Staff has been great Staff aside, this hotel is complete garbage We booked through Expedia and I didn’t realize the breakfast wasn’t included

They want $1250 / person to eat (no free coffee either) Our room A/C isn’t keeping up, it’s warm, our A/C unit is leaking, causing the carpet surrounding the A/C to be SOAKED (I’m sure it is also moldy) and our bathroom smells like wet dog Also, when you turned the shower on, it sounds like 1,000 bees behind the shower wall (there aren’t actually bees, it is just really obnoxious) The toilet runs and runs and runs I’m just flabbergasted they have the audacity to ask for $1250 / guest for breakfast on top of our already expensive booking costs when our room isn’t even worth $170+ a night We’re paying $37609 for two nights here Which also makes no sense seeing as how our booking through Expedia was only $34192 Just overall NOT PLEASED with our stay here in any way, shape or form **WOULD NOT RECOMMEND**

I wouldn’t consider this a 4-star hotel, more like a 3-star Our room was dated and the AC ran all night trying to cool off our 6th floor room I don’t think the room ever got to the 65 degrees that we set it on

We had breakfast at the restaurant and the food and service were great My only complaint was paying $5 for a small glass of orange juice The food prices seemed fair given the large portions The fitness center was nice and clean with complimentary water The “convenience store” isn’t anything more than non-alcoholic drinks and nuts Overall the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but nothing about the hotel was above average

Cynthia Brown

We were there for a wedding, so we made the best of things The hotel staff deserves 5 stars, but the room was definitely not a 4-star While the king bed was quite comfortable, the rest of the room was very old and dated

All electric outlets we could reach were too loose to be comfortable to use Our TV stopped working The prompt response of maintenance determined that the electric outlet no longer worked, but he was able to use another outlet There were no outlets at the desk, so I had to brew coffee in the bathroom using an outlet that sparked sharing that outlet with our charging station The ceiling above the shower was coming down There was no light bright enough for the room so reaching into the black drawer interiors or our suitcases to retrieve garments was quite difficult No mention on the website that housekeeping no longer makes beds/empty trash cans during a stay so 4-night stay meant all trash cans were overflowing by the time we left No mention that ‘winter’ months means valet service only available Thursday-Sunday and Starbucks, restaurant, bar have limited hours if open at all

Elizabeth Lape

The ac doesn’t work well at all When we checked into our room we were a bit confused by the box fan In the room – thank goodness we had it because the room is stuffy and has poor circulationI was hoping it was just our room – but the bar at the restaurant had one too – so it must be ac that needs updates

The service however was great! Staff were friendly and helpful, bar staff wonderful and fun – food at restaurant was great! The rooms were not exactly outdated – but the furniture is a bit worn throughout room and whole hotel Just minor things like worm away paint in furniture and cabinets – just a little Tlc would make it greatHousekeeping did service our room though throughout our 2 night stayNot all the outlets worked – needs updates electrical – there were power strips which i just found strange but understoodI would not stay at this hotel again due to the air not working well I would not classify as a 4 star – maybe 3?Not a terrible experience but not what iWas expecting for a 4 star downtown

When we entered the lobby with our four-year-old son around 8pm, there was one person in line in front of us No one was at the front desk After entertaining our son for a few minutes, I looked up to see an angry-looking man walking briskly toward us, saying, “You didn’t have to yell

I was just making a fresh pot of coffee!” (No one had been yelling, although our son was talking excitedly as he explored the space)We checked in without further incident and made it to our room It appeared clean for the most part, but there was something that looked like poo on the toilet We inspected the room more closely for cleanliness and didn’t see any other issues, so we cleaned the toilet ourselves and stayed in the room We requested different pillows and had to go to the front desk to get then They had no one to bring them upThe room was comfortable and quiet We tried to eat breakfast in the restaurant the next morning, but no one appeared to be working After waiting about five minutes, we decided to eat elsewhere Everything was fine, but they are clearly understaffed, which is understandable with Covid restrictions

Excellent customer service, room was clean and spacious Enjoyed the hot tub in the room The breakfast was good and enjoyed the gym

The location is in a decent spot but the current construction on the main road makes it hard to accessOur room included a sleeper sofa but no linen for it and was missing toiletry but overall was a good experience

SmileyElmo98

Reservation, check in, & check out were easy & straightforward & the staff was very polite & helpful Hotel is located right across the street from several gas stations & fast food restaurants, which was very convenient The lobby, hallways, & rooms were clean, warm, & well-maintained, & the bed was clean, comfortable, & smelled like lavender

My only complaint is that the hallways smelled like marijuana There were a variety of hot & cold breakfast items, all of which were fresh & tasted good If I’m ever in the area again, this is where I will be staying 🙂 Thank you!

This hotel is absolutely stunning So clean, rooms are so cute the bathrooms are big, the amenities are good quality If you score a room with a jacuzzi tub you are in for a treat!! We loved every minute of our stay

The complimentary breakfast is absolutely 5 stars! Omlettes, waffles, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, flavored creamer, whipped cream, from the biggest to smallest details they have absolutely rocked it Absolutely recommend this place!

It’s way over price I had a one king size bed room The Roman was fine but there’s no microwave, a really small fridge with no freezer space, and no laundry facilities on site

Plus, they take money out of your account on weird days not the day you check in, so my bank account got all messed The staff is fine just know you’re paying a lot of not that much

Vonessa Henry

Room was booked using points, get here and now can’t use the points Room had something brown smeared on the couch, big pieces of crumbs on the floor, fridge did not work From the outside the hotel is really nice but inside is like a motel but with a hotel price

We normally stay at Hyatt House, will continue to stay there That is a 5 star hotel

DJMS PRODUCTIONS

Found spiders in our 1st room In the bed with us and and everything Cob webs everywhere… seems like maintanece said a spider had babies in there right before we arrived 🤷🏾‍♂️ Anyway, housekeeping manager came after maintenance and checked it all out

I took d pics and video All of us were disgusted, but wound up moving us to a room they had me to inspect with them That room was fine, I finally talked to the manager and she offered points to us and I asked for 2 cookies No free night… but I think this was just a one off situation That’s why I gave them 3 stars I still think more could have been done seeing that we were out in a VERY SMALL room when we 1st arrived So this was actually our 3 RD ROOM in this hotel I usually have amazing experiences at any Hyatt Place I stay in and this was the toughest stay I’ve had PS They did give us a free late check out

Room was what we expected for the current rate(s)We were not seeking a $2 – $500 a night motelWe attended the Ohio State Fair which Comfort Suites is within walking distance

5 stars no doubt because we attended the Foreigner concert knowing I would be consuming alcoholic beveragesThe continental breakfast was much better than anticipated! Service was good; very polite and courteous to everyone we noticed interaction withRooms are non smoking 🚭 ours was cool an fresh smelling A single queen bedroom which was very clean and the bathroom also Our bed was so comfortable (even before coming back from concert: lol)They have a swimming pool inside for guests open from 9:00am – 9:00pm very cleanPlenty of upfront handicap ♿️ parking with accessible entrance and exit(s)We are happy with our stay, recommending Comfort Suites, and hope to get a room here next year TY CS and all the staff

When we rolled in, the hotel next door had some police activity Like 30 cars and a helicopter, type activity Needless to say, we were a bit alarmed

The guy at the front desk was nice but he was a bit overwhelmed Apparently, the power had just come back on after a few hours He gave us our keys and sent us on our way but the room hadn’t been cleaned Try #2 got us a clean roomThis hotel is merely OK It could use a remodel

Ansaba Arthur

The pool was green The back entry door from the parking lot was broken and the shards of glass were still on the ground The outside sometimes smelled like weed

However, the rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were updated and fully stocked with hairdryers and towels No weird smell, but there was a stain on the couch It was overall an okay place to stay—it has a lot of room for improvement

Stay was fine until we tried to get hot water for showers Had to ask for another room to try and shower in but also no hot water there We were refunded for the stay which was great but definitely an inconvenience and we were late to our event Sunday morning

Nice hotel layout with the pool location Exercise area could use some attention Probably would if given a 5 if we had hot water

Kathy Mayer

I thought that the rooms were fine, but had a few details and suggestions to share First, the positive: The night desk person (Devon) was absolutely a delight He was kind and friendly, so just the kind of person you would want to greet guests

The breakfast buffet was disappointing Mini omelets with Velveeta type cheese in the middle were not hot and cheese not melted Potatoes were good and French toast sticks ok No bananas or other healthy options NOT worth $1200 My advice is to just serve the usual cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, etc that lower cost hotels offer I noticed that not many guests ate the buffet breakfast We ate from it the first day, then brought back breakfast sandwiches from a fast food place and bought bananas Regards, K Mayer

Casey

Surprised I didn’t see any other reviews complaining of the noise, but the walls in this place are paper thinWe could hear every word of the conversations in the rooms on either side of us, and these folks weren’t being loud at all… Luckily no one was using the pool late, because the sounds from the hallway are worse

Needless to say, we slept terriblyThe walls in the room and the bathroom were dirty with splatters and random stainsThe beds were fine There’s a small Starbucks in the lobby, which is nice

Location was great for what we needed Some mold was around the ceiling in the bathroom There were 4 of us, and only three towels in the room

No biggie, just asked for more but you would think they would know how many guests were in the room Also needed more shampoo, and they don’t clean your room daily anymore Probably staffing issues Probably would try one of the other hotels in the vicinity next time

Tj Breitmeier

We used the Hilton app to check in and out, so I did not interact with the staff The app works well The digital key works better than the key cards you get at the front desk

The curtains were confusing but there is a set of black out curtains, between the sheer curtains and the window, that are somewhat hidden but do close all the way USB outlets on the side tables beside the bed were a nice touch There wasn’t an obvious hotel directory and I had to search the website for information It would be nice if the app included check out times, hours for continental breakfast, and other general information for the hotel The inside of the cabinet with the mini fridge was beat up, but furniture is made poorly these days and I don’t find fault in the hotel for thisWhat we saw of the hotel was clean and had expected wear from people occupying the rooms I was pleased that there was no smell of cigarettes or dogs and we could not hear any trafficWe did not get to try the breakfast, but it smelled good as we were checking out I will likely stay here again

Great rooms, love the second floor balcony overlooking the nice courtyard Another reviewer said this place was “quiet” – not if you’re from a rural area!! You can definitely hear the highway from the balcony but that’s okay I just appreciated having the balcony and the view

Nice big try right outside the balcony so it was just nice to be able to step out and get some fresh air without having to go outside of the hotelBed is comfy – I would describe it as soft but firm enough to support the spine Super comfy pillows (there’s an extra one in the closet for rooms with a pull out sofa if you are a pillow fiend like me and want ALL OF THE PILLOWS)The breakfast options were sufficient but definitely not like a regular restaurant Probably about 5 or so menu items, give or take I ended up just going to the Sunny Street Cafe down the road which was simply deliciousAlso, I can run myself a HOT bath! That was wonderful and much needed It’s the little things! Good room for the price Only 4 stars due to the highway noise

patrick lyles

There currently under renovation but we have had nothing but smiles and a warm welcome the entire stay The rooms are well kept and passed my walk through Inspection before putting the bag down My only problem I had is that I’m a bigger guy and the shower was narrow

The interior courtyard was amazing and extremely relaxing along with a good size pool that was not crowded at the time The price was on the high side to me for a night $135 a night But I don’t usually stay in hotels so that up to you Overall 9/10 stay deffinety recommend

Amy Tranter

If you are a prudent booker of hotels and picky about finding the very best hotel, I would not suggest you choose Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Dublin The only positive I would say is the pool – it’s not as “small” as some indoor pools feel, and it’s saltwater vs chlorine That’s where the positives end

First off, the location is horrible – this is not at an exit with hotel and store options nearby There is no complimentary breakfast or even coffee as is common with most Marriott brands There is one ice machine on the entire first floor – it’s a long, long walk The TV is positioned to the side of the King bed instead of right in front of it The shower stall is tight and with a fabric shower curtain, which you know is not often washed or replaced The woman at the front desk was not kind An elderly lady had been walking all over to find the ice machine – the front desk woman said “yes, we just have the one and pointed which direction” I went and got ice for the guest myself Upon leaving, the same person was working and said absolutely nothing except “no” when I asked if we needed to stop to check out If you’re going for the “bar” – it’s not one – it’s a counter and right in same area as check-in counters – it offers no atmosphere I was very disappointed in this Marriott experience

The staff are friendly and helpful The location is really nice with a fair amount of dining near by The rooms are in ok shape, not incredible, but reasonable

The hot breakfast is not the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, but it’s not awful On the whole, this Homewood Suites is just fine I’ve stayed there quite a bit in the last 2 months and it’s a tolerable home away from home

Cindy S Barker

Suite is perfect with full kitchen and fireplace Staff was really caring and service oriented Manager, Justin a very open and friendly gentleman was present and on top of things so I saw no issues

Housekeeping staff was amazing and very helpful I especially appreciated Ibn I am currently using a walker and he went out of his way to open doors for me and to make sure i was comfortable Ibn is also the reason the public areas sparkle Girls in housekeeping are friendly an good at what they do Give them all a raise We’ll be back!

Aarin Pesko-Morales

My overall experience at this location was positive but was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail regarding room cleanliness (M&M candy on floor near refrigerator and dirty top of refrigerator) This location has a Whole Foods that is very convenient The fitness room says 24/7 but was not

Self check-in and room key via phone worked and was a huge plus

When you are traveling and Life is throwing curveballs at you left and right, one after another, you just want to get to a hotel that is clean and quiet This is how our day was today However, it was our great luck that we had chosen to stay at this hotel

The decor is modern, the parking is great, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby We had a great view of the Olentangy River from our room The beds were comfortable with nice linens, clean floor, and clean bathroom with the standard toiletries and hair dryer Bonus – we enjoyed an early check-in with no line The front desk staff was precise and efficientWorthy of mention was Katie, the Front Desk Manager She was cordial, polite, and conversational Her kind words and actions certainly earned the entire experience at Hampton 6 stars out of 5 !

Angela Purtell

My husband and I spent two nights at this location while attending a family wedding We always enjoy staying at Hampton Inns, and this property had the comfortable rooms and amenities that we’ve come to expect from the Hampton brand There were a few minor issues that prevent me from giving five stars and had me considering a three star rating

First, our room did not have a shower curtain, making it difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry during a shower We arrived very late at night after several long days of travel, so we simply didn’t have the energy to look into fixing this issue as we mostly wanted to use the room to rest before the wedding we were attendingSecond, my husband, who never complains about his interactions with businesses and tends to give those with customer facing jobs the benefit of the doubt, had a brief but unpleasant interaction with a member of the breakfast staff He tells me they were speaking to him like an employee and not a guest, complaining that he had not replaced a lid on the eggs being served I later observed another member of the breakfast team speaking abruptly and appearing very stressed, leaving me to wonder if this very busy area is understaffedFinally, housekeeping opened our door twice without knocking, entering the room unannounced the second time Once is a mistake, but the second time makes me think this is a lack of proper training or a lack of organization, especially since there’s a message in the room saying they will not provide housekeeping during your stay unless you request itAll of these issues are minor, and we really did enjoy our stay, but I think this property and its staff have some room for growth

Chasidy Perkins

My family and I stayed here for my son’s two day football camp and it was a pleasant experience The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the continental breakfast was amazing! Very close to the Woody Hayes Athletic Center if you need to go there for anything The only down side I had was that they didn’t have a hot tub but they did have a nice pool

I would recommend this hotel to others who need to stay in the area Also, try the restaurant, Roosters which is in walking distance, it’s great!

Ladies – read this before booking a stay here! I travel frequently on business; most often alone Last week I stayed at this hotel with 2 colleagues The hotel was in very poor condition but I overlooked the many issues because it appears they have started a renovation somewhere inside {certainly not in the room I was in!} What I can’t overlook is a very serious safety concern with this hotel

One of my colleagues’ key cards stopped working in the middle of our stay He went to the front desk and the associate asked his room number and gave him new keys with no verification whatsoever! She didn’t ask his name, and she didn’t ask for an ID This is very concerning to me as she had no idea if he was an actual guest or a stalker that was about to enter a room and wait on an unassuming guest to arrive later This is inexcusable! Earlier in the week, another colleague was able to charge something to his room with zero ID verificationWhile nowhere near as serious, it does tell me that not verifying guests identity is a consistent issue here Travelers, and especially women, book reliable hotel chains when they are traveling alone and their safety should be the highest priority of hotel chains I have tried twice to reach the GM of the hotel, John Hickey, but he has yet to call me back even though I left detailed messages explaining I had a serious safety concern I’ll never stay at this hotel again…if you do, I suggest checking the closet before locking your door for the evening

This hotel in general feels like a Days Inn motel, offering nothing at all special except a place to store your luggage while you lie on their misshapen, springy mattressesThe rooms have a pullout sofa bed thing that was actually only slightly less comfortable than the bed itself, which has probably been around since the 90s 0 stars for comfort

The shower/bath faucet was actually the wrong valve to match which was was hot and which way was cold You had to turn it toward cold to get hot, and hot to get cold Strangest thing everThe hallways repeat the Days Inn feel, but the lobby tries to make you feel like you’re joining a Marriott property 100% of their budget goes into pretending to be a Marriott, albeit the lowest version of one as a CourtyardThe price is okay, but you get what you pay for

Seems great from the start but are fridge was so small I couldn’t put anything else in except 1 gallon of milk for my daughter, I honestly think the only microwave is in the lobby, pretty much if your traveling for work and a family member or 2 stays at the hotel they don’t have much resources to make your own food! I will also say my 1 year old daughter that sleeps through the night cried some during the day and are neighbors thought it’d be great the mock her and then she was even more upset, I went to the front desk and was told their wasn’t really anything they would do, long story short we checked out the next day

Nice hotel, very spacious rooms, and clean The office in the room was really helpful with getting work done The staff was pleasant and nice

Would recommend staying here and would stay here againBreakfast was basic (hotel food) and the gym is very small Open space in the lobby for doing work The staff was friendly and not overbearing

We were staying in Columbus for the state track and field meet and made a horrible decision on a hotel In a bind, this hotel staff went to work to find enough rooms for all of our athletes and coaches Not only were the rooms nicer, but the breakfast was also great with many options, and the lobby was spacious as well

The staff is the game-changer though This is the nicest hotel staff that I have ever been around They asked several times about our stay and take pride in their hotel There is no doubt about where we are staying when we make it to the state meet again Thanks for helping us out in a tough time and thanks for making it a great experience If you are looking for a place to stay, you can feel confident booking here

Our daughter was at the James Hospital at OSU From top to bottom the staff treated us like caring family and friends The housekeeping staff, breakfast staff and building maintenance were as caring as the front desk staff

The bartenders were great as we were decompressing from some very stressful days Overall I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!

I have never written a bad review before online I give people the benefit of the doubt, and businesses the chance to make things right This hotel is completely mismanaged

1 When we got there the bedding had hair on it (fine, that happens, we just wanted clean bedding) and we were told to bring it down to the desk to get clean bedding- which is really odd to have to bring dirty bedding through the hotel and then remake the bed with clean bedding from the front desk I didn’t complain or plan to, because in the big picture, not a big deal2 The fire alarm went off the first night around 1am (waking my three kids including one with severe special needs who didn’t go back to sleep well) After going out to the car and waiting for the firefighters to give us to okay to go back in, the front desk staff informed everyone in the lobby that someone left the pool door open and the steam triggered the alarm Again, I was frustrated, but also just grateful everyone was safe and not going to complain3 However, the second night the alarm went off AGAIN at about 1am This time we did not go to the car because the front-desk staff was very apologetic that the pool door was propped open again out of their sight and was steam that triggered the smoke alarm again They assured us we were safe to stay in our room We had paid $450 to SLEEP and ended up getting almost no sleep two nights in a row (for us or our kids) Now I was planning to complainAfter many attempts to speak with a manager, I finally got an email response from the management company- the hotels response was “not our fault” They said that a kid had pulled the alarm the first night and that there was mandatory testing the second night (by the alarm company or fire marshal) The story changes depending on who you talk to What stayed consistent was that since “it was not their fault” and “not in their control” they did not owe us anything for a completely awful stay They offered me a 30% refund, which I agreed to- but then when I followed-up indicated the check is only for $60 (~14% not 30%) Moreover, over a week later we have not received it This is terrible customer service from a staff that appeared to be poorly managed

All I can say is that we were extremely satisfied while staying at this hotel The lobby is beautiful and the fireplace in the evening was absolutely comforting in the winter nights we stayed I cannot come and the staff enough for going out of their way to make us comfortable and making sure that we all had a wonderful stay

One thing that really stood out to me was that the owner or manager was always there and would make sure everything was up to par Places like this stand out to me and anytime we are back in the area at Ohio Health we will definitely make it a point to stay at this hotel even if it is out of our way

The price is relatively low in the area, and as a business traveler this lures you in as you’re trying to save the customer money where you can while still staying at a trustworthy brand that is conveniently booked Simply put: I’m trying to build IHG points and the app is easyThe front desk staff and lobby are lovely, check in was quick and convenient

At this point I have stayed twice at this location in about three weeks, showing I was willing to give the room roulette a second chanceMy biggest gripe which is minor but is worth noting is that when I am tasked with staying away from home I prefer to bring my work or personal laptop with me and I need at bare minimum a place to sit and function comfortably I believe that is the industry standard, and after nine years of business traveling at primarily IHG and Hilton locations I would rather have a nice desk with a mesh office chair with the last guy’s crumbs in it than this location that offers a two or three foot square coffee table and two stiff chairs with dead cushions that feels like you are sitting on grated wood There was barely room to fit your knees between the table legs and I needed to place a pillow on the chair to sit at any lengthI’d rather pay more and drive further than stay here until they update the rooms

Highly recommend Hyatt Place in the Columbus/Worthington area! My suite was very clean and spacious and their extended stay rates were comparable to the surrounding hotels

I needed a room with a large desk for my 2 week stay It was more than adequate and very quiet The complimentary breakfast was very good and always prepared on time Hyatt Place is conveniently located to local restaurants amenities and The National Board

Stayed here 5 nights for a little vacation as a birthday present for my wife Got one of the high floor king bed suites that is split to have a separate living and sleeping area The room is nice and pretty roomy

Definitely more than enough for just me, my wife, and our 1 small dog But I will say that this type of suite at this Hyatt location definitely wasn’t quite as nice as the one we had at the Hyatt in Cincinnati a couple of years ago We had the same kind of suite there and it was more updated/modern and a little bit more roomy especially in terms of the bathroom and shower area Nonetheless, still a very nice suite and made my wife happy But next time I think we’ll go with the one in Cincinnati again

First off I want to start with saying I don’t go to alot of hotels I’m just not a big fan of hotels in general but I can absolutely say that I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place The rates are very reasonable, friendly staff, and very clean hotel in general

I was definitely impressed with my room The bed was very comfortable and the sofa in the room made me feel at home I would definitely stay at the Hyatt again!!! 😊

My sister in law and I stayed their last night with our 3 boys and it was great The boys loved the pool, (especially having it all to their selves) the young lady at the front counter was amazingly helpful and extremely sweet (Wish I could remember her name) The room was very clean and updated

The breakfast was very nice and the staff was helpful (The toaster was not working and they toasted my toast and my sons bagel in the oven for us) Would definitely recommend and we will be staying their again Thank you for a very peaceful night’s stay…

Amanda Holbrook

Positives: The couple of people I talked with at the front desk were very friendly and helpfulNegatives: I was taken aback when I saw the lack of cleanliness from our room given the raving reviews from previous customers Just so much felt dirty being in the room knowing it wasn’t cleaned well

Lots of stains on the walls, doors, and mattress Pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor Finger nail clippers and other debris from previous guests were left under the table in plain viewThe breakfast attendant was very great at keeping the breakfast area clean but she was terrible at keeping it stocked with food and even served scrambled eggs cold I watched her be argumentative with another guest who pointed out that the orange juice was emptyThis hotel definitely doesn’t deserve the star rating they are presenting and I was definitely disappointed given the high price tag we paid for the room I definitely will not be returning to this hotel even though we visit the area a couple of times a year

I was pleasantly surprised during my one night stay at here Owens the staff member who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly Our room was very clean! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked

The only small issue was that the body wash, conditioner and shampoo bottles that are fixtured to the shower wall were all empty, but we only stayed one night so it was not that big of a deal I will remember this place for my next stay in Columbus

Odessa Walker

The rooms were clean, the customer service was EXCELLENT!! After having a bad experience with the hotel next door, it was a breath of fresh air to come over to the Fairfield Inn because they were very accomodating and just all around kind & respectful We were there due to a loved one being hospitalized at the near by hospital They gave us the medical rate and the shuttle service carried us back and forth to the hospital all the way up to 11:00pm!!There is nearby eating places in walking distance which is very convenient especially if you don’t have your own transportation

The interaction with staff was always professional and helpfulDue to what we were Going through with our loved one, we needed a place of peace and relaxation every night and Fairfield Inn did exactly this for us!! HOSPITALITY AT IT’S BEST!!

It was a great stay! The staff was super nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable We stayed for a concert and they provided a complimentary shuttle! I enjoyed my experience of this beautiful hotel! The service was exceptional! And the inside and outside location of the hotel was awesome! My parking was right there in front of the hotel, and I was on the third floor my room was right by the elevator and the ice machine great service! And my room was amazing absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable I did not want to get up everything was on the up and up very satisfied I would definitely stay there again and again and again!! Plus they had all kinds of stuff on the property I wish I would have took advantage of getting a Starbucks before I left:-( but the atmosphere and the furniture and the people were amazing it makes me wish they were closer because I’m all the way in Kentucky almost 6 hours away pretty much but it was awesome and I don’t regret it!!

Beautiful hotel and excellent location for us If you have a wedding or meeting at the Event Center it is right nextdoor Haley at the front desk was delightful and did me solid by letting us check in early before a wedding

Made my day! The entire staff were helpful, polite and accommodating Pretty close to downtown and OSU There are dining choices nearby but not fast food that I could see

MAJOR PARKING PROBLEMS and expensive!!! I am a business traveler and stay in hotels over 100 nights a year This hotel is well kept and nice but it’s really expensive, ($319 for one night in a room with 2 queen beds) When we got in the room we quickly realized there we no coffee cups, so I had to go to the front desk to get some

For some reason stuff is missing from the room about 90% of the time when I stay at Marriott Discovering how to get to the front of the hotel and finding a place to park is a total nightmare!! The “front” of the hotel is not on the main street and you have to drive thru a public parking garage to the “back” to find the entrance?? Google Maps was no help so you are on your own, it’s confusing They do not have a parking lot for the hotel, no valet and you have to use a public garage in front The garage is free but was totally full We had to drive around for 15 min hoping someone would leave to free up a space We were one of about 10 vehicles that were doing the same Frustrating We didn’t get back to the hotel till the wee hours of the morning and it was still full! We will never stay here again There are way better hotels within 5 miles of this one that have plenty of parking or valet serviceAvoid the hassle and go elsewhere NOT RECOMMEND!
