In all, would recommend[PROS] The lobby is really nice, and is perfect for lounging in There’s also a non-smoking policy (200$ charge if you smoke in hotel room), so no marijuana smell like a lot of other hotels

The room itself was clean and had all the amenities that a normal hotel would have I payed 142$ for a room that could fit a family of 5-6 people The bed was super comfy as well Location was near a lot of restaurants[CONS] The room had a pull out bed my other family members were going to sleep in, but it didn’t come with extra pillows or blankets, just a really thin sheet and the bed itself Tried calling hotel service but didn’t even pick up! Ended up having to go down there and get the extra necessities Breakfast was okay, don’t get the nasty eggs though, but it’s free so go for it[Conclusion] Overall would come to hotel again, everything spotless/clean, no old furniture, hot water, and affordable considering what your getting Free pool, WiFi, free gym, free food The only big cons is the okay service, but if you needed to contact them I would just go to the front desk than waste your time calling them Location is perfect

Traveled to Lexington, KY with family members to take care of funeral arrangements and attend to matters related to the death of our brother Hyatt Place staff–front desk, breakfast crew, and housekeeping were very gracious They acknowledged our situation, expressed condolences, and made us feel comfortable using the front lobby seating areas and business center

Whatever we requested–hot water for tea, extra coffee packs for the room, fresh towels, permission to eat dinner in the “breakfast room”, glasses for use in our room–the staff cheerfully accommodated Thank you so much for being the “bright spots” during our stay

Amanda Sanders

Hotel staff were all nice There was a breakfast and the room was a nice size I look for 3 things in a hotel: a pool, a breakfast, and water pressure

The pool was cold, swimable, though unpleasant for a length of time and I did not have a desire to go back The water pressure was terrible and went down periodically which makes me think it is attached to another room where someone else was showering Also, you’d better take housekeeping when you can get it because even with specifically requesting a visit they did not come Stayed for 6 days, no housekeeping Had to go down to request towels Also, the traffic noise from the freeway was very loud Will not stay again

I want to give a huge shout out to Nick at the front desk for being so accommodating to all of my needs during our stay! He was so patient and helpful! This is a great location within walking distance to everything! We stayed on the third floor with easy access to the elevator and all the amenities of the hotel! I would definitely stay here again!

Steve H

Stayed for a wedding, location is very close to almost everything you need, plenty of night life and things to see There are plenty of homeless in the area which obviously don’t reflect on the hotel at all, but be cognizant of itThere was an odd smell in the lobby I mentioned it, and others picked up on it as well, I mentioned it to the staff and it was kind of brushed off

Either way, the room was clean, the air conditioning was set at about 64 and it was probably about 70 in the room, comfortable but not as cold as the thermostat was set, the others I was with had about a 50% some were nice and cold, the others the same as meOverall with the location and the amenities, such as breakfast, a great bar staff, and a coffee shop all in the hotel it was a nice stay Pool and hot tub were clean, inside for both I would stay again!

Little Cloud (LittlexCloud)

Air conditioning working well is hit or miss Hot tub is painfully small and isn’t very warm Despite this the hotel is generally our favorite to visit due to it’s proximity to where we’re visiting and has friendly, accommodating staff

The fridge in the room the last few times has been awesome and actually keeps food truly cooled Bedding is comfy

Hotel looks new and clean from the exterior but the room itself had been heavily used with significant signs of wear – bathroom door wouldn’t close, pullout sofa had seen better days, strong odor from a previous guest (cooking?)The breakfast was good and evening cookies and lemonade were appreciated Giving three stars because of this and the staff who were helpful and friendly

During checkout the clerk insisted the room we were checking out of was incorrect and we were assigned to a different floor and room Not sure how this happened but it left me feeling a little uneasy about our stay

Mandy K

Rude and lazy employees ! Place was dirty – hair stuck to walls and left on handicap chair/sink Breakfast had only hard boiled eggs, the batter to make waffles was so watery you couldn’t make it in the waffle maker Biscuits were dry and hard

Had a dog barking all night next to us and the people above us jumping and loud I went to the front desk at midnight to complain and ask for help The man was unsympathetic and told me there was nothing he could do “ I can’t shut the dog up” I said we have a 10 hour drive and need to sleep We were given a handicap room ( no choice) The man at the front desk said the dog bothered the owner and drove her nuts so the dog was moved we have no other rooms Had to keep TV on loud to muffle out the slamming exit door and dog When first arriving the carpet was wet and the room had a weird smell The place does not looks like the pictures listed from the rooms to the breakfast! Thank God we only had to stay one night …

Kendra Mack

Decently clean, moderately priced The staff was friendly and helpful The first room we got smelled really, really bad

It smelled like someone bled all over the room and then they tried to cover it up with tons of cleaner We immediately asked for another room and they gave us one without any issues The next room we got was clean and it smelled normal The free breakfast was ok Just eggs and sausage plus the normal breads and cereals, etc They did have waffle makers, which we liked

Honestly this was the worst Hilton experience I’ve had in decades I am a regular traveler and spend well over 30 nights a year in Hiltons My requested room was given away on account of “pet friendliness” and all this time I thought paying humans were more important (ha)

After the first day of courtesy breakfast the hotel started to charge without any prior notification The toilet was clogged up before ever being used and remained so the entire week, this included our entire group across the hotel The gym had no weights and the pool had no water I had one friendly encounter with a staff member, the cook, but the rest of the time they were very unhelpful and relatively unpleasant to deal with I would argue that anyone would be better off staying at any of the other hotels in the area

Megan Lyons

Way to many dumb rules at this place The manager at the desk says it’s all because of Hiltons rules, but most locations are nothing like this As a diamond member, I would highly recommend anyone to avoid this place

No cash allowed, can’t change the tv channel in the lobby, etc Seriously, this place is insane!! One other thing, how is it possible to not have any rooms available at 2:59pm, but at 3:00pm, everyone’s room is magically ready!🤬

Jennifer Parker

Tough to write this rating… Positive: very clean, quiet, comfortable bed Negative: the check-in staff argued about not needing to honor social distancing She wasn’t wearing a mask

When she asked me to approach the desk, I asked her to step back a few feet – and she actually gave me a hard time about it! I’m not saying that everyone has to wear a mask, but it’s everyone’s responsibility to respect each other

Booked a couple of days at this hotel and was disappointed by the overall experience1 The HVAC woke me every time it came on

I mean it is right next to the bed and loud2 We booked a room with the amenities package Never saw an amenities package!3 What cookies?4 Checking in with the app was great Never had used this before but will definitely do that again Chose our room and went straight to it and in with our app key EASY5 Not having daily room cleaning means no new paper coffee cups each morning So plan ahead Get enough coffee cups to last your stay the first day6 The room was spacious and clean when we arrived I had believed that we booked a room with an interior balcony but when the app gave us the rooms we could select from none were rooms with an interior balcony Shouldn’t your room choices be located in the area you requested? With gas prices on the rise that will mean another strain on the hospitality industry that has suffered due to the virus It is time to step it up Being a Hilton Honors member should mean more than allowing Hilton to track our spendingAnd by the way…don’t tell me it is because you can’t find help I am sick of hearing that excuse

Alex kubala

Because of how friendly the staff was I feel bad giving this place a bad review but

the room was not layout well at all and none of the furniture was comfortable The bed and pillows were just awful, the couch was uneven and the pull out bed was crooked Our fridge only worked on Max then it froze almost everything except it freezer packs The worst part was the AC unit, it sounded like a bomb was going off ever time it turned on and let me tell you it turned on A LOT This room couldn’t hold a decent temperature for more than about 5 min Also you could hear any noise in the hallway and in the lobby even though we were on the 3rd floor There’s also a weird building attached to the pool that no one could tell us what it was This hotel really wants to be high class but it is not, everything is old and outdated Oh and even at their price there is no complementary breakfast Oh and for a fun game find a decent trash can

Mellane McCammon

We know nothing about Kentucky so I booked this room based on reviews and a map It was actually really nice The rooms are clean and the staff was super friendly

When we checked in, the front desk lady asked if we’d like a warm chocolate chip cookie Well of course I want a warm cookie! I don’t know if they were house made or not but they were good cookies The bar staff was talkative and friendly Decent food at the restaurantWe had one hiccup when the room we were in didn’t have any hot water When we told the staff at the counter, she immediately gave us an upgraded new room and apologizedAll in all, nice place to stay

I am a frequent Holiday Inn Express user and a member of IHG rewards This was the first time I’ve ever checked in and been thanked for being a rewards memberThis is one of the best Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed in

The location is close to the highway and great shopping My children loved the indoor pool and the cleanliness of the facility is superb The breakfast area didn’t have as much seating as I would have liked but that was only on one morning and it appeared there was a large party (many groups that knew each other) that day All of the front desk staff were very polite, and knowledgeable of the areaQuiet rooms, we could tell the hotel was packed by the parking lot and breakfast but you couldn’t hear anything outside of the room

Melissa Simmons

We arrived at 5pm, our room was ready so we head on up The AC is off, and our room is 84 degrees! We turn it on full blast and 3 hours later…it’s 79 degrees We finally got to switch rooms and the second is much cooler, however there was a big bug on the counter

Both rooms are in rough shape, cracks in the walls, unfinished drywall repairs, a trim tile laying on the floor The pool is closed and the guy at the desk said it “just happened today” Definitely not worth the money to stay here the management has some major work to do to get this place to an acceptable levelRegistered under M Miller, I was traveling with my mother

We loved our anniversary stay! Every detail of the hotel felt carefully curated and like an experience, something I’ve never said about any other hotel or accommodations The shower is to die for! The art throughout the hotel is fascinating and I love that it’s from a local artist For the sake of a review I’ll say the bedding wasn’t my favorite as it felt like you laid ON it rather than cozied into it, but it still didn’t dull the overall shine of 21c

Would definitely stay again!

Karin Bradeen

The 21C Lexington was once modern, artsy and chic We were looking forward for our business trip as always and found, a disgusting dirty room, stained floors which need professional cleaning, hair and dirt in the bathroom, shower, it was disappointing on all levels The pandemic /change of ownership left its traces, no upgrades and the art collection was far from well curated as it used to be

We upgraded the room and moved in a suite, which had a cleaner carpet, obviously not booked as often as the king rooms, however no real upgrade feeling except the price The nicest hotel in Lexington, with the most comfortable beds, became a nightmare we had to move out Mattresses are new and very uncomfortable firm, it feels like laying on the bed instead of on the bedThe street noise was always a downside in the 21C which we looked over by sleeping with ear plugs Nothing is making up for it anymorePro : the restaurant was great and nicely remodeled

Dave Fischer

Overall very good Rooms were not as clean as we like (major carpet stains) but the beds were comfy Didn’t like to have to go down to the front desk to get ice, coffee or towels (only 2 towels)

Staff was very pleasant and helpful Location to to Rupp arena is awesome and there is an awesome restaurant next door (Zim’s) Parking is very difficult so we did valet parking for $30 day Shower leaked all over the floor

We came to Lexington for a short couples getaway I wanted to find a hotel that was decently priced for a king room and one that had a pool This one was my first choice, and I wasn’t disappointed

The staff was friendly and the hotel was well decorated Our room was nice (even though it was right next to the interstate) You could definitely hear the traffic outside, but we’re used to noise, so it didn’t bother us much The TV worked fine, and the king-sized bed was super comfortable Everything else was standard for a hotel room I was impressed that they had a gym and a pool We did go for a swim on our first night The pool was a bit cool, but we warmed up to it after a minute or so Breakfast was good, no complaints about it Overall, I’m very pleased with our stay here 😊

Jess Bishop

The bed was was very comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and the water pressure for the shower was wonderful All the people who worked there were just very friendly and wonderful to talk with Some one said it was a very dated Hotel

I say who cares my comfort was more important than looks I recommend this Hotel and will be back during my next visit to Lexington

George Snell

Too much highway noise!Although I had requested a King room away from the highway I was informed that all King bed rooms faced the roadIf I wanted other than a King I could get a non-roadside room we opted to stay with the King room but had no idea how loud the trucks would beRoom was clean but in need of updates

Staff was friendly

We stayed here while traveling home When we went to leave in the morning are truck windows as well as other guests were smashed out The truck was ram sacked and items were stolen

Our 6 year old was terrified All we got from the staff was it happened outside the building we are not responsible There was no sign posted where we parked We parked right outside the side door They have no cameras funny how that works, When speaking to the police this is a NORMAL occurrence at this hotel We were never made aware or this when checking in Would of still stayed With the hotel chain just a different location We have a child who’s safety comes first The hotel and hotel chain refused to even take steps to help prevent the next family from going through this I keep getting there are signs posted in the parking lots that state they are not responsible If you know your guest safety is at risk why are you not taking steps to help prevent this situation by getting cameras or security We will no longer stay with this hotel chain We have a 6 year old who will never look at staying at hotels the same again We are now left with paying for all the insurance deductibles (they also damage the door)and the hotel stay because the hotel doesn’t care about the customer as long as they got their money for that night The $100+ stay just turned into $2000 but hey it’s right outside the door on their property but since it’s in the parking lot we could care less about it We will also continue to take guests money knowing this will continue to happen to the next family who choose to stay here IHG has lost my business and well as my cooperate business partners who travel with them regularly Do the right thing and tell your guest for their safety, have some compassion when it does happen and try to make it right with your guest

Arrived at the hotel and I had completed my checking online While waiting desk clerk ignored me and checked in another customer that arrived after me little annoying Recieved keys and parked and settled in the room

Exterior hall floor black and filthy and room carpet also dark and filthy Room was spacious and beds seemed clean and orderly Went to dinner awesome and came back and enjoyed the pool Woke up and we enjoyed the express breakfast and started to pack up the room and took my bags down to the car and found someone had attempted and failed to break into my car Notified the desk and they stated call police not out pro let and no cameras on exterior or facility Cops arrived gave statement and claim with insurance which now a $200 stay now is costing me $700 Was Notified by law enforcement that this hotel this is very common and seems to be the target of auto theft from out of state travelers I am an IHG member for yrs and have never had this happen and no security cameras amazed me We will not be visiting Lexington, KY ever again Stay away from this hotel or park in the front

It’s a nice hotel, the staff are really friendly and Liza is a gem if you get to meet with her! The gym is fantastic The treadmill has Bluetooth connectivity to headphones and watches I was able to watch stuff on YouTube on the treadmill which was nice

The sunset and sunrise views are on point I caught a glimpse of the sunrise but most definitely, you can’t miss the sunset from the parking lot of the hotel It’s also close to some nice restaurants and all in all, it’s a nice place to be

Samantha Saunders

We had a quick overnight stay while driving through Quick check in, clean The beds were comfortable but the hallways were loud

There was loud music outside in or near the parking lot after midnight so I put on my phone’s sound machine app The cracks around the door let a lot of sound and light through I was surprised the breakfast isn’t complimentary like comparable hotels I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here

John Flynn

The location was fantastic for convenience, only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that I heard the traffic from a nearby major road quite a bit It didn’t bother me much and for me the convenience of nearby gas and restaurants far outweighed any road noise but thought it bared mentionBeyond that the hotel was modern and clean and the staff was friendly

Excellent hotel for my purposes and I will stay here again next time

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay They compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t regret itVery nice hotel: quality rooms and amenities We really appreciated having a refrigerator in our room, though we did not have a microwave The shower was nice & also spacious There is also a pool and fitness center Their catering is pretty good too; particularly noteworthy were the helpful and courteous staff members

Celia Anaya

The views were nice and the room was clean upon arrival However, we stayed there for 5 days and no one came to clean the room in the mornings like they did for other rooms I requested them to come on day 3 in the morning because we had no towels and toilet paper, they said they were busy and low staffed but would get someone out to the room that day

We returned to the room and nothing was done The next morning I went to ask for room service again She said they could see I asked the day prior but have been busy They sent someone out in the early evening when my kids were back from an almost full day of activities, but couldn’t clean because they were in there This was on day 4 when they’re supposed to clean early like they did for other rooms that day There is also a lack of communication here Managers don’t keep the front desk employees in the loop, and they are clueless on things when event coordinators have made agreements with the hotel upper management team I understand they might be short staffed but they shouldn’t allow so many guests that they can’t even handle They should sell out after a certain amount of rooms are taken, even if they can occupy more

We definitely picked this Hampton location vs others in Lexington based on price (including Marriott’s) of both room rate and pet feeComing north on I-75 and getting into town at 5:30p traffic was a nightmare and took a good 30 minutes from the interstateWe were greeted by a very nice young lady and check- in was fast

We found the same ancient and tiny room referenced by a previous guest For two people and a dog we were stepping all over each other in the 2 queen room, and it was a feat to close the bathroom door if you were actually in it – remodeling isn’t likely to fix that At first glance the room looked old but clean, but then the dog found stuff on the floor to try and eat, and going over surfaces (nightstand, bathroom counter, desk) with our Clorox wipes we found they had dried up stuff on them UghThere are pictures taped on the wall of the hallway of what may be future upgrades, but until that happens I would not return to or recommend this location There are 3 other hotels across the parking lot… pick one of those not the closet filled with furniture from your grandparents garage Sorry HI

Pros: Staff is super friendly The ground floor common areas were nice Coffee was hot – even during the evening hours

They offered complimentary snacks with check-inCons: The AC/Heat was too loud Made for a cold night’s sleep The hallways looked tired – specifically the carpet The chairs in the room were a little threadbare

There is no pool There is no mention of this on the website and we were not told at check-in A check-in that took 20 minutes

The beds are also extremely hard I asked to speak to the Manager because we only chose this hotel for the pool and was told someone would call and have yet to receive a call or even an apology I would recommend a hotel that cares about customer service

Been traveling a lot and this hotel is one to revisit Great location off the highway This location was either brand new or recently remodeled

From the lobby to the room, everything was clean and welcoming Our room was well lit and updated Beds were comfortable and most important to me, the bathroom was spacious and CLEAN with a large shower area Thanks and we will see you again

This is a very clean hotel, with friendly staff Check in was easy, and the rooms are amazing One of my favorite features was the barn style sliding door with full mirror that closed the bathroom area

All features were up to date, hardwood laminate flooring, and vibrant colored soft vinyl chair coverings I like the vinyl on the chairs better than cloth because I know they can be, and are cleanThere is a Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, and a Gas station all within walking distance, and easy access to I75 I will definitely stay at this hotel again when in town Price per night is excellent

My husband and I made reservations to stay at this location on our travels to upstate NYWe checked in right at 3pm and requested 1st floor Mike was awesome and able to accommodate which is never guaranteed

The room was extremely clean and bed very comfortable Breakfast was what we expected and nice to have something before our long drive We were so happy with this hotel I made reservations on our return Only issue for this stay was the door was so heavy to open and slow to close I would recommend this hotel Great location and plenty of choices for restaurants!

I stay at Hampton inns all across the country, never had a bad experience but this one stands out as the best when it comes to hospitality! They are over the top in making me feel welcome when I arrive, good old fashioned southern hospitality, rooms are always clean as well as the entire facility Parking is a little tight in the front if you drive a large SUV or full size truck but there’s another lot in the back with plenty of room for larger vehicles

Highly recommended The most memorable part of my month long stay is the all night long restful comfort of the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in I was here, along with friends, for the month of July

Room was spotless and comfortable My room Attendant, Leaha, was efficient, friendly, unobtrusive, doing and excellent job The daily free breakfast bar included a healthy and wide variety of tasty foods and beverages The Attendant, Annie, kept all food items in sufficient supply as well keeping all tables sanitized and spotless during her shift On a side note: a man was on duty never wiped tables or spills on the counter surfaces and food frequently ran out by 9am during his shift The patio/courtyard area was comfortable and kept clean The only negative is the free wifi was very poor and unable to access unless I went to the dining area or the computer room

The fist time I stayed here there was an issue with a toilet that was always running and a shower door with chipped glass-not to mention some construction going on at the time (think of a cement truck running, then backing up seemingly every 15 minutes, starting at around 4am)The staff moved me to a different room without issue, really, and my subsequent stays were pretty goodMon-wed they do a social hour from 5-7, free dinner food and $1 beer- Not bad at all if you’re exhausted from a new job and are staying there until your family joins you in town There is a full sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, a two burner stove, and a microwave in the suites, which made it really convenient

As of June/July of ’22, there’s unfortunately some construction going on that is an unpleasant alarm clockBut really, I would recommend Staybridge to visitors I have, actually

We spent one night here for our last night in town Really impressed with the size our 1 bedroom suiteLet me start with the kitchen: Full sized kitchen with a full size fridge

The kitchen has a counter top stove, a microwave that is bigger than the one in my home The cupboards were stocked with plates, bowls, cups, mixing bowls Yes there is even silverwareNice sized living room Same with the bedroom Both the living room and bedroom had tvs The beds were very comfortable too!Bathroom: Separate vanity from the toilet and showerBreakfast: Nice little buffet downstairs stocked with coffee, juices, milk, muffins, warm donuts, cheese omelets, cereals, toast, bagels, sausagesNighttime: I know they have a social hour downstairs and you could get drinks, we didn’t partake in this as my daughter wanted to swim in the poolPool: Nice temperature, indoors, large and cleanPatio: Seen several guys bbqing for their dinner, the patio is really set up nice!

Where do I begin Was given incorrect directions as to where our room was located so we could use the most convenient door for entry It was on the opposite side of the hotel as we were instructed

Outdoor key pad at that door didn’t even work after we had moved our vehicle once we found out we were on opposite side Elevators were not clean Went to check out pool and the entry door to the pool area was unlocked (key access not needed must have been broken) which was a safety issue The hot tub wasn’t working, it was taped and blocked off with pool chairs And there was literally 6 towels on the towel rack The bar was not open like advertised The ice machine on our floor did not work I would definitely not come back

Room too cold No routine in room housekeeping services provided during guest stays, terrible considering the high rates Marriott quality is slipping

Room has some dirty soiled spots on the carpet and stains on the wall in the bathroom Service is very poor Overall the experience was disappointing Top dollar charged for less than satisfactory accommodations or service Complimentary breakfast was not provided Front desk clerk acted like she was doing us a favor at check-in Asked “why are you here?” which was none of her business TV programming selection stinks Body wash dispenser in the shower tub was empty, finished shower with their pre-packed soap slivers Hotel is outdated, even lacks USB ports to charge cell phones or other electronic equipment Heard guests on the floor above walking, bouncing or stomping on the floor all night, the noise made sleep very difficult Bed very uncomfortable A terrible stay overall! Did not feel like a valued customer or a welcome guest and checked out early

I’m surprised this hotel still gets so many stars That will be changing soon, I am sure I would not stay here again

It was a decent place to sleep with a lot of problems The hot tub was roped off closed with no explanation The fitness room was 89° and the air would not cool it down The fire pit was not turned on, and none of the cushions have been put on the outdoor furniture even though we are well into spring The security door to the courtyard area is completely missing, leaving it open to the back parking lot The shelves for the snack pantry were basically empty And the back door, which has a sign saying it requires a key for entry for the security of guests, was completely unlocked It really felt like nearly every little detail is going overlooked Maybe they are short staffed But this place is nothing special at the current time

The lady that works the front desk on the weekends, was outstanding!! She was so nice, always available, great service! This hotels saving graceThe night person was NEVER available The weekend day girl was unfriendly almost rude, more interested in her phone than the business of the hotel

The pool was murky and smallThere wasn’t a hot tub although so many pictures showed one – the only reason why we chose to stay thereImagine our disappointment when there wasn’t one Upon entering, checking in, someone was calling and asking about the pics they saw of the hot tubThe rooms were standardThe rates were good for what it was

So much bad Not a 3 Star, not even a 2 star First the Good

Maids friendly and good workers Maintenance man was BUSY but very personableOur room was two queen beds But only one chair in the room (I sat on the floor) Had a small desk but they had a lamp and the morning coffee set up on the desk If you want to do any office work the lamp and coffee tray have to go on the floor A two person room but you better be prepared to live out of your suitcase Only two small drawersMattress was like sleeping on cardboard with a foam pad over the topWashing machine and dryer coin operated slides get stuck, will not pull out Front desk says its been that way for awhile They have to be really banged and push/pulled to get them out We skipped our 2nd load of wash Front desk does NOT have a supply of quarters for laundryWent to get juice for breakfast and noted a stale smell from juice dispenser Apple Juice tasted funny Suspect unit is NOT cleaned as it should beExcepting the maids and maintenance man the whole place indicates indifference to customer stay/customer care Obvious that there hasn’t been much money spent on keeping the place up Cheapness endemic everywhere you look Lack of investment and attention to the details than make a pleasant stay are missingWon’t stay here again, Would not recommend Don’t be fooled by the 3 Star rating

The hotel did partially refund me for the following issues and the staff were very kindMy first room has definitely been smoked in recently After switching rooms, I tried the gym

Basically a glorified closet, what did work didn’t work well Loose pieces on the weight machine Had to step over other equipment to get to the back of the “gym”The second room had a jacuzzi tub (yay) but when the Jacuzzi was on, I could smell mold The shower curtain was moldy and the bathroom sink took 2 hours to drainThe Jacuzzi would turn itself on about every 30 minutes Took the attendant and I over an hour before we finally unscrewed the cover and I unplugged it myself Then, as I laid down, I could hear tons of noise in the hallway and front desk (first floor unit)Of course they were sold out so couldn’t change rooms again and too late to change hotels
