Steve Puluka

Staff was friendly and great I like the rooms have a separate area for living room, sleeping and small kitchenette The space is smaller than other suite hotels but well organized

Small pool and fitness room are also available The location is very convenient for local travel in any direction Morning breakfast bar was good and coffee available all day

Sydney Kindle

We had a block of rooms here for our wedding and they did not disappoint! They were very accommodated all of our needs, a shuttle bus to and from the reception, camper parking, enough rooms, a conference room (where our guests hung out between the ceremony and reception), breakfast and a very nice outside area where we all hung out after the reception They were so friendly and clean! We would stay here again

Jessica Clark

The hotel was nice, only complaint- i wish the room had curtains, the vinyl window shade let light in when closed and had holes- the bathroom door needs a pull handle on the inside: the door was hard to close and open Its a heavy pocket door and didn’t have a handle just a small round very shallow circle on the door

Hotel could use a thorough cleaning The carpet was filthy through out the hotel Our room had a very strong odor perhaps because they allow pets at the hotel

Our couch was very stained, and we didn’t want to sit on it Mold on wallpaper in bathroom and it was peeling No mattress pad on bed and toilet ran the entire time No wonder the room rate was $89 a night Not a good experience, I felt so unclean staying at this hotel Can’t believe it was a Marriott

A C

First time staying in a Marriott hotel, was not a terrible experience, but was honestly expecting a much better stayThings I thought was great:1 Taylor greeted us very professionally at the front desk, she was nice and patient and wished us a great stay

This and the warm welcoming atmosphere at the lobby really left a good first impression!2 Staff were really quick to help We couldn’t find the hairdryer and the shampoo in our bathroom was running low, but we were quickly helped and the staff that kindly sent these items up to us were very nice3 Our check in time was supposed to be 4:00 PM, but I was notified that our room was ready for us at 9:00 in the morning, which was a nice surprise!Things that were not so great:1 At first glance, our room seems nice, but after a quick walk through, we noticed stains on the wall and on doors, a moldy bathroom, leaky showers (our bathroom door was flooded with water), dirty mirrors, and unclean bed sheets Was disappointed since we were really expecting more from a Marriott hotel, and I don’t think this meets the standards of a Marriott hotel2 Hard water We were not able to wash our hands or our bodies clean because of the hard water3 Wifi Our phones worked fine, but our laptops weren’t able to connect, not sure why4 My card was overcharged by 30 dollars, front desk said it should fall off in 3 to 5 business days, but that was an unpleasant surprise

Deb Kirby

Rooms (king suite) are nice size But ours had SEVERAL stains, on everything Carpet, pull-out sofa cushions were pretty gross

Worst thing was the SHOCKING amount they charged us for 2 dogs under 20 pounds each $75 for first one, additional $50 for second dog $125!!! If we hadn’t been dead tired and needing a place to rest right away, we definitely wouldn’t have stayed here We have NEVER been charged such an exorbitant amount for pets ANYWHERE Will never stay at this chain again

We booked our room a month in advance and paid for it We arrived late but called to be sure our room would be available and the desk assured us our room would be available because we had paid for it Well, they had already resold our room when we arrived and told us no refunds

They gave us another room with smaller beds and charged us again at a higher rate (our kids had to sleep on the floor) Sheila, the manager avoided our attempts to contact her for two weeks I had to call the corporate office to file a complaint and then she still avoided our calls (She was at the hotel when we called but conveniently unavailable) Finally I had corporate call her and put me on the phone with her She refunded partially the additional room cost but failed to make the situation right I informed her I had read the hotel policy on ethics I felt this was a violation She was rude and sarcastic, “I am surprised you can even read” was her reply There are many other choices for hotels in the area and I recommend you look past this hotel for one that treats their customers with more respect and offers solutions when they make a mistake instead of insults

Bobbi Spiegler

Serious remodeling needed Carpet wearing Curtains are older

A/C, heating system is loud Pluses are, beds are very comfortable Good breakfast, dining area was clean and well stocked The kitchen staff though one woman, did an excellentjob The gym had no sanitizer and equipment needed cleaning ie the only working treadmill Very pricey for the quality of the hotel

FinallyFennix

I will start off with some good notes The staff was very friendly and so were the patrons Their breakfast was big, with a lot of selection

That being said, this Hampton Inn is in shambles Every amount of furniture, in the rooms, halls and breakfast area is ripped, torn, warped, scuffed etc It feels very run down Not well kept AT ALL There is no Wi-Fi The air didn’t work in the room and was definitely not on in the halls/elevators Although it was not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone Pretty disappointed with the hotel and their price You don’t get what you pay for

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean The access to shops and restaurants on foot was nice But No security

A very busy area and multi floor access and lobby access that was not limited to hotel guests I actually had a young man in a ski mask (in summer!) follow in directly behind me in the revolving door He plopped down in the lobby and the lone front desk worker said nothing Bar was not open the hours stated on the website Closed by 830 on a Sunday night of a three day weekend…as many guests were requesting drinks The “restaurant” was a hot/cold breakfast spread that would be complimentary at most decent hotels For the price point at least a full service restaurant and maybe room service would be expected We were told by a number of staff that it was a business hotel and not a leisure hotel, which is why staff was minimal Housekeeping came banging on the door like the FBI before 9 on a Sunday morning We wouldn’t stay here again for a weekend trip

Tommie Rowland

At check in no one was at the desk I had to look in the back offices to find someone The first day I was there the room was clean, second day no room service

When I ask the front counter if they provided room service each day they said yes I told them my room was not clean third day room was clean, four day room was not Very limited amenities in the room Very uncomfortable bed

My husband and I are almost platinum level at IHG & also Gold Hilton Honor members I use to work for Marriott & wanted my husband to see that they have great hotels I am very disappointed in the service we received from the hotel customer service

We made a reservation I called immediately to cancel because we have a puppy and obviously we can’t bord her yet bc of lack of shots & not old enough for all of them yet I could have snuck her in the hotel however I choose to follow their policy I was told we could cancel and no charge was applied Turns out we got charged I spoke to multiple guest service representatives and told I’d see a refund We waited over the 2-3 business days for a refund that we were quoted We saw none So went in person to handle since we got no where on the phone The guest service representative at the front desk said we have no manager on duty and we would have to wait until the next business day for 1My husband said this never happened if this were a Hilton or IHG hotel & sadly I have to say he is right Very disappointed in Marriott When I worked at Marriott, after each shift we always made sure to have detailed notes on any guest issue and we took care of each guest issue ourselves if there were any I remember a guest so upset that their gift card had a 0 balance on it and should have had a balance on it to pay for their room I recalled them saying they had a couple gift cards they used at previous hotel So on a whim I asked the hotel info After speaking with that hotel they previously stayed at found out they had grabbed wrong gift card I was able to take care of their room charge Turns out this stay was a test on us Thanks to me handling everything for them and it being through only 1 guest service representative we got repeat business from them and other guests they sent to usYou never know who will walk through the door of your hotel & the service you provide speaks volumes on how you are as a hotel After going to a business dinner for my husband and bosses and discussing this hotel with friend of the family about where to stay for them and other family members who visit I told them I do not recommend this hotel & explained our situation The company needs hotels quite frequently and the friends of the family and their family members will now be using a different hotel nearby that we stayed at and highly recommend that had amazing customer service Sad to say that this could have completely been a different experience & they could have had more repeat business

This was the perfect hotel for our King’s Island vacation We’ve never been before and wanted to stay somewhere close to the park, but not at the cost of Great Wolf Lodge pricing So after a little research, this hotel came up, and it surpassed all my expectations! It’s very well priced, only a few minutes from Kings Island (you can see the Eiffel Tower and watch fireworks from the parking lot, it’s that close), and because it’s not smack dab next to the park, it’s pretty quiet which is a huge plus

Upon check-in we were offered complementary cold waters, which was really nice, especially on a hot day Everyone who works here is incredibly nice and helpful if you have questions There’s a little store upfront that seems to stay open pretty late, if not all night So if you need snacks, medicine, drinks, they’ve got you coveredBreakfast was really good as well They change up the menu everyday They offer different flavored waffles, eggs, omelettes, potatoes, various meats, cereals, muffins, bagels A little something for everyone It all tasted fresh and was very filling And if you want something else to eat, Waffle House is right next door, as well as a ton of other restaurants right across the streetThe room itself was way bigger than we were expecting, too There’s a large wardrobe to store clothes, a mini fridge, and the bed was quite comfortableAll in all, we’ll definitely be staying here again next time we visit Kings Island!

Mishelle Nofziger

Our room was super clean as was the whole hotel The bed & pillow was very comfortable We’ve left hotels early before because of beds not being comfortable

Everyday I left towels hanging to be used again and everyday they were replaced with clean towelsThe complimentary breakfast was very well presented and the whole area was super clean Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel

I had a one night stay here I have stayed at three Comfort Inn/Suites in the past week All of them, including this one seem much dingier than this hotel brand was prior to the pandemic

It seems like they are buying old properties and half patching them up The color scheme is brown and beige which is rather depressing This hotel and the others had stained and frayed carpeting, elevator was dirty, and lobby was OK but not super clean The room was generally comfortable and clean except for the old carpeting and used furniture Staff was very nice and welcoming It was fine for a one or two nighter but I am disappointed at the trend I’m seeing the the Comfort Suites brand It used to be the high end chain, now it seems more like what Quality Inns were like I would hate to see what has happened to that chain if this is what Comfort is like now The exterior is rather run down looking as well Overall impression is that this was once a rather nice hotel and it is being left to deteriorate

Denice Ziebold

Not here! There are so many other options to chose, drive on past this Comfort Inn Dirty! Room floors not swept, long ago dead bugs in the window sills, microwave not cleaned even had remaining cook time, mold in the tub caulk The tub is literally taped together

The tub tape is lifting and has debris and water under it The room was hot! The compressor on the air conditioning wouldn’t work or the thermostat half hanging on the wall was not working All the vending machines are empty The pool is out of order along with the juice machine Not a lot of comfort to be had here A positive note, the staff was very nice and the breakfast hostess was amazing!

Amy Hampton

Priceline double charged us for one booking, KC at the front desk fixed the mistake, got us refunded, and checked us in He was super kind and patient! The rooms are clean and the breakfast is amazing The lady working the breakfast this morning was an absolute ray of sunshine thank you for your kindness! We’ll be booking again friday night

Comfort Inn in west Chester is now our go to!

We had a double-queen roomBefore we arrived, we already knew this is an older Fairfield that is in need of updates But we still have it a try because of its lower rate

But we would perform a “smell test” before committing to it due to our severe allergy Upon entering the lobby, we could smell its age But it was tolerable Upon entering our guest room, the smell was quite strong I was ready to give up but my wife thought it was OK So we stayedWe are extremely allergic to dust mites – to a point it affects our heart rates It turns out that my wife’s bed was OK and my bed was not good enough (likely an indication of high dust mite count) But at least we had one barely usable bed for the night (Note that we are more sensitive to dust mites than most people)The hotel can really use an update – wall paper torn out, bath with slow drain, everything looks aged, and the smells If the best Fairfield we’ve been to gets a 10 and the worst hotels we’ve refused to stay got a 3, this one is probably a 5 or 6 The staff was very kind and helpful, but obviously there’s a limited service level with one person manning the entire hotel (I’ve seen long check in lines whenever she offered helps to us)

Mohammad Khan

This hotel screams for Reno It’s not a very big hotel Although rooms are clean the hotel can clearly use renovation

Bathrooms are really small but they are quite cleanSome of the side entry doors did not close properly Breakfast area is quite small Location is quite nice and walking distance to some restaurants and shoppingClose to Cincinnati premium outlets No sofas in the the room with two queen bedsThe TV is also old

Mike M.

ZERO STARS! No, no, and no!!! Don’t stay here! The toilets get very easily clogged We traveled with a large group and 3 out of our 4 rooms ended up with a clogged toilet If this happens don’t expect them to bring you a plunger! I had to pick it up from the front desk which sits right across from the dining area

I’m sure guests eating breakfast enjoyed watching me with the plunger and being told it’s my fault for using to much toilet paper Also, during check in we were told the pool was closed due to it being rented out for swim lessons The rooms smell horrible too I’ve never experienced anything like this before

Kelli D.

They were only supposed to charge me $126 but they charged my credit card for $180 Additionally, I chose this because it had a high rating for safety among solo travelers Fast forward to 5:30 this am when the place department was banging on my door to check on me because a gun went off in the next room

I left almost immediately, despite only having a couple of hours of sleep and was told by the front desk person that $75 would be taken off my room charge Nothing has been corrected on my card and I have not heard back from a manager

J-Rob

Despite the staff being very nice, that’s where the redeeming qualities endI have never stayed at a hotel where the pool was closed to the guests, because someone local was teaching swim lessons The website said there was a fitness room

That’s false Need an elevator to get to the 2nd floor? Tough luck! The toilets clog very easily Staff said we were using too much toilet paper That was also false They didn’t even bring the plunger to us They made us come to get it in front of everyone who was sitting in the breakfast area First room they tried to give us stunk 2nd room stunk a little less, so we took that one It would help if the smokers would stand further away from the building to ensure that the cigarette smoke doesn’t woft into the building

The facilities were really clean The indoor pool was great for my family of seven Just 3 feet to 4 feet

Free breakfast until 9am And plenty of good restaurants nearby Kings Island is right next door Very convenient if you are going to hit the theme park or water park Jay takes the management of the place really seriously and will make sure your stay is clean and simple

Maranda Cobb

The bathroom we had was not clean I didn’t even want to stand in the shower without shoes The room had a weird (not good) smell

The air conditioner unit would not stay on and the room would get hot The bed was not comfortable It was firm and you could feel the springs The breakfast was average Overall, I will not be coming back

Dan Newman

We brought our 5 year old there mainly due to them having a pool We went out and bought new bathing suits for the stay One of the patrons broke the door leading into the pool room so we had to explain to our little girl that she wasn’t going to be swimming

That was very disappointing but understandable Breakfast is served between 6-9am and was VERY busy at 8:20am not making for an enjoyable experience Other then that The room was very nice and clean, the employees were helpful and friendly I wouldn’t be opposed to going back there in the future

On June 11, 2022, myself and my family was in Cincinnati, Ohio for a women’s retreat We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott hotel for one night Before I settle into any hotel room, I check out the rooms with a black light, which shows bodily fluids or evidence of bed bugs

I examined the bathroom which showed very little residue except some hair in tub, not mine As I continue with the room, what caught my attention was the bed shirt What I discovered was a bed bug upper right corner of the bed shirt I believe if one appears and I kept looking it could have been more I stopped looking and called the front desk Minutes later the manager and someone from housekeeping came to the room At first the management said she didn’t see it, so I put the light where the black spot was and it begin moving Both ladies help myself and part of my family move to another room Upon my sisters return I mentioned to her the events of what took place and she went to the front desk to speak to someone in charge but was told that person wasn’t there and we’ll get in touch with her at a later time, and that hasn’t happened yet Just in case you say no one has mentioned this before about Marriott, maybe if people purchase these black lights on Amazon you never know what they may see

BFD

Not bad, but I chose this place because a hot tub really helps with my chronic pain while travelling But the “hot tub” here is more of a warm tub I actually got cold in it

Do better, Marriott

We stayed three nights from Minnesota to visit family and celebrate Kings Islands 50th birthday Very convenient to a myriad of restaurant choices The staff at this hotel was very good and room rate more than reasonable

Room was very clean and the beds comfy The hot breakfast was one of the best with choices of two meats- bacon and sausage The pancake machine was a clean way to make pancakes and the cinnamon rolls were very good The breakfast staff (two were working) were excellent staying on top of everything Mike at the front desk greeted us with great customer service we don’t seem to get much lately at other hotels He checked to make sure our room needs were met We will stay here again

Matt Furrow

Stayed for two nights visiting family in the area Prices were comparable to other hotels and the staff were friendly helpful The hotel, like most businesses in the service/hospitality industry was short staffed, but for the most part that didn’t impact the stay

Room was clean and comfy, and the location was nearby several other restaurants and had easy access to the highway

Elizabeth Rollins

The service was excellent! While inspecting my room I was personally texted and asked if anything was needed Which I ended up texting back and asking for a roll away bed Which was delivered quite quickly! Great service! After a rough waking because the ROTC was there as well

My breakfast was comped I will definitely stay here again soon

Overall, decent looking atmosphere We are Platinum IHG members, which means nothing to IHG I always ask for low floor, and ALWAYS get top floor! I would love to know what it is like walking into a hotel room without hair on the bathroom floor/showers, toothpaste spit on the mirrors and sticky doors/light switches

There were 3 towels, no washcloths or hand towels The refrigerator was turned OFF so all of the cold food we brought had to sit for a couple of hours while the refrigerator turned cold Isn’t that the reason you have refrigerators in the rooms? This is an accommodation It should not be an inconvenience We all slept well They definitely need to step up the cleanliness and have managers check rooms after housekeeping No continental breakfast You can pay $11+ to eat at their restaurant This is our second stay with this hotel and we will not be returning

Kojo Stan

I enjoy every visit to this place It’s become a regular meeting space for my team and I as breakfast is superb and they provide space options for fairly large groups The rooms are clean and nice, with room service

Parking space is available all around the building Location is very close to the I75 highway, food, shopping and top entertainment centers like Top Golf, AMC theater, and Main Event Staff is very friendly and available to assist all the times I’ve been there

Molly Morgan

Our stay at the Holiday Inn at West Chester wasn’t the best to say the least Our room had scuff marks, stains, dirt, and pen marks all over it The table was even chipped

We looked over all of that, because we got in a little later and were exhausted My partner went to the front desk a little after 11pm to ask for an extra blanket, it was nice and chilly in the room The front desk worker seemed annoyed that he was asking for anything at all Just shrugged that off to someone having a bad day We had paid an extra 19 dollars for breakfast, which we were told went until 10am So the next morning we walked down for breakfast at 9am The “breakfast” in question was a buffet where all the food was almost gone, all the drink containers were empty, and the plates left (only 4) were DIRTY I was absolutely disgusted We said something about there not being really anything for the two of us to grab, and they brought out fresh “scrambled eggs”, which were 100% a pouch of eggs boiled and flopped into the tin Hospital eggs, I like to call them It was one giant mass of “egg” that you had to just, scoop some off of They tasted like powdered eggs There were two scones, one of which was smashed The sausage links, which there were a few of, were floating in water? They were offering biscuits and gravy My partner and I spilt the last biscuit and scraped up what gravy we could between the two of us It was absolutely ridiculous that they charge for this breakfast The waitstaff said “breakfast ends at 10” like coming an hour before it is over and there not being any food left is our fault? If you are staying here, absolutely DO NOT pay for the breakfastAll in all, we paid $230 to stay in a room covered in stains and eat leftover scraps of a breakfast

Very clean, updated, spacious hotel Breakfast was enjoyable (only complaint was from the kids that they couldn’t make their own waffles), the room was perfect, the staff was polite, the indoor pool was big enough for the kids with spacious enough deck to feel comfortable out of the pool Can’t think of anything I’d recommend to improve upon

Had friends staying across the highway to save a bit of money and their hotel was vastly inferior in terms of space, upkeep, etc

I loved this hotel As far as Residence Inns go, you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all But this one was different

I think it’s on the newer side The rooms are spacious and clean 5 of us slept comfortably Breakfast each morning was great There is a nice indoor pool and a fire pit area It’s only 2 minutes from Kings Islandyou could uber And we could see the fireworks each night from the hotel parking lot I’d would definitely stay again Oh, the staff was also amazing: courteous and thorough

Cordet Dykes-Veatch

The room was very spacious and the layout was great Breakfast was basic

eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, cereal I like that the waffles were prepackaged and warm The lobby is large and there’s lots of seating They have a fire pit with nice seating and a basketball court There are several restaurants within walking distance I’m only giving 4 stars because of the housekeeping There was a lot of dust sitting on top of the fridge No silverware and the kitchen could use a thorough cleaning The towels were dingy and I found dust bunnies on some of the bed pillows The noise from the highway can get a little loud if your on that side of the hotel We were in room 117 I might stay there again because the location is convenient to all my destinations when I visit Cincinnati But I’ll be requesting a room on the other side of the hotel

This is a great, well cared for hotel For the price point, they offer a great free breakfast bar with your stay that they actually maintain and refill during breakfast hours The breakfast area is open all day and you can hang out there if you get take out from somewhere local or for playing games, hanging out, etc

The pool is well maintained The room was clean and didn’t have a musty smell as some hotels can that have AC units in themThe employees were helpful and kind I would recommend this place for travel multiple nights for more than just a place to sleep, but somewhere you could hang out after businesses are closed and feel comfortable

I travel for work and stay exclusively at Country Inn This hotel is always clean and I have no issues with the room whatsoever The owners/employees I can’t say enough great things about

Every time I request or needed anything, it was provided or taken care of quickly The staff is always so polite and very attentive when I see them One even brought two freshly cooked cookies to my room just because I mentioned earlier in the day how good they were This is my experience at this hotel now for the past two two week They count on my return business while I’m working in Ohio

We stayed here for one night for a trip to Kings Island and found it to be well worth the price All parts of the hotel we saw seemed to be very clean (but we didn’t check out the pool or fitness area so can’t vouch for those) Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had, my kids will always love a pancake machine

The lobby felt inviting and there were lots of seating options for when breakfast got full I really appreciated the blackout (or nearly) curtains in the room and having hooks for sweatshirts and such No need for a closet! Bathroom had enough counter space and liked the wall mounted soaps and lotion, no need to take the little ones when leaving Definitely felt like we got our money worth and we’d definitely stay again next time we go to Kings Island

Heather I

Would definitely stay here again Megan was wonderful and super helpful with any questions we had and with local food recommendations (even a handy menu at the desk)! The room was clean, love the smell of the soaps, coffee was good all day Air conditioner not too loud

The ice machine is located near the elevators where you can grab a bucket and get your ice, plus fill up any water bottles with the machine next to it And 10 PM every night we were able to watch the fireworks at Kings Island from outside! Great location close to attractions, food, and the interstate

Sadie S

+ I watched them take the reception area/food service area completely apart to clean and disinfect+ Clean room looks just like the pictures+ Woman working in the mornings was great

Super friendly and helpful+ Pool was nice+ We were allowed a slightly later check out, which really helped us out+ Nice breakfast spread with the ability to socially distance- Slight smell to room when we got there but it was probably from the cleaning supplies because it definitely went away- Laminate/hardwood floors My child was walking (not running or anything like that)across the room, and the people downstairs complained

It was referred to me by a friend I didn’t know I had to request for room service I normally hang a tag on the door to have my room cleaned and have fresh linen and towels

I payed a hefty price for three nights I was told they were short staff that was not my problem neverthess damage is done That was my first and my last time

Matt Robinson

I was a Marriott Employee traveling on a employee rate, I arrived and was told I couldn’t check in due to not being 21 and that it was an Ohio law, which it is not I was directly lied to by both a manager and a front desk associate How can I be able to work at a Marriott and not be eligible to stay in one? We let 18 year olds stay the courtyard I work at, also in Ohio

I was told that as long as someone checked in that was 21 I could stay in and pay for the hotel, I just couldn’t check inWhat a joke

Drove five hours to this hotel, only to find out the heat won’t turn off, the air conditioning won’t turn on, and it’s probably roughly 80 degrees in the room The front desk staff weren’t even apologetic, didn’t offer to do anything other than to send a fan to my room if one became available Only after I called the 888 number did they offer to do anything

Also, even though I paid for the room in full more than a week before my arrival, they still required a $25 deposit “just in case,” they said

Dave G

Do NOT stay here if you need wifi for any reason I spent 5 nights here and none of my devices would stay connected for more than 5 minutes at a time I called their IT support number and found out that they have a minimal number of access points for their wifi and the LAN isn’t connected

I was forced to Hotspot to get any work done Not acceptable for the demands of 2022Otherwise the staff was friendly, breakfast was good, rooms are clean and comfortable

I made reservations for the holiday inn Cincinnati north liberty location for my sons basketball tournament upon checking In I was told by front desk the housekeepers did not clean all the rooms and had left for the day i was Provided with room key 410 walked in the room and the beds was very wrinkle pillows was very sloppy but I thought nothing of it went to check out the bathroom and there was hair throughout the bathroom floor and around the toilet took a towel and got the hair myself Later in the day about 730 8 o’clock I gave my baby a bath and pulled the blanket back to get him in bed and the sheets were completely dirty stains wrinkle and ball up under the blanket went to the front desk to make them aware of the situation and the young lady at the front desk was very very sweet for the Night Shift definitely don’t blame her I told her what was going on and asked her for fresh Bedding for my beds I had to remake two beds in my room before me and my family could get ready for bed not to mention The AC wasn’t working as wellI understand the hospitality business I did housekeeping myself for eight years Cleaning rooms and supervising laundry an housekeeping departments and I understand sometimes that days can be long and very hard but it is very very unacceptable to make it seem as if you changed and cleaned the bed/room for new guests to come and sleep/stay in someone else’s mess Miss Samantha left her name on the card biggest day as if she cleaned the room and she did absolutely nothing in that room I can’t completely blame her because whoever the housekeeping supervisor/executive is when you expect that room if you put it as vacant ready you’re horrible as well because that room was nowhere near vacant ready if you would’ve properly expected that room you would’ve seen the hair on the bathroom floor if you properly checked your bedding you would’ve seen that the sheets was never changed if you would’ve checked the refrigerator you would’ve seen that the refrigerator hasn’t even been wiped out or touch because of the stains in the refrigerator and on the refrigerator door all around your housekeeping Department needs to be properly trained your presentation for your rooms is everything (looks smell, feel ect)…would never stay at this hotel again when I have to come back to Cincinnati for basketball but I do like the staff at the front desk and that was the only thing good about it!!!! Oh and thanks for the 150 in points since I cleaned my own room lol smh

I don’t normally write reviews, but this one is necessary If I could give this place negative stars, I would The room vents had black dust all over them from not being cleaned-My son and I developed a cough while we were staying here

The paint is peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom The tub has stains all over it The bathroom fan doesn’t work The toilet does not flush right The chairs and booths in the downstairs eating area are so disgusting, my six year old would not even sit down, and honestly, I didn’t want to either We only had the breakfast here once because everything is so dirty The mattress pad on the pull out couch has pee stains on it The elevator door sounds like it’s going to trap you in there because it hasn’t been greased And the evening janitor has an attitude problem The only thing nice I can say is the front desk staff were kind Other than that, I cannot say enough that my family was disgusted by this Hilton and we won’t be back I hope this review saves your family from an gross experience And Hilton, if you read this-get your people there to clean this place up

Matthew Schutte

This place was pretty nice to stay at with only a couple inconveniences that we came across If our room,531, had working A/C like what you felt when you walked in the building that would have been great We slept in a 75 degree room all night

Not comforting Also the gym doesn’t actually have free weights like the website described Other than that it was a good experience

Adam&Eve

The rooms are fine, but the people at the front desk (day-shift) were disrespectful to me Be aware (especially if you are black or with kids) that they will give you a flashy smile just to make you feel happy, it is all fake I was surprised to see one of the senior staff (who seems to have a managerial role) reprimanding a younger associate in front of me because the younger associate gave me some information about my room bill

The gist of the story is that this senior staff didn’t want me to know how much the third party charged me for the roomthe familiar dishonest corporate system
