We had a smooth check in and a great time at the pool The cookies were a nice surprise and the push button pancake maker delighted the grandkids They were also very tasty

I thought all of the staff seemed upbeat and nice Bella helped with reservation and a nice young man helped with check in A sweet lady with an accent from a different country helped in the dining area and was doing a GREAT JOB of keeping things clean 👍 Thank you everyone 😊

Excellent customer service Really bummed about the hot tub being closed We were really looking forward to that

When I called about the pool, no one mentioned the hot tub being down The breakfast was truly amazing for hotel breakfast The room was great & beds were some of the best we’ve ever slept on Love Holiday Inn Express hotels a lot

Ian Starry

I had an absolutely great experience My room was nicer than I expected, it had a jacuzzi style tub in the bathroom that I loved The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours, so I went swimming multiple times a day

The complimentary breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had There were 2 types of pre-made omelettes, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, a variety of pastries, hard boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, and cereal (the options vary slightly day to day) There were probably more things I forgot about They even have cookies and milk from 6-8 I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

Late arrival with no reservation, we were welcomed & checked in quickly with our dog in tow Bed super comfortable, shower amazing, & breakfast was fun! We loved the cook! Great eggs and memorable conversations with him & other guest’s Left with a good nights rest, relaxing shower & full belly coffee in hand

Will definitely return should we ever pass on a road-trip againThank you all, housekeeping included – it was perfect!

Margot Reynolds

This is an interesting hotel with a fun location and interesting story We stayed for just one night on a road trip and had a great view of the Colombia river The room was large, comfortable and clean (other than the fabric of the arm chair, which was a bit stained)

The hotel’s decor is a bit dated but everything works well and the beds were comfortable and clean The staff were all very kind We ate dinner at the on-site restaurant and it was very slow, but the complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty

Tanders88

Didn’t stay at the hotel, went for the bar, and grill, first thing I want to say was the waitress was fantastic!! She was so busy, and kept all the orders correct, and together, not easy when you have so many Food was very good, and large portions as you can see by the pictures, only downside was the 2 hour wait for the three of us, not the place to go at 5:30 pm!! Maybe more like 3:00 when the crowds aren’t so bad!! Did I mention the view, wow spectacular!! Right on the Columbia River, with the paddle boat going by every so often, looked like the old floating casino and hotel, very opulent in its day!! Gives this restaurant 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😋😋

Nice pool facility, great breakfast Service was friendly and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds with an even number of pillows! I requested a late checkout since I had an online meeting I couldn’t miss, they made me pay for an additional after staying there all week, even though I only stayed a couple of extra hours I certainly would have made an exception if I owned the place

Lpfjscj

Very very clean with newer carpet and paint Excellent 5* breakfast, better than most restaurants When you think you are paying a lot for the night consider the beautiful pool and hot tub and sauna that is super clean with towels provided and the huge delicious breakfast

The 4* is because the bed was so uncomfortable We were so tired that we didn’t think to try the other queen in the room but seriously every move I felt a spring make a popping noise, way too soft

Sarah Adams

Wow This was just a quick same day hotel booking not expecting much, but this hotel just gained a new life customer The rooms were clean and fairly big and roomy

Good easy to use good water pressure shower Prime location right next to walmart and McDonald’s The free hot breakfast was so awesome and accommodating They had gluten free options and dairy free options Scrambled eggs, and sausage, and hashbrowns

This hotel is nice, situated on the Columbia river Walk right out the back door to a beautiful park setting overlooking the river Just stunning

Parking was easy and I enjoyed the indoor pool each night A very special mention to front desk help, “Melody” She helped me pick out a gift wine and found gift wrap in the back for me She was a true concierge in spirit, was professional and was super resourceful in helping solve a problem Thanks again Melody!

Kari Reynolds-Winiarczyk

This was a wonderful hotel! My two small daughters and I stayed here for four days while we visited my Grandpa The breakfast was always delicious, the hotel staff was so kind, and the location is amazing Right on the river with a nice, close walk to the big park

The pool and hot tub are beautiful and very well maintained, and the rooms were very comfy We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town

Bri Kirsch

Great location and loved the afternoon shaded balcony off our room The patio was wonderful with plants and trees to keep the temperature comfortable when it starts to get toasty, and right next to the paved trail that goes along the river for miles Both times I stayed here we walked 1

3 miles along that trail to the marina where there are some great restaurants Excellent value for the price!

Clean, easy check-in on app with key on phone—though key didn’t always activate near the room door when I needed it toDidn’t think much of hearing the neighbor’s tv in the evening—but really didn’t appreciate hearing him clearly at 3:30AM taking a shower, brushing his teeth, flushing the toilet, blow drying his hair, or clearing his throat Obviously not his fault, but the lack of soundproofing between the rooms was the issue

It’s the little things that count All staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean with nothing broken or worn out The thing that topped it off was I was running late for breakfast and only had 10 minutes left until they stopped serving it

I went there expecting there to be only scraps I was pleasantly surprised they still had plenty of everything left for me and it was all good! The best part was when the staff asked if I would like anything else before they closed! I’ve been to other hotels that will have nothing left in the last hour, and shut breakfast down early and without saying anything Suddenly it’s light out and no food This really made my day and my stay! This place is managed extremely well and it shows

Enjoy the boogers and spills of your predecessors I asked housecleaning to specifically take care of some rather gross things in the room that should have been taken care of before giving it to another guest This included a large booger on the wall in plain view and drown juice of some sort running down the wall

Housekeeping came and made the bed/cleaned the bathroom but I have to look at someone else’s flicked booger and spilled drink for another night What was preventing my room from being cleaned properly? Room 209

Stayed 2 nights July 1 and 2, 2022 Cost was $42500

Imagine my surprise when we returned to our room the evening of July 1st and the beds were not made, no new clean towels and no coffee pods Went to the desk and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and was informed it was because of covid They now only clean the rooms every third day What a lame excuse For $42500 you would think they could clean the room Will never stay there again

Cory Holt

My moving truck broke down and there was no where to go I showed up to this hotel at 5 in the morning to see if I could get a last minute room, the doors are locked so I had to call the front desk, after waiting for 20 minutes the worker finally showed up and told me she has rooms but check in is at 3pm and hung up the phone essentially telling me she won’t let me pay for the two days (last night, and tonight)Luckily the Hilton Garden Inn next door was super accommodating! They were able to get me and my dogs into a room, even giving me a discount for checking in at 5:30

My family and I stayed here for the American Legion convention 20-23 July 2022 We ate at the Seasons restaurant several times, and Nicky and Lou were absolutely phenomenal They were attentive and engaging, and truly made us feel welcome and valued

Frankly, we wished for them to have been our servers on the “comedy night” The waitstaff that night left much to be desired – very poor service and we joked that we needed “our Nicky” The service Nicky and Lou gave was top notch, and we all really appreciated their smiles, attentiveness, and overall great serviceUnfortunately, we also had to deal with a barking dog in the room across the hall from us That dog barked incessantly, and at all hours of the night (and day!) We brought the issue to the front desk multiple times; however, no attempt to solve the situation was madeWe were there to conduct business at the conference, and it’s hard to sleep when there is a dog barking all night long, for multiple daysFor this reason, I could only give 3 stars

I can’t say much to the hotel operations as we didn’t stay here, we came for a event So my review is more to the catering side What I can say is the ballroom was clean and the event staff truely thought about my young kiddos when everyone else at the event was a adult

They thought to make my 6 year old, 4 year old, and 3 year old a child friendly dinner My children were thrilled to have chicken strips, fries with ketchup instead of of fancy dinner they didn’t know what it was So thank you Red Lion for making my children feel special! It made a great event for my mother even more special because my children felt included

DjiGuy2020

So the lobby is literally the best part of the hotel It definitely makes you feel like your going to get your 200 dollars worth Until you drive around the side of the building to park

The grizzly bar was nice Good food and service As far as the room and the parking area,it leaves much to be desired The parking lot is scetchy and does not make you feel like your car will be there in the morning The room was very small for the price The only thing I liked about the room was the sliding glass door that opened into the pool area You can definitely find more accommodating rooms else where for alot cheaper

Like a time machine to the 70’s this pink bathroomed, leather futoned, rambler looks like an old folks home on the exterior, and exactly the same on the inside Comfortable for a large party with beds and bedding hidden in every nook and cranny Large tables for drinking, dining or gaming, and televisions in every room for when you’re tired of your friends

It’s conveniently located and will serve you nicely on your wine weekend getaway

Maria Hansen

Owner walked through the house while we were staying there and went through the rooms “inspecting” how we were treating the house Did not stick to the previously agreed-upon payment plan Showed up at the door late one night demanding payment early as he was “heading out of town very early the next day” and yet he still managed to stop by later the next day and go through each of the rooms we were staying in

Was a nice option to stay together as a group instead of getting a block of hotel rooms, but there was something just off about the ownersAlso, the house smelled like an old litter box combined with wet dog Not sure if previous travelers had a pet with them or if it was the owners, but definitely could have used a deep cleaning before we visited

Staff was nice, however, there was hardly any toilet paper in the roomI had to go ask for more The phone, alarm clock and lamp base were all dirty There was some type of food substance splattered on the TV

I was just shocked! There are no elevators Elderly or handicapped people would have a hard time getting their luggage up to their roomsHousekeeping definitely need to step up their cleaning duties!

This place used to be good, however I stayed there 4/12 to 13/22 and was really let down I found out they did NOT report my stays to Choice for my points for the last 3 stays I was also told (by the manager) they no longer want be to stay there? ) The reason being the clerk that checked me in was to lazy and flat refused to look up the pre-paid authorization letter in her file and demanded another credit card

Finally after calling the manager the clerk gave us a room which was on the opposite side of the complex from the handicap access (wife is handicapped) making it extremely difficult it was then that we found it wasn’t a handicapped room, when I asked for a different room to accommodate the wife (handicapped access) the clerk gave us another room that was Handicapped the issue here was we couldn’t open the door and neither could the clerk after several tries The clerk then gave us the room next door that the door did open and we had access However there was an issue again The lamp on the desk was burned out? I went to the desk again and asked for the bulb to be changed The clerk stated there is no one there until the following day to change it I asked for a bulb and I would change it, at which time the clerk had to call the manager to get approval to give me a bulb? I will not stay at this place again I highly recommend finding a DIFFERENT PLACE UNTIL THEY FIND PEOPLE THAT ARE COMPETANT TO RUN A HOTEL I am surprised they are still a member of CHOICE HOTELS

We stopped by for one night passing through town and were so impressed by this hotel The pictures don’t do it justice Truly, the rooms are beautiful and spacious

The furnishings are plush and comfortable I loved the shower! Everything is top notch at this Best Western The staff are helpful and friendly The breakfast is better than most BW locations we’ve stayed in with lots of options After a long day of driving it’s fantastic to end the day in a place like this It’s in a quiet area near the airport and priced very reasonably for the experience and comfort you receive Great job 👏

Lena Storlie

Clean room, great staff, and yummy breakfast!I love staying at this hotel!I frequently stay in hotels for business, but Best Western is by far my favorite, and I’ll explain why!It is well known by the staff, that I am staying at the hotel to “work” and with the steady stream of traffic in and out of my room, and the shady characters that come along with the lifestyle, I usually have a difficult time with staying at any one place too often I’ve been blacklisted from several hotels/motels but not the Best Western Pasco! One of the housekeepers even told me that for the right price they will even give me a heads up if law enforcement was on the way!Perfect stay every single time! I will definitely stay here again!

Troy Ropp

Don’t hesitate to stay here! Top notch experience all around From the spacious rooms, friendly staff including the nice lady making omelets to order for breakfast, a low pet fee and lots of green manicured grass for your dog, and a restaurant & bar serving dinner They even had champagne for sale at the hotel store for mimosas! Best experience, we’ll definitely back!

The room was very nice The shower curtain didn’t go all the way to the floor though so the whole bathroom floor would get pretty wet Almost all the ice makers were broken

The spa never got hot It was about 75° even at night when the temps dropped The doors that led out to the river trail were not able to be opened with a card key so I had to walk through planters and way around to return to the conference rooms after break There was a dog in the room next to me that was allowed to bark with no intervention by staff The restaurant/bar had limited hours It would have been nice to grab a snack or latte during the conference but meals were only available at specific times The hotel was overall nice with just a few minor things that would have made things nicer when staying there for a week The location is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met during our scheduled meals

Leslie Pilease

This place is amazing the restaurant has an amazing atmosphere definitely a fancy vibe My server was Kelly and she was so nice and was super quick to order and refill my drink Jose was the chef who did an amazing steak was definitely top of the line

The view of the river is great Cant wait to stay again!

We stayed one night, we had a great dinner with beverages Our room was amazing, the bed was very comfortable We had a great breakfast in the morning

We also lost a set of keys while we were there, but didn’t realize it until we had driven home We called the hotel and the person at the front desk was very helpful and returned our call in less than 30 minutes

The air conditioner didnt have the constant fan feature to drown out noise Pair that with the thin walls, and I could hear the guest on both sides of me just having casual conversations The worst part was bed bugs

I stay in hotels more than my own home for work And while even traveling on my own dime, I’ve never actually come across bed bugs until this stay I had woke up at 1:15am and turned on the light Caught something crawling on the pillow Thought it was just the random one off bug But then I started looking And they were crawling all over the pillows, blanket and mattress I killed a few, took some pictures of a few, packed my stuff and checked out at about 1:35amHaving never dealt with or seen bed bugs in my life, I decided to google search images of them I always thought they were tiny little fleas These bugs surely couldnt be them Wrong! The pictures I took matched the bed bug image searchSo yeah If you’re into super thin walls and hearing everything in each room next to and above you going on And like being a snack for bed bugs, this is your best bet Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere to stay I find it suspicious that there are so many reviews for this hotel that mention how clean it is Yet I practically live in hotels and have never came across bed bugs until staying here

Denise Fournier

The room was a nice room It was pretty warm when we got there so we turned the AC on Later when I turned it down we noticed a syringe in the heater vent

There wasn’t a needle on it that God We called the front desk and they came up immediately and took care of it That being said we never heard from him again, with an apology or anything

m. G,sr

Rooms have a bad design most hotels I’ve stayed in have the closest area near the door ours was in the corner near the window? And it’s not oveous either it look like a small broom closest There was a lot of wasted space with no real room to put anything, only desktop was for the tv had to hang most of my clothes over the chair The service was good

Room not so much

An absolutely wonderful night spent along the river My wife and I stopped through on a brief road trip The Grandparents were kind enough to care for our toddler for the weekend and The Lodge provided a much-needed getaway

The room was spectacular, well appointed with a nicely stocked wine selection The view of the river was gorgeous, the walkout patio was peaceful and serene, and the bed provided the best night’s sleep in what felt like monthsAccess to the Riverfront trail is literally steps from the balcony and a peaceful evening walk was the perfect end to a long day in the carIt seems silly to actually talk about now, but the lotion the hotel provides in the bathroom is exceptionally nice Unfortunately I didn’t catch the brand, but my wife raved about it!The restaurant, Drumheller’s, is almost unbelievably good and blows all other potential dining locations around it out of the waterOverall, the experience was so good we are now trying to find out how to return with our son and (large) dog for another wonderful weekend Thank you to the staff for making our stay exceptional!

This is our second time at the lodge Booked the king suite this time was amazing! The views are exceptional especially during sunset! The customer service with the cookies was awesome! My family loves coming here! The restaurant for Father’s day was good

services was a little slow and not because of our server but it was busyit was fathers day so completely expected The cheese board was A+!

This was a somewhat last minute trip as my grandmother passed away unexpectedly Booking was extremely easy, as was check in & check out The only reason I’m not giving The Lodge 5 stars all around is because of the room we were in smelled HORRIBLE! We mentioned it at checkout & were told it was probably the new carpet

It smelled like formaldehyde & it was absolutely overwhelming Thankfully the room had big doors we could open for fresh air Wine available as well which helped too lol Would we stay here again? Yes! Do we feel that room & new carpet should’ve been aired out or ventilated prior to occupants staying? Also yes! Someone had to have walked into that room prior to our reservation & known it was damn near unbearable!

Room was awesome! Restaurant was amazing! Staff was fantastic! Pool and hot tub were my happy place Fitness room kept me focused The overall experience was exactly the type of experience I want when I stay somewhere

The cheesecake was so good I took a piece back to my room both nights I stayed there because: I was too full from stuffing my face with deliciousness at the restaurant that I had to so I could have it a little later!!! Yum!!!

I stayed for 5 nights for a conference I was happy with the spacious room and comfortable bed I did think the bed was a bit low to the floor but got used to it

Good channel selection on the tv The bar/restaurant was staffed with great employees that saw to the guests every need Nice to have a guest laundry when needing to wash clothes I had a 3rd floor room next to the stairs that served as an easy exit to attend meeting at the conference center The only thing that was ‘off’ was lack of a shuttle to/from the hotel They simply didn’t have the staff for it, I was told Uber or a cab was available if transport was necessary It was a nice stay and I would recommend

The only hotel that I’ve stayed at that charges your credit card (for your stay), before you come to front desk to check out In my case it was a week stay and I wanted to pay with my debit card, which we did, but 5 days later, I am still waiting for the charge to be removed from my card!!! With my small $3,000 credit line that sucks! I would have been better off to let the charge remain and pay on the credit card with my debit card since I’m traveling!ALSO, worst entertainment system in the tri-cities area NO GUIDE! You have to flip channels till you find something to get into

The front desk said it’s not their fault it’s Spectrum Then why do other hotels using Spectrum here have a guide? Sh_t cancel Spectrum! Anyway, when your flipping channels one night, remember I told you so
