Other than some mold/mildew in the bathroom, the room was wonderful I sleep in the day and it was quiet and the curtains kept the room dark The breakfasts were outstanding, especially the made to order omelets

I loved the restaurant in the lobby I ate there all 4 days and all the meals were tasty I would definitely go again and recommend the place to friends and family

Lori Leigh O’Gara

Customer service was great, for the most part, the hotel was not It was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in You could hear every little thing through the walls and doors

Children were running all over the place with no one saying a word to them The bed was very uncomfortable The pillows were flat The complementary toiletries were cheap The “balcony” that I was looking forward to sitting on to drink coffee and look at the lake in the morning was a 12 in ledge with a railing and a slide open window The breakfast was mediocre, the cooks doing the made to order omelets were rude The staff cleaning up the dinning area were very polite The cleaning staff were attentive The front desk staff were great The parking was ok, but several large trucks and one SUV took two and three parking spots so it was difficult to find a place to park I tend to stick with Hilton hotels because they are normally a cut above and I am rarely disappointed This time, I was wondering if I had actually booked a Hilton property or a look a like Come on, Hilton, you can do better than this

Monica Lopez

We always stay at the embassy suites and this one was probably the worst one we’ve stay at Employees were great and nice but the hotel was very out dated, our room was not clean The A/C did not work, it said it was on 65 but felt like 75

It was very humid in our room When it rained the carpet in the room by the window got soaking wet My son slept on the pull out bed and the bed was VERY uncomfortable, no padding what so ever He said he just felt the springs in the bed The staffed fixed the bed by bringing a pillow topper but that should not be necessary The buffet breakfast was good but I wish the happy hour was at least til 8 We always missed the happy hour because we were at the baseball fields for my son’s tournament At the end of our week long stay there was a huge group of people that came to stay and they took up every single seat in the lobby during breakfast time Nobody else had a place to sit during breakfast, they were not even eating so I found that annoying that we had to sit without a table to eat our breakfast Overall very disappointed in this embassy stay

I stayed here for 2 weeks for a business trip and was extremely pleased with the hotel I agree with other reviews that overall this is a great option for a Courtyard Marriott and anything similar to that The remodeled rooms were nice, everything was clean, having a small microwave and fridge in the room was very convenient

All of my concerns were always addressed by the front desk immediately and staff were always friendly The bistro had great breakfast options and having Starbucks on site was one less trip I had to make in the morning It was conveniently located as well Took about 15-20 minutes to get anywhere I wanted to go

Denise Schmidt

For the money I spent for a room per night I could have stayed at a competitor’s and had breakfast included and all the free coffee I wanted That was not the case here There is a Starbucks in the lounge and although I received a $10 voucher for each night I stayed I still ended up spending money

I asked for extra pillows my 3rd night of a 4 night stay and when I got off the elevator could see that the door to the room had been left ajar and was not closed tightly! My belongings were still inside and Marriott is very lucky that nothing was missing, ANYONE could have entered the room, COVID positive or not! (Please note I never leave anything of value in a room but that is not the point here)I walked to the front desk and complained in person and asked for a manager to contact me I am still waitingHow would you like to know that the rooms are not cleaned very well? There was a sock on the floor near the head of the bed between the bed and the table for multiple days, even after I told the front desk personnel All I was told was that she would notify the Manager of Housekeeping Again, I’m still waiting to hear from any Marriott employeeMy siblings and nieces were in town due to a family emergency, our mother was on life support so we spent our entire days at the hospital Having hotel issues during our stay did nothing to help our peace of mind while in OrlandoThis was my first stay in a Marriott and I can honestly say I was not impressed I doubt I will book with them again

Benjamin Benson

The staff is super friendly The bistro is great I like the pool and gym

Overall its a great place to stay I do wish they had a leg machine in the gym and that the bistro hours were longer That being said i have stayed here for 21 days and have another 17 scheduled next month Best “off the parks” hotel i could have found for work

This is an old, apartment style residence inn I gave it a 3 because the front desk staff in the morning and evening were sooo nice, accommodating and helpful The location itself was dated

The room was pretty clean but the smell of smoke was masked by glade fresheners The shower water pooled at my ankles, which almost sent me a mental tizzy! It’s ok for a night, but I’d definitely consider other options long term

Kris Ernest

Was one of the coolest rooms I’ve ever been in, it was a loft but way bigger than a loss I wouldn’t even have called it that I would have called it a two-story home, the breakfast every morning was stupid awesome! So good! The only thing that I didn’t like was that the communication level between the employees was ridiculous, up until the point where we left everything was cool but still with the mishaps and communication service was above average everything’s super clean service was more than you would expect, it was a little Oasis, I would recommend it to anybody

I was very impressed with the front desk clerks They were friendly and also willing to help They all had smiles on their faces, making you feel welcome

The room I stayed in was clean My bed was always made before I returned The hotel was not noisy; elevators and hallways were clean—no nasty odors I will stay there on my next visit

Jorge G

Nice clean hotel with excellent service This is my first stay at this hotel When we got to the room and turned on the heater, it wasn’t working

This happens to be the coldest weekend of the season here Called the front desk to alert them of the problem They sent a maintenance person right away The heater could not be fixed so we were immediately moved to another room The hot breakfast was good and so was the coffee

Lynn Puckett

The manager of this location is AWESOME! I had an issue with my upon check in and out with a possible pet fee for my registered and certified service guide dog I understood being asked upon check in as many people try to avoid paying fees for their pets I presented all my documents at check in

When I went to check out it was not a pretty scene when I was questioned againI reached out when I arrived home and the manager reached out personally to assure me this would never happen again at his location He assured me that all staff is trained in the handling of ADA service animals and apologized profusely for the incidentThe rooms are GREAT and very Comfortable I will try it again when the need arises The location offers safety and comfort in the Apopka area

The welcoming front desk agents (Franklin), the F&B staff (Marco), and the great Sales & Events department (Ashley) made our meetings and over night stay so pleasurable! The staff was so professional and genuinely warm and friendly The hotel was clean and the food for our 2 day catered meeting was absolutely delicious! All my coworkers raved about the food and service! Kudos to you all!

Gina F.

I recently stayed here due to an unexpected trip because of a family emergency The staff here at the hotel could not be any more welcoming, hospitable, and kind during my visit Front desk staff (standout Franklin), Samuel, housekeeper Maria, and Director of Sales, Jim Donovan! Not to forget the staff at The Coffee Bean and Bartender in the restaurant

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, mall, grocery stores, gas stations It has it all! If you chose this hotel you will not be disappointed

Amanda Lyn

Rude staff, dirty rooms, rotting bathroom wall Peeling paint, rust on the make up mirror, as well as the walls somehow, and rusty shower head The sink was the slowest drain I have ever seen

Room so dusty my husband had an asthma attack We checked out within 8 hours The manager was no where to be found to speak to even when we called back later in the day Would have loved a refund for that first night that we only stayed 8 hours for but I’m just glad we got out and didn’t get charged for the other nights we were supposed to stay Oh and if you enjoy privacy when you use a bathroom definitely don’t stay here because the bathroom doors are sliding barn doors with huge gaps! Absolutely awful hotel I went by the good reviews and was so disappointedEDIT: director of rooms Sal Perez reached out to me and offered a partial refund and seemed responsive to training the staff Thanks sal for working to make this right!

We stayed in October of 2018 upon arrival I was not sure what to expect but I was in for a wonderful surprise! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating We stayed for two days and staff always checked to see if we needed fresh towels or linens Our room was clean and well air conditioned

The rooms had an apartment feeling to them with a separate living room and kitchen The courtyard outside was beautifully landscaped! Walking around outside in the courtyard at night was my favorite! It was so peaceful The hotel definitely had a romantic vibe to it The location was right on point too!! Located 5 min away from downtown and right off the highway A++

Justin Amans

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne It felt more like a home than a hotel, or an upscale bed and breakfast Like a world away from Orlando, but right off the Freeway, and convenient

The hotel itself is a Victorian style property, with beautiful gardens, and located right by the lake The rooms were well appointed, again, think B&B rather than your standard run of the mill hotel, and comfortable as well as charming The staff was so friendly, and check in/out was a cake walk They had a breakfast in the morning as well, but unfortunately we had to get on the road, otherwise I would have absolutely stayed for that I couldn’t get enough of this place Thanks for a wonderful stay, We’ll definitely be back!

Kitty Kat Fan Club

We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne! Such a beautiful property, I honestly would have been happy sleeping in the garden! But seriously, the rooms were well appointed, the property was breathtaking, the house was Victorian style and just so charming Had I not been staying there with my band mates, I would say it’s very romantic Also, it should be noted, that the rooms were not only charming, but comfortable, quiet, and dark, for an extremely good night of rest and relaxation

The property was also conveniently located right off the freeway, and not too far from the airport or the city, but far enough that it didn’t feel like I was in Orlando, but somewhere far nicer Thanks for such a great stay!

This was an outstanding experience The housecleaning staff was very helpful With my constant season allergies I needed an extra help with the room cleaned

The skills of Ms Mariangel assisted me with my condition She paid special attention to my room cleanliness needs Also breakfast was awesome for the price I will definitely stay here again

Helene Sovern

All employees here seemed so happy and went above and beyond in helping us after we got a flat tire Torre and Corthee were so friendly (front desk) that I I will actually miss seeing their smiling faces every morning Clean hotel, quiet and absolutely perfectly located right off I-4

The hotels in this area should, however, get the City to put up a street sign on Douglas since it was a tad difficult to find the turn and the GPS was wrong in the distance from the highway

Manny M

The rooms were very nice and clean House keeping cleaned once a day which was great The pool was a good temperature

The breakfast in the morning was great !What was the best part was Corthee She checked us in and as I arrived early after 12 hours of travel and had two very tired toddlers she was able to accommodate us early and that was just the beginning After that she helped me find milk as we had just arrived and the baby needed a bottle She checked in with us everyday and made us feel like we were part of her family Both kids loved her and although it’s a little further away from Disney as I had hoped I would stay there over and over again as long as Corthee is there

We really appreciated Beverly, the inn keeper She was attentive to detail, makes an awesome breakfast and is a very interesting person to get to know Our room was spotless and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend

The front porch overlooks the lake and we enjoyed our morning coffee here while we waited for breakfast The house has beautiful wood everywhere and feels very inviting Our daughter lives in Winter Park and we were only 16 minutes away from a lot of hustle and bustle but due to the surrounding acreage and it’s wildlife designation we felt like we were in the forest We highly recommend staying here and plan to go back Thank you Beverly

Elizabeth Tosh

We loved Thurston House! Beautiful, well kept historic home that was very comfortable Beverly is a wonderful accommodating host and the breakfast was fantastic The house is very charming, clean and comfortable

Close to lots of good food and convenient for area attractions as well We’ll be returning A very special place that is a wonderful option compared to chain hotels in the area

Marilda Nunes

We loved our staying in this beautiful and historic property, every corner has attention to details We need more days here to enjoy every room of the house The little delicious cookies at reception to classical music for breakfast is such nice touch

Beverly you are a wonderful caretaker and you keep this place with so much care and love Breakfast was amazing, next level, something not to be missed We will be back and we will recommend to stay here to anyone we know Thank you Bervely!

Kaguria Kitsune

For an affordable option near theme parks it’s not terrible We were able to comfortably fit 5 people Breakfast is standard for general hospitality needs, could add hot chocolate mix for kids in the morning

The pool and Jacuzzi close at 9pm which, for being in Orlando when theme parks close at 9, isn’t really worth the listing of amenities if people can’t use them after long days in the parks

Tabitha Sandberg

The check in was easy and quick The staff were friendly We booked the king bed room which was pretty roomy

The room was clean and had a good AC unit The pillows were lacking in support and the bed kind of hard Other than that, still an okay place to sleep for a night or 2 The breakfast is standard hotel continental The top 2 downfalls is that you can hear through the walls and our tub didn’t drain well so it filled while showering

steph edwards

Hotel was not very nice at all It was decent, but the rooms are very old and AC units are loud and smelly You could definitely find similar hotels that are much nicer than this location

The two bed rooms were okay, but I would not recommend the King bedrooms Overall these rooms are very crusty, crunchy, and do not provide a relaxing environment I found a small spider crawling in between my bed sheets and another on the wall The pool is okay, but there did seem to be a homeless person hanging out in it The pool area itself is also very dirty, there seemed to be left over chicken wing bones just sitting there for days The couch was very dirty and had mystery hair on it The breakfast area was nice The TV’s were nice and big Overall, the hotel was decent enough and could be a lot worse, but if your’re looking for a nicer vacation stay, I would not recommend

My dauthers and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here It was by far, one of our best hotel experiences in Orlando From check-in, to surprising my girls with the delicious breakfast in the morning

Our room was so nice, and the beds delightfully comfortable Located so close to downtown, it gave us a taste of downtown living 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely come back again

Desiree Neal

Old property with renovations and soft touches of contemporary decor It’s downtown inner city so with that being said comes homelessness and stranglers… doesn’t bother me but might bother you Location is immediately off I-4 for a bit of convenience

Valet or self parking($18) and has a shuttle service that takes you 3mi of the property Staff interaction was pleasant and informative My stay came with breakfast I was supposed to have a dbl Queen however the 3rd party sent it to the hotel as king room The front desk employee was able to make a reasonable adjustment and get me a room with a pull out sofa, Thanks front desk! The room was fresh but did have smudges on the wall, sofa cushions were worn and slouchy, the packaged cups placed with the ice bin had holes in the plastic and were torn 🤔 which made me question safety/cleanliness/sanitary but I’m just go pray about it and drink the alcohol hoping that kills whatever may have got in the cup

Cinda Clark

Room was nice but

negatives were coffee machine was broken, shower water temp was either scalding hot or cold no in-between, the lighting was terrible no light near door where only full length mirror is One of the lamps had an light bulb out that I pulled out so room service would know The mini fridge worked but the exterior so hot that i left cabinet door it was housed in open to try to cool it off Kept the drinks cold though The restaurant is NOT open for lunch even though advertised it is Positives was beds comfortable, rooms was clean and was cold

For 3 days in a row, we requested housekeeping to clean our room, refresh our towels, and restock our coffee Today, I even requested it twice It never happened

They are nice enough, but nothing ever gets done However, the a/c works, and the breakfast bar is tolerable Their website says they have laundryfacilities Kind of The dryer is broken This is not worth the money I can’t recommend this hotel

John Hagler

We were there 3 weeks When we pulled up to the front we were met by several people smoking at the front door, to include employees Check in was ok, the front desk acted like I was a inconvenience

The lobby and downstairs was dirty, the elevator was dirty, and our room was wasn’t that clean either The following morning there were cleaning ladies playing on the phones or talking to their baby daddy, not doing their job There was also other employees walking around, not in uniform, the only way I knew they worked there was because they were doing something like half-heartedly wiping the front door This was by far the worst IHG Hotel I’ve stay at I was very disappointed and won’t be staying there again

QUEENofCOIN “QueenOfCOIN”

If I were the owner of the Hilton brand, I would yank my name off this building I stayed 2 nights at 269/per night When I arrived, the valet situation was a cluster

It appeared to be a one-way drive PACKED with parked cars, I didn’t know what to do I had a lot of bags to unload and there was no luggage cart The valet explained that they were all taken and suggested that I stop the elevator on every floor to look for a cart that someone had ditched I made two trips to fourteenth floor to get everything inChecking in, I was the only guest at the front desk, and the tall man would not even acknowledge me He seemed super stressed out The lady offered to help me instead Turns out the tall guy is the manager Now this is all making senseOnce I got in the room, I realized the toilet was clogged, and the bed-side light was flickering like an insane asylum I called the front desk to ask for a room with a working toilet and lights, but they did nothing about it The young man who works late acted like he was so aggravated that I called the front desk to ask for a wake up call He was also rude when I asked if it was too late to get food from restaurantI called down to the valet at 615am to pull up my car and when I got down there, they had ignored my request, which me late for a work event I was away for 17 hours, and since I didn’t have time to hassle with room request, I decided to ignore the issues My room was untouched, nobody serviced it, cleaned it, no coffee Which forced me to buy a $5 black coffee downstairs at Starbucks because there was no other optionThe manager at the front desk should have been my first indication that this place is a circus Between the sloppy valet, unkempt rooms, and RUDE men working the front desk, This place needs new management

Kenny Tudor

The room weren’t great The air conditioner ran constantly you couldn’t adjust the temperature so we had to turn it off so we didn’t freeze to death The room had a musty smell to it

There is a place to eat in the lobby but I wouldn’t call it a restaurant it was overpriced The location was convenient they don’t tell you on the booking sites you have to pay additional for parking

Sophia Vedell

This was one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my whole entire life Parking was horrible one way in pretty much one way out Got in my room filthy had a washcloth that someone had used had lipstick or blood I don’t know which one went and talked to the housekeeper she said she didn’t speak English so she really couldn’t help me

Really foul smell carpet was dirty really need to be renovated Horrible experience never again!! Valet worker smell completely like he just came out of the room and was smoking weed !!

I would say when it came to booking this hotel I made the mistake of not realizing that it is not anywhere near the tourist areas and I had to drive quite a ways to get to the theme parks from here The hotel was a nice place it had very friendly staff, a very good free breakfast and free parking which is a win for me because I don’t believe in fees for parking My complaints for this place is 1

No daily housekeeping which I think is ridiculous 2 The dryer was running for an hour and my clothes were still wet 3 The elevator was slow and one day it was out of service completely 4 Breakfast service ends way too early on Mondays-Fridays like I am not a morning person and if I got nowhere to be I find it annoying to have to hustle down to the lobby before 9am to get my breakfast it would be nice if they had the service end at like 9:30 or 10 the entire week because that seems more reasonable Other than those 4 issues I had a good stay at this hotel, fair price got all the amenities I needed I saw they recently renovated this hotel so that is very nice to see

4th time staying here and still outstanding, fair pricing, clean rooms and appliances, bathroom was very clean and fully stocked As of 02/18/2022 the hotel still is not offering daily housekeeping service, but anything needed is just a phone call to the front desk away Large Breakfast buffet served daily, hotel pool is well maintained and complimented with nice landscaping

Will definitely be back next year!

Worst hotel I ever stayed in at this price point As soon as we got in our room we noticed that the sink in the bathroom was broken This was followed by a TV that did not work

We then tried to call the front desk but the phone just rang and rang no one answered We found a roach in the room the pool was dirty and equipment was rusted out The windows were filthy The ice machine on our floor did not work The rooms were run down Definitely skip this hotel and spend your money on something of better quality

Extremely disappointing We stayed there for 2 nights one of them being our wedding night This was 2 years in planning due to Covid

We had many family members and friends from out of town book the hotel as well Brought in more than 16 room nights for the property We worked this out with the property’s event coordinator The day before our wedding we checked in and the front desk agent was rude when we tried to check in early We had bumped into the GM, Kamal, later that day and expressed out excitement of our wedding day The next day, our wedding day, I talked to the lady at the front desk and mentioned that we’d be out of the room later that evening and if she would be so kind to set something nice up in our room while we were gone since it would be our wedding night She said she’ll see what she can do I also told her I would be more than happy to pay for whatever they added into the room I’ve worked into hotel for over 10 years both front desk and housekeeping leadership positions so I know this should be something they had planned since we had this plan for over 2 years We returned to the room later that night to nothing Our bed was made up and items ended up missing on our room including a wedding card that contained $200 as an early gift We didn’t notice it was gone until we got back home since a wedding consumes a lot of other thoughts in our minds When we wrote our review directly to the property the best response we got from the property was “ We do really apologize we could not make your stay nice and convenient Best Regards, Hotel Team” which is by far the biggest slap in the faceSadly, they also manage the Hampton next door so this area is not worth it and I would highly recommend a different property considering the lack of service and empathy this property has

The room was great!!! Arrived 23 minutes before check and got told by Virginia we had to wait till 3pm to check in No problem! She then checks two people in that had 3pm reservations No problem!!! Then they charge us a no show fee

When we arrived and left on time The desk guy couldn’t explain to us their mistake and gave us a hard time about giving us our money back Will avoid this place forever Would like to add we come to apopka once a month for a softball tournament

BED BUGS! WARNING!!! BED BUGS!!!We stayed the night with my daughter, she went to bed and woke up the next morning complaining of bug bites on her stomachWe were in a hurry and had to leave, I can not express how many bed bug bites were covering her body when we got to our location 15 minutes away, not 1 or 2, PLENTY of mothers were confirming that they were bed bugsI called the hotel and they said to send the pictures and they would check the room

They returned an email and said that the room was fine and that they would have the pest control company take care of itIf there is no issue with bed bugs why then do you need pest control??I sent pictures of the massive amounts of bed bug bites and still zero concern for my childDO NOT take your money and spend it at this hotel!I have sent them the pictures, they should be ashamed, especially after reading the reviews and seeing this is NOT the 1st case of bed bugs happening at this hotelYou do not take ownership of your business’s issues!CLEAR OUT THE BED BUGS

The hotel was clean, well priced with extremely polite and attentive staff Me and my family came and they loved the pool There’s not too much stuff in the area but there was a super target about 10 minutes away which was useful

They do have a small area for snacks in the hotel and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good with a waffle maker to make fresh waffles which my sisters loved! Would deff stay here again

The hotel staff was very nice and we were excited for our stay Unfortunately, I woke up in the middle of the night being bitten by bed bugs Room 306

The manager tried to explain it away, saying it was fleas, but I had collected the bed bug and showed it to the staff It was definitely a bed bug, I took pictures Today my hand is swollen and itchy and has more than 10 bites on it So unfortunate, the hotel would have been just perfect otherwise The staff was apologetic, but I spent the entire next day trying to sanitize all of our things so we wouldn’t be bringing the bugs into our house

All I can say about the hotel is that it was clean When it comes to customer service they get 1 star I was in town for the Billy Joel concert and we were supposed to check in at 3 o’clock when we got there they told us our room wasn’t ready yet and they would call us when it was

Finally at just after 6:30 PM we were notified that our room was finally ready I also had a small problem with the bill and the toilet clogged the first time it was used When I went to complain ,the people that work for Hampton Inn act as if you are an inconvenience to them and you can tell when you talk to them that they do not care NO ONE CARES! I waited two weeks to put in this review because I was waiting on a call back from Hampton Inn and suites which never happened Proving to me that they do not care about customer service and you think when you pay over $550 to stay at a hotel for less than 40 hours that you would at least get treated with a little respect Whatever happened to customer service I’m afraid it doesn’t even exist anymore After I gave them a 1 star review , I received a reply through google maps from Hampton Inn & Suites to call or e-mail them and let them know what they could do better What a joke! I already did that and they treated me like a bum Why should I waste any more time letting them upset me They have my phone number so if they cared they would of already reached out to me! If I do hear back from them I will put it on this review but I guarantee it will never happen!!!

Very nice hotel our room was very clean and all the staff members were super helpfulMartha took care of us with every request and even checked in on us on the phone to ensure we were enjoying our stay Breakfast was good although not free it was worth it Will bring my family here again when visiting Orlando

This is officially the last Courtyard I’ll stay at I’m not sure what this brand is trying to do, but they offer very little amenities ( I couldn’t get hot water or tea bags half the days of the week I stayed here), no housekeeping the entire week, their restaurant wasn’t open This is not the only Courtyard I’ve left wondering why I didn’t stay somewhere else

The room was clean and dark, so it wasn’t all bad

This was a very nice property, esp for a TownePlace Suites (which can sometimes be kinda shabby) It looked newer, with very nice rooms (even if the Front Desk area should be 2x the size)

I found the staff working there to be very pleasant and kind, from the front desk to the engineering dude to housekeepingThe people staying there could be quieter and neater (the hallways aren’t your personal garbage can)Also liked the amenities in the rooms, and the A/C worked EXCEEDINGLY WELLsuper important for me in the FL heatThe actual physical location was a -1 star for me though Someone figured out how to cram a 5-floor hotel on the SMALLEST plot of land possible, sandwiched between a full-service restaurant and another hotelWhich parking spaces are for TownePlace Suites, and which aren’t? Why are 20 spots marked as “Compact Cars Only”, and then you can see by the pics I attached that apparently people can park their boats and baby semi’s on the property hogging up tons of parking spaces, even when the hotel is sold out?Trying to get out to the main road is fun too, since you’re forced by dint of the location to wait at a long light for a U-turn, or drive down 4 other streets if you want to make a left-hand turnNice place to stay at if you need a good hotel in the area, but you’re not going to be getting into/out of it with any speed, and that’s assuming you can actually park there at all when you get there at 1am after a 2+ hour flight delay

Normally my family does not stay in the suite hotels I am glad that we did It was so great to have a stove, sink and refrigerator

We could bring back leftovers actually save money by eating them at another time The room itself was very spacious, clean, and wheelchair accessible The bathroom was also wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower The staff was courteous and very helpful when needed I would recommend this hotel especially if you are traveling with family

One of the receptionist (Cindy, I believe her name was Hispanic middle age lady) was so rude and could not explain to me why she was charging me $30 more than what my room cost I expected a $20 incidental fee so I had enough on my card for that amount but she charged an extra $10 and when I asked her to contact her manager to explain the extra charge

she was hesitant and I had to ask her 3xs before she called Once she did, she simply told her manager, “the customer doesn’t have enough money to pay for her room, so she wanted me to call you” – 🤨 instead of EXPLAINING the whole situation She tried to embarrass me, with another resident standing at the desk watching As a Marriott Member, I’ve never had ANY issues with customer service but this was by far the worseOther than that issue, the room was great! Clean & has a great view Just come prepared for them to charge you more than you’ll expect
