We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it was fantastic! The kitchenette was well stocked with coffees, teas, cutlery and dishes, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, and had a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, and an eating area The living area was spacious and had a pullout sofa The king bed was so comfortable as were the down pillows

Our stay was quiet and the room and bathroom was really clean The staff was so helpful and nice The price was incredibly reasonable for what we got We didn’t eat the breakfast but I did go down for coffee and I saw juices, cereals, a waffle maker and lots of hot food We loved our stay and look forward to returning

Angelica Costilla

Nice cold clean rooms Stocked with everything we needed during our stay Amenities were great

Pool, spa and patio setting was great Breakfast bar had a great selection of food for everyone I loved the timeframe for breakfast 6am to 10am Great for the non early birds I would definitely use them again for our next trip out there The staff was nice and friendly

Melanie Goyen

Started off with being given the wrong room without even mentioning it at check-inExhausted from our long drive, had to go back down to get resolved Should have kept the wrong room because new room was on a floor with a lot of noise-again we were exhausted from driving

Front desk called a couple of times to check on noise and mentioned something about people in next room not suppose to be in there and making a mess in there and must have stolen some keys- WTH? Yeah, feel real safe now, not Then, at 11:45 loud pounding on the door-like make your heart race pounding Husband went out to see a security person and still more issues with whatever was going on in next room All we wanted was to get some really good sleep before last leg of journey from San Francisco to Dallas Not to be Plus room, especially lamps, was dusty, rubber backing coming off desk(husband fixed your welcome), microwave light out, no dry clean/laundry bag, hallways not clean, etcthis was the most we paid for a stay on our whole trip!!! And the worst stayNow for breakfast—okay at least we will have a decent breakfast-NOT No toppings for the eggs, NO syrup for anything, AND what I wanted the most, orange juice, nope empty-out of OJ Again, worst breakfast we have seen on our journey We should have just kept driving to make it home and saved our money and points

Looks like new construction but if it is, why is it so dirty and scuffed up already? Walls scuffed, filthy elevator, dirty floors We have stayed in quite a few LaQuinta Inns over the past year bcs we have done a lot of traveling and they accept dogs We have always been happy with these hotels, but this one has a weird vibe and dirty

Definitely won’t stay at this one again

Alejandra Felix

We were very happy to find a pet friendly hotel with a reasonable pet fee ($23), perhaps, when we got to the 1st room that Leonard checked us in, the heater thermostat control didn’t work He was very nice to Switched us to another room, but that room didn’t look like it was completely clean at all The covers were stained, The mini fridge was Filthy and had an old yogurt inside, and the microwave was also dirty

There wasn’t a blow dryer available in the bathroom, but I found a pair of dirty socks instead The staff was nice and the breakfast was okay, but I don’t think that we’ll be staying there ever again in our way to Dallas

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were just as I expected The breakfast was better than mostThe only issue I had was the charges! My reservation was made by phone and I specifically asked for the total the room would cost, taxes and all

Yes, they can and should tell you The bill was almost a $100 more The front desk woman said well, if you’d read our sign it says there’s a parking fee Can’t see the sign over the phone, so you’re charging $100 parking fee? Apparently not but still nothing close to make up the differenceShe then tells me the second night was higher as their prices fluctuate Still not $100 worth I asked why the woman on the phone, I called the hotel directly to book my room, said if I booked second room right then there would be no increase in the rate? Her reply was the woman probably didn’t knowNow I’m aggravated even more I then asked why when a customer asks for the complete total the room will cost they don’t give that price but surprise us at the end? She only stared at us, not a single word The reason I needed the total was to split the billYes, they can and should give you the total cost when asked They should be upfront on all costs After further questioning, and I never got ugly just perturbed, she finally got within $70 of my total No idea what the rest was for! I personally had to leave and my brother stayed the extra nightJust be honest and upfront! Not everyone will have that extra $100She actually quoted me lower rates than I received on the phone, only a $1 but stillI worked in this industry, front desk when I needed and marketing So yes, I do know how this all worksCheck your bill as it was a very nice hotel

Jonah Vargas (chop)

We arrive 5 minutes into waiting In the lobby speaking Spanish/English and the host in the front office was disrespectful and mean just jumped straight to telling us to be quiet like we were trying to interrupt her with another customer To a group of 4 who were completely minding their own business Situation made it awkward we were just trying to figure out the room situation

My room was not very clean hairs on pillowcases sheet, in the bathtub and on the floor good thing I bring my own linens The manager was being rude to me at check in she was lying to him like I’m so kind of dummy and now my card has pending charges when she said that card was declining and that they didn’t make any charges on my card please stay somewhere else that they respect your money and are willing to do the work to give u a clean room

Amy Salazar

Stayed in this hotel for a tournament Front Desk staff were great Rooms were not so good though

The pullout sofa bed is only a TWIN size bed so only big enough for 1 person Several families also stated the rooms were not cleaned right We had one family leave because of bed bugs in their rooms, another one found a huge roach The second night we stayed a couple of cars got broken into during the night Would not recommend the hotel for the price we paid Yes, its conveniently located near by restaurants and shopping but that’s probably the only good thing about it

This hotel is conveniently located near major traffic arteries with quick access to airport and many commerce centers The staff is amazing; friendly and helpful The rooms are well maintained but not as modern in technology updates as many other Marriott properties

There is an on-site bistro serving breakfast and dinner selections, and a bar which is open late in the evening The hotel has a large outdoor patio area with a pool, but the pool was disappointingly closed during my stay

Eric L

Room and hotel were clean The TV in the room was really small

like about 30″ size The bathroom shower door is out of alignment and stayed open about 2 inches & this allowed a lot of water to pool on the bathroom floorIf in the area again, we would choose another hotel

1 star for the simple fact that around room 311, water is leaking somewhere so you hear the water pressure in the walls run for 15secs Stop Then does it again

Repeat Repeat Repeat ALL NIGHT LONG!! Also that rooms faucet in shower wouldn’t let the shower head come all the way on They never fixed it in the 4days I stayed I stayed there 2 times an that running water thing happened BOTH times First time I got moved Then 2nd time I wasn’t in that room but a few hrs in total for the 4days 1st stay I told them about it But over all the rooms were fine Just service sucked

Summer Duncan

Front desk staff is friendly Rooms are clean as was the laundry area Parking lot is well lit, and couple of areas for dogs

I couldn’t give 5 stars for 2 reasons First, you cannot pay cash for your room upon arrival I like to do this so my credit card doesn’t get multiple charges throughout my trip I have never had a LaQuinta tell me I could not pay cash before Very disappointed Second, they allow dogs which is good, but room is carpeted, so at some point the rooms will begin to smell a bit Overall though nice place to stay in Odessa

Customer service was very good The room was clean and the staff was professional and courteous My one concern was that the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor and the tiles are coming loose

I see some major construction in their future if nothing is done to fix this problem I put towels on the floor in front of the shower to soak up the water and we survived the week I’m not complaining but I do hope they can get it under control for our next stay

Cindi B

Staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was nice, however the beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable I stayed 2 nights and didn’t sleep at all The only sleep I got was when visiting with my family I fell asleep outside on the patio furniture

I expected a more comfortable bed than what I got As far as the breakfast, it was good but for what I paid I feel like there should have been bigger portions and more options I’ve stayed at several Hiltons before and this one so far has not met my expectations

Alice (Allison) is such an amazing person as well as an asset to the establishment She went out of her way to help me this morning from getting more juice, let me get a later checkout so I could sleep a little more, to helping me carry my bags to my car All this on top of being the desk attendant to also cleaning all the recent vacated rooms by herself because no one showed for work this morning

You can tell she takes great pride in her job& goes above and beyond I’m truly grateful for all your help ma’am The establishment itself was reasonably priced, very clean, and better than I’d expected Only complaint I would have, and I’m sure this falls on city not the motel because they’re not even on the property, is the huge potholes east of the bldg on the between road to access motel behind this one, watch out for them cause I almost lost my car in one of em Thank you again Alice for your hospitality and kind heart, you made a tough personal situation a lot easier to bare

We arrived at this hotel in the evening, and we check in The room we have got was on the second floor # 241 We told the clerk that was too far from the elevator

I explained that we are seniors’ citizens, we have a membership with choice hotel, and we would like to have a room closer to the elevatorHe started making arguments that the hotel was full and did not have more rooms available I told him we could not believe because we did not see lot of cars on the parking lotI told him that we have a membership with Choice hotels, and he need to look for another room for usFinally, he said that he had available only 2 beds room and smoking roomsI told him I did not care because I was not looking to live there forever Finally, he agreed to give us another room on second floor 212 We went to the room, but that room was dirty, the maid did not clean up the room that dayEven though that 212-room had sticker on the door saying, “room sanitized”, but that was not rightWe went back to clerk he did not believe me that room was dirty because the report was saying the room was ready clean, but that room was notAfter all this situation happening the clerk was little upset changing his face because he felt the pressureFinally, he looked for another room on the second floor with 2 beds, smoking and that was cleanAll and all we spent like more than 40 minutes wasting time back and for dealing with your person clerk on the check in sectionWe told the clerk that I will not go back to this hotel, guess what, one week later we stop in Midland on our way back to los Angeles, but we stay in a different hotel

Great room, clean, soft linens, good breakfast Buffet and grab&go both availableHot tub was empty

Pool is closed and brown with a thick layer of dirt at the bottom (There was a dust storm the last 2 days, so call to see if it is reopened) Fitness room had a constant nose coming from the air vent that sounded like a quiet fire alarm I didn’t have my earbuds to crown it out, so only could stand to work out a short time

Nick Jones

We stayed 3 nights Room was only cleaned once while we were there even though we were told several times that it would be cleaned every day Hotel overall was fairly dirty

I’ve never seen so many flies inside a hotel! Also, total price ended up being slightly more than a good Airbnb or vrbo so we will definitely just be doing that next time

I got put in a room with no air conditioning and there was ants in my room Then when I checked out the charged me 65 dollars for a stained towel with a small black spot on it said it can’t be washed Then when I called to ask about the charges they said it was cause there was a stain on one of the towels so they charged me for it so if you stay here bring your own towels so you don’t get charged 60 dollars for a stain on their towels

The attenent was very rude and would not try to help with anything said they only charged me thirty when my transactions say they charged 65 and they keep denig it

The room is nice and spacious You can see calcium build-up on the faucets in the bathroom and kitchenette area The biggest let-down is/was the water pressure in the shower

It might be better to say the LACK of water pressure I tried types of adjustments and it wasn’t much more than a trickle of water The sink had a lot more water pressure Never mind about the battery in the key reader taking a day to get replaced Nice location, clean facilities and pleasant staff Gotta work on that water pressure!

6/26/22 Check-in was execrable I have stayed at this location numerous times as do many personnel from our corporation and have had excellent staff experiences each time I’ve been a Diamond member for more than 10 years and have stayed at Hilton properties across the US

Hands down worst check-in experience ever Earlier in the day I had chosen an available room from the app Upon arrival after being greeted by a person with all of the personal skills of a police booking officer, I was then questioned as to how I could have chosen a room on the Hilton App that wasn’t available and she would have to report this to her manager I got the distinct feeling that she thought I had hacked the app! When I reached the alternate room I was given I found it had no refrigerator I called the desk and reported this to the same hostess She seemed to be extremely put-out that I wanted a room with all of the appliances that are standard at this chainWhile I don’t have the say on where our corporation stays I can assure you I have input and that it is listened toNot a way to end the weekend and start the work week…

Jen ChaNe

The hotel room is very nice, spacious, and clean Staff is very friendly The pool was really nice

Breakfast was great We were there Fourth of July weekend and couldn’t hear fireworks in the room, which was great! My only complaints are that the WiFi is free for very basic stuff like checking email Otherwise WiFi costs $5 a dayI have tinnitus in one of my ears and the elevator chime was extremely loud and shrill That can be fixed I needed ear plugs just for the elevatorOverall, the stay was great and we’ll be back

After booking a room and checking in, I was charged an additional $700 to park my truck in the Holiday Inn parking lot No signs that said you must pay to park, standard Holiday Inn parking lot (I have never been charged parking at any other Holiday Inn)

So you pay for a room and pay to park at this hotel Once I was in my room I went to take a shower and found out the hot water was barely warm almost cold Called the front desk and informed them of my issue and received a response that there was a leak and they are working to get a plumber This issue was known and they still allowed me to check in No details on when repairs will be completed No offers of a refund to find another hotel I will not be booking here again

where we were so we got a call from the front desk person stating someone complained of smoke We asked the person to come check the room because we don’t smoke No one came down but they felt it necessary to charge my card $100 I called the hotel manager the next day and asked for a refund but she told me no because housekeeping confirmed it was smoking in the room I will NOT be staying at this hotel again

Place is very nice with ok accommodation I would only ding this place a bit on the breakfast, but honestly, it is getting harder to get a conservately priced hotel with nice hot breakfast They had bread, doughnuts, and cereal

A few yogurts, and a couple pieces of fruit Missed the waffles which is the usual go-to for places that do not offer eggs and sausages

The staff were friendly and the rooms were decent, but the breakfast wasn’t worth free The only hot food available was a slow cooker of “scrambled” eggs, which were actually old, lukewarm, chopped up boiled eggs There was an empty slow cooker labeled “pork patties”

They had plenty of dry cereal, but only a single small pitcher of milk There were oatmeal packets, but the only bowls available were Styrofoam, which aren’t microwavable The apple juice dispenser dispensed water and the OJ was the super cheap, weird tasting stuff The fruit was old, some of it bruised The only decent food available was the yogurt cups, really Additionally, the plastic cutlery was understocked, and despite there only being perhaps eight people in the dining room, the trashcans were full to the brim

Arrived at LA Quinta around 11pm from 12 hours of driving and was greeted by an Amazing Front Desk Agent named Cristal I arrived with my wife and 1 month old baby and to my surprise there was no parking since the hotel was fully booked! Cristal came outside and moved her vehicle so we could have a parking space! Aside from that very kind gesture, she was able to get us to our room right away and made our stay memorable Cristal thank you so much for caring for guests and going above and beyond!

Upon arrival a male and female were violently arguing next to the main Entrance As we were exiting our vehicles they tried to get us involved in whatever situation they had It looked like it had been ongoing no Hotel staff trying to do anything not even ensure the safety of guests pulling up to check in

When we entered the front desk clerk was on a call and left us waiting to check in without any acknowledgment of anythingIt seemed she was the only employeethe room was stale stinky The parking is very limitedFirst and Last time staying there I Do Not recommend this Hotel

They didn’t have the breakfast options that we expected BUT the room was clean and comfortable my kids loved the pool and the staff went above and beyond As soon as we walked in to check in we were greeted by Robin who was extremely helpful and friendly and made sure we knew she kept fresh cookies in the lobby Anytime we needed anything she was right on it whether it was pool towels or questions about things to do in the area etc, and always with a smile on her face

The room was very roomy which is helpful for our family of 6 We had 2 queen sz beds and a pull out couch and didn’t feel cramped or “on top of one another” at all The television was a good sz with plenty of channel options We will definitely be booking this hotel for future stays

This was the first time we ever stayed here and we were very underwhelmed The online portrayal of this hotel and the real life experience were very differentThe hotel is older and the decor reflects it and the rooms are interior and exterior

We chose interior (these cost more) and we were right across from the open play area and pool area so we heard the lots of hollering from the kids who were having a GREAT time The room we had was very small for the price we paid, but it was clean and all of the staff are very niceA hot breakfast bar was provided and it offered standard breakfast options but it wasn’t impressive at all They did have a Sunday brunch later that morning and that looked way better than what we had but it wasn’t freeIf you have kids this place is a really good option because the kids seem to be living their best unsupervised lives here from the time we arrived to the time we left! They were everywhere! We didn’t have the worst experience in the world but we probably won’t stay here againUpdate: the last night we were there about 2am there was a man crying and wailing walking the hall of the floor we stayed on and 2 of his friends were trying to calm him down for about 30-45 minutes It was loud and no one from the hotel came to fix the situation Will not stay at the hotel again There was also broken glass in the parking lot that was never cleaned up our entire stay and yes we had brought it to the attention of the front desk

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days 2 nights Lobby is beautiful from the inside My family & I had a great in the lobby as they have a ping pong table where I had fun with my husband

My girls enjoyed the playground where they had a blast and the mini golf was fun experience as a family! The pool was also cool as it’s indoor and outdoor and you can swim under to get past We over all got a great experience out there We got a suite Inside the hotel where I have mixed feelings The couch is old, the walls are dirty, we saw spaghetti on the wall (as seen on picture), My husband used a UV light in the room where we saw a bunch of hands and marks on the walls and one on the sheets (picture was a bit blurry for that one) The lazy boy was awesome and the tvs and drawers were newer unlike the couch and beds The hotel is old and needs remodeling If we come back it’s because of the lobby not so much the rooms…

The location is great, the indoor pool and fun activities for kids are great, the breakfast buffet can not be matched anywhere! The food is top notch home cooking! NOW FOR THE 😔 The beds are not comfortable and the ac is a hit and miss depending on the room Staying in the front seems to be the quietest Staying in the rooms in the back seem to be where all the rifraff happens

Even if you don’t stay, you can pay for the Sat and Sun brunch buffet, which is definitely worth it
