The rooms were very clean and a good size for a family of 4 The staff was very welcoming but somewhat inconsistent The front desk was great about all questions, but breakfast

One day breakfast was amazing: sausage, eggs, waffles The next cereal and cold coffee from the day before?? When asked the front desk said it wasn’t their job I’m sure it wasn’t, but not helpful Hence the 3 for service The maids were 4 star for real very helpful and courteous when needing towels or anything

Derek Raymond

I stayed 3 nights in an ADA King Suite The room was really clean with a great lay out I really appreciate the walk in shower with adjustable shower head, as well as the wide living area

The staff were really friendly and professional I felt safe at night, staying alone It’s really close to major roads and interstates I’d recommend joining their Free Choice rewards club so you get the best rates and accrue points for your stayI’d highly recommend turning left out of their parking lot and checking out the view of the mountains while getting a coffee at Dunkin Donuts

Timothy Carmickle

If you choose this hotel, make sure you stay on the third floor We were kept awake nearly until midnight and at 5am due to the room above us Every footstep is heard and felt through the walls, floor, and bed

The clerk was absent-minded or very inexperienced, asking for my name and other information multiple times over the phone during reservationThe pool had stuff all over its surface, visible from the hall outside Some doors were ripped and hanging from the jambHot and cold in the shower were switched, although plenty hot The handle was loose and floppyThe central air vent was very noisy (not enough to drown noise from other tenants)The greatest credit to this hotel is that the bed was quite comfortableI have had much better stays at hotels less than half the cost of this Breakfast held no surprisesYou would not miss out if you stayed elsewhere

Clean, comfortable, and quiet room The front desk staff really went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and restful When we extended our stay, they made sure that our room key wouldn’t expire, as just one example

Very thoughtful, helpful, answered all our questions, and checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed Outstanding and very much appreciated, as my girlfriend’s mother had just passed, and we were overwhelmed

Angie Kotarski

For being a Diamond member, they sure don’t know how to take care of you I was told upon check in that I would receive breakfast for my and my husband We were there for our wedding so we had a lot of family also staying there

When we went for breakfast, they said I didn’t chose that so we would have to pay full price I told the lady that when we checked in we were told we received breakfast or a credit to use for snacks I had to call Hilton customer service and they called front desk at Rio Rancho Lady said they lady that checked us in was new and we have to pay full price Didn’t even try to accommodate us at all So disappointing

Jeiden Arellano

We checked in August 4th The initial front staff was not the most pleasant (sorry it irked you we couldn’t find our rewards account number) but other than that the room was clean, the shower had good water pressure and the rest of the staff was pretty friendly Breakfast is not free you either pay extra for it at the time of booking or they charge you at the time of receiving it

It’s a good location though so there are plenty of restaurants around that serve breakfast I recommend booking online as calls are outsourced, it was hard to understand the attendant and it was not an option we had to sign up for the rewards Which we were then not able to use for the discounted rate because the front desk couldn’t find us in their system and was very rude when we tried offering the number we received in the email

We stayed for one night and we loved it The room was comfortable and suited our family of 5 Breakfast was great and we loved the selection

The common area is very welcoming and comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful Our kids enjoyed the pool just said it was a little cold A hot tub would’ve been awesome We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area

Ryan Erwin

This is our first stay at the Marriott Pyramid in Albuquerque and I must admit that we’ve been impressed Our room is very nice and comfy The showers are hot and have great water pressure and the bed is great

Now for the best part of our experience here – the guy behind the desk running the show tonight – Drew We can’t thank him enough for his hospitality He went above and beyond to accommodate our family after being on the road for 15 hoursGreat service and a 2am check in are a rare and unusual combination, but Drew knocked it out of the park

Lindsay Norman

We love this hotel and stay every time we visit Albuquerque We had a room with no AC and they happily moved and upgraded us, it was a smooth process so that was appreciated The staff is professional and very kind and accommodating

It’s my understanding the hotel is severely understaffed based on their standard and the hotel was booked to capacity during our stay You can feel that but everyone takes it in stride Joe, the bartender was amazing and we hope y’all give him a raise! Thanks for a great experience

The room was fine, a little old and not the cleanest I found a lot of hairs in the bathroom The hotel is a little dated but the staff is super friendly

It was an easy stop off the highway so if you are looking for a place to stay the night while on the road, this hotel works! I had a pet and the pet area is really why I picked this hotel There’s a large grass area right next to the hotel which makes it easy if you are traveling with a pet

Jayme Isakson

The staff were AMAZING The front desk staff were so kind, courteous, and personable The pack-n-play we requested was already in our room upon arrival

The gentleman who hosts breakfast is easily one of the kindest people I’ve ever met He quickly remembered us on our return trip approximately a week after our initial stay and was so sweet to our daughter I would highly recommend staying at the Homewood Suites in Uptown ABQ

Robin Torres

Stayed here for a weekend trip to ABQPros:* Great location next to plenty of shops* Clean suites and lobby area* Great free breakfast and coffee* The suites are spacious and have most things you would need to feel at homeCons:Only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom didn’t have a vent fan

Most hotels I have stayed at have thisOverall, a great hotel I would stay here again and recommend it for others!

A great place to stay! We were on the road about 14 hours and this was an oasis in the desert! It was clean, pet-friendly, and the employees were so nice The hotel was surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and the neighborhood was nice, too I didn’t love having to go all the way downstairs for ice but I survived

I noticed the parking lot was well-lit when we parked but I woke up around 3 or 4 in the morning and it seemed the lights where we parked had gone out The room was super-clean and a good size The bed was a little firm but maybe that’s because the hotel seems pretty new It was a great start to a long vacation

Jarrod Fox

This place was great It was clean and tidy I absolutely love the kitchenettes or whatever they are called

My biggest issue was with the desk person on the date that we arrived While friendly to me, my wife had a different experience She went down at one point to get me a soda from the snack area and due to being exhausted from not sleeping well, she didn’t understand what the front desk staff person was saying When asked for clarification, she got snapped at Later on; in the early morning, my wife went back to the snack area to grab something to boost her blood sugar She grabbed a few items and waited for about 5 minutes or so before hitting the service bell No one came She continued to wait and still no one came She put the items back and came back to the room Other than that, we enjoyed our stay We wished we could have stayed longer!! Would definitely come back

Michael Glass

As someone who spends the majority of my year on the road (upwards of 17 nights a month) I normally use Hilton properties, but this fantastic hotel has converted me to Marriott! Not only is the location ideal, and the accommodations well kept, but the staff makes all the difference! Between Dolores who obviously gives the place an expert touch and the fantastic management staff that Charlene and Cheyenne have perfected and then the maintenance / engineering guys Tom and Tim always making themselves available and then Cameron being a fantastic face for the team I am lucky to have been here for the last few months Denise greets me every morning at breakfast, and I can’t even begin to name all of the housekeeping staff that have made this rough stretch of my life away from home so much better than I expected! You would be lucky to stay here, and I know that they always stay pretty booked with guests, but the cool part is seeing the fact that this team makes all the difference for their guests! I’m glad to be one of their visitors and I’m going to make this my primary plan for all future visits to Albuquerque

I had a surprisingly delightful stay at this Holiday Inn Express The front desk folks were very friendly The room was fresh, simply appointee and very clean

The hot breakfast was far better than most these days All foods well prepared, fresh and of good quality This hotel is within a few minute drive of the airport, new Sandia Casino and old town Albuquerque Well done

Be Your Own Journey

Stayed here for a night on a long road trip across country! Conveniently off the thruway and close by Walmart and whole foods Has a decent continental breakfasts, but no gluten free optionsRooms were decent but our sink was gross and hard to drain

Worked out for a one night stay Service dog friendly Easy check in and out!

Tiffany Smith

The layout of the two bedroom suites is TERRIBLE These rooms are designed for up to six people There is nowhere to put more than two suitcases without tripping over them

No dresser The sofa bed is right inside the door, thereby making it difficult to come and go if it’s open There is only one sink, and it’s outside the bathroom – hopefully no one needs to get up in the middle of the night! This layout here is unlike any Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in There is no space for privacy whatsoever – the bathroom has a tub/shower and the toilet, with absolutely no additional space There is nowhere to get dressed privately The outside lighting is so bright overnight that even the blackout shade doesn’t keep it out Multiple times I woke up thinking it must be morning, only to find out it was still the middle of the night Will never stay here again

Stayed during the weekdays Parking is free and easy to park, I didn’t have to search for a spot They had bellhops and other services upon entering

The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly The room was very clean and seemed maintained and updated Room was quite The bed was comfortable The water pressure was excellent for a room that was high up Concierge was nice, but still lacked drinks and desserts The location is nice, easy to get on and off I-40 Right next to lots of shopping and restaurants I plan to stay here again if/when I come back

Jason and Crystal Welch

I’m rather high in status and decided to spend some hard earned points here I travel for work and spend close to equal nights in hotel as I do at home Hotel room that I received was run down for a recent renovation and the lounge was pretty abysmal

Staff was fine I feel like I should make more of an effort on my Hilton status given the offerings I mean I know it was a points reservation, but I feel like when I use points, I never get a decent room What’s the point of using points?

Jennifer Phillips

Leena is what every hotel bartender should be Just the right balance of attentive and talkativeRooms are fine

Does anyone else miss bar soap in the shower? The walls could use a wipe down in the bathroomStaff makes this place They did me a solid and got me into a room early so I could get some work done

The place has friendly staff The breakfast menu was limited The cook in the kitchen was friendly and efficient

The vegetarian scramble was very good Just a note to the management to not keep the vegetarian scramble under the same lid as the sausage/bacon The meat smell permeates to the vegetarian dish Please consider putting the eggs and meat side by side and the veggie scramble separately We had an issue with the heating/ cooling vent not working in one of the bedrooms When I informed the front desk, there was no reaction A simple regret or even an apology for the inconvenience would be appreciated

Javren W

No place to put suitcases in the rooms No foldable luggage holder and no furniture that was a good spot for the suitcases that did not require us to move them around during our stay We wound up using a bedside table, the dining table, and the dining chairs

Other than this problem and a few minor cosmetic issues, the hotel was what I expect from (and why I prefer) Residence Inn: a good place to get a decent night’s sleep with a full kitchen and a living room to make your stay more comfortable while awake

I have been a loyal Marriott Platinum member for several years and I stick by the brand, however I stayed at this particular hotel for a week in June 2022 on a work trip and this is by far the absolute worst Marriott property I have ever seen The property itself was old, run down and in desperate need of a refresh The “gym” is so small that it was hardly useable

The customer service, though is where I draw the line The assistance from the two on site “managers” Eugene and Brenda is non-existent and appalling Not exactly sure what they are “managing”Early on in my stay the refrigerator in my room broke, spoiling all of the food that I had purchased for the week I did move rooms, but I had to restock the fridge with all of the food that had spoiled The staff confirmed the refrigerator had, in fact broken The front desk requested pictures (which were sent and housekeeping confirmed this with what was in my trash, or so I was told…) and stated a manager would get back to me asapOver a month has now passed and neither Eugene or Brenda have bothered to even reply to my emails I have sent several now, and not even so much as a courtesy replyWhile still on site I asked several times to speak with one of the managers to get this issue resolved and neither employee was ever anywhere to be found to even have a conversation with me There was always some excuse as to why I couldn’t speak with one of themI am honestly shocked that the Marriott brand continues to allow this slum of a property to use the Marriott nameThis place and it’s customer service (or lack thereof) is a disgrace to the Marriott brand

Absolutely beautiful room Large living area with TV, fireplace, huge kitchen area with everything needed The bed was huge and so very comfortable that I didn’t want to get up

It had, yet, another TV The dressing area and bathroom were more than any family could need DID I mention the spacious closet? This location was perfect Its located right off the freeway but very quiet The landscaping has beautiful green grass that is well maintained I couldn’t ask for anything better And the plus, plus for me is that I am traveling with my dog She was welcomed and there were enough treatsThe breakfast was deliciousThe staff were amazingly friendly and so very accommodatingI would most definitely stay here everything I travel through this area

karina alonzo

the room was super spacious and the bed was super comfortable!! our room had a small kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, pots, pans, plates, cups, forks, spoons, etc! i was so sad we were only there for 1 night breakfast was better than expected with a great variety and was actually really tasty! we loved this place so much and will definitely be returning!!! ONLY downside was that there was a $250 deposit that i was unaware of, didn’t find out until i checked my bank statement but it was refunded after checking out

Roberto Hendy

Front office staff very helpful I really liked 👍 the front sitting room with fireplace Kitchenette was well stocked with all needed supplies to cook our own meals They even offer a service 🙄 where you can give them a grocery list and they will shop for you Excellent choice for a quite night

This property is great Reasonable price, great rooms, excellent customer service from Brian at the Registration Desk and the restaurant staff too The room was clean, well maintained, and quiet

There is not much available within walking distance for food or entertainment as I had hoped there would be, so I was bored for the evening The quality, preparation, and service for the food was excellent! pool was very full with other guests and kids which was great for them, but I would have liked to have a live band or musician during the evening Overall a great experience

Avenda Marketplace

We came into town for a weekend getaway this place looked amazing online they really fluff it up With anticipation of a relaxing weekend by the pool we find out after booking that the pool is closed for no particular reason Called Guest services several times to get basic information about places to eat or fresh linen and towels no one answered

They also offer breakfast but it’s an Additional charge I suggest going to FLYING STAR CAFE it was a place I found online and it was amazing I wish they had a hotel I would probably have had a better time Unfortunately Crowne Plaza doesn’t meet its online presence so be forewarned you are just paying for a bed and a shower and a pretty lobby (why they got the 3rd star)

JL DaPilot

Well as far as hotels I would recommend just die to the fact that the housekeeper named Ruby went above and beyond for what ever I needed or my family needed She never hesitated and just because I recommend this their service Excellent when it comes to the rooms Now as for the front desk can get busy but they are very friendly as soon as they greet you you feel welcomed

Try it once won’t be disappointed Two pools are better than one and the view is pretty cool

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool but it is 4ft to 5ft for those that have kiddos Easy location to get to and from places Lots of places to eat nearby

Little noise from freeway The north rooms have great view of sandias South room great view of sunsets Pillows are very flat and soft, recommend asking for extra pillows if you like more support

Beth Harrelson

The hotel was clean and most of the staff were helpful and friendly My brother made my reservation and when I got there I gave my own credit card to pay for the room However, they still charged his card instead of mine

This was not a big deal, I just gave him the money What was a big deal was the breakfast While we were finishing ours a family came in with 3 young children There was still 25 minutes left for breakfast but there was seriously almost nothing left When the woman asked the attendant about getting something to eat she was told by the attendant she didn’t have time to put anything else out for them If the breakfast is served until a certain time, then food should be available The young lady who was working was very rude and she locked everyone out exactly on the hour I felt so bad for this family

Keshia Chino

Thinking of a nice get away for 4th of July Booked two rooms, for two nights Got robbed on the very first night

And was told by the employees there’s very little camera footage coverage And there’s nothing they can do about it Spoke to the security and was told the cameras cover the entire premises and are clear They also told us that a week ago this hotel was robbed and there was no footage of the robbery and their thinking it’s a inside job Nowhere to be found are the security footage Cops were no help at all except for the insurance wants to up our rate The same night my son got sliced by their light fixture in the pool So, all in all don’t stay here or even think about it And this is how they treat their guests and loyal diamond members

Overall very pleased with this hotel The room was clean and the staff very kind Loved seeing so many other dogs

Felt very safe while hereI would love to see how the hotel changes following the upcoming renovation It would be great if there could be sheer curtains as in addition to the provided black out curtains for privacy Breakfast also could have used some fresh fruit Otherwise very pleased with our stay!

Richard Fountain

Very solid experience with our large group Smooth check-in, rooms were clean and well-prepared One room had weak A/C so the window had to be open at night to cool it down

Very good breakfast layout Pool and hot tub were excellent! Hotel pays very good attention to vehicle and personal security; private security personnel patrol periodically overnight and keycard access is required to enter the building after 8pm

Shanon Craudell

Extremely friendly and professional staff, clean and spacious rooms

highly recommend The only critique I have is the need to address the lack of signage for their entry I stayed at a horrible hotel across the street a week previously because I failed to notice that the LA Quinta was there Bright signage would be helpful for tired travelers to see when seeking a nice room to rest their head

Would stay here again for sure

Oh and props to Jill she was so sweet!

The girl at the front desk, Celeste, was very nice That was the biggest plus I remember, but other than that, there is not a whole lot of plus when it comes to this hotel Unless you count the black sock that was in the corner of the room when we arrived

Maybe the plus was the bobby pin on the floor (so we knew the room had not been vacuumed)? I have stayed at worse hotels, but I have also stayed at much better hotels for the same price It is not in the greatest locationunsafe intersection where Google tells you to turn left, but if you don’t want to get in an accident, it is best to drive up a little further and do a U-turn But the main reason we will no stay again iswe stayed in the beginning of July and I was looking through my bank activity and I saw a $197 charge from this hotel on August 1st (3 weeks later) I disputed the charges and then called the hotel The nice girl said that she had been fielding calls like mine for some time She explained that for the whole month of July a portion of the tax was not being taken out of each customers payment method It sure would have saved me some trouble knowing that my card was not subject to fraud like my bank thought it might be Would an email to each customer have been too much to ask for?

Stayed here a year ago forgot to write a reviewBeds were comfortable, sheets clean, pillows nice and comfy Did not have any issues with the front desk at all very friendly when leaving with a “have a good day” , “have a good night”

Floors in the room were clean Very spacious for all of our luggageI would recommend this place

This has got to be the Joke of the Hilton Brand They do not live up to the brand and service that you expect and get from other Hilton hotels At check in my room wasn’t ready, so went to dinner and came back

Still not ready? “We only have 2 in housekeeping” was the response I was given So, I get stuck in another part of the building Pool is closed for remodeling No other options (According to other reviews I should be GLAD of that)Being a Hilton Honors Member doesn’t get you anything more, as they charge your card for the benefits, they are supposed to offer free to you I have talked to hotel management and even hotel chain customer serviceThe room was clean, and the a/c worked Shower head was so dirty with corrosion and “water conservation” you couldn’t get wetUsed the restaurant for breakfast, only 2 tables had anyone at them Waited close to 10 minutes to get waited on Then I had to eat without silverware and napkins Finally got up and went to get my own coffee that I ordered from the grab and go station at the door There they had no lids, stirrers or sugarI have stayed at many Garden Inns, and multiple Hilton brands in my corporate and personal travels over the last 20 years This is by far the worst experience I have seen ever My next stay in Albuquerque will NOT be at this place

My room had technology problems Requested a fix, new remote was sent which didn’t fix the problem Notified front desk at check out, ask about a credit to offset

None was given Later, once my invoice was emailed to me, learned that I had been billed for restaurant charges that were not mine (occurred before my check-in even) I had to spend time resolving this from work, speaking with Janet who said she was a manager Not a good experience She was very condescending and needed to perform research before offering a credit Once the credit hit my account, it was short by $5So silly So many places for me to choose when I travel Why treat people this way?

Adam Figuracion

The hotel room was decent, but the rest was alright It will be better when renovations are finished The business center was under renovation and the door says to ask the front desk for help with business center needs

I needed some documents printed, but the front desk said they couldn’t help me, so I had to go to Staples The pool was very uninviting with its rotten smell

Was able to check in using the app while on the road so when we came in we were greeted by a nice professional lady at the front desk this evening who was very helpful Straight to our room which was very roomy, CLEAN (and I am very particular about this part, especially these days

and I still sanitize my way), and everything in the room was just how it should be Very nice room, comfy bed, and all around great feel here! Especially after a long day of travel it’s very refreshing! If we weren’t so tired would possibly use some of the nice facilities, restaurant, or even grab a drink at the bar Looking forward to having a full night’s sleep soon! Wanted to go ahead and take a minute to review Would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience with this hotelWe came here wanting to experience a new area and hotel While it’s close to Uptown Albuquerque, the hotel itself is hidden behind construction and isn’t that great of an area

From the moment we came in, we knew this hotel wouldn’t be as good as we would likeFirstly, they don’t answer the message system within the Hilton app We sent several messages over our stay and never got a responseSecond, the air conditioning units within the rooms are obnoxiously loud and don’t stop running We had to turn ours off to be able to sleepThird, the restaurant will charge you a $4 delivery on food you order even if you order food to go at the restaurant and pick it up yourself We had to ask staff to remove this as it didn’t seem appropriate to charge this if they weren’t delivering anything To be fair, their chicken tenders are really good and freshFourth, the restrooms do not have toilet paper holders Really bizarre for a hotel as you’d expect this in the restroomFifth the showers do not have any soap holder/ledge to keep soap on Again it’s really weird as this is a really basic configuration in hotel showersSixth, the toilets are somehow connected to the sinks Whenever you flush toilets, you can hear it flushing from the sink as well A little weird and unsettlingLast, the gym is really small One cardio equipment of each basic type and a few free weights are in this small room It does connect to a decent pool thoughOverall I don’t think I’d stay here again just due to the list of things that this hotel could greatly improve upon

Stephanie Peterson-Ferrel

The beds are atrocious The bed creaked every time I moved, and it felt like whoever installed the bed didn’t realize box springs and mattresses are different things As to the pillows, I don’t know who wants to have their head flat against the bed while the pillow fluffs on either side of their head, but if you’re into that, GOOD NEWS! You’ll love these pillows! The place is clean, and the staff are fine, provided you don’t care about masking during the pandemic

I mean, you might get COVID, but you’ll get it with a smile! If you’re disabled, please note at this property, Hilton cares more about their Diamond members being able to park than handicapped people, and there are only two designated spots to the side of the hotel at that (Five spots right out front for diamonds members) However, no one enforces compliance unless specifically asked to do so May the parking odds be ever in your favorIt’s right off I-40, but I wouldn’t say it’s conveniently located since it’s kind of weird to get to once you exit the interstate Be prepared to drive in such a way as to irritate other drivers or to make u-turns a couple of timesI’ve stayed in worse places, for sure, but I dang sure didn’t pay nearly $200 to do so

We stayed here for 2 nights The staff were all very friendly and helpful We loved the free 5:30 pm Kickback Meal, and the free breakfast

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool every night Our room was super clean and the beds are very comfy We were in a room facing the interstate and we did hear a lot of road noise even with white noise playing on our phone I would bring ear plugs just in case you are on the interstate side of the hotel I would not hesitate to stay here again We loved it!

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few days you definitely won’t be let downGreat location and the rooms were great Over and above everything though was how the staff treated everybody So consistent! Incredibly nice folks In addition, the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had Something for absolutely anyone Keep up the great work Drury Inn!!

This is the second time we stayed at this Drury All the staff is super friendly and polite Always helpful and proactive in service

The dinner and breakfast included are very good and the 2 cocktails after a day on the road welcome 😉 The hotel is clean and well maintained The bed was a little soft for me, but I think beds and pillows are difficult to please everyone The price is very fair for the room and 2 meals We’ll be back Thank you

It was a great place to stay! The rooms were very clean and neat! Beds were comfy This hotel is very convenient for parents or even people that are looking for a place to stay for the hospital, it’s connected basically to the hospital just with a overhead pass way to get to the hospital I find this very helpful in the hotel because some people need a place to stay for there children!

A nice hotel Love the rooms Very clean, kudos to housekeeping!I did have problems with the heating/cooling system in one of the King suites

It kept coming on coolvery cooland would not go to heat or even turn off I was treated like an idiot by several people about it because they didn’t believe I had done everything correctly to get heat They figured I didn’t know how to use a very easy thermostatI finally got someone who gave me another room and later told me I was right Someone had reprogrammed it to be nothing but cold, constantly, and they were working on fixing it Her name was Angel, I think, and she did me right and I appreciate itI also had concerns about an extra 40 dollar charge and someone did eventually get back to me with an explanation I appreciate that tooSo, despite the rocky start I had with being at this hotel for the first time, I liked the second room and the hotel Breakfast was typical free fare, but it was cooked well and tasted good Nice clean eating space They also had chocolate milk which gives them total brownie points!!I would stay there again Nice location too

Rebekah Deane

We arrived to check in to our room that we had reserved a month prior, specifically called the location to reserve a handicap accessible room with a roll-in shower on the first floor as we are traveling with our son who uses a wheelchair When we arrived we were told that those rooms were all taken & were only available on a first-come, first-serve basis What is the purpose of a reservation if they do not reserve the room you requested? While the girl at the front tried to be accommodating & contacted her manager who approved a discount, it still defeats the purpose of a reservation and made life more difficult and has us assured that we will not be using Marriott in the future if this is their policy

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, great view from our room and excellent breakfast The cleaning staff were very attentive However, the best part of our stay was the Customer service and welcome we received from Adriana

From the moment we arrived going above and beyond to accommodate our requests She remained very pleasant, continued to answer phones and took care of other guests at the same time During our entire stay her level of Customer Service was exceptional

Ken Long

Home2 was outstanding across the board At the front desk the customer service representative Phonomary (my spelling is probably incorrect) was very helpful with information about the city that may our visit more enjoyable than it would have been without her help The room and the hotel in general was very clean

At breakfast the food was prepared well and the personnel supporting the breakfast were friendly and helpful It was a pleasure to stay here I would look forward to staying here again

Sripriya G Bala

Excellent hotel stay Had a decent hot breakfast The hotel location is located in a mid point making it accessible to almost all eateries and gas stations

The hotel is near to Costco Being a Costco member, we refilled gas at Costco, which saved us some money The hotel was close to Interstate, which makes us accessible to connect to Arizona immediately The rooms and bathroom were clean The staff was very helpful and kind The wifi was good

Great experience during my 2 night stay Staff very friendly and they even applied a discount I didn’t know I qualified for when I checked in Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and both meals were fantastic

Bed was just right as far as firmness goes My TV stopped working at 9pm and the maintenance guy was in my room in less than 5 minutes to fix it which I really appreciated The location is great, close to the freeway and easy to get around Would absolutely stay here again!

Loretta Rodriguez

This hotel deserves 5/5 stars for the customer service alone! As someone traveling to NM for the first time, I felt well attended to and safe Gillian and Jasmine stood out the most They were all so attentive, suggested nearby restaurants and sight seeing, and one night even sent up a microwave to my room for my dinner

The cleaning staff also do a great job and are very considerate! This is a great stay for newcomers as it’s close to Old Town, great coffee shops, and even has a Starbucks and Burger King across the street The free breakfast was delicious and some of the best I’ve had as it’s made to order! Shuttle bus service is amazing to and from the airport and other nearby attractions The only things that weren’t the best is that the hotel itself is a bit outdated and the pool was still covered even though it’s end of April and weather was in the 70s & 80s Fridge also made a lot of noise at night

Jocelyn Pace

This was a great pet-friendly hotel Very clean, very helpful and knowledgeable desk staff They were super kind with our late arrival due to being stuck on I-40 due to the Sixty Six Fire

My husband and son reported the food was quite good I liked the location, which made it easy to reach historic sites, restaurants, and shopping After a long week on the road, we planned two days here for some downtime It was a lovely place to spend a couple daysI did dislike the prevalence of skunky pot smoke outside the doors closest to our rooms The smell persists well into the hallways It makes it rough for those of us who are allergic Luckily, it doesn’t travel into the rooms, even when folks are smoking directly outside the air unitsMy only room recommendation: room microwaves! We have food allergies and frequently bring things to microwave when traveling I realize this may be a difficult prospect given the age of the hotel–electrical updates are difficult to configure Even a couple lobby microwaves would be helpful

Friendly staff Nice rooms and hotel Excellent value for our money

I would stay here again and recommend it to othersThe only thing to add is that the room that “sleeps 6” really only sleeps 5 – or sleeps 4 plus 2 kids We were able to make due though

This is hands down the worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed at With work I stay long term in many hotels which gives me a great insight overall I am not impressed with this establishment

Pros: we had a very select few of the employees that were hospitable and a joy to see Two of the front desk ladies , Ellie and Debbie, I believe ,were great Always smiled and greeted guests and even made my young son feel very welcomed The dinning room hostess Aida was also very helpful and hospitable She went out of her way almost every morning to talk with us and my sonThe breakfast was decent and they even offered some finger foods in the eveningsThe hotel had a lot to offer such as a small gym, pool room with hot tub and a very nice fenced off patio area Unfortunately the gym room had standing water in it more than once during our stay allowing electrical plugins to be submerged ( picture added ) the hot tub was out of order more times than not and the out door patio was used as a smoking pit by both guests and employees rendering it useless to anyone wanting to just enjoy outsideCons:Upon arriving our room was pretty outdated and showed not only damages but severely worn out furniture The room was FILTHY ( pictures added) the foul smell of the room was never conquered during our three month stay here Countless odor sprays, candles, fans, even left the windows open most nights when cool enough to try and air it out When we left it still stank and the smell stayed with some of our linens even after arriving back home days laterAlso upon arriving our ice maker didn’t work We called the front to notify and we were told maintenance would be there shortly, they showed up three days later Upon arriving the employee turned the entire unit off destroying $300 in groceries and leaving my $1000 worth of insulin sitting in a non refrigerated box The hotel did give us a $300 credit to our bill after a month of asking about it with several employees and finally calling IHG guest phone lineThey decided we not only needed a new fridge at this time but a new microwave and dish washer which did nothing but cause large amounts of inconvenience and more messes for me to clean up The employees WALKED all over my kitchen counters leaving boot prints and left saw dust from drilling I was left to clean this myself ( pictures added) They also left the heavy microwave hanging by one screw for over an hour while they were out of the room Leaving my 6 year old son and I in the room with the barley hanging lawsuit The dishwasher was the worst The guy who installing it was clueless and installed it incorrectly not once, not twice, but three timesThe first time he left all the packing material in it and started the washer Left that mess for me to clean up and throw out It also leaked , flooding our room every time we used it We called the first three times and gave up on their competency after thatThe housekeeping staff were useless They spent most of their time on their cell phones or in the office next to our room where they were disrespectfully loud on the daily We asked them twice if we could have a few fresh towels and we’re told they couldn’t speak English sorry, and had backs turned on usAlso the hotel staff took all the front spots leaving the paying guests to walkOur encounter with the management was not dealt with professionally and we actually received a complaining phone call from her because we called IHGThe amount of dog urine in the ONLY elevator was disgusting and smelled great on those nice hot days Speaking of hot days our ac was unable to keep up and hit 90’ in our room more than once Probably due to lack of maintenance on their machine Take a peek at the rooms air filter( picture added )The list of inconveniences we experienced while here are absolutely staggering and would be comical if I listed them allDespite being the highest rated IHG rewards member you can achieve , we are taking a break from IHG after this stay I am currently sitting in a Marriott as I type this

Emily Burke

Breakfast and room were decent, there’s a nice courtyard in the back, and the location is pretty quiet and close to lots of food and store optionsHowever, the water in my bathroom never got past lukewarm even though the kitchen sink would get hot… and the exercise room is kind of a bust The three machines are all on the same power strip and even with nobody else in the room, 5 minutes on the treadmill caused the power strip to kick off

This happened twice and both times I nearly hyperextended my knee because of the abrupt stop of the machine The free weight options were also either 5 pounds or 30+ pounds… not super helpful The pool was also constantly crammed with screaming kids, which wasn’t always the nicest background noise when trying to work in my room or be on meeting calls Also meant I never had a chance to just go sit in the hot tub Adult-only hours for the pool/hot tub would be a great management change!Overall, probably wouldn’t stay here again, personally
