DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR A HOTEL BLOCK FOR A WEDDING!!! What a disaster this place is!!!! Nobody knows what’s going on They told us we could check in early (2:00pm) We get here, and EVERY SINGLE ROOM IN THE HOTEL BLOCK is dirty

So here we are, a ton of wedding guests, waiting around needing to get changed for a wedding but can’t go anywhere because every room is dirty Finally we get into our room at 3:25 STILL DIRTY! House cleaning was STILL MAKING OUR BEDS when we walked in Then they tell us the shuttle is going to leave at 4:15 It’s currently 4:35pm with no shuttle in sight THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER DO NOT BOOK IT FOR A WEDDING You’re guests will have no where to get ready and no one will move quick enough to figure out solutions to a problem AWFUL

We stayed here for a New Year’s Eve getaway & had a blast! The heated pool is a good size for a small hotel The fitness center is clean & well maintained with everything we wanted The hot breakfast was good (except for all the styrofoam & disposables but you’ll have that in this day and age unfortunately)

Most importantly, and those I really want to acknowledge, are the staff there Wow! Ruthe and Amanda, the two front desk ladies FANTASTIC I mean talk about above & beyond! And then Darnell, the managerTERRIFIC Kudos to Holiday Inn for finding and keeping such great people on staff Highly recommended!

The place is very clean, modern and well maintained The staff was accommodating and friendly The room was really nice and spacious but cozy

Bathroom amenities were Paul Mitchel and I greatly appreciated those There was a great variety of breakfast foods available in the morning which was wonderful This hotel got all the details right even down to the smallest of details! There is also a delicious smelling restaurant right across the street that sadly I didn’t get to try but the next time I am out here I will absolutely be looking forward to it!

Anessa Kertesz

Clean, welcoming and comfortable! Stayed a few days while in town for a wedding Despite our wild family lol the staff was more than hospitable, they were stellar! The breakfast bar was great! And the staff who were manning the breakfast bar were on top of everything Super friendly and helpful, they kept it stocked and above all, clean!!! Highly recommend!

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at We had booked 50 plus rooms for two nights and the service was the worst we have ever seen and this is coming from someone who works in the hotel industry We had booked a meeting room for all the people who were staying in the hotel and our count for people attending went up to 80 therefore; she told us to use the lobby

The hotel has a bar but on purpose they don’t open it so they can charge people to have a bar open The bartender the hotel gave us had no bartending experience as he didn’t know how to make a martini or a Moscow mule He was supposed to be there from 5:30 to 10:30 and he was missing in action from 7:30 onward When I went to inquire, he was hiding in the back and said if he wanted noise he would work in a club One of the guests (who was not affiliated with us) said I know people and you can get fired and he ran with that saying we threatened himThe GM, the next day said I need to speak to you and we didn’t tip the bartender She claims she had to comp $5,000 worth of room revenue which is a lie because we had occupied 60 rooms Why would you put other guest in the middle of all the rooms At the end of the night when we came back from our event we decided to go to Tap house 2020 and we were told that the hotel called and said we were too rowdy and not to accept our wedding block I came back to the hotel and when we confronted the GM Melinda, she denied it When my nephew went up to speak to the front desk about why they called the tap house 2020, the GM came out and said I am tired of everyone coming and asking me questions and she is calling the cops Are you serious, the hotel does not know how to handle a large crowd The hotel should not host any wedding room block You can’t threaten to call the police when someone is asking question and you don’t feel like answering The GM and the staff ruined our happy day and upset the bride and the groom

The team at check in was very niceThe suite room was spacious and clean It had a balcony as well

I had dinner at the Ruby Tuesday that’s attached and was able to charge to the room The room charge slip indicates you could do room service as well and had a $2 charge for thatThe view from the room was nice right at twilightThe line for breakfast was a little bit long but I think it was because I went down at the most premium time There were several team members who came to pitch in and help and they were all very nice

Joseph B

Check in was fast and simple Room clean, spacious and well put together Does show its age

Pool was nice, does need better lighting and a good cleaning, but for the price and property expectations it gets the job done Morning breakfast spread is non existent Pre packaged muffins in 2 flavors I’d stay again but keep in mind just another hotel finding a quick exit to save money on breakfast rather take care of the paying customers

Jenifer Behrens

We stayed here for 4 nights for my sons baseball tournament From the time I called to make reservations to the time we left everyone was absolutey amazing We needed extra towels and they were super quick with gettinfthem to us

The staff was very warm and inviting Our room was amazing very clean beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable I want to say one staff member needs a special shout out and that would be Inezshe truly went above and beyond and ALWAYS had a smile on her face She is the absolute sweetest Marriott I hope you see this because Inez is a special employee that you are very lucky to have If we are ever in the area we absolutely will be staying here againshe truly made our stay wonderful I cannot thank you enough I absolutey recomend this hotel The only downside is the bistro is not open on the weekends and have a limited menu for now HOWEVER the hotel does put out a variety of items on weekend so you can have a quick grab and go The young lady that made our items was wonderful My son accidentally dropped his bacon egg and cheese bagel on the floor and she quickly said let me make him a new one She did not have to do that but she did Our stay was wonderful Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay a great one

Earlier reviews had me wondering if we would find anything but the regular consistency we enjoy at Courtyards This Courtyard may have been better than the ones we’d been to before The layout of the room was different and created a more comfortable and relaxing atmosphere

The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was terrific So many hotel pillows are so airy that they collapse as soon as I put my head on them — these had substance but were not overly firm

Chelsea Davis

Very poor customer service I provided my information with all details via email and phone call and received back the room block contract with multiple spelling and date errors The code didn’t work multiple times and I had to reach out for corrections

I should have known at that point that there would be more issues I secured a block of rooms for my wedding over a year out A couple months or so prior to the wedding I received a call stating that the hotel was closing for renovations and that they were unable to accommodate my group Luckily, I was able to stay at a brand new Hampton Inn just minutes away instead I do not recommend this hotel

Brittany Doria

Well so far – they couldn’t honor early check in what so ever Couldn’t honor AAA card before BEFORE we even checked in Room wasn’t as clean as you’d think a hotel would be (still toothpaste in sink- we haven’t even brought in luggage yet)

don’t know the area or anywhere else to stay – so unfortunately we are stuck Highway is very loud- could be soothing to some people I’d look for better rated hotel honestly next time DisappointedNotice the replies back from management from the 5 star reviews compared to the way they handle poor ratings (oh your stay wasn’t well- sorry- do come back tho! 😂 yikes

Wayne and his staff are amazing! The hotel is easily accessible for many major roads in the area When you arrive you are greeted by a friendly face and welcomed into a clean comfortable hotel We stayed there every weekend for over 2 months and we had no complaints about any of the rooms we were in during our stays

Any special request placed on the app were always in place when we arrived We were so happy with the hotel that our son is now using it for his block of rooms for his wedding Keep up the great work!

Nancy McNamara

We were booked as a guest for a wedding Having arrived from out of state, the front desk assisted in getting us into a room before the actual check-in time Unfortunately, although the room was vacated, it had not yet been cleaned

A quick call to the front desk got us immediately moved to another room The room was spacious and very comfortable The only drawback is that the rooms seem to have “mood” lighting You know, for evenings and good rest It was incredibly difficult to apply make-up in such dim lighting A mirror by the window or a bright bathroom light would have made a big difference! Being so close to a wedding venue, they should remember people get dressed there, not just sleep

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED

BUGS I’m stating that right up front so anyone skimming the reviews sees it immediatelyWe stayed here two nights for a wedding over the 2022 Memorial Day weekend We did not notice anything immediately, but as my wife got ready to go to bed she found one mature bed bug Not having had interactions with the pest before, she thought it was a tick, which is gross, but doesn’t usually indicate an infestation I had been visiting with friends and came back to the room a half hour later and immediately realized that it was much worse than that Checking the corners of the bed, we confirmed that it was indeed a bed bug infestation and had likely been that way for some time since there were examples spanning the life cycle chart of bed bugs Needless to say, we immediately vacated the roomTo be fair, the staff at the hotel was somewhat accommodating They immediately gave us a new room and comped our entire stay However, they did not offer any preventative measures, did not do anything to ensure the new room (which was on the same floor) was not also infested, and were not able to even advise me on their standard sanitation practices Upon inspection, our new room was clean and we advised numerous friends staying in the hotel to check their rooms, which yielded no further bug findingsOver the course of the weekend, we walked past the room multiple times to see if anyone else was staying in the room or if they were cleaning the room or anything at all Nothing No precautions were made to ensure that the infestation wasn’t spreading A simple Google search shows that bed bugs can and will travel between rooms, so this was highly concerningAlmost a month later, despite taking extensive precautions, I live in fear that we brought the pests home with us since they can live for months without feeding (gross) I would happily pay the cost of the hotel stay in exchange for peace of mind, so while the comping of the room was appreciated, in my opinion it is entirely inadequate Do betterSuffice to say, we will not be staying at this hotel ever again, and furthermore will not be patronizing any Fairfield hotels in the future Please heed this warning and stay somewhere else – there are plenty of other hotels in the area

We enjoyed our stay here My family stayed in the 2 queen suite with pullout couch The beds were comfortable

Shower pressure was strong The breakfast was okay They had a variety to choose from each morning There was always coffee in the lobby as well We stayed here to visit NYC, which was about 30 min with traffic to the Staten Island ferry Which I highly recommend My youngest daughter enjoyed the pool as well Water temps were comfortable… the hot tub could have been a little warmer To access the pool and fitness area you need to have the front desk personnel key you in, which u thought was weirdThey do not provide bedding for the pullout couch so u need to call down for that but they are prompt once called The road it’s on is quite busy but I honestly didn’t hear any traffic until late morning I would stay here again

I used to think of Holiday Inn Expresses as no-frills but pleasant stays Not anymore The room reeked of mold and mildew with damp carpet and blankets

I tried desperately to sleep and woke up at 4 AM unable to sleep anymore because of the moldy smell, finding mold on the window I could feel the cells of disease growing in my body because of the mold On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the room was clean except for the mold, and the check-in woman was nice The breakfast area was extremely hot and unpleasant, however The jacuzzi in the pool area was too cold and had an unbearable amount of chlorine that stung my eyes I can see from the other reviews the hotel staff lie in response to that allegation and state some part of the pool is broken – clearly not true A horrible place to which I vow to never return and couldn’t wait to come home to advise others to steer clear – unless you love breathing mold through your nose and mouth all night

bevin holcroft

This place was horrible! By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Our “suite” smelled of old cigarettes and fresh marijuana There were children screaming and running up and down the halls until after 1:30am When I checked out at 4am to catch a flight, there was were suspicion dealing going on out of the front of the hotel

Do not stay here!!! My in-laws stayed at the comfort inn and had a very nice night, I suggest that as a much better option!

We stayed here for two nights The room was a little tight for 2 queen beds however, the comfort of the beds made up for the room size The front desk staff was helpful and friendly

Their breakfast has a variety of offerings There is an outdoor pool and a 24 hour fitness room The hotel is accessible to restaurants and other sores Overall we were satisfied with our stay

We arrived and was given a room that upon first entry was clean and it appeared everything was fine The room happened to be on the side with a lot of street traffic, which made sleeping the first night completely impossible That next morning, we realized the a/c didn’t work properly and we had an unwanted “guest” (rhymes with coach!) in our bathroom

We spoke with Amanda at the front desk and she was able to move us to the opposite side of the hotel room we were in THAT room was also clean, a/c worked and sleep that night was great! Breakfast selection was nice Amanda is the reason I’m able to give this hotel a better rating than I would have if we stayed in the room we were given

Thallis Miranda

We were very disappointed, I have never left a bad review in any of the dozens of hotels I’ve stayed through the country or world Lights weren’t working, service at front desk neglected to take requests Other customer complaining constantly, one gentleman checked in his room and small daughter to find blood stains on bed sheets

Last time we stayed there we loved it (about 2 years ago) seems like no updates have been done at all since, neither has any repairs There was puke in the entrance sink to the room The paper towel at the lobby men’s bathroom was empty for all 4 days we stayed there Breakfast was dry and cold, attendant didn’t care much when advised about breakfast essentials such as cups and food ran out We paid the same price for what we could’ve paid staying in Manhattan Unfortunately we will not be recommending this hotel neither will we be returning again

Mario Jones

The rooms in this place are extremely out dated and unsanitary However the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful, that’s the reason why I gave this place at least (2) star’s The breakfast was non existent, no juice only water, nothing but cereal and bread, a few old stale bagels and boiled eggs

We used to love this place, but I can’t imagine recommending this place any longer to my company HR department when our travelers fly into liberty airport

Beautiful hotel Everything I needed in my room, cozy bed, and very clean There is a bar on site, but I didn’t use it

The less than exceptional reading is because the hotel is located right next to the highway The roar of traffic, sirens, loud motorcycles, and 18 wheelers on their jake brakes, plus trash pick up at 4 AM, made for a less than great stay I recommend staying here, but if you’re not used to the NJ noise, choose an odd numbered room for the quietest side of the building

Jewel Twin

I shared this experience with my soon to be hubby I enjoyed our stay there It was just as amazing as it was when we were there three months ago

I love it The whirlpool is amazing I feel so relaxed when I get out I must say the make to order breakfast is through the roof The breakfast is absolutely delicious Thank u for our incredible stay The staff is very accommodating to our needs

Purusha Jackson-Cox

Enjoyed my brief stay at this hotel Parking was no problem and location was just off major parkway for easy access to I-95 For us, we were just where we needed to be to get to Iselin and Monroe Twp,quickly

Hotel had large rooms, hot fresh breakfast, bar and dining area ,pool and fitness room Great value for the price The only thing I did not like was you were given a coupon for breakfast Not sure why, but once you handed it in I guess you could not go back for seconds My kids all eat at different times so this was just a bit annoying but not a big problem Vending machines and ice machines were on our floor, which was the 4th floor Snacks and drinks were also for sale, near check in

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel and it’s mostly due to the staff I had the pleasure of speaking to Melanie, Andrew, and the GM Summer and everyone was absolutely delightful You can see that they have such a good team dynamic in there because everyone is so amazing and you can feel the energy

The only reason why I knew Summer was the GM was because of her name tag and that is a good thing She was so nice to everyone and ready to do any job need be I could tell that the team there loves what they do and they made me love staying there just after one nightThe beds were comfy, room was nice, and there was no lingering musty smell in the roomsThank you all for such a great experience!

I was on a business trip from Canada to NJ, I have stayed other hotels before this one This hotel is new and clean, the staff at the front desk is very warm and helpful, they even let me check in early in 9Am The check in process and other service is efficient and quick

I had experienced of waiting long time for simple task at NJ a lot, but not this oneAlso the furniture and carpet in the hotel room are in relatively light colour, so that you can tell it is clean or not, and the room is bright They are not like other hotels that everything is in dark Really liked itFeel like exhausted traveller found some comfort finally at this hotel

Peter Wiatr

The hotel rooms were clean and organized, had a reasonably good view, and were close to various stores/restaurants, making it a good location The reception was friendly and accommodating Overall, in terms of the rooms, 5/5The only problem we had was with regards to the bistro

We had reserved a room that included free breakfasts that were to be picked up at the bistro Each time we faced a variety of issues The cashier often “conveniently forgot” to add particular items to our order, made bagels with either two tops or two bottoms and with a micrometre of cream cheese The first day we arrived there was no chef, meaning no hot meals (which was understandable) The next day, when the chef was in, we decided to order eggs For $850 plus tax, these were the smallest portions for the most mediocre eggs and bacon, not to mention the extra charge for toast, which was around $150-$250! Our experience with the bistro was a solid 1/5If you are looking for a good hotel with a nice view and convenient location then Courtyard North Brunswick is a solid choice, provided you avoid the bistro

The hotel is huge and used to be gorgeous but now it looks outdatedIf you choose a room with breakfast you will be not wrong 😉Outdoor pool is great

Continental breakfast has usual Hilton options  (scrambled eggs,  bacon,  breakfast potato) with some restaurant’s touch (you supposed to use vouchers)The territory around the hotel is nice but needs a little bit more attentionOverall it was a good stay  My kids enjoyed weekends there

J Monique C

I wonder if this place was nice before COVID because now the place gives an outdated vibe It has a pool, business center, plenty of conference space and a restaurant on site Yet, nothing made me feel like I was in for a treat including the staff who barely recognized my diamond status

They were less than warm in their welcome Maybe they were tired because it was a holiday weekend and bus load of kids checked in? At least the bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Kristina Mereigh

This double tree hotel was a great disappointment I am a Hilton Gold honors member and had never been to a Hilton property that was so outdated and unclean We booked this location for an anniversary staycation for two nights and checked out after night one because of how gross it was

We had to stay night one because no other hotels in the area could take us that late at night We booked a room with patio walk out to the pool The doors were incredibly hard to open, the patio curtains were so filthy and dusty, I needed to go and buy allergy medicine The patio windows were so streaky and dusty, you couldn’t see through them The air in the hotel was musty The bathroom still had hair in it and it was so small you could barely move around One of the front desk staff was so rude, I was appalled Ive never been treated that way in a Hilton property before The hallways looked like they had never been vacuumed and the ice machine was so gross, we went out to buy ice for our water bottlesDark, musty and outdated Highly don’t recommendThe grounds are the only saving grace The outside is pretty but the pool fills up quickly and the lounge chairs are incredibly limited so if you want one for your family, secure it before 9am There are only like 4 of them so it feels like hunger games for them

Nice hotel for the money Easily accessible from the parkway Ample parking

I had a two-double bed suit The front parlor has a mini fridge, microwave wet bar, TV and sofa-bed The bathroom is a little dated but good water pressure and clean Pool was on the smaller size They have a full bar and you can order appetizers Nice lounge areas to mingle Great buffet breakfast which takes sanitary and health precautions into account Jennifer who assisted us at the main desk was awesome I used the App to check-in and it was great I was able to select my room and use my phone as my room key One of the downfalls of the App they do not tell you that you need to visit the front desk to get passes to utilize some of the amenities of the hotel This is a family friendly hotel

We booked our room through a secondary app that Embassy Suites works with, and they somehow lost the room we booked (two rooms that were combined with double beds and a pull out couch) and switched it with a single KingAfter a little arguing and showing proof of the confirmation of our room, the front desk was able to find an available room close to what we ordered & paid for And the staff was being friendly and helpful during the dilemma/confusion

So I would recommend that if you book a reservation through a secondary travel app–ALWAYS call up the particular hotel immediately after you obtain your confirmation from the secondary app to ensure that your reservation matches what Embassy Suites received from the travel app That way you can avoid what we went through before you arriveThat said, the room was clean as was the entire public spaces The breakfast comps (a coupon per person/per overnight stay) were handed over via a coupon We were also handed a complimentary ‘welcome drink’ for the evening for every adult in our reservation who was 21+ but none of us used itThe breakfast in the morning was well organized, ample beverage choices (coffee, tea, milk, juices) with a fresh fruit section, cereal to choose from, scratch-made pancakes and omelettes (I would recommend) & french toast (needs to be improved) with fried potatoes and your choice of breakfast meats–either bacon or sausage (bacon was paper thin and very salty, so maybe the sausage was a better choice, but we all had the bacon)Anyhow, the room was comfortable and clean You can change the temperature to fit your preference The bathroom was a good size and there was an additional sink in the room with the beds as well a wet bar sink in the lounge area of our room The lounge area was a little on the small size but workableI’d say that this room was a bit overpriced in comparison to where I’ve stayed at in prior trips at different hotels (those have larger rooms & larger lounge areas in the rooms), but overall it was okay for a single night’s stayPrice point to what we received: I personally would stay at one of the other hotel chains that I’m alluding to over this one, especially since the main reason we chose this location was for the pool (which was closed due to Covid restrictions) So for all intensive purposes, we were in a smaller room than what I know we could have stayed at for about 100 dollars less with similar breakfast deals but the other chains lack the displayed ambiance you’re greeted and surrounded by when you enter into this hotel’s lobby & public areas

The breakfast was delicious! Loved the omelets! The main foyer area was beautiful (bravo to the architect) If you have to spend a few days here you would enjoy sitting by the fountain or taking a leisurely walk along the pondOur room was clean and spacious, but we did have to change it upon arrival due to a small leak in the bathroom

The staff was pleasant and friendly, and a special thank-you to Heraldo who was very kind and helped us with our room changeOverall it was a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend this hotel

I stayed at this hotel for a week My experience was not good I was lied to, and they stated that they did not charge a hotel deposit

When I arrived, they charged me a $100 deposit I was not happy about this I do not appreciate being lied to Also, the room was very uncomfortable My left side of my face broke out The place was itchy, and the lights were dim I could not even see to do my homework and to do my class virtually Not worth the price This place has a funny smell Now it was little a peaceful but no stores around The hotel is located in a very deserted place

Nothing special about this hotel but it is very convenient for my one night stay as I’m on a road trip The room was very clean and bigger than I expectedI was able to check in late around 10:30pm and the front desk was quick to arrive

The room has tons of channels and a microwave with fridge Small breakfast area has the essentials: plates, utensils, cups I’d definitely stay here again for the great price For a single night stay, it’s great Might look into a different place if staying for more than a night

We always stay here when in town to see family Rooms are standard This visit our first room was substandard but AMANDA changed our room immediately for the second night with no problems!! She was so pleasant and eager to make us happy

What a valuable asset she is to that staff All other staff members were professional and friendly This is why we come here

Mediocre hotel The room was farely dated, had an odd bathroom setup, but didn’t smell of smoke The hallways and entrance did smell of smoke and didn’t seem clean

Overall, the place could use some updating and improvements and deep cleaning However, the service was actually very good with friendly personnel throughout Also, the dining area for guests is small, but breakfast was good

Very clean and nice room, beds etc Price could have a been a bit lower and would have been 5 stars but I guess 154 a night including tax is not too bad for a room with two queen beds for a family of 4 but our in-laws got a room for 118 with two double beds for 118 at the Marriott The breakfast buffet was decent albeit a bit generic but not bad

The general manager (who comped us a breakfast after the people in the room next door had been partying all night) and the restaurant staff seem to be the only people there who know what they are doingFire alarm went off on Thursday evening; guy at the front desk was walking around laughing and filming with his phone instead of directing guests to proper staging area or even checking if everyone was safe Fire brigade arrived after about 10 minutes and then left without any staff making an effort to inform guests it was safe to come back in

Other person behind front desk seemed supremely disinterested and only gave an explanation after being asked Apparently a malfunction was the reason, as it happened again 10 minutes after and in some rooms they were apparently unable to shut it off only after an hour No apologies whatsoever were offered, only a half-hearted offer to move us to another room, which makes absolutely zero difference if the alarm goes off in the entire hotel Note that we were traveling with a 2-year-old as well, who we had to take out of bed and rush out with several times Again, zero apologies offered for the inconvenience Alarm went off twice more the next day, apparently due to a test which was not announced beforehandGeneral lack of service: no responses to several messages we sent through Bookingcom app before arriving to ask for a baby bed Luckily they did have one, but had to take it up to the room myself, and saw several other people walking around with hotel luggage carts, which would suggest severe staffing shortageFood options in the restaurant were either not available or not prepared as advertised (vegetarian burger was not available, grain bowl was not prepared as listed on the menu), though I suspect this is more due to issues with supplies than with staffBathroom had black mold on the ceiling, housekeeping seemed very understaffed, did not always empty trash cans and never removed dirty glasses we took up from the bar on the first night Water leaking from the ceiling in the restaurant and lobby areasPoolside was full of discarded cups, trash and clothing when I wanted to take my daughter for a swim one morningDry-cleaning service is not available on the premises (I realize it is not explicitly stated that it is) but outsourced to a local dry-cleaners, which would take 3-4 days when we asked for it To their credit, they did provide an alternative after we insisted that that was too longAll in all most of the staff seemed either utterly disinterested in their jobs or in dire need of hospitality training

Made reservation online May 6Tried to add a night on May 10Was directed to the property to make the change

Called the property and spoke with front desk about changes Was told, on May 10, that the changes were made and we were good Got confirmation e-mail 4 days before trip and I see the dates are wrongCall the property and speak with a manager whoo explains to me that the employee who made my changes never actually did anything and now they are booked solid and can do nothing I asked if there was another property near that we could move to I was told that this is a franchise and not linked to other Marriots ???Call Marriot corporate and they too were helpless I then spent over 1k to change flightsThe Worst Customer Service

Suite 234: the smell is absolutely unbearable! We reported the issue at the front desk, cleaning crew came and cleaned and sprayed the room It smelled good for five minutes, then it went back to old carpet smell! For the price we paid per night, this was absolutely UNaceptable! We understand this could be a long term rental for some travelers, they might have cooked, or had an animal with them, so please, MAINTAIN THE CARPETS! The smell is terrible!

WATCH YOUR PETS AND YOUR CHILDREN I’m pretty annoyed We’re staying here for 6 months with a young dog, and things have been pretty good until this point

My biggest complaints have been that the couch is extraordinarily saggy and the TV in the bedroom can only play Netflix for about 10 minutes at a time But the past week our dog has been licking his paws, and I think today we figured out why I found a flag in the lawn which said “Pesticide treated area” A week ago a landscaping crew was here, spreading mulch and giving things a trim This is supposed to be a pet-friendly hotel They posed one tiny flag ONE Around the entire hotel! I walked around today and checked We’ve been having him romp and play in poison for a week! He’s been licking his feet because they’ve been so irritated by the chemicals, so I’m sure he’s ingested some of them It would have been nice if they had given more warning than one tiny flag to warn us of the hazard

This hotel is very good and I highly recommend it The location is not the best, as there is nothing close to it other than a Wendy’s restaurant, and you’ll need a car to go anywhere as nothing is within walking distance The hotel staff is very nice and very quick to respond to any issues that may arise during your stay

Unlike some other hotel chains, this hotel does not try to force their way into your room to browse through your possessions and the cleaning staff is very nice tooIf you need a hotel in Central New Jersey and you’re mobile, this is definitely one that I would recommend

Very clean cozy and comfortable PHENOMENAL customer service

pool was amazing taking a dip in the pool which was so warm while barbecuing on the grill which was right directly at the pools eye The hotel itself is in a great location very quiet with it being in the cut which was the best part about the locationI will surely recommend as well as go stay there again
