I stay at a lot of hotels, generally Marriott Titanium Elite, lifetime status, blah blah Point is I stay at a lot of Marriott brand hotels

Experiences like I had at this hotel are the exact reason that I don’t stay exclusively at Marriott If a nearby Hilton is $20 or so cheaper I’ll stay there instead Why? Because all hotel brands will treat you like garbage and do nothing to correct it And this Courtyard is a great exampleI called to ask about the shuttle service and I was told that the shuttle just loops around every 30 minutes or so Good deal pretty typical BUT, the dispatcher had great news: she was going to make sure the driver knew someone was waiting So I waited 10 minutes or so and watched… watched as the shuttle drove past the sign marked “hotel shuttles” I stood up and started the 20 foot walk over I then watched as the driver picked up 0 riders, and after waiting roughly 15 seconds, he left I ran I ran as fast as I could but… he was faster I called the dispatcher back and they said the driver would circle back around He didn’t 30 minutes later the shuttle pulled back around and AGAIN drove past me This time, I hollered You know, since I was already left once Luckily though, this time the driver was stuck behind another shuttle so he didn’t take off But he sure let me know I shouldn’t hollerUltimately, the shuttle driver lied, the dispatcher lied, and the shuttle driver was a complete jerk, which I was admittedly a jerk back Also; if you’re reading this and you’re the grandma or teenage hippie that butted in, you still have no clue what you’re talking about But I apologize to everyone for yelling back at the driver

Well, not my favorite Marriot at all! Not really Courtyard Marriot standards in my opinion Courtyard was not well taken care of My room had a very bad musty smell that had to air out with open patio and window plus lysol

Furniture has been beaten up pretty bad lots of nicks and dents on Furniture stains on carpet Sofa bed mattress ripping We had a three night stay and decided to leave early Night before check outI will say that the service was pretty good People were nice and accommodating This place need some work though I guess for airport stay with lots of traffic it could be a lot worse?but for my hotel snobsfind another Marriot not this one (Wish I listened to the bad reviews) This was 2 star in my opinion I raised the star because the workers seem nice I won’t stay here again though Didn’t feel “clean” enough for me and my family I had to ask for a new coffee maker because of a bad experience 👎🏼 Sheraton near by was a lot nicer but I haven’t stay there in over a year so I like the option to sit in the courtyard with Courtyard view but again Courtyard has been neglected Comfy bed though Except I was right next to the wash room so my bed was like a vibrating massage chair except I wasn’t comforted or relaxed by it Gave me a headache 😩 All in all *thinking*I guess it was between disliked and just ok So 25 star if they had that option but I gave three 😇

Made my reservation at approximately 8:30pm today after our flight was cancelled Tried reaching the hotel for nearly two hours to get a ride from the shuttle and never got an answer Called the toll frr number and customer relations and was told I could file a formal complaint which didn’t help with the transportation issue

Ended up paying $25 for an Uber and was told when it arrived their phone lines were down Finally got checked in at 11pm only to be disgusted by the condition of the room It was filthy! I dont know how this place received good reviews because as you can see from the pics its gross

I really like the hotel It is an atrium style hotel inside The pool is indoors so it can be very loud if there’s a lot of people at the pool

But if you have a room that’s towards the corner then you should be fine I love the ambience and the decor of the hotel The staff are very nice as wellThere is a full bar although I have not visited it yet Also, they do serve breakfast for a cost and I believe that there’s a restaurant I have not been to either one of those as well But I do recommend the hotel The location is great It is right next to the airport and they do have the airport shuttle There are also good restaurants next door as well

Check in was fast and easy The room size is wonderful Heat and air work well

After that all down hillFirst the room stinks of stale cigarettes GrossThen very little hot water Towels and toiletries are minimal , way below what you would expectDrinks at the bar weak and $12 each for a vodka and tonic, seriously!!!!!Coffee maker doesn’t workFor the price they charge here they should be embarrassed I’ve stayed at many Sheraton hotels over the years and this is by far the worst I’ve experienced…Tom Nonnenmacher

Wonderful! Friendly service by employees It was cheaper to park our car there than at the airport We didn’t have to stay there either

Drove up in the morning, registered car then took their shuttle to the airport Take a picture of the card with the phone number to call to find out about getting shuttle to come back as they recommended Sure enough we couldn’t find that card when we returned! Shuttle driver was helpful and friendly too

From the outside one would think that this is an old apartment complex of two buildings Don’t let that fool you Once inside, it was clean modern hotel with pleasant staff

The room was a small but very efficiently laid out suite complete with a full kitchen I would definitely stay here again It was a great value The only negative is that the sign from Fox Drive is very small and you have to be looking for it

Ron Achtenberg

The Service here was excellent The Property is dated and could use an update Breakfast had plenty of options

We unexpectedly had our 94 year old mother in law with us with a sprained ankle Although our room 108 was marked “handicapped” there was only a bathtub with one grab bar We were told only one room had a walk in shower but it was occupied during our 4 night stay On our second morning Chastity in housekeeping overheard our dilemma Apparently that room was vacated and being cleaned She went to the acting manager and assisted us with getting this room It made our stay safer for mom and us! Shoutout to Chastity for her consideration and friendliness! Front desk and management were also friendly and responded to all our requests!

Mark Elkins

The hotel was clean and in good condition The staff was friendly and helpful The location was okay, but make sure you have a vehicle to get around

However, the wifi was not working the entire time I was there (1 night) Had to call tech support myself, which was unable to help at all Also, found a used cotton swab behind the door in the bathroom, which was a turn off The hot breakfast was weak and consisted of store bought breakfast sandwiches, boiled potatoes (cubed), bagels, yogurt and some applesOverall, it was an okay stay but I wouldn’t make any effort to stay here again

I inspected our bed and it was satisfactory… that’s where it ended Shortly after we arrived, with our dog now safely in our room, we had dinner in the lobby which was delivered by my daughter and her family She checked in and we proceeded to eat our dinner, as it was getting late, and the boys still wanted to swim

While eating, a guest was extremely unhappy that his personal information was sitting on the counter for all to see…a signed estimate of charges with his drivers license demanding the manager shred it immediately Went up to our room and found one of the towels had tar on it Then discovered that the door to the pool is not secured by a room key Anyone could walk in and use the indoor pool because we later discovered that the exterior doors were unsecured as well And, should a child gain access , get hurt or heaven forbid, drown, the hotel would be held liable for not having the pool entry secured Later, while the boys were swimming, we discussed the potential for identity theft at the front desk and my daughter says there were two signed sheets with drivers license sitting on the counter which she moved further away so others would not see them When we got up the following morning, discovered a footprint in the bathtub and the bottom of the tub appeared that it had not been cleaned…it looked like mildew stuck to the tub The toilet was also wobbly like it was installed incorrectly Breakfast on the second morning was a joke! We arrived in the lobby 15 minutes before breakfast was to end Nothing for protein… no yogurt, no bacon or sausage, no milk No bread for toast, no bagels, no muffins, no fruit There were no condiments like butter, jam or syrup There was a little cereal but no milk There was only batter to make waffles, but no forks or knives to eat them with and nothing to put on them So, for $150/night at a 2 star hotel with NO breakfast And if you want to know why reviews give this hotel 46 stars, read them very closely because the reviews regarding airport shuttle outweigh hotel stays 3 to 1!!! So, to top it all off, parking was almost non existent They allow people to use their parking lot to park and shuttle to and from the airport, without staying at the hotel, and personally provide the shuttle service Vehicles were parked along the entire drive where it clearly states no parking due to the fact that emergency vehicles must have access This is a clear violation of local fire marshal ordinances and I’m sure they would be interested to know this is happening I notified the staff members on the first morning of our 2 night stay and upon checkout, of all of this I wish I was a mouse to know if anything has been addressed!

David Damack

Sam is very polite Can answer any questions needed to be and has made my stay very enjoyable and I look forward to probably coming back The rest of the help is very friendly

Also It has been a very pleasant stay I would also like to thank the rest of the help Lisa, who was very nice and always had questions that she could answer for me took care of the breakfast buffet between her and Sam and I believe the owner They are all very nice people and made my stay enjoyable

Renee Weaver

Johnnie was excellent! Super friendly and personable I used the airport parking and shuttle service at the hotel Johnnie made my drive to the Detroit airport super enjoyable

He also arrived very quickly and was knowledgeable about current conditions at the airport with traffic and airlines PD at the front desk was also great with customer service, answered all my questions and called Johnnie so quickly I had almost no wait time

Stayed this past weekend and I really enjoyed it Room was very comfortable and property was clean Literally 3 minutes from the terminal at the airport which was so convenient

They don’t have their full breakfast at the moment since they’re still under Covid procedure but they had a lot of options There’s also a Starbucks a few minutes away which was niceI’m a manager at a Choice Hotel myself and it was nice to see that they follow the standards and keep the hotel up very wellGreat hotel for a quick stay near the airport Thanks so much!

Nicole Czmer

They had decent rooms and they also have a breakfast area (plus a bar + restaurant area during the day) We were able to grab some basic breakfast items for our super early flight which was very nice! You have the option to actually park on-site instead of having to shuttle to a separate lot which was convenient They also have shuttles to and from the airport

Would definitely use this park sleep fly option again in the future We booked through parksleepflycom

Lynn Rogers

Free shuttle from/to the airport East/fast check in/out Comfortable bed; even more comfortable than my own

Every staff member I encountered were very friendly and willing to assist Due to COVID regulations still going on, the breakfast was not a full breakfast but more so a smaller version of a continental breakfast I normally don’t eat burgers, so decided to give one a try for dinner on day 1 It was cooked perfectly to the point, I ordered and ate another one for dinner on day 2 There was no charge to print out my boarding pass in the computer room

Changed hotel reservation to stay here after a terrible start at the Residence Inn down the street Dawn was fantastic and our stay was lovely No microwave in the room but told us she’d be happy to send one up if needed (we didn’t)

Breakfast isn’t included but I’ve never seen a non-buffet breakfast included Room was clean, hotel was quiet Pool isn’t heated which is a bummer but not a dealbreaker Would stay again!

Sarah Schornack

I am more than disappointed that the courtyard chose to remove the hot tub from this location We live close by and would use this hotel specifically for having a pool and hot tub where the whole family was accommodated As a family we could enjoy time together, the kids could be in the pool and the parents in the hot tub

It is clean and Maintained well, another reason we chose this hotel I just do not understand why you removed it for seating There was plenty of seating all around and tables before You may not have food or drinks in the pool area so added seating among many other reasons makes no sense It’s no longer full family friendly The price of rooms has gone up while amenities are taken away Very disappointing I also would look up courtyards when I chose to travel as well This makes me think to look else where while booking and it’s such a bummer I was a fan of this hotel I would also recommend updating your website as it is still advertised as having a hot tub

Deb Van Trigt

Pool was COLD I was sad that they don’t offer free breakfast or even lobby coffee Oh and they cut off the room keys a half hour before checkout making a trip to the desk for reactivating necessary

Other than that the rooms and service were top notch Great assistance with lost items, I really wish the pool was warmer and they didn’t remove the hot tub

Good hotel Great location, right next to few restaurants that serve delicious food Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable, but what truly makes this place special is the Service!!!This 5 star review is based on my experience with Gloria and Jackie

What an amazing team, what an incredible serviceBoth of them made our stay unforgettable and remarkable I truly hope that their hard work is recognized and appreciated, because they make all the difference in the world ♡♡♡♡

Sarah Cole

The hotel itself was clean and pretty Very nice lobby area, fitness center and pool However, within our room the hair dryer didn’t work, there was two out light bulbs in the bathroom, the door lock was not latching as it should, and the room was insanely hot

The temp was set at 78 when we arrived so we immediately turned it off and opened a window and it is still very hot Beds and pillows are really comfortable! Also love the Bath and Body Works lotions in the bathrooms

Phyliss Baker

Room was dingy, sofa was lumpy and bed was uncomfortable Breakfast was to begin at 5:30 am, we went down to the breakfast area at 6:20, no breakfast! The girl had “an emergency “, and desk staff thought customers were being rude complaining about breakfast not being ready The girl that was stocking the breakfast bar was going as slow as she could

I guess she was having a bad day, and wanted to share her emergency by having people wait as long as possible! We took the shuttle at 7:00 and breakfast was still not ready! The girl behind the desk was quite rude because I had the audacity to complain about having to leave without breakfast! The only good thing about this hotel was the shower!Do yourself a favor stay elsewhere!!

Stay was 3 nights Bed very comfortable Hotel was quiet

Good location for our purpose Check in smooth Blinking vanity light in first room We complained and were moved Second afternoon, on arrival to floor very strong marijuana smell w hallway window open Complained Front desk attendant came up and opened another window Smell continued through night 3rd day asked for housekeeping Clean towels were placed in Bathroom but no trash emptied, no bed linens straighted, no vacuuming done We won’t be staying here again

Bee Bee Jones

Positives: It was very clean The breakfast bar was very nice Pool area was impeccably clean and well stocked with towels

Negatives: I wasn’t provided with a “do not disturb” sign The toilet seat was chipped which was painful to sit on My room never got dark enough due to insufficient coverage and thickness of curtains as well as the obnoxious lighting in the hallway which bled into my room through the door The HVAC system came on and off every 2 to 3 minutes, so I had to run the fan setting all through the night I was there 3 days before receiving housekeeping services only because I called to request it I was assured I wouldn’t have to do that Also one day I called for a trash pickup and six hours later, it hadn’t been completed I had to call again, after which time, it was finally completed Another inconvenience was being repeatedly locked out of my room because my keys wouldn’t work

Amber Roberts

Would not go back Front desk help was rarely at the front desk The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days

Gave us 2 towels for 6 people so I had to keep going back to ask for more Then kept giving us hand towels instead of washcloths Half of the breakfast items were unavailable The pancake maker worked once in 3 days The only two good things about it was the location and that it was cheap Spend the extra money to stay somewhere else

Hampton Inn Detroit/Belleville-Airport Area was one of the smaller Hampton lobbies we’ve experienced, but it worked fine for breakfast without a large crowd there The pool area was nice with a big wall of exterior glass However, it was also viewed by everyone checking in

Weirdly, our hallway was FRIGID–I mean super cold unlike any hotel we’ve ever used Not sure if something was wrong But the room was nice We absolutely hate the newer rolling barn type doors on the bathrooms They are space efficient but do not offer privacy Also this one kept rolling open since there are no locks on these types–bad idea The shower pressure was really low, so you need a bit of extra time for your shower, but it was a very clean nice shower with a spacious bowed curtain rod There was a spacious counter with an extra ledge for toothbrushes, etc The room maintained standard Hampton Inn cleanliness we have really come to appreciate with warm blankets and comfortable beds

Everything actually surpassed my expectationsThe money to quality ratio is unbeatable for the area We have paid the same for much lesser quality in the ann arbor region

We actually got a hot breakfast, instead of a toaster for a bagelThe pool was heated, comfortable & cleanBut the best part aside from getting a real breakfast was that I slept like a babyI am a hot sleeper & I didn’t sweat with the comforterI typically don’t care enough to leave reviews but this hotel deserved it

Auction Videos

This review is for the parking I read other negative reviews, and meant to reserve parking elsewhere, but I added this to my cart on a third party site to compare fees, and through some hiccup it booked me here I decided to just go with it instead of fighting for a refund

Sure enough, there was a nearly hour long wait for the return shuttle, despite the hotel being less than 15 minutes away Regardless of how long it will be they will initially tell you 15 minutes, and then lie to you until you will only be 5 or 10 more minutes if you call back, regardless of how long it will actually be This practice seems to be built into their business model I will take care to never book here again Driver was courteous and professional in person though

This place met and exceeded my expectations Very Clean, updated Pretty decent breakfast daily

Super convenient for travel stays Especially for the connection to the airport parking they have and the shuttle to and from airport Staff does everything they can to accommodate in the exciting yet stressful times that can come with travel I have a lot of gratitude to those who went out of their way to patiently help Oh and did I mention the extremely comfortable bed and the restaurant/bar on site!? I will definitely choose this establishment in the future and recommend it others

I stay here frequently for work Staff is pleasant and helpful – rooms are clean and the beds are always comfortable The restaurant is good

If I have one gripe – and this goes for all hotels, not just this one – please ask housekeeping to wipe down the bathroom walls and door!!

We stayed here for a night early July of 2022, and we were satisfied with our stay The room was spacious and it was clean We were coming back to the Detroit area early Aug 2022, and were staying 4 nights

After our experience in July we decided to stay here again Unfortunately it was the biggest mistake We booked using IHG points They gave us a small room, and we are a family of 4 The curtains were cut I called the receptionist to ask if all the rooms were the same size, she said yes When we mentioned that we stayed here a few weeks back and the room we had stayed in was a lot bigger, she went to say yes we are currently full In the morning I then asked if there’s a chance we can get a bigger room, they switched us to a room that was very spacious, but it looked like it hadn’t been in use or cleaned in so long The room smelt so musty There was candy wrap on the ground and under the beds literally trash Front desk said they were completely booked and cannot switch us They sprayed odor illuminator But then we found literally green bugs on the bed At that point we decided to just check out and get a different hotel I had my 13 year old son and 2 year old daughter and did not want them sleeping for 3 nights in a musty smelling and bug infested room I asked for a point refund, but was told I need to talk to the manager, who’s in a meeting I waited for over an hour and she still didn’t show up to talk to me When after a few hours we went back to request a refund, she was very rude

It was great stay loved the big huge beds and super comfortable I travel a lot and these beds really stand out and the cleanliness of the hotel is a super plus I love the outdoor where u can sit and just unwind

I would’ve gave 5 stars if my alarm in my room didn’t go off and wake me and my children Only downfall is I think the housekeeping should reset alarms when the next guest check out because unfortunately the great sleep I was getting got interrupted at 4 am and 6 am!! Other then that I would recommend booking here worth the money and lots of restaurants right around the corner great two day stay

Tobey Young

A disaster from the start I was promised connected rooms, they were unavailable upon check in I was having my daughter’s 14th birthday, so I had to leave 4 teenage girls down the hall from me! I will say most staff was very kind( not all)

First room air was broke, had to move, was kindly given complimentary breakfast, not told it was only good until 930 am, didn’t get to use not was offered replacement There was a party in the lobby, took ALL the patio and pool area Most were not even guest of the hotel We couldn’t use the pool due to they had the entire space It was unbelievable the hotel allowed this I will def not stay here again!!

And the shower is really nice too The downsides were breakfast is only from 630 to 930 am The ice machines are only on every other floor And there are no vending machines And no complimentary continental breakfast

Had a poor experience overall at this location and would not recommend it or plan to stay there againOn our arrival, we were greeted by the front desk staff, which was niceWe unloaded our bags onto the luggage cart

However, the wheel was flat, making it very difficult to pushOur room (501) was nice and clean We had asked for a quiet spot, as one of us is a light sleeper, and the room overlooks the highway Not ideal, but given rush hour backups, not too noisyThe thermostat was a little wonky, so the room would either be too warm or too coldThe shower wasn’t draining and threatening to overflow, so I peeked under the cover and noticed a pile of hair and debris (barf emoji)Bed pillows for me were old and floppy, so couldn’t get comfortableNo housekeeping came around, and when we asked, we were told it was upon request onlyOverall, very disappointed and would not recommend

Decided to stay in town for my brother’s funeral instead of having to travel back and forth My room was on the 5th floor, as we all know heat rises right? The A/C worked intermittently and would cut out during the night making it very uncomfortable, I wasn’t there much the 1st night and following day however it should work, bottom line The room had a very weird smell, couldn’t tell if it was musty or what but it wasn’t very pleasant

My son said the pool looked like someone took a deuce in it and smeared it on the walls, I didn’t investigate that one The bathroom light was tricky to figure out, I had to have the switch outside the bathroom on in order for the switch inside the bathroom to work There were staff members that would hang out and smoke right by the entrance doors on the backside of the building right underneath a sign saying the premises were smoke free and they weren’t very hospitable, not even a hello as you approached They could definitely use Gordon Ramsey to come in and update their menu in their restaurant, the coffee was bitter and gross and the menu didn’t offer much, I got up and decided to go to Big Boy for a good breakfast and coffee I appreciated the fact that they offered bereavement rates but I still paid over $300 for 2 nights The beds were comfortable too but that didn’t make up for the A/C issues I would have picked one of the other hotels in the vicinity had I known this hotel wasn’t up to par, I guess the empty parking lot should have spoke for itself

Excellent stay Our flight was cancelled by Delta so they comped us this room There was a choice of about 5 hotels to stay from, and I’m so glad we chose this one

Close to the airport, clean, and friendly staff No bells and whistles, but just what you’re looking for in a comfortable nights stay It was a blessing to us after a stressful day of travel Free continental breakfast and shuttle to airport Would highly recommend

We checked in and walked into our room after a long day of travelling and it reeked of weed and cigarettes We went back down to the lobby and asked for a different room and were told that we couldn’t be moved because there were no other rooms available, but that they could come and spray the room with air freshener Though I appreciated the “effort”, this was really gross

When a guest books a non-smoking room, that’s what they expect The carpets and counter tops in the rooms were also very dirty I stay near DTW frequently and I definitely will not stay here again

Elyse Stands

Great location and close to the airport The lobby and breakfast area of the hotel have obviously been updated and are nice but the rooms have NOT Huge water stain on the ceiling, dirty curtains, old and dirty A/C unit, bathroom shower might be clean but it’s hard to tell because the grout is either stained or dirty and same with the floor

On the plus side, the bed is comfortable!

This is a nice hotel if you’re on a budget The breakfast is free, but not great The rooms and hotel were mostly clean, but there needs to be more attention to detail cleaning and maintenance, like corners, walls, baseboards

There was a lot of dust in the dining hall in the TV table and curtainsAs a whole, the hotel is a bit dated But, I thoroughly checked under and around the bed and furniture for bugs (like I always do) and found nothing and everything seemed relatively clean The pool and hot tub were both nice and clean Overall for the price, I would recommend staying here

Overall this hotel met and exceeded my expectations of an IHG hotel but there are some things that they could improve onThe Good:1 The lobby is beautiful and has a lodge/home feeling

2 The Sauna was clean and operable along with the pool and hot tub3 Staff is very friendly and their Hotel Dog is cute!4 Beds are super comfortable along with the pillows5 Multiple cameras outside and throughout the interior of the hotelConcerns:1 One door on the side of the building is not secured and provides easy access to hotel rooms to anyone who wants to walk in2 Our room wall had quite a bit of dust collected on it3 The coffee served in the lobby is no good I wish they would serve locally fresh roasted coffee but I have yet to find a hotel that does that4 Drinking fountain in the pool area is pretty roughIt was a pleasant stay and I will definitely come back

My best experience was the way the receptionist greeted us She was very helpful answering all our questions and walked us through of all the amenities the hotel was offering, which was nice to knowThey offer two free drink which we enjoyed after 12 hours fly

The Rooms were fairly clean, all your basic stuff like toiletries, towels safety box, iron, hairdryer etc a pullout bed on the living room Pillows were fine for me soft and fluffy however, the beds were hard is a rock to me, every one in my family was ok with it Their continental breakfast was great Scrambled eggs, fresh cut fruit, bananas, sausage patties, bacon, toast, bagels, cream cheese, 4 different kinds of juices milk coffee and my favorite of all was the cook making fresh omelettes of your choice Well, I would say yes, I would book my room here again

Hotel rooms are very outdated for pricing Hotel cleanliness could be better I stayed at this location for one night

Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful As we entered the room I immediately noticed a mildew smell and outdated furniture The televisions are very small as well The beds are not comfortable and pillows are sinking in as you lay on themBut because i was only staying one night I decided not to complain We decided to go for a swim and boy oh boy when entering into the pool room chlorine over powers your nostrils The pool wasn’t as clean and the water was freezing cold There was no towels in the pool room none while we were thereThe hot tub looked as if it had dirt floating around in it not to mention the jet didn’t work so there was no bubbles in the hot tub Breakfast was great! However asking for service or towels is just pointless cause no one will get you what you need and once they know it’s you requesting services they will ignore you I requested towels never received them until I had waked to the front desk to get them myself

After arriving into DTW Airport, we were pleasantly picked up by a hotel shuttle in little time When we entered the hotel, the front desk staff warmly welcomed us The hotel lobby area and Cafe area were attractive

Our rooms were also beautifully appointed and clean In our short weekend stay, we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast and hospitality hour Checkout was very easy as well This hotel is a well run machine Will definitely book again

This was clean, everything seemed washed and ready for us, the amenities were great The bed was comfortable, the park stay fly was a great deal The only drawback is the bathroom door – they are see through

Not like you can watch someone as they bath see through but if someone is in the bathroom and turns on the light the entire room lights up So if one member of your party wakes up early to shower everyone is getting up early It is a bizarre design choice

James Baker

Very close to DTW The hotel provides an airport shuttle The rooms were clean and were kept up

The bed was comfortable The front desk staff were very helpful even suggesting a nearby restaurant which was also very good There was a good sized workout room and a pool with a hot tub We stayed the night before our flight and were very pleased with the accommodations

rita johnson

Wonderful place to stay this was perfect – the beds are sooo comfortable, and the rooms are quiet the fact that their way no kids running up and down the hall, housekeeping wasn’t knocking on the door before checkout, you can spend time outside peacefully without drama and the staff – who, by the way, were exceptional Markell and Wayne really went out of their way to make sure everyone got what they needed, whether it was directions, recommendations, or help with their transportation

Wayne was very helpful I had a great time meeting everyone and socializing yet when I wanted to, I could get a quiet night’s sleep, without interruptions” When I say this is what a hotel should look and feel like a home away from home, great hospitality, awesome energy from the whole staff Wayne and Markell you guys are the real goats Always team Marriott you guys have changed my mind about Marriott Positivity’s at its finest
