Really nice park We were only there for a night but would have stayed longer The park grounds are kept up nicely, there are cement strips to drive/park on with grass lawns

😊 lovely staff which gave us the name of a RV repairman who came promptly to assist us We thank you for that Did not use any amenities but am sure they are as nice as the rest of the park

Lynn Redfern

Nice, well kept and private Lots are a little too close and they lack pits and fire rings, but there are some areas scattered about with those Nice little private lake for catch and release fishing

Pool is small and covered with a small heated jacuzzi next to it Staff was very friendly We are staying a week and would have no problems staying again I think they need additional lighting at the visitor parking area , but all in all I rate this place a 4

Overall it was a great stay Staff was friendly at check in I had visited with my kids brought a friend’s daughter to see her dad who was staying at this hotel

Asked about my booking since I had more kids than they had anticipated Explained the situation since she wasn’t staying with me The room was well cleaned downfall we did only have 2 pillows on each queen size bed and had 2 towels Tho we were 2 adults and 2 children and thats the information i gave them when i booked the room thus why they tried to make a deal out of it when i checked in I never get breakfast at any of my stays I did this time and it was great The person serving breakfast was supper nice and friendly My kids enjoyed her asking them if they enjoyed their stay and how well they slept Pancake machine was a hit with them You get to make your own pancakes and they got to watch the machine cook them Only reason I gave it a 4 stars is because I had to book way in advance its a big hotel yet told they run out of rooms quick Closest place with rooms is Tyler

The room was very clean I know they are short staffed but I think they are taking it to the extreme They don’t go into your room to make the beds, you have to put your trash and towels outside your room when you need it taken

They won’t give you anymore towels until you give them your used ones The pool area was inside and very muggy We couldn’t stay long because it was so stifling

Chasity Miller

A very different experience then any other hotels that we have ever stayed inOnly 2 pillows on the bed, 2 of each towel We had to call and get blankets and sheets for the pull out

When we did they didn’t have the ant blankets for the pull out You have to have your trash and dirty towels in the hall by 9am if you want them replaced Which is not told to you at the time of check-in The room had a funny smell to it

We booked a 3 night stay The beds were a hard as the floor only lumpier The room did not have the jacuzzi tub in it we paid for, and to top it all off the toilet wasn’t even mounted to the floor

Nothing like trying to use the restroom and hoping to stay on for the full 8 second ride! When we went to cancel the rest of our booking, the owner told us there was nothing he was going to do about it Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had I’ll be paying for the room here I’m not staying in, and for one at holiday Inn tonight

The service was awesome I was traveling with my mom who’s 79 and it wasn’t any more rooms with 2 beds on the first floor at the price we made reservation for The manager at that time was kind enough to commodate us with a suite room at know additional cost, due to fact my mom could not walk up any stairs

We really appreciated that We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Texas Thank you so very much again!!!!!

For an old hotel not too bad but I was beaten by bedbugs and showed the manager (bob) pics of the bugs and what my skin looked like the morning after and I was told nothing was found in the room even after I showed him pics with time and geolocation stamp Pretty much called me a liar They have a bed bugs problem

What I get for being so dawn cheap

Excellent serviceExcellent cleanlinessEverything worked

Date: JulyRoom: Coastal RoomIf I could give 45 stars, I would, as our stay truly was spectacular, and I hope to go againBut I gave 4 stars because, considering the price, there were a couple things that could have been better1) We stayed in the Coastal Room The bed in that room is along the same wall as the bathroom in the next room So I had just fallen asleep when the other guest started a bath or shower It was right next to my ear and woke me with a start as there is not much white noise in the room, even with a fan (that works great) and a personal AC There just isn’t good insulation in the walls and not an ideal placement of the bed The second night, I used a white noise playlist on Spotify and that worked2) Speaking of the AC Works great, we kept it fridgid while there But the display functions as a night light which kept me up after the above described awakening The next day I discovered that you can turn this off (See photo) You’re welcome 😜3) the water gets wonderfully hot BUT when first using it, I was only getting icy water This ended up being because the “hot” and “cold” markings on the faucet are backwards (See photo – there is a sun and a snowflake) This seems like it would be a simple fixI LOVED the private back porch It doesn’t have AC, but with the fan, it is quite nice, even in July Just know if others are in their porches, they can’t see you, but they can hear you!

We were in town for the Rose Festival and came in on Thursday to could experience Kiepersol beyond just a wine tasting We did the wine tour + tasting upon arrival around lunch time, enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and had a nice overnight stay in the Paarl Room at the main B&B This room is on the corner overlooking mother nature and has a well appointed + large screened in outdoor patio with plenty of seating and a fan

Upon request, we were also shown the Cottage and Stable House because this was a girls weekend and we want to bring the guys back The B&B is great for a girls weekend or a couples get away!

Our daughter was out of town with her grand parentsa couple weekends ago So we decided to pamper ourselves a little for a night Jacksonville isn’t far from us so we drove over on a Friday and checked in for Saturday

The property manager checked us in and was amazingly kind When I asked about the pool he was happy to show us his self Our stay was lovely! The room spotless and comfortable, the pool area very clean and the breakfast was very nice We will be bringing our daughter for a stay in the next couple of weekends and we can’t wait!!

The check in process was most excellent The desk attendant was nice and pleasant The room was great

It was clean and welll-stocked The breakfast was lacking but it seems that’s now the norm That’s sad considering the value of the room The worst part was being rushed out of the room upon checkout time I understand that there’s a certain amount of time to turn over a room But this place was not nearly filled with guests And there were four people working on rooms directly outside our door They saw us entering the room and it was obvious that we were readying to leave, yet they called AND knocked AND opened the door TWICE It was definitely overkill -especially considering that I am a rewards member AND there was NO DANGER in running out of time to turn over the room
