What an amazing location, room, and so so clean! We stayed at indulge for two nights and I was in Awh over how beautiful this location, buildings, and our room was (Photos online don’t do this place justice) Staying in hotels is always scary to me, but wow was I pleased You walk in, smells and looks so clean

With covid, check in is done over the phone day of, and then you get a code for front door and also your roomThere is a decent amount of ring cameras everywhere to make you feel safe Great keurig and coffee in room and everything Definitely want to come back!

I stayed there with my boyfriend while visiting for a wedding There were awesome breakfasts every morning and the room was amazing and kept clean We even set up a couples massage one of the days and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had

Near the end of our stay my boyfriend became my fiancee He had them set up the room with rose petals and champagne The staff was so nice and when they saw us the following morning they all congratulated us

Came here for my birthday and stayed in the Villa King Suite on bottom with my man and two little ones It had a beautiful living room and kitchen with full kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, table, oven, and kurig coffee machine with tea and Pete’s coffee The bedroom and bathroom with jet tub and shower were lovely

Oh yeah can’t forget the super plush robes available as well Lots of space for your belongings as well with a dresser and closet thst had a safe, iron and ironing board This suite is especially kid friendly and is the only one that can hold up to 4 guests There’s a park/playground across the street so perfect for if you are bringing children The sparkling champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were so tasty, the pull out couch was super comfy alongside a gas operated toasty fireplace TV was also available with subscriptions only though I’m pretty sure Overall though I really enjoyed my stay, and I hope to stay here again real soon In the same suite or even try a different one next time😊

A lively yet cozy place for a short getaway Loved the amount of seating and lounge spaces My room was comfortable and spacious

I appreciated how close the hotel is to Carmel and Pacific Grove When we needed anything in our room, the service by staff was great They were warm, attentive, and quick Plenty of activities to keep yourself entertained hereThe only area for improvements is cleanliness of the lobby where the space is shared with all guests The water dispenser with fruit in the lobby was rarely filled during our stay, but there are other water stations around the hotel to fill up water bottlesAnother perk: From what I saw, it’s also a very family-friendly place

This location has been our quick weekend getaway for about twenty years Before Covid, it was in desperate need of updates, everything looked so outdated (but we still loved the staff, food, service and the amenities) It was such a pleasant surprise to see it completely remodeled

From the bedrooms, to the lobby/ restaurant/ coffee bar… We loved the cleanliness, the staff, food and just about everything about this hotel Beautiful fire pits, pools, golf course, table tennis and so many other things for people of all ages to enjoy As always, we loved our stay

Athan Rebelos

We had a great couple of nights in in mid December The weather was stormy, which we anticipated but our room along* the golf course was was attractive, clean and comfortable The staff was excellent

Check in was pleasant and accommodating We are and drank throughout our stay at the resort, the bartender was wonderful and we loved all the fire pits We enjoyed the hot tub furthest from the lobby, it’s more secluded and there were no childrenOverall we had a refreshing stay and would recommend this resort to anyone who just wants a comfortable and refreshing break

this will be my go to hotel when coming to San Fransisco front desk was kind and helpful my room was very clean and beds were so comfortable, the bedding was even wonderful, super soft and clean I slept so good

tons of restaurants close by and only about 10 minutes from the airport wasn’t expecting to be so thrilled with this hotel because of how inexpensive the room was, definitely deserves 5 stars

S. Knight.

I’ve been coming to this hotel now for about a year twice a week I now know the managers of the property they are wonderful Pleasant always have a great attitude and it feels a little bit like home The rooms are extremely clean never had a problem with anything being dirty

The beds are very comfortable the pillows are amazing and hyperallergenic you can’t go wrong The facility itself is all around relatively quiet it is a small facility but you would never know it by how wonderful the rooms are

Mariya Avtomanova

The hotel is really nice and cozy We stayed there only one night but I really enjoyed staying there They offer free parking (unlike the majority of places in SF which charge ridiculous sums of money for overnight parking)

For breakfast you can get fresh fruit, 2 types of cereal, pastries, oatmeal, juice, and coffee Nothing fancy, but it’s free and good, and you can’t complain about free The hotel is very clean, the receptionist is nice and friendly Coffee maker in the roomBeware – the bed is kind of pretty damn hard If you’re okay with it, you’re going to love this place, it’s affordable and nice, and it’s about 25 minutes from the Fisherman’s Wharf and about 8-9 minutes from the airport

The rooms are big clean and very nice Staff is very friendly and the building is clean They would have a five star from our family but the breakfast in the morning wasn’t kept a eye on

They were not restocking and running out of stuff Another odd part that might not bother other people is the bathroom has a motion light Now everyone might think… not that big of deal but it is when your family is sleeping at 3am and someone uses the bathroom and can’t control the lights to keep them off The lights are so bright that it lights up the whole room and wakes people up Again, odd little thing but that’s why it’s not five stars Still with that being said we would still stay here again

Gabo S.

The Kabuki was our favorite hotel of several that we experienced in SF, during our last visit The lobby is beautiful, spacious, and functional The gym is in my top5 ever, and I travel a lot, all over the globe

Our room was a suite, which perfectly accommodated us with our two boys The staff in the lobby and the housekeeping employees are tops Also, the coffee in the lobby is better than what you could purchase in most of the local coffee houses; this was a first for me Also, I wasn’t so sure about the location, but it ended up being very central; ideal for our varied agenda I tend to try out new hotels when I travel, BUT, I will definitely repeat at Kabuki

Manuel Schröder

Good things first The Hotel Lobby and Bar is nicely renovated and looks modern and comfyThe Bar finished service at 10pm on a Friday and Saturday night

There is no water in the roomThere are only a few parking spots in front of the hotel They charge 30$ per day, if you come back and there is no spot available, you need to park in a public garage and they charge you another $$$ per hour You pay double If you park in the garage, the hotel staff recommends to take everything out of the car because they crash windows and steal what they find The garage is not safeThe room we booked was described as a high floor The hotel has rooms from floor 4-15 Ours was on floor 5 overlooking the parking and the lobby roofThe interiors of the room are cheaply upgraded to “Japanese style” But most of the furniture is old and a bit run downThe service was helpful and the staff was nice

N

After one night at the Ritz SF (left early because it was ugly) I changed my plans and came here Best decision / will return At a third of the price, almost everything is better here

It was a huge relief to check into this simple and beautiful corner room with a lovely viewThe room is spacious and the layout is very flexible, so the few pieces of furniture can be rearranged to accommodate various activities such as working, relaxing, or eating foodBased on the google images, some other rooms look like they have more quirky decor Even my room has some strong images on the walls, which could be a positive novelty factor for some people Personally, they make me feel a little weird at night, sometimes giving me a faint feeling that my Korean ancestors are frowning upon me for sleeping under these colonizer motifs, but, otherwise the place is so visually peaceful and easy to dwell inMy only complaint is that the wifi is slow and disconnects often, definitely not good for video callsI appreciate the option to text the front deskParking is convenient and $35 / night (limited spaces, uncovered, no in/out privileges due to limited spots)My room had a mini fridge There is a useful water dispensing machine in the lobby

This hotel is not the ideal place if you are hosting a business conference/event here We stayed here for conference for 4 days and all 4 days their AC did not work in any of their conference rooms and we were crammed up in sauna rooms the whole time They tried fixing it but failed each time

Rooms – I got the one facing the city and architects of this hotel clearly did not design this properly The lighting in rooms is super low, so when you open the curtains, the buildings across from you can easily see you as the bathroom is facing the window Everything was super old and dated Also if you are a light sleeper, you will struggle as you hear all cars/trucks/planes noises even if you are on the highest floor The balconies are shared so no privacy from your neighbor rooms Lobby smelled like wet damp swamp each day Parking is $35 each night if you have a rentalThe Goods – There were good food places in walking distance and a nice bar inside the lobby area that served food There was a cool souvenir shop inside the lobby as well

Chuck Brown

The moment I arrived at the hotel I immediately got a bad feeling about it The lobby had an odd smell For an “upscale hotel” it was located in a lousy part of town

Lots of homeless vagrants roaming around It was a complete let down The hotel itself seemed datedBut here’s where it really went down hill I booked online to get a discount from there own website The original plan was to stay Friday to Sunday Well after booking, I realized I needed to be back home before Sunday I called the hotel and a young lady moved me up one day So now I’m scheduled to stay Thursday to Saturday She says I will get a $5750 credit because the week nights are a little cheaper Great! Both nights I could barely get any sleep because there was a humming noise all night I suppose coming from the elevators There were motorcycles screaming up and down the main street outside There was a Navy ship in the harbor that from time to time would sound it’s horns Oh my god! I wanted a quiet get away and this was not the place to get thatI had enough and got up at 4:00 am on Saturday to check out and head back to AZA few days later I still hadn’t gotten my $5750 credit and on top of that I was charged a $2050 late check out fee! I checked out at 5:00 am Saturday morning! I had a heck of time getting someone to take care of this when I called them about it Needless to say, I’ll never stay there again So disappointing

Mark Rehberger

The location of the hotel is great and overall we had a nice stay Two things were unusual, however: 1) Upon arrival we were told that there were no more cribs for our two year old even though we had called in ahead of time to reserve one After pointing out that the youngest child needs a bed too they were able to locate one

2) the hotel has no microwave in the common area to heat up food, occasionally Renting one is $10/day which is rather inconvenient, considering that the rental price is the same price as a whole meal

Pleasantly responsive to everything Rooms are great and beds are dreamy We slept like babies Pool areas are really nice and there’s something for adults and kids all across the property You can bring a drink or snack from your room down to the pool or order from the servers Beautiful views and landscaping Restaurant food was delicious They have beach chairs and umbrellas available Valet is quick and responsive We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it

This is the second time we’ve visited for the weekend This is a beautiful, clean, and lovely resort It’s quite large with a lovely large pool, a pool and slides for kids and a separate adult only hot tubs

The views are fantastic, even within the courtyards, which are quiet We love using the beach chairs and towels to head across the bridge conveniently located right to Huntington Beach There are so many great places to eat within walking distance as well as great restaurants on site The event areas are away from the rooms, which is nice Great get-away for adults or families

Brian

The rooms are beautiful and well laid out The issue is that they’re very loud! No matter which said of the hotel you’re on or how high, the highways make it very noisy The staff are great and very helpful

The breakfast was really good and not just for hotel food, but compared to actual breakfast places Good place but know that highway noise may affect you if you’re sensitive to that while you sleep

Raj Shah

A great hotel to stay when you’re here for a week or longer They have breakfast and evening snacks, drinks as well There are a few amenities like a swimming pool and business center

The laundry room has a couple of washers and dryersThe layout of the suite is such that the living area barely receives any light Since I was working remote and from the hotel suite I ended up in the bedroom the whole day Better layout would help the guests utilize the suite completely

Michael Gonzales

I would have given 5 stars, but we had problems w our keys Got in our room initially, then the key did not work the 2nd time Went downstairs & got new keys on our way out to a concert

We returned late that evening and our keys did not work again It’s after midnight & we need to go downstairs again, 9 floors They tell us the door lock battery is dead Help is there quickly & installs new batteries, however, we are getting to bed after 1:00 now Luckily we finished our experience with a good breakfast the next morning As Diamond members, we are appreciative of good accommodations and experiences

It is a very nice hotel in terms of location and service In addition to its convenient location to the airport, the marina view of the hotel is impressive Due to the pandemic period there are some constraints in some services

However, you would like to stay in such a nice hotel by considering professional service of reception and restaurants

Alicia Gonzalez

I am late in posting this reviewTo start from the service everyone was excellent! From the tome we checked in to the cleanings ladies to the parking attendantWe stayed here on the weekend of January 14

Me and my husband were Celebrating our 42nd anniversaryThe room was clean and the bed very comfortableWe had a great room with a beautiful view to the bay and Downtown San Diego

Les Sarantinos

Let’s just say

this property is all about location and that’s where it stopsThe ‘ pandemic ‘and being ‘ short staffed’ has effected this ‘tired’ facility and they are using this excuse to the maxNo valetself parking at $45/dailyNo bell hop/ assistanceA stark lobby No real restaurantaside from a pathetic bar that doesn’t have a theme let alone ambiancelimited menue items, and ridiculously pricedThis old property has so much potentialBUT you need to upgrade all the furniture ( extremely worn/ beaten), put in a real restaurant and lounge with ambiance, step up the appearance of your staff do this, and then you could legitimately support the hotel room pricesDo your self a favorpass on this hotelthere is better for the money

This hotel is far from a 5-star hotel! Consider it a 3-star with a 5-star price tag Our room was run down, with curtains off their tracks, dirty carpeting, chipped paint on the walls and furniture – the list goes on They only clean your room if you ask, and we asked for it to be cleaned but they never did clean it

When you pay over $1000 a night for a room, you expect something special and this hotel is nothing special It you want a 5-star hotel, go to the Edgewood Do not waste your money here if you are expecting a 5-star experience!

Stephanie Tchimou

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is NOT a 5 Star resort by any means! We stayed back at the end of January and it was a trip I won through work and chose this resort based on the pictures and amenities listed on the website When we got there they offered us champagne at the check in (I’m guessing this is why they get a 5 star rating?) but the front entrance rug and area was dingy and dirty, there was absolutely not enough parking and this little resort is crammed on a small area of land They made a mistake with my bank account and ended up charging me over $1300 then tried to make that up by giving me a $50 room service credit

It was a complete nightmare The bed was AWFUL! The bathrooms have a heated floor and toilet seat, which were nice but definitely isn’t enough to explain why they have a 5 star rating Overall, the “resort” is NOTHING like what is described and pictured onlineFast forward to now the beginning of March and there is another charge on my account from this resort! When I called to inquiry why, I was told they couldn’t even find that I had stayed there in January and I was told they didn’t know why I was charged almost $500 almost two months after my stay!! I called my bank to report this as fraud! With all of the traveling my husband and I do, this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed at! There are so many beautiful places to stay in Lake Tahoe, CA so do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible! Everything on their website is deceiving!

La Luna

I wasn’t told the property was undergoing construction I paid a premium expecting the details in order for a good experience I couldn’t even enjoy a coffee on the balcony because of the loud construction

If I was aware I would have choose a different, peaceful, resort Smaller annoyance is that the restaurant didn’t give us cutlery on our to go order and one of our breakfast has a small plastic in it It’s no something I would not point this out usually, except it’s the detailsThe room however was nice with a nice view- if the hotel construction wasnt too loud to enjoy

Room sucked Event was greatThe bed was honestly no better than a blanket on the floor and the pillows were flatter than a towel

The refrigerator was not cold enough to keep our already cold drinks cold Lights on the mirror flickered Water pressure in the shower was very lowIn the cafe in the lobby, the freezer wasn’t cold enough to keep the ice cream frozen so they were all meltedHowever, the view was nice and the room was clean and visually very pleasantNot worth a $200+ a night stay Especially when we have to also pay for parkingWith that being said, we hosted a celebration of life for my little sister and the event space was absolutely perfect Noel and the event team helped us immensely and their sense of urgency was more than appreciated They had a great audio/visual set up and were more than helpful in setting it up for us The food (a few grazing boards that we picked) was well prepared and beautifully displayed We choose to have a cash bar there and the drinks were very nice, the wine was great, and the bartender was very kind They even made a point to ask what color my sister liked for the table covers

Sadly Im giving this review due to the poor customer service in addressing our concerns during our stay We specifically booked this hotel to use the pool and the day we arrived the pool area was being painted, so what should have been a nice peaceful pool day was ruined by construction I understand these updates are necessary for upkeep and the hotel was very nice, but the hotel did not disclose the construction on their booking page and when I brought my concerns up to the front desk I was told I should have called and checked ahead of time

This was rude and makes no sense as usually you book online to avoid having to call hotels directly Sadly the lack of addressing my concerns has lead to this poor review as the hotel was nice and clean, but when you are specifically staying somewhere to use the amenities and you can’t use them you are not getting what you paid for

Very deceptive and poor customer service After making reservation, I tried to modify reservation (online and via phone) and they were too busy When I checked in, I explained my change (one day out of four)

They told me I was all set When I checked out, they still wanted charge me for the extra day Not only did they want to charge me for the day, but they also wanted to check me out to re rent the room Calling Hilton corporate was no help1 – Could not change reservation the same day I made it2 – They lied when I checked in, and told me reservation was modified3 – Corporate would not accommodate, even for a creditBottomline – they don’t care about their customers, go elsewhere

This quaint hotel that gives you beautiful views of the area It was such a nice touch of the small garden outside the door We had such a sound sleep as the beds were very comfortable

I have stayed here twice and both stays were very positive I had room 503 with a single king, balcony, view and fireplace That room felt upscale and fancy for a great price

I also stayed with my family in room 301 which had 2 separate rooms, 1 king and 2 queens It was great for hosting our family It had lots of room and it’s own patio with table and chairs It did not feel upscale but it was clean and very convenient, also great value They have an 80 degree pool to swim in that is small with a short shallow end of 3 fit that quickly slopes down into 9 feet They are now doing grab and go breakfasts with a banana, croissant and water

This property is unsafe and that is the only reason for the low rating It is modern, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, TV station options are limited, Internet speed is decent, but the property is not safe and I will not stay there again I certainly would not want my wife or daughter to stay there alone

The first night there, I was waken by a woman’s screams from the parking lot When I looked out the window, there were three police cars in the parking lot with lights flashing and a homeless woman screaming at the officersApparently, she came onto the property and started smashing out windows of multiple vehicles She told law enforcement she was “looking for her dog” She obviously had other issues In talking with other guests, they were told this was not the first such issue the hotel had They had a security guard on the property, but with multiple windows smashed, security was clearly inadequate

Seconding the reviews of others, this area is unsafe There’s nothing wrong with the hotel itself, rooms are clean and staff seems kind and attentive During my stay I noticed a couple in the stairwell as I was leaving

My door had failed to latch in the past so when I hit the bottom of the stairs I decided to go double check it By the time I was back up the couple was in my room Once I unlocked the door they pushed past me and bolted from the building, but I was pretty shaken I told the front desk and they immediately did a sweep of the place, but I would not recommend anyone stay here

Lucas Reyes

Had the worst experience here Came for a 3 night stay before a wedding and didn’t even make it too the ceremony after a horrible customer service interaction The only plus to this hotel is that it is right next to McDonald’s and a Safeway

$1300 for avacado toast at their “Bistro” and Novato is far from LA for prices like that

Absolute perfection This hotel strives for greatness and goes above and beyond to offer impeccable and truly top-tier service The staff are extremely experienced, elegant, and sensible and make you feel both special and at ease the moment you arrive

From the valet desk, where they will greet you by name, to the pool, where they offer outstanding food and drinks, the staff seeks to satisfy your every whim (room service even went so far as to procure ingredients for a dish we requested) The Four Seasons LA is a centrally-located bastion of calm, an oasis within walking distance of all the charm and fun of Beverly Hills

The Four Seasons Los Angeles was phenomenal and truly lives up to the brands standards The level of attention to detail and service is top notch! Special thanks to Nathan from concierge who went above and beyond to make us feel special From the moment we arrived we were greeted with glass of champagne, and escorted to our Wellness room which was just a few steps to the pool, and had a wonderful balcony overlooking Beverly Hills

Nathan also went out of his way to coordinate a special welcome amenity for us which was incredible This will always be my go-to stay in LA from now on!

The Four Seasons Hotel is a great place to stay if you’re visiting the city The location could not be better – just steps from everything that downtown has to offer, including all of its wonderful fountains! I have stayed at this location multiple times since May 2021 and I have never been disappointed The apartment-style rooms offer all the proper amenities to make it feel like a “home away from home” They are clean, comfortable, well-designed and are equipped with everything necessary to make my stay comfortable

The breakfast is excellent with eggs, breakfast meats, waffle-maker, fruit, yogurt, warm croissants and excellent coffee The staff has always been professional and courteous They provide every means to satisfy special requests They check in via text to make sure all needs are met This is the only hotel I will stay at when working or having fun in the San Jose area

The four stars is for the overall quality of the grounds which were in need of improvement Quality is what do you expect from a Homewood suites My room had dedicated office which was quite large

The bedroom was spacious in the walkway between the bathroom to the toilet and tub was wide and offered a nice sized closet This is an interesting location but there are plenty of restaurants around here is a quick trolley ride will get you to dozens more

First the pros: I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for a work trip as it was within walking distance of my office Check in was super easy and the staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful Nice to have a digital room key from the Hilton app and you can also use an app to do laundry

Breakfast was okayCons: My room was right off Trimble so it was quite noisy I woke up several nights to loud traffic and was also woken up by some construction noise before 8am on a Saturday morning from a crew right outside my bedroom window So much for sleeping in but to be fair, not in Hilton’s control The pool was also closed the entire time I was here I wish I would have known that at the time of booking I spent more time out of my room than in However, while there over the weekend, I noticed my room was quite dirty Lots of dust on surfaces, including the bedroom dresser, ceiling fan, walls, back of the bedroom door, etc The cleaning staff comes every 5th day and did come the Monday after I arrived Dust was still there when I got back to my room The staff did not replace the almost empty toilet paper roll or leave any extra behind I requested more from the front desk three times while away at work but it was never dropped off at my room I eventually got it myself late one evening when I returned from a work dinner I can live with all of that BUT the icing on the cake occurred late tonight as I packed up my suitcase to leave I noticed something shiny out of the corner of my eye in the space between the bed and the nightstand When I reached to grab it, to my disgust I realized it was an opened used condom wrapper! Sure as hell wasn’t mine! That means it had been there for the entire two weeks and the staff had at least TWO opportunities to get rid of it but left it behind I’m so grossed out it now makes me wonder if they even changed the sheets before I arrived because I don’t see how you could miss that when putting a new fitted sheet on the bed Will be talking with hotel staff first thing tomorrow morning and will not be returning
