Overall the hotel itself is nice Iā€™ve stayed here twice in the last two weeks for multiple nights One room we stayed in was newly updated so very nice but the caulking around the bathroom sinks wasnā€™t given time to dry so the sinks leaked

They clearly rushed getting these rooms updated The other room we stayed in was a two bedroom suite Perfect amount of space and had everything we needed just outdated style wise which isnā€™t a big deal My issue is that house keeping doesnā€™t come on Thursday and only comes to clean the room every 5th day?? The breakfast offered was mediocre at bestThey also messaged us multiple times about leaving a review of 95/10 Even reminded us as we checked out to leave the reviewThe biggest issue I have is that after leaving both stays my card was charged multiple times EIGHT charges for our first 3 night stay and three charges for our 2 night stay that are way over our final bill total Disappointing that I have to go through so much trouble after leaving a vacation to make sure Iā€™m charged the correct amount

Amazing I have stayed at Hilton Homewood Suites before, but this is by far the nicest one I have been to On top of that the staff is top notch

It is like they move behind the scenes and are rarely seen unless you need them The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful I felt right at home Also, a big shout out to Wolf at the front desk You made our experience incredible Thank you

Stuart Yancy

Nice location with very friendly staff Wolf at the front desk was probably the best front desk person I’ve ever dealt with He was friendly and helpful to everyone he came in contact with

He even texted me after we checked in to make sure all was still going well He always had a smile and a wave when I came into the lobbyThe breakfast was excellent I do miss the Monday-Thursday evening socials They still do daily housekeeping (a rarity these days) The rooms was nice and spaciousWe were there to go to Roger Dean Stadium The hotel is about a 2/3 mile walk from the Cardinal practice fields and a mile from Roger Dean Stadium There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance This is our go-to hotel when we are in Jupiter

We had a great time here Because we are diamond we got upgraded to an ocean view room Itā€™s was great

(Full disclosure the carpet seemed a little gross)The room was clean and we had a nice wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean The AC workedā€¦which is keyThe food options were redundant but everything we ate was awesome Jessica the bartender at Coconuts was awesome Such a pleasant and personable bartender It was coming down and seeing her smile every day The drinks were great tooThe only downside was the amount of kids in the small hot tub It was tough to even get a seat in there at timesOverall though it was a great time

My wife and I entered the hotel lugging our luggage No staff were in lobby to assist or guide guests It seemed in fact that employees went out of their way not to make eye contact

Since we arrived 2 hours before the 4pm check-in, we were told we could sit in Ketch restaurant, or just use the amenities We decided to go to restaurant where we were ignored by staff for over an hour Two other parties had orders taken and food served to them We had to get up and ask waiter for service There were only 3 or 4 tables occupied at the time Staff were literally walking around not making eye contact with guests and ignoring other guests as wellRoom was very dirty Our socks were black from walking on the floor Dust covered headboard, and picture frames Sheets were stained Interior of closet dirty Bedside Lamp didn’t work Light over door didn’t work Told staff and nothing was done Coffee pot not working correctly and located in extreme awkward position behind the television Guests smoking cigarettes, cigars and marijuana and the smell was coming in through the patio door of our fourth floor ocean view room Therefore we could not open door to enjoy a beautiful ocean breeze and view Bathroom shower floor could not tell if it was dirty since it was wood laminated and not white Shower drain clogged unable to touch because it was gross and I didn’t feel I needed to have to do such a thing during my hotel stay When arriving in room, there were only three towels in the bathroom and we had to be inconvenienced several times to call housekeeping not only for towels but for coffee supplies as well There were also no extra pillows or blankets located anywhere in the room and at that point we were so aggravated with having to keep calling housekeeping we didnā€™t even bother to ask for those things that should’ve just be in the roomThey totally misrepresented their Ketch restaurant, it was not glamorous at all as they made it look on the website! It was like sitting at tables in a lobby with a flow of people going in and outside while you’re trying to eat Overall a very disappointing experience at a Hilton hotel with a brand that we really truly did give our loyalty to in the past I no longer will

This place is the go-to destination spot on the beach! From the great hotel prices, the beautiful ocean view rooms, beautiful ocean views directly from their outdoor bar and restaurant to the beyond friendly and accommodating hotel staff both inside and out, you will not be disappointed! You are steps away from their fantastic beach, and have just about 10 minutes walk to other other great bars, restaurants, shops in a near by plaza Other fine dining restaurants are as close as 10 min drive There is live music at the hotel and at the other close by restaurants on weekends also! Beach front umbrella staff is so accommodating and friendly and work hard to find you that perfect view

Family friendly, but all ages groups are present I’ve visited this hotel a few times now and I will definitely be coming back very soon!

Check-in was seamless and professional Our room was much more spacious than expected and the level of cleanliness made it appear as though it was a brand new hotel Lots of attention to detail throughout the property and everyone we encountered had a welcoming smile

This is a great location that’s central to shops, restaurants & the beach The lake made for beautiful photo-ops (we took many) Overall, an excellent experience!

This was a very nice hotel It was clean, inviting, and quiet It had a bar downstairs with good food and wine

It’s a Hilton, it didn’t disappoint If you’re in the area I recommend it It’s near by a mall, restaurants, and centralized to get to other close by cities I enjoyed my stay If my review has helped you please like šŸ‘šŸ» and follow for adventuresEnjoy! šŸ˜Š

Where to begin, the front desk and all the staff especially Chelsea Ferruggia are unbelievable Never have I felt so welcome in a hotel in my lifeFrom the moment me and my mum set foot in the door Chelsea helped us feel relaxed, as she cared about every detail of our stay, and continued this amazing service throughout the 19 days we were there

Absolute professional and wonderful human, she really is a credit to the Hilton brand adding value I never expected or thought possibleOn top of this the entire staff from the Restaurant, Maid service and maintenance were all 11/10 unbelievable They were always there and ready to help and did so with a smileThe building it self was very comfortable and the food on offer was also lovelyThe staff really deserve 10 stars but Iā€™m only allowed to give five Hereā€™s the other five āļøāļøāļøāļøāļøThe building while lovely, does lack in a few tiny areas All Iā€™d say is that if the walls were built as well as the doors it might be a little quieter at night šŸ¤£ Donā€™t let this dissuade you though this place really is lovely and what it lacks in some areas it easily makes up for in others and we were always able to get a good nights rest on the very comfortable beds This place is shooting well above its rating of 3 stars, easily better than 5 star hotels Iā€™ve stayed in for sureThank you to all the team at the Hilton Palm Beach Gardens I wish you all the best for the futureSeriously though, Chelsea, Thank you šŸ™šŸ¼

The Pkmn Channel

Okay the lobby is pretty nice and the breakfast is pretty good also But as soon as I walked into my hotel room I felt scammed, it was so small and for $700+? No microwave, lacking a lot of things Room service only comes every 3 days so if you plan on staying for 2 days donā€™t expect a room cleaning

Now the fitness center isnā€™t that bad But the pools are a joke, there are so many hotels with better pools these pools were 3 feet deep Honestly big waste of money

Taylor O’Dell

Between a 35 and a 4 star rating Downtown location is great for those just getting in from the airport

It is on a busy straightaway of the city, so sometimes the car noises make their way into the room Listed as a 3 star hotel, but I still felt like it was slightly overpriced ($200 a night)However, the BEST hotel breakfast that we had Everything was fresh and warm!Picture is of the open and airy lobby

Chris Austin (LiveInFlagler.com)

Stayed just one night with my wife and daughter for a birthday celebration Convenient downtown location with a boutique hotel feel Check-in was a breeze, and the reception and lobby area was bright and chic

The room was spacious and well-appointed, but its view of the car park from the room was a letdown Plus, the room lights kept turning off every few minutes which was particularly annoying when in the bathroom I called and reported the problem, but no one came before we were ready to sleep, so I canceled the request The food at the complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options However, it would be nice to have someone clean away people’s empty plates, etc, as we had to clean a table ourselves to sit, while a kitchen staff member just stood and watched Check-out was fast, and when I mentioned the problem with the lights, the receptionist kindly removed the parking fee

Cirea Strode

Overall we had an absolutely amazing experience!!! Charissa at the front desk was amazing They were able to accommodate us for early check in The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming

The room was extremely clean and the bed slept AMAZING!!! The breakfast in the morning was awesome especially the eggs Only cons were the elevator floors were always dirty (busy weekend) and the coffee was on the watery side Overall we had a wonderful time

Dante Gutierrez

I had a 2-night stay at this hotel this weekend The staff was very friendly, acommodating, and responsive They provided excellent service in a professional manner

Also, it was easy to reach (right off the highway) and only 5 minutes away from the Rapids Water Park It allowed us to go when they opened, take a break during the hottest hours, and then return in the eveningThe breakfast was really good and had different items each day Definitely above quality than other hotels’ breakfast line-upsThe room was clean, well-kept, and the bed/couch/pullouts were comfortable My 5 year old twins slept the entire night both nights! I even took a nap on the couch at one pointThe pool was decently sized and clean, although i did not get a chance to swim in it sadlyAll this for a very reasonable price I definitely recommend this hotel, and will likely book again!

Karla De La Mata

Would 100% stay here again during future visits to West Palm Beach! I had to check in over the phone as to not miss the check-in window after an evening flight was delayed multiple times into the early morning hours – the front desk staff over the phone and in-person when I finally did arrive were very kind and eager to help in any way The lobby and suite smelled really good and were very clean The double bed suite was also very spacious; the West Elm trundle bed nice touch! My stay was short with a tight schedule

I ended up hoping to have been able to stay longer to sleep in and enjoy the complimentary breakfastit was really that wonderful of a stay Thank You So Much Springhill Suites!

Worth every penny, in every way except breakfast Whichever hotel ever really decides to commit to doing this right, they will lead the pack and get all the bookingsPeople want real, quality, tasty, food to start their day

Not just cereal boxes, egg substitute, and dried up potatoes! The exception was the bacon though I could have ate a plate of thatRoom was a beautiful set up I’ll be back anyway Just lower your expectations on breakfast even though this is a Hilton property

This was by far the worse hotel I have stayed at in my entire life The rooms smells like urine, no one at front desk was available for a good 20-30 minutes Rooms weren’t available to us at 3:00PM

waited until 4:30PM without a real time on when the rooms were done I will never ever stay at this hotel again Would not recommend it for families We traveled with 11 guests coming off a cruise Negative stars Also we found a dirty blood stained towel on the top of our showerI guess house keeping missed thatOnce we spoke to the front desk, they said they’d all us back with a resolution, they never did Oh if you’re a DIamond memberdon’t expect any special treatmentthey don’t care

Stephanie Richmond

The hotel is well located to 95 and shopping in the surrounding area I had several housekeeping issues during my stay My reservation stated a feather free room and when I checked in the desk couldn’t verify if housekeeping had read my booking notes and told me I’d have to check myself, which is not a great solution as I am very allergic to feather pillows

When I got up to my room I discovered my pillows were feather and my in room phone was not working I was also missing a coffee table Later that evening I discovered there were only 3 tissues in my tissue box and when I used my cell phone to call the desk since my room phone wasn’t working, I was told I would have to come down and get a new box myself The next day my bathroom light burned out and I had to call the desk again, by cell phone It wasn’t a great experience overall I’m not planning to stay at this Homewood again

Last minute room booking that cost $149 Which I found ridiculous but hey, I needed a roomThe room itself was ok, comfortable bed, but in the bathroom, I found used shampoo and conditioner bottles (they were 1/4 full) and a very small bar of soap to wash it

I was pretty disappointed in that because because for the price I was paying, I at least expected the toiletries to be enough to clean me up after hours of drivingThey had a window A/C unit that was very noisy and did not cool much Just blew air outBreakfast was ok Not too bad Egg and veggies omelet, bagels, some jimmy dean sandwichesGym was decent Didn’t get to use the pool

John M

The room has an oder that takes a few minutes to get used to That is room #130 The room and bathroom are clean

The front counter service was worth noting šŸ‘Œ *****this is an update *****The bed was so uncomfortable I put a sheet on the floor for half the night I do not have back problems but my back hurt from the bed the floor made it feel better I went to Walmart and purchased a blow up mattress for the second night The TV stop working and has not come back on They leave house keeping carts in the hallway Over $500 for two nights not worth it I will not return to another Fairfield Inn by MarriottThe breakfast is decent

Lesley Green

By far , Fairfield of Jupiter should be the role model for all Florida hotel chains This place is not only extremely clean, groomed with beautiful beachy plants, positive music in speakers , not too loud either Plentiful seating in lobby , cafe with room in-between

Safe convenient Street at night for that last minute walk ** Hot breakfast was off the chain !!!!! five star, egg white omelette with veggies, homemade oatmeal ,6 topping bar like pecans, chips, pistachio and coconut flakes! This entirety of a gem hotel was created by the staff being genuine, friendly , mild tones, positive minds , well groomed, natural people I’ve EVER experienced ! Managers Melissa and Kadeem set the bar, going well overboard on her effort to please me Night manager never made me from late check out! Patient helpful and kind The cleaning staff didn’t harass , even smiled alot * Y’all all need to stay here 1night see how we should feel when spending $$$ to get awayTHANK YOU

First time at a Hawthorn Suites and overall really liked it It was very nicely decorated, spacious and most importantly, clean (one exception, see below)The suite was a pleasant surprise, with full sized fridge, 2 burner range, microwave and dishwasher

There were enough dishes, cups, utensils and the like for 4 It was all really convenient The beds were decently comfortable and the bathroom was spacious The only issue for me was the shower head, which needed a good scrub (easy enough to remedy) We stayed 1 night only so I didnā€™t notice until late evening (and by then, I was already getting in the shower) Overall, I wouldnā€™t hesitate to return but I would check the shower head before getting undressed!Staff was all very nice Breakfast was fine Nothing extravagant but I appreciated the effort and the personal touches

Bob Hills

We had a 5 night stay Sunday through Friday Very quiet, could hardly tell that anybody else was around The morning buffet breakfast was good

Just average food Make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and cereals Nothing special The only 2 complaints we would have would be Television reception was very poor Low quality They had a list of channels on a printed out card in the room however it did not match the cable service provided 2nd would be the pool Very little shade provided Some umbrellas surrounding the edge of the fence But somewhere broken In the heat of the day it was almost impossible to stay by the pool Location was great Centrally located you could easily walk if you wanted to local necessities Overall our state was very good and we would recommend staying there

Shantel Broadnax

I didn’t even know this location existed But when you walk in, the environment is so friendly and welcoming There was always a pleasant smell in the building, elevators, and even the restroom

The staff at the continental breakfast were amazing as well I definitely plan to stay here when I am in town This time I was just dropping my family off and was with them for the weekend

We are Diamond members and booked our room on points We wanted to change our date of check in to be a day later Because we booked on points we would have to cancel the reservation and book room again

Because our room type was not available they couldnā€™t guarantee we get the room again after cancelled So the only option was to check in through the app lose the night and then next day when arrive get our cards to room I called diamond desk who noted this in the system and left a note with lady at front desk on our plans We arrive at hotel to get our key cards and the woman at front desk proceeds to tell my husband we donā€™t have a reservation Very rude and doesnā€™t even offer to get manager My husband comes out to our car to say we donā€™t have a reservation Can you imagine having a family for 5 nights and being told this I go in ask for manager show my app that shows me checked in with room number and finally Iā€™m now all of a sudden in system Not one apology by either employee When you make a mistake and almost give a heart attack to a family saying they have no place to stay you own up to your mistake Now it was time for check out So we decided to leave at 4pm and wanted to give the courtesy at the front desk that we are leaving early so they could get room done for next guest Same nasty lady at front desk My husband enters to say Iā€™m checking out and she rudely says well you can but it doesnā€™t matter you are past check out time As if we were looking for a refund My husband couldnā€™t believe it and walked out I had a reservation for later this month and just cancelled that reservation If staying here try to stay away from front desk On top of all this they charged my credit card for my sonā€™s service dog! Corporate will also be getting complaint with full names of employees

Kebrina Krystal

BEWARE DO NOT BOOK!! Not only is this place dated, it’s nasty & smelly If you look at the pics those wipes you see are from the toilet that was never cleaned My biggest issue is the lack of care from M*ria at the front desk who lied about not having any other rooms available & not being to clean the room until the next day

We ended up leaving up & going to the Residence Inn right down the street which was much cleaner and newer! Save yourself the bad experience do not book here!

Last minute booking & had read mixed reviews The room was pretty dated but also very clean The breakfast skip it, don’t even look it (it’s really not good)

BUT the staff, especially the manager – are amazing Some of the best hospitality & service I’ve experienced One of those hotels that does what it says on the tin – practical and well priced

Michael Newcomb

Rooms were clean and it served it purpose as a place to sleep Stayed June 8-9Concerns 1: The guy that checked us in in the early evening was STILL manning the front desk in the morning (7 ish)

Either a hard worker or understaffedIssue 1: Remote control for TV didn’t work Took the remote down to the front desk was told they had no extra batteries Management failureIssue 2: Next morning, went down to the lobby for a cup of dark roast coffee, which I take black It was one of the weakest cups of coffee I have tasted Spoke to the front desk, turns out management failed to stock up on coffee and they ran out Person responsible for coffee overheard and admitted they used the “light roast” in the dark roast pot Rather than going to the store and purchasing some decent coffee they just used the light roast in the dark roast pot hoping the guests were too stupid to realize the bait and switch Another Management failureIssue 3: Breakfast The hot portion of the breakfast is mediocre to blaaaah with Hampton Suites taking an award for the most flavorless sausage I’ve ever tasted Its not just this Hampton but others I’ve stayed at as well This failure is on the Hilton/Hampton Suites and whoever buys the frozen food they serve to guestsAll in all, my stay was just OK, 2 stars Based on this visit and others visits to other Hampton Suites I’m see a downhill trend and reevaluating whether the folks at Hilton have actually tasted their vendor’s food

This hotel is a GEM! Very quaint, but not far from the palm beach attractions The beach is 1 block away, my kids loved it We picked up shells and watched turtle hatch at night

The pool was clean and kid friendly, itā€™s mostly 3ft deep, 8ft being the deepestThe staff was very pleasant and friendly Breakfast was a bonus each morning They offered good food and kid friendly options I highly recommend this hotel for your family/self getaway Thank you all so much for a great stay!

Nice hotel Great location Dog friendly

Our room smelled funky Carpet was wet (probably why the smell) The water in the sink was scalding hot and the shower was quite cold Comfy beds Very nice cleaning staff Internet worked well We stayed in room 244, building C Nice balcony View of parking area not the pool or partial ocean view as told Nice pool Needed some help to clear up the water

Nicole Trowbridge

Ricardo and the new lady from Key West were so so very helpful and just nice people that made our stay enjoyable The hotel and rooms were dated and need a remodel, which is in progress in building A The location and property is beautiful and well maintained

The location is so perfect for all the beach activities They even have some nice bikes for guests to use free of charge! We had so much fun riding bikes, walking to the beach, enjoying the pool! We look forward to returning especially after the remodel!

Iā€™ve stayed here four times over the last month The staff is the best Kevin is a star! He has the best smile and always does whatever he can to accommodate my family and me

I wish I could say that weā€™re special but truthfully, Iā€™ve seen him treat other guests with the same generous, above and beyond serviceThe location is safe and convenient to stores, food, and even playgrounds for the kids The hotel is a little older but clean Itā€™s not a fancy place but it is a solid choice for spending a few days in the area Overall, the size of the rooms, complimentary breakfast and complimentary parking add incredible value to an already great price

Examiner 007

You can tell that this was a premium hotel at one time Sheā€™s starting to show her age The staff is super nice and friendly but over worked and short handed

I truly appreciate them and really enjoyed my stay The room was very nice Large and comfortable The breakfast is good and the drinks are reasonably priced The water feature is my favorite and the glass elevators are pretty cool too I hope to come back and Iā€™ll stay again as the price is reasonable Hope they get more help soon but thatā€™s not a reason not to go there Itā€™s also safe as no one seemed out of place like some locations near the interstate šŸ˜Š

Very clean and comfortable, and from housekeeping to front desk very courteous Excellent breakfast buffet Excellent prices for rooms would recommend to anyone, great place to stay for families with children, mine were with me and enjoyed the place, I was impressed that the staff took time to speak to my children and patiently answered all their questions about the hotel and they loved the breakfast buffet also, many choices for picky eaters

Had a horrible experience I entered the hotel with my 3 year old son to use the restroom, I asked the lady in the front desk with the blue hair if there was a restroom available She looked at me with lack of emotion and said all bathroom were closed

She did not suggest anywhere else after seeing my sonā€™s urgency Clearly, a non employee was just walking out of the restroom after flushing Because I was traveling and my son had an emergency, I didnā€™t have the timeto justify what I saw Luckily there was a McDonaldā€™s across the street McDonaldā€™s had a better hospitality manners than this establishment Comfort Suites should recruit McDonaldā€™s employees because clearly they are better trained for customer services

J J

Today, August 13th, 7pm; my husband and I are driving from North Carolina to Florida We stopped here by chance and when I went to the lobby clutching my belly, asking for the bathroom, the blonde lady behind the desk said it’s for employees only Then I said, “Are you sure?” and she said “Yes, I’m sure”

While holding me belly through the door She never asked if I was a current guest, a future interested guest or just another lady with a medical emergency I went to McDonald’s Not acceptable

This Marriott property has a great location near the Florida Atlantic University Rooms were nice but miss having a balcony to enjoy the Florida sunshine on my vacation They have a pool, hot tub and workout facilities

They DO NOT offer a free breakfast but do offer for a cost Starbucks coffee, tea and breakfast items Unlike Starbucks, they charge you for milk and do not notify you of the cost until you have made your cup of choice I know itā€™s a small thing, but with plenty of places to stay in the Jupiter area, the choice is in the details

highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the areaPROs:- No resort fee, despite respectable amenities including a fitness center (open 24/7) and pool (I forget the pool hours, unfortunately)- Complimentary breakfast from 6-10 am

, and this is a legit breakfast with real options (more details below and in photos)- Complimentary coffee (light roast and decaf) and hot water/tea/hot chocolate, available 24/7- Highly professional and courteous staffCONs: None??? I suppose if I were really nit-picking- Valet parking only, for around $40/night, but that seems comparable to other hotels in the area- The walls may have been a bit on the thin side, based on my hearing other guests’ doors close from inside my roomCheck-in and check-out were both quick and painlessRoom was clean with lots of towels, a small fridge, a small safe, and smart TVMy room also had a larger desk/table than average, a 2-person couch, and wet bar It felt like a studio apartment!Breakfast was surprisingly generous Available daily were a waffle bar (make your own waffles with original plain flavor or another such as maple or blueberry that would change daily), oatmeal, variety of muffins, toast, various yogurt flavors, various juices (orange daily and apple or passion-orange guava depending on the day) And in addition to the daily items, there would be 1 type of meat and egg that changed every day (eg bacon, different types of sausage, scrambled eggs or omelet with cheese and veggies), and sometimes a form of potatoes or french toast sticks as wellFinally, Jupiter street is wide enough that it was easy for ridesharing services to pull up in front of the hotel And the driveway was also easily accessible for cars to drive in and turn around in the valet area

The entire experience exceeded my expectations It wasn’t just a great hotel experience Jennifer at the front desk made it an excellent people experience

From the minute I walked into the door until I left, she made me feel like family The hotel was clean and smelled fresh The room was perfect with the balcony Pool was great too! Highly recommend this place, location and rates were amazing as well

Dawn Culbertson

We booked the room last minute because we werenā€™t sure where weā€™d stop for the night on our drive to the keys Upon arrival, the lady at the desk was helping another customer She started to give info in breakfast and hours for the pool and gym so she invited me over to listen as well

When I checked in, Ms Jennifer was super welcoming and friendly The gym and pool/spa were nice They provided towels for both Our room was fine It was clean and smelled fresh Part of the laminate was coming off the bathroom door so it got caught when you shut the door but that was the only issue It wasnā€™t updated but still fit our needs The next morning when we went down for breakfast Ms Jennifer remembered me and addressed me by name which was surprising She really added an extra touch to make her guests feel welcome The breakfast was ok Oatmeal, bagels, croissants, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee were all provided Despite the non updated facility, it smelled and looked clean and the staff was great!

I wanted to give a shout out to Embassy Suites for the amazing stay we had there last week ļæ¼ļæ¼ļæ¼I request a room with a nice workspace that I could do some work to take care of my clients and this is the amazing suite they gave us It was so nice, comfortable/clean, the views were just breathtaking and the cook to order breakfast was delightful

It truly made our week there even better ļæ¼If you ever go to Palm Beach this hotel is the spot We stayed in room 919

Rooms are old and run down Tried 2 rooms, both smelled bad and the floors had not been vacuumed One had food crushed across the floor and the side tables were dirty and damaged

Both rooms had damaged and stained lampshades The refrigerator was tipping badly to one side lopsided in its cabinet, and it was very difficult to open because the door was blocked by its frame Staff was friendly and helpful Bed was comfortable enough The staff were the only reason I didn’t give 1 star

Max Power

I stayed in the Hotel for 5 nights in Mai 2022 and it was a good option in West Palm Beach We loved the Management Happy Hour between 5 to 7 pm, with free drinks (soft, Cocktails, beers and wine) and some snacks The rate for the Hotel was definitely to high and therefore it got only 4 out of 5 stars here

Room:The interior of the room was a little bit old but still okay I got one with a shower instead of an bath tube and a spacious room It was clean and nice as well The king size bed was very comfy and I had some options for the pillows The only thin what I dislike was that it was really loud I heard every door slamming of other guests I will mention that I booked a suite and the room was very spaciousBreakfastIt is complementary and it is really worth to use it There are some warm options which change every day The best was the fresh made to order egg station Furthermore there was some coffee, tea, drink and cereal options as wellAmenitiesThe pool had a good size (10 m length) for a good swim exercise It was maintained every morning by one staff who was very friendly as well The whole pool was clean and i liked to use itServiceThe fron staff was very helpful and friendly I had a really nice welcome and everything went well I had a problem with the lights in the Bathroom and the front office staff helped me and it was fixed after some hours, while I was away

This place was super clean with an eclectic retro vibe The staff was friendly and helpful and the place just had character! The courtyard has life size chess, a circular swimming pool, a zen garden, and shuffle board The rooms haven’t been renovated so they are pretty basic but really clean

And, I was told they will actually be renovating the rooms this Summer (2022)I highly recommend it It’s more affordable and it’s a cool throw back to a prior time in history I’m glad to see they kept the place so nice Also, it is walking distance from multiple restaurants and bars and the mall too I thinkThe hotel is cool Nothing fancy, but specialAlso, I liked their mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion! Smelled nice!

Ron at the front desk was absolutely amazing He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable since I wasnā€™t feeling well He was such a nice friendly person to walk in and be greeted by! The landscaping is beautiful by the pool, feels like a little oasis

Over all, positive experience and stay here The outlets across the street is a great addition! Definitely recommend and will be back!

This place is super well-maintained Even in the middle of the night there was cleaning staff making sure the floor wasn’t wet from pool goers There were always staff around cleaning something or watering the plantsWould stay here again

Just came back from the very last minute unplanned stay in this gem of a resort Was BLOWN away by kindness, care and attentiveness of every single staff member, most comfortable room I ever stayed in and gorgeous beach Iā€™m already planning the next stay

Thank you, dear Jupiter Beach Resort for offering this island of kindness and comfort

First impression gets 1 starPulled up to loading to check in only to come back from front desk and find my vehicle had been moved without notice or permissionValet told me I was not allowed to park there and I wasnā€™t checking in (what?!)

The real reason my car was moved was to allow a Non-guest to park his golf cart (in the loading area) for SEVERAL HOURSI addressed this immediately at the front desk only to be told ā€œsorryā€ while I had to unload luggage from the guest parking lotIf you want to be treated poorly and different from others, this is the resort for you!Update: thanks for your response but there was no reason for my vehicle to be moved It was the only vehicle checking in or out during the 5 minute period This was strictly done to accommodate someone else over me and I watched the valet get paid to do so Unless an emergency vehicle needed the space, this was completely inappropriate I am still on site if you would like to have a conversation about this

Bryan Ramos

Food was great! Travis had an issue with me drinking more than one drink and ruined our evening Management should uphold him and make sure he doesnā€™t ruin other peoples evening when it comes to enjoying a nice cold beer! Anyways Kamryn was fantastic and couldnā€™t have asked for a better server as I come from a high end restaurant so 5 stars for her, 0 for Travis

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel Have had to stay here quite a bit during a 5 month job assignment

Trying to find affordable housing in South Florida has been an absolute mess Luckily this hotel has had rooms available at decent rates I’ve stayed in a variety of rooms and each is clean, spacious, and for the love of everything that is CLEANLY the rooms don’t have carpet Only a small area of the room is carpeted The staff is great and always super accommodating I’ve only experienced one WOC who works at the restaurant / bar who isn’t always the friendliest but we pay her no attentionand won’t let her affect the rating of this hotel Definitely my go-to hotel in the West Palm Beach area

Marti Santos

Easy to find, easy to park Good location, clean property Quiet room, very accommodating layout

Airport shuttle available And *VERY* pleasant, gracious, and welcoming clerks at check-in and throughout our stay! Although we didn’t partake, food (breakfast, dinner) was available Certainly a hotel we’ll keep in our contact list for future visits

maria rodriguez

We had excellent attention when we arrived with the check-up, the young man who treated us super, we went as a family, we had two reservations and the rooms were impeccable, super clean and spacious The pool was a bit dirty, the pottery around it and the broken chairs The breakfast was very expensive and they did not serve everything that was requested
