OK Hotel NOT greatUpon arrival which my family had two rooms booked, it was discovered that the room with two beds appeared to have been smoked in I went back to the front desk and requested a route change to which I was told they had no more rooms with two beds The front desk clerk on duty was extremely nice and very professional I asked her to contact her supervisor which she did

The supervisor/manager that she called gave the same answer saying they had no room for two beds and we could either stay in the room that was musty and smelled like smoke or move to a king size bed with a sleeper sofa Given that having to 75 year old ladies one sleeping on a sofa bed and the other on the king-size bed was not a desirable option I requested to be moved to another hotel nearby to which the manager/supervisor refused from the phone I was extremely disappointed given that I am a lifetime titanium elite and she was not helpful In the end we were given no choice but to except the king size room with a sofa bed in the two unrelated 75 year old ladies slept together on a king size bed for five nights There was no compensation offered even though we had had those rooms booked for several weeks The Hotel Overall is extremely clean and well-maintained Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful except during check-in I want to point out the front desk agent was extremely nice and did everything she could do however she had to follow the guidelines being provided by your supervisorThe breakfast is a huge huge disappointment Very limited selection the two hot items were in preheat bags each morning My family and I chose to go to a restaurant and have breakfast given the limited selection and poor choices In the future I am quite confident that we will seek a hotel elsewhere They would not assist us and give us a room that did not have a smoke smell musty odor with two beds The two ladies I was traveling with made the best of the situation however it was far from ideal and in my opinion could’ve been handled much better by getting lodging at another Marriott nearby in particular given lifetime titanium elite status

I’ve stayed at this location a few times with my boyfriend soon to be husband after concerts and it’s always been awesome , until this time I’ve never been talked at and made to feel stupid and irrelevant by anybody at this hotel but the front person ,I believe her name was Gabby, she has no business being at the front of this establishment First off she thought whoever was on the phone was more important because it took her forever to come to the desk and when she did she was finishing her text and still hesitated asking how she could help

So that started me off I asked her if she could bring some towels to my room when she found some because she couldn’t find any in the back ,well of course she said no she couldn’t leave the desk, but she had no issues sitting in the back on her phone making me wait before ,and I asked her the same why not ,she was just rude, and I had to find the housekeepers to get them This is not the service we were used to I remember when I believe Carol was her name was working and this kinda service never would happen I don’t know what has happened but you guys need that kinda service again I was shocked cause I wasn’t asking for much

The TV did not have a brightness control, the picture was very dark and hard to see The shower did not have very much pressure, plus the drain was extremely slow in draining the tub I was using digital access to our room but my wife prefers the to have a key card, I tried a couple times to get the key card and the digital access to work but evidently it takes one or the other but you can’t use both

The front desk personnel and the person maintaining the breakfast area were outstanding, courteous and professional

Myriah Longhenry

Stayed here for a good two weeks while moving to the area and it was very comfortable They have free washers and dryers on site for guests to use and an open gym Only thing I might fined wrong is that they give each room a small induction hot Plate to use with a very small pan that only works with that pan and nothing else, so if you need to cook anything outside of a microwave in your room bring your own griddle or burner

Cole Evans

When the airline cancelled my flight with less than two hours to boarding and no way to get home until tomorrow, I ended up getting a room here overnight The front desk manager, Jocie, “the guy with the bow tie,” was incredibly sweet and accommodating and went above and beyond to make me feel at home and taken care of, despite being displaced by the airline for the night He called me by name every time he saw me, and hooked me up with free waters for my room, and laundry detergent to wash clothes so I would have something to wear

It wasn’t just me he treated like that, every person I saw him interact with was taken great care of! I wish every hotel treated their guests like this!

Manager HP is a hard worker and pitches in to make sure everything is done well I also corresponded with Michelle (front desk) numerous times as I booked 15 rooms last December for a wedding party All my interactions with everyone at this hotel were exceptional

They were very much committed to making sure our entire wedding party was satisfied Super friendly and helpful people Highly recommend!

JGC Travel highly recommends this place if you’re visiting the area The hotel has been up and open for about 4 years, from what I was told, and the freshness definitely showed The room we had was clean, spacious, and comfortable

Except for our bed sheets To someone not paying attention to details, they appeared perfectly clean but they needed changing, which was promptly taken care of The bathroom was a decent size too with a roomy shower and plenty of towels, cloths, and soaps They did a great job with making sure the room is truly dark when you close the blinds and turn everything off Perfect for sleeping with that excellent mattress and fluffy pillows Lots of desk and closet space too The fridge was a good typical hotel size but the microwave could have been a tad bigger It got the job done thoughThe space for breakfast wasn’t very big but it was serviceable The gym was a decent size with a handful of treadmills and plenty of free weights The pool wasn’t very big but, again, serviceableStaff was very pleasant and ready to help if and when needed I appreciated the recognition of my platinum membership, as not every location does it (although most do)The location was really good A Cracker Barrel was located directly across the street, a Raceway gas station was adjacent to the hotel, and there were other places to eat very close by The hotel is also located right off the highwayIHG did not disappoint with this location I will certainly look to this place again next time I am in the area

I paid $136 I’d flown in overnight, was exhausted Bed was really comfortable, good selection of pillows and I was able to find one I liked

Window coverings blocked out nearly all the daylight so I was able to get to sleep during the day I did not hear any noise from the road, hallway, or next room Really grateful for being able to get some good rest The breakfast is the standard holiday inn breakfast, it’s pretty basic and not good, but no different than any other holiday inn Room was very clean Shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty

Had a good one night stay here in early February, but have stayed here several times before I prefer this Holiday Inn Express in the Greenville area during the winter since it is close to the Pavilion Recreation Complex for hockey games and it has an indoor pool I prefer a whirlpool also, which they don’t have, but considering that the pool temperature was about 80 deg F we enjoyed the pool very much

Breakfast was good and well stocked Only issue we had during our stay was that our key cards had to be redone shortly after we checked in since they stopped functioning

Best breakfast, super clean, can’t beat the price Tito at the front desk is super helpful and friendly I always stay here while in town for work

Edit: Everyone at the front desk is very helpful and friendly!

The hotel staff was exceptionally delightful! They got us checked in fast, recommended some great dining options and even replaced feathered pillows with synthetic as soon as we checked in and we’re very friendlyThe hotel itself… they need mold remediation and a new engineer The moment we stepped into our room the musky stale smell of mold hit us in the face

It appears that water leaked from the AC above our room into ours and it was just painted over The bathroom ceiling was also covered in water spots and mold Walking down the hall to the front desk you can see where the ceiling tiles are all splotched with water stainsOur daughter is extremely allergic to mold and within 40 minutes she was already getting a scratchy throat and coughingIf you’re sensitive to mold I recommend finding an alternate hotel

Mj

My room was clean, and the staff was very friendly I was working in the airport and used the shuttle to get to and from the airport for 3 days, and every shuttle driver was great Complimentary breakfast was good

The only downfall was that the outdoor pool was so cloudy that I couldn’t see the bottom of the 3ft deep area, and the top two steps were brown from settlement

Mary Ann Cox

We needed 6 rooms reserved for a family funeral The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and were the most friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie, Rhonda and Aron were absolutely wonderful

They even brought in an extra lamp in my Uncle’s room so he could see his way to the restroom during the night Thank you staff of Fairfield Inn for being a bright light during a sad time

We were staying at the Best Western Plus hotel for a week (June 11 – 17) We felt cozy & comfortable there Everything was pleasant, neat & clean! And on top of that, the people who work in this hotel were very nice

We had to leave urgently, family emergency under stress and I didn’t realize that I left all my clothes in a room there They saved it and it was returned to CT! I’m very thankful!!! Very happy with our stay in this hotel and definitely recommend it to everyone!

Jane Doe

After spending a night at a run down motel coming here was like winning the lottery The employees are all so nice and friendly The rooms are a good size and every clean

Beds are so comfortable and I absolutely love the pillows I’m here for a family emergency(a death in the family) The staff is comforting They have a nice breakfast set up (although I can’t eat since I’m so upset) and coffee is fresh 24/7 Bathrooms have a nice shower There is a microwave, fridge and a good size TV in the rooms They also have a gym and outdoor pool I recommend this hotel highly for anyone who needs a good nights rest

Tami Tambalamb

We booked a room July 7, 2021 and now I’m thoroughly reading all low reviews on every place we book We checked in close to midnight after being on the road for 7 hours There was purple tape or signage on the door knob of the room that said something along the lines of “clean and checked for safety”… we walked in and immediately checked everything and was absolutely DISGUSTED

We lifted the comforter off both beds to find dirt and hairs on the inside side of comforter and sheets! The phone was so dusty it was scary to look at Hair was all over the bathroom sink, toilet and shower The toilet had yellow caked crustiness all over it Mold, mildew… We were told by the attendant at the front desk that he could not refund us for our stay but came down to leave 10 minutes after walking into the room Days later the manager refunded us This type of dirty is unacceptable especially during those covid days in 2021… it shocks me that this hotel doesn’t have a lower rating We will never stay here again and worry for those that do – they don’t clean and management thinks the problem is fixed with a refund… I had photos and videos to email the manager They need better management and staff

The towels in this hotel were so fluffy and nice This detail was important to me because I think out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed I These were some of the best towels I’ve ever used at a hotel

The room was a little dated but clean the shower could have use some fresh caulk (but SC is pretty wet so I know the struggle) I still felt comfortable taking a bath The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good They did not have waffles but did have Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches Also it was nice and quiet for a Saturday night

Angel West (Country Sweet)

I would love to give more stars! Amazing place to stay to for a day or longer 7 story hotel Great prices on rooms

I stayed in a Deluxe King room for under $100 USD They have a friendly staff Wonderful full breakfast is served daily The pool was relaxingSo book your stay now and see what else they have to offer

Clean room, recently remodeled, pet friendly without any pet smells or stainsStaffing issues evident; 8:30 and no breakfast set out other than half dozen sad yogurts & a few oatmeal packs No coffee

Lots of guests still looking to eat No staff at front desk on phones or to check folks out for 15 minutes One man trying to do the job of three, and he definitely was not a “front of house” guyWe got keys to a room already occupied House computer system was downThe bed was clean and a good sleep; housekeeping was well done, but all other services were lackingWe won’t be back

The hotel was in a very busy area but the upside is that there were plenty of dining and shopping options near the hotel The staff were very kind and friendly! The hotel is well kept and my stay was enjoyable There are no breakfast offering so keep that in mind

The rooms have everything thing you’ll need except dishwashers This includes two burners, coffee pots, a full sized fridge and microwave If you choose a room with two beds you will not receive a recliner One bed includes a recliner The rooms are not spacious enough for two recliners But the rooms and beds are comfortable Yes I would stay here again

Jenny Riser

Awful Just awful Had to stay in the area for a convention

Was referred to this hotel by a friend Clearly they had a better experience Check-in was a disaster Pre-purchased the “breakfast” Receptionist argues with me that I had not but still could Requested that ice be started in my room ahead of my arrival No ice Machine was off Went down and showed receptionist that I had receipt for “breakfast” She just stared and said I could pull something from the sundry shop next door This was not only not what I paid for but when I went to look at the store there was no breakfast foods to choose from Just walked away Wanted a cup of coffee in my room so I started to pull it all together Gave me a coffee pot with coffee but no cups, silverware in fact absolutely NO dishes at all in this “extended stay” room Read elsewhere it was because they don’t do dishes or whatever So I guess we don’t clean the coffee pot then? Fan rattled in room 3 paper towels on the roll Threadbare towels No hygiene products provided But the best part? A $150 deposit for the stay!!!! Why? Why?! WHY????? Hotel literally offered NOTHING that requires a deposit Will NEVER stay again and will only ever laugh at the idea that this place calls itself a hotel

Shanneek Prince

Upon entering our first room the bed was clearly not made Looked like someone laid on it We did get a new room and everything was fine with that

The thing that I find weird is that upon requesting new towels and wash cloths you have to bring the Old ones down to the front desk I find that very odd as a customer to be walking down the halls with your dirty towels and wash cloths just to get new ones

My husband and I came to use this hotel to spend the night while visiting family in South Carolina We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could extend it but we had to get back to Augusta, GALove the front desk courtesy and the housekeeping did an amazing job with the room

It smelled great and felt as if the sheets came out of the dryer The bed was cozy that we felt as if we couldn’t get up from it The kitchen staff were also amazing!! They stocked the hot breakfast items and cleaned up after people left for newcomers to use the tables We loved it and will come back to it when we come back into town Thank you

Denise Bryan

Not up to standard Avoid 310It was a Hilton price for a budget stay

Room 310 was noisy We had the elevator and ice machine on one side, maintenance closet behind us, and aging infrastructure around us The room has loud boiler sounds, and an aging exhaust system on the roof was evident, especially in the bathroom The shower was less than 36” wide and cramped Only feather pillows were available, and no housekeeping in our room over the course of 3 days While the people were fantastic, the infrastructure was not up to snuff After 3 noisy nights, we are looking forward to a quiet sleep at hime

P E T S Family

Our issues started at check-in with no one at the front desk Needed to call the hotel to get someone to help usWith “Do Not Disturb” on the door, housekeeping was knocking multiple times on the door in the morning

Empty hand sanitizers on all floors outside of elevatorsThe room needed some attention as wall fixtures were falling off as well as air conditioner coverManagement don’t send us a “we are sorry” note, as we had talked to 2 different staff members about our problems with no apology or appreciation of our Gold membership Instead, address your staff for their shortcomings of the Hilton Brand they represent

We just experienced a wonderful stay here No complaints everything was great! The check in was not only super simple but the front desk people were extremely nice and explained everything to us The evening reception almost had me drunk off the complimentary drinks 😉 we booked a king suite which was very roomy, could maybe use a little updating but everything was clean and comfortable

Breakfast did not disappoint and the omelet stand was everything! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I are here for Valentine’s Weekend and we had an amazing time!! The Resort is so nice we spent most of our time at the room! We were welcome with chocolates at the door Text messages throughout our entire stay ensuring we had an wonderful experience Fire place outside with the moon light

The rooms were very clean beds are super comfortable the shower jets were relaxing Great staff that told us the nicest restaurants in Greenville We’re having an amazing time The wife is happy and so am I You know the saying HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE!!! It’s safe to say we’ll be staying at the Hilton for the rest of our life! So long Mariot

Well, I hate to complain, but the last Hilton hotel I stayed in was in Duluth, so that is why I decided to stay here I came to this area to take a nursing test at a nearby testing center I have always stayed at Hilton hotels, but had no idea my expectations would so disappointed after staying at a beautiful, clean, Hilton hotel like the one in Duluth

To start, I think they upgraded, but was not sure, because I reserved a king bed, and I ended up getting two doubles in my room which wasn’t really a big deal, however when I walked in, I felt like I was in a bad episode of the Brady Bunch and couldn’t escape The decor definitely was not up to par, very outdated I walked into my room and it was so hot that I had to call the front desk They did send maintenance quickly, but the stench of the old hotel plus the room being so hot almost made me retch So, I ended up with a box fan The air conditioner never really worked properly, so I was thankful for the fan, but I would have been ashamed to charge for a room And, the sink beside the coffee pot had coffee on the wall Did not make me feel as though the room was deep cleaned The food from the cafe was minimal, and I was charged twice I called to accounting department and they were too rude to call back Never could get a live person Still checking my credit card to see if it was fixed I don’t mind paying for good food But to have minimal food and be charged twice!!! And then, not receive a phone call back? I called twice Also, the breakfast bar I wanted eggs and bacon, and the eggs were obviously powder eggs and the bacon was cold Just not a good stay and I felt the hotel was old and dirty NO ROOM SERVICE I will say the positives: The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and there was plenty of parking, and the bathroom did smell of clorox, so I am assuming the cleaning in the bathroom was complete I will not be staying here again I was so disappointed after staying at the Hilton in Duluth No comparison at all Needs updating and some new carpet

Really disappointed, smelly rundown furniture in my room( my clothes smelled of it after being seated in one ) Rooms not cleaned properly ( found empty Iced tea bottle behind chair ) The non functioning microwave in the room was replaced with a alternate non properly functioning microwave

( the turntables did not rotate on former nor the latter, however the replacement did at least heat food ) The bathroom sink plug mechanism did not work to allow for drainage without reaching under the sink to manually operate the lever Reported this deficiency and the microwave issue together The sink was not repaired I could accept this being conditions at a Motel 6 but a Hilton? My Company pays good money to accommodate us there regularly I hate to have to write this kind of review but you have to do better

We used the shuttle service to pick us up at GSP and take us to this hotel The driver was very courteous and arrived at the promised time We received a wonderful welcome from Miss Betty on the front desk who followed up with a call to us in our room to make sure we were happy with our room and that we had everything we needed (something which is very rare these days but makes you feel like a valued guest)

The room was clean and very comfortable We had a great night’s sleep Breakfast was nice with a good selection of cereals, hot food, waffles etc The breakfast staff member was very helpful tooAll in all a very good experience

We checked out yesterday My dance team stayed here We loved EVERYTHING

The staff are all friendlyThey were helpful and accommodating If you want a conversation, talk to Betty Or the other older lady They love to talkThe lobby has the best hot cookies and fresh fruit The van driver was kind Our rooms were clean but the carpet feels sticky Bring flip flops The bathroom has Neutrogena soap! We were allowed to use the gym all day to rehearseThe hotel gas a beautiful lobby Breakfast was just OK It was free

Emmanuel Boston

The hotel was about what you’d expect for the price and location, but it didn’t offer any extraordinary benefit or surprise us with hospitality The rooms were clean and well-furnished The front desk had razor and shaving cream for forgotten toiletries, and the weekend breakfast had perfect hours

Many hotels provide a a breakfast at such inconvenient times, especially if you’re on vacation, but keeping the breakfast bar open until 10 was immensely helpful for a family with kids, even if the food ran low by 9 (and some utensils/syrup were unstocked) The swimming pool here was a little chilly for adults who have to be with their little ones in the water without moving too much, but the kids enjoyed it The pool started at 3 feet by the stairs and went to 45 feet, so it was a good depth for elementary kids; but there was no spa or sauna or any other amenities The pool is small enough that 2-3 families would make it ‘full’ All in all, the stay was alright We’d go back again just because it was acceptable in all respects

Rooms are 5/5 beds are comfy towels are soft plenty of room and had a wet bar microwave and mini fridge Plenty of hot water and great pressure Desk was plenty big and lots of lighting and places to plug in

Breakfast was 1/5 eggs looked and tasted like jello sausages looked boiled and grey the bagels were moldy Front desk Staff was 1/5 looked like they had sticks up their butts Never smiled never said hi or Good Morning just not friendly at all Breakfast staff was amazing and very nice they should run this place Housekeeping too was very pleasant and very kind and went above and beyond Management needs to take a serious look at the front office staff

Not a bad stay for a quick visit Not sure if I would pick this one for a longer stay We were a bit surprised as to how dated and gloomy the rooms were

The whole hotel looked and felt old We had a few issues with our first room Some things like the phone and remote didn’t work There was something on the sheets and we saw ants behind the bed We had not made it back to room til after 11pm And everyone was tired Thankfully when I went to the desk, the gentleman there was very nice and switched our room without any hassle I wish I remembered his name His politeness and sincerity, made all the difference So I left 4 stars for service, for himEveryone else we saw, from the girl who checked us in Fri at 6p to the ladies at the breakfast area, on Sat Am, seemed to be in foul moods They didn’t seem to be interested in customer service at allMy daughter and I did enjoy the pool and breakfast We had only expected a cold continental, but they also had sausage, scrambled eggs and make your own waffles!

Nice hotel, very clean Breakfast had a good assortment to choose from, but only one waffle maker A long line had formed with people waiting for waffles

At exactly 9:00, everyone was told that “breakfast is over!” The people waiting for waffles were asked “Are y’all about done?” Sure- three people in line times 25 minutes per waffle- then they’ll be done It just wasn’t necessary Also, it’s the weekend- why is breakfast over at 9? And finally, it just isn’t an appropriate way to talk so someone who has payed $139 to stay in your hotel We can always choose a place that is more respectful of its guests, and might in the futureAnd another note, the excuse was given that breakfast is over at 9:00 because of staffing I know it’s hard right now, but you took away from a guest’s experience Did the price of your rooms reflect that change?

I travel a lot for work and stay at a lot of Marriotts Being a woman, that can be a little scary at times, especially in a state/city that is new to youMy original room was booked with a connecting door which over the course of the evening caused me a lot of anxiety and stress (realistic or not)

I felt embarrassed going to the front desk to ask for a new room at 10:40 PM Employee at the front desk, Maya made me feel heard and didn’t even blink an eye when I told her why I wanted to change rooms She was very professional, warm, and comforting The process was seamless That is not customer service that can be taught; it is Just genuine kindness

Bridget “Techmamma” Thrun

My room had just had the carpets cleaned and eventually the room became musty as not enough time had passed to let the carpet dry Pool was not open, HH and Cafe not open regular hours Overall a decent place to sleep but lacking in experience

And the musty smell from the room was just gross my entire suit case now has that smell Yuck

Roman Szczupak (Pipe Doctor)

Traveling for business for 2 nights, booked on the Bonvoy app weeks prior Selected a King Balcony Upon arrival the mobile checkin didn’t work

Upon opening the guest room I was overwhelmed by cigarette smoke The table below the TV was wet and a white substance also coated the tabletop Found a bug on the bed Immediately went to the front desk and got a “upgrade” to a 1 bedroom suite Better accommodations but lacked a balcony and the room faced the highway which resulted in a restless night Finally at 3:30am I left and went across the street to the full service Marriott World differenceThe indoor pool is closed and drained Avoid this place, but if you must – get a room opposite the parking lot/parkway The noise will keep you up

Terrible stay- Front door has no lock After calling front desk, I was asked to wait till morning My family slept with open door

Bathroom not clean Wash basin faucet faulty, no hot waterCockroaches in kitchen areaAll Drawers remain openNo services at all After calling front desk, they just ask you to adjust Looks like management changed and they don’t careLocal public wondering in hotel, safety issuesVery costly …it doesn’t even deserve for feee of costPlease don’t stay at this hotel at ANY cost

As my husband and I checked into our room I realized immediately how dirty the room was The counters and the floor were filthy I immediately went to the front desk and asked if anyone had cleaned our room

The lady at the front desk was very nice, apologetic and changed our room Upon getting our room changed we were notified from other members of our crew”we are here for work” that their room had several live baby roaches and another crew member had spiders and some kind of beetle in their room Needless to say I have no idea how this hotel is rated above a 4 because it is a very dirty run down hotel I would NOT recommend anyone staying here, based on cleanliness it’s a 1 and the woman at the front desk I give a 5 because she was very nice and tried to help

Morgen Norwood

I will start by saying there was a nice gentleman working at the front desk who apologized and refunded our money and I appreciate that, however, that’s the only good thing I can say My husband booked this hotel for a month long stay for a business trip, we live out of state so when the price and reviews were decent we just went with it He arrived after a long drive to a room with literal BLOOD SPLATTER on the wall and floor, a used incense sticking out of the tv, hair in the shower, etc

I don’t mean an old blood stain that couldn’t be fully scribbed out either, I mean freshly dried blood that there had been no attempt to clean upThe room had clearly NOT NOT BEEN CLEANED at all I tried calling the customer service line and got no help, he went up front asked for a refund and we booked a much nicer extended stay type accommodation with a different company for only $20 more per night Save your money and time and go with a Hilton/Hampton

I really liked it here The lady at the front desk was kind and very attentive The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable

Now the location is a little funky Other than that it’s really nice Only thing I didn’t like was they did not serve a hot breakfast, but there are places to eat not that far Including the waffle house I just don’t recommend walking there since it’s literally right off of the interstate

Easily the best hotel stay I’ve had– ever A big part of my family was in town to celebrate the life of my late grandfather The check-in desk staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful getting everyone checked in

Then there was a free happy hour– 2 free drinks per adult, and they served a free hot buffet dinner (and then of course free hot breakfast) That blew me away! Then the indoor pool and jacuzzi were awesome Well-maintained, plenty of clean towels Last– a hotel staff member handwrote cards of condolences and slipped one under the door of every room our family had booked (about 6-7 rooms) Each card had a different message and verses from the Bible It was incredibly thoughtful In the weeks since I have been telling anyone who will listen about how amazing this hotel is, and had to write a review for others to know as well I will be finding another reason to stay there soon And I hope all of the unanimous praise I see written about this location results in wage raises for every person who works there

Clean and Super Amazing Staff! Every one was friendly and helped us so much! The rooms was so nice and clean and the food was great! The pool was cold and the Jacuzzi was hot! We are local and had my sisters 46 birthday party there! One of the staff came and sang Happy Birthday to her! The staff was constantly checking on us and the manager too! I cant wait to visit again! I feel like they are my friends!

Lavonia White

We stayed here for four days! Our stay was excellent The room had a weird smell but we purchased some smell goods for the room The breakfast was good and free

They also had free dinner between 5:30 and 7:00pm daily The food and free drinks were great! I would recommend this hotel I will definitely make this a place to travel There are a lot of activities, shopping centers, and food in the area! You earned 5 stars from us Thank you!! 😊😊

The rooms are so small If you are traveling as a couple, forget being in the bathroom at the same time, it’s too small and narrow Once you step up in the shower, your head is almost touching the ceiling

They made the showers so narrow that you barely have room to shave your legs and they only provided one small corner ledge for your toiletries The staff was nice which half made up for that stuff The WORST thing about this hotel is really just the location of it We thought it would be nice to be right near stores and I-385, but the spot they put this hotel is almost impossible to get to You really have to fight all the heavy traffic if you need to make a left to leave or get to the hotel and it’s right by the train tracks There is no traffic light to get out of the parking lot/shopping center

Michael Lang

I travel constantly for work and stay at a variety of Hilton hotels This was my first time staying at this location and can confidently say this is the most accommodating and caring staff Specifically, I’d like to mention Belinda and Heather at the front desk who went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced

Thank you both for the pleasant stay Highly recommend!

When i went to check in here I was told they don’t accept cash payments(LIE) I said I can give my debit card to put on file but i prefer to pay in cash He said no, we dont accept any cash payments

After paying with my card, I went out to get my bags, the front desk guy who had just checked me in, comes out and moves his car from next to me and proceeded to hit his alarm button several times I have never felt less welcomed by any hotel To top it off, my card was charged twice for the one reservation I had to call my bank and dispute the charge It took about 5 extra days to get my money back I decided to call and speak with the manager She was nice enough, told me yes they take cash payments with a card on file for incidentals Also said she would talk to the employee and give me a call back That was almost 2 weeks ago and I’m yet to receive a call from her

Nice hotel with average cleaning going on twice a day Hallways need a good vacuum Had a male housekeeper in the hall playing his music loudly on his phone speaker

Was told by front desk staff that it’s acceptable and they can do it Kinda defeats the “do not disturb” signs Managers special is on Wednesdays only with Salad, a soup and cookies Good parking Kitchen lady is very pleasant

Don’t stay there!!! Either the staff is completely clueless or they are all crooks I have booked one night with my Hilton Honors points last Saturday After check-in I discovered a hold on my credit card of $ 153

I called the Diamond customer service of Hilton Honors and they talked to the hotel After that I was advised to talk to manager the other morning about how that can be resolved Shortly after that I discovered another hold on cc of $103 In the morning I talked to the Assistant Manager Mike and he told me that they are working on it and it will be solved soon So checked out and hoped for the best As nothing had happened till the day before yesterday I call customer service again They brought me directly in touch with a lady from the hotel, told the story one more time and she promised me to solve it asapNow 2 days later still nothing is solved Never will go back there and thinking of switching to the Marriott group

omelette du fromage

Staff was excellent, friendly greeting at check in, helpful suggestion about where to park based on where my room wasThe room itself was a great layout and size However, furniture a bit worn and stained

Housekeeping could be more thoroughLocation-close to everything on woodruff road, but also right on I385, so significant highway noiseBreakfast was promising from the smell of things but sadly a bit cold (eggs, sausage, potatoes) 4 days in a row
