Giving two stars because the staff were very pleasant and the restaurant was surprisingly decent But that’s about it I booked the Westin because of its general higher-end status, but I was pretty disappointed

The lobby is set up really nicely and would lead you to believe that you’re about to have a great stay at a 4-star hotel But as soon as you leave the lobby, the rest of the hotel is mediocre at best First of all, I upgraded my room to a Junior Suite weeks before my stay, and when I checked in, I was told I would be staying in the previous room I booked because they have no junior suites available If you weren’t going to have junior suites available on the nights of my stay, why would I be able to upgrade to that room? Or did you give my junior suite away to someone else? We paid extra for a lake-front room, but the lake was brown and disgusting The rooms are no better than 2 or 3-star quality- the finishings are tacky and the bathroom/shower area was just straight up icky The shower was not user friendly at all At a certain point we called maintenance about it He told us many people call about the shower head and faucet and complains about them Additionally, make sure you get a room close to the ground floor or you’ll be waiting at least 5 minutes for the elevator- but you’ll get your steps in on the stairs! Overall, this is in no way a 4-star hotel and they should probably lose a star But your staff was excellent!

After a not so great experience at a another Atlanta area Marriott property, happy to say that this is a very nice hotel Had breakfast and dinner at Savor, and both were great Rooms are clean and (despite being in a hotel at the intersection of two interstates) quiet

Only minor complaint is that the mattresses are a bit soft Also, the pool area is currently closed / under construction

I did not enjoy my stay at your hotel The staff is extremely dry and abrupt I requested for the microwave, I initially requested upon booking the room, be sent to my room on my first night

I was told only the King suites have microwaves I explained that it was a major reason for me booking the room and she said there was nothing she could do Later on, after reading over my hotel email, I found where it was clearly stated that my room came with a microwave I called the front desk again and was told they could bring me one the next day When they brought the microwave, the man just walked in a placed it on the table He didn’t even face it the right way or plug it in It’s a good thing I already made a space for it on the table I made no further issue regarding the microwaveThe elevators smell like a sweaty gym even though our masks There are no trash bags in the trash can The refrigerator doesn’t stay cool over night We spotted a roach in our room on the second night Thankfully, checkout was the following dayHousekeeping called our room early on our last day, waking us up regarding towels we did not request Therefore, I called the front desk for an extension in our check out time and the front desk operator was very condescending She initially granted us a 30 minute extension which was ridiculous I was then allowed an 1 hour extension, however, I didn’t appreciate the nasty tone I received along with the statement”1:00 is the absolute latest”, as though I was her child asking for permissionI will most definitely, never return to this hotel as customer service and cleanliness doesn’t appear to be a top priority

Geoff Lowe

Great little quiet place to relax Room was clean and everything worked very wellOnly gripe was layout of hotel

One elevator for the entire place If your room was the furthest from it you were hoofing steps or doing a long walk

Gabrielle Hines

First of all, I would not have agreed to stay at this hotel had I known there was no complimentary breakfastSecond, the toilet was not properly cleaned upon our arrival, as my husband found out when he lifted the seat to relieve himself As he washed his hands, the sink did not drain properly

He called the front desk and the property manager came to snake the drain promptly (a plus) Then told him about the toilet He said he had to get supplies then it would be taken care of After a wait, my husband then asked the cleaning staff in the hallway to come clean it The lady cleaned the bowl first and then cleaned the seat 🤢 The manager came and cleaned it properly and we told him about the cleaning lady When my 3 yo dropped the soap and picked it up there was a hair, that was not Afro-textured like ours, on it In the three days we stayed there no one ever cleaned our room, even after we requested it (more on this later) I should have known by the worn out beige faceplates on the outlets and light switches that we would be just as neglectedThirdly, we had to ask for towels and wait for them to washed One day they ran out of large towels and had to give us pool towels The front desk agent said it’s because people don’t put them outside the room but no one told us to do that so I’m sure the other guests had no idea either While I was waiting for towels, another guest said they only clean the room every third day even if you call to request it She had been staying there 5 nights at that pointOn the upside, the beds were comfy and the A/C worked well It wasn’t the worst hotel, but do yourself a favor and pay a little more to get a better hotel

We checked in late and Ruben was so nice and very helpful! The room was very clean, which was most important to me Our room was on the bottom floor beside the exit and people were coming in and out at all hours of the night and the door slammed every time The pumps for the shampoo and conditioner in the shower didn’t work

Breakfast was pretty good!Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the night if you are passing through

Erica

I was in town under not so great circumstances and had a few issues with rooms after checking in after 3am Keke at the front desk was very nice and patient and got me in a decent room for the night She even left a note for the manager, which made it easy to explain the next morning

Michelle took accountability for the hotel and took good care of us for the duration of our stay Nope, no credits needed All it took was a friendly face who understood the situation, apologized, and fixed it right away The ENTIRE staff was friendly and seems to enjoy their job! It gave me a little comfort when I needed it the most!

Sonal

The rooms were spacious, but no house cleaning done for the 4 days that we were there The breakfast was good But the lady cleaning and restocking the items was very upset about the number of people that were having breakfast

Multiple teams had booked that hotel for a 4 day tournament There was a time, she even lashed out on the kids Something that is not hospitality If the staff doesn’t like soo many people booked and having breakfast, then they should not entertain booking it Would never plan on going back there

I greatly enjoyed our week stay at this hotel! The ENTIRE staff was friendly, professional, and courteous There is daily breakfast and coffee/tea in the lobby They have drinks and snacks for sale which really came in handy since we didn’t have a car intially

The hotel is clean and bright There is a fitness center, pool, and lobby computer for use Housekeeping will drop off linens and towels to your room swiftly when you call reception There is even a large park basically next door where my son could play It’s also pet friendly!

Sian Simmons

As someone who works for a Hilton property, I generally know what to expect The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable I deducted a star for the cold shower we had to take because the water would not get warm

(I had seem other reviews stating this was an issue but had hoped it had been taken care of) Another star was deducted for breakfast quality and the fact that the lobby area was still dirty from breakfast an hour and a half after breakfast ended

Danyell Echols

Perfect example and model of what PEFECT FIVE STAR Hospitality should look like!!! Starting with the parking lot and outside property CLEAN and free of debris!!!! NEXT the front desk representatives nice, knowledgeable, worked fast paced, very helpful THEN the room was spotless Everything in place, bed cozy , sheets white as snow and even smelled clean!!!! The shower head made my shower pleasant and calming! Towels clean , no hair in sink, tub or drainage Door Dash was allowed to drop off my meal at the door and not in the lobby WONDERFUL!!!! Breakfast was a FULL AND HOT BAR!! Coffee made fresh and free for guess during your stay!!! The place was clean at first No issue there Front desk people were pleasant however coming into the room, the key did not work

Had to request the front desk staff to open the door until the next day the had an engineer come in to fix it while we were trying to go out to an eventRoom service was hard to request We asked the cleaning people in the morning for room service and was told it would be done After coming back from outside at 5pm, nothing was cleaned and we were told it was too late for room service by a lady who seemed like the cleaning manager who was also very rude we were also told we had to ask the front desk before 2pm This information was not given to us by the cleaning people or even the front desk Mind you, we requested cleaning service early in the morning from the cleaning people and paid over 600$ to stay 3 nights I do not appreciate this service and probably would not stay here again

Cameron Curley

Staff was SUPER NICE! Give the front desk person Stephanie a raise! She was extraordinary helpful and kind through my stayRooms were nice, had good outlet locations, and the bathroom was very nice as well with good water pressureParking is free too, unlike most places with $50 per night parking

Kalah Regis

The hotel was very clean upon arrival and check in was easy and simple The team member at the desk was nice During the night, there were issues with the air conditioning unit , I called on Saturday around noon and the person at the desk was very quick to accommodate

She was probably the best person that I interacted with during my whole stay (please thank her for the extra star rating ) Not a huge snack selection , they need more options for guest The next night I called around midnight and requested a late check out I was told 1230 was the latest and the person on the phone asked me for my room number and said she would put it on the list The next morning housekeeping knocked once and walked right in the room Didn’t announce herself, didn’t say housekeeping, didn’t say hello… NothingThe front desk clerk called shortly after she came back up there for a second time and I told her had late check out She stated that they were not informed At this point it’s around 1135 I stayed to her that I called and spoke to someone who took my room number down as well and I was told 1230 was the latest She stated to me they do not do late check out last 12I understand everything that was told to me However, I do not have a reason to lie and if what I was told was incorrect then that conversation needs to be had with the night shift ( night auditors) or whom ever It is unprofessional to go back and forth with the guest As a diamond member, I am shocked quite honestly about the way this was handled I did contact customer service regarding this, my biggest thing is not announcing yourself when you are coming into a roomI will not be returning for another stay at this location I have not heard back from the management team either

Nice hotel perfect for business travelers If you’ve been to one courtyard, you’ve been to all of themI checked in after 11:00 pm, and the air-conditioner in my room was making some weird noises

They put me in a new room as soon as I brought the issue to their attentionThe staff is friendly and the rates were reasonable

Johnny Gomez

Very nice Courtyard by Marriott property It’s a renovated property, but it’s much better than expected The lobby and restaurant area are super nice and the staff is fantastic

Only issue is that breakfast isn’t included in the rate Other courtyard hotels provide breakfast, but for some reason this one didn’t We were very disappointed, especially when we found out the prices for breakfast We weren’t the only ones that left the hotel in order to have an affordable breakfast a block away at Einstein Bagels

Vin Diesel

This Courtyard was top-notch and very impressed with the layout of the room I felt very secure and I liked how you could walk out of your room straight into the Courtyard I was greeted with smiles by the front desk and I requested more towels through the Marriott Bonvoy App but never received them my digital key was ready but they never sent it through to the app

That is the only gripe I have is don’t offer services through your app for your members if you are not going to monitor the app Other than that great place to stay

My daughter and I came into town for a Deftones concert We had been on the road for about 7 hours So we were pretty tired and just wore out

Very nice hotel Friendly staff Comfortable beds

Could use better pillows and high pet fee but free parking and lots of breakfast choices We stayed when we were in town for a braves game Easy to access highway even with construction I was concerned walking into the room that it wouldn’t be cold but the AC cranked out cold air and it was great Very dog friendly

Christy Szabo

Beautiful, CLEAN hotel Easiest check in process and and most accommodating front desk Young family of 4 with 2 small children

Stayed night of Braves game then ventured to the aquarium the next day Perfect location Shower had no blemishes and carpet had no debris Breakfast was filling and had something for the entire family Will definitely have a return visit

Anna Wenders

The staff were very nice, and our room was good, if a little noisy (we were on 6th floor on the street side of the building) Everything was clean and comfortable Great water pressure and very hot water

The noise from the hallway and room next door was a little loud, but I’m a light sleeper and things settled down by 12 am Loved the gym which I used every day, and the indoor pool which I would have used if I’d know how nice it was and had packed a bathing suit The complimentary breakfast was fairly good though I only ate oatmeal and yogurt Coffee was very good Overall, very good value

Nice Hotel overall! Hot Breakfast with plenty of selection Room was cleanish however there was room for improvement, Several Spots that could have used more dusting but other than that not too bad Would have been nice to have a microwave in my room instead of having to walk all the way down to the lobby just to use the microwave

Other than that though everything was great, Pool was nice and warm and staff were very friendly and were very helpful and accommodating to my needs Would stay again!

Luciana Smalls

The staff is friendly and helpful The TV worked for two nights and then stopped working A staff from the front desk attempted to correct the issue earlier in the day; however, when I called the front desk later in the evening, the only option offered was to change the room which was after 8 PM at night

I did not want to pack up and move to the other room I understand there is no maintenance person on site I appreciate the free breakfast; however, the food was cold both morning The hotel is located in a beautiful area and nearby there are shopping stores and restaurants It is located close to the city My family enjoyed the pool The bed was comfortable On my way to check out, there was no one there I dropped the card off and left I was disappointed overall with my experience

Julianne X

It’s not the staffs fault that this hotel needs some updating! The carpet had a lot of stains, the furniture chipping, doors also very worn along the bottom One other issue was the absence of front desk staff at times and no one answering the phone promptly, until I called three times and just let it ring until someone answered! That was on Fri May 6 in the early afternoon This was not the weekend if one wanted to relax quietly

There was reportedly a large birthday party Plenty of noise, talking, cussing, children running up and down the hall very late in the night And all the talking and carrying on from the floor beneath me was bothersome My next door neighbor must have been partially deaf because the sounds from his TV we’re very loud, as if the walls are paper thin I choose this location thinking it was going to be quiet and relaxing NOT!! Anyhow, despite my complaints, I’m giving the hotel 4 and 5 stars On any other weekend, it might have been a perfect stay!!

Nice hotel, Mali and Kim took care of all my requests, they were really responsive and kind The hotel room was fine, similar to other Hilton rooms, however I called for laundry service once and they didn’t have one I would expect from a Hilton hotel to offer laundry service, specially if I’m attending meetings all week

That’s something the hotel needs to improve Breakfast was poor from my perspective

Felecia Williamson

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend; our experience was wonderful!! We arrived at 2:00 in the morning We were exhausted from our drive and so hungry We were met by Jade and Venness at the front desk and they saved our night! They were so accommodating and made all attempts to get us into our room quickly so we could get some rest

They both were so kind and helpful and presented such sweet spirits which made our difficult night so much better! The next morning we woke up and went to the front desk with questions about the area and Cody and Mali went above and beyond to give us information about the local area and gave input on where to find good food They were so fun to talk with and made our stay so enjoyable with their helpful, outgoing personalities All I can say is that this hotel has some amazing staff members!! These ladies go beyond the call of duty to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable Thank you, Jade, Venness, Cody, and Mali for making our trip amazing!! We will be returning due to how awesome you made our trip!!

We stayed here one night with our son Everything seemed clean The pool was warm and there was a breakfast buffet

If the breakfast was edible I would have given it 5 stars but even though they had waffles, eggs (scrambled, omelette and boiled), bacon, yogurt, fruit and milk some of the items had a weird taste We went to Einstein Bagel’s close by If you don’t have a budget for breakfast you won’t starve! Also, the coffee was kind of bad If they were able to improve the breakfast to something the staff would even want to eat everyday it would be amazing! I guess I’m focusing on the breakfast because that was the only issue there was But I would stay here again regardless Overall, I found people in Atlanta to be very friendly and not overly concerned about CDC recommendations pretty much everywhere we went

Krishna Juluri

The location was excellent The customer service was excellent, the staff were always there to answer any questions or fulfill any requests Within the means this hotel is great but when I compare this to other Fairfield locations the rooms here need a lot of attention(finishings, paint, cracked tiles etc

) A very genuine effort was made by the staff to provide a great breakfast but for someone who stays more than a day the hot options need to be real

Janice G

Nice location, safe, clean, quiet, good night’s rest, conveniet to restaurants and attractions, and friendly staff It is a bit older location so not quite as up to date as newer locations Our coffee pot in the room did not work and since we had to leave at 5 a

m we had to get coffee elsewhere and also left before the breakfast offered with our room was available (maybe at 6:30?)

Loved our room Used bookingcom and it worked out

I loved the cleanliness of it I didn’t see any mold I even forgot my shower shoes, but it really was clean enough for me to feel comfortable and place my bare feet on the shower floor Ranked a 4/5 because perfection is what we all are still aiming for 😇 also the space of the room was great and we did not have a handicap room due to being fullI will say that the front desk in the morning seemed to be ran by one person So a line formed but it didn’t take the person long before coming back and kindly assisting with everyone’s situation

A safe and Great location close to highway, restaurants, shopping & more The rooms were nice and super comfortable Everything was really clean and looked good except for the chairs in front of elevator

Service was quick, professional and friendly The only downside was that they offer breakfast but not included in what you already paid

I was satisfied during my 4 day stay It’s definitely an older establishment, but it was clean Parking was readily available and in close proximity to the building

The breakfast was good with a nice assortment/variety of choices Norman at the front desk was very hospitable and hilarious !! The only minor issue I encountered was the time it took for the water to heat up (5-10 min) Aside from that, my stay was very pleasant

I am just flying home from a 5 day stay in Atlanta It was my first stay at Hilton Northeast 5993 Peachtree Industrial blvd

I have been making this trip to the Americas Mart for many years This is by far my most enjoyable hotel stay Each person that worked there was extra friendly The room was super clean Bed was comfortableThe restaurant and room service was my favorite Traveling alone, I had dinner in my room each nightThe food was perfect Also the breakfast which came with my room, was far better than any other I have had at other hotels All the people there were great! I especially liked the service of Yuley He was friendly and has top notch customer service I felt even though traveling alone, the people helped me feel as though I had friends in Atlanta

The hotel is average, nice staff The cleanliness of our room was very impressive I grabbed a few disinfecting wipes at the reception (nice touch!) with the intention of sanitizing all the surfaces we were going to be touching for sure in our room

To my surprise the wipes barely got dirty, there was not even dust there!!! I could see they take seriously the sanitation during this pandemicNobody will be cleaning your room during your stay so if you need extra towels or something else, you need to ask for it at the front desk Breakfast is not included and costs over $14 per person, you can find better options at the local restaurants5 stars is for the excellent cleaning protocol they are obviously following

I largely enjoyed my stay at this hotel The front desk receptionists were phenomenal in how friendly and welcoming they were The hotel is generally very clean and they had a very good gym on-site

I love the digital key availability and my room was comfortable, clean, and cozy My only complaint was that there is not any sound proofing and you can hear every single person talking in the hallway and slamming doors and dropping things above you I wasn’t able to get great sleep, solely due to the other guests If you’re sensitive to noise (which I’m actually not, but if feels like the sound was amplified), maybe consider bringing ear plugs Otherwise, the location was great as there is a decent restaurant/bar attached, a Target, Best Buy, and mall nearby I would stay at this hotel again PS – they do have their signature chocolate chip cookie but you specifically have to ask the receptionist for it It won’t be visually apparent when you are at the front desk

Very happy with some of the staff and how friendly they are but the manager didn’t acknowledge that the alarms going off all night due to marijuana smoking was an issue that deserved complimentary stays or future discounts That’s totally unacceptable Free breakfast isn’t very compensatory

People had plans the next day which were completely ruined After long hours of travel, guests have the expectation of a quiet night for comfort and rest when they pay to stay a a reputable hotel chain My wife and I are both have career experience in the travel industry This is unacceptable from a chain of this stature First, we were told the alarm was going off due to a storm which was not even severe, it was very light rain Secondly, we were told it was due to maintenance related issues I don’t feel this is very honest We left our rooms and smelled nothing but marijuana in the hallways Housekeeping had the doors open and we smelled it everywhere in the hallways Please be honest and forthcoming with more acceptable offers and a compatible reimbursement for these awful circumstances Our toilet was also dirty upon arrival Something should be done

I really enjoyed my stay here at this beautiful hotel It was peaceful, front desk attendant very nice The room we were in was clean, neat and it was well worth the money

The only thing I didn’t like is not having a microwave in the room that’s why I rated 4-stars Oh, and another thing upon arrival to get to the room, the housekeeper had the all of her things (supplies) and dirty linen hamper blocking the darn doorway where I couldn’t even get in the room! I understand she has to do her job, but do it correctly and follow safety guidelines when cleaning Do not block the hallways nor doors That is definitely a safety hazardOther than that, hopefully the next time we stay here that pool up on the 3rd floor will be open! The view from up there and just relaxing by the pool

We stayed here for 2 nights over the memorial day weekend The size of the room is good, its spacious, the view from the big windows was great We could see the highways and bridges and city without obstruction

Sunset sky looks great from the room Breakfast was included and was a decent spread compared to the spread we have in the US but it was nothing in comparison to what we get in Asia Has a nice swimming pool and a big garden It is pet friendlyJust remember not expect a lot in terms of service or facilities because well it is US and not in Asia

This was easily the best value in the area A very clean, new hotel with some pretty grounds in the back We stayed six days in a suite

The staff was very friendly and helpful The stay was an excellent value despite some days of scaled-back breakfast service (that situation seemed in-flux, so check on that if you care) I think the value comes from the fact that the hotel is near an office park and may be designed for more pre-pandemic business travelers than they are seeing right now We were allowed to redeem a suite award despite the rooms being labeled premium suites (so your mileage may vary) Parking is $14 a day which is a better value than some comparable Hyatt properties Anyways, great stay – I highly recommend

The staff was very attentive and polite:-) the manager went out of her way to make it feel like home and feel like you’re around friends and family They knew us by name and always addressed as is Mr and Mrs Whited The rooms were nice and clean as well as the hotel

I would highly recommend this place and is well worth the price I wished all hotels would treat us as well as this hotel did in future stays I just never found the customer service and friendliness in its staff as I did at the Hyatt House Thank you guys for a wonderful stay and look forward to seeing you guys again:-) keep up the Great customer service:-)

teonna salisbury

All of the staff were friendly EXCEPT one girl at the front desk when we were checking in There were 2 girls there, one was friendly and welcoming, the other was very short with us and rude The rooms weren’t horrible but felt like they needed to be cleaned better

Also, this hotel puts a $50 charge on your card for incidentals I work at a hotel and have plenty of experience with the different hotels in my area…none of them ever charge that much Usually only $10-$20 It was a decent place for us to stop for a couple hours to sleep but would never come here again

Kelley Villegas

One star only because of the staff being very nice If you come here, bring ear plugs The noise from the highway is constant all night long (you feel like you’re parked on the highway and here comes a Mack truck followed by a police sirens all night)

Also bring pillows Their pillows feel like they have rocks in them I also found that the pillow case was not clean and had mascara stains on it It does have a pool table and a nice sitting area outside, if you enjoy the sounds of the highway

– TV broken – got fixed but no streaming- Internet slow – no enhanced internet- Charged me for parking even though I didn’t have a car – had to argue to get that removed

– No housekeeping for entire stay – even though their policy is to provide every day- No water pressure- Tub is curved and slippery – almost killed myself- Bistro employees are very good, Starbucks coffee is good, food is wretched- Front desk staff likes to get that last word and argued with me about most of the aboveDo not stay here

Monique Desouge

The hotel charged me a mandatory 200 dollar incidental fee when I checked in on top of the 830 I paid for 4 nights You have 2 options for parking: self park for 24 dollars every time you leave the garage or a 38 dollar a day vallet parking with the hotel I was surprised because that was not clearly explained when I booked my room

Breakfast is not included The restaurant in the hotel is room charge only Finally, my room was only serviced once When I requested to have my garbage taken out, they dumped the garbage can into a giant black garbage bag and left it in my room They also left the dirty towels I’m very disappointed I will never stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it to a friend

Jason Hancock

The common spaces at the hotel looked nice, but the rooms really need some attention! The bathroom just needed to be gutted completely From the jet exhaust fan to the terrible shower, it just felt like the hotel room was left behind in the mid-1990’s The ergonomics of the TV location and the very strange furniture, some leveled with wood shims you get from Lowes, just added to the feeling of stepping back in time
