This is by far the BEST Hilton property we have visited I worked in front office hospitality for 3 years and we lodge in hotels for my husbands work often so I am usually very picky…honestly I haven’t found a single thing to critique about this property!Niki and Leo from breakfast are so delightful My two year old daughter especially loves the extra attention “Miss Niki” shows her in delivering her breakfast with love

Niki also is so friendly to every guest that comes down I never see anyone leave with a frown She has a super power of de-escalating grumpy guestsIsrael’s breakfast is on point, he makes everything fresh and as you order so everything turns out perfect every timeEveryone from the front office has also been so helpful with anything we need help with Greg has been super helpful to create an efficient check-in and helps us with securing a parking spot to charge our carCleaning staff has been on top of everything, they keep all common areas so clean and fresh I was super impressed to see that when they mop the floors, they have a second person come by to dry so no slippery floor!Great job to the hiring management for staffing this hotel Seriously, this property should be used as an example to other properties that are opening

Hotel was pretty good Room was standard, felt a bit aged and non-updated It was quite annoying that the restaurant wasn’t open since it stated that the hotel had an on-site restaurant when I booked it, with no mention of it being closed, and no other option close enough to walk to

The breakfast was good, except I felt like I over paid by booking a room with breakfast included as I only ate from the cold buffet, which was ~$6 a day If you’re more of a hot food (ie omelettes, pancakes, waffles, etc) breakfast person, it’s probably a good deal, as that was $14 a day if I remember correctlyOverall it was a good stay

Very pleased with my stay here March 14-15th Hotel lobby and rooms were clean and inviting Rooms have great wifi and ethernet hookups, which was convenient for both personal and business use

Staff here is excellent! They were very accommodating in the lobby area while we had a small gathering during our stay Can’t speak highly enough of the service received from the dinner/bar staff during both breakfast and dinner hours Front desk staff was also friendly and informative regarding any questions that I had during my stay I was slightly disappointed to see the pool and hot tub closed during this time for cleaning, but glad to see it was being done, and felt no inconvenience as staff had already made arrangements for guests to use these facilities at a separate hotel adjacent to the parking lot 5/5 will definitely be staying here again next time I am in the area

Great for 1 night maybe 2 nights max If you’re a light sleeper, just bring ear plugs and you’ll be fine (this should just be a standard practice when staying anywhere over night) There is some utility noise (water/plumbing)

Bed was very comfortable and clean Breakfast included cereal, fruits and make your own waffles There was no microwave in our room, just a fridge/freezer combo

Rob Preston

Sleep Inn is known for being basic It has a stand-up shower only, no comfy chair, no microwave, no extra end tables However, it appears to be recently renovated, and everything is clean and up-to-date

Bed was VERY comfortable We stayed for three days, so we really started wishing for a room with furniture besides a swivel chairBreakfast is two waffle makers, cold cereal, yogurt, granola bars, fruit, and packaged muffins No eggs or breakfast meats McDonald’s and Dunkin’ are adjacent to the propertyGo to the Silo for pizza! Our trip was connected to the Naval training base, so for that it was absolutely a perfect location We would recommend the hotel and would likely stay againFYI, the Navy base has a parking garage right beside the graduation hall The Navy discourages parking on base, but it was surprisingly easy to do Just present your tickets, IDs, and vehicle info Just leave a little extra time in case you are chosen for a random vehicle search

BEWARE OF BED BUGS! I would not recommend staying in this hotel under any circumstances Before my stay, I looked at the hotel’s overall rating of 42 out of 5 stars and decided that would be acceptable

I did not read the individual reviews at that time After my stay, I discovered this hotel has a history of recurring complaints regarding bed bugs The night I spent in Room 222 was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I was bitten by bed bugs throughout the sleepless night I found bed bug eggs in my hair With the history of complaints regarding bed bugs in this hotel, it appears the hotel is doing nothing to eradicate this ongoing problem or doing an extremely poor job of trying to do so

The room was was squeaky clean, our dogs sniffed but didn’t find anything new ( Yes, that’s happened before but not here) Staff was friendly, courteous and professional, all the common areas were kept up very well, each chair or station in the pool/fitness area had a towel waiting for whoever went to use that item next Great breakfast if that’s something that is important to you! Hot items, fruit, yogurts, toasters for your use, surpassed my expectations for a hotel breakfast

Nothing short of a good stay and would recommend

This was a wonderful stay! The staff was wonderful upon check-in and check out We stayed in a King Suite Jan 21, 2022 for my son’s graduation for boot camp at Great lakesThey had plenty of hot breakfast both days we stayed

And a room to watch the graduation if you didn’t get a ticket! The bed was so cozy, I wanted to take it home with us!! My kids loved the pool and the kitchenette was the perfect size for making a snack or light mealHair dryers kept me from running outside in the freezing air with wet hair!!! A huge plus for this Florida girl Loved the coffee and hot cocoa bar!!I cannot say enough about how accommodating and helpful the staff was!

If I could give Four Points by Sheraton, Buffalo Grove, less than zero stars I would! It doesn’t even deserve half of a star!We were a big group We were there for a family event We reserved 14 roomsWe arrived at night and the lady at the front desk was annoyed, as she clearly stated herself, that she had to check in a big group

She was rude and refused to help us with anything nor answer any our questions as we inquired about the rooms 5 of the rooms were infested with bugs such as ants and spiders The bugs were on the bed, walls, and carpet, even under the bed sheets When we told the lady at the front desk, she said there’s nothing she could do about it and gave us the option to leave the hotel which we did We went to another hotel but returned the next day to join our group and we asked to speak to a manager who was very nice He offered us a free breakfast but by the time we got to breakfast, they told us it was done I would never recommend this hotel to anyone If you end up staying at this hotel for any reason, check the room thoroughly, as it may look clean but… You might find a few surprises!

NG

Location/price: Close to everything you could need and for a reasonable price I really wish breakfast was included cuz it’s dang goodRoom: channel list would be helpful as there is not a guide, at least not on mine Bad water pressure in shower and they don’t provide body wash anymore so bring your own

The curtain had to be straightened by me as it wasn’t on the trackService: They talked on the phone with a co-worker for almost 10 minutes instead of just helping quickly They didn’t set up the key cards correctly so I had to go all the way back down with all my luggage

Dimitri Fostinis

Okay I check in and the upgrade me to a “delux too “ upon arrival I walk in, boom dead cockroach on the bathroom floor On top of that, the toilet paper was almost finished

Did they even clean the “delux room”?? Probable not The pool area also had roaches and other unidentifiable bugs Our normal room we got moved to was okay, but the ONLY DAY they do house keeping after we requested it, they did a terrible job Garbage on the bathroom floor was just pushed to another side not even cleaned This hotel is gross and a sad excuse for a Marriott Very disappointed

Went here for an Amazon interview, beautiful place Seems like an amazing place to stay I never stayed here but it would be on my bucket list

To stay at an double tree by HiltonSuper cleanA lot of parking space, an couple of restaurants and gas stations are close by

Jessica Stallings

This specific hotel itself was great Stuff happens and things break My room was almost $250 for my kids and I

This was supposed to be a special experience and memory for them as it was their first competition They are young Didn’t need to purchase a hotel room we don’t live that far but wanted them to be well rested Both AC units could not keep up with the room It happens I didn’t make a big deal about it because I work outside for the most part all year round Was still trying to make it a positive, memorable experience for my two Littles Maintenance couldn’t come till 9pm The room on both sides were close to 80 Staff and management were kind, respectful, and did what they can Hilton however, their customer service was incompetent, unprofessional, and wasted my time The hotel itself has no way to help in this situation after you leave because the advance payment was through Hilton DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE OR THROUGH HILTON Pay Doubletree if possible

Sandra Revnell

The room was on the small side but clean Generally speaking, the décor of the hotel is both drab and dated The hotel appeared short-staffed, with only one person attending the front desk

As a result, all attempts to call the front desk were in vain – they went unanswered If you need to stay here, use the app and digital key to check-in — you will wait at the front desk for far too long to get a room key

Looked very promising when I walked in Room seemed clean at first glance but once you look closer you see it could use a lot of work Bed was comfortable

Tiles in bathroom were cracked I took a shower and stood in almost knee high water by the end of it and found some trash in a cabinet that looked like it had been there for years Wont be staying here again

Timothy Harding

Front desk employee was sitting in the back room while I waited over 10 minutes at the front desk to check in They should get a bell if that is how they operate Bathroom was not very clean and room had only hand towels

No actual bath towels could be found and of course I noticed this at 5:30am Ordered pizza from my favorite place with plans on taking it home to my family Put it in the refrigerator only to notice when I was leaving that they have them turned off So all my food was ruined I will definitely be finding a new place to stay while coming to the area

Stacy Redmond

I recently booked a double suite for my grandson’s birthday and the accommodations were horrible I’ve stayed here many times and never had an issue they didn’t handle but , this time was different The entire kitchen in the room had issues

The garbage disposal went out and backed up the sink, dishwasher was receiving dirty water from backed up sink/disposal, one burner on stove didn’t work, and surface light on microwave didn’t work Called for maintenance and was told 15 minutes well, a hour and a half later I called again to reach Anastacia at the front desk who was NO HELP I was told there was no maintenance or house keeping available but, she could move us to two rooms Again, it was a birthday party and I had 5 small children and had decorated the room and was cooking dinner on the one burner we had So, I explained why moving wasn’t an option and asked about the bill Anastacia’s response was “I’m not touching your bill but I can offer the two rooms At no time outside of the two rooms did she offer any other solution At which time I tried contacting the General Manager So we’ll see what happens because this was poor treatment of a customer

Thumbs up to “General Manager” Rakesh Patel He made sure I had the best service I could ever ask for staying at that hotel He helped make my stay very good while I was there

Plus everything was clean when I checked into my room Patel recommended places to eat, transportation to take, and helped me when I decided to extend my stay His knowledge of the area is impressive An besides my room being clean I had a microwave & mini refrigerator for my use The only problem I had there was the plumbing When I was just taking a whiz it was all good, however when I had to drop more than that the toilet was responding very slow after that You definitely have to wait for the water to settle before you can use it again An it took time, there maintenance needs to increase the water pressure Other than that I liked my stay there

aginggenxer

If you need a room in the area, it is the best option overall for location + priceIt is clean, staff polite and courteous, comfortable and the #1 suggestion I give guests who visit, but require their own spaceIt is not hit or miss They are consistent

Happy Camper

I am not going back to this place I have been here 3 times They don’t change their beddings , they just make beds

First night, I slept on top of the covers, they had yellow stains on the between the sheets On my second visit, the room seemed clean On the third visit, the duvet cover had blood stains or something like itBed sheets were wrinkled indicating they were slept in and there was napkin behind the nightstand Hire a house Keeping manager with 20/20 vision to walk through the rooms Extremely disgusting!

I stayed at Sheraton Chicago Northbrook Hotel, for my birthday (3/4 -3/8), I had a lovely time, even when I locked myself out of my room (more than once) I was given extra rooms keys with a smile The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the GM went out of his way to make me feel welcome Only negative is that I wish there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room

other that that I have highly recommend Sheraton Chicago Northbrook Hotel

Standout staff Accommodating and truly kind Rooms were fine, although both rooms I stayed in had issues with shower temp and water pressure, and multiple common areas like the bar and restaurant were under renovation

They did their best Overall this is an outstanding property under renovation to keep up the standard of service you expect from their brand A great place to stay The attached Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is a game changer

minghao liu

I’ve been to at least 10 Renaissance hotels around the world, and this is easily the worst Renaissance hotel I’ve lived at The service was terrible There was no hairdryer when we checked in, and when I tried to call the front desk, nobody answered, so I had to come to the reception

Also, they weren’t able to provide any slippersThe buildings are quite old, and due to renovation, only half the amenities are open Sound insulation is terrible We were hearing constant door slamming and children screaming, despite us staying in a CORNER ROOM! We got woken up before 7AM on both days we stayed there The shower has very low water pressure, and it takes half an hour to do a “quick” shower There’s also no access control for the elevators, which means non hotel guests can get to any floor they want Fortunately, this neighborhood is relatively safe, so this won’t pose too much of a security riskThe only upside is the price We booked two nights for $135/night, after taxes and fees, which is a good deal for the Chicago area around the memorial weekend However, with the problems mentioned above, this hotel isn’t worth the price

Laura Thompson

CATALYTIC CONVERTER THEFT: We stayed here for a wedding and the room was very nice and clean However, our car, parked in the hotel lot had its catalytic converter stolen overnight Unfortunately, there are no cameras on the parking lots so the police couldn’t do anything

The GM returned my voicemail and did comp our room which was very appreciated (but not much to offset the cost of a new catalytic converter) The theft of catalytic converters is not unique to this hotel, but its proximity to 94 definitely makes it a target I personally feel like putting in cameras is an important step the hotel should take A Marriott should provide some level of security I’m a student and this financial loss is not easily absorbed Just be aware!

good morning, Good hotel, excellent location, very clean and comfortable and very good breakfast

Only the employee Wilma A was not friendly at all, she questioned my arrival time when there was already an arrival note, instead to receive the guest with a smile that is only what is asked of a worker because he not only refuted and I felt like a scolded child I hope that in my next stay there because I am going to return I will not run into that employee because it could be the last time that she uses that hotel but otherwise very good hotel and service

Many pot holes in road surface, of hotel property Poor lighting, so that walking from car to front door you have the risk of tripping Towel replacement requested everyday but took 3 days to get towels

Each day multiple people responded that towels would be replaceTub surface was dangerous to stand on Bathroom tub area had well positioned hand rails and a pull down set Tub looked safe However, dry tub surface was very slippery I wondered if they polished it to look good Once tub had been used and it dried overnight I checked by placing a dry foot onto dry tub surface and promptly had foot slid on tub surface Tub unsafe to use, despite railsIce machine did not function on 2 out of 3 floors and yes reporting ice machine problem did not get problems solved Desk clerk said each machine has a note “BROKEN” Neither had a notice that machine did not functionTV remote quit working on day 3 of 6 never fixed despite reporting problem Once I was told that someone would be right up My next call I was told someone HAD been immediately sent to make repairAll of my requests were made after a large group of musicians had checked outThe musicians were the best part of my stay The music they played in the lobby was beautiful and relaxingI will never stay at this hotel again

Big bedroom, with a desk and a couch in it You have a microwave, small fridge, and a coffee maker (but there is a coffee station in the lobby with everything you could need)Everything clean

The shower didn’t drain the water at a similar or faster pace than the one coming from the shower, so you get a little puddle in the bathtubthis is my only complain, but I have to say I didn’t ask for help from the helpdesk or other staff members, since my stay was very shortIncluded breakfast during my stay: 3 different cereals, oatmeal, protein bars, 3 type of muffins (chocolate, vanilla, blueberry), boiled eggs, waffles (you can make big ones or smaller ones), yogurts, fruit cocktail, 2 types of juice (apple and orange), different types of bread, and grape jam The coffee and tea station was availableThe staff is super nice Howard in the front desk was amazing and funny ❤️

I would have given 5 stars for room, but I must be honest about some finishes in the bathroom A little tired, but overall, such a pleasant stay and worth the extra to stay The evening reception was laid back and had a terrific bartender

The other bartender in the restaurant was also fantastic, giving us a tip in a local Chicago style pizza place The breakfast was superb, and the made to order omelettes along with the service everywhere were unmatched! Great job in staffing and keeping up with the needs of your customers

Abdul Riaz

I was pretty excited to see a quiet place It has amazing indoor view I enjoyed breakfast: it has various options

Staff was friendly Erving time snack was a good option Little issue with room and restroom plumbing but overall I have a great leisure trip with my family It was quite and adequate during night time Elevator has secure operating option I recommend it for family and friends

Crystal Vang

Nice hotel and good location Quiet area, and friendly staff Family friendly hotel, free breakfast omelet made to order, free drinks during happy hour! Pool is okay, but can be busy, which makes it difficult to swim or play, wish it was bigger for such a large hotel! Walls are thin in the suites, living area, no door sweeper, and you can hear basically anyone walking by the hall

Overall good experience and for the deal we received it was great Spacious living space and bedroom (2 queen beds, two TV, a couch and desk/chair and single swivel sofa chair, wet bar sink and microwave/fridge/coffee keurig, plenty of drawers for clothes)

The staff is great my mother has Alzheimer’s and wondered out of the room at night the 3rd shift car was helped to keep my mom company and as a precaution for paramedics just to make sure it wasn’t any other issues I am thankful for them The outer doors coming from the parking lot need fixed it is an issue where you have to put the rug in the door to hold it open so you can get in and out

This hotel does offer breakfast and does have a small convenience store where you can buy chips drinks and other microwavable foods

The room was nice, but it could’ve been cleaner There was a strand of hair and a big clump of hair on our towels There was ducks in the courtyard which was nice, but people kept stopping outside our door and talking about them which was very interrupting

We could also hear our neighbors when they talked and also when they used the bathroom: DISGUSTINGWe stayed for a week, but had a trailer on for our last night that we were assured could be parked out of the way in front of the entrance as the hotel was at high capacity and neither we nor the front desk person wanted to prevent other guests from having convenient parking However, when the night front desk person arrived at 1AM they rudely told us we had to move the trailer We had to park at the back of the hotel when our room was at the front Since we were staying for a week we had a decent amount of stuff in our room that we had to bring across the whole hotel to load back into the car Even though we used a cart and carried stuff in our hands it still took 2 trips and we were sweating from the heat Definitely not the comfortable stay we were hoping for

I actually loved the room but service is everything and there were issues with front desk staff that had to be escalated to a managerThe room was clean and the bed comfy I didn’t hear other guests and loved the private balcony

Courtyards are rather well known for bar and bistro and wellthis one is lacking The hotel seemed short staffed so front desk was also bartender, barista and who knows what elseMy point is that it may be best to cut back on some services The eggs pictured were old and nearly pickled as you can see the yolks The breakfast sandwich was freezer burned but microwaved and you can see it was overheated from the photoIf you don’t care about breakfast, it’s a great room for a great price point in a peaceful environment and the pool is a nice bonus!

We had the honor of planning our wedding and reception at Lincolnshire Marriott Resort What a beautiful venue and location, and the amenities offered are just so wonderful too! Our wedding had been affected by COVID, as I am sure many are/had been Kassandra, the general manager, and Christine, our wedding specialist, were so accommodating and generous with their time and resources

There are so many wonderful things I would like to share about them and how amazing they have been in this process! This has been such a whirlwind trying to figure everything out, and they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating to ensure our happiness for our special day Not only did they each reach out to us individually to see if we needed anything, but collectively as the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort Team I highly recommend this venue not only for the beautiful location and property, but also for the experience of working with such amazing staff members! From the time we walked into the front door until we left the parking lot, each member was so kind and helpful! What an amazing staff and venue for a wedding or event! Special shout out goes to Christine, she is literally one of the best human beings out there She was so gracious, kind and honest which is exactly what we neededLincolnshire Marriott, thank you for helping us out when this crazy season and circumstances has hit us all!

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful I had a room option that gave me an upgraded room since I had my wife, our son, two dogs, and myself We were up for the renaissance fair that was going on in Wisconsin

I was offered a room on the first floor with a patio which helped significantly with the dogs I really appreciate the offer, but was not informed that it was going to be smaller than the bigger room i was upgraded to As an individual who travels and stays with Marriott almost every week, i was a little disappointed in the M Club You are told that when you arrive that it will not be operating to full capacity as it would be during the week Also when we informed the front desk about there not being water, they said they would not be restocking it because it was not operating at full capacity Even the other refreshments such in the refrigerators were not stocked and maintained I have stayed at other Marriott’s with M clubs stock constantly and way better than this one was

I booked a stay in advance with a group rate for a large event that was taking place on site As I was preparing for the event I checked for my confirmation and found that I no longer had it in my email, my fault for not printing it out I contacted the resort to confirm and found they did not have a reservation in my name

I talked with multiple people both at the resort and with Marriott All were happy to book a room for $499 per night vs the original rate of $159 and would not budge on honoring the original rate It was also suggested by multiple people that if the group were to add an additional block of rooms for the event they could then honor the $159 rate While talking with the sales department at the resort about the group, the reservation and honoring the rate I was told the the resort was sold out for my dates and they would be unable to help me any further So in a matter of 30 minutes they went from having enough rooms to add to the group block to being completely sold out I also find it odd that after getting off the phone there were still many rooms available on any number of web sites

Lovely staff and great service in a spacious, contemporary hotel for a good price The lobby has a place for both meals and cocktails, and the courtyard is great for enjoying the outdoors when the weather permits The rooms are cozy and have a good layout

Whenever an inconvenience would be made, the staff would go above and beyond to make you feel cared for and well served Absolutely recommend

Room was full of spider /bugs My daughter was bit all over We had to move to a whole new hotel

When I brought my daughter to the front desk of the hotel to show the workers that my daughter was covered in bites and tell them that we needed to leave the manager found it appropriate to tell me about his own ration show me pictures of his body covered in a rash and try and compare that to what my daughter had and say that my six-year-old had a stress rash We packed up and left the hotel to stay at a nearby Marriott that’s much cleaner We where not refunded for our whole stay and had to pay 300$ for the 3 nights we slept with bugs

Every single light in my room could only be turned on at MAXIMUM BRIGHTNESS It was not even possible to use the bathroom in the middle of the night without fully turning on this bright white light (see photo), which made it rather difficult to get back to sleep afterward I shared a double room with a family member, and there was no way to turn on a small light to work or read without waking her up – even the “reading lights” next to the beds were this same bright, undimmable white

The room was otherwise pleasant, the staff are just lovely (really exceedingly friendly and helpful, would give them six stars if I could – they partially opened the lobby coffee bar early for a handful of guests who came down before their official 7 AM opening time), and the courtyard is beautiful, but the lighting issue is just such a huge problem for a hotel room (after all, the point is ultimately to _sleep_ there)

Said Abushamleh

I saw an unrecognized transaction from them I called them, the hotel rep told me it is an internet fee Well, I was told that the internet is free at the check-in

My Expedia booking also shows that the internet is free as well When I mentioned this issue to the hotel rep, she refused to refund this hidden fee, and when I told the hotel rep over the phone that I am going to post a low star review about this, she seemed careless and she said yes go ahead and post a bad review on us!!!

My wife and I stayed here about a week ago it was a three-day visit We were in town for our son’s graduation from Navy boot camp which was just a few minutes awayOn the first evening about 1:30 a

m my wife woke screaming saying that something had bit her while sleeping She had multiple bites on the back of her leg and they got inflamed quickly I immediately went down to the front desk and they changed our room right away Even though we did not sleep well that first night the rest of the stay was fineI spoke to the assistant hotel manager late the next morning her name was TracyTracy told me they had the room inspected about 8 am that morning they did not find anything I told her obviously something was in the bed and bit my wife we even have photos and video to show it I told her there was obviously about a 5 or 6 hour gap from when we were in the room and when they had it inspected I asked her if there would be any type of compensation for that one night she said it was kind of out of her hands and it was a Marriott decisionI spoke to Marriott representative by phone and they told me the same thing that it was out of their hands and up to the hotel manager I left two voicemails for the hotel manager after our stay was done she did not get back to me she had Marriott call me and remind me that I would get no compensationThis was quite an inconvenience as I said we changed the room about 2 am ,we were up for the graduation at 5:30 am and barely sleptMarriott and the Courtyard Marriott Hotel assistant manager offered no type of resolution to us except “you say something happened and we cannot prove that it did”It was a terrible resolution they could have done something for us ,we paid to eat breakfast there a few days and we also paid and ate dinner and had drinks in the lobby for a few nightsMy wife and I travel a lot and I’ve never had an incident like this before in our lifetimeAgain the incident was not really acknowledged and was handled very poorly I would strongly advise anyone from staying in this hotel because it seems obvious to me if there is any type of conflict you will not get any sympathy or any type of resolution to the problemWe are highly disappointed and insulted in Marriott itself and in this hotel

The service was great the rest of our stay was drab Stayed on the first floor There were very few guests so it was quiet

We ending up keeping the curtains closed as there was a lot of garbage scattered outside our windowOur room was basically empty and not very welcoming The beds were rough and the bed frame clanked any time you moved Mattress definitely needs replaced- no bugs but still not in the best or cleanest shape Seeing that the bathroom was somewhat recently redone was refreshingThe pool is tiny and unfortunately during our stay was full of garbage We kept pulling out piece of broken plastic cupsThe location isn’t the best and the entrance into parking lot is TERRIBLE but I don’t think that really part of this specific hotel Overall I don’t think I’ll be booking here again

Room was very clean It looks like they are in the process of updating the rooms Some things looked really new while the carpet was worn out

But I was just happy to have a nice clean room The beds are decent Not as comfortable as home, but definitely not too bad for an affordable hotel The pool is saltwater, which was a nice surprise Staff was super friendly and personable Location is awesome too Next to Dunkin Donuts which is a must, and a short distance from Gurnee Mills and Great America Breakfast looked great! They had biscuits and gravy and they had waffle irons out Unfortunately, I was in a hurry in the morning and didn’t have a chance to try it I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area
