We should have taken a much closer look at these reviews before booking This place is honestly disgusting We stayed here 5 years ago and decided to go back because we loved it

Man has it gone downhill since then They’ve thrown bed sheets over torn apart couch cushions Stains all over all the carpets and mattress The walls in hallways and elevator are all scraped up with dents in them We were only able to get our hands on one extra pillow and unfitted sheets I’ve never given a one star review for a hotel before This one deserved it We are going to be driving full speed out of here tomorrow

Good for: Budget conscious college studentsBad for: If you make a decent incomeFor the price, I can’t really argue, but you’re getting what you paid for It’s cheaper than the hotels in the area and includes breakfast The breakfast isn’t self serve though, you have to request what you want from the breakfast lady and the selection isn’t great

Best thing there was the French toast and cerealMy biggest problem with this hotel is that it’s dirty Everything is carpeted and there are stains everywhere The elevators have heavy stains and the our room had this red stain by the beds Found a leftover goldfish on the floor At least the beds and the bathrooms were clean which mattered most This hotel just needs a renovation and replace all the flooring with stone tile or hardwoodAlso, the walls aren’t very thick, so you might hear some people clapping cheekstl;dr Better than your Motel 6 but not good as your other branches like Marriott or Hilton

Matthew Ainge

Rooms are of a good size Beds are comfortable and kitchen/bathroom facilities in the suites are well maintained Good covid measures in place making the communal areas clean and providing a good selection of breakfast options

Ideal location if you need to get to many of the business parks in the area as the main roads are nearby

The rooms themselves are worth every penny having the space that you have and a full fridge mini stove dishwasher is just awesome Unfortunately the hot tub is no longer part of the facility However the pool is up and running! They have really great coffee in the morning and a full breakfast buffet free to their customers! The only thing I question is the Velveeta cheese place between the little egg rounds LMFAO

I myself am not a huge fan of Velveeta cheese 🤣 they have all the essentials to please you, unless you’re looking for a country cooked breakfast then you might have to go to a diner LOL

Pani Nampse

Lots of cigarette buds, outside of every door Lots of trash on the ground, that remained there for the entire week that I stayed They have cleaning people, but I never saw them clean up outside

Especially the back of the building It’s too bad about the excessive trash around the place, because otherwise it is a really great property The rooms were clean and quiet

Christina

My family and I had a miserable time during our stay Picked this hotel because we’ve had good experiences in the past We will never stay here again

Rooms are unclean and very outdated Very disappointed by the staff They were unprofessional and rude and dont care about you AC breaks all the time Walls are thin If you have a pet you dont want to take them here because even though it says pet friendly they will make you and your dog feel very unsafe and unwelcomed If you want an enjoyable stay save your money and time and go somewhere else

I have stayed at the Burlington MA residence Inn before and had a good stay This time we left and got right on the highway not realizing we forgot my daughters white stuffed animal bunny she sleeps with This was passed down from my wife so had some sentimental value

We called and hoped for the best that it would be found and shipped back to us They called us to let us know it was found and gave us the information to have it shipped back to us We we relieved to say the least Then the package arrived for my daughter with the bunny, a note from the staff, and pictures of the bunny working at the desk and answering calls while it stayed at the hotel until it made it back to us They even created a name tag named “bunny” for the pictures Made an awful experience for my daughter a wonderful experience that we will always remember We saved this and will give to her when she gets older Such a great gesture to go out of their way to make a great experience I will absolutely be returning and I hope others give this place a try as well You will not be disappointed!! Thank you Residence Inn staff!!!

Stayed for three nights with my wife and daughter Clean room, housekeeping was excellent 1 day and OK the other, but nothing really major Had some bad experiences in the past so I did a thorough check of the room and there was no signs of any pests

My only complaint is that was the smallest “king” bed I have ever seen Also staff was very nice I will be back

Aubrey Field

We had a great stay here at the residence inn We came for the Boston marathon (my husband ran in it) and we loved being close enough to the city to make travel quick but far enough that it was a break from the contast chaos For the marathon it was a quick drive to Anderson station and we took the trains in from the

Highly recommend it The room had everything we needed and the staff was wonderful They even had a care package for us after the marathon If we ever come back we will stay here for sure!

The room is nice and clean Kitchen is still currently close so no room service available It’s an area where you need to drive everywhere

Nothing is close by So the fact that there is no food available at the hotel makes everything a little bit more complicated Considering that there is no more mask mandates, Marriott should reconsider this The people at the reception desk where super nice

David Nuzzi

Clean room nice building Pool was advertised as open (it was closed) breakfast advertised as free (there was no breakfast) Bistro closed just some grab and go muffins

Looks like 2020 covid restrictions were never lifted No other explanations on the closures This hotel can’t keep their promises No microwave in room and limited dining choices in areaYou get a clean room and not much else for a inflated rate

Kathleen Roberts

Troy was great- don’t lose him The room was not what I signed up for- adequate for sleep Prices should be lowered to reflect poor grab n go breakfast (not CONTINENTAL)

No restaurantThe room: bathroom – not sparkling- see pics Hot water valve not working – had to fool with it to get hot water- did not want to repack and move rooms at that pointBed was made with wrong linens Top coverlet was a queen as it only went 2 inches over the side of the mattressJust not up to Courtyard’s standards!!

This hotel has all of the amenities one might expect, including an indoor pool surrounded by overlooking balconies in a glass-covered pavilion There is even a charming room near the door with a fireplace and comfortable cozy seating Everything was clean and the service was fine

My only complaint is that the lady at the desk was dressed in gaudy sports team attire rather than a hotel uniform It made it difficult to distinguish her from guests and as she was the face of the hotel upon entering, set a strange tone for the ambiance of the hotel Despite her appearance, her service was excellent She even called me to let me know when my room was available for early check-in I was also glad that masks weren’t enforced I didn’t need it, but when I turned on the television to try to Chromecast to it, it was tuned to static It might be great to have it tuned to some transmission

Amanda Attaei

I really liked this place! It was so nice and the staff was so friendly I needed to travel with my golden retriever, which can be stressful sometimes when so many hotels don’t allow dogs (or when the ones that do end up being dirty) It was not stressful at all and my room was very clean :)My favorite place about this hotel though, is the white noise option they have next to the bed

I usually need a fan or something similar to make noise when I fall asleep and this knocked me out 10/10 sleepBreakfast buffet was also amazing Fresh order omelettes and bacon were so yummyWill definitely recommend

Sacia Divison

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Boston/Woburn Due to the weather, we booked a room for the weekend that was in close proximity to my job ( essential employee) Laura at the front desk was delightful and eager to help! She was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out later Thank you! Overall, my family and I had a great experience and the amenities were great

The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect I will recommend it to my colleagues!

Lori Kampwerth

We were very pleased with this hotel! Our room was very clean, staff was friendly, and the location was good Breakfast was well done There are only 2 things I would have improved – 1: the water pressure wasn’t great in the shower

2: the electric lock didn’t work great with the key cards Our work around was using the digital key via the app We’d definitely stay here again!

Kathleen Dacey

We’ve stayed at the hotel a couple of times for friend’s weddings and it’s always clean There’s plenty of parking and the complimentary breakfast has waffles I used the gym this last trip and it was small, but had everything I wanted

The TVs are a bit dated, but they work There was a fridge and a good sized bathroom The staff are friendly It’s in a weird location (but handy for wedding bus situations), but the pizza place next door has a full bar and good vibes

Louie Melissis

We chose this hotel based on location to get to the different places we wanted to visit while staying in the Boston area Staff was very attentive to make sure things were the way we wanted them The breakfast included was good

Rooms were cozy and the bed was comfortable The pillows were too soft and needed a third to help my sleep It isn’t a high end place but for what we needed it was perfect and would stay here again

The hotel itself is very accommodating having the sports bar connected to the lobby and the location right off the highway I’ve stayed here twice and been on the fourth floor once in a King executive and twice in a suite The suite is amazing, clean, comfortable I never wanna leave the room when I’m there

The hotel is bright and relaxing Only noise I heard was the doors slamming shut from other rooms Other then that the rooms were very quiet and that was the reason for our stay, needed a quiet mental break We did have some issues with a reservation I made via phone and being put in the wrong room which caused me some frustration but the staff did eventually take care of the problem and were apologetic and accommodating Tyler at the front desk was very helpful and nice Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean quiet place to escape that’s local or a place to stay while in town!

Tasha Kates

Crowne Plaza gets the big things right — clean rooms, free parking, nice pool and gym area, lovely front desk staff, great climate control and a good restaurant attached However, they are not good at the little stuff It’s like they took all of the information out of the rooms during COVID and never put it back

There were no channel listings on paper or digitally The cable offering is anemic for children Housekeeping didn’t come once during our four night stay, and the front desk somehow expected I would know to put a load of towels outside our room and call them to have housekeeping come and hand me new towels directly Apparently daily housekeeping will resume today, which is nice, but I thought they would come once during our stay We also booked a room for four that was set up for two or three — three bath towels, two plastic cups, two coffee cups They used to have vending, but now they have an extremely overpriced Marketplace next to the front deskI’m only docking them one star because the overall stay is great, if you can overlook the minor stuff that you would encounter in your hotel stay

Eric Wannemacher

The room was clean and comfortable The bed and pillows allowed me to sleep soundly The air conditioner kept the room extremely comfortable and was quiet enough that it did not disturb my sleep

The included breakfast was a continental style but the food tasted as though it was made from scratch; there is a restaurant on site Room service only checked first thing in the morning; if you’re a late sleeper, your room won’t be serviced Would definitely return!

The Good: perfectly located for my business needs The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs The bed is comfortable

The Bad: there is annoying light from the microwave, and AC unit of all things My room is on the south side and the curtains do little to stop the morning sunshine The breakfast is buffet style and very basic with no change of options, and no cooked-to-order options eitherEdit: After interacting with some of the other staff, I am removing another star Their staff – especially front desk and restaurant folks – need some more customer service trainingThe Ugly: This was fixed immediately, but wanted to mention it as I don’t understand why previous guests wouldn’t have reported it Please don’t be afraid to report broken elements in a room I discovered my first night that the AC was broken in that the wall thermostat wasn’t properly controlling the temperature I woke up to the room being 58 degrees! Please don’t suffer when traveling, always report problems They were able to immediately fix it and it worked perfectly since

Marissa Nasshan

Stayed here for a one night business trip The staff was super friendly and the hotel seemed very clean The bar has limited food options so if you’re looking for a dinner/meal I’d suggest other restaurants near by

I’m rating this 3 stars because it wasn’t the best sleep The curtains to my room didn’t shut all the way and i was on the 3rd floor facing the front of the building so all night long the lights were shining directly into my room I need it dark to sleep well Also, my room was directly across from the elevators and ice room/laundry room so very noisy If i was here longer than the 1 night I’d ask for a different room Overall not a bad place

Hoai-An Nguyen

Thank you to the staff at the front desk who checked us in at the last minute during a hectic graduation weekend We were in desperate search of alternative lodging and were able to find friendly and sympathetic people here who did not take advantage of our situation but made sure we were able to get rooms Thank you for your kindness and friendly conversations

I stayed at this hotel recently for a family member’s funeral Jeanette, the General Manager, truly went above and beyond to make me and my family members comfortable She was friendly and helpful, allowing some of us to check in early and unload our luggage

She also accommodated room location requests, remembered names and room numbers, and made sure Marriott Bonvoy points were allocated correctly Regarding the hotel itself, it was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent The hotel is also in a great location, convenient to the highway and restaurants I highly recommend this hotel!

Jonathan Cunningham

Pool was closed but not disclosed to us at booking They should have that posted on their website Some of the staff couldn’t communicate with us which can be frustrating if they were your only option as sometimes it was not easy tracking someone down

Called down to request towels and never received any My wife went and asked for some to be told they ran out and it would be a half hour Then she went back to the front desk a half hour later and waited there between 5 and 10 minutes and nobody showed up to the front desk where someone should always be She had to go find the employee (manager) He was sitting in the office doing nothing Water got ice cold mid shower the morning I was leaving The lady checking out before me said the same thing to the manager and he argued with her that there was in fact hot water She literally checked out to go to another hotel so she could shower and her kid could swim in the pool They were not told it was closed either I got my receipt after leaving stating there was a zero balance left and now my card got charged 2 days after we checked out And conveniently nobody is answering the phone now NEVER AGAIN will we stay in a Fairfield Inn I want my money back to be honest Was not what they advertised!

Gary Holtz

The room was OK The hotel is way under staffed and the staff is not well trained Just wanted to change the card I was billed to at check out and the desk clerk did not know how

I spent about an hour in total dealing with this issue Also asked for daily maid service but only got it once in the 4 days I was there And that one time they just made the bed and left towels They didn’t even empty the trash I spoke with the GM who was very nice and very pleasant but instead of asking how he could compensate me he said “sorry that’s the way things are these days” My son just moved to the area and I will need a place to stay when I come to visit This will not be one of my choices

Overpriced Poor service Rude/strange staff

Booked a Saturday for my kid’s sports tournament Realized due to schedule needed Friday night also They gouged me for the Friday night Once there, check in staff clueless Called for a restaurant menu because not in room or online Desk said menu should be in the room and they would bring one up Phone rings it’s the bar saying they are not bringing one up Went down to order food-$20 and change bill and the rude “bartender” takes $30 and never brings the change, forcing me to ask for it Sorry not tipping rude staff 975 on a 20 bill On Saturday get back to room and no room service for my 250 plus tax night stay Desk tells me you have to request it Breakfast not included, overpriced Starbucks with limited options Oh and mattress sags bad Plenty of other hotel choices locally -skip this place…

M Haaz

Visiting from Temecula California for a work trip Rooms are clean and quiet The people working the front desk super friendly and Jackie at the bar make an excellent Cesar salad

The location is sort of an island as you can’t walk to any restaurant’s from here You’ll need a ride to get to anything I would look forward to staying again if I return to area

LaDale Walker

I thought that breakfast was included, but it’s Starbucks a la carte Also, the TV goes out in the rain I basically had a blue screen with “no signal” written across it while it rained for over an hour

Not worth the money and the location is kind of secluded For the price, you can pay to stay at another Marriott with better amenities

THE WORSE HOTEL EVER! checking in was decent then I walked in my room the floor wasn’t vacuumed well

The bedding is dirty I asked for bedding from a guy named Chris he sighed saying he’ll have ti walk downstairs to get me bedding umm okay that’s your job then I go to use the microwave and it doesn’t work He wouldn’t offer me a refund or get me a new microwave I’ll never stay here again

Samantha Turnbull

I have no clue how this hotel has so many positive reviews To begin, our room has an odd smell to it Secondly, the Internet doesn’t work at all in the room

The computer and phone won’t connect Third, there is no fan in the bathroom Fourth, the cleanliness of the room was questionable This hotel doesn’t look like it’s been touched in the past 10 years And lastly, this hotel promised room service for cleaning every other day We stayed 3 days and never once had our room cleaned We had to go down to the lobby to get more towels, soap, etc and just got excuses about why our room wasn’t cleaned If there is a staffing shortage, then the hotel shouldn’t be taking guests to full capacity Terrible costumer service! Not worth the money at all!

Esar Mlika

Legitimately the worst hotel ever Terrible customer service Terrible management

Just absolutely despicable Expedia made 4 different request to the Hotel to change the date and the Manager, Nick, refused to change it 4 different times They even lied to say Expedia never reached out in the first place when I was on the line with Expedia as they called to make the request Too bad they didn’t know we were CCed in the email thread too They are liars!! Do not use!!

This DoubleTree hotel was much nicer than expected! The staff was friendly professional and made the quick overnight experience very easy The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean The bed especially was very comfortable

We specifically chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle service We had to wait in the cold a few minutes longer than we would have liked to be picked up at the airport, but other than that the shuttle was great It was ready to go and on time early the next morning when we needed to get back to the airport We will definitely use this hotel again when we have another layover in Boston

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, staff were very nice and helpful and the room felt luxurious! Loved every minute I spent at this location Only issues I had was with the pool, it was not clean, but this was at the end of the day around 8pm so people had used it all day, assuming they would clean it in the morning The other issue being that guests have to pay for parking is not accommodating at all especially since it isn’t cheap per night

Overall loved my stay and would stay here in a heartbeat!

The staff was excellent to me and my family The breakfast experience has been better every hotel I have visited this year The lady who works in the front desk (Tye) has been very accommodating to us

The man who works in the kitchen (Thaylis) has been extraordinary, he brought out everything you need and or want in a breakfast meal He also brought out more food the instant it ran out The rooms were clean and spacious The housekeeping has done an excellent job Overall this hotel and it’s staff have been absolutely exceptional

The Holiday Inn express at Woburn is a great hotel and what I expect from a Holiday Inn express A clean room, easy check in and good service The staff was friendly although I did not spend a lot of time interacting with staff

Two complaints about the hotel The room I got, with a double bed, was so small it was claustrophobic There was no place to put a suitcase and no suitcase standMy second complaint is staff knocked on my door at 8:45 AM wanting to clean my room They need a checkout log to see which rooms are available rather than disturbing guests so early in the morningEven though my room was right next to the elevator, something they do when you purchase via a 3rd party website, I did not hear any elevator noise The rooms were well insulatedThis hotel is very conveniently located across the street from a large shopping center with a lot of shopping and multiple places to eat And it is within a 100 yds of the freeway exitI would definitely stay here again They do need to tell staff to be more mindful of guests and there

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend, did not like it at all!! They didn’t do room service, not change the towels At 8am one day someone attempted to open our room door, I don’t know if it was housekeeping but I guess they should knock first Its not the best location if you want to get around Boston to sightsee (my bad) this hotel is like 20min away

Breakfast was great and staff were kind and helpful The hotel needs updating; the carpets are worn out and dirty, the elevator said out of order but it seem to be working Had to use the stairsThe A/C is way to close to the bed and will freeze your brain at night (vent can’t be adjusted)

Very clean, remodeled, room was great, friendly staff Comfortable bed and bedding Only thing, beware there is almost nothing within walking distance, so don’t stay in this hotel for convenience to eating or access to downtown, public transport is not a very viable option

But if you have your own car or just need to be in the Waltham area, I’d 100% recommend Big beware though, because of staffing shortage, there is NO daily housekeeping services So no trash emptied, beds made, or rooms cleaned during your stay

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD I used to love going to the hotel but last night/this morning was the worst I have ever been treated First I called to make sure when checkout would be if I checked in at 3am(Thursday technically) because we just got back from a 9 Hr drive so we were exhausted

Jeffery answered the phone and I’m not sure if I interrupted his nap or something but he was very rude and dismissive and told me to come in and said check out would be Friday When I got there I again asked him to confirm would I only be charged one night and when would check out be he assured me it would be one nights charge and check out would be for Friday I swiped my card he said it did not go through when in fact it did He told me to swipe another card because on his end it did not go through when I did he charged me 4 times what was supposed to be charged When I asked him why he had no idea and told me to check with managers in the morning Then he had to open the room for us because he did not give us a room key!! When leaving our room we have to keep the room open because we had no way of getting back in if the door closed THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING!! I woke up after 5 hours of sleep to be then told by the manager that I was being charged two nights at the wrong rate I have never had this treatment here before when other managers were in charged I am a TITANIUM ELITE MEMBER YOU WOULD THINK STAFF WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE WELL INFORMED OR EVEN COURTEOUS TO GIVE US A DIFFERENT ROOM THAT I PAID QUADRUPLE FOR 5HOURS OF SLEEP!!

Check in is at 3:00 we arrived at 4:30 and had to wait because our room was not ready Finally when we got to our room not only was it not what we paid for but it was not clean up to standard The Queen studios are advertised with a shower/tub and the front desk manager told us the studios only have a standing shower

Not to mention the sheets were stained, and there was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower Never booking this place again

While the hotel, aesthetically, is very beautiful that’s where the positives endsThe EV charging station is nonfunctional and has been for months: they have no intentions of repairing it either They’re still fine with charging you $15 for parking however

Classy Check-in was at 3 and only one room was ready, forcing myself and my guests to move around our plans to accommodateWhile I previously have had nothing but overwhelmingly positive experiences staying at Homewood Suites this experience was far from that 5 star hotel, with 1 star service

Clean hotel and roomsGood amenities – Free breakfast, Gym, swimming pool, PAID parking($15)Breakfast is really nice with good options for vegetarians as well – Veggie patty, Breads, Bagels, Oatmeal, Oats, Juices, Fruits, Coffee etcCons: Location is isolated and not good for nights And location not that good for travelling to downtown or other Boston tourist places The station is little far – you have to park your car at station or take uber

Booked this hotel online for an overnight stay in Boston Front desk staff very rude and inconsiderate We turned around and walked back out and booked our stay somewhere else

We have stayed in Hilton’s for years and this was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had Looking at other reviews, I see we’re not alone Two pieces of advice: #1 Don’t stay here #2 If you do stay here and have a bad experience, definitely take the time to let Hilton corporate know what a horrible representation this place is of the Hilton brand

My wife and I stayed at the Bedford Hampton Inn for 3 days The hotel provided class A service to us We were very happy with our stay, and we’d gladly return

Each staff was professional and courteous Maritza Ramos who works at the front desk was so warm and welcoming She’s downright awesome with one of the friendliest personalities we’ve seen! Another staff member extended our checkout time to accommodate my wife’s remote working This was when the hotel was fully booked-out Additionally, the GM (an older gentleman) availed a conference room to my wife so that she could continue working with quiet and privacy The GM was very polite and helping-minded! Literally everyone was nice to us, including the person who brought us extra pillows when requested In my opinion, the staff at this hotel go above and beyond in trying to make your stay comfortable, and they do it with a generous smile! My wife and I feel very appreciative! They’ve definitely got a winning crew there!!

Absolutely the worst place I ever stayed I never think that I would spend my precious time to write a bad review before This hotel is bad no matter the experience or the environment

Firstly, the bed sheet is uncleaned I started to grow pimple on my hand and feet after the first night I spent here Also, the whole room smelled like feet, and I am sure that they never clean the carpet It just stink when I opened the door and walked in, I have to use lots of perfume to cover the smell(but failed) The bathroom is uncleaned, too I can also heard the sounds from the room next to me, too What’s more, the attitude of front desk is awful I would say 90 percent of the people working in this hotel are friendly, but some are not A person leave me a huge impression of being no friendly, he looks like the manager here, but he doesn’t speak a fluent English I don’t sure I remember his name, it started with an A,and he wear glasses The most important thing is that he is unwilling to communicate He behaves very impatient after he answered my question, and sometimes ignored my word This is the absolutely the worst employee I ever seen in a hotel front desk He didn’t even know how to treat a person in a polite manner Also,as same as happened in a comment above, they charge me extra price for one more night, too When I try to connect them, he said that he did not and refuse to discuss more according to their policy If you have the time to check other comment, you will find that the comment about the front desk is so bad I hope the hotel can make some improvement in the future, especially the black gentleman with the glass ONLY COME TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE OTHER CHOICES, or you will be regretted

My status as a military serviceman & Hilton Honors Lifetime Diamond Member was recognized and upon arrival; I was warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager I love the charm of this hotel, absolutely outstanding, and does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at allEvery staff member I encountered was delightful and eager to help

They went above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable & enjoyable The service was exceptional, high-quality, top notch, and not to be beat! This excellent property was clean, and very convenient…and the atmosphere was special with a great ambianceOverall, the Hampton Inn Bedford / Burlington exceeded my expectations I would definitely recommend this hotel to my professional colleagues and military Soldiers I will always stay at this location when traveling to this area/Boston All respect for the general manager, David D’Arcy, who does a great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality…thank you so much!
