Facility not kept clean Bathroom shower has mold on doors and in corners Bathroom floors not cleaned in any corners

Dirt and hair in almost ever corner Water pressure in shower (DOES NOT HAVE A TUB) was barely enough to get wet Carpets throughout facility stained with no cleanup after visitors tracking in dirt Website reflects stationary bicycles in exercise room but non there Only professional and courteous employee was the lady preparing the breakfast bar (Hazel) She alone deserves accolades for her quality of work and her friendliness Will not stay there again

I give them one star if I could I wouldn’t give any The lady at the front desk with the crusty wig was very rude and so was the manager, the showers have mold and hair in the corners and the carpets are stained The only people who were very nice and don’t get enough credit was a few of the house keepers and the two older ladies who does breakfast! I wouldn’t recommend!

10 out of 10 do NOT recommend! These are the thinnest walls I have ever experienced – we heard conversations next door, alarms at 5 am, every time someone ran water, and on and on The room above us was having what sounded like a party – music included Took 2 calls to the front desk (last one at nearly 2 am) and the threat of calling police before action was taken

My six-year-old cried until 1 am before she fell asleep due to all the noise The positive is the staff was very friendly If you are staying for sleep, this is NOT your stop

We stayed in this hotel recently and everything was alright except the cleanliness of the rooms and our room door The door to our room seemed not aligned correctly, so it wouldn’t shut properly and you had to use more strength than usual to open the door The room seems clean when you first walk in but start getting comfortable and all you’ll see is crumbs EVERYWHERE

Everywhere I look there is crumbs The beds had stains on them, etc The room just felt gross the more you spent time in it Overall, the housekeeping needs to do better I rate three stars because the staff was kind and the lobby was great to hang out in!

Sean Mcevoy

We checked in on 6/7 I went to our room and saw that there was two socks under the comforter, their where crumbs between the two beds They didn’t clean the room

I called the front desk and the manager on duty was very friendly She told me she would send someone right up Which happenedThey changed the bed sheets and moved onIt’s a newer hotel, but the housekeeping needs to improveI won’t stay back here

This is by far the most comfortable hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The bed was amazing The pillows are so comfortable and if you don’t like them, they have different types to choose from so everyone is happy The staff is amazing! Everyone I spoke to seemed to like their job

My only complaint is with the designer of the hotel They put the bathroom door right at the foot of the beds with a clear door It is frosted but when someone goes to the bathroom at night, the light shines right in your face There is little privacy with those doors

Bob Trimble

This was the first time that we’ve stayed at the new design of the Fairfield InnCheck-in was a bit sketchy as the Reception associate seemed to be more interested in getting back to her cell phone than helping her guestsThe room was very spacious and well appointed

The bed area was separated well from the sitting area and TV The middle cushion of the sofa needed attention as it seemed like a sink hole was presentThe coffee was great and the breakfast looked better than average for a Fairfield A good stay

Kenyatta Townes

This hotel is very deceiving It’s a new hotel so you would think it would be exceptional, WRONG!First when we entered our room we noticed that our bed was low It was on the damn floor, it had no frame and the hotel was full so they were not able to move us to another room

We were there for a family reunion, for a weekend and we were gone for the entire day Saturday When we returned no one made the bed, or removed the trash, or restocked towels I’ve never stayed in a hotel that did not offer these things So we had to call down to the front desk for towels 3 times only to be told to come down to get the towels yourself My sister called for toilet paper and it never arrived either Huh? Why wasn’t the room stocked before we arrived This hotel was an expensive mistake and with the sorry service we received along with the rude women at the front desk, we do not plan on staying in another Fairfield again There were additional issues my family experienced during their stay here at the Fairfield that we did not listMy nephew stayed across the street at the Courtyard and he enjoyed his stay there Something to think about if you’re staying in that area

My family and I had just come off of a 12hr drive from Maryland We try to read reviews and look at pictures when booking hotels Sometimes everything matches up and sometimes it doesn’t

Thankfully this place exceeded our expectations! The staff was nice and welcoming You can tell they enjoy what they do They take pride in keeping the property clean The room was spacious, clean and comfortable Just what we needed to refresh and finish our trip to Texas Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Crystal Gaitan

After having a horrible experience at another hotel close by, we ended up here We were passing by and didn’t want to pay too much since we were only going to sleep for a few hours This hotel was a little more on the pricer end but worth it! Parking was gated and well lit compared to others in the area

Staff was very friendly The room and restroom was very clean Breakfast was included Waffles, biscuits, sausage and gravy, cereal coffee and juice was included There was an indoor pool and fitness center We didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities but I will definitely stay at this hotels at other locations and recommend to friends and family

Kenneth Withrow

This has become our usual stop on the way to my mom’s house when we travel from Texas to North Carolina The accommodations and the staff are always wonderful Because of that, we’ve kind of come to expect that same level of excellence from other hotels we stay at from time to time, and very few can measure up

I can’t say enough good stuff about Comfort Suites in Jackson, Tennessee

The rooms were absolutely divine! The breakfast servers were so kind and at the end of breakfast, the ladies told us to take whatever we wanted because they’d have to throw it away as soon as they closed They had just refilled the bacon and eggs and the biscuits We took the leftovers to the bus stop where there are squatters and homeless people

It would have been such a waste to throw that away

Gregg Steinbrenner

We stayed here last September and had a great experience Everyone fell in love with our service dog Eva We booked a room here again through Expedia selecting the pet friendly option

Upon arrival they gave us a room Upon seeing Eva they kicked us out citing Tennessee law The manager was rude and controlling down to not approving where I was standing in the lobby When I asked when the policy changed I was told they had a management change since the last time I was there Really bad hiring choice Need a do over on that

Our stay here at the Hampton Inn and Suites was one of our best stays ever! The front desk staff Amy and Gabby were the best!! From the moment we walked in we felt at home Amy and Gabby were the best staff I have ever met They were very polite, professional and helpful when I asked about information of the local weather and such

Their hot breakfast is filling as well From scrambled eggs to sausage links to breakfast potatoes, you cant go wrong If you left hungry, it’s your fault The king size bed in our room was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in also I highly recommend this Hampton Inn and Suites for your next stay!!

Vacation Like A Local

We made the hotel reservation while on the road (literally) using the Hilton Honors app If you do not have this app, we highly recommend getting it We made the reservation about an hour or two before arriving at the hotel

And the app made check in really easyThe room was very clean There was a lot of space to relax It was everything we needed and more

17 consecutive days without room service……… I had a 2 month stay but had to relocate after the first month After 5 days with no housekeeping I asked the desk employee if I could arrange housekeeping/towels/sheets once every 3 days and requested my bathroom exhaust fan be repaired

On day 15 of my stay, I still had not had any services or my bathroom fan repaired, even though I had requested both 6 times, the last request being with one of the hotel managers On day 17 I contacted Hilton Honors and shared my experience Hilton Honors informed me that the hotel told them that they had not serviced my room because I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door every day I shared that there was not a door tag to use inside my room and it appears they lied just to avoid getting in trouble Hilton Honors was astonished and assured me they would have it resolved That day my room was cleaned with new sheets and towels but no fan repair Fast forward to day 32, over 2 weeks since I contacted Hilton Honors My room has been cleaned once every 4 days, but sheets have been changed only twice, and still no fan repair From the pics it’s obvious that local hotel management has failed to maintain this property or personnel I’m Diamond status and stay at Hilton properties from coast to coast and I have never encountered such a neglected property

The Geek Next Door

Avoid if you can This place was probably nice 15 years ago The pool is closed

The hotel has a funny smell The water doesn’t drain from the tub, so enjoy other people’s funk while you try to shower as their funk swims around your feet The staff were great even if none of our complaints were dealt with To top it off, on Sunday, we came down at 9:15am to a fully EMPTY breakfast area The guy responsible for breakfast that day had closed up shop by 9am and didn’t care The wonderful blonde woman that ran the breakfast area normally would never have done thatI couldn’t recommend anyone stay here unless they absolutely need the suite Go somewhere else The hotel staff use the sad little area where they sell you overpriced microwave dinners and drinks as their personal free grocery store They spend more time sitting at the tables on the hotel lobby eating and watching TV than they do taking care of the placeWe had to get out our Meyer’s cleaning and real paper towels to clean the enormous amounts of dust and smell from our roomWe will NEVER come back to this hotel again There are far better places to stay around Jackson than this The elevators are nasty Lights were missing everywhere The whole place was pretty much disgusting AvoidMost of the staff is worthless The only decent ones are the lady that does the breakfast most of the time and the lady that came by to clean our room The maintenance people and the front desk people are worthless Stay somewhere else This feels like a fake Marriott hotel It really sucks Don’t believe the positive reviews They are likely fake or just high when they wrote them

Thomas Bland

I had read from the reviews that it was not the cleanest, and the reviewers we’re correct There were so many hairs on the bathroom floor that I had to borrow bleach from the front desk and cleaning towels to clean it myselfThe kitchen had dirty utensils, the toaster look like it had never been wiped down and some of the pots were clearly greasy

Thanks to corporate deciding what we would like for breakfast It was all prepackaged and microwaveable food They did have fresh watermelon, but no toast or bagels!!! How do you serve rubber eggs and dried out sausage patties without toast???? Just weirdThe woman serving breakfast was amazing She made me a little cup of potatoes with green on peppers She was constantly refilling things and did it with a smile on her faceI will not be visiting a Marriott again It wasnt clean, breakfast was meh, and they charge too much
