The hotel staff are amazing, friendly, accommodating, respectful, and so much moreThe room was excellent

Only weird part was the carpet was a bit dingy/old Beyond that it was nice and spaciousThe hotel game room oddly had to be reserved but it was small room so makes senseIf you need a bell-dolly for your luggage they’re is only 3 in the entire hotel Why? No idea but makes no sense for a hotel of that sizeSelf serve Breakfast is greatBbq area is greatLocation is fantastic

This is the perfect location if you want to stay close to family and friends Love waking up in the morning to work out at the gym After working out has some delicious breakfast and coffee

At night time you can go outside have a drink by the fire pit The only issue I had was a customer service issue other than that I really enjoyed my stay and definitely will be staying here again

Steff A.

I stayed there recently for a one night Saturday night stay and it was fantastic from beginning to end

Check In: My reservation was booked through the Hilton website The front desk attendant was so friendly she provided us 2 bottles of water at check in She explained to us the facilities and the complimentary breakfast for the next morning I received a text message later welcoming me again and to text back if I needed anything Lastly, the housekeeping supervisor assigned to our room stopped by and introduced herself to us She told us not to hesitate to reach out if we need anything AwesomeFacilities and room: We had a two queen room and the room was spotless The TVs worked well and all the furniture and decor was contemporary and appeared brand new The bathroom was spacious, clean and had strong water pressure and no shortage of hot water This is very important to me lolMiscellaneous: The complimentary had some hot dishes of eggs, breakfast meats and plenty of bagels, pastries, fruits, juice etc They had a staff of 3 attending to everyone and they did great Don’t forget to tip! The lobby was spacious and the business area section had plenty of table space if you need go spread out and get some work done There was no charge for parking which we totally appreciated as wellNext time I’m in Chula Vista visiting my buddy and his fam, I will definitely stay at Homewood Suites again if need be Safe Travels all!

I usually do not write reviews but here I have to About our stay at this hostel:- The wifi is inexistant We asked the staff to fix it and all they could do is give us 4 different wifi and none of them actually worked

If you go there for business, you won’t be able to work- the hostel charged us a whole week of parking (which is quite expensive, 20$) while we parked our car only 2 days there After calling them, they are going to reimburse us but fortunately we saw that- we were leaving the hostel early in the morning to the airport so we asked the staff the day before to book a taxi for us The guy at the reception said this was ok and that he was going to call us The next morning, he told us that he had not booked the taxi The taxi came 30 minutes late and we were close to miss our flightAbout the hostel and neighborhood:- the rooms are much smaller than what you can expect- the breakfast is ok, not good but not bad either- the neighborhood is very noisy

To be clear this is not a 5 star hotel It is an older well maintained hotel with good staff and clean rooms that is pet friendly It is just off the highway and coming from the highway you will need to make a u-turn to get to it

The Dennys in the parking lot is excellent For the money and being only 19 minutes from downtown SD it is a great option

Stefanie Meza

Stayed here for a month due to water damage in our home and I cannot say our stay has been anything less than exceptional!Great customer service at the front desk and pet friendly !security walks around at night so we did feel very safe when we had to take the dog out too use the restroom in the middle of the nightFree breakfast ! The breakfast is very simple so do not expect a 4 star meal but definitely perfect to grab some coffee and a small bite to go in the morning they also have waffles on the weekendNoticed a lot of tourist and families staying here along with some workers on the weekday

Perfect location if you’re a tourist on a budget !Close to freeways and some great Mexican food Definitely would recommend staying here :)A BIG thank you from the Meza family

This hotel and property were nice and very warm and inviting feeling We’d stay again All the staff was so friendly and genuine, we loved that! The rooms were clean and our king bed was comfortable!Only cons were there is no breakfast and our floor did reek of weed the first night, which was off-putting as the lobby smelt amazing

It also was a little south of SD We thought it might be a little closer but we aren’t from there so didn’t know Not far at all just not right by it

Eric Yanagihara

Seems newer or remodeled Our double queen room was well cleaned and smelled fresh Plenty of towels

Air conditioning was relatively quiet and cooled our room quickly Be aware that the hotel is pet friendly, so you may hear the occasional bark(ing) No breakfast service, but there is a restaurant next door on the same property (no discount for hotel guests)Conveniently located to the 5 North & South on-ramps Ample parking during our visit in mid JulyBottom line, would definitely stay here again

Stu Turner

Wow! It looks newly renovated, everything is beautiful It’s very large, almost 500 rooms I’m in room 420 with a balcony- it’s a bit of a walk to get to the room but the room is spacious and spotless

I brought my pillows jic but this bed and it’s pillows were perfect so I didn’t need them The air is great, you can either set the thermostat or just turn it on There is a small gym, the pool and spa are open No continental breakfast but there are a ton of restaurants just right around the corner, one even right outside the front door The whole place smells great too This will be my regular hotel from now on

This Hampton Inn is located in a very interesting area that is kind of remote and surrounded by office buildings that are mainly medical It appears to be newly decorated and well-kept They allowed us to check in a little early which was nice

The pool and jacuzzi in the back are clean however not that warm The employees were all professional and kind We did have an issue with our heater in our room After we contacted the front desk the issue was resolved They do have a nice area where they sell a lot of different snacks and beer I believe they provide a morning breakfast although we didn’t use it Overall a clean well-kept place I will say that all of the sanitizing stations were empty so there was no hand sanitizer I’d recommend this hotel and I would stay there again

Stephene Ortega

This hotel and it’s employees are the most kind, considerate , polite team I’ve ever met I’m a health care worker that works night shift I need to sleep days, holiday in wants me to pay for 2 nights to sleep there one day

That’s $252 +tax Hampton inn gave me a day rate and didn’t charge me 2 nights!! They are very accommodating I’ll never go anywhere else!

steve baylie

Staff was nice,, upon check-in, get 2 bottles of water The rooms are clean and eco friendly with 2 mode flush options Big plus is the; we’ll help you with those items you forgot to pack like a toothbrush/paste/shaver

Nice large TV and modern, new rooms, comfortable beds and functional alarm for us business travelers Head down for breakfast in the morning dished out by staff Ask for a tray to bring it back to your room if your overly cautious like myself Avoid the toll highway on the way to the hotel

Like I always say” dont judge the book by its cover” people very friendly working there Close location for everything which is a plus for us Def will rebook again but this time with the kids

Rooms were clean and organized Only negative thing about our stay is the elevator is a bit slow to go up or down and card reader had a few issues but it got resolvedThanks to Victor and his people Thank you and see you next time

Gloria Plawner

This was a great hotel for me and my family of 5 Check in was quick, service is excellent, breakfast was standard but delicious and everything we needed! The rooms are clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the abthrooms were clean I usually get creeped out by smells and textures but i had no reservations about staying here

The rooms and furnishings are slightly dated but everything is very clean and comfortable The pool area was clean and the water was heated We were all very happy

Daiyaan Epps El

The service was excellent Although the rooms are extremely dated, and the beds are super uncomfortable! I did a lot of tossing and turning throughout the night Unless you are staying for more than a week, there will be no bed service to clean the room

Luckily we only stayed one night You are able to control the air conditioning from the room with the old school window unit, which is a plus, and it gets super cold!

Stayed there for 3 nights with a couple of friends The room we were in was a bit small, particularly the sink area, but it seemed clean and was otherwise reasonably appointed The breakfast is quite good with delicious cinnamon rolls and a pancake machine that makes 2 pancakes for you in about a minute

Lots of food and other shopping options within walking distance Easy access to highways to get to where you might want to go in San Diego About 15 minutes drive to the airport

Kelvin Woods

Very convenient to the cites, airport, naval base, and trolley The service I received was very helpful and polite The breakfast was hands down a true spread of food and tasted great

The bedroom was completely comfortable with a bed and a couch that converts to a bed if you have extra guest The TV could have been a little bigger but was properly sized and swiveled so that the angle was perfect for viewing at the desk, couch, bed, or sink area I had a good view of the area from the 4th floor window and from the stair balcony at the end of the hallway I will visit this location again on my next visit

James G

Rats inside the hotel Floors were stained and dirty Mold was pervasive and the floors feel rotted below the carpets

The dirt and grime from the air conditioning units can be seen even on the outside of the hotel–if you have any sensitivity, you will have trouble breathing Only one elevator was working and sometimes none were working Parking is extremely difficult, even in a compact car The pool is smaller than the room and only a few guests can use it at one time The breakfast was extremely underwhelming The hotel charged my card 4 times for the room, and the charges are still pending

The 2 stars are for the 2 main benefits – free breakfast every morning (and it wasn’t too bad either) which saved a ton of money for a family of 4, and the large rooms (the beds were next to each other, but you can close a sliding door and sit on the couch to watch TV) and kitchenThat being said, I’m sure I can find this at another hotel and have a much more pleasant stay The downsides:- When I took a shower the first morning, water started leaking everywhere because the shower curtain wasn’t long enough and it was blowing back into me (gross!)

I tried my best to arrange it but it simply didn’t work and there was water every where I mentioned something to the staff because I didn’t want to ruin the floors, and received a simple “we know, it’s on order”very odd response and not even a “sorry”- The pillows were”crunchy” It was quite literally the worst hotel bed/pillow I have ever slept in I went to cover the kids and was confused, as they were using a MATRESS PROTECTOR as a sheet! Huh?!- The staff was the most unfriendly I have ever seen in the service industry No smiles No asking how our stay was They looked annoyed when I would approachOverall, there are SO many choices for hotels in this area that I wish I had known this before my stay (June 2022) After this we visited 2 more hotels during our trip which were both great, making this experience look even worse

Jennifer Knudson

As Diamond members we were on the first floor by the pool, so we were woken up by kids splashing around I asked for pillows and got them the next day We found ants in our room two days before leaving

There was a stain on the couch which made the entire room feel dirty I purchased Clorox wipes to wipe everything down, but you can’t wipe a cloth couch with spots on it, I wish I would’ve taken a picture because it was the size of two basketballs We were supposed to have our room cleaned after 4 days since we were staying 7 days and I confirmed with the front desk that it would happen Monday, but it didn’t The beds were very uncomfortable, and we ended up with 11 pillows and still didn’t sleep well The pillows should’ve all been replacedflat and lumpy We ate breakfast two days which was okay but after seeing dogs walking through the food area, I didn’t want to eat anything again from the kitchen The ~$3k we paid for having a kitchen, living room, and free breakfast was not worth it!!! We have stayed exclusively at Hiltons for the past 4 years and this was the worst experience We didn’t have to pay for parking after bringing up the ants which I have a picture of I felt dirty all week and preferred to not be at the hotel The one positive is the staff was friendly I can add pictures upon request

Bravo Adventures

First time staying at Homewood Suites in San Diego at hotel circle Furniture is very outdated Lots of cigarette buds outside

Landscaping needed some attention Thankfully their customer service was a great Very friendly staff Front desk was nice Housekeeping made deliveries in a timely manner Loved the recreation room which included a pool table and sitting area with a tv It’s a pet friendly hotel and that was awesome as we had our pet babies with us I enjoyed the gym early in the morning They have lots of treadmills Our room had a mini kitchen with 2 burners, average sized fridge, small sink, paper towels, tiny dish soap bottle, utensil, pots, pans, microwave, coffee pot, mini island counter, a separate room, a sofa bed, everything in this suite was very accommodating and useful Complimentary breakfast is always a plus Nearby shopping centers such as Target Also many restaurants very close by Easy access to the freeway Great location Pool was average size It was a bit to cold to swim but warm enough to read a book and tan by the pool You need your key to access certain doors on the property such as the pool, recreation room, entering the hotel from the parking garage or from the back of the hotel One thing I didn’t like is that there was one sliding door that opened and closed the restroom and the closet One sliding door for both the restroom and the closet As a result of this one door you only had access to either the restroom or the closet one at a time only not both If this sounds confusing that’s how we felt trying to access the closet or the restroom Parking garage is very small and is located beneath the hotel We became very familiar with the hotel rather quickly Hopefully this hotel is on Hilton’s list to upgrade because the location is a big plus

I stayed with these folks twice, between June 2012 and October 2012 It was a difficult visit, as I was attending a funeral for the latter trip My stay was made much easier thanks to the fine hospitality of these folks

Their location is within walking distance of the zoo, a veteran’s museum and an artists’ village If you walk in the other direction to Hillcrest, you have easy access to all manner of restaurants, shopping and other conveniencesEach room is unique So far, I’ve stayed at Sweet Cycles and the Southwest The common courtyard area is something to see I enjoyed spending my mornings there If you are a weary traveler and have the hotel blues, try this place I intend to make this Inn my go-to place whenever I visit San Diego

Lea Kissner

These two stars are for the location, which is excellent if you want to walk to Balboa Park and to an area with food/shopping The hotel itself gets one starIt is quite clean, but not really nice

That’s fine, but it also smells oddly bad, especially if you turn on the heater/air conditioning unit, which smells *extremely* strongly like someone peed in it (which would have required some serious acrobatics, so I doubt it’s actually the case)While we were there, the plumbing broke and we had no water at all for hours, then no hot water for a day We decided to leave a day early because of this and the owners would not refund that day or provide any other consideration

kids loved watching the Navy Carriers and Destroyers float by in the mornings! The room was spacious and clean, with two queen beds and plenty of room for the pack n’ play we brought The beds were comfortable and everyone slept really well With the fan on we had no noise issues; we didn’t turn it off for our whole stay so I can’t say what the noise was like without the background noise of the fan

The patio was wonderful to sit and look out at the bay The kids loved swimming in the pools and walking along the marina behind the hotel The restaurant was pricey but the food was really good, and the staff were so friendly, especially toward the children We already plan to stay here again the next time we visit San Diego!

Around the World

First, we have to say Melton working the front desk is awesome– easily one of the best customer service at a hotel we have ever experienced During our stay, he addressed all our concerns and went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed Even when there was a line waiting to check-in/out, he was friendly, professional, and purposeful in dealing with everyone

Thank you Melton for taking care of us! Our room was spacious and the complimentary breakfast was really a treat This hotel is located within close walking distance to main attractions, public transportation, restaurants, and groceries stories We would definitely stay here again

Devon Abblitt

This is in a great location, but the parking garage is easily the worst I have ever encountered I saw a couple of people in a mini copper struggling to move around in this thing Other than the parking garage, the hotel itself was nice

The room I had was on a corner, and there was a balcony with a great view of the area It was nice to have the fresh night air blow in for a little while The room was clean and everything was in good working order I slept like a babyWhen I come back again, I’ll bring the smallest rental car I can find

Definitely the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at Everything is so clean and the common areas are great to make new friends The staff is outstanding since everyone is just so helpful and friendly even if they are not on shift

Also the social events are super fun!!The rooms have a good size and the beds provide enough privacy since you have metalwalls behind and next to your head Lockers are provided in the room, which gives extra security Last but not least is the location of the hostel outstanding as well Right in the heart of Gaslamp Quarter and just a 10 min walk from the Seaport Village In conclusion, I can just highly recommend that hostel, doesn’t matter if you are just travelling and want to make new friends or if you are in the city for work

This hostel raised my standards of hostel! I’ve never been to one so greatDefinitely best hostel in San Diego! This hostel is absolutely amazing, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile for all the guests The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, outlets and lights in the bunk with you

places to sit and relax throughout the property Pool was nice with plenty of chairs, towels and was very clean Front desk staff including the manager were extremely accommodating to me and very professional I arrived very early in the morning and didn’t expect to be able to check in, but just asked to be able to check in whenever they had something available They were so accommodating and actually found a room within the hour around 10am Awesome!! Great thing is this Marriott had the Elite lounge open and well stocked drinks and snacks Complementary breakfast daily as well Nice touch was a seltzer bar in the lounge with coffee and tea machine as well Only negative here is the rooms have hardwood floors that are not kept clean Not sure if they don’t have the correct vacuum cleaners or what, but the floors had other people’s hair all over the place It was pretty gross actually and my socks were covered with debris from the floor Walls had blood splattered on themas well Low pile rugs are a better option and easier to vacuum using the upright vacuum they use Anyway, I would still recommend this hotel, but just beware that you must wear slippers or setting on your feet at all times in the room unless you want other people’s hair on your feet!

We stayed here for the first time last weekend and we were very pleasantly surprised how much we loved it The rooms were clean and great The staff was super friendly! While we ate breakfast there, a couple of the staff members really stood out

We were greeted by Dee and we watched as she chatted and made sure all the guests were happy and enjoying their meals Our server was JC and he was excellent Let’s not forget the front desk either They were all super helpful Especially Anna! We will be coming back very soon!!!

Our stay was good and could have been better for 5 starsHere are few things that can be improved:- no room service done even after requesting a day in advance It was done later after when we came back and had to call front desk multiple times- after room service was done, coffee supplies were not refilled- used glasses were not replaced- trash from the bin was not removed- no chairs in the balcony- lastly not a deal breaker but a hot tub around the pool was missing

Well I don’t know where to start Came in from out of town to just get awayWe called customer service to go to the Hilton on Mission Valley by the mall and as we drove to the location given it was mission valley stadium and did not match the pictures

As we checked in the front desk told us immediately if we switched hotels we still will be charged for three days because we needed to give 24 hours Mind you the reservation was made the same day Not understanding why a simple switch could not be made as we noticed a whole homeless camp in the back parking lot Called customer or corporate line to ask if we could switch and the customer service agent said why did we choose this hotel and not what we wanted as we explained to her we are from out of town and did not know we would of been deceived After telling us she needed to hear the tape to see if we made the mistake or the employee made the mistake Agent was rude and only listened to provide a response and not one of a customer service agent When asked if we could speak to her manager she replied she doesn’t have a manager as we called the top leave of service for Hilton and she was the boss My reply everyone answers to someone and she said she was the top and will send us an investigation As we were on the phone my husband noticed Hilton deducted 202200 from his credit card This was mentioned to top level phone agent and her reply was that wasn’t her concern as she is only focusing if we made the mistake of choosing the wrong hotel We immediately called front desk to make them aware and a male staff member hung up after being confronted about that amount and we called back and a female staff member acknowledged she was aware and they are working on it and it will be refunded in 24 hours 2 days later money was not returned and we were quoted 59400 There were no light bulbs in two of the lamps and a light bulb missing on one of mini reading lamps We don’t smoke and it reeked of stale cigarettes There was dried blood on the sheets Also we had to call the front desk to ask for new wash clothes and clean sheets as no one bothered to clean our room Tomorrow is our check out 4/21/2922 just in case there is a lie to justify the stealing of 2 grand Very disappointed in how this makes the Hilton name to become tarnished

I am giving 4 stars because the good outweighs the badNear many restaurants and stores The only disabled parking spot they have is large

Extremely helpful staff, especially midnight clerk and GM Good food at the restaurant Putting restaurant tab on hotel bill was extremely convenient Nice selection in the store Clean in the common areas and rooms Nice amenities in rooms and lobby The pool was beautiful and the workout room was excellent and very well equipped The guest safes were convenient and a lifesaverHuge homeless camp behind hotel, so tons of foot traffic through the driveway Delivery trucks block driveway throughout the day No coffee available after 10am No lunch at restaurantLots of small things broken in the rooms, but manager took the problems seriously and repairs were made promptly Minor issue with one of the elevators, and the ice machine on the 2nd floor is broken, loud and leakingWe would definitely stay again due to the staff’s commitment to our comfort, convenience, and security

San Xiong

This is the worst Hilton in San Diego, CA The way they took the angle of the hotel looks clean and big but once we arrived, the area is a dump, squash between Jack in the Box like this hotel was in the back alley

in which it is On the outside parking in the rear, you will see homeless encampment It is not safe and be aware that the camera inside the garage only have one view take and make sure you park once you enter the garageif you go further to where you are heading out, there is no camera in which that the camera angle only the entrance and not the other side The elevator and the hallway to any floors smell and has no air condition No complimentary breakfast in which they will charge you $2100 per person We told the front desk, we do not want serviceand they come anyway This place only looks good in the front main entrance to check in but the room are terriblepower outlet do not work, no fan vent in the restroom, and trust methey will try to charge you extra fees Parking is $1500 a night but you see other encampment RV park inside and they did not even care We only put friend family pet in the room for a min of 30 minutes and were charge $7500 for a service fee Stay away from this place and rent the one by the waterfront Other customer that slept during those days we stay said their bathroom was clogged and none of the maintenance did not care We have pay a premium during our stay in July of 2022and it was the worst stay At least have a security on duty patrolling the parking Have extra hotel luggage cart We have ask many time and they said they do not have it, in which we found out they only have 3 cart throughout the hotel in which we were lucking that one of the customer gave it to us down in the basement parking I would not come back to this placeI have seen many customer just walk across the alley to other restaurant to buy breakfast every morning It is a sad location and they need to disclose it online so everyone should be aware of booking it Be aware, check Google map 3d and you will thank me! Going back to lower end of other hotel that offer better service, complimentary, and care about customer spending these nights there

New hotel in a residential and business area that is currently under construction Lots of great restaurants, a brewery, and shopping centers within 5 mins drive The breakfast spread was the best out of any Residence Inns and compatible hotels – individually wrapped biscuit sandwiches, yogurt, pancakes – which was very convenient for packing lunches for the nearby theme parks

Love that Sesame Place is less than a 10 minutes away they also put out cookies, fruit and juices in the lobby depending on what time of the day it is customer service was also top notch as we had an issue with an upgrade request but resolved within 3 emails from the GM Miguel with the best possible outcome this will be our go-to hotel for future visits in the CV area!

Willie Abreu

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful The general Manager, Miguel, Ro, and Alice at the front desk went the extra mile to ensure that you felt at home and have a wonderful stay Rachel and Claudia in housekeeping, did an amazing job cleaning our room and made sure we had everything well stocked in the kitchen

The room itself was very accommodating with lovely views! Thank you again to the great staff for your attention and services

Nomad Skateboarding

One of the most welcoming hostels I’ve been in 🙂Bathrooms and kitchens are easily accessible Good amount of space for guests

Inside separate smoking room Great prices/value Free breakfast (I didn’t see what either time I started, but others seemed happy!) Stores, transportation, and University district right outsideThe staff were all very good Kayla and Aubrey were exceptional! (Full transparency, these were the only two I really spoke with, so the rest of the staff are most likely cool as well 😎)I would recommend this to anyone looking for a short or long-term stay in San Diego

Demetrius Rowe

From the time I checked in the staff was great Audrey along with the other nice young lady Kayla their customer service was very awesome! No attitudes and they always had a smile and was extremely helpful the days I encountered these lovely people The kitchen was spacious and the rooms were clean If there were or if any issues they looked into it right away and they did their job with greatness

Though things has happened to me I can say my experience was great and I appreciate them for allowing a great place like this to be around which allow people to come together and socialize

Elijah Mccord

I give this place 2 stars because I met some great people there and the manager cares about the place That said, housekeeping is pretty much non-existent The rooms are tiny and never get deep cleaned beyond the beds being turned over

Nor do the bathrooms, which are often out of toilet paper and soap The toilets get clogged constantly at which point the stalls are taped shut and left with a terrible smell that festers because of poor ventilation The fridges in the common areas are never cleaned, and the pantry area has a terrible mold problem that completely ruined multiple of my food items in which they were stored The overall issue is cleanliness I don’t wish to throw the staff under the bus because they are largely great people, but the truth is there’s a serious lack of maintenance that left me feeling pretty undervalued as a paying customer My opinions seemed to be shared by several of the other guests with whom I spoke about the issues It’s an ok option considering the price, but the infrastructure and work ethic of the staff needs some improvement

Templet

Beautiful lobby, great theme, and presumably very fun parties Unfortunately the rooms (at least the one we stayed in) are at most adequate Scant hot water in the showers, no soundproofing (which is especially bad when the rooms overlook common spaces and there are parties held), and when we arrived the toilet was clogged

The staff were immensely nice, but we also had to ask three times to get someone to come in with a plunger Overall, it was a cheap enough option and it wasn’t unsafe at all but it also wasn’t an ideal room to stay in

Katie Spencer

Unfortunately the other reviews claiming the rooms do not match what is portrayed on their website is accurate (at least for our short stay) the hotel lobby and pool area are very cute and the staff is incredible but once you leave the retro lobby it starts to go downhill quick The hallways have stains on their walls and carpet The two rooms we saw were decorated with beige stained walls, stained and smelly brown carpet and old sticky furniture

the walls are paper thin, the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned and the rooms themselves had never been dusted The frustration is the price point of this hotel is way too high for the quality of the rooms My guess is the rooms by the pools are nicer The hotel was very helpful and nice enough to confirm a full refund for our three night stay The two stars is solely based on how nice the staff is and communication was seamless

Beth B

Definitely a BIG NO The rooms are dirty and in need of a great deal of maintenance Walls are dirty, shower as well

The drapes on the window were ripped The art on the wall, frames were damaged The towels need to be gathered up and thrown away The mattress was old and wore out I made the mistake of walking barefoot in the room once, the bottom of my feet were completely black I tried to use the pool, the tiles were slimy Apparently they charge $20 a day for the public to use the pool So at any given time there are a ton of loud people and kids in the pool Definitely not as described when you book it I would have rather spent more money to have an enjoyable stay anywhere else I made the mistake of booking this place based on the description and should have done my homework and read the reviews
