After an extremely stressful day at the airport with 2 kids, overnight Front Desk Agent Josh was outstanding! Our flight was cancelled in the middle of the night and this hotel, thanks to Josh, was the only local airport hotel we called that actually allowed us to make a reservation in the middle of the night, recommended a transportation company from the airport, and assisted with snacks after we were starving after everything was closed at the airport He displayed world class service from the heart Being a leader in the Hospitality industry for many years I was extremely impressed with his courtesy and professionalism

Please pass along our sincere appreciation to Josh and acknowledge him for a job well done!!

Our stay started with an employee smoking at the front entrance and then just throwing the cigarette butt right at the front entrance There were cigarette butts all over the front The room and hallway also smelled musty and like cigarette smoke

Ceilings were chipping and there was no trash bucket in the bathroom or a ceiling fan You could tell the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while as the trim was dusty and dirty So disappointed in our stay When you stay at a Marriott you expect better than what we received especially for the price They also referred us to a real shady cab company called Quick Cab Do not use either business! Waste of money!

Stayed here for a couple of weeks for a work trip Such a great hotel The staff was always so friendly and professional

The Manager, John, did an amazing job with making sure our stay was a great one The breakfast was always so fresh and delicious My room was well maintained and clean This hotel is conveniently located next to 89 so it was easy to get around Overall it was a great stay! Will come back here again when in Burlington

Taylor Guss

Stayed here for a long weekend in April 2022 Great hotel Conveniently located next to 89 yet also easy to get to downtown Burlington in 5 minutes

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful (gave us an Ethernet cable when requested when we were working from the room one day) The breakfast was solid with lots of great options: cereal, eggs, oatmeal, breakfast burritos, baked goods, etc The indoor hot tub and pool were excellent The facilities were all very cleanThe only complaint I would have is that the bed was kind of tough and I sank toward the middle in it I’m guessing it might be an older spring mattress? Either way please consider replacing those mattressesOther than that – great stay Thanks!!

YH DS

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast Inn, very comfortable, convenient location in Jericho, incredibly welcoming owners! The Sinclair Inn is beautiful, comfortable and so welcoming The gracious owners Tom and Dan paid attention to all the details, asking about our food sensitivities and then surprising us at breakfast with their personalized delicious creations and remembering our names Our room was very clean and practically designed, there were cold drinks and coffee/tea located down the hall and home made sweets in the dining room available throughout the day (amazing maple clusters)

We enjoyed the outside spaces as much as the inside, comfortable deck sitting area and the beautiful garden with water lily pond and amazing variety of blooming perennials We felt very relaxed and comfortable during our 2 night stay and would return to stay in this beautiful bed and breakfast any time that we are back in the area! Many places tend to overlook the little details Not so with hosts Dan and Tom at the Sinclair The inn is spotless, the china is decorative, the atmosphere is jolly, and the food is delicious

You’ll be served a unique two-course, gourmet breakfast each morning, help yourself to delicious desserts set out each evening, and enjoy the company of wonderful guests and hosts We had an early morning flight, but the two hosts packed a size-able breakfast for us to take to the airport We will stay again next opportunity we have

Shelly Strominger

We traveled to Vermont from Maryland for a wedding The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean The Hosts are warm, personable, and generous

They went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay They baked us homemade snacks each day I have no words to describe how good the breakfast was I would literally drive another 10 hours just to eat their breakfast again The Sinclair Inn set the bar high and we really enjoyed our stay

One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had! One of the funkiest and most eclectic stays we’ve experienced The innkeeper, Linda is hilarious and warm (and gives great recommendations for activities around Burlington) If you’re looking to avoid a straightforward, regular B & B experience, this would be your new cup of tea

You can walk to the downtown easily and the rooms are quiet (the AC unit is the only noise you’ll hear) We stayed in the smallest room and had a comfortable time The only thing we had to get used to was the detached bathrooms! Usually our preference to have an attached bathroom, but this wound up being fine Thanks Linda and staff!

Bethany Saltman

Linda was such a lovely host! We were two families who rented the entire inn over New Years and she made our stay so comfortable and cozy, even allowing our two dogs, and giving them treats and bowls in our rooms And plan to eat MAJOR breakfast (Anna was our lovely server

so sweet and gracious) The food was sooo good! Linda also gave us champagne, on NYE lots of ideas for plans, and when I left my glasses, she sent them to me Seriouslythis place is great Go!

Erika Deutschlander

My husband and I feel so lucky to have discovered this gem of a place! What a truly unique Burlington experience Such a warm, fun, and charming place We love the retro vibe, and comfort

And the food! No need to go anywhere else for breakfast- Linda and Emmy provided a gourmet meal, made to order We loved that dogs are welcome too! Linda is a wonderful host, fun to talk with, and full of great suggestions I highly recommend this BandB We’ll definitely be back, and can’t wait to experience the other rooms!

As soon as we walked into the green mountain suites, this beautiful stone fireplace welcomed you in The host was very friendly When we walked into the room, we couldn’t believe how big and roomy it was with a full kitchen, large bath and nice soft comfortable bed

My Husband and I had never gone to a hotel that gave you not only a full breakfast, but also a lovely supper with my favorite Italian wedding soup and a nice salad Everyday had a special menu for the evening which was great We will definitely stay there again Thank you to all the hosts and Jenna the housekeeper It was a delight to be there

Sarah McDowell

What a wonderful stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas, the pool and hot tub were very clean each time we used them The free breakfast was a full breakfast with lots of hot and cold options The free dinners were very simple but tasty, and they saved us journeying out in the snow

We enjoyed sitting by the fire each night Really appreciated the mini market for having lots of great snack and meal options that weren’t marked up at ridiculous prices, we paid close to what you would on a store Lastly, the shuttle service was fantastic, free trips to the airport and into Burlington, which meant we didn’t need a car Will definitely stay again in the summer

Vinnie Polinsky

Good — Nice size room Great location Pretty quiet for the most part

Could use some improvement — breakfast food that should be hot was cold most mornings we were thereRoom could have been cleaner when we checked in We fixed that ourselvesAlso would have been nice if we were asked by the front desk person what we thought of our stay when we checked out That was differentIt’s time to change the carpeting

We had a wonderful stay Given that staff is tight and there is Covid, we were taken care of The area seems very safe

The property is very well kept up and in working order and the pool was great I also used the workout room and it was very well appointedThe staff even put out complementary coffee and tea in the lobby for departure

Gabi Pezo

It’s an OK hotelFor some reason they don’t clean rooms daily which is the standard in most hotels So that part I didn’t like

The breakfast menu gets tiring after a 3 days The only things that changed daily was if they were gonna serve pancakes or waffles or biscuitsThe service and the people were nice and trying to be accommodatingWe room is pretty comfortable and the bed was very soft and cozy

Dad Train

This is big, sprawling hotel with a beautiful indoor dining area, bar, pool and fitness room My room was very quiet Front desk staff very accommodating and friendly

Housekeeping stopped by once during my week stay I requested twice some extra cleaning on the bath sink because of mold, which never happened Honestly, I would have been shocked if it didBreakfast items good, but the process to get seated was painfully slow!Be sure to include breakfast when you book your room Otherwise it’s $1695!

My girlfriend and I were here ten years ago on the way to Vermont via the ferry to Charlotte I honestly don’t remember what we ate (I think walleye), or what wine we drank, but I can tell you everything about the whole experience was exquisite The warmth and charm of the inn embodied the very essence of bygone times of the Adirondack Coast

Now that I’m finally retired, this will be one of the first destinations on our travel itinerary Five stars plus for this Champlain pearl of an inn

Where to even begin?! We randomly stumbled upon this restaurant by chance as we were staying in the area Coming up from NYC, where restaurants are plentiful, we didn’t have high expectations Man we were WRONG This place is a WIN!!Let’s start with the ambience: So cute and very cozy from the second you walk in Plenty of tables, but not too many where it feels overly crowded Fireplace was in full use and there was even a bonfire in the backyard Snow was falling outside in the quaint and quiet village of Essex, yet they still had plenty of business which was primarily made up of locals – so you know it’s good!Next, the food = DELICIOUS! The French onion soup was incredible (the best I’ve had in years), as was the Duck Dumplings, Lobster Pasta, Fish n Chips, and the Salmon BIG kudos to the Chef!!!!!!!! In terms of drinks, the whiskey sour was a winner, as was the craft beer selectionMost importantly, there is one thing that brought us back to this restaurant for the second night in a row – the FANTASTIC SERVICE! Tom and Rachelle were INCREDIBLY personable and made us feel right at home We eat out a lot and rarely find the service that they provided us!! From making the reservations, greeting you at the door, taking the orders, serving the food, AND making the cocktails, they do it all with a big smile on their face They even went above and beyond and recommended attractions in the area I truly felt like they treated us like family / friends – so much so we felt sad saying GoodbyeRachelle, Tom, and the chef certainly make this place special We will be back, and not only for the food, but to stay at the Inn itselfLook no further Stop in and say hello They will certainly welcome you with open arms!

Five stars plus for Kelsey at the front desk My wife and I stayed here on a Thursday night after a 100-mile drive in winter weather We checked into a first-floor room across the hall from a baby and a dog

It’s great that this place accommodates a variety of guests, and it’s even better they have flexibility Kelsey hooked us up with a quiet and super comfortable fourth-floor room Thank you! Hotel is clean, hot breakfast included, and the Windjammer restaurant is right next door, a short walk through the New England snow Facilities staff was truly helpful with shoveling out guests following a foot-plus snowfall

Chris L.

You can definitely do a lot better in Burlington The staff here is mostly friendly – other than a strange encounter with the front desk where he insisted my room key couldn’t possibly be broken when it definitely was They have a helpful convenience shop that sells basic goods around the clock, and there’s a relatively charming pub attached to the property with good beer selection and bar food

They have a pool that is clean, but the chairs are dirty/uncomfortable and could use updatingThe rooms are for sure the worst part…which is kind of the deal breaker Tiny pillows, very limited space for moving around, and the bathrooms are worn We found a giant hairball on the wall of our shower, which had us second-guessing what else hadn’t been cleaned before our arrivalNot exactly located in a charming area: you’re surrounded by a number of gas stations and the highway We found a drug needle in the parking lot, and there was an armed guard on duty at night which didn’t exactly ooze “safety”…although at least they care about protecting their guests You are walking distance to a very good bagel place (called “The Bagel Place”) and a short drive from a cute old-fashioned diner as wellIf you’re in town for a quick stay, looking to save a few bucks, and don’t care about location, fancy amenities, or size of room, this will do the trick But if you’re trying to have a true getaway and also care about cleanliness, updated rooms, and being able to walk to local attractions in downtown Burlington, I can’t recommend this Best Western

Rick Reardon

We were in town for the marathon We chose this hotel for it’s reasonable price and proximity to the marathon start Our room was on the 4th floor

The room was either extremely well maintained or recently renovated It was also pleasantly quiet Having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room was extremely helpful The hotel was well sourced with a polite and helpful staff The free breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel in years To quote one of the guests “This is legit” The coffee was great and the staff kept it fresh in the lobby around the clock This hotel exceeded our expectations

Room was clean and spacious Modern and updated with all the essentials The windows however are not sound proof and being close to the airport means no sleeping when planes are landing or taking off

The lighting in the bathroom were a bit dim Overall well worth the price as it’s close to everything, direct highway access, pool and gym on-site and staffed by extremely friendly people

Tom Mangum (TomsVortex)

No included breakfast They only have out cereal and old bananas for free The coffee and tea is the only thing good

Everything else they will charge you for $7 for a yogurt parfait $3+ for a pastry They advertise the Bistro bar food with posters and marketing and menus in elevator But kitchen is not open They only serve drinks from 5pm to 9:30pm A bar that closes at 9:30pm The room was clean The water pressure was awesome and hot I smelled pot one morning in my bathroom Had to turn the fan on I certainly hope those ducts are not connected gross The TV is too slow for the software menu on it Takes forever to browse menuI made a comment to bartender after he said there was no food That they have failed every time He said “there is always something wrong” not sure if it was directed at me or a statement in general from guests If a hotel is continuously not meeting guest expectations Maybe something is wrong I guess the whole Bistro concept is a new thing I don’t see it lasting I will resume my usual chains I stay at and not book a courtyard againUpdate: Saw assistant manager in elevator I asked if they were serving food today as I pointed at the poorly printed menu in the holder on the wall He said No I flipped then paper menu around in the holder and said, Then you should temporarily not the display the menu He became hostile in demeanor and threatened to kick me out of the hotel Angrily flipping the paper back I researched a new hotel and checked out earlyThe Front Desk Manager lady was the nicest and profesional She checked me out with no problemsBye Bye

Jesse LeGault

We had to wait after a long day to check-in while the clerk jibber jabbered, so the experience was off to a questionable startThe bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful The floor wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival

Our room had no tissue, which was a hotel first for us

Cute motel Very clean and spacious One of our beds seemed to have an incline toward the centre

The air conditioner unit in the room attached and the cars coming and going in the night us kept me up but I am a light sleeper Linens were clean Room bright and cheery We had the Marilyn Munro room We are just finishing up a week long road trip in USA and heading back to Canada Like everywhere else we stayed it was over priced (in our opinion) but compared to other options closer to Burlington it is the most reasonable – especially when you are arriving at 10pm and departing at 8am

Brandie Ashley

The outside was extremely welcoming The checking in was contact free but regardless they were extremely friendly Entering the room it felt, clean and smelt like bleach

They had shoe trays to put your shoes on They have real slate tile upon entering the room which shows they take pride in their inn They have vaulted ceilings with recess lighting The tub is huge!! At night they have their roofs lite in different colors which was beautiful Everything was so neat, and thought out It was close to local restaurants which have great food I always like to find hidden gems and this was definitely one of them I will be back

Hotel ReviewMy family and I were recently in town for a baby shower and to visit family Due to several other conventions and sports tournaments happening in the area, we had limited options This was near the highway, near where we needed to be, affordable, and available

Let’s start with the positives: the location is good (right off the highway, as we needed), the pool was clean, and the linens on the beds were cleanI’m sorry, but that’s about it In all fairness, I believe this hotel just changed hands… so take that for what it’s worthFirst of all, calling this a hotel is a stretch This is one part apartment complex, one part motelThe units seem to have been updated 15-20 years ago, based on the materials and cosmetic touches Carpets are stained and pulled Heating/cooling units are loud Drapes appear to be from the 70’sThe breakfast was gone very quickly, and they did not refill it Prepare for other optionsThe unit we checked into smelled terribly of smoke We asked to move to a different room, which reeked of curry I asked if they could change the filter on the HVAC, and was told maintenance was “back on Monday” It was FridayThere were two TV’s in the unit… one worked with standard definition and limited channels, one didn’t work at allMost of the exterior lights don’t work in the complex, leading to significant security issues Again, no maintenance Prepare with your phone flashlightIn the kitchen, the dishwasher was not connected to the counter, so it rocked back and forth if opened There was a garbage disposal, but it was clogged The refrigerator door would not close We had to prop it closedThis unit was billed as a “900 SF fireplace suite” To me, a suite has more than one room No such luck Plus, the fireplace was inoperable (not that we would have used it, but still…)The bathtub has fresh caulking, which clearly just covered up the black mold, which still showed through The toilet handle was barely hanging on Again, no maintenance crewWhat I am hoping to give potential travelers is some perspective If you’re looking for a modern, clean hotel with an attentive maintenance staff, this is not the place at least not right now Perhaps after the new ownership has some time with it? If your looking for affordability and easy on/off highway access, while ok with sacrificing the above, this could work for you

Wiebke Mazzulla

I’ve bred to several Sonestas, but this one is a dump Will never book any Sonesta again, as there doesn’t seem to be any quality control whatsoeverThere was no service nor basic hygiene at the place

1 Upon arrival, the front desk didn’t know how to look up our confirmation code and after ignoring us told us to contact bookingcom The manager who we asked to speak never showed up Pretty sure she never gets there because we only ever saw one lady2 We had booked one of the rooms with reward points, but when we wanted to check out they asked us to pay $390 When we explained we’d paid already, the lady said “ok” That’s it When my husband went back to ask if the charge was cleared, she said no, it was still there2 There was dirt and trash everywhere Our bath had black mold that they’d just painted over The tub was really really dirty from water standing in it for ages3 The place was infested with caterpillars, they were falling off all the trees We found several on ourselves and on our toddler There was no way to avoid them as you have to walk under the trees to get to your room My mother had several on her door and inside her room When I brought it up to the front desk, the lady pretended not to have noticed, even though they were literally everywhere4 The showers in both baths by the pool were out of order, meaning everyone swimming went in without rinsing off first Yuck!5 Paper plates and plastic forks for breakfast really?! At $250 per night?!!

Check in was fine Room was awesome when the heat worked Heat stopped working sometime in the night hours of Christmas eve

Christmas day we went down to reception where we were told this cannot be fixed today and we would have to change rooms and gave us keys to another room that did not have a fireplace, leaving the wood i already purchased useless We were told we would receive a discount at least We return around 3pm Christmas to make the switch from rm 421 to rm 723 and our key for our first original room doesn’t open the door leaving our belongings barred from us We go to reception to get those keys working, start packing the room and when we get to the new room the keys she gave us in the morning didn’t work for the door We go back to receptionagain to see a sign that no one is there and someone will be back shortly Great About 10-15min later someone finally arrives and were handed new keys We finish moving everything, and my girlfriend just wanted a bath and some rest after the day The tub faucet however does not work at all, so she could only take a shower that night Some pluses however were the cleanliness of the rooms and the full kitchen you don’t get an oven or plates/utensils these days so that was pleasant to see Breakfast was shoddy no hot food but I assume that was due to COVID, I don’t see why its advertised so much on the site when it really was a downfall for the stay Upon checking out 12/26 at 10am no one was at reception during primetime Luckily after only 5 or so minutes someone showed I had to completely re-explain our situation to the receptionist No notes were given to the person helping us out for checkout leaving her blind and unable to apply the discount or to even confirm it The next day however Karen the supervisor was in and applied the discount only after I made an attempt to get it, not proactively She did assure me i was going to receive money back and provided me with a “folio” showing the credit which was nice Next day after that I received credit Overall a lot of the problems I had came down to maintenance not being followed up on well When the rooms being cleaned, everything should be checked for operation, heat, faucets, lights, etc If it wasn’t for the few but major problems I had I’m sure I would’ve had a lovely stay

What a fantastic find in Burlington -we’ve stayed twice now (mid June & mid August) and everything was great Location is just a few blocks from downtown and the waterfront The house is charming with comfortable beds, pleasant staff, and a great breakfast

At high season, this jem is as cheap, or cheaper, as the lower-mid tier hotels that are not as convenient We will definitely book again next summer when our son is back for his violin camp across the lake!

Had a grea time at Lang House It was so close to shops & restaurants Our room was clean and quiet

They delivered coffee to our room in the carriage house every morning and there were bottles of water and tea available all the time Breakfast was delicious each morning and the staff were all friendly and helpful Would definitely recommend!

We just returned from a family vacation to VT for hiking and a visit to UVM Our stay at the Lang House on Main Street was outstanding I am very picky with accommodations and this wonderful place met all my expectations

Beautiful rooms (we stayed in Tuttle, our daughters in Vincent) and fantastic breakfasts every morning (choice from 3 entrees) The Inn is a perfect mix of old world charm with modern amenities Loved having bottles of water and cookies daily when we returned after a day out The inn is a short walk to Church Street Marketplace and the lakefront area Thank you Kim and team for a lovely stay! Highly recommend!

Great bar and restaurant The staff were very accommodating Clean room with comfortable beds

Highly recommend upgrading to a room with a bathtub if possible Was great to soak after walking Church Street in the winter! The Tesla destination chargers were close to the entrance and free to use for customers Be careful of the low ceiling, you can hit your trunk if it opens high enough!

Just came home from a delightful two night stay at The Hotel Vermont Unless you are looking for one of their suites, I recommend a corner king room with a view of Lake Champlain and the mountains beyond Super comfortable bed, and well-appointed, easy to use furnishings

The common coffee, tea, water, and fresh fruit station on each floor is a much better way to provide this amenity than machines in each room Juniper, the in-house restaurant and bar, serves a relatively limited menu, but the food was well-presented and very delicious There are several restaurants on either side of the hotel: less than a minute’s walk Above average service and care by all the hotel’s employeesWe strongly recommend The Hotel Vermont We’ll be coming back!

Stayed for a long weekend and despite the price, it appeared to be worth it Got there and aside from its close proximity to the water, it’s just like any other 3-4 star hotel in Burlington Definitely not worth the premium they put on their rooms

No breakfast included which was a disappointment Rooms were clean and the staff very pleasant But for $350+ a night I’d pass

Generally good hotel Very courteous and helpful staff The location is fine — big shopping center around the block, Starbucks and bagel place across the street, and you’re just a few miles from downtown Burlington + a few miles the other way for the airport

This is about a 45-minute drive to StoweThe rooms are showing their age a bit, particularly in the bathroom But for our stay (in early February) this was by far the least expensive option in the area — and for that money, it outperformed my expectations

Small, clean and comfortable hotel The free airport shuttle is really nice and the on-site restaurant was tasty for dinner My only complaint is the 1 elevator in the building is quite far from the front desk; and then when you take it to your floor, it is far from the rooms

So, a better elevator and maybe offering to help guests with heavy suitcases would have made it a 5 star stay Otherwise it is 4 stars, still great for a night near the airport!

Kimone A

Room was not ready on time I checked in on the app the day before as requested No touch-less entry per the app Room located far from elevators and the hallways are hot so be careful

They charged a lot for rooms and did not clean it once Kind of defeats the purpose of charging $800 for two nights Bar was cute all amenities close early so didn’t get to use the pool Parking is limited so get back to the hotel early

Super comfortable, and I’m still dreaming of the bed! Nicely decorated rooms that make your stay feel more like staying at a friend or family’s house rather than a institutionalized hotel The bathroom and bedroom were both very clean and had essentials if needed! The hosts were very sweet and able to accommodate my last minute needs (due to flight cancellation) Will stay again!

Oh My Goodness

5 Stars, hands downNeither of us have been to Burlington VT (but we’ve both been camping in VT when we were younger) and since we love New England, we thought Burlington would be the perfect spot And besides, we started planning the trip earlier this year because we both really needed a vacation – it had been years since either of us went away for “fun”And it truly was the perfect spot! We spent five days and six nights here and it was seriously the most romantic getaway you could think of – partly because the room we stayed in was perfect: elegant and romantic but very simple It was a tad bit too cold and rainy to sit on the porch or their patio most days, but I still appreciated the beautiful gardens and flowers that were still in bloomBill greeted us at the door and helped us carry our baggage upstairs He was incredibly helpful, and though we didn’t seem him, or his wife, often, he was definitely helpful with the food recommendations and their dogs are so cute! What’s more – and I think this is why this perfect little bed and breakfast, and Burlington VT in general, will always hold a soft spot for both of us because this is where we got ENGAGED!We definitely plan to go back, at least once a year if we can, and making 254 South Union Street Guest House our go-to place to stay Seriously – 10/10 would totally recommend

My family stayed here for my graduation from UVM Bill and his dog Buddy were amazing hosts They allowed us to have a small cookout and we all felt right at home

Bill and Cyndie were incredibly responsive to us prior to arrival We rented two rooms, and I had the perfect graduation weekend I highly recommend staying at 254 South Union Street Guest House

We enjoyed our stay here The facility is nicely maintained, and the rooms are pretty typical for what you might expect at Hapton Inn The breakfast offerings were fairly diverse and abundant each morning

Special kudos to Tara for the warmest welcome I can remember during check inshe was very pleasant and helpful in getting us into our room 🙂

Andrea Riley

Pretty nice hotel and staff Good location close to highway and Burlington Shaws located right across the street if you forget anything

Starbucks basically in the same parking lot Due to the pandemic the homeless are also being housed at this same hotel Was not a big deal for our family, but noted for others that might see this as a draw back

Stephanie Petrarca

I’ve been here 5+ times in the last year Friendly front desk folks who are super helpful Overall cleanliness is decent in the rooms, the cleanest room I’ve had was handicap accessible – maybe more space for them to fit their vacuum and fewer corners to scrub in the bathroom? Conference spaces are nice but other communal spaces, especially the stairwells, are usable at best, questionable at worst

Likely due to understaffing across all service industriesThere is a small gym, pool, and restaurant on site Provided breakfast has lots of options that are all decent, but isn’t super friendly to those with “alternative” dietary needs Catered food for conference spaces is leaps and bounds better in terms of quality, with lots of options for your various dietary needsTwo warnings: 1 wifi can be spotty in rooms, so be prepared to find internet access elsewhere for your work/streaming needs 2 They offer printing services, but both printer access points (1 desktop and 1 Mac) are not updated and are more of an annoyance to use than anything
