We stayed for 7 days and the vibes of the hotel was amazing! The housekeeping staff was some hard working ladies The front desk staff was just as amazing! The rooms was a little small but it worked since we didn’t spend to much time in there anyways The conspire in the lower level was my favorite spot to be in, if I wasn’t out on the town! If I am ever back in the area Revolution will be the hotel I stay in

Rachel Morrison

Had such a great time staying here for our anniversary weekend! The hotel is so fun, the staff so kind and helpful, and they also have a delicious coffee shop right at the front for easy breakfasts It’s easy walking distance to so many things, especially the Boston Common, and is in such a beautiful neighborhood They also left a bottle of wine and a note in our room – Which was so thoughtful! 🙂

Justin Downs

Rooms are very small for the bed size/floorspace ratio, even considering the shared bathroom-block concept Design and accoutrements add a level of comfort and thoughtfulness, but some material choices are low worry and feel cheap Lobby design and decor however are impeccable and pay homage to the building and the area’s history

Also the private bathroom units within the shared washroom spaces are very welcoming and provide the privacy level on par with any included in the bedroom spaces, even while being non-traditional concept

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Morrison House They were able to accommodate our (very) late check-in, and the bed was super comfortable — just what these weary travelers needed after driving eight hours Two of the best night’s sleeps we’ve had in a long while

Our room was comfy with a desk and sitting area The bathroom only has room for one person at a time, but the shower is tall and has excellent water pressure (Important detail, at least for me)Breakfast featured french press coffee Mostly fruit and cereal with a muffin/cake of the day Hard-boiled eggs and yogurt for protein We enjoyed our time at the breakfast table with another family visiting from CaliforniaThey have on-site parking in the driveway beside the house Nice area too, close to the nearby square with shops and restaurants Would book again

Mike Marmon

Beautiful clean rooms, wonderful beds, amazing breakfast, and the owners are there for you on any subject to help We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel and absolutely loved Morrison House They will be our go to when in Boston

2 blocks from red subway station DAVIS, and Davis Square is such a fun and safe area to wander home to at the end of the day Great bars, restaurants, movie theatre, natural foods store, everything Its a neighborhood completely self sustaining for everything we need Due to COVID we were concerned about mask wearing and gathering together with others for breakfast These wonderful owners have everyone wearing masks at all time in the public areas It’s a large large dining area and never were we within 8 feet of another guest Plus, you can take your food to your room or the back patio if you’d prefer It was perfect

Erica Martin

I have stayed at both the Morrison and Davis Houses several times now when I visit Boston It has always been a lovely experience The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable

It is quiet, and convenient Off street parking, close to everything, and easy The owners are so nice, and go out of their way to be helpful I said that I was gluten-free, and they made fresh baked gluten free muffins for me for breakfast I will definitely be staying here in the future

Eric was an incredible host The place is clean and perfectly located The scones at breakfast (sometimes offered) are amazing! My main recommendation for Eric is to be cautious of his talkativeness, be less chatty

Not every guest wants to have a conversation with the B&B host extensively, or at length at every breakfast We enjoyed talking to you, but please be conscious of this with guests to create space for them to enjoy morning solitude or just talk to the person they’re staying with Keep the conversations short 🙂 Nonetheless a gem in Cambridge!

Dave Rogala

My wife and I stayed here for a week-long vacation in Boston The experience was excellent from start to finishAbout a week prior to our arrival Eric contacted me via e-mail to ensure that the room we had selected was what we were expecting and to finalize some of our arrival details

During our stay Eric and Judy were wonderful hosts An excellent breakfast was provided every morning Eric pointed out some great dining options and made some excellent suggestions for sights to see that we hadn’t thought of He even let me charge up my car (plug-in hybrid) prior to the days we were using itThe inn itself is a beautifully restored home The care Eric and Judy have taken restoring and furnishing it results in an absolutely wonderful atmosphere The pictures on their website don’t really do the place justiceThe location was also excellent We were one block away from a MBTA subway station on a line that took us directly into Boston We were easy walking distance to Harvard square (maybe bear in mind that my wife and I consider a couple of miles “easy walking distance”) and there was no shortage of restaurants in the immediate vicinity There is even a Whole Foods directly across the street Even though the inn is in the middle of Cambridge we found it to be very quiet at night and we were in one of the rooms that faces the roadI can’t really overstate how fantastic our stay there was and will certainly be attempting to stay there again if we come back to Boston

This past April, 2022, we stayed 6 nights at the Prospect Place Bed & Breakfast The April stay was our second at the B&BEach time, Eric (owner) immediately offered to help us take our luggage downstairs to the beautiful two-room Charles Suite

The Charles Suite is located on the lower level of the B&B Words do not do justice to the Charles Suite, so I have included photos of the guest room with my review The Charles Suite has a private sitting room with a digital television, loads of books, etc Double doors lead to the bedroom, which has a king size bed, closet, and several antique furniture pieces The bathroom has shower with two individual, adjustable showerheads, a bidet, hair dryer, and nice liquid soapsAs noted by other Google reviewers, although the B&B is located in a very safe area, the front door is always locked Eric provides guests with a very, very, very easily remembered passcode that unlocks the front door You never have to remember to take your key, much less worry about losing a key! As you enter the B&B, directly in front of you there is a beautiful Victorian staircase leading to other guest rooms, ornate wooden moldings around doors and windows, gorgeous wooden floors, antique rugs, art pieces, and to your right, a spacious first floor sitting room with large windows overlooking Prospect Street that guests are encouraged to use (photo included)Each day, Eric or Judy make breakfast A typical breakfast included fresh fruit, baked goods or homemade granola, Greek yogurt, tea, coffee, and juice One day, we were served a wonderful spinach and mushroom casserole, another day a delightful French toast casserole with pure maple syrup On non-casserole days, Eric would typically offer to make guests an omelet or scrambled eggsDuring our both of stays, we would walk to delightful nearby non-chain Cambridge restaurants; go to Boston’s famous North End or to the harbor area for seafood However, I confess that with a Whole Foods store literally across the street from the B&B; more than once my partner and I went to Whole Foods and picked up individual chocolate cheesecakes for dessert Like most caring B&B owners, Eric and Judy are happy to provide restaurant or sightseeing suggestions The B&B location is very convenient for travelers who enjoy using mass transit There are bus stops near the B&B, and the Red Line’s Central T stop is only very short (about 4-minute) walk awayWe enjoyed the accommodations, delightful chats with other B&B guests, the location, and the wonderful hospitality of our hosts, Eric and Judy We have already made plans to return to the Prospect Place Bed & Breakfast for another 6-night stay

I did not know what to expect, this was my first time staying anywhere other than an actual hotel It was a pleasant surprise The room was up a few flights of stairs and very clean with great add on like TV, Internet, extra blankets, liquid soap and shampoo

A shared kitchen with coffee, daily continental breakfast pastries, juice, milk, yogurt You can place food in the fridge and use the microwave It’s extremely close to public transportation and Davis square Worth the stay!

Kimberly Reaume

I booked a room here so I could stay in the area while my husband had spinal surgery After I booked my reservation I called the B&B to discuss my situation I spoke with Christina, one of the owners, and explained that I may need an extra night or two but I wouldn’t know for certain until the day after his surgery when the Doctor could assess his progress

She said ‘ok just let me know’ We checked in Sunday, I brought my husband to the hospital on Monday and when I returned to the B&B Christina was waiting for me to ask when I would be out of the room as she gave it to someone else We had an exchange that was unpleasant Long story short these people only care about money they are NOT a warm & fuzzy, or friendly B&B they do not care about you or have any interest in anything beside you paying themBed was terrible and I won’t even get into the issues with the TV!Stay if you want, but be careful they don’t give your room away!

Colin Tam

Christina and Steven are the best hosts and are simply incredible people (I didn’t have a chance to meet you Steven during my stay; next time!) The B&B is extremely clean and welcoming I had a lovely chat with Christina and received some great recommendations Other guests were just as warm and welcoming too

The neighbourhood is quiet, yet Davis Square is lovely and lively in the evening Close to restaurants, a grocery store, the Davis Square subway station, bars It is very easy to get in and out of Boston and Cambridge I just walked pretty much the entire time I was there and once I was tired, just hop on the Red Line and you’re 4 minutes away from the B&B! Travelling during a pandemic can be nerve-racking but the policies in place Bowers House takes the stress away Spotless and clean and the rooms have disinfectant spray and hand sanitizer throughout the property I’m at odds posting this review as Bowers House is a bit of a hidden treasure in the area! Greetings from Toronto to you!

Aghavni Bedrossian

This hotel is dirty, with poor service and dishonest practicesWe paid $ 560/night for a room with king size bed Instead we were given a tiny dirty room with a queen bed with dirty sheets; there was a dirty sock in the bed, from the previous guest

Also the sheets had make-up stains The side table was stained, the bathroom was dirty, there was no hand soap in the bathroom A request for some shower gel to wash my hands with turned into a major problem with the front desk clerk The room had a very noisy refrigerator, the walls were badly stained The entire place looks dirty, tiered and unkempt, truly not by any means a Hilton No person should be subjected to such a treatment They should shut down this hotel for a complete revamp including the management!

Mark Russell

Decent location and very friendly employees The hotel very much is missing on most points Absolutely not a value at the price they’re asking and regret our stay

The rooms are quite old and dated, our window was cracked, peeling paint, cracked outlets, a bit of a mess Will say the bathroom was decent and where they concentrated on the last renovation Could have and should have gone further, will look elseware next visits to the area

Benji Stone

We showed up in Cambridge not knowing what to expect Noah was at the front desk and made our stay absolutely perfect Helped get us amazing reservations for dinner, set us up with a beautiful room

After learning it was our anniversary, Noah made sure to make it special by having rose petals, charcuterie board, sparkling water! Will definitely be back! Amazing team! Thank you

OMG what a nightmare! We booked the room 6 months in advance based on the nice Victorian room pics on website Then when we checked in, he put us in the house next door with super small rooms, used garage sale furniture, old 20” tv (non smart tv) and nothing like the photos advertised! I went back to hallway and caught him walking in and told him this is unacceptable because we booked the Victorian rooms He said others paid more for rooms so they got the Victorian rooms

I told him this is a bait and switch and he stormed off while I was still talking to him Then we pulled covers back to check the sheets and there was a black hair on pillow case and a stain on sheet My wife called on phone and asked if they could change the sheets? He yelled at her “you don’t like, you can leave right now!”… I started looking around for hidden cameras thinking surely we must be getting punked for a new reality show on Air BnB’s! It was like the soup guy in the Seinfeld TV series! This all happened in first 10 minutes of arriving We checked hotels in area and all were booked so had stay here But wait it gets better, upon leaving room to check out, the lock broke on door and we were literally locked inside our room and had to wait until someone could open door with key from outside! I won’t even mention the towels from Dollar store or the dirty trash cans never emptied outside on porches etc Also they advertise as Bed & Breakfast but they Do Not serve breakfast They don’t even have fruit or water or anything like that You’ve been warned!!!

Miro Gavin

Not for germaphobes The covid precautions seem okay, but disinfected and sterile dirt on the sheets is still dirt on the sheetsAlso, they had MOLD GROWING on the air conditioner

It’s cold so it accumulates water, grows mold, and then because it grows on the air conditioner, the conditioner blows the mold spores everywhere So disgusting, but I haven’t gotten sick yet

Honestly

Beautiful, comfortable, accommodating & lovely staff However, when booking we were told certain amenities would be available such as a TV only to find out later that televisions aren’t offered in a particular building belonging to the facility Not so upsetting, considering I had my own technology, however, that plus the lack of soap and other basic accommodations (hair dryer, etc

) was a little unsettling The manager did his best to accommodate with this and parking Beautiful surrounding areas including a farm and other historic sites nearby in Cambridge Again, in terms of customer satisfaction, it leaves a lot to be desired

This hotel is very clean and orderly, and there is a quaintness about it, with lots of little narrow stairways etc The staff is courteous The location is great- we loved being able to be ‘at home’ in Cambridge in a more residential area, it definitely had a local feel

There is tea and coffee and chocolates in a common area, which was nice However everything is very outdated…it didn’t look like a single piece of furniture had been upgraded or replaced in at least 30 years, and a lot was chipped or threadbare It is basically the quality of a hostel, but with private rooms The shower and shower curtain grossed me out a bit- it was perfectly clean but just stained from age, and claustrophobic The mattress was super hard and springy and had a noisy plastic mattress protector The bathroom fan made an awful noise and turned on whenever the light was on The water in the toilet in our bathroom would not stop running, and the room smelled musty I literally bought a glade plug in air freshener from CVS to mask the smell Also there was no security latch, bolt, or chain on the inside of the room door, which did not make me feel comfortable- anyone with a key could enter at any time If I had paid $60-70 a night or something I would have been like ‘everything was old but it was a great deal!’ However it was like $200 a night after taxes Way too much money for how outdated the accommodations were If I had known what it was like I would have spent a little more on a different hotel

Matteo Antognoli

The inn is pleasant and not expensive compared to the area nearby downtown Most importantly it is well connected by Bus 1 and the red train line The Staff cares about cleaning your room

It is friendly and available to help you Although some improvements could be made (especially to the noisy AC and the mattresses), the place is fine for a short period like a vacation or a conference It has wifi and comfortable chairs in front of the main door

Yunyan Li

Great ambiance with historic feel! The staff was so friendly – I found out the day before my freedom trail tour that mobile pass won’t work and I need to print a physical copy, front office staff gladly let me sent email with the pass and printed for me in the office – saving me walking out in 99F heat to get it printed somewhereI also loved the common area/family room and the kitchen/dining/entertainment area in the basement I have enough room to lay out my two screens and practically all by myself with cool air beating the extreme heat outside

Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a walking-distance location to Harvard square’s fun and chic restaurants!

I’m mainly writing this because I saw some reviews in the past saying that the breakfast is only coffee and bread I would like to correct this: the breakfast, which is included in the price, is tea and coffee with toast, peanut butter and jelly, of which you can have as much as you want Maybe it’s not a big difference for some people, but I don’t think saying just coffee and bread is fair

Apart from that, the staff are amazing, kind and helpful The rooms have heir own bathroom with shower, very clean There is also a fridge, lockers and enough sockets (contrary to what it said in a past review) Maybe this changed after the renovation

very comfortable, obviously convenient several rooms in a large completely renovated Davis square house whoever runs this bed and breakfast is a genius! they seemingly thought about every single object and finish in the whole place

it’s perfect tables are not too big not too small everything is really attractive and functional the downstairs living room and kitchen are a great asset you get your own individual French press lots of coffee fresh fruit salad etc etc I stayed in a tiny room upstairs and though it was tiny it was plenty comfortable it had everything the bathroom which was right there had an amazing shower it was huge, modern, and the tiles followed the peaked roof line! the mother of the proprietors is very charming highly recommended place to stay

Great bed and breakfast!Sparkling clean, awesome location (3min to the subway, 20min to downtown Boston door to door), very calm in a cute residential areaWonderful breakfast, it even includes daily homemade pastries, and Susan will make sure to adapt her recipes if you have any allergies!I recommend this B&B without any hesitation!

Patsy McGaughy

We had an excellent stay The room was clean and well-appointed The breakfast was substantial and there was a lot of variety on offer

But most of all, the staff was the BEST! We were staying after my husband had a medical procedure at Mass General and everyone was kind, compassionate, helpful and very friendly What a pleasure, especially in these times of often less-than-stellar customer service, to be treated so well From the front desk staff to the breakfast crew to housekeeping, we had nothing but exceptional service And everyone was so friendly and always smiling!

Larry Becker

We reserved a mobility accessible room because my wife uses a wheelchair – we were in town for a visit to nearby Mass General hospital The room we were given had multiple issues that presented hazards for my wife We reported both issues promptly to the front desk and in both cases the hotel failed to resolve them

I do not recommend this hotel for people with disabilities Here are the details Although the room did in fact have a mobility accessible bathroom as advertised, it was on the right side of a very narrow hallway that was partially obstructed by a large piece of furniture containing the microwave and refrigeratorBecause this piece of furniture protruded into the narrow passageway to the bathroom it was difficult for my wife to maneuver through it without banging her hands This is a common hazard for people with wheelchairs and one the hotel should be aware of if they are truly ADA compliantWhen I noticed this upon arrival, I immediately called the front desk and said there was a heavy piece of furniture that was preventing safe wheelchair access and I asked someone to simply help me move itSomeone from engineering arrived , entered the room without wearing a mask, looked around and did not seem to know what to do I asked that, because we are in the midst of a pandemic, they return with a mask and then we could move the furniture together The person left to go find a mask Time passed I eventually received a call from the front desk saying the furniture was too heavy to move By that time, I had already moved it myself It was not that heavyThe required grab bar to the left of the toilet looked more like a towel bar than an ADA approved grab bar Sure enough, when my wife who is of average height and weight leaned on it when rising from the toilet it immediately loosened from the wall! We reported this to the front desk told them when we would be out of the room so they could fix it 24 hours later, upon check out the bar was still not fixedBesides these hazardous experiences for a person with disabilities the hotel was simply mediocre But it was the hazards that will prevent us from returning, and prevent us from recommending it for anyone with a disability This is not our first experience with Marriott playing fast and loose with ADA requirements, which is very disappointing from an established and powerful brand

Vijay Budhan

Nice hotel It had a microwave which was nice Hotel was nice clean entry new

Small parking lot for $40 a day(Aug 2022) Only a 13 min walk for museum of science, and 10 minute drive from Quincy Market and Fennel Hall Right next to the Green subway line which is a five 5 walk Good compromise if your looking to pay a little less rather than staying downtown

Well, this Holiday Inn Express was everything I expected

But, they gave me what I expected and more Upon checking in, the front office staff made us feel so welcome Joan, in particular, was quite friendly when we were zonked from a long drive Joan very kindly showed us where to park Easy, breezy check-in The breakfast was excellent Hot and cold items Very nice I made a mistake as breakfast goes to 11 am on weekends and 10 am on weekdays I showed up after breakfast had already been cleaned up My fault But the Breakfast manager offered to get me some bagels, fruit, and yogurt which she did not have to do I was late Upon checkout, we saw our housekeeper, and she said “Have a nice Day” Check-out was a breezeI don’t know Joan’s title but she brought over-the-top friendliness into the hotel What a delight We will returnOh, did I say we stayed over a Red Sock weekend game No matter They were busy but still extremely nice and welcomingDiane Borden

I came to Boston for Major surgery The professionalism and courtesy of their staff, compared to other hotels recommended by the hospital, was outstanding The room was deliciously comfortable, the staff strove to serve, and everything was as smooth as it could be while I was preoccupied by the stress of surgery

Will definitely choose this hotel the next time I come back to Boston for something more fun!

A very sweet and pleasant young lady Jami checked me in this past Sunday I wasway early for my check in and I wanted a lower floor She called me as soon as the room was ready and gave me excellent directions on how to get to Haymarket

We had a great stay in a private queen room (w/ private bathroom) The breakfast was incredible each morning The rooms are a little warm, but staff accommodated me by not only turning the thermostat slightly cooler, but also by providing me with a small fan, making it the perfect temp in the room

We didn’t use the laundry facilities, but they are available and coin operated There is an ice machine and a water filter in the basement, as well as multiple shared refrigerators It would have been great to have a fridge in the room, but we weren’t too inconvenienced by having to share Coffee available even in the afternoon, and it’s decent coffee! Thanks for the stay We’ll come again

I stayed at Irving house 5 years back when visiting MIT, and I really liked it, so I came back when I was visiting MIT again I took a single room with shared bath The room is perfect for a single person

It’s compact yet efficient The bed was also very comfortable It’s perfect for a short stay, if you are out for work on campus mostly I always found the bathrooms available It’s a little bit of a walk to MIT campus, but I enjoyed it I remembered the breakfast being great, and it still is Overall, great value for price for a short working stay

okay how can one have a horrible bed but still get four Stars? well it’s partly location location location Irving house is an 8 minute walk to the red line T and Harvard square and all the restaurants it’s a really nice walk, too

in the bed and breakfast is super clean charming it has a very good breakfast showers are great although there’s will a water and a half bathroom this for several rooms it was never a problem the bathroom was never occupied when I wanted to use it the single were my head was quite small but that was fine too okay the bed very squishy and there was a divot that one had to prop oneself up on to prevent one from falling in some people like soft bed so they might like a bed like this but I like a firm bed and this one was pretty bad but despite all that I would recommend this place highly very very pleasant comfy , quiet and very close to Harvard square

The hotel is fine for the price I paid The staff is super friendly and attentive They went beyond my expectation

Room had the fan inside, but it was not that noisy There was plenty of space in the room Carpet felt a bit outdated – not major concerns though (I personally prefer hotel rooms without carpets) Breakfast was included and it was properly served

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel This site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area

I have been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you will love it I’m sure!Loyal to another Hotel Chain for decades Decided my destination this week made it convenient to try this location Signed up as a member immediately after checking in Will spend much more time here this year Will not stay anywhere else The breakfast hostess is as kind and polite as it gets The entire Stellar experience was only elevated by Front Desk Helga Thank you for swapping nail ideas we have had done Cannot wait to return Cheers!

The location is great They provide a lot of practical amenities in the lobby which is extremely helpful if you are staying with a familyHowever, there were some concerns as well:We stayed for 13 days and was very difficult to get housekeeping done

They tell you that housekeeping is done every 3rd or 4th day while it mentions on the website ‘ Daily Housekeeping ‘We lost our laptop in their Business Center We asked them to have a look in their security cameras and they kept saying we need approval front their manager who was barely ever at the hotel So the issue still hasn’t been resolved after the incident took place almost 20 days twenty days ago

I was quite disappointed with my experience Rude desk clerks, broken elevators, too expensive breakfast buffet ($1499) that would have been just okay if it was complementary

I was shocked to find out only when I arrived that they charge $20 per car per night on top of your room charge just to park at the hotel Our keycards barely worked in any of the card readers and required up to 10 swipes in the elevator before it worked We saw this with multiple guests, and it became a joke when multiple people were in the same elevator car, with everyone trying their own cards before we found one that worked The card slot for our room was only marginally better It was an issue with everyone, and the front desk never mentioned it was an issue Bed was comfortable but only had a paper thin blanket sandwiched between two sheets That’s a sheet on top of the blanket; it was odd There’s a massive construction project directly across the street that was very noisy but not nearly as noisy as the typhoon of a heater in the room Even with earplugs, my wife and I awoke several times There were also strangely zero pamphlets, menus, local guides, TV guides, hotel amenities/directories, or even a Bible in the room I won’t stay here again

Good location but VERY noisy and small bed!! The location is great and not far from downtown Boston The lobby was nice looking and check in was easy The “king suite” we had booked had a full-sized bed (not the relaxing accommodation one hopes for)

It was very easy to hear hallway noise and people in other rooms Additionally, they had large truck deliveries occur around midnight 2 nights we were there, which led to very loud banging as they moved large items on/off the truck

Kristen

I am a travel nurse and stayed here for an extended stay I had an amazing experience! The front desk workers were always welcoming and helpful (especially with helping me find a subway route to my hospital) Cleaning service always did a wonderful job and the man who works at the buffet/dinner was always so friendly to everybody who came in!

Booked a one night weekend stay on a whim, then decided to go a different weekend

when we called to cancel, the hotel said that it was too late and would charge us a fee that would be nearly the cost of the whole thing (less than 12 hrs after we first booked) Deciding to roll with it, we went anywayApparently the advertised free parking garage does not have enough parking for every guest, so after we checked in, we were advised to not move the car so we ended up taking a taxi everywhereThe breakfast served bad eggs (sour) and was generally below average quality for the type of hotel This was also the first time I’ve ever seen a tip jar at a continental breakfast with both attendants sitting guard , watching it the entire time we were thereThe room we stayed in had a faint musty smell reminiscent of mildewy AC, but was cleaned decently It was also right next to the elevators so there were some pretty loud noises, but thats not the hotel’s fault (unsure if this was a last resort sort of room or if they aren’t aware)Other than that, everything else was par for the course Overall not horrific but on the bad side of “fine”

Jocelyn Kanoff

The service at the hotel was atrocious Although we understand places are short-staffed, getting housekeeping 1 out of 8 days seems extreme Also, the staff seemed surprised that we wanted our room trash taken out every 2 days, and did not make it easy to get more coffee or towels delivered (you had to go get these yourself)

When a trashcan was a bit dirty (because they don’t offer plastic trash bags) the housekeeping handed it to us and told us to rinse it out in our bathtub! For the price of the hotel, we expected better service

Margia Ahmed

The hotel was good! But they didn’t give any room service during our six days Stays! Also, the chef from the breakfast area was very rude Before leaving the hotel I went there and wanted to gave to thank her for her service she didn’t even replied which is very awkward Unless anyone doesn’t need any fresh towels or room service the hotel was not that bad!

Stayed here for two nights and it was the best hotel experience I have ever had AC in my room worked great, and my bed was so comfortable that I bought a new mattress when I got homeI enjoyed the rainfall shower head, but it could have used a little more water pressure for my taste

The person in the room above me on my first night had heavy feet and I could hear them stomping around before I fell asleep and again in the morningThe breakfast is a little pricey at $19, but there is a great assortment of pastries, high quality deli meats, cheeses, Nutella, jellies, fresh fruit, egg dishes, cooked to order eggs and more The staff was absolutely wonderful and I felt pampered I was offered seconds on my eggs, coffee to take with me, and even a pastry or fruit for my drive on my last morning thereIt was nice to not have to leave the hotel for breakfast My only complaint is that the coffee is strong AF! I asked and was told it was StarbucksIf I need to stay in the North Boston area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel

Arrived at a late night and front desk was quite cold and couldn’t bother to speak at all No explanation of the breakfast time, no explanation of the parking rules and the fact that they would validate the ticket for you if you park in the parking structure in front of them( not until I asked) She was on a personal call while she was checking me in and she assigned me a accessible room

This particular room was pretty used and not very easy to use ( water will spill to the floor of the bathroom as an example) Room was not very clean as well Room was on lower floor close to traffic side, the background noise was pretty loud in this room I asked for another room the second morning with another front desk, and it turned out there were plenty of rooms left and she found another regular one for me very quickly It was in the other side of the building so not as loud, and it was not ADA room and was very clean So here is the question: I did not ask for an ADA room or have put it anywhere in my reservation, why was I assigned to that room the first time? I hope this was not intentional And if not, make sure your room selection system, whether manual or not, can avoid this type of mistakes in the future I would not leave this comment here if it was not a branded hotel like Marriott, one would assume the personnels are more professional I would give this hotel a 5 star if not the experience I had during check in and first night of stay

Allison Morgan

Really clean, sleek and modern looking hotel Thoughtfully designed in terms of outlets, small seating area in room, etc Location is great

Staff friendlyDownsides: you could hear noise from other rooms and planes overhead in the AM Coffee supplies in room were lackingOverall would stay here again Great value for a really nice room

The actual hotel was lovely, the room was clean, the staff was amazing But DO NOT eat or drink at this hotel One of the night desk employees went on and on about how amazing the breakfast was, online it said it was 20 a person

My family was on board to try it We got there at 830, on the weekends they open at 8 The food was BARELY warm It was powered eggs, bacon, sausage and some potatoes The pastries were are frozen and thawed The “chef special” was perhaps the grilled zucchini? It was a pitiful breakfast spread The coffee literally assaulted my mouth it was so burnt and bitter Than the second pot was a watery mess They brought us the bill and it was 31 bucks an adult and 10 for my 6 year old I spent 100 bucks on a breakfast spread that was no better than the free breakfast at a comfort inn And the wine prices?! Holy hell 2 glasses of wine cost over 55 dollars! And we didn’t get super fancy wine I looked up the prices on both and I basically paid for the price of the bottle with one glass Not worth the money I literally bought a 1299 for a bottle of wine that tasted just as good Great hotel, horrible pricing on mediocre food

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and hot tub While the room was as expected, bed comfortable

the pool left MUCH to be desired Bottom line, it was gross The pool water was brown legit brown Not to mention the yellow scum-line The hot tub was the same but be sure to add the floating hair balls and no joke, large sand/dirt granules covering the bottom As if it has never been vacuumed So disgusted and disappointed! All that said, the pool gets 0 stars (negative if that were possible) but the front desk staff were very nice, helpful at check in Oh, and paying almost $50/night for parking on top of the room charge is ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUS!! If I wanted to get real petty, I could also mentioned that the TV had no guide so you have to click into each channel to see what’s on Ugh Probably will NOT stay here again sure I can find something better than this in BostonI do not recommend this hotel if you are interested in the pool area

Nik Rama

I absolutely love this hotel in Boston Staff are extremely helpful, and rooms and amenities are kept pristine The food served in the restaurant is excellent, and we grabbed several pizzas from there throughout our stay

Next to the check in area, there is a great place for cold food and snacks as well as a professional coffee machine Hilton diamond members get $18 credits per person per day for up to two people This means you are able to use your credit on any snacks or restaurant foodI really like that they have an indoor pool which is excellent and a pretty good sizeThey have four elevators that are really fast, and the close and open door buttons are extremely responsive The elevators have glass windows pointing inwards so that you could see the entire hotel as you go up and downOne of the best parts is that they have a free shuttle bus every hour that will take you to certain locations This is excellent if you need to be dropped off near the Harvard area and I don’t want to deal with finding an Uber or LyftOverall, this was a great hotel and a great experience and I would stay here again

Pay for what you getPro: Nice ambiance Unlimited water bottles

Con:- the front desk is understaffed; the guy working was also at the bar entertaining a guest I called several times and then ended up coming downstairs to tell them we had ordered pizza-The exercise room is well equipped with decent equipment and towels, but no wipes I worked out at 11 pm and felt like there was sweat everywhere Also, I don’t know how this particular design was formulated but there is a door stop on the door so make sure you do not painfully stub your toe like me Why didn’t they put it on the wall?- don’t put your hotel room cards by your phone, it will demagnetize We had to reset several times- rooms were 8/10 clean Check your sheets and bring wipes I wiped down the counters and definitely picked up some stuck on funky gunkPro tip: park in back and request room facing back

Christopher White

Bed was not sanitary There were a couple brown stains that housekeeping just put thin sheets over to hide I left the room for the day with the stains showing to make it obvious to them but they just put sheets over it again

House keeping also didn’t replace our shampoo bottles There is no safe in the room for passports Transit is not great in this area, you’ll have to walk 15 minutes to get to a bus stop that can take you to downtown Boston On the plus side the rooms are furnished nicely, the bed is comfortable, and there is free parking, but I don’t know why this hotel has such a high price given the cleanliness
