Great experience overall Amazing location! Hotel room was clean, quiet, and comfortable Bed was clean, comfortable (not amazing, but suited us well for our stay)

Staff was kind, quick, and courteous Although the hotel certainly is not brand-new and a few areas showed signs of age, it was overall a lovely stay with great serviceBreakfast was fine, but if you want something truly delicious, go across the street to Reading Terminal MarketParking fees are excessive If you know how to navigate street parking and parking lots (and are willing to walk a block or 2), you’ll save a lot

M. Jay Hilano

Avail for the family room Has 2 full size bed and a sofa bed Room very spacious and clean

Bathroom is adequately sized and cleanConcierge are nice and friendlyLocated across the Reading Terminal with tons of food and drinks availableIt’s also beside the convention center which is very convenient is you are attending a conferenceDidn’t give a 5 star rating since I witnessed a mice scurrying around the lobby floor near the food/drink section

Stayed here for about 4 days The location of this hotel is perfect! Close to many things like the Reading Market Terminal, the convention center, and other historical sitesOur room was in general clean, but it does need to be updated and renovated along with certain parts of the hotel

There was no fan/vent thing in our bathroomThe free breakfast was good They offer breakfast sandwiches, eggs, bagels, waffles, fruit, cereal, and yogurt For beverages: juice, milk, tea, and coffee But, you have to wake up real early to get food!!! Breakfast is only served from 6am to 9am Wish it ended at 10am though because not many people wake up earlyParking here is expensive Thought there would be free parking or at least discounted parking for guestsOverall, the staff were professional and friendly Thank you guys for working!

Checking in was a Breeze ( I had called 1 time prior to this trip to line everything out) feather free pillows because of down allergies in the family This hotel got it right The warm reception from from the nice lady at front desk had me feeling like VIP!!! Thank you for that (Should be commended by upper management) (+1star)The room upon arrival smelled clean and IS clean

We had a short stay here to visit the Athletic Trainer convention at the convention center The layout of the smaller king was quaint and efficient (+1 star)The exhaust fan was kinda odd at firstbut it kept the room nice and cool and masked outside city noise really well Surprised really The front desk staff every morning and evening was all smiles and very Friendly (+1 star) they should be commended for being awesome!Breakfast was pretty good especially with covid-19 protocols around [Eggs, muffins, waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt] The food/cleaning/maintenance staff all very friendly and accommodating (+2 stars)This hotel location is easy to find and surrounding area has quite a few food/entertainment options within a short walk away (+1 star)I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the beds were! Water pressure was good We enjoyed the visitWe will return!!Respectfully,The Smiths

Be sure if you are staying longer term to get the bigger room When they say small they mean it In downtown Philly about two blocks from restaurants and within a mile of downtown attractions

The walls are very thin and you will be woke up every morning with housekeeping trying to walk into your room at 8:30 am (even with the do not disturb out) They slam the doors on all the other rooms around you so you will hear them coming When they do service the room, they will only make the beds & take dirty linens, not leave additional towels etc Breakfast is sandwiches heated in a microwave or lots of starchy items Fruit pickings were slim Highlight was the friendliness of the desk staff and the valet service They were great!

Steve Aupperle

The view from out room was a 12 out of 10 The room was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable The only reason I am giving this a 4 is because only one elevator was working and that was an issue a couple of times and there was a problem with water in the shower on the 12 floor for the first morning

It was taken care of by the second morning We had called the maintenance guy up because the bathroom door will lock if you shut the door a certain way He told us that the water thing happens occasionally With all that said I would stay here again

My stay was courtesy of CHOP, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, due to some much needed repairs to my house to make my home asthma safe for my sons The front desk staff was kind and courteous The rooms were a very nice size and very comfortable

I wish it had a bathtub, but it was still a comfortable room The room was also equipped with a two burner cook top, a full size fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher One of my burners didn’t work, but it was okay The breakfast buffet was tasty It even had a vegetarian meat option There was also a nightly Manager’s Reception One night we were offered pizza and a salad with a sweet treat and a beverage The next night they gave everyone a chicken or beef cheesesteak with potato salad and a beverage I had a great time playing with my boys in the heated pool Overall, I had a very pleasant experience I gave 4 stars because one staff member seemed to display a little more kindness and courtesy to some of the guests than to others In spite of that, I would definitely stay here again I’m actually thinking of booking a room for my annual birthday getaway

Nicalena Neary

Residence Inn at the Philadelphia Airport is a well kept hotel Rooms are spacious The Lobby has ample seating, a bar area and fireplace

Breakfast is included and includes eggs, sausage, cereals, pastries, coffee/ tea and juice The staff are kind and helpful There is ample free parking A shuttle will pick up at the airport and take you to a local restaurant Worth a stay

Justin Haney

My daughter was injured because the property failed to install the deck drains and secure the lids properly The drain lid clearly stated that they must always secure the lid with screws provided After my daughter was injured the General Manager only made excuses as to why they did not secure the lids

Unfortunately the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act (P&SS Act) is pretty clear in the matter, which this property fails to comply with I was told someone from their insurance company would reach out this past week Zero contact from the property or their insurance Time to start moving up the chain and alerting everyone to avoid this property as who knows who else will get hurt due to this property’s lack of concern for guest safety

Not impressed

first of all, I arrived after midnight, alone, and was stranded outside closed hotel doors for a good 5 minutes Not really a fun thing for a lone female in Philadelphia The hotel staff was claiming that they did not hear me ring the bell all that time It would be one thing if they apologized for the wait, but no, I should’ve called the hotel and pressed zero (which I did and was waiting on hold, so that didn’t help) However, the next day Erika was very nice and kind and accommodates a room change The hotel itself is in rough shape (maintenance and upkeep), there was also an odd high pitch winning noise every single morning for about 15 minutes Not sure if this was the issue with the center AC turning on or what The first room I was in had the loudest fridge in the world, to the point that I had to close the bedroom door to try to keep the noise down, and the kitchen light had no light switche at all The second room was a bit better, but still rough Housekeeping was totally inconsistent Some days they showed up and just got the trash, other days they made the beds, and the last two days they didn’t show up at all Not even to replenish supplies Breakfast was mediocre They ran out of to go cups at some point in time, so you couldn’t even leave with your coffee The pool was lovely, but hot tub was closed If you have other options Go there

Michael E.

Fast, efficient, accurate scheduling of reservation and transmission of required documentation electronically for completion of check-in process Clean, modern, spacious facility with friendly front desk personnel with good attitude towards their duties Manager, Erica, expresses great interest in satisfaction of hotel guests and their feedback, especially from Hilton Honors members

I had a great experience with this location of the Homewood Suites by Hilton and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Philadelphia metropolitan area

Traveling outside one’s familiar settings is always a bit daunting, and emphatically needing a comfortable stay for multiple nights tends to put a high price on available offerings This Holiday Inn came recommended to me, and I’m so glad that it was – the rooms are wonderfully well-furnished, and luxuriously cozy It really felt as much like “home away from home” as a hotel could, with everything from climate control, carpeting, lights, shower and bathroom, and of course the bedding feeling Just Right

The in-house restaurant serves unexpectedly great food, and the staff are very friendly and professional All this, for a price that I think is pretty reasonable, and one I wouldn’t mind paying again A convenient location, in a quiet neighborhood, close to any possible stores, restaurants, or highways – if you’re looking to stay in Drexel Hill, for purposes whether local or generally nearby (eg Philadelphia), I think this Holiday Inn is a great value for your money

Lee Roberts

Hotel is off the beaten path Not many other people in hotel during my stay Indoor pool has salt water and has been broken for months waiting for a part

First room had clogged drains and area under bathroom sink had not been swept Here is the bright part Staff is incredible and switched my room right away Building is only 3 years old so amenities are modern Restaurant & bar on premises I would stay here again

Kim Glasford

We came to town for a baby shower in Clifton Heights Holiday Inn has always been one of my go to hotels plus I’m IHG rewards members The staff was friendly as usual

The room was clean and smell good The only think I had an issue with is the shower water pressure which seem to always be low at all Holiday Inn The bathroom toiletries was Dove productsThe Streetlight bar and restaurant is very nice had breakfast there before heading The buffet is $1699 per person I love there set up with the hotel

The staff at the Windsor suites are amazing!! The care, concern and attention they give to their guests is outstanding!! From the lobby assistant; Treviare, housekeeping; Ivy & supervisor Josh, up to management; the wonderful Ms Stephanie I must say there wasn’t a staff member that we encountered that wasn’t pleasant, friendly, accommodating and welcoming

My husband and I have stayed here every year for the past seven years and they have never disappointed us We love this placeWhen you’re in Philadelphia or already live in Philadelphia, and need an excellent hotel to stay at, trust me the Windsor Suites would be an excellent choiceKeep up the great work you guys!!

Brandon Caudill

The Windsor Suites was the perfect place for a last minute stay in Philadelphia We especially appreciated the pet-friendly policy and easy parking Our room was affordable, spacious, had a great view (see picture) and even came with a small, fully functional kitchen

We made use of the small fridge, wine glasses and bottle opener, but I imagine this would also be a great room for a longer stay The location is perfect and we were able to walk to any museum, restaurant or coffee shop we wanted to visit We had no issues with the temperature of the room, but the weather is also very mild this time of year Also, the pool and rooftop deck were closed for renovations This wasn’t a big deal for us, but it would have been nice to have a heads up about this before booking

Javi P

Staff and location are great Parking is reasonable for downtown However pictures are not what we had in room

Pics on website are much nicer! Also, you cannot control AC/heat in the room Depending on the season, either the AC or Heat is on You personalize cannot control the temp Only option you have is to turn it off, open window or ask for a fan Also Pool and Deck are closed during season but not mentioned on website There was also someone personal shampoo bottles left in the shower when we checked inCall before booking to see what is open, etc

I normally don’t rate or write reviews, but I need to share my experience at this hotel The staff was VERY friendly and helpful Every single person said good morning and hello when we saw them in the hall

The room was clean with up to date decor There was a nice pool, although we didn’t get a chance to swim The breakfast was hot and had a nice dining area near the buffet The location is perfect being close to many restaurants and attractions in downtown, and yet it is a short walk to the closest Broad Street SEPTA station if you need to get to the stadiums I was leery to book this place because it had a 42 rating on google, but it was the best deal I could find for one night I’m quite picky with hotels, and while it is no Ritz Carlton, it definitely deserves a higher rating than a 42 for a hotel in the middle of downtown Philly Thank you for a great stay!

Joshua Aarnes

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful Breakfast was good and had a nice variety The pool is a bit small and closes about 10 minutes earlier than the advertised “open til 9” but was still nice and refreshing when it was open

Overall, they made our stay wonderful and we would go backThe only real downfall of the hotel was the thin walls in the room we were it It seemed like it was converted from a suite into two separate rooms and the connecting door was just permanently locked But that door is as thin as a bedroom door might be and we heard our neighbors pretty much at all times

roderic mul

Close to the center and some of the best restaurants Although clearly not a new hotel the rooms are good and have a nice view over the city A plus is the swimming pool

A little card in the room notifies that towels are available at the pool That’s a sign of good care Breakfast was good Eggs, sausage and pancakes etc Very very friendly staff Also in the breakfast room!

The rooms are average and could use a little TLC However, the location is amazing and central to all the great touristy sites of Philly Even better than the location, is the service

Outstanding and much better than higher rated hotels I’ve stayed We came in extremely early from a red flight; they found us a room We needed to check out late because of late flight; they allowed us to stay late Excellent service without making it seem like a big deal

Adam Schechner

Pros:-Location can’t be beat A few minutes from Reading Terminal, across the street from city hall-Kitchen in the rooms

-Breakfast buffet is included and more than adequate-Mattress is nice and firm-Staff is very polite and responsiveCons:-Valet is expensive (though we knew this), but when they say it takes 30-45 minutes to get your car, they mean it-Lobby has apparently been under construction for months-Rooms are very dated and need some major renovation-Water in the sink did not get very hot-No safe in the room-AC struggles to keep the room cool, even when it’s in the 50’s outside-Center City noise Not at all the hotel’s fault, but something to consider when choosing a hotelOverall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, but there are definitely some improvements that should be made

Why Doihavetodothis

This was a perfect location for the convention center Right near reading terminal market for food Walk a couple blocks and you’re at a park, or a mall, or surrounded by food

Hot buffet breakfast, only downside is it’s the same thing every morningStaff was amazing Especially Mark at the front desk He was incredibly helpful each time we saw him Breakfast room crew always friendly and refreshing the hot foodsWater pressure in room was a low in the sinks and I wouldn’t recommend driving Philly water, we bought gallon jugs from the 711 around the corner

I’m not a celebrity but if you are a celebrity and like privacy, either bring security or stay somewhere else because the staff let’s fans camp out in the lobby(all day) and swarm/stalk celebrities, I witnessed this during my stay and found this disturbing I’m surprised the staff didn’t try to discourage this or do anything to protect their guests from these stalkersHad to call the lobby for extra towels and the lady who answered was rude

Rick Forsgren

Super easy to walk to from the airport! A very convenient location Got in late, but there were people there to help me Everyone was very friendly

Even the people working in the little shop and Starbucks Fairly quiet for an airport location I was impressed I would have given them five stars, but the elevators and general facilities are a bit run down They could use some updating

Se-jeong Lim

The room is spacious and niceThe staffs were not so friendly

The day duty shift front desk people were not so friendly Night shift were more approachable The gym was ok but they didn’t manage well Water was always out, had to open the compartments to check, the sanitary wipes were always out, couldn’t clean the equipments, there were bunch of kids running up and down using all the equipments without any guardians and the guests were not having pleasant time at the gym including me due to their noise and much movementsthere is nothing around the hotel except the airport

It was what I expected it to be, nothing more, nothing less The rooms were clean and well-equipped, but they weren’t made up (apparently they don’t do this unless you specifically request it) I used the fitness centre and really liked it

It was also great to be able to use the laundrySome of the staff at the front desk seemed really unhappy to be there

Joydeep Paul

Clean hotel and well maintained rooms even though it’s shows it’s age Right at the heart of center city it’s a great plus Parking is expensive if using the valet

There is a $15 parking spot just the next block The staff was mot what I would expect from a star hotel Anyone who does not show they are enjoying their work is a big negative in the service industry Overall it was a comfortable stay

Ian Melvin

Nice facility! Friendly housekeeping staff and hotel itself is well kept There were a bunch of people smoking on our floor but we know that the hotel has no control over what guests do inside their rooms unless reported Walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions

Warning, walk outside in the evening at your own risk Pleanty of people will stop you to try and ask for money but isn’t that in all big cities though?

Staff was friendly Parking expensive, but that’s all over Pool got real crowded with no towel replacement and water collecting on entire deck area

Gym was clean and very adequate Beautiful inside decorations Easy to navigate Great location, a lot in walking distance Room rates seemed reasonable Double beds make it Tight

Obinna Onyenedum

This is a wonderful hotel for every single type of trip I came here with my wife two years ago for Valentine’s Day and we had a wonderful time It was conveniently located with plenty of parking for drivers, a rooftop bar, and within walking distance from food, drinks, and sites

Fast forward two years and happenstance visit to Philly and google reminded me that we had stayed here beforeso we went with it again! This time, the Logan staff was the talking point, the evening manager was extremely respectful and accommodating We had reserved our room via a 3rd party vendor and unfortunately that room had already been booked The manager made the switch without a moment’s hesitation and got us a new room with a view The staff were quick with all our front office calls and even were able to store some food for us that needed to be in a freezer over night Want to thank the General Manager for adding the finishing touch the next morning when we checked out by offering us additional recommendations of places do go during our last hours in the cityIf you are in Philly you would be wise to book your stay here and put your mind at ease All around great experience at a really good price!

This was one of the cutest places I have stayed! Very Cozy! The staff was super friendly and very helpful They had already put the coffee up in the morning but the sweet girl working the front desk went back and got me a cup! I highly recommend this place! I will be visiting again! The only thing I wish they had in the rooms was a small refrigerator, but that will not stop me from going back! Love Loved It!

Aisha Hadejia

I absolutely LOVE this hotel, the beautiful mid century modern decor exudes a warmth and charm that most ‘modern’ hotels don’t offerThe area was also perfect, steps from a variety of food, bookstores, parks and beautiful mosaic artworks My room was perfectly appointed, bed was firm but comfortable, with plenty of pillows

I was in town for work and it was such a pleasure to wind down in my peaceful hotel room Check in was a breeze and the counter staff were so friendly and kind Christina was the night counter staff, helped my with a small technical issue in my room It was resovled quickly and with care She was thoughtful enough to mention the continental breakfast the next morning- I was leaving quite early (6am)to catch a flight Breakfast is usually posted at 7 but she said that Tony would be more than happy to have some coffee ready for my departure if need beThe following morning coffee and breakfast were waiting for me before making my way to the airport Tony greeted me in the lobby and let me know there was coffee and bagels available He also made sure I had a ride to the airport and if I would need help with my bags Overall from check in to check out the staff really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and care for and I will most definitely recommend this lovely hotel to future travellers I too will most definitely be back!!

The Alexander Inn is a delightful mid-century hotel with some lovely amenities The staff we encountered were professional, cheerful and kind An unexpected benefit of our stay here was that we are right at the edge of the gay neighborhood of Philadelphia

For my husband and I this was superb Even though we were close to the gay neighborhood, it was also a very easy walking distance to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell and many other key historic sites in Philadelphia We will definitely be staying here again when we return to , the location is simply perfect and the aesthetic qualities of the hotel itself are beautiful

I hosted a celebration in the Gathering Room at the Inn at Swarthmore and the experience was perfect! Booking the space was seamless and my contact for organizing and booking, Melissa, was so helpful and responsive The space looked elegant when after set-up was complete, and the staff were amazing with everything from set-up to helping me find safety pins to secure my dress The staff even accommodated my last minute request for fresh mint and lemonade for cocktails and made sure the dessert display for my cake, cupcakes, and cookies was beautiful

The food was delicious (and there were so many options!) and plentiful The location was perfect for accommodating all of my guests because the regional rail is right next to the hotel and there is plenty of parking available I looked at 17 different venues before deciding on this one – this was by far the best value and a lot of the work was done for me I also appreciated that the estimate I received when looking around was so transparent – the fees and taxes were included so no unsavory surprises! The total bill came to the exact same as the estimate I cannot say enough good things about this experience – a true hidden gem!!! Thank you all for a truly wonderful time!

Absolutely loved this restaurant Its a hidden gem we never knew about! The drinks were amazing The food was so so good! Highly recommend the flatbreads and the buttermilk chicken sandwich! They hire servers that are new to serving which I think is outstanding

Giving people a chance to feel good about themselves and gain experience is wonderful Great serviceThey also have a wonderful weekend brunch – will be checking that out asap!

What started out disappointing turned out to be a decent stay I booked our room for my cousins wedding months before I worked directly with an agent to understand the sleeping arrangements

It was booked is a queen suite so we could be in the building with the other wedding guests but would have 2 queen beds and a couch bed When we arrived they said our room wasn’t ready less than an hour before the wedding and they down graded us because they over sold the wedding rate After being a Marriott rewards member since the program first started I was disgusted and very irate I asked for the on-site manager When they reviewed my book and saw how many months out I booked they immediately put me back into the room I had booked and it was amazingly it was ready The room was lovely but the service was terrible They helped me and screwed the people who checked in right before me, also wedding quests and the family after us too Later that night a family came down for bedding for their pull out couch and the hotel gave them 1 sheet, 1 blanket and one pillow and told them that was the last pillow they hadAll I can say is that the hotel was clean and quiet and attached to the venue so that was worth it I can tell you I would only recommend this hotel if you had to attend an event at the Springfield Country club Definitely not a relaxing vacation spot

We were at the hotel for a wedding It was a festive occasion for us and we were looking forward to a great stay at Marriott hotel But there were many surprises in the wings

1) The rooms do not have lockers to store your valuables They have bank-type lockers at the check-in counter which are very inconvenient when you have to carry your valuables, including jewelry from your room to the front desk Also very risky for losing some of the stuff2) When I called in to deliver a pillow to my room, the front desk clerk refused as he was alone on duty and was not allowed to leave the desk So if you need anything after 10PM, you have to go down to front desk3) They did not have foam pillows The front desk people did not even know what foam pillow looks/feels like The bed was very soft The room was small with not much light in the room The switches are located at inconvenient places There is no microwave in the room You can use the microwave located near front desk But just like locker situation, this is inconvenient as well4) My Marriott App mentioned that I had free breakfast But the front desk said that it is wrong and they will contact Marriott to update their system I did not push for getting free breakfast after see the other issues I mentioned above5) At times there were long lines to front desk since they only had 1 or 2 clerks working there6) There was still construction going on in the hotel, but we did not hear lot of noiseNow the good part1) The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could2) It is located on a very nice golf course So all the golf lovers this is the place to stay if you are in Springfield, PAWe had pleasant time due to all the festivities, but the stay could have been much better

We stayed here for a needlepoint retreat and had a blast It’s great for groups with 10-13 people as you can book out the whole place and have it to yourself The rooms vary in price, so group members are able to book what works best for them

The staff was super helpful and worked to coordinate anything we needed for our stay It’s a great, quiet place close to Philly attractions and there’s a lot to do and eat around there The only downside is that there is no elevator so guests should be comfortable with stairs

Ali Faj Bra

Stayed in the Independence Suite and the room was so clean I’ve been to plenty of old-style hotels and none have been this clean Hospitality was superb and the breakfast was excellent

Location was perfect and felt safe to wander around at night Highly recommend place Look forward to my next stay with La Reserve for my next Philly visit Thank you!

Rachel F

We really enjoyed our stay at La Reserve! We stayed in the Hunt Suite, which was very spacious and beautifully decorated The bed was so comfy and we slept so soundly after walking around the city all day! The window AC unit worked great and we didn’t mind climbing the stairs with our luggage It was a quaint place to stay and in a really nice part of Philadelphia

If we find ourselves in the area again, we’ll be staying here!

The front desk staff is rude There’s no way around that If you call down to ask for something they’re rude

When you check in they’re rude When you walk past the front desk they glare you It’s a very uncomfortable feeling The room itself was very large but the pull out couch was antique Every single spring was visible through the sheets We had to call down to get a rollaway bed for my son because the couch was like lying on uncovered springs There was an old office chair stuck in the room with cracked vinyl on it The shower takes about five minutes to get hot water The showerhead was so clogged up we had to use a hand shower to shower The rooms need to be renovated There’s no way around that The hotel has been riding on its great location to avoid doing any renovations When I stayed here in 2001, the hotel was great as it was just built Now, 21years later, would be a great time to freshen up this hotel

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in this area

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t be let downPerfect hotel for work travel The room shades completely black out the room There is no annoying light on any appliances to bother you when you are trying to sleep My room was very quiet The heating and cooling was perfect You could set the fan to circulate and never be bothered by the unit kicking on and waking you up Nice amenities in the bathroom It was clean and there were plenty of outlets plus nice reading lights above the bed The location was great The staff was friendly and helpful

Amanda Boyce

The first night I didn’t sleep well because the mattress is uncomfortable The second night the fire alarm went off at 12:30am and 6:00am We evacuated both times

Both false alarms They have an amazing Mirror workout thing in the gym, but the front desk doesn’t know the hotel’s log in When I hopped in the shower, I was happy to see big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel I hate those wasteful little plastic bottles However 2 of 3 were empty I called the front desk for conditioner and shower gel The guy came up (with no mask) and tried to leave with the shampoo bottle I told him I needed to keep that shampoo and replace the conditioner He argued with me that shampoo and conditioner are the same thing I showed him in the sink that conditioner is not shampoo! It of course didn’t lather He wasn’t budging I insisted on keeping the shampoo, so at least I had what I needed He left muddy footprints on the bath mat After that, things went better No one ever figured out the Mirror, though They really do need to change their mattresses Most corporate hotel chains have terrific mattresses these days The bathroom products are incredible The space itself is beautiful, though the hallways are dreary They could definitely use more lighting My room had 3 huge windows overlooking City Hall I love the gym in the vault There’s a Trader Joe’s across the street if you’re trying to avoid eating out every meal There’s a mini fridge in the room, and you can use the microwave in the lobby The bar has limited bar food, but the staff is great

Christopher Bradley

This is just a great hotel Conveniently located to Chinatown and Center City for restaurants, City Hall for history, and The Met and Convention Center for entertainment The hotel is super clean and modern – with a nice bar and talented and friendly bartender

The rooms are stylish with great views Good internet and good for working remotely as well The gym is nice and has updated equipment The front desk staff (and all staff in general) are very helpful, professional, and friendly The lobby has nice reading areas and a pool table, as well as games What doesn’t this place have for a fun visit to the great city of Philly? It’s simply awesome Thanks again Aloft! Will be staying here again soon!

We came here for a convention It was conveniently located just across the street from the convention centerThe staff was friendly but the valet parking crew weren’t very efficient and we waited in line for about a half hour and parking is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!The front desk was helpful and efficient

The room was clean a d the AC worked but couldn’t be adjusted below 70 degreesTheir service was great and when we left out the do not disturb sign they would call to check if we wanted maid servicesWe stayed 5 days and were comfortable 😌It is situated right in down town and was convenient for walking to about anywhere we wanted to goWe feel like we can recommend this place

Very nice hotel Staff was Very Friendly and helpful Valets, Doormen, Bell Hops, Desk clerks, Housekeeping always cheerful and greeting you asking if you need help

(Adria greeted us at the front door when we arrived and started helping us from the get She even insisted on grabbing our bags from the trunk)Waiters at the restaurant in the Lobby were awesome (especially Altin and Edward)I wish I could remember all their names of the rest of the staff to put in a good word for all of themAs far as the hotel itself: Clean, and nice with good viewsCentrally located in the city Next to the Reading Terminal Market(Best eats in town) Convenient to the subway walking distance to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell Walking distance to City Hall and Convention Center,

I stayed here for a two- day work retreat The only positive was that the people who worked here were really nice and accommodating Parking was a nightmare, even for those who arrived early

The food was hit or miss– either there were a number of really tasty options, or everything was gross, depending on the meal My room was ok, but there was hair everywhere that could not have been mine and I couldn’t make the room cool enough to be comfortable Overall, it seemed like they couldn’t professionally handle the amount of people we had there
