Mrs Reyes

I loved this Home 2 Suites I have had some horrible experiences with the Hilton Suite hotels and this one by far was on the top of my list The staff is awesome, friendly, helpful and was sure to make my stay as comfortable as possible

The pool could use a little cleaning, but other than that I enjoyed this hotel very much They keep the grounds as well as the hotel very clean and smelling fresh on a daily basis When visiting the area I will be sure to stay here again

Joe Glorioso

The 1st room I was in had a funky smell from the HVAC, the girl at the desk switched me to a new room without any problems New room was better at first, but developed a similar smell from the HVAC after a few hours Seemed fine otherwise, until I went to make some coffee and found they hadn’t cleaned the coffee maker from the previous occupant

Nothing worse than wondering what corners were cut throughout the rest of the room by housekeeping I’m a Diamond member and expect better I get that the hotel is dated and needs updating, need to control what you can though Went down for the reception at 6, no food left even though there was an hour to go I had high hopes for this hotel, by far the worst Home2 I’ve stayed in That’s saying alot as I’ve been to many I’m in the Houston area every 2 months, won’t be staying here again

Mr. Sean Paul

On par with Embassy Suites type of service Too bad they don’t have happy hour or stove tops like the Homewood Suites Otherwise, this hotel chain would be the best in the world! Kristine (Housekeeping), Luke and Tamyra (Front Desk agents) have been nice and professional

In this crazy world we live in, it’s great to have friendly staff that treats you like family instead of just another customer

There was no sense of urgency at check in, location was not great The hotel is right across the freeway from Methodist West, on the feeder off Greenhouse Definitely car dependent & not convenient if last minute items are needed

Clean, have a bar, room was modern with a ceiling fan & comfortable Was told breakfast would be from 6-10 Went down at 7, to a very empty dining area Asked the front desk about the breakfast and was told no breakfast that morning that’s all she knew and was told to say She indicated she was the manager I felt her attitude was dismissive and unaccommodating The staff and location made this a place I do not want to return

Great customer service! Partial day rental available!! Amenities are superb

Staff is unprofessional Breakfast was surprisingly great The hotel is old, smelly, and dirty

It’s tiny and unimpressive Pool was out of service Heat didn’t work (and it was in the 30s and 40s during our stay) We have to be in Stafford every weekend for the next couple months, but I’ll only stay here if I can’t find vacancy elsewhere Do not recommend

As a longtime Hilton Honors member, I used my Hilton app to reserve a room as I was making my way into town, very late at night The Hilton Honors account is shared by my wife & I which for the 12 years of membership has never been a problem until now Completely exhausted, at 12am in the morning, the front desk refused to grant me a room because my wife’s name was on the account

The gentlemen was un-phased by my appeals to secure a room I finally left, drove down the street to Courtyard and received welcoming service that should have been rendered at Hilton

CarrieJaniece

Service was wonderul , everyone was super nice The snack counter def helped because u had my nephew with me Very clean

The bathrooms were spotless and not a flick of dust in the room Sheets were nice and clean AND The bed was super comfortable I slept like a baby after having a full bottle of milk Slept so good I slept through breakfast

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area

I’ve been coming here for years If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t regret itEverything about this hotel is perfect! The cleanliness is superb, the staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious and updated And front desk employee Elicia leaves you with a great first impression about the hotel I will definitely come back again whenever I need to visit Houston area

Marshall Watson

I was miserable and desperate in need of a clean, comfortable and affordable room for the night This place far exceeded my expectations! The room was huge The pool was clean, so was the fitness center

The entire hotel was spotless The staff was genuinely friendly And the breakfast bar had blueberry pancakes I was really blown away by this place Everything was 5 stars or better!

Brannon Happacher

The room was all around better then expected Usually in my experiences, they somehow make the room look much bigger in the photos then it actually is But not in this case

And just as presentable as well Service at the front desk was very accommodating too Only complaint wouldn’t be anything owed to the hotel itself but to Google maps Tried to get me lost just before I hot there lol! But in all A wonderful experience for sure

This Courtyard is located in West Houston right off I10 This review is primarily based on the staff as I spent majority of my time off the property

The room was clean and the air conditioning was cold This Courtyard has a Small bistro offering breakfast and supper There is also a large pool to beat the heat inIn all the staff here made the stay enjoyable I really appreciate Charlene She is a hospitality expert and I could not have had a better person assisting my family 5/5 for the staff

Melissa Wimberley

Looks can be deceiving! The outdoors is very outdated, but when you step inside, it’s amazing Newly remodeled Room was spacious with a nice soft bed

Very quiet as well Staff is amazing Chris at the front desk is awesome! Walking distance to restaurants Only wish their was more lighting in the room, perhaps a ceiling light Will be back!!!!

YBF013

Clean, comfortable bed (surprisingly), A/C works very well, quick and painless check in, modern décor, feels like a comfy apartment, nice pool/courtyard area for fresh air Location is right next to the highway and a decent gas stationOnly feedback would be that the shower head spray wasn’t evenly distributed and it made the shower a bit awkward

Nonetheless, I recommend and would stay again

I rented a room at this hotel close to the departure time When I checked in I asked for a quiet location I was given a very quiet spot and thoroughly enjoyed my stay

The bed was very comfortable A mini fridge and coffee maker with pods worked well The cleaning staff kept the room nicely clean a and fresh It was a very great experience Location right off Westpark Tolley made getting there and departure convenient

My stay was pleasant, the young lady that checked me in was sweet and helpful Now on the other hand the girl after her was ON THE DAMN PHONE and her face showed she didn’t want to be present at work Anyway room was decent I’m just ready for the day all hotels update the decor carpet and if not ANYTHING the darn BATHROOM

Housekeeping pay just a bit more attention to bathrooms Not dirty but your occasional hair here and there and I have short hair,(scalp) Oh can’t forget why i gave it 4 stars I checked in smoothly, was informed that I could pay cash for deposit and collect it in the AM Went to collect but the girl on the PHONE wasn’t there on the phone 😂 so I called spoke with a lady she informed me that she would have her manager call I said I won’t be getting that back Then she called , got my info then verified who I was and mailed my deposit Y’all are Rockstars!!!!!

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downReally enjoyed my stay here You can tell that the rooms are older The view of the lake was just what i needed daily I started here for bushes and it was perfect for my needs They do have a bar and food selections are limited They also serve free breakfast in the mornings

Rachel Phương Lê

Very comfortable bed, spacious They have a walkway with a little bridge that you can walk across to restaurants and shopping, great for jogging as well They are also pet friendly, great area to stay!Downside is they don’t clean the place very well so our room smelled like dog pee

Their selection for breakfast is extremely limited There were instant eggs and sausage patties, instant oatmeal and cereal Ask for drinks milk and Orange juice, extremely limited The pool is very small, and there are no microwaves in your room, you must walk down to the lobby to heat up everything

Steve Flaherty

Customer service is severely lacking I don’t blame the staff, as I question the management The keys are always having to be reconfigured

They might have Diet Coke or Coke, but rarely both Nice rooms and location But in all my travels, this place does not meet expectations! I don’t look forward to coming back every week only to be confronted by a hotel that doesn’t appreciate the ‘customer experience’ They have good people but their hands are tied Not a typical Hyatt, from my experience Wish I had something better to say I’m disappointed with this place

Amazing Experience here, the staff at the reception is so kind, David & Tammi were very helpful, David helped us with our reservations after we were supposed to arrive at 11 pm we got there at 5 am due to flight problems and lost the reservation, he immediately made a new one and was very helpful letting us know what we had to do with our last reservationThe Breakfast is good, the pool was great, the service and cleaning of the Room was really good Would definitely stay here again

DT Johnson

Reserved the room based on the generically enhanced photos shared on the booking site Got to the hotel itself and did receive friendly service from the receptionist (although the lobby and first floor smelled like mildewed bleach)

and that is where the good things ended Got to the room only to find that it was smaller than depicted and that there were other things wrong with the hotel/room itself (as follows): The left elevator acted like it was about ready to fall when we stepped into it, there was a gap under the front door that was wide enough for anyone to look under, the vent in the bathroom, lamp shade, computer desk, AND even the fire alarm were ALL covered in dust, the tissue was poked back in the box in the bathroom, the ironing board was damaged, there was chipped/peeling paint on the ceiling corner of the bathroom, and we didn’t even get full sized pillows(!)Needless to say, we immediately checked out and would not recommend this establishment to anyone

Great stay and convenient locationIt is close to all the great foods and Chinatown I’m one to check under the mattress soon as I check in and our room was very clean The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating

I experienced better service here than I did at more expensive hotels The guests during our stay was a little loud in the hallways during the night but I’d stay here again on our next visit:)

Shana Pope

There was construction going on that we did not know prior to our stay we just stayed one night and around 1 or 2 o’clock it was so noisy and I looked out the window and I could see some of the workers roaming the hallways I believe one of there rooms we’re next to me or they were visiting someone next to me they were very loud doors opening and closing in seem like they were drunk unless they were just Being obnoxious it was extremely rude The elevators didn’t work all the time , we had to take stairs , the breakfast costs , which I didn’t know prior either besides that it was a nice hotel , great pool ! The workers were nice too , it’s just the construction made it awful , you should close while you do construction and not be greedy!!

Eris Hendrix

The building is currently under construction One of the staff members told us it would be done in about a week and a half But we weren’t informed of the construction prior to booking and had to deal with noise day and night, the hallway to the elevator and the elevator itself were taped up completely for painting and we had to dodge construction workers

They also didn’t clean our room our entire stay but the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was nice, it will be amazing once construction is no longer taking place They offered accommodations for the noise when I complained at cheek out Great hotel, not so great while under construction Pool and hotelrestaurant were both closed and unusable Book at your own risk 🙂

What a gem! I was in town for my father’s funeral and made the mistake of staying at a nearby hotel that was just gross I lasted one night and moved to this hotel Talk about a breath of fresh air

The staff was so kind, the rooms were CLEAN and updated, plus the property was quiet and well maintained No courtesy breakfast is provided, but there is a Starbucks in the lobby Definitely a five star stay in my book!

Tyler Gerry

Room was clean, no complaints there Staff was nice and helpfulProblem was I booked a 2 queen room and they somehow sold all of those before I arrived so we had to take a King room

It worked, just wasn’t what I booked The 3rd floor also reeked like marijuana which was not exactly a nice touch with my kids Location was easy-just stayed for a night while travelling on I-10

Elvira Banda

Awesome hotel The location is great, it has a Gyro Hut and Starbucks right in front of it Although the hotel has a mini bar/ bistro inside located across the front desk area

I checked in and Tammie was very friendly She greeted me with a smile and was helpful with questions I had about my room My room was very clean and I inspected it thoroughly No hairs were found, the beds was comfy, and the sheets were clean I highly recommend 👌 ps: I had a quinoa salad from the Bistro bar and it was delicious!!!!!

This place is by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed at If I could give negative stars, I’d do it Both service and overall cleanliness

I had roaches in my room and spoke with the manager (Riaj) about it, he didn’t want to rectify the situation Told me that the roaches were my fault and that I shouldn’t have left food out Said he could only give a discounted refund Was very argumentative and called the police on me Also, one of the employees ( last name Gardner) accessed my private information through hotel records and tried to add me on social media at the time of incident Completely disgusting and unprofessional I’d rather have a presidential stay in hell than to stay here again This place is a circus

Emilio Gonzales

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and I have never in countered such inconvenience as I have this time You hang a don’t disturb sign and they still knock on your door asking if the room is empty Then they rush you to check out when they are ready to clean when check out is till 12

This place is trash now with this new management Last time I stay herehire Americans

Astrid’s Jewelry

The room was dirty and the toilet was not cleaned before my arrival I asked for another room, and they assigned a new room in this one the restroom mirror was dirty and I saw cockroaches The advertisement includes HOT breakfast, when I asked for details about the breakfast the receptionist informed me that they ONLY offer a bag with a tangerine, a granola bar, and yogurt as breakfast

The pool is closed until further notice The staff only said that “we are only employees, the owners are the ones that make the rules”

Located conveniently close to several of the MD Anderson facilities on the West Katy highway

It was built in 1983 and changed hands several times Hyatt is working to restore it to its original grandeur They’re not quite there yet Public places are quite nice, but in our room (5104) the sink had pulled away from the wall slightly and settled about a half inch Some of the corners had drywall issues and needed to be retaped The TV controller was either not very intuitive or perhaps should have been replaced by one that worked properly Temperature control was great The room was spacious The first floor bar offered food service, which was pretty decent, and the wait staff (Kristen) was outstanding My choice of dessert was the air fried bread pudding It’s an interesting idea, but it needs a few tweaks if, like me, you enjoy the traditional soft custard consistency of bread pudding There was a bit too much crunchy outside and not enough soft, smooth inside for my palate Next time I’m there (and there will be a next time) I’ll try the Key Lime pie instead

Johnny Martinez

What wasn’t absolutely perfect?! The staff made this the most memorable moment of our lives! I met with the front desk 7 hours before I had could check in to drop off flowers for my wedding night

those, flower petals in the shape of a heart and chocolate covered strawberries was waiting for us that evening! I am so impressed with the wonderful gentlemen sharing his life experiences and wonderful family really showed wonderful spirit and kind soul So kind, I even feel as though they gave us the most romantic room ever with an even more beautiful view! God bless you and thank you for your graciousness

Pzl Box

I was lucky enough to pickup my reservation during the CoronaVirus policies Houston has been enforcing on every business at an extraordinarily cheap rate The hotel is geared to massive conferences which makes their amenities plentiful The atmosphere without the conferences makes you wish you could have a condo suite and never leave

Their restaurant was the perfect morning treat The pond fountains, lobby plants and skylights makes you feel you are vacationing somewhere exotic I absolutely loved the hotel and will try to score another visit in the near future to Houston just to stay here

Mrs Brenda at the front desk is a sweetheart She checked us in during our stay and made sure everything taken care of according to our book preferences

She also is a kind and loving individual The rooms were clean and comfortable Even though the hotel is located nearby highway, it was quite inside the room Would be back for staying over here for sure and I would highly recommend to stay over here whether it’s for a business trip, a short vacation, or a long stay

Rt Ry

Went to stay in this hotel and it was not what we expected The lady at the front desk had her children with her so we couldn’t get her undivided attention There was a mildew smell

There were roaches all in the hallway and in our room They allow dogs which makes me wonder do they sanitize enough after the pets have left Instead of staying the entire weekend we checked out the next day I would not recommend this hotel It looks clean but it is not There was no manager on property to even speak with

Iesha Smith

I had a deluxe room which was nice and spacious Check in and check out was nice and smooth Although they didn’t have hot breakfast they served coffee and orange juice in lobby and little grab and go breakfast snacks

I’m giving it three stars because it was stinky in the hallways I don’t know if it’s because they allow dogs, really thin walls you could here everyone, and I hate to be the person that wish they put guest with dogs on one side and guest without on another But nice location

Easy check-in with helpful and efficient staff Nice room at a good rate; A/C kept the room well cooled More than adequate parking with restricted access for security

We did not have opportunity to checkout the free breakfast Good location with quick/easy access to freeways, restaurants, etcTwo reasons I didn’t give them a 5 star rating: 1 No interactive guide on TV, so must channel surf to determine programming 2 Bed wobbled so every time I move, my bed partner was jostled

The flexibility of reservations at this location has made staying here a pleasant experience We have made several trips for business and a simple yet comfortable room is always a plus I highly recommend this location

The surrounding restaurants are great If you’re looking for a wonderful car dealership, Mercedes Sewell does a fantastic job and is ready to cross the streetThe morning breakfast here is good And I would highly suggest this hotel to anybody in the area it’s easy access to really nice course of town and shopping The staff is really kind

Seems to be in a decent area so I wasn’t too worried about my car Room was clean, beds were stain free and comfortable The bathroom was clean and stocked

There was plenty of hot water I didn’t use the TV so I can’t speak to the channel selection AC was nice and cold so sleep was sound I can’t speak to any noises during the night as I’m a very deep sleeper so I wouldn’t be woken up anyway I arrived at the breakfast area at 8:15 and they were out of biscuits and gravy but had plenty of all the other items Overall, a good experience

This hotel was clean, the staff was polite upon check in which was the only time I NEEDED to interact with them Breakfast was 730 until 9 and it was what should have been expected since COVID The room was clean, air worked, no insects or bugs

It was quiet, the pool was ok but it was crowded because of other guests which is beyond their control I would book here again if needed

R D

Would not stay again The breakfast is not very good Not much choices

My room had dirty towels in in when I checked in and a small roach was under my sheets Only clean rooms when you have to go specifically to the front desk and ask Fitness center was dirty gard as night due to several vandals steeling Cat converters Location “for me” was the only reason to stay

Abdel-Hameed Badawy

The room was nice, clean, and tidyThey have a fire pit outside You need the front desk to get it on

The bad thing was that their breakfast was a grab and goThese means just wrapped muffins, cookies and juiceThis is my main reason for 3 stars onlyIt is their choiceThis is fine mostly to cut cost in my opinion and nothing more

I stayed here this past weekend and I have to say everything was just lovely I was staying with my daughter, her husband and baby so we reserved a 2 room suite, the hotel offered to let us use a pack and play free of charge while there so that my grandson could sleep The pack and play was new, like it had never been used which was wonderful

The staff was so welcoming and nice, the breakfast was delicious! I really enjoyed the quiches for breakfast! First time staying at a Residence Inn but it will not be my last! Thank you for a pleasurable stay!

Residence Inn have not changed one bit from the early 2000’s when I was traveling for work It’s 2022 a lot needs to changeHere is my list of concerns

1 The first room couch bed was broken and the room smelled like mildew, we requested a different room2 The second room smelled the same as the first one, so that tells me they don’t service each ac unit regularly and with covid still prevalent, it needs maintenanced at least every other week3 The rooms are outdated even though they added stainless steel appliances to have it appear updated4 The Marriott name when it comes to Residence Inn is being tarnished all because it appears that upper management doesn’t care about making sure the customers keep coming back to The Residence Inn5 The only reason I even stayed here is due to someone else paying for it The last time I stayed, my team had to be moved to another hotel6 I have a proposal for Marriott/Residence Innif you need assistance with rebranding I am more than willing to assistfor a fee7 Today, you need to be brought up to standards so you can stay in competition with the likes of Hilton and their brand

Matha Goram

The small team of dedicated and hardworking staff can only do so much when their hands are tiedThe age of the place can be deduced by the soiled carpets, chipped furniture and non-existent pest control servicesThe breakfast was a joke compounded by the failure to label the ingredients of the prepared food to assist those with allergy or dietary concerns

Wins the race for the worst Residence Inn experience in 35 years!

We checked-in via and the app Our room was clean and at a good temperature and had all the items we needed The staff was friendly and greeted us when we arrived and when in the lobby

The pool was a great size and perfect for kids There are chairs, tables and umbrella if needed There are plenty of restaurants in close proximity along with a mini fridge located in your room

Recently stayed at this hotel, it was nice and well maintained only got taken by surprise for a deposit hold of $50 per room that I was never informed on Which was no problem but could cause issue with guests not expecting this extra step Walking into the bathroom in my room

Bar of soap was opened and recently used I believe the small products in the bathroom all come sealed for a reason last but not least there was a piece of plastic maybe residue of a glove in my breakfast as shown in the picture Other than that it is a nice place to stay

Kraken

Despite sending us to a room without a bed, the entire experience was great Everything smelled and felt perfectly clean, and the staff went well out of their way to care for us Excellent service, the breakfast was fulfilling, and we felt safe the entire time

No issues with noise and the beds were very comfortable Will be returning again!
