Prudence I

I stayed here overnight due to work travel and other hotels being sold out This property is VERY overpriced ($ 253/night) for the lack of upgrades in the room The rooms are not updated, the hallways are very narrow, rooms don’t have microwaves, the fridges won’t close, and they charge for parking

This property spent it’s money updating things like the landscape, lobby, and workout area, but the rooms are less than standard My food spoiled because the fridge wouldn’t close well and my room had no microwave and they didn’t have any spare ones when I asked for one I stayed there for work but would absolutely not return to this property Location is good but that’s about it for the pros Would NOT recommend this property to anyone, as there are nicer properties in the area for a much better price

Jacob Harrison

Took 15 Minutes for anyone to come to the front desk for check-inThe refrigerator/TV Stand was directly in front of the AC making it difficult to cool downI don’t know if this is a new COVID thing but I requested housekeeping to come on our second day and they did not make our bed nor give use new linens

Pricey for the lesser service and the same amenities of a DoubleTree

At arrival we got a great customer service from Keith and Morgan at the front desk, they gave us recommendations for dinning and exploring Other staff members weren’t as accommodating ☹️At 9 am we were woke up by the fire alarm and had to exit the rooms without any explanations

Definitely not staying here again

We have been Marriott customers for yearsThis was one of the most disappointing stays we’ve ever hadRoom was described as having a pull out couch

in actuality, it had a pull out chair with a bed that was about as wide as a yoga mat and not long enough for a 5’10” personThere was no bedding for the “pull out bed” and we had to go request it They had no more pillows, so he had to pull a pillow from the bed for the pull out bedThere weren’t enough towels in the roomWe had the do not disturb sign on for all 3 days of our stay Housekeeping still felt it was appropriate to knock on the door first thing every morning, and came into our room while we were gone in spite of the sign being up and us telling them not to clean when they knocked on the door When we raised the issue with the management, the response was “did they steal anything?”The hot tub has a luke-warm tubAll in alla pretty disappointing stay at a Marriott property

The Review Master

We love staying here when we are passing through the lovely city and capital of California, Sacramento Jeanette at the front desk was not only the nicest employee ever, but she was knowledgeable in here line of work and was able to help me and my family with an issue we had with our credit cards Thank you Jeanette!!

I’m sure we aren’t the only ones that chose this location just for you Keep up the hard work!!

Stayed here for two weeks while attending training The good: pretty much everything you need is within walking distance (restaurants, shopping and a multi-use trail), full kitchen with dishwasher, and free washers and dryers The not so good: it is dated but functional, with the kitchens it can get a little noisy if your neighbor decides to cook up a late night meal

While most of the staff was friendly, I do have to say the guy at the front desk I picked up breakfast from twice is probably the most surly hotel employee I’ve ever come across If you’re that miserable that can’t say good morning to a guest or thank you when they hand you a tip for the breakfast you really need to rethink your career status I guess it shows how shallow the hiring pool is right now

Tony Lopez

I stayed at this hotel on June 24 and 25th 2022 It was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I can tell you by far one of the best experiences in Folsom! I have stayed at other hotels in the Sacramento area and at this point will choose no other… Even if it means a longer commute into the Folsom Area! The cleanliness, staff, and amenities are unmatched And for the price it is an exceptional stay! Thank you Lord for landing for providing me up with amazing hospitality and service

Ethan Strong

I love this hotel! The location is awesome! Its within walking distance to the river if you want to take a dip or paddle board Its also a 2 minute walk to the heart of historic Folsom which is a great area for food and drinks So if you want to get a bit of a buzz at the local watering hole(s) and not worry about taxis or driving then this hotel is perfect! The rooms are basic, clean, and quiet

The ceiling and walls are a bit thin and I did get woken up by some thunder foot person walking around like a caged tiger but its generally quiet The bathroom doesn’t have a fan so bring some matchesThere is a bar that has food inside the premises but it closes pretty early I read some of the bad reviews and I get it people love to complain but I have traveled the world and spent some nights in a few truly terrible places none of which come remotely close to this older hotel! I highly recommend this place!

Richard Bedal

We bicycled from Sacramento to Folsom and stayed at Lake Natoma Inn for two nights All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful The room was comfortable and clean

They even allowed us to keep our bikes in the room We had dinner at their restaurant and it very good and filling In fact, we had leftovers that we stored in the room’s refrigerator The location is accessible to the old town We visited the Folsom Powerhouse State Historic Park that is just a short walk from the hotel The park is a must see with very informative docents

My Card Art

I travel a lot and one of my favorite hotels, without having to spend an arm and a leg in this town, is this hotel Clean rooms and since I am an avid swimmer, the pool is a must for me The staff here have always been so nice to me

Big smiles and friendly greetings I like the location here as well, because when I rent a car, I can access a lot of places and still be close to this hotel Also, plenty of food places around without having to go very far I would recommend this place for sure 🙂

This is not a bad place to stay at all The rooms are only cleaned if you stay 5 or more days because of Covid but you can request sheets and towelsThey took 5 weeks to decide to remove the taxes from my charges because I was traveling on government business which was a real difficult problem

The rooms are nice, parking is free, the morning breakfast is 1 star, the prices of the ice cream sandwiches are ridiculous

Kellie S

Clean, quiet and safe- all you could ever ask for in a stay They were having renovations done in the lobby at the time of my stay but no construction noise There was the faintest odor of fresh paint but it didn’t dissipate into the room

Friendly helpful staff and the parking lot was well-lit It’s a little difficult to drive to- you have to like make a quick turn before you are put back on the main street where you will have to make a U-turn and go back through the business park again Just a tidbit for the geographically challenged among us lolIt’s also right down the street to a shopping center with a wide selection of food offerings But the area does close up shop fairly early so get your foods before 8pm or so

raymond odele

Initially was so excited about my stay here, and all the receptionists were nice My rating was going to be a 5 star However I noticed the toilet bowl was never cleaned for the first 2 days, first time I’ve been to a hotel and cleaning isn’t thorough

Secondly, my soap cannister was empty on arrival, and thirdly, my room was not cleaned at all on the third day of my stay (even if I left as early as 8:30am and returned by 9:30pm) Who pays $200 a night to come back to an unattended room? This isn’t a malicious review, the hotel is great and is worth the google rating of 43 stars here, I do however feel there is some complacency creeping into their service accountability I never received a call from any manager, and when I tried calling to complain I was being tossed around I sense lack of accountability around I hope they learn and I hope anyone reading doesn’t have such an experience, because even a 2-star hotel should not have service accountability like that

First thing they did was ding me for $10 for parking If it’s on “their” website, it isn’t obvious At least the deal on the room was decent

First floor room Room and bathroom are definitely dated, but relatively clean Inside Outside my room are bottles, cans, and cigarette butts on the ground Can’t remember ever seeing that before at any hotel I’ve stayedThat $1000 would have gone to housekeeping You blew that

Rhonda Robinson

4/5only because of all the construction and the pool was closed in 90 degree weather in July! The food was hot, delicious and ready in 5 minutes Staff were attentive to our needs and friendly They welcomed us and met all of our expectations

Cynthia Carbajal

We got our car window shattered in the middle of the night and the hotel does not want to be responsible for it Nothing was taken as there was nothing valuable in there However they have all this “security” driving around when you arrive but all of a sudden have none at night

It doesn’t seem right For the prices this hotel is charging they should have better service or security when it comes to these things

The breakfast was just okay I wish there had been meat options for those that don’t eat pork My digital key didn’t work, so I had to get a physical key

But, the rest of my stay was positive My room was clean The staff was very helpful – from helping me find a room to better suite my needs to holding packages for me Everyone was very pleasant and spoke when you either entered or left the hotel One of the better stays I’ve had at a Hilton brand location

Ellison Torres

I came for my 40th birthday and when i arrived i was greeted so well by front office person Frank He was so nice and accommodating! Really made me feel special on my weekend getaway I had a couple of guests joining me and they all thought as well as i that the location was perfect, room was large and comfortable, and the staff was the friendliest we have had in a while! The morning breakfast staff was quick to greet and made sure everything was stocked and clean for everyone

We will definitely return and was one of the most memorable vacations we have had Thank you hilton for making this weekend perfect!

Rehnaz Bi

I had one of the worst experience at this hotel the other day I am a nursing school and wanted to stay there for a night for exam study and the night person so rude and racist I am a hilton employee and made a reservation and wanted to stay over with my friends and the front desk didn’t let me

Either they are uneducated on policies or don’t know how to run a night I asked the person can you cancel my reservation since I just made it , she told me they are not allowed and she can’t cancel it I see they charge my card twice so therefore this matter will be going to Hilton corporate They are so unprofessional and their ethics and standard to run a hotel sucks

Hotel is beautiful on the inside No mini fridge, cooler only Doesn’t keep my drinks or salad cold

No microwave in room You have to go to the main lobby and we are still in a pandemic, I don’t want to be out of room if I don’t have to No bathtub, shower only It’s very noisy There are exit doors on each side of the hall and there is no mechanism to ensure they aren’t being slammed at all hours of the day and night Woke me up from a sound sleep at 5am and I thought someone had broken into my room it was so loud For the amount of money it costs to stay here, it could be nicer

Scott

I was impressed The hotel doesn’t have much curb appeal It looks like one of those 1980s two-story hotels that you found on every freeway off ramp

My room was extremely comfortable and I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite Traveling on government business working nearby at the emergency services office, this was a perfect choice for a one-night stay It would have actually been a comfortable choice for several nights

Martin Martinez

The Manager was super helpful and friendly, and the on-site breakfast options are decent The property is aging There is only one small elevator at the opposite end of the building

The rooms are clean, but the beds are the pillow-top saggy types They charge $10 per night for parking The hotel backs up to the freeway, so it’s a little noisy You could do worse

Let’s face it, if you’re staying here, it’s because of budget concerns That being said, the rooms are spacious and clean The bed in the room that I got was stiff and very springy, some might like that but it’s not my cup of tea

You will be in a bad neighborhood, but they do have parking lot security that makes their presence known Walls are not very sound resistant If you’re coming on business or traveling solo, it’s an acceptable place to stay I would not bring family

Calla Flower

The lobby area was ok but the room that I got was dirty They don’t do a good with cleaning I had just checked in

It was around 5pm already when one of the cleaning ladies tried to open my door she must have a master key it was a good thing that I used the lock-lever on the door to secure the door from the inside When she couldn’t open the door she said something in Spanish and left The carpet is worn The elevator is old and shakes

Vladimir Gusiatnikov

This is a budget place Some Hamptons are fancier and this ain’t one Rooms are clean and well kept, showing some age

Beds are comfortable enough, pillows are basic If your room faces the freeway, you’ll get freeway sounds Unlike a previous reviewer, I didn’t find the neighborhood “bad”, it’s a working-class Sacramento hood, but then my tolerance is likely higher than that of most There is a sizable bank of EV chargers in the parking lot Some were ICEd out but not to the detriment of the several EV-owning guests Both of the two chargers I used worked in a straightforward way, price is $029/kWh I don’t know what the top charging speed is

The staff at this hotel is fantastic In particular, sandy is one of the nicest, attentive and accommodating managers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting I came to town to bring my dog to the vca for an oncology and tumor removal

Originally booked for 2 days and needed to stay a third for my pups recovery Sandy was able to extend out my reservation with ease and even asked daily about my dog’s progress I will stay here for all of my dogs appointments going forward The rooms were clean and you can see the staff cleaning the hotel night and day Very reasonably priced for the room but the customer service makes you feel like you are a preferred member at a 5 star hotel Thank you to the staff for everything!

Kita (hang_luz)

Decent hotel for a decent priceWhen we checked in the staff was nice and friendlyThe beds were uncomfortable

Very Stiff We were also by the elevatorsSadly woken up by a family of screaming kids at 3am which i know is out of the hotel’s control but i wish the room was a bit more sound proof On that topic i could also hear housekeeping in the morning, but, it was after 10am The room itself had moldy showers The coffee machine had spilled coffee and a dirty cup just placed back into it The waste basket had no bags just the basket On the plus side the room was pretty dark once the curtains were closed There was a sliver of light that peaks in during the day Wifi was not password protectedOverall it was okayDecent hotel for a decent priceWish the showers were clean and the coffee pot clean

Shakessld

Flat pillows, small room, very small bathroom, no pressure in the shower, rusty screws holding the soap dish, the towels are in the shower so make sure you remove them before you turn it on oh and good luck finding a space for them as the sink area is small and the closet smaller, and very uncomfortable bed Its a pricer motel 6Only good thing is the front desk staff were friendly

Note this review was updated on the final day of my stay Went from 3 stars to two stars

My family of six spent overnight at this Holiday Inn We were very comfortable Our room included two full size beds and a double bunk bed

The facility is clean and the rooms are presentable Even though this hotel rating is low, we found the accommodation excellent Staff was nice They responded to our request for additional towels and tooth brush We asked for a late checkout too We enjoyed their full breakfast complement especially the automatic pancake making machine Flat sausage was a bit dry and cheese omelette tasted synthetic Biscuits and gravy was nice Juice, fruit, and package cereal rounded out their breakfast offering We don’t mind returning here

King Sean

Supper friendly staff! They had a unique situation where a major repair was needed for the hot waterThey clearly communicated what would be happening and whenWhile I was not personally impacted from the situation, I heard from coworkers and staff, how the maintenance and repairs were completed sooner than anticipated and with far less impact to the guests, than anticipated

(Props to the contractors who fixed the aforementioned situation)A few other benefits I found:It was cleaner than most places I’ve stayed (I spent 261 nights in hotels in 2021, if that means anything)Conveniently located in close proximity to a wide variety if shopping, dining and entertainment establishments, all this and only 30 minutes from the Sacramento AirportThe continental breakfast is well set up Food was always, tasty, fresh and the serving area cleanDefinitely wouldn’t would Stat here againMy stay was 12 nights with this written on the 7th night of the stay, for context

Rosemeri Nogueira

My Boyfriend and I usually spend at least 1 night every week at the Holiday Inn hotel, and everything time Heather from the reception welcome us with the most amazing smile and is always extremely helpful, I can’t forget to mentioned Aurora, who is responsible for the breakfast in the morning, who is always happy and the service is impeccable We are very satisfied with the rooms and all the staff that work there, you guys are amazing, thank you for making our staying there so enjoyable I can’t forget to mention Heather once more, that personalised our stay form

Thank you Heather, we loved it Rose and Mr Blue

Stayed at this hotel for the night The room was clean and cozy Large bed and sofa from which to watch TV, also in the room was a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning and telephone

But when i arrived 10 minutes before the end of breakfast, they closed the refrigerator with yogurt and started cleaning up, so we had to have breakfast elsewhere

Kelly J

I booked a room through Chase rewards, and due to my 3 year old spiking a high fever and a baseball tournament being canceled in Rocklin, CA, we were trying to rebook for the following weekend Not even necessarily cancel and they are unwilling to help or change the booking $180 (overpriced) down the drain

My family and friends and whoever reads this, please do not support these inconsiderate people who do not know how to efficiently run a business (or maybe they do because they got a whole $180) but we will not be returning or giving any business to ANY comfort inns Go somewhere else, you’ll be better off I even called the hotel and they were not helpful and even gave a “I don’t care” type attitude/tone over the phone

I can’t say enough how happy I was with my stay Even if it was pretty costly, I enjoyed the King suite offered to military! I had a bit rough check-in, because staff wasn’t sure if housekeeping got to the top floor to clean suites, but everything worked out in the end I had a long flight and just wanted to sleep

I actually slept an entire day undisturbed, thanks to the comfortable bed, quiet floor and coziness of the room The room comes with all the amenities you would find in a fully furnished studio apartment I like that the bathroom is kind of open off from the room and the toilet is separated from the rest No one wants to remember the bad smell while washing their hands lol Again, pretty taken back how great this room was, and I love that its location is centrally located near great shops and restaurants Walmart and Chick-fil-A is right down the road (you can never go wrong with these two)

My family stayed @ Larkspur Landing hotel in Sacramento, California briefly and our experience was awful and we’ll never returnThe parking lot didn’t look monitored, and there were used syringes everywhere, so gross On check in our room looked nothing like the photos online, it looked grotesque and depressing

And the bathroom had maintenance issues We were going to check out due to all of the above but we had dinner plans that evening so we just dealt with it When we were there a front desk “manager” (a Caucasian woman in her 40s? with circa 2005 yellow highlights) was repeatedly unpleasant Said manager was also hostile and ignorant towards me when I needed something simple for our room The sheer amount of ugliness that this “manager ” kept projecting at us seemed personal, so I rightfully critiqued her for it Despite us trying to avoid her, the next day that same”manager” maliciously attacked us in the lobby about my criticism from the previous day I guess she couldn’t handle someone standing up to herThis “Manager’s” self entitled child-like buffoonery projected at us was vile at that point We didn’t owe her the time of day so we immediately disengaged with that “manager” and left the lobby We ended up speaking to the GM of the hotel , and he apologized profusely for that incidentAlso, per my request I was assured by the GM that we wouldn’t have to engage with said manager again for the remainder of our stayHowever, we were over it And thankfully we cut our stay short at this trash hotel and booked a suite at a cleaner hotel with a classier staff ( Marriott) The staff there couldn’t have been nicer and more professional, and the property was gorgeous and well maintained It ended up being an absolute perfect fit for us, so thank you Marriott

For the price, it is an extreme value! The premises are very clean and clean smelling The amenities are top-notch in the breakfast is better than most of the continental breakfast you see Also the staff is extremely accommodating

The only small downside is that the room was a tad small and TV HDMI were both malfunctioning Not a big deal for me though It was a very great experience

This was probably one of my worst experiences at a hotel Came from the bay to attend the bubble race with my 2yr old Check-in was fine, the woman at the front desk was very kind and pleasant

She offered to put me where it would be a little more quiet When we got to the room Friday night, noticed ants all over the bathroom, they said they would send someone up and that never happenedThen when we got back to the room to sleep, there was an extremely loud party that went on until 3am (Not the hotel’s fault) but none the less very disruptive “Breakfast” the next morning was horrible It seemed like it was just pastries scattered around from the local grocery store The creamer for the coffee was all the way spoiled and the woman at the front didn’t make an effort to change it or remove the spoiled creamer I tried to canceled my room for the second night to no avail That night, the fire alarm goes off at 4am and disoriented, I had to grab my 2yr old and rush him outside in the rain We were outside for about a half hour before they let us back in The next morning in an effort to let my son sleep considering the night he had, I asked if we could get a late check-out (check-out is at noon, I asked for 1pm) the front desk attendant was extremely rude and wouldn’t let us nor would give me a reason why I couldn’t Overall is was a horrible experience and I would highly recommend people look elsewhere, especially for the price (spent $320 for 2 very disruptive nights)

A very nice stay at this hotel on Mother’s Day weekend Our room was very clean Loved the contemporary furnishings

Great location right in El Dorado Hills Towne Center We attended a festival, but even if their is no scheduled event there are many shops and restaurants and live music and a movie theater in the Towne Center Wonderful breakfast included: pancakes, cheese omelets, hit and cold cereals, fresh fruit, pork and turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, juices, hot coffee and more A big thank you to our reservation person, Josh He did a great job checking us in I highly recommend this hotel

Great location near restaurants, etc Mostly clean but could use some maintenance on doors, shades and toilets Most of the clerks are friendly and helpful, but they do have one who is extremely unprofessional

I won’t say the name, but it begins with a J During my recent visit, her clothing was unprofessional and I witnessed her flirt with male guests One of these after his wife walked away I’m sure my wife would not appreciate that, so I won’t be traveling there with her The same clerk was often texting and giggling at the phone as guests were waiting for help I know it’s hard to find good help right now, but this is a bit ridiculous For this reason, I’m giving the hotel 1 star

Had a 2 night stay here in a2 bedroom suite The suite was very comfortable and the bedrooms and attached bathrooms were roomy They actual serve a real hot breakfast with a scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and home fried potatoes

If you’re not into a big breakfast they also have a nice selection of cereal and yogurtThe 2 issues I had with the facility was the parking fee – it’s in an area with lots of places to eat and they don’t charge for parking We could have just parked on the other side of the median and avoided the fee The second issue was in the 3 days and 2 nights we were there nobody vacuumed the staircases with had all kinds of dirt and crumbled food items on themOverall a nice place to stay and one of few places that has 2 bedroom suites I’d stay there again if I was in the area

Bill Jamaca

We spent over a month at this site while undergoing home renovations It was a convenient location and priced at marketThe facility is a bit tired and in need of updating

The rooms are fine, but just Due to “staffing” rooms were serviced weekly or upon scheduled request Sometimes availability was days out Pool closed for maintenanceThe bright spot was the staff Friendly, responsive, and professionalOH The wifi was very good too

Rich Bromberg

Great location, friendly and helpful staff Hotel is clean, lobby area is modern But…Hotel rooms are very small and dated, which is obvious from the photos so you should be ready for that

The one bedroom suites are too small for a queen size bed – almost impossible to walk around the bed Better off getting the studio since it has the same square footage Another issue are the lights surrounding the property – very large, and light up the rooms at night Finally, the breakfasts are all pre-made, wrapped and in a steamer, so you get soggy, egg McMuffin style food Not much selection

We enjoyed our stay I read the negative reviews and was worried at first, but our experience was nothing but positive Our rooms were very clean

Everything was modern and seemed to be newly updated We had breakfast at the hotel At first we wondered why it wasn’t included, but for $10, it was a bargain I had the 3 egg vegetable omelet with potatoes The omelet was full of fresh veggies and cheese The potatoes were also tasty This was nothing like the free buffets at many hotels The staff was very friendly and never failed to greet us We would not hesitate to book this hotel again

Update In general nice hotel, great area, close to the trails for runningI picked up specific room, around 12-1 pm

But at 10pm I saw that I still do not have digital key Usually I have it right away So they just gave my room to someone else because I decided to check in later and I had no idea What is the point be a diamond member or this hotels? If they even can not give you room you choose and also lying by the phone I am going to switch to different hotels because Hilton doesn’t like people

Corey Litchfield

The staff were wonderful at this location They were very flexible in accommodating the needs of my party and provided excellent service They greeted us every time we entered the lobby, which was nice

The reason for 3 stars was only because the rooms are really tired and if you are paying $200/night, you expect things to be in a tad better condition I still had a good nights sleep and enjoyed my stay so thank you Hilton Also, the location is super convenient, as there are restaurants and quick highway access near by

I spent 2 nights there is July Staff was very helpful We we offered change of towels, which is not normal for short stays

Breakfast was good, begins at 6 am Coffee , teas and Lemon water are available throughout the day for free There are snacks available for purchase at the front desk The pool and spa are indoors which was great to get away from the heat There is also a small gym which was good enough for my teenage boys:) I will be staying there again in August

Tummypoke

The hotel lobby looked nice but you weren’t allowed to hang out as well as their “to go” brown bag breakfast was lackluster I apparently reserved a handicapped room, which was not apparent to me when reserving on the It was super noisy as we heard a lot of in and out traffic next to our room, as well as a dog barking on 2 separate occasions (I didn’t know that this was a pet friendly hotel)

The room was large enough and had a nice writing area as well as a reading chair with ottoman The bed was firm and comfortable The location of the hotel was a short distance from many restaurants, so you really could take your pick of fast food and sit down restaurants They had an indoor pool but it felt dirty as there were miniature bits of pool noodle in the pool There was no screen to use to clean the pool, and you had to reserve your time slot in advance as a max of only 8 people were allowed The other annoying thing is the parking There is very limited parking in the front, along with the fact that a majority of the stalls were compact There is parking in the rear, however, the notice on the back door said “do not use” There were men hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking and I just felt that it was a little too much rifraf to have to walk completely around the front of the building, making several trips to retrieve my items alone in the dark Overall, I would probably not stay here again

Matthew Chatman

For the price I paid I really couldn’t be happier I left another hotel after a bad experience and this place came to the rescue Clean room and bathroom

Comfortable bed Professional staff Gated parking area Man at the front desk was very well prepared and patient with me Kindly returned my credit card to me after I’d left it at the counter A very honest and forthcoming gesture Couldn’t be happier with this place

I liked this hotel The reception was excellent The room were clean and spotless

The 3 stars are for the parking spaces They should make these other guys drive a truck with the trailer and a big utility trucks park out on the street Instead, they parked in the lot taking up 4-5 parking spots Yes, I end up parking out on the street

Andrew Zelechoski

The hotel itself looked pretty good from the outside but I quickly found out they are currently doing renovations and remodeling on the third floor (The same floor my room was on) I constantly had to contend with the smell paint, sawdust and whatever chemicals they were using

I was not told ahead of time of the ongoing/active renovations and if I would have known I probably wouldn’t had stayed here Also my room on he third floor had no hot water which I only discovered the day I was checking out when I tried to take a shower I brought this to the front desks attention and they seemed concerned and apologized but didn’t offer any sort of compassion or compensation for my hardship Overall I was very disappointed in my stay as they was a lot of repairs and renovations being done thru the hotel and things just seemed disarray Not a bad hotel there was just too much going on for me to really enjoy my stay

Robert Velasquez

The staff here is friendly and great you with a smile but the rooms are a bit worn outThis place is being remodeled so the gym and pool were closed, and the area surrounding the hotel is packed with homeless so I couldn’t go for a run I would not stay here with my family because of the surroundings
