The sheets did not fit the bed We paid so much to stay at this hotel We stayed two nights

I informed the front desk that the sheets did not fit the bed the first night and asked them to replace them with some that did The second night was the same Buy deep pocketed sheets If you are going to charge more than the Biltmore to stay at your hotel, show your guests enough respect and buy sheets that actually fit your beds Come on you can do better than that Oh and there’s no mirror that you can actually use to get ready

My husband and his son stayed here for approximately 21 days They loved their stay until the motel refused to refund his security deposit They never called him, it was on his cc stmnt

and he called them They stated they smoked in the room and burned the bed He has never smoked in his 69 years and his son always left the property to smoke My husband hates cigarette smoke and everyone who knows him, knows that We don’t understand and frankly, we know it’s false Not only will we never stay here again, we will tell everyone we know not to stay here and why Super sad!

The 2⭐ rating must be a typo The Rio Sands Hotel is a four star hotel to me I was expecting low budget and was exceedingly ecstatic at how nice the hotel truly is in person

The check-in staff made it easy and I was in my room in no time The rooms are spacious and feature several modern amenities There was a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, mini fridge, free Wi-Fi, a sitting area with a sliding glass door to the patio, a flat screen TV and a comfy bed You’ll also find outdoor amenities Such as, a heated pool, hot tub and a BBQ area with a hammock The location of the beach is the best part It’s only a 3 minute walk from the outside of the garden area gate While visiting the Aptos area, be sure to check out the historic mission church and the quaint downtown area Plus, there are some great breweries and BBQ in the area I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer My hair kept getting sucked into the dryer 🌊👙🏖️ IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

We stayed there a few years ago and I cannot believe I did not write a reviewThis place is beautifully located with an ocean viewThey are pet friendly with a fee for your pet’s stay like most places nowadays

We stayed in the Rose Garden Suite and it was lovely Our breakfast was delicious and though we chose to dine out, there is a kitchen if you choose to buy food and dine inThe grounds are a nice area to take in the views We came when the flowers were in bloom but not quite when the butterflies were aroundThe reason for the 4 stars is though the place is Victorian, some of the furnishings were just a tad dated I realize this is a subjective comment

Chris Fabbri

This place is great! Fancy old Victorian style bed and breakfast The staff is friendly Each room is unique and cool in it’s own way

The views of the Monterey Bay are exceptional We stayed in the Victorian Room and it has amazing bay windows that you can watch the bay from bed or the breakfast table I highly recommend Monarch Cove Inn

We absolutely loved it! The rooms are small so get a room with the lanai Cute sweet spot Right across from Oceanfront strip

The parking was the only issue and didn’t end up being complimentary as there were no open spots, we paid $45 to park for the night, other then that it was perfect and we would definitely go back again Coffee shops and restaurants right out your door Bed and breakfast style coffee and bagels waiting for you in the lobby, nicest most helpful staff

Kaci Oram

The idea of the place is wonderful Online it looked like an amazing retreat However, it was the worst sleep I have ever had on a vacation

The other people staying in adjoining rooms came home early into the morning loudly drunk and the walls are already super thin They provide ear plugs for the local night life but they don’t help I understand we cannot control others, or the people adjoining us who then blasted their tv at 7am If these things will not bother you, then please stay here because it is a good location and a cute boutique style hotel I wish I had seen a warning like this for me before booking so we could have stayed elsewhere

Annie Tan

We stayed at the Grand Bahamas room which was really good size Great location and price included simple breakfast selection of bagels and muffins, great coffee or tea I like it that the bathroom came with amenities such as bathroom slippers, bath robes, lots of towels and an adequately sized shower tray with special capitola hotel signature scented shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner

Parking would have been very challenging around the peak seasonDownside would be that you can hear the morning dumpster truck, music and singing from nearby bars and so it can get noisy

This Best Western is one of the best we have stayed at, and we have stayed at many different ones in many states The staff at the front desk are fantastic The breakfast is better now that they are allowing full breakfast instead of the grab and go option

Sadly, it lived up to Best Western expectations in that there were ants in the room when we got there The front desk had us go and get the bug spray from them and spray, and then room service cleaned them up the next day Also, the bed and pillow combination did not work for me or my wife Others may like the way they feel This is just our opinion Last month we bought pillows from a hotel we stayed at because they were amazing These pillows, not so muchThe hotel is really nice and clean, and the staff are fantastic

andrew t

It was ok Pro’s Very close to the beach

Friendly staff, Stephen checked us in quickly and offered us some suggestions on where to eat We stayed on 3rd floor and had a clean room The pull out sofa just had a regular sheet, not a small fitted so my son kept having to fix it over night The bathroom did have a working ventilation system leading to a musty smell The shower pressure was underwhelming however there was an attachment to raise the head up so it actually hit the top of my head Breakfast was great, 3 types of coffee, 3 fruit juices, waffles in a waffle iron, cereals, fresh fruit and breadsSummer time weekend night from Priceline in 2022 is about 490 per night This seems average The pool is only open from 10am so no early morning swim I would consider going to try a rental property to save money on eating out in this expensive town At the time of this writing there was construction so we missed the entrance to the parking lot in back

Kimberly Ross

We were just passing through and didn’t know anything about Santa Cruz, so we just picked this hotel randomly from an internet search We are so glad we did The hotel was attractive, the staff were above-and-beyond helpful and friendly, the bed was comfortable, the hot tub was clean and heated just right, the location was very nice, and the breakfast was incredible (waffle bar, biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon, fruit, bagels/muffins/other breads, yogurt, oatmeal, and on and on!)

I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others

I wanted to give this hotel a try based on the hype and location The hotel has a great location for shopping, dining and beach access A room with ocean view does not provide you unobstructed view of the ocean

The rooms are outdated and furniture and bedding need an upgrade The room we got came with a kitchenette @$380 night, it was a good trial but wouldn’t stay here again

Rachel Meredith

Ceiling was extremely lowThankfully I’m only 5’4″If taller than 5’8″ wouldn’t recommend this room Door lacked weather stripping which made it cold I turned on heater and had the worst burning fist smell

It definitely wasn’t worth the money I paid ( Almost $600) a night Water showers to rinse off from the beach were next to my room and it became a hangout of all the teenagers Only good thing is location and next to all the restaurants I was under the impression that I had an ocean front room one of the color ones in the pictures from the website The colorful ones are not even part of the hotel and our privately owned

Eileen Binning

Spoiler Alert: DumpYou can stay next door at the Capitola Suites for less money and a better view!!!The Venetian Hotel was on my friend’s bucket listWe booked a balcony and paid extra for a view We had a beautiful view of a building

the ocean was barely visible, considered “partially obstructed” The dissapointment continued for the length of our stay The kitchen does not come with utensils or cooking pots, but many signs state you can pay extra to rent them When we went to check out we were told, “Oh, you should have just asked” We did ask for conditioner/shampoo and extra blankets Which for $43000 shows lack of respect for the customer We also had some preventable negative experiences, such as locating the black out blinds and thermostat On check out, the desk clerk showed us where they were Parking is available, and you won’t need to move your car, but the lot is small I had to be super careful manuevering my Ford Edge (A Prius would be fine) When we took our complaints to the desk clerk, he asked what he could do to make us happy My friend stated take $100 off a night He said he needed to talk to management and would get back to me (That was a month ago) I did call several times and left my name and number No return call I understand that businesses need to make money, and I am willing to pay for quality However, I feel I have been robbedof money and time This stay tainted my entire tripI hope you read all the reviews and make a better choice than we did

I enter the hotel the white lady saw me in the front desk didn’t greet me stand there few minutes, she finally spoke to me then I told her I made reservation online oh she said we don’t have any rooms available now and didn’t check my name in the computer and room will be available in an 1 hour I just left because she is not nice she has an attitude problem I got into my car and she call and said I didn’t realize you were on the books and she said to come back so I did and there was a lady ahead of me and she was nice to her gave her a room, when she told me no rooms available wow, ok with checking in with her she yell at me no smoking In the room or you will pay a fine ok I know the rules

She gave me a room not picture on the website what I expected with no clean sheets it had so many tiny hair strands I think she only nice to her kind and working with the public she should treat all people equally

Mike Martin

Lovely hotel with classic design and decor, but modernized conveniences Very comfortable memory foam type mattress on the bed Two headed shower over a deep jetted tub

Contenental breakfast was quite decent for covid times, though not that special otherwise Nice that you could get to the main street through a little connected alley to the hotel

ok and signal for Verizon was low VERY close to the beach and it wasn’t very busy Close to a couple restaurants and a brewery as well as Dollar tree incase you forgot some essentials The Boardwalk is about a ten min drive Would recommend if you want to just get out of the house on a trip to Santa Cruz!

We’ve been staying here at Janes place for 2 years now and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else We are a family of 5 and have a dog too – so we stay in one of the “apartments” and its perfect! Literally a short walk to the beach and you don’t have to pay for parking!! Full kitchen (stocked), regular size refrigerator (that’s a plus), two beds plus a futon and a full bath! The place is clean and staff is super friendly!! You won’t be disappointed!

Drea Traeumer

Stayed here for 4 or 5 weeks while working remotely winter of 2021, and am back for a non-work visit I love this place! Whoever wrote about rats 6 months ago must be mistaken I was here then (Jan-Feb 2021)

No rats Perhaps a disgruntled customer Jane the manager is awesome, but won’t put up with bs This place really is a little gem

If you’re looking for a safe and quaint location, affordable and family friendly, and close to everything Santa Cruz has to offer, look no further than this Quality Inn in Capitola I was looking for a safe location for my daughter and I We were indeed comfortable and safe

Comfy bed, fridge and microwave in the room, and a small balcony The bathroom was big and well-stocked The housekeeping crew had great attention to detail Completely hassle-free reservation, check-in, and check-out We had a very pleasant time

Carina Rodriguez

It was one of the dirtiest hotel we stayed in As soon as I stepped into the room I knew I wasn’t going to enjoy my stay There were spiderwebs in the room

The patio was dirty We found dirty rusty Nails due to construction work they were currently doing When we asked for room service for our first night, the man at the front said he would have someone clean it When we got back to our room, the room had not been cleaned So when we asked later that night what happened, the same man said they only provide room service every 3rd night So he was not clear with this to start with We would not be coming back to this place

Our family and we stayed here for for our wedding that was a few miles away from this beautiful Hotel The staff has been very accommodating and really took care of our family needs as we stayed here The staff was very pleasant and always smiling which we loved, and the morning breakfast crew was cheery and welcoming

We had many kids on hand while we stayed and we loved how there were complimentary treats for the young kids in the afternoon We would definitely stay here again Thank you for a great experience!

Anna Del Castello

The pool was out of service, which was the whole reason we chose this hotel The receptionist offered us a bag of chips as consolation And suggested our kid take a bath in the room, our room only had a standing shower

We should have received a discount for them not providing all of the services listed at booking and we should’ve been made aware of the pool closure at booking We booked directlyThe Room was clean and modern The mini fridge was very loud The AC sounded like a jet engine We had to turn both of them off in the night as they were too loud to sleep The hotel itself was quiet The room was nice and dark with the curtains closed Staff were friendly The breakfast was fine, but ends too early at 9am They used single-use very small paper plates, plastic cutlery in bags, and paper cups for tea/coffee which was very disappointing and inconvenient What a waste! The hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes) was cold, but tasted good They had cereal, bread to toast, fruit and little yogurts No donuts as the receptionist mentioned

Brianna Thorne

I went here on our way to Monterey I booked it specifically so that my brother could go swimming Starting with the good: The room was clean, the lobby was gorgeous, everything looked pretty good

The issues started when we got back from shopping There was no light in the pool area so we called down to the front desk to ask about it When I asked, “Is there a light in the pool area you can turn on?” the response I got was a snotty, “Does it look like there’s a light in the pool?” I was then told that the hot tub wasn’t even turned on, the jets were broken and the water was as cold as the pool Honestly, it was just the customer service part that annoyed me

WORST hotel stay I’ve ever had I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Scott’s Valley last weekend As someone who travels frequently and who holds status with all of the major hotel chains, I am still in shock over my experience here

I do want to note that I previously stayed at this hotel one year ago and had a pleasant experience at that time (I can’t believe this is the same hotel) After checking in last week, I walked to the King Suite I had reserved and found the door unlocked and wide open (MAJOR safety risk) As I pushed the door further, I walked into a room that was completely unkempt There were consumed water bottles on the table The bathroom did not have a single towel There was no soap The bathroom trashcan was placed in the bedroom The countertops in the suite were stained It was quite clear that the suite had not been cleaned The tea and coffee had not been replenished In addition, the bathroom door was not attached and nearly fell on top of me and my travel companions Upon returning to the check-in desk, I was informed by the staff person that he was “pretty much the manager” When I shared the details regarding the room, there was not a single apology and instead he nonchalantly offered only one “solution” which was to cancel my reservation at the last-minute leaving me with nowhere to stay on a July 4 weekend Ultimately, I decided to go back to the suite and to clean it myself I wiped down counters and put the bathroom trashcan in the right place I had to request towels and soap since the room had come with NONE From start to end, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had The attitude of the person at the front desk is something I have never seen before and it will stay with me for years to come This was truly a disappointing, unacceptable experience for a room that cost nearly $400 for a nightI do want to share that the hotel has been completely unresponsive to my concerns over what happened during my stay, which speaks volumes I will update if I ever hear back from them

Chris McQuillan

Nice, clean and moderately new hotel Stayed in a suite, which was spacious, but a lot of wasted space And the dining table was placed in the bedroom area

just oddly laid out They also have a huge back patio and live music on the weekends, but only serve minimal food and for a brief time There’s are no dining tables on that huge patio either Seems like they could do a pretty nice lunch/dinner run with more tables and a kitchen that is open And that dining table in the bedroom? Better bring your own food, because there isn’t any room service!?

Tim Caposio

I’ve stayed here on 2 separate occasions ( one for approx 8 days while quarantining, the other for 2 days because I found a good rate ) and I have nothing but good things to address Every staff member I’ve encountered have been incredibly nice and accommodating During my latter stay, I was offered a room upgrade and the room was ostensibly immaculate ( minus a couple minor cosmetic blemishes )

The location is beautiful; peaceful, and convienent A lot of these negative reviews seem to be rooted in misunderstandings on behalf of the reviewer, irrational standards and perhaps even fragile egos If you find a room for sub 150 you will receive a solid stay relative to the competition as far as I’m concerned

Friendly staff, reasonably priced, and clean! We rented the Kitchen Studio They did have some dishes but certainly need to be upgraded with a complete set There were only 2 forks

We purchased a set of 3 to donate to the room Breakfast was pretty good Do wish they had a waffel maker But the employee taking care of breakfast, was amazing, attentive and a hard worker! Overall, we really liked our stay and will likely stay again

Jacqulyn Watts

This is a great place if you get it before its sold out Quiet and very clean!! They allow dogs which is a huge plus in my book The beds were comfortable and clean

Our room had a fridge and microwave The sink area next to the bathroom had a Spanish tile design with great lighting, and there was also a makeup mirror with a light attached to the wall My husband and I enjoyed the spa for a bit that evening Very happy overall We will be back for sure

Mark

The room itself was great, very clean, well maintained, and super spacious (we had the suite with the jetted tub) The tub was big enough for two The room had the usual amenities; coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator

Coffee maker is small, makes small cups If your a coffee drinker you’ll need to get extra coffee from the front desk The breakfast room was exceptionally clean and well taken care of The two employees Denise and Sam are phenomenal! The attention to detail and care they provide made all the difference Food was good, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, plus all the usual pastries, yogurts, fruit etc But Denise and Sam kept the room spotless and the food fresh and stocked Overall the hotel is really good, but the staff made it remarkable We didn’t need maid service while we were there but we got extra coffee from the front desk and they happily took care of us We will definitely make this our place to stay in Watsonville

I cannot say enough positive things about this stay! The location is more than ideal We stayed on the first floor and our view was spectacular Each morning we opened our curtains to ocean, palm trees and sand

The beach is located just across the parking lot Super fun for the kids Thousands of birds to watch Interior was everything we needed It had a full kitchen which was awesome when traveling with a family The place was comfortable and VERY clean! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our questions were answered, our stay was comfortable and beyond that they contacted me after my stay because I left a very important document in the room They made sure that I got this document back it was beyond my wildest dreams for a family vacationThanks so much! We’ll be back

I’ll start this review by saying the staff at the hotel was super friendly—both the housekeeping member and the front desk member we interfaced with were very nice The room we stayed in had a great view, and the room itself was clean, but all other aspects of our stay were nightmarish to say the leastWhen we arrived at 3 PM the front desk team informed us that there were some serious plumbing issues that were identified and had to be resolved before we could actually check into our room

There was massive flooding in the parking garage, and the front desk staff told me they couldn’t estimate how long it would take but would call me when things were readyAbout two and a half hours later we drive back and find that the plumbers just left and we could use the room finally We were still charged full price, and I was willing to pay it just to get into the room It wasn’t until later that night that it became apparent that the toilet of our room was not working properly I figured with it being late, we just wouldn’t use it and we’d live to fight another dayUnfortunately, around 5 AM we awoke to a stench too powerful to even sleep through The plumbing for this hotel was so bad that we couldn’t even stand to sleep there any longer My wife and I gathered our things and prepared to leave I walked down to the parking garage to find water bubbling out of the paint in the ceiling and leaking onto the cars in the garage We could not leave fast enough I left a note on my key card when checking out (the front desk is not open until 0900) and called and left a message about our experience after no one answered when when we called We haven’t been contacted by any member of the staff to this day after paying nearly $300 for this hellish experienceI can say wholeheartedly that for low importance trips out to the beach, this may be the place for you If being able to sleep through the night, functional bathrooms, and being treated with adequate respect as a customer are things you value as a guest, I’d absolutely look elsewhere

Very uncomfortable bed, small, terrible bathrooms, abysmal parking situation”But we’re on the beach

“I care about comfort from my hotels This beach side motel isn’t built for beach goers, that’s for sure Not worth the money and the village closes early Will not return here

Stayed in a family suite this weekend and it was nice 2 queen beds in one room and 1 king bed in another The room with the king sized bed had its own restroom

The only complaint is we had the room next to the laundry room so early in the morning my mother-in-law got woken up by the laundry going We all shared one shower(not horrible but a second shower would have been nice) Lots of parking in the area we stayed inSunday morning my son was able to feed the huge koi fish so a huge shout out the hotel employee that invited my son to feed the fish

Members get one free night on a future stay for every two nights they book! Idk if this is ongoing or for the summer, but it’s great I’ve been traveling to this area quite a bit in the last two years to visit family and this hotel is down the street from our family members home And they allow pets for only $20!On my last stay, the room was dusty and there were some cobwebs on the lamp going to the ceiling

The spider was on the ceiling over the bed I don’t do spiders so, I stood on the bed to be able to reach it when I noticed the ceiling fan was dustyWhile this visit may have rated two stars, I’m giving four stars because I’ve stayed here before and there were no issues The staff are friendly and they have coffee all day and a continental breakfast Coffees good, but I can’t comment on the breakfast because I haven’t tried it

shanda rial

Bed was a sheet of plywood disguised as a mattressKids swim party till 10 PM Yelling and screaming the entire time

Heater was extremely loud!Shower was moldy and not comfortableNo sleep Am super happy to be going home! We’ve stayed there in the past Used to be good Will never stay there again!

I’ve stayed here many times Close to freeway (real close) but quiet, safe, clean, acceptable breakfast Bed was comfortable

There are designated pet rooms (closest to freeway) Good food nearby It’s dated, windows are single pane They charge $50 per dog per night so with my two small dogs that almost doubled the price of the room Make your reservation online, the front desk is always busy Staff have been great

Bartholomew Roland

A very nice hotel right off the highway The room was clean and the bed was comfortable We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning; the eggs, sausage, and hot sauce were nice

We only had two complaints/observations:1 I hit my head on the shower bar every time I walked into the bathroom The shower curtain is bowed out into the bathroom to create more space in the shower, but juts far into the bathroom creating a hazard A straight shower curtain bar would be better for the overall size of the bathroom2 Parking was incredibly tight The spots are small, and feel smaller when most folks staying there had trucks/vans/SUVs But beyond that, there was a single handicapped spot available We saw a van with handicap plates unable to park in the designated spot for two nights because the only spot in front was occupied (by another person with handicapped plates)

Jesse Mueller

Hotel is updated and rooms were very clean Minus 1 star because of the hotel room doors Starting at 5AM for the 2 nights I stayed, doors would slam as guest would leave and either not catch them or just spam them without care for others who are sleeping

It was a constant 2 hours of door slamming until I had to get up My room door did not have a soft close feature so I’m sure the others were the same so it’s inconsiderate guests, however this could be alleviated with door closing mechanisms Other than that, the hotel was great

Very cool place for a wedding but the house itself is not that great A big hodgepodge of furniture and no design at all The grounds are absolutely beautiful they have everything there you could possibly ask for except coffee for the Keurig machines in the kitchen

Not really sure how they can call it a bed and breakfast because there is no breakfast served

Tony Nguyen

Tucked away off a narrow dirt road, this hotel has a decent size barn for hosting events Cooled by a couple ceiling fans, it was able to keep the guests comfortable as we danced the night away There is also a giant tree swing! The road incoming could use some lights as a few cars drove straight into a ditch while leaving the property

Incredible view, so relaxing! We had a wonderful last minute trip here We were able to slow down, watch the sunset, spot otters from our room, and enjoy the fireplace! 10/10 would recommend to locals and tourists alike It was also thoughtful that they had a microwave in the common room so we could heat up food we brought with us!

Dock Holiday suite Comfortable beds Great water pressure

Great kitchenette (with full sized fridge and oven/stove) Very very very clean The couches are beautiful, but not comfortable for long-term lounging, but that’s OK because there’s a bunch of cool stuff to go do/eat/look at Easy to go get to, central to everything Nice owners/staff AMAZING landscaping Would definitely stay here again

This place was really amazing! A quiet inn in a quiet fishing town Very relaxing We stayed in Pelican Beach

Having a view from our room to the Salinas River was great All sorts of wildlife to enjoy including seals, otters, pelicans, and other birds Binoculars were provided which was fun The bed was nice, I slept really well No shower, but there was a shower hose in the large tubI was a little concerned that there was nobody onsite, but it ended up being a non-issue I was able to communicate with management via text with any questions that came up They were very responsiveSome snacks were provided free in the shared dining area But otherwise, we had to go to the nearby restaurants which were very close Just note that everything is closed by 7pm, so don’t plan to walk to a restaurant after thatOverall, this was a really great place to stay and we’ll hopefully come back Thanks!

Loved everything about the hotel and golf experience including the food Very good service including the golf course Nice also that we could shower in clubhouse before heading to airport after the round

The course was top notch, only complaint was paying $250 for twilight golf during the week Paid it because we really wanted to sneak in another 9 holes at 5pm but seemed a little unreasonable Would absolutely go back and play again though

Kara Couch

We recently stayed at Cordevalle for a three night stay and were blown away by the staff professionalism, accommodations, views and facilities! Cordevalle is private, discreet and conveniently located in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains The website images and photos don’t do justice to the suites, bungalows or villa homes The bungalow photos on the website looked great, but to our surprise they were even better in person with goose-down comforters, original artwork, a stone fireplace and a Nespresso machine

There was an open-air patio with a superb views of the golf course and a spacious bathroom with a roll-in shower To our delight, was an outdoor shower and a private jacuzzi! They had thought of absolutely everything! My husband is handicapped so we worked with Talia to make sure everything would be accessible for him Talia was extremely detailed and thorough in making sure everything was just right for him! Christian, our golf cart driver, was very timely and pleasant We highly recommend a stay at Cordevalle! What a special treat and memory for our family

Dan Clark

We were only there for a work project, so I can’t comment on the rooms, golfing, spa, etc The staff was very helpful, especially since we were starting very early in the morning It’s a beautiful place, tho’ it’s isolated, not really close to much of anything else

I had lunch there, and it may have been the best Reuben sandwich I’ve ever had The braised red cabbage with pickled mustard seeds, rather then the usual sauerkraut, was an inspired replacement

An absolutely wonderful stay here Prime location minutes off of California 1, and with a plethora of restaurants and shops in the immediate areaParking was well-lit, albeit a bit sparse but adequate

Clean, quiet, and well-managed, everything a HI Express should be Also features the newest HI Express modern interiors Great for families with the indoor pool

Sleep is a challenge with noisy intermittent AC unit – even with earplugs Room amenities were lovely & clean, just missing a place to hang clothes (drawers only) The pool was the perfect place to unwind with the kids

Staff was beyond friendly and helpful (provided earplugs too!) Nice central location for our visit Breakfast was plentiful – eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, and every drink choice you could want without hitting a Starbucks (which was also nearby)

JVILL Gonzalez

I stayed here 03/11 – 03/14 and I got to say it was better and cleaner then I thought the staff was nice enough to upgrade my room from a regular bedroom to a suite since they had availability and it meant a lot because it was my Anniversary The rooms and hallways are clean and all the Receptionist were very nice 👍🏽 I definitely will be coming back again if I’m ever around the area

Thank you Guys for a Great Experience 💯
