The staff was excellent to me and my family The breakfast experience has been better every hotel I have visited this year The lady who works in the front desk (Tye) has been very accommodating to us

The man who works in the kitchen (Thaylis) has been extraordinary, he brought out everything you need and or want in a breakfast meal He also brought out more food the instant it ran out The rooms were clean and spacious The housekeeping has done an excellent job Overall this hotel and it’s staff have been absolutely exceptional

Jennifer Hoffman

The Holiday Inn express at Woburn is a great hotel and what I expect from a Holiday Inn express A clean room, easy check in and good service The staff was friendly although I did not spend a lot of time interacting with staff

Two complaints about the hotel The room I got, with a double bed, was so small it was claustrophobic There was no place to put a suitcase and no suitcase standMy second complaint is staff knocked on my door at 8:45 AM wanting to clean my room They need a checkout log to see which rooms are available rather than disturbing guests so early in the morningEven though my room was right next to the elevator, something they do when you purchase via a 3rd party website, I did not hear any elevator noise The rooms were well insulatedThis hotel is very conveniently located across the street from a large shopping center with a lot of shopping and multiple places to eat And it is within a 100 yds of the freeway exitI would definitely stay here again They do need to tell staff to be more mindful of guests and there

Gloria Firnhaber

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend, did not like it at all!! They didn’t do room service, not change the towels At 8am one day someone attempted to open our room door, I don’t know if it was housekeeping but I guess they should knock first Its not the best location if you want to get around Boston to sightsee (my bad) this hotel is like 20min away

Breakfast was great and staff were kind and helpful The hotel needs updating; the carpets are worn out and dirty, the elevator said out of order but it seem to be working Had to use the stairsThe A/C is way to close to the bed and will freeze your brain at night (vent can’t be adjusted)

Overpriced Poor service Rude/strange staff

Booked a Saturday for my kid’s sports tournament Realized due to schedule needed Friday night also They gouged me for the Friday night Once there, check in staff clueless Called for a restaurant menu because not in room or online Desk said menu should be in the room and they would bring one up Phone rings it’s the bar saying they are not bringing one up Went down to order food-$20 and change bill and the rude “bartender” takes $30 and never brings the change, forcing me to ask for it Sorry not tipping rude staff 975 on a 20 bill On Saturday get back to room and no room service for my 250 plus tax night stay Desk tells me you have to request it Breakfast not included, overpriced Starbucks with limited options Oh and mattress sags bad Plenty of other hotel choices locally -skip this place…

Visiting from Temecula California for a work trip Rooms are clean and quiet The people working the front desk super friendly and Jackie at the bar make an excellent Cesar salad

The location is sort of an island as you can’t walk to any restaurant’s from here You’ll need a ride to get to anything I would look forward to staying again if I return to area

LaDale Walker

I thought that breakfast was included, but it’s Starbucks a la carte Also, the TV goes out in the rain I basically had a blue screen with “no signal” written across it while it rained for over an hour

Not worth the money and the location is kind of secluded For the price, you can pay to stay at another Marriott with better amenities

My wife and I stayed at the Bedford Hampton Inn for 3 days The hotel provided class A service to us We were very happy with our stay, and we’d gladly return

Each staff was professional and courteous Maritza Ramos who works at the front desk was so warm and welcoming She’s downright awesome with one of the friendliest personalities we’ve seen! Another staff member extended our checkout time to accommodate my wife’s remote working This was when the hotel was fully booked-out Additionally, the GM (an older gentleman) availed a conference room to my wife so that she could continue working with quiet and privacy The GM was very polite and helping-minded! Literally everyone was nice to us, including the person who brought us extra pillows when requested In my opinion, the staff at this hotel go above and beyond in trying to make your stay comfortable, and they do it with a generous smile! My wife and I feel very appreciative! They’ve definitely got a winning crew there!!

Absolutely the worst place I ever stayed I never think that I would spend my precious time to write a bad review before This hotel is bad no matter the experience or the environment

Firstly, the bed sheet is uncleaned I started to grow pimple on my hand and feet after the first night I spent here Also, the whole room smelled like feet, and I am sure that they never clean the carpet It just stink when I opened the door and walked in, I have to use lots of perfume to cover the smell(but failed) The bathroom is uncleaned, too I can also heard the sounds from the room next to me, too What’s more, the attitude of front desk is awful I would say 90 percent of the people working in this hotel are friendly, but some are not A person leave me a huge impression of being no friendly, he looks like the manager here, but he doesn’t speak a fluent English I don’t sure I remember his name, it started with an A,and he wear glasses The most important thing is that he is unwilling to communicate He behaves very impatient after he answered my question, and sometimes ignored my word This is the absolutely the worst employee I ever seen in a hotel front desk He didn’t even know how to treat a person in a polite manner Also,as same as happened in a comment above, they charge me extra price for one more night, too When I try to connect them, he said that he did not and refuse to discuss more according to their policy If you have the time to check other comment, you will find that the comment about the front desk is so bad I hope the hotel can make some improvement in the future, especially the black gentleman with the glass ONLY COME TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE OTHER CHOICES, or you will be regretted

My status as a military serviceman & Hilton Honors Lifetime Diamond Member was recognized and upon arrival; I was warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager I love the charm of this hotel, absolutely outstanding, and does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at allEvery staff member I encountered was delightful and eager to help

They went above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable & enjoyable The service was exceptional, high-quality, top notch, and not to be beat! This excellent property was clean, and very convenient…and the atmosphere was special with a great ambianceOverall, the Hampton Inn Bedford / Burlington exceeded my expectations I would definitely recommend this hotel to my professional colleagues and military Soldiers I will always stay at this location when traveling to this area/Boston All respect for the general manager, David D’Arcy, who does a great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality…thank you so much!

The room is nice and clean Kitchen is still currently close so no room service available It’s an area where you need to drive everywhere

Nothing is close by So the fact that there is no food available at the hotel makes everything a little bit more complicated Considering that there is no more mask mandates, Marriott should reconsider this The people at the reception desk where super nice

David Nuzzi

Clean room nice building Pool was advertised as open (it was closed) breakfast advertised as free (there was no breakfast) Bistro closed just some grab and go muffins

Looks like 2020 covid restrictions were never lifted No other explanations on the closures This hotel can’t keep their promises No microwave in room and limited dining choices in areaYou get a clean room and not much else for a inflated rate

Kathleen Roberts

Troy was great- don’t lose him The room was not what I signed up for- adequate for sleep Prices should be lowered to reflect poor grab n go breakfast (not CONTINENTAL)

No restaurantThe room: bathroom – not sparkling- see pics Hot water valve not working – had to fool with it to get hot water- did not want to repack and move rooms at that pointBed was made with wrong linens Top coverlet was a queen as it only went 2 inches over the side of the mattressJust not up to Courtyard’s standards!!

I read reviews on this hotel after I had already booked and was not looking forward to my stay So many negative reviews and was very surprised walking into the lobby Wasn’t at all like ppl had described

This hotel was great ! Nice, clean, inviting etc Staff was extremely friendly and easy to speak too The rooms were awesome n spacious Beds were comfortable, especially the pillows There was a sofa in the room with 2 small round tables that were perfect to sit at and eat/relax at It had a stand up shower which I like way more then a tub I am the kind of person who gets uncomfortable with hotels and germs etc So I bring my own pillowcases, blankets and such but be had forgotten everything except my pillowcases and was relieved at how clean the sheets and blankets were Even when I cleaned all the surfaces myself with Lysol wipes they were already clean Usually I find stuff I rather not while doing this Overall I would return and recommend anyone staying here I gave 4 stats only bc I believe every place can always improve Oh and FREE breakfast is always nice when staying at a hotel

Tomek F

Room clean, bed comfortable Shower instead of tub was nice I was surprised by the lack of room service

Apparently they clean the rooms on request Breakfast was just okThere was a smell of marijuana in the hallway Some hotel guest didn’t seem to follow the rules

Peck Family

Just ok Upon check in I was asked if I wanted housekeeping I answered yes

When I can back to my room the following night housekeeping never came I asked the gal at the front desk about it and she said I was on the schedule for the following day Fine So the next morning on my way out I asked again to make sure I was getting housekeeping that day A different girl stayed no, I was not in the schedule for cleaning I asked to be added considering I have been asking since check in and she said no i could only get towels Are you kidding? Aside from the lack of customer service, the room was not that clean when I checked in and it felt like there was moisture in the room It’s a really dated hotel The poolIs meh Don’t get fooled by all the nice pictures… it’s not that nice!

We booked this hotel because we got a good rate on it through Hopper Pretty much have to say the same as everyone else It’s very outdated

But that’s not necessarily a downside for us My complaint is that the website mentions restaurants/breakfast but they aren’t actually functioning anymore So that sucked Second, the beds were awful We had a room with 2 doubles Not comfortable at all The staff was friendly though I didn’t run into the same problems some others have Check in and out was easy The pool was open There aren’t towels in the pool area but that’s not an issue because we always bring our own anywayBottom line- this wouldn’t be my first choice if I’m ever in the area again but I would stay if I was in a pinch

Katie קשת

This hotel really exceeded my expectations My husband and I arrived from the airport and took a long uber to this hotel We saw this hotel from an app called Hotel Tonight and booked two nights

We walked into our room and felt like it was old and outdated We asked the front desk if they could upgrade the room for us and they did it without any issues We walked into the bigger room with the King bed and it was much nicer They were very nice and accommodating We swam in the warm pool, which was beautiful (I wish the jacuzzi was full of water and working, but we can’t have it all, right?) Overall, great experience and I would stay here again THANK YOU!

Lydia Parlee

I had a great check in The person that checked me in was friendly Once I got the keys I was confused

They were real keys like if you were opening your door to your home I proceed to go to the room instantly I smell a bad odor of mildew and cigarettes I open the door to my room same smell Carpets were horrible curtains were yellow I decide to try pool no towels and pool was just not what we thought it was going to be I literally checked in and checked out within an hour

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip My room was relatively modern looking and comfortable If you are sensitive to noise like I am, this hotel is a good option for you

My room was very quiet, no noise from the roads around Even the AC runs quietly which I liked a lot The hotel restaurant had live music on Wednesday night The continental breakfast is served from 6:30-9am and is $13 per person Options are very limited for breakfast though and could be improved Overall for a business traveler it is a good enough option

I would never ever book here again I do not suggest anyone should It is highly unsafe for out-of-towners

I booked a 2 night stay and on the second night, my room got broken into and luggage was searched I was not in my room when the event took place but found out once I got back around 2am My room door was wide open once I got back Fortunately, it was a short stay and nothing valuable was packed and I had all of my jewelry with me at the time It took place some time after 930pm There should be no reason for cleaning service after 930pm so I truly feel as if I was targeted and it was a planned ” robbery ” They have got to do better to keeping their guest safe and the last thing their guest should ever worry about is their safety I would say im happy I was safe the 1st night and they were kind enough to refund my money but its a little traumatizing to know something bad could have taken place on the 2nd night

Dee Gee

This Best Western is so spectacular, I can’t say enough good things about it I am a picky guest and I’ve stayed at numerous hotels in my life I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for five years as well, so I have very high expectations for guest courtesy and customer service

Brian, the general manger, went above and beyond for me I wasn’t satisfied with my room and he personally made sure that I was assigned to a room of my liking He is kind, caring, sincerely empathetic, and efficient He is a great asset to the franchise and they should be proud to have someone like him representing them Evan at the front desk is wonderful as well He is friendly, sincere, professional, and efficient He is knowledgeable about the hotel and the area and answered all of my questions while being the charming, friendly soul that he is This is a great place to stay because great people work here It is clean, friendly, and affordable What more could you ask for??

Kelly Kube

I did not have a good experience Here are some of the reasons why:-The front entrance was packed with people smoking cigarettes all hours of the day-The hotel smelled like cigarettesThe room was grimey, especially the bathroom

– There was a lot of suspicious vehicle traffic happening in the parking lotAll and all, this hotel was dirty and smelled I would never stay here again

I was part of a wedding party that stayed here Because I was with the bridal party all day and the hotel couldn’t give me an early check in (which is fine), I couldn’t check into my room until after the wedding Check in was easy, thought the room was great until I saw a used pair of eyelashes on the bathroom sink

I packed my stuff and decided to leave because I thought if they didn’t see that, then how do I know they cleaned everything else? Explained it to the manager and she assured me that if I reached out to the people I booked with and requested a refund, she would back me up and make sure I got My refund My stay was on 6/30 and I initially received an email saying that they were looking into it I’ve reached out several more times with no responses and no refund I was really grossed out by the lashes and did not feel comfortable sleeping in the beds Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you can check in early enough on the day to ensure the room is spotless, as it should be

Frankie Watson

Absolutely amazing place to stay My family and I went down that direction for a little vacation The pool areas were very clean and the kids absolutely loved both the indoor as well as the outdoor pool

The location of the hotel is great You are 15 min from the Salem NH mall area and 20 min from the Lowell area They have a decent breakfast with eggs, sausage, assorted breads and muffins, cereal, hot oatmeal, yogurt, and a waffle maker

The indoor pool was busy as it was a hot weekend The rooms are plenty spacious but show their age Everything is carpeted so if you have allergies, beware! Our ac unit didn’t work great We had it set as low as it would go (66) and when we returned from a scorching day on the softball field it was 74 in the room It’s also a loud unit We could hear the people above us which was annoying The bathtub had a super slow drain which left the tub dirty after washing all the infield dirt off of us Just a few little things that make it an overall ok experience

Thomas Martin

This place was very nice Larger than usual hotel rooms, good amenities I took off one star for the room because mine smelled off

They had a carpet cleaning company in my room that day, and it probably just needed to air out more, but it was still something to manage I opened the window to air it out and it was tolerable after about 2 hours

Brandon Fazzino

I was on a business trip up here for a few days, and my company made reservations for us at this hotel The front desk staff were very friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean and the beds were more comfortable than many other hotels I’ve stayed at The prices are also fair

Next time we’re up here we will definitely stay here again Thank you for making us feel welcomed!

The hotel itself is very accommodating having the sports bar connected to the lobby and the location right off the highway I’ve stayed here twice and been on the fourth floor once in a King executive and twice in a suite The suite is amazing, clean, comfortable I never wanna leave the room when I’m there

The hotel is bright and relaxing Only noise I heard was the doors slamming shut from other rooms Other then that the rooms were very quiet and that was the reason for our stay, needed a quiet mental break We did have some issues with a reservation I made via phone and being put in the wrong room which caused me some frustration but the staff did eventually take care of the problem and were apologetic and accommodating Tyler at the front desk was very helpful and nice Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean quiet place to escape that’s local or a place to stay while in town!

Tasha Kates

Crowne Plaza gets the big things right — clean rooms, free parking, nice pool and gym area, lovely front desk staff, great climate control and a good restaurant attached However, they are not good at the little stuff It’s like they took all of the information out of the rooms during COVID and never put it back

There were no channel listings on paper or digitally The cable offering is anemic for children Housekeeping didn’t come once during our four night stay, and the front desk somehow expected I would know to put a load of towels outside our room and call them to have housekeeping come and hand me new towels directly Apparently daily housekeeping will resume today, which is nice, but I thought they would come once during our stay We also booked a room for four that was set up for two or three — three bath towels, two plastic cups, two coffee cups They used to have vending, but now they have an extremely overpriced Marketplace next to the front deskI’m only docking them one star because the overall stay is great, if you can overlook the minor stuff that you would encounter in your hotel stay

Eric Wannemacher

The room was clean and comfortable The bed and pillows allowed me to sleep soundly The air conditioner kept the room extremely comfortable and was quiet enough that it did not disturb my sleep

The included breakfast was a continental style but the food tasted as though it was made from scratch; there is a restaurant on site Room service only checked first thing in the morning; if you’re a late sleeper, your room won’t be serviced Would definitely return!

Every little detail was perfect: the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless It was a good night’s sleep on the bed Noise should be kept to a minimum

The staff was really helpful and polite The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of a complimentary breakfast COVID concerns have led to this restriction That makes sense When you run out of cream cheese one day, you run out of jelly the next Everything is alright if you can live off of yogurt and coffee

Matthew Mattis

Hotel was clean, presentable outside and the staff was friendly Pool was closed, gym was limited (not sure to really call it a gym) and breakfast ran out of food Always hot coffee in the front, front desk did not acknowledge Diamond member, nor did they present the bag (I had to ask for it)

Everything else was Hampton Inn quality, always a nice stay But, definitely fell short of what it normally is

Holly Edney

Booked this hotel through Hotelcom in March 2022 Stay was paid in full at time of booking

When I checked out the front desk person told me there was a problem with my card and charged it again It’s been 3 weeks since my stay I’ve called the hotel twice both; both times was told there was no manager on site Also called corporate customer service All admit there should have been no charge to my card but no one has reversed the charges yet DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Easily the best hotel within a 15 mile radius Compared with other Residence Inns, this one is in a quiet location with the backside up against nature The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean

The rates are very good especially considering the quality The breakfast is okay for an included breakfast and they have a good amount of variety, but it’s also not amazing The hotel is walking distance There are not many hotels outside of the downtown area that are walking distance to a town center, so that’s a nice feature

This used to be a great place for people to stay We always had visiting family stay there I think it could still be a great place, but right now in March 2022 – it is catering to film crews from the local area

This means breakfast food that is not very good No bar at night or food offering despite a very nice dining area The sofa in our room was not in the best shape The hot water was out all of Saturday morning and we were comped $50 for this, but it was a hassle to be without hot water We hope they put some work in to their customer service and visiting family can again stay there

Rooms are decent I was there during the 2 foot snowstorm due to work needing folks close by and able to get to work And they did not plow their parking lot until late Sunday night

The only reason one could get out was because truck drivers were spending the night and they flattened one lane enough to get by That was really bad The Continental breakfast is pretty awful All microwaved and processed food So it was okay for my purpose and I wouldn’t recommend it if I was coming to the area to stay in though Nicer places to stay with much better food options

Pools heater was broken so it was freezing They don’t even bother telling you like it was my main reason to go there in the first place Even after covid pool hours still didnt change (same time & only weekends)

My room felt dirty I saw hair everywhere all over my bedding and pillows, it felt like it was never even cleaned I used to love this hotel but not anymore Never going there again Thank you for these last few years though

Most of the time the Hotel seems to be clean yet there’s always situations that never get resolved Things seem to break down and not work Researching the owners “The Jamsan Group” out of Lexington MA seem more content with buying more hotels vs making sure the ones they already own, have what they need to make the existing one’s more efficient

Shortages of towels and linens and removing the outside dumpsters that smell are just some of the reoccurring issues the owners don’t consciously address My gut instinct making money 1st and caring about their patrons less

While the women at the service desks were EXTREMELY kind and the hotel itself was quite nice, they need to get their service together We booked a double queen room (ahead of time), showed up, payed and got into our room only to realize they gave us two full sized beds We had too many people staying there to do that not to mention we payed the price of two queens

The management told us the hotel was over booked and they didn’t have any queen beds to give us That is completely ridiculous I have an event to attend where I need to stay at this hotel I am beyond upset While they gave us a room at a farther hotel for free, we now have to drive about 15 minutes farther I might of well just driven from my house Get your management together and keep track of who booked ahead of time This has ruined my day

The excellent customer service sets this Hotel way way above other Hilton Hotels The staff went above and beyond to make sure our every need and want was fulfilled They were so willing to help make our stay special

The breakfast was better than most The breakfast staff made sure that the hot dishes were fresh and that everything was refilled as neededThe rooms were comfortable, with plenty of fresh towels and clean linensThank you so much

Hampton Inn is the BEST! The facilities are cleanly, the customer service is top notch, and the continental breakfast included in the room cost is delicious The process for getting a room block was simple and easy I especially loved working with Sharon throughout the process

She was attentive to our needs, timely in her responses, and always professional The night we got back from the wedding – we found two bottles of champagne, a handwritten congratulations note, and hershey kisses Sharon and the team at Hampton Inn had everything to do with this incredibly thoughtful gesture

Morgan Cushing

I really wanted this to be a 5-star review, but I just can’t The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool However, the bed we slept in was so, so hard and uncomfortable

While it was nice to have a fridge, it was really small and couldn’t fit a small pizza box There was also mold that started forming on the ceiling in the shower While not a deal breaker, the toilet was also really low TV was big, but no channel guide and couldn’t connect to Netflix It wasn’t a bad stay, but it wasn’t a great stay either

Yup it’strue

We booked an overnight stay here while on business in the City The Inn looked recently remodeled , updated and modern The lobby was both welcoming and spotless

Front desk staff were pleasant and efficient, making check- in and check- out a breeze Ample parking, well lit and secure, even the parking lot was clean! We stayed in a double, the beds were comfortable, clean with plenty of pillows The bathroom was oversized, making it easy for two people to be in it at same time if needed Hot water on demand and water pressure was superb A full length mirror, iron, hair dryer, closet & hangers, desk, chairs, blackout curtains, refrigerator w/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, ice bucket, all cups individually wrapped & sealed a bonus! Best complimentary breakfast ever! Toast, bagels, coffee, tea, orange juice, iced tea, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, waffles, butter, syrup, milk, half & half, jelly, peanut butter, sugar, sweetener, plenty of dining space They nailed it! Walk out the front entrance and turn left and walk five yards to Chili’s Restaurant & BarL Turner

I love this hotel! The beds and rooms were nice and comfortable The hotel is clean and has a nice pool Check-in was easy and everything was clean and comfortable

They had a good selection for the complimentary breakfast, including waffles, eggs, sausage links, cereal, yogurt and bagels Only thing I would say is that breakfast could be a little later It’s over at 8:30 It would be nice to have at least until 9 or 9:30

Tammie Lacewell-Robinson

Basic accommodations, but clean with a comfortable bed The bedding and bath towels were clean The bathroom, refrigerator and microwave were clean

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful Check in and check out was quick and easy They offered a decent breakfast at the hotel We only stayed for one night because we were in town for a Red Sox game, but we would definitely recommend this La Quinta Inn and Suites if you are visiting Boston
