I had a surprisingly delightful stay at this Holiday Inn Express The front desk folks were very friendly The room was fresh, simply appointee and very clean

The hot breakfast was far better than most these days All foods well prepared, fresh and of good quality This hotel is within a few minute drive of the airport, new Sandia Casino and old town Albuquerque Well done

Be Your Own Journey

Stayed here for a night on a long road trip across country! Conveniently off the thruway and close by Walmart and whole foods Has a decent continental breakfasts, but no gluten free optionsRooms were decent but our sink was gross and hard to drain

Worked out for a one night stay Service dog friendly Easy check in and out!

The layout of the two bedroom suites is TERRIBLE These rooms are designed for up to six people There is nowhere to put more than two suitcases without tripping over them

No dresser The sofa bed is right inside the door, thereby making it difficult to come and go if it’s open There is only one sink, and it’s outside the bathroom – hopefully no one needs to get up in the middle of the night! This layout here is unlike any Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in There is no space for privacy whatsoever – the bathroom has a tub/shower and the toilet, with absolutely no additional space There is nowhere to get dressed privately The outside lighting is so bright overnight that even the blackout shade doesn’t keep it out Multiple times I woke up thinking it must be morning, only to find out it was still the middle of the night Will never stay here again

I was skeptical to stay as I saw multiple previous reviews regarding this property, unfortunately they were right on I arrived to what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom Asked if housekeeping could come by to clean it up, they said it would take a while

They never showed up I attempted to eat downstairs next to the water feature only to be told by the restaurant staff that I couldn’t eat there and to move, they said it was a health concern I found it ironic how what appeared to be black mold in the room wasn’t an issue, yet the eating a commercial food product in the lobby was No other persons were dining and I wasn’t at a restaurant table, I was seated at a Lobby table in the water feature area Ventilation air is dirty, leaving marks on the ceiling Bathroom floor had scum and curtains were old/dirty They were out of laundry supplies and couldn’t answer when they’d restock Their afternoon snacks were pathetic Some chips and hummus Why even do it? The jacuzzi had a platform built over it, the staff stated it was permanently shut down Only good thing was the cooks at breakfast worked hard and had a nice attitude This property is very poorly managed and shouldn’t be allowed to be a Hilton property They have this advertised as a 5 star property, that is comical It wouldn’t even make a 3 star with how it’s run and the current condition Very disappointed

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful The Breakfast made-to-order was delicious, especially the omelet

The pool was nice Maybe just one recommendation for the hotel to get a heated pool It was kind of cold Other than that, our stay was pleasant and we’d most definitely be back

Dena McClung

Mixed ReviewI was here for a conference, and brought my elderly cat with me because she has special needsFirst, the good stuff

The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable The breakfast was quite good, especially the made-to-order omelets and pancakes Those ladies rocked! Having a Starbucks on site was nice The public spaces were pleasant and clean, and the water features were so nice to sit near, especially when I was reading a book while eatingNow, the not-so-good stuff The conference space was freezing I had to buy a sweatshirt to put on simply to survive the presentations, especially if I was seated in the rear of the ballroom You could have hung meat in there! The internet for the conference space was not adequate for the number of people who attended our conferenceIf you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car, forget about plugging it in while you’re paying $15 per night to park There’s no charging availableAnd last, but certainly not least, be VERY CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE A PET I was explicit at check-in that I DID NOT WANT maid service during my stay, because my cat would be loose in my room I told the front desk personnel that I would come get towels if I needed them But upon returning to my room one day, I saw that the door was wide open and ran into a maid leaving as I arrived! Fortunately my cat had not escaped But upon contacting housekeeping, they informed me that the front desk personnel had stated that I had put in an order for service on that date, which was absolutely incorrect These are the kinds of details that are extremely important to guests

I had an excellent customer experience overall I arrived at 10:00 pm and called the shuttle service and they came and picked me up with a smile within 5 minutes The room was clean with a note from the housekeepers with little chocolates on my pillow

The housekeepers took the time to stop in the hallway and genuinely ask me how my experience was and how they could be of help The breakfast had homemade omelets and sausages – the employee told me that they prided themselves on making a quality breakfast for the guests The front desk was friendly, helpful, and accommodating Janet Moreno is the front desk manager and Monica helped offer advice for places to eat Every person I interacted with on the staff was kind, sincere, and paid attention to the small details making an overall great customer experience

Sarah Reynolds

Good small quiet hotel It looks like they are doing some updates like new paint in the hall ways and the flooring in the rooms is nice Bathroom could Definitely use some updates but all in all it was a nice stay

Its not the hotels fault but We had a little difficulty finding the hotel due to most roads surrounding the hotel were blocked off with police and yellow tape because a shooting happened about an hour before we arrived but the hotel itself wasn’t surrounded by any danger or homeless like the hotel we normally stay at on menaul We’ve been trying to find a new hotel through Windham that is safe, clean and friendly Would stay here again if need be

Jinni L

I don’t know why this Days Inn had so many bad reviews I travel and mostly stay wherever is the most convenient for the night, and this is by far the best Days Inn I’ve ever stayed at It had some kind of new security door, which was cool

The price was right for a 5 person suite Staff were nice Despite being by an airport we didn’t wake up to plane noiseNow, this is a Days Inn, which I’m very familiar with all over the states I was not expecting much at all, but aside from the trash pieces and loads of hair on the bed skirt at the head of the bed, it was a very clean room No cigarette marks, no “missed” trash, balding carpet, sketchy bathroom I only noticed the bed skirt has apparently never been cleaned after the usual bed bug inspection I’ll take a little mess behind the bed over bed bugs any dayGood for the price for sure

I am a loyal IHG member and stay at their hotels whenever possible I picked this particular hotel because it was pet friendly and I am traveling with my two dogs I am writing this review to give kudos to Beth, who worked the front desk during the evening shift

Beth was efficient, friendly, warm, knowledgeable She is a fabulous representative of the brand, and quite frankly, the BEST front desk person I’ve dealt with at any IHG propertyBreakfast at the hotel was quite good The room was sufficient to my needs It was clean and well appointedNot sure why one signs a “contract” when having pets in the hotel because the contract isn’t enforced Room 123 left their yippy dog alone in the room and Beth kindly gave me ear plugs Another room had 3 large dogs when the contract states the limit is two I’m just not fond of unenforced mandates Either have contracts with your guests or don’tI would stay at this particular hotel again should I have dogs with me when I travel

The moment I stepped inside of this hotel, I felt home already though we just stayed only for a night This hotel is our last stop and we stayed in four different hotels before this location So far this is the best hotel we had during our trip

Their lobby is neat and clean, Our room is tidy and bright, they even have provided Dove toiletries They’re breakfast is phenomenal compare to the other hotels we stayed too Very organized buffet with a lot of options It’s location is also accessible and convenient, right just the exit of I40 west

Seabeegt

Had a decent stay there Area surrounding hotel is sketchy There were very suspicious individuals not too far from the hotel but they do have armed security that roam the premises

As far as the room goes, it was pretty nice Fan in the bathroom didn’t work though Breakfast was great Overall a very good stay Parking was cramped too, but that was bcuz they were having a lot repaved

Chris Salinas

Great experience during my 2 night stay Staff very friendly and they even applied a discount I didn’t know I qualified for when I checked in Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and both meals were fantastic

Bed was just right as far as firmness goes My TV stopped working at 9pm and the maintenance guy was in my room in less than 5 minutes to fix it which I really appreciated The location is great, close to the freeway and easy to get around Would absolutely stay here again!

Loretta Rodriguez

This hotel deserves 5/5 stars for the customer service alone! As someone traveling to NM for the first time, I felt well attended to and safe Gillian and Jasmine stood out the most They were all so attentive, suggested nearby restaurants and sight seeing, and one night even sent up a microwave to my room for my dinner

The cleaning staff also do a great job and are very considerate! This is a great stay for newcomers as it’s close to Old Town, great coffee shops, and even has a Starbucks and Burger King across the street The free breakfast was delicious and some of the best I’ve had as it’s made to order! Shuttle bus service is amazing to and from the airport and other nearby attractions The only things that weren’t the best is that the hotel itself is a bit outdated and the pool was still covered even though it’s end of April and weather was in the 70s & 80s Fridge also made a lot of noise at night

Jocelyn Pace

This was a great pet-friendly hotel Very clean, very helpful and knowledgeable desk staff They were super kind with our late arrival due to being stuck on I-40 due to the Sixty Six Fire

My husband and son reported the food was quite good I liked the location, which made it easy to reach historic sites, restaurants, and shopping After a long week on the road, we planned two days here for some downtime It was a lovely place to spend a couple daysI did dislike the prevalence of skunky pot smoke outside the doors closest to our rooms The smell persists well into the hallways It makes it rough for those of us who are allergic Luckily, it doesn’t travel into the rooms, even when folks are smoking directly outside the air unitsMy only room recommendation: room microwaves! We have food allergies and frequently bring things to microwave when traveling I realize this may be a difficult prospect given the age of the hotel–electrical updates are difficult to configure Even a couple lobby microwaves would be helpful

This hotel has seen better days The elevators smelled of weed and the hallways to get to your room are just dirty Once I got to my room I noticed there was a wad of hair on the wall of the shower which just made me question the cleanliness of the hotel

Only good thing about it is the beds are extremely comfortable and it’s right next to the airport

Steve Hixon

One of the nicer Hilton Hotels I have stayed at Friendly staff, pretty decent breakfast Too bad other guests have no manners and let their kids run up and down the hall until after midnight

I poked my head out and asked super kindly if they could keep it down a bit, and the father told me to go “f myself” This isn’t the fault of the hotel, they can’t stop people from being a-holes, but they really should try and set some sort of enforcement of letting kids run up and down the halls

Nicole I

4 stars? I beg to differ The price was great, but I guess you get what you paid for The room looked like they cleaned it in a rush right before I arrived

The pillows and towels were in disarray, the refrigerator didn’t work, and the window blinds didn’t close I didn’t realize the phone was filthy until I picked it up to call the front desk about the other issues I was given another room and because I changed rooms in the middle of the night I didn’t notice the bathroom light didn’t work and there wasn’t a bath mat or shower curtain in the bathroom until the following day Unfortunately, I was in a morning rush and couldn’t inform the front desk of the bathroom situation until I got ready for the day I had to use the majority of the towels to wipe up the floor after my shower The front desk person assured me everything would be taken care of by the time I came back I know someone made an attempt to fix the light because there were broken glass and pieces of wire left behind on the floor and around the sink, still no light though I decided last minute to extend my stay in Albuquerque one more day but I checked out bright and early the following morning and went elsewhere

Comfortable stay, kind and welcoming staff and good breakfast We got a good night’s rest, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was pretty quiet considering it’s next to the airport The only comments that I have are that we found pet hair on the desk chair, it’s always unpleasant to see that

Also, it would be nice to have a TV that allows you to log into your streaming services, especially when you come back to your room after a long day Most other hotels have that option The last thing that we’ll say is that we put in a request to the front desk for toilet paper and to have our trash picked up (during this time in the Pandemic I understand we need to request room service/housekeeping) We put in the request in the morning, came back in the evening and we had to call again for the request Not that we expected a response in the morning right then and there but we figured within 8 hrs was reasonable Honestly, despite the few negative parts of this review, we would stay here again

Nizho Grafx

Real Review Place was clean, quiet for a place near the airport I stayed in the executive suites

The doors were a bit of a pain to unlock but the maintenance was working on it The breakfast was great Tons of options and that make your own waffles The staff was friendly and I never felt uncomfortable Room was spacious The pool is a bit older looking and small but it was good I didn’t see any threatening person or people No blood stains, no damage structures No dirty carpets I’ve read tons of reviews that start to become repetitive about the same thing So it’s honest no scam Have fun be safe it’s way safer than what it was back in the 90s Take care!

Samuel Rogers

This was a great little, comfortable hotel to get a night (or a few nights’) rest The room was suitably furnished and I had a nice view of the pool and hot tub (which I later made use of; major plus!) The breakfast was decent and there was a friendly face at both reception and the breakfast room when I was there

Definitely worth the price Shuttle to the airport runs 24 hours, so you just give them a call and you will be picked up within 30 minutes (also shuttles to car rentals) Also, the neighborhood is close to Old Town, Bio Park, and major highways

The staff was excellent, extremely accommodating and friendly with every interaction We stopped off from a long days travel and Gabby was so nice even though it was busy with others checking in and us with no reservations She was quick and efficient in helping

In the morning before heading back out for another long day of travel we stopped at the front only to be greeted by another friendly employee, Ralph! He answered all of our questions we had and even sent us away with a to-go breakfast and a smile

David Leask

Staff was fantastic Location is great Hotel is in need of serious upkeep

Fitness center was disappointing One broken treadmill and the other cardio bike looked like it was repaired with spare parts that didn’t belong to the bike TV remote was dead and chair in the room was stained Could be a great place but ownership needs to show more attention to detail The hotel was not horrific However cleanliness and upkeep were concerning I would return only because the front desk was fantastic and customer service oriented

Khalil was an amazing shuttle driver, after discussing we would have to get an Uber to take us to dinner he offered to drop us off and pick us up, saved money that way! Marge was the sweetest soul when we came down for breakfast, offered to fill our big water bottles with water and ice, she went above and beyond for us Nye was great at the front desk, greeted us with a smile and was very friendly! Breakfast was great Would 10/10 recommend to anyone! Please give these employees the praise they deserve for going above and beyond for their customers!

Danielle Randazzo

I wouldn’t stay here again I’m not sure the sheets were washed There was trash in one of the trash cans and the carpet made our feet black instantly

They hadn’t filled the coffee singles, we only had decaf but to be fair we asked the front desk for more and they gave us more than enough My best advice to Hyatt Place is pull out the carpet and put down flooring that can be easily mopped Also, make sure the cleaning staff are trained and doing their job Cleanliness is the most important attribute of a decent hotel, you fell short

Patrick Riley

***Update Called the manager He called me a liar

He said he checked the sheets and didn’t see anything Admitted that he checked the sheets on the bednot the soiled sheets on the floor that I had to deal with the night before More incompetence from this location STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!***DISGUSTING! DO NOT STAY! They remake beds with bedding from the previous guests Found pringles crumbs and other food bits between the sheets made into the beds Hair on 3 of the 4 pillow cases When we called the front desk they told us they could not move us and WE HAD TO COME DOWNSTAIRS FOR REPLACEMENT BEDDINGand then she hung up on me! So here we areup late changing out dirty bedding on our own beds when we have to be up very early We had to ask for a refund on the roomnone was offered They said we can only have 10% ($18)even though they hold $50 from me for incidentals DIRTY, USED BEDS AND TERRIBLE SERVICE Elevators are both sketchy Both make disturbing noises and movements One starts going down as the door begins shuttinghappened while I was halfway in and out of the door UNSAFE and no record of inspection posted in either one Don’t waste your money or time Don’t apologize to me and ask me to give you another chance Give me at least half off my room for doing the job of the maid staff for you in the middle of the night!

When we checked in the first room had not been cleaned I went back and they got us a new room quickly They were super nice about it

The rooms were nice and the pool looked nice tooThe area around the hotel did not seem the safest I’m sure it was fine but all the signs in the parking lot said not to leave anything in your car overnight

Lesa Nuccio

Please be aware of this location for charging your credit card with $250 incidentals When I called about the extra charge on my card I was told I must not understand how the use of my credit card works because it was just a holding fee and would be taken off in the next few days Due to a family emergency my card was paid, but I didn’t review my statement

I was running expenses and found the $250 charge was left on my card I have tried several times to have the charge reversed and have been told that it would be taken care of Today I tried to talk to bookkeeping, she said she would transfer me to another phone and it kept ringing At this point my loss, but please don’t let them scam you!

Excellent place to stay! Very friendly workers at the front desk They offer you water when you check in, and they are accommodating The room was large and had a comfortable bed

My only complaint would be that the air wouldn’t stay kicked on, and without it, the walls are thin You can hear neighbors and the people in the parking lot very clearly This may have been something that I just couldn’t figure out, so I wouldn’t hold this against them! Breakfast was delicious and fresh

Alyssa Kirkman

Got there later in the night about 8pm and they had availability and even took $10 off my room Front desk was very kind and compassionate when we checked in and when we checked out We were traveling cross country and last minute decided to stay in Albuquerque and there aren’t too many good hotels around, so this one was a really good find

The pool and whirlpool were really great The beds and pillows were so comfortable Had a full breakfast buffet and vending machines I would recommend staying here if you have a last minute stay or even if you’re in town visiting

Karl Henke

This hotel was completely adequate I hope that doesn’t sound disappointing, because it’s not When you’re tired and go to a random hotel, the last thing you want is a surprise, and I’ve had quite a few surprises

The rooms were clean The water and fixtures all worked There were no funny smells The included breakfast was nothing special, but it tasted fine and had a good selection The staff was polite and knowledgableI was not looking for a mind-blowing experience I needed a comfortable, predictable place to sleep at a decent price, and that is exactly what I got

Comfortable stay for 4 nights in a king suite Perfect room for two people plus a small dog! It really reminded me of our Wyndham timeshares which are modern and clean It is a safe location as it is tucked away with some other hotels near the airport

Breakfast is amazing with so many choices I will return here The only downfalls were limited washer and dryers with the two dryers not really working properly You can also hear other guests talking in their rooms as you walk down the hall Overall it is very good There were even warm cookies in the lobby one night as we passed through! Highly recommend

When I arrived from out of state I was very ill and everyone in the hotel was kind and considerate and checked everyday to see how I was I got to know all these wonderful people who turned into friends from Sabrina behind the desk who was fantastic, to the cooks and the drivers who took us to the stores and even the hospital, especially Mark and StephenThe room was great too and I hated to leave

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay

I stayed here for about 2 months due to a travel assignment and had my two dogs with me towards end of last year Majority of the staff were super kind and helpful and I can’t appreciate the shuttle drivers enough when I had to get a car rental I booked the 1 bedroom queen suite with a conference table and had a huge living space and my dogs and I were quite comfortable and had a small kitchenette

The majority of my stay was good but I did have incidents where my key cards stopped working and had to try 4-5 times at the desk of going back up and downstairs with my dogs after working nightshift just trying to walk them before going to sleep, before a key finally worked Apparently if staying for long periods they need to reprogram the key cards for time periods frequently or they will not workI cleaned the room and space majority of the time because I had housekeeping come once scheduled where I took my dogs out so they didn’t have to worry and left a tip Besides being vacuumed it didn’t seem like anything else was done like nothing wiped down or anything I wish I had not left a tip Super disappointing so just cleaned myself and would exchange linens Place was clean when I got there just the in between seemed lackingIf working nights just be aware someone does vacuum in the afternoon almost everyday and does hit your door often while doing so, so if light sleeper will wake you upThe only other thing that occurred was even after I left they had me down for reservation for separate timeframe and ended up charging me and I had to call to have reimbursed due it all supposed to be checked out earlier and shouldn’t be reserved for any other times I had some irritations that happened while there and my last straw to find different housing for last month I was in area for work was due to the keycard incident but overall it was a clean place and welcomed my dogs and me and just did monthly pet fee A lot of other people stayed there for longer term for work and if working during the day it probably would’ve been a much better experience when it came to sleeping and suchAlso as others mentioned water pressure is lacking I was on 4th floor and it was lame and breakfast wise was okay I didn’t get it often but would sometimes and they had some warm things and some cold options On a bright note the freezer has its own ice maker so that was nice and there is a small dishwasher The kitchenette sink is lacking size wise but does have a garbage disposal and there are two cook tops and pots and pans and basics to live with

This property is great Reasonable price, great rooms, excellent customer service from Brian at the Registration Desk and the restaurant staff too The room was clean, well maintained, and quiet

There is not much available within walking distance for food or entertainment as I had hoped there would be, so I was bored for the evening The quality, preparation, and service for the food was excellent! pool was very full with other guests and kids which was great for them, but I would have liked to have a live band or musician during the evening Overall a great experience

Avenda Marketplace

We came into town for a weekend getaway this place looked amazing online they really fluff it up With anticipation of a relaxing weekend by the pool we find out after booking that the pool is closed for no particular reason Called Guest services several times to get basic information about places to eat or fresh linen and towels no one answered

They also offer breakfast but it’s an Additional charge I suggest going to FLYING STAR CAFE it was a place I found online and it was amazing I wish they had a hotel I would probably have had a better time Unfortunately Crowne Plaza doesn’t meet its online presence so be forewarned you are just paying for a bed and a shower and a pretty lobby (why they got the 3rd star)

JL DaPilot

Well as far as hotels I would recommend just die to the fact that the housekeeper named Ruby went above and beyond for what ever I needed or my family needed She never hesitated and just because I recommend this their service Excellent when it comes to the rooms Now as for the front desk can get busy but they are very friendly as soon as they greet you you feel welcomed

Try it once won’t be disappointed Two pools are better than one and the view is pretty cool

Extremely disappointed with this hotel The lobby area is nice but the rooms are extremely dated and not fully clean Our drain in our shower is moldy – I called the front desk to ask to be switched rooms and the lady said she’d give me a call back but never did

On top of that, every day, twice a day I asked for housekeeping to come up to the room and they never came! I’ve been here for four days now and haven’t had housekeeping a single time even though I have requested it almost 10 times We ran out of towels so we called the front desk, they said someone would be up with them – the towels never came So we walked down to the front desk and asked and they said someone would be up – no one ever came We got on the elevator, went to a different floor and grabbed towels off of a maids cart This morning, I had to go to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper, how ridiculous I see a maid cart on my floor every day and I directly ask them for service and I never get it To top it off, our room is supposed to have a mini fridge but it does notI cannot wait to leave this place and never return

Would be 5 stars but air conditioner in room was old and didn’t work well To be specific, it was mid 90s outside and the AC unit was set to lowest temperature full blast and it got down to 76 degrees by the middle of the night after about 8+ hours of running (outside temperature obviously cools down at night too) The room was uncomfortable above 80 degrees for most of evening

Would advise going anywhere else that has normal, fully-functioning AC units in rooms if staying in warmer months Air conditioner in fitness room seemed to be the same so my assumption is all rooms have the same old unit Everything else about hotel and room was as desired

James I Am

Somewhat of a mixed review from me

As others have said the staff are so friendly and helpful but the hotel is a bit dated I had no problems with my bathroom and the bed and pillows were very comfortable It was annoying that there was no ac outlet near the bed so I couldn’t keep my phone charging while I used it My coffee maker worked fine and was much appreciated at 5:00 when I woke up The airport shuttle was great and I had me at the airport in under 10 minutesI asked for a wakeup call but they never called the room which could have been terrible and thankfully I had my phone alarm set The worst part of my over night stay has nothing to do with the hotel but instead the horribly inconsiderate guests in the next room They literally had a group of people laughing and shouting at 5:00am!!! I mean what is wrong with people??? If I wasn’t up ang leaving for the airport I would have DEFINITELY been banging on their door! MORON’S!!!

Was able to check in using the app while on the road so when we came in we were greeted by a nice professional lady at the front desk this evening who was very helpful Straight to our room which was very roomy, CLEAN (and I am very particular about this part, especially these days

and I still sanitize my way), and everything in the room was just how it should be Very nice room, comfy bed, and all around great feel here! Especially after a long day of travel it’s very refreshing! If we weren’t so tired would possibly use some of the nice facilities, restaurant, or even grab a drink at the bar Looking forward to having a full night’s sleep soon! Wanted to go ahead and take a minute to review Would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience with this hotelWe came here wanting to experience a new area and hotel While it’s close to Uptown Albuquerque, the hotel itself is hidden behind construction and isn’t that great of an area

From the moment we came in, we knew this hotel wouldn’t be as good as we would likeFirstly, they don’t answer the message system within the Hilton app We sent several messages over our stay and never got a responseSecond, the air conditioning units within the rooms are obnoxiously loud and don’t stop running We had to turn ours off to be able to sleepThird, the restaurant will charge you a $4 delivery on food you order even if you order food to go at the restaurant and pick it up yourself We had to ask staff to remove this as it didn’t seem appropriate to charge this if they weren’t delivering anything To be fair, their chicken tenders are really good and freshFourth, the restrooms do not have toilet paper holders Really bizarre for a hotel as you’d expect this in the restroomFifth the showers do not have any soap holder/ledge to keep soap on Again it’s really weird as this is a really basic configuration in hotel showersSixth, the toilets are somehow connected to the sinks Whenever you flush toilets, you can hear it flushing from the sink as well A little weird and unsettlingLast, the gym is really small One cardio equipment of each basic type and a few free weights are in this small room It does connect to a decent pool thoughOverall I don’t think I’d stay here again just due to the list of things that this hotel could greatly improve upon

The beds are atrocious The bed creaked every time I moved, and it felt like whoever installed the bed didn’t realize box springs and mattresses are different things As to the pillows, I don’t know who wants to have their head flat against the bed while the pillow fluffs on either side of their head, but if you’re into that, GOOD NEWS! You’ll love these pillows! The place is clean, and the staff are fine, provided you don’t care about masking during the pandemic

I mean, you might get COVID, but you’ll get it with a smile! If you’re disabled, please note at this property, Hilton cares more about their Diamond members being able to park than handicapped people, and there are only two designated spots to the side of the hotel at that (Five spots right out front for diamonds members) However, no one enforces compliance unless specifically asked to do so May the parking odds be ever in your favorIt’s right off I-40, but I wouldn’t say it’s conveniently located since it’s kind of weird to get to once you exit the interstate Be prepared to drive in such a way as to irritate other drivers or to make u-turns a couple of timesI’ve stayed in worse places, for sure, but I dang sure didn’t pay nearly $200 to do so

Everyone is an absolute delight even when it comes to needing to switch rooms In valet, Robert is fantastic & extremely kind to your needs, and at the front desk Theresa & Christopher are A++++ in your service needs When it comes to the rest of the resort, the pool is small with part inside & part outside which leaves it quaint & perfect

The hotel is clean and up-to-date even with covid still protocols still in ace for staff but leaves restaurants closed The casino is actually huge with thousands of slot machines, busy tables and a great center bar staff This is a great little getaway or place to stay while in town on business Definitely 2 thumbs up customer service should always be the top item to grade

Outstanding service Helpful staff The water jets in the tub went on the fritz and wouldn’t shut off

Maintenance was very quick to respond and fix the issue, as was housekeeping to cleanup after I do recommend requesting a room further away from the elevators as guests are loud and the doors are thin Overall rooms are very well maintained, and very comfortableSeating in the Showroom for concerts is amazing The concessions are quick, restrooms have close and easy access Dining options are limited, however the few that are there have large menus So plan your dietary needs accordingly

blanca ortiz

Clean As in pristine The drawers that you don’t use when traveling, spotless

Although I’ve noticed some damages on the wall- bar hooks or probably handle bars falling off the wall, a clean hotel always tops that The walls are thick enough so you’d be sleeping peacefully Spacious rooms Staff are very welcoming Thank you to Theresa at the front desk for being so informative and helpful, I really appreciate you! I’ll be back to stay longer
