfast available (sausage, eggs, biscuits, waffles, etc)

I did use the fitness center and besides the ac being broken it was one of the better hotel gyms I’ve been to Overall a great place to stay if you’re in Charlotte!

ladydee 72

This hotel deserves 5 stars for the service alone This hotel provides a full breakfast of home fries, eggs, waffles, sausage patties, biscuits n gravy, and other continental type food The drinks are not only cranberry, orange, and apple juice but also coke products

They also offer you two alcoholic beverages for happy hour (5:30-7) along with a rotation of apps that can serve as your dinner I had pulled pork sliders, along with a baked potato, salad, and nachos They also offered hot dogs, mixed veggies, and fresh popped popcorn The assistant manager was gracious and helpful She was not only directing the traffic of people, she was making sure everyone had what they needed The staff was really customer focused, pleasant, accommodating, and just plain nice The rooms were standard type of rooms but clean and a nice size The hotel is right next to a mall which is walking distance We were there when the hotel was full so the parking was full and some spots were really tight

We booked this hotel kinda last minute on our way home from the beach The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly I liked the layout of the room compared to a traditional room

It gave us more space for our family to spread out I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room The price was very affordable as well We will definitely consider staying here again if our travels bring us this way

James Rudacille

Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling or even staying for a vacay Everything was immaculately clean and in order The breakfast was absolutely delightful and exceeded my expectations

Staff were extremely friendly, from the ladies of the kitchen to the maids and last but not least the check-in staff were so friendly also As I said in the beginning, we would highly recommend this establishment

Daniel Farnham

Hot tub was absolutely filthy, jets didn’t work, and it was very cold The pool is tiny and the the entire pool area is very poorly maintained The gym is large enough for perhaps 1-2 at a time and has minimal equipment

Room was not terrible Very disappointed as we picked this one after reading reviews and because it had a hot tub Drove 11 hours today and this was not a good way to end the day

We chose this hotel because it was cheap Our expectations were too low! The service on the weekend was great The front desk was patient, attentive, and friendly

When the continental breakfast was done but one of my kids felt sick, they let me take an extra bagel When we arrived too early, they let us in 1 of the 2 adjoining rooms right away When we weren’t sure of where to order pizza, they had recommendations When we wanted a few supplies, they had directions for usThe pool was a little too small, but it was a pool, and the kids played in it for hoursWe felt safe at all time

Donnie Brasco

I like that the hotel isn’t far from the hwy A little tricky to get in & out of, but ample lit parking I had trouble checking in, because I used a brand new approved Hilton credit card that I booked my room with, but didn’t have the card yet

The guy on staff told me to download the Hilton app which wouldn’t let me check-in 3rd try by adding the card to my Google pay allowed me to check-in with my drivers license The lobby is beautiful & comfortable! Masks are optional for vaccinated guests Chip in the tub, mark on the carpet, and curtain was falling, but the room smelled fresh & was very clean About 8am for about an hour every 10-15mins someone kept slamming a door I’m not sure if it was staff or guests I was in room 228

Rebecca Tucker

I got a room that had a spa tube in the room witch was great to just relax in I’m a truck driver and had to put it in the shop for a few weeks to get some work done on it anyway back to the hotel, the room was very nice clean and comfortable The price of the room was a little pricey for two night stay It was $449

00 and then a pet fee was 75 dollars for 2 nights witch is a little high for pet fees but I would stay again for sure very nice well maintained hotel and a bonus they had a indoor outdoor pool that was opened to the room 😀

Overall a pretty good hotel, especially for the price Room was clean and spacious Location is convenient to highway, shopping, restaurants

Mobile check-in worked correctly There was one broken cabinet in my room No smart TV, which was disappointing for a Marriott property Doesn’t appear they had breakfast bistro open, but I never use it anyway

Heather Wilson

2 stars because it was clean and that’s definitely a positive However, we chose this hotel for amenities NOTHING worked- pool was “closed for maintenance”, ice machines “under maintenance”, breakfast wasn’t even open- free or paid, no coffee, anything, the a la

csrte downstairs had cheerios and oatmeal and peanuts Oh, and we booked a king suite and they gave us a single king room, had to go downstairs twice to get it figured out- lugging our belongings with us It wasn’t like we arrived early, we called to ask if we could be granted early check-in but they said 2:30 We arrived at 4:30 Also told us that refrigerators had been pulled from the rooms Deems like they are out of money and holding on for dear life to stay afloat Pretty hotel, front desk was very nicebut sadly disappointed

Joseph Dalton

Check in was a hassle, they said our room we booked was unavailable “If you guys want to leave and go somewhere else that’s fine” Really?!?! Not a good start

Someone else stepped in and said they needed time to get our room logged in or something and if we’d like to wait we could Everything amenity was closed, broken or unavailable I definitely won’t be returning, this is my 3rd run in like this with Marriott in the last 2 years I’m done with them

I couldn’t give this hotel any stars If I wasn’t forced to give one, I wouldn’t But their customer service was that bad

I booked a “pay AT the hotel” room a month in advanced It was a guaranteed booking with a confirmation number I drove 2 hours to get to Charlotte- ran into traffic as usual Check in is 3pm on and I got to the front desk at 3:40 The front desk informed me they cancelled my room at 3:00 because I wasn’t here to check in and they tried to charge me prior to getting to the hotel and couldn’t ( that’s not exactly the definition of “pay at the hotel” ) She refused to give me my room even though I had a guarantee and a confirmation number She said she could book my room again except for a higher price I couldn’t affordBeing an out of towner, i had no where to go No sleeping arrangements and all the safe, clean and decent hotels were booked that weren’t $300-500 a night The only room I found had homeless people sleeping in the parking lots and drugs on the corner I felt so unsafe My was to be wonderful, relaxing weekend turned out to be a nightmare because this hotel would not honor my guaranteed bookingTHAT’S POOR POOR BUSINESS

B Attleson

We reserved a king with a pull out couch We booked last minute so we didn’t have many choices The room smelled like pickles and when we turned the heat on the smell grew stronger

We had to choose between a yucky burnt pickle smell or being cold The leather sofa sleeper was half leather -half miss matched cloth and not clean something was splattered along the bottom (pictures provided but not the best) Behind the trash can in the bathroom on the wall in the bathroom was a yellow splatter I think if I had brought some chlorox wipes and some air freshener with I would have enjoyed our stay a little more The king bed was comfortable enough but the pull out couch was not comfortable A mattress protector or sheets were not provided for the pull out bed We were too tired to wait for someone to bring them Luckily, we brought our own blankets and pillows The gym was nice but wipes or cleaning supplies were not available to clean after use -I was not prepared to bring wipes of my own, so I skipped it It was easy to book on price line, but we payed too much The staff were friendly enough There is a nice breakfast I am sure they are doing the best they can with the world being short staffed

I’m not sure how to respond to my original review, below is my review and your reply, which is actually a lie I left around 3, and house keeping was still there and you did not answer 3 voicemails I left Other than being a filthy hotel, terrible customer service you can add blatant lies to the list against staying hereI was planning on staying two nights but I had to leave early, I let the front desk know at 2

30pm and asked about a refund, they said not possible, cleaners had left and they could not rebook my room I left my room and the cleaners were still working on my floor so asked again on my way out and they said, our manager is not here, we can not authorize that I have left three messages, no0 one has called back This hotel staff have been unhelpful, the hotel is also not clean My room smelt of smoke/sweat and chemicalsLikeResponse from the owner 47 minutes agoWe would like to thank you for staying at the Country Inn & Suites, Charlotte University Place and sharing your feedback We are concerned to hear that you were not quite satisfied with your visit and experience, mainly with the refund you are requesting Both manager have already spoke to you and unfortunately the refund was declined because you did not leave the room until around 4:30pm Our housekeepers were finishing up for the day and we were not able to get the room cleaned that day We do apologize that this caused you an inconvenience

Great place to stay Ideal location for shopping, eating out and other local places to go Staff very helpful and friendly

Nice newer, clean and accommodating staff Couple of things that really stink No servicing of the rooms, I know that makes me really early 2019 to expect my room to be serviced

But it is one of the things that makes, made, staying in a hotel something less than mundane Pillows, good grief, somewhere along the way it was decided to toss many awful pillows on the bed instead of a couple nice ones Head sinks through them in seconds Breakfast is for sale here, yeah, the more you pay for the room, the less chance you seem to have of a decent included breakfast Hot water in the morning, evening shower is fine, nice hot water, get up early and the same bean counter in charge of room care has decided to turn the water heater off until maybe 8am Ya know, I have to get up early, and a hot shower really makes a difference, especially when your neck is hurting from sleeping without any head supportI mean none of these matters too much, in a $70 a night hotel, but for something around 3 times that much you might expect a bit more

Edy AT

Initially this trip was as expected Later that evening the heat went out in our room and the hotel was booked at 100% capacity The staff here went above and beyond to make sure that everything that we would need to make it through one night was accessible and staff was on call the manager had our unit checked by maintenance and then moved me from a junior suite to a full suite for the next day because the unit in our room could not be fixed

The one night of inconvenience was severely discounted, point where added to my account I appreciate it the staff of this hotel keeping us informed of everything being done even when we were no longer at the hotel I would get text messages and phone calls to keep us abreast of the room status I was in town to Celebrate a family birthday

We had an early flight so we were only there for a short time one evening after driving from our home city, but the room looked nice and felt nice Only immediate observation is my husband didn’t feel that the provide JR Watkins bath products weren’t the actual product that was on the bottle It was nice that the location is right next to several shops and very close to food and gas station

I must say that this is NOT what I expected from a Holiday Inn Property First let me say that my room was clean, comfortable, and well attended But this Hotel it totally lacking in customer service

Upon arrival there was a line of 5 other parties waiting to check-in There were two employees behind the counter but only one attending to guests The other employee was on her cell phone Finally, after about 10-minutes the employee who was on her cell phone ended her conversation and began checking guest into the hotel From the time I arrived until I finished the checking in was about 20-minutes When it was my turn to check-in I was NOT greeted in any fashion or made to feel welcome The only acknowledgment was “I need your credit card and ID” After a few minutes I received what amounted to a two-minute lecture on “proper conduct” and the Hotel Quiet Time I also got a breakfast order slip and was told that in order from me to receive a grab and go bag breakfast I had to fill it out and place it in a tray at the front desk by 10 pm sharp, “Not 10:05” Then I was handed a two page “Welcome Letter” with my key The second page of the letter once again dealt with “Quiet Time” and was basically a written version of the lecture I had just received All of this before I even got to my room Once in my room I found it to be clean and well attended The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well and served my needs However due to the total lack of customer service I will not return to this hotel on future visits to the Charlotte area

I would have rated higher because it was nice and clean and quiet Conveniently located right off the freeway, reasonably priced, and had a friendly staff My problems were that the door in the back required a swipe of your room key to unlock for safety but it was manually unlocked so anyone could walk in

There were no towels or washcloth in our room and our pillows were small, about the size of a throw pillow on a couch Thankfully I takemy pillow from home everywhere I go

kathy hancock

The room was clean and neat, the beds comfortable and the complimentary toiletries were actually usable The desk clerk, Carolann, checked us in quickly and when asked, she recommended a few good nearby restaurants She was friendly and very helpful

We would stay here again

Ashley Stursa

Our room was dirty and the bed was lumpy/old/uneven I spilled some water on the tile floor and went to wipe it up with a towel and it was a dirty brown I kept wiping the floor and was horrified how dirty it was

Carpet had lots of stains Door didn’t latch to lock properly We were right by the back entrance and all we heard was the door slamming shut Probably one of the worst stays I’ve had, and definitely disappointing for the price Front desk staff was the only saving grace- very friendly and quick

I stayed at this location this weekend for a wedding with my family It was so clean, you could smell and see the cleanliness When I checked in Conner was so nice, funny, and helpful

The staff the next morning was so friendly When I checked out I didn’t get the two young ladies names, but they were so sweet I’m in Charlotte are often so I will be sure to continue to book here Also the location is very convenient Thank you all for making our stay comfortable!!!

The location of this hotel is excellent There are many places to eat, auto shops, gas stations, and pharmaciesThe hotel itself is structurally excellent

It is a sleek and modern building with rooms to matchThe downside to this hotel would be the cleanliness The first time I stayed at this hotel my room was exceptionally clean During my second stay, not so much There was hair in the bathroom, trash in the trashcan, and two wet hand towels which we did not useAside from the room the service is very poor There is never any staff at the front desk There was one kind woman who was working the breakfast bar She changed the TV channel for my baby

Mazie Parkmond

This was our first time staying at this location and I was very pleased Everything was clean and the staff was nice The breakfast could have been better, but it was certainly good enough for a hotel

We have had to stay at many hotels lately because of our slack landlord, but I must say that I will be choosing this one from now on

We will be back It was very clean and safe It had a mini fridge, micrwave, coffee maker, even pull out baskets to hold your snacks

I love all provided in the bathroom There’s pump bottles of shampoo, cream rinse, shower gel, as well as makeup removal wipes and a blow dryer The breakfast was huge with a lot of selection (hot and cold) The pool was refreshing, too The staff was very considerate, friendly and accommodating Thank you for such a great experience Being close to the freeway was loud

Absolutely wonderful service, with real southern charm and clean, comfortable rooms This hotel was spotless, from the parking lot to the lobby, the elevator to the hallways and to the rooms The rooms looked brand new, with soft bedding and everything in good repair and good operating condition

The hot breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of offerings, including smoked sausage, fritatas, muffins, bagels, cereal, mini waffles, breakfast potatoes, juices, milk and more The coffee was always fresh, piping hot and good and strong We’ll definitely be back

My family had a family reunion in the area and the Hilton was the host hotel I worked with the staff prior to arrival and the service was excellent from start to finish Shannon made sure that our experience was smooth and seamless

Several family members expressed their pleasure with the service of the hotel We had a family member who was vegan and had limited choices for the breakfast buffet I spoke with one of the employees and he, immediately resolved the situation to her liking Great customer service once again! My only suggestion is the need to update The lobby was quite warm the entire weekend The grounds could use some work and pressure washing, but that may take some time to coordinate I would still recommend choosing this hotel

Mrs. Ellis

Nice hotel, quiet rooms, lovely lake view I gave 4 stars because I wasn’t expecting everything at the hotel to be closed already when we arrived early Sunday afternoon We were disappointed because there was no advance notice of this and we had to leave back out for dinner

Seems small, but I had been driving for hours prior to check in and room service would have been appreciated, or at least notice posted on their website so I could grab something for the family prior to arrival

Elizabeth Partain

This was absolutely not worth the price I’ve paid half as much for rooms that were twice as nice When you stay in a Hilton, you expect something above average, and this barely hit average

The room looked like a hospital room, there were stains on the sheet and shower curtain, room service wasn’t available, and the vending machine didn’t even work Definitely not a good experience, and definitely won’t be staying again

Find another hotel This place lacks any kind of customer service Management is unavailable to talk to during regular working hours

Front desk is fully of empty promises Stayed here three nights and they never came to refresh the sheets, towels, and such (after multiple requests) The room was dirty, cobwebs in both windows and on the fan, and dirty towels left in the bathroom from the last guest Truly disappointing and well below the Hilton standard The only positive is the location

Christopher Condon

Stayed her for a wedding I was in Never got the discounted rate I’m a Hilton Honors member and they said they could do anything

So Staff and Hilton Management can’t fix their mistake Never going here or any Hilton again Recommend checking you bill many times, even though nobody can do a thing Wow, now they are asking me to call Which I have done, twice VM and no response You are complete BS Stay away from Hilton!!

Lisa Tran

Location was great and the property on the outside was beautiful! Unfortunately the rooms were extremely dated, we had a big bug crawling on the ceiling The spider webs were in the corners and the faucet were broken in the showersWe asked the night for our room to be cleaned

The next day at 12:30 it was still not cleaned and when I asked down stairs they said it wound be clean When we came back that night of course it had not be cleanedDisappointed from this hotel-

I like to start by saying, that the staff from the front desk to the housekeepers we’re all very friendly and knowledgeable I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there the atmosphere is so amazing The bar cool the pool outstanding

TVs at every location I would suggest bring the family business or vacation to this location and you will have a good stay Also the bed sleep so comfortable

brian keith

For the price it was good accommodations The rooms were clean and had a good stock of pillows and towels Staff was friendly and there was always someone at the desk to assist

They had laundry on-site on the even numbered floors, pool and gym They did not have a free continental breakfast They had a smart TV and it allowed you to watch your own shows

Residence Inn by Marriott combo big but still very nice 7 story hotel here for a week in August Clean and quiet but very busy post Covid Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and downtown only 15 minutes away

Unfortunately I did witness the after effects of a break-in out in the parking lot It can happen anywhere do don’t leave any valuables in plain sight

I enjoy my stays at Homewood Suites It is usually very clean and I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining a good, clean friendly atmosphere The last times I stayed, there were noticeable stains on a few doors and door frames

I understand it though there is a lot of a certain staff is allotted certain time frames to clean_reminders to check behind themselves Also, there should be more focused monitoring of breakfast guests who don’t put on the supplied plastic gloves and keep masks on, as asked to do while gathering breakfast items The areas are clean, staff friendly and service is great!

Homewood Suites in Concord is top notch! From the reception staff to housekeepingMy travel partner and I stayed here literally every other week, a week at a time each time We were never unimpressed

From check-in, the sweet reception staff are 5-stars in themselves <3 and always make it a breeze! Making our way up to our room and every time checking out the room before getting comfy (I’m an avid mattress-flipper) and this is the one and only hotel I’ve stayed in that consistently has stain-free mattresses We’ve probably stayed in at least 20 different rooms in this hotel and NEVER seen a stain, dirt, bugs, etc Every inch of the rooms are sparkling clean, never a fingerprint or dust anywhere Shoutout to housekeeping for that! In the mornings there is a wonderful breakfast (my favs are the western omelette, hash browns with peppers/onions) and of course the waffle maker when having a sweet tooth The linens are soft, pillows are top notch, and rooms are spacious Every time I come in those front doors I want to holler “Honey, I’m home!” The location of the hotel is close to a bunch of food/shopping establishments as well, and of course the speedway so that’s a plus!Shoutout to Amanda, Lindsey, and Tash for always being so welcoming and making Homewood Suites a home-away-from-home! You guys are the best!

LITERALLY one of my FAVORITE hotels I’ve ever stayed at It’s up there with the Four Seasons! The suite was beautiful and I’m picky so trust me you will love it ! Everything in the room was spotless and well taken care of The hotel looks brand new and smells fresh! I was truly at home during my stay

I checked in with Ruthie she was so sweet and welcoming and I checked out with Gen and she was so polite and nice with me and other hotel guest! She asked me how my stay was and I could tell she genuinely cared! I love this hotel! This will be my hotel I stay at anytime I’m in Charlotte/Concord area!

Only good thing about this hotel was the two male front desk workers (both young black males) They were very nice and professional during our interactions If not for those two I would rate this a 1 or 0 star

Hotel needs to be updated on the insidebut that’s out of the staffs hands Things they can controlthey ran out of breakfast multiple times before the listed end time I asked for plastic wear to eat dinner and the front desk lady told me they didn’t have any available cause it was locked in the kitchenI call BS! An entire hotel and no plastic wear On my first night I had to call the front desk 3 times due to noise and teens running and playing in the hallway between the hours of 12-2am Nothing was done and I eventually went into the hallway and told them to quite down I was there mid June and it was extremely hot and the pool was closed at least 2-3 of the 5 nights I stayed Hotel is in a decent location Overall I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling with a family Maybe a single adult staying one night

Mimi Jamison

I enjoyed my stay here I just wish they had a microwave in the room The rooms are nice though

They are updated rooms with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied in the shower The beds are comfy and so was the other furniture The breakfast was okay It was hard to get waffle batter and I wish they served bacon I would stay here again for the price The hotel clerks and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful

Tracy Holtzapfel

The color of the hallway leading to the room leaves a lot to be desired It feels old and outdated with the dull orange color and this hotel is not that old Really feels like it was built in the 1970s

Almost makes you dread opening the door to your room However the room is inviting and the bed super plush The window darkening shade was broken and in the middle of taking a shower the light went completely out and it is completely dark with there only being the bathtub and the toilet in that room There’s no fan so ladies if you worry about going number two and someone hearing it then I suggest you don’t stay here because it echoes It will leave you mortified 😳

The hotel is what I expected The room is a little dated And not the best sound insulation

But it was clean and comfortable Just what our family needed for the nightWhat got me to take the time to write a review is the staff They were all so friendly and helpful!Checking in later at night both my husband and I recognized the woman at the front desk was above and beyond friendly and helpfulMrs Cynthia was the woman in charge of breakfast She was attentive, friendly and it was all very clean We we’re very impressedThen checking out this morning was all greatIf you want to experience great customer service this hotel is full of lovely peopleThank you

Jordan Burns

I had stayed in this hotel in a king suite the 21st-22nd with a checkout time at noon Condition of the room was great, cleanliness was great, off to a great start and we did enjoy our stay However, about AN HOUR before checkout time the front desk worker literally barged into our room

Beforehand he did try to call, but I was on another personal call and could not answer You would think he could have at least knocked? He said he was checking for room service and this is totally understandable after the time of checkout but not a minute before, especially with the prices paid for a room that is supposed to be private Thank goodness we were in ‘proper form’ but someone else may not have been I have stayed in many hotels and never experienced this Please let me know if this is a normal thing for your staff to do because if so I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere when in need of a hotel And by the way, minors stay in hotel rooms too This could have been hugely problematic on a legal standpoint This staff member had short dark hair and a slim build, I did not get his name but felt this experience was necessary to share because again, minors stay in hotels too

Tarnisha Hicks

The property is in a great location and very easy to find The staff is friendly and breakfast was decent The hotel exterior is in desperate need of pressure washing and maintenance

The hallways and elevator carpet/floors were very dirty and smelled bad Our room was put together nicely, but very dirty and lacked preventative maintenance It all presented itself as a hotel that was in need of an owner/management that cares The door handles, doors, light fixtures, inside of toilets were very dirty My family and I had to clean the room and spray the bedding and couch before we sat down and placed our items I was very disappointed as this is not what I expected from Residences Inn
