One day of our reservation got canceled because we didn’t arrive by a certain time that night The personnel that worked there were very nice and respectful However, there isn’t a complimentary breakfast and the only food options at the hotel are very expensive

The comforter on one of our beds was still dirty and there had been something spilled down the cabinet by a previous guest and it wasn’t cleaned The cleanliness of our room was not the best, but the staff being so helpful made it a decent experience The room layout was pretty good though

Stayed for two nights I had to ask for a non-joint room-which took me from the top floor to the 3rd floor It was not bad-I did not hear any one walking above my room

Also, the customer service attendant still placed my room facing the north side to view Downtown(👍🏼)Close proximity to local restaurants and pubs Restaurant and Big box chains are about 7mins away The hotel is clean with normal wear and tear inside the rooms, see the attached photos The room does not hold the extra Cotton/fleece blanket in the room But, the front desk is very accommodating and supplied two when I asked for one(Thank you)-Hopefully this review is helpful-

Great hotel, beds are a little firm for my liking, but has a whole it is a great experience Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly Rooms are well sounds proofed, barely heard a thing

Will definitely come back if I’m in Muncie again

One of the nicest hotels in Anderson, by far the cleanest minus the Hampton they are consistently cleaning it you can smell the bleach which I feel is a big plus considering the times The rooms especially the king room are massive rooms very spacious very comfy beds wish they had more TV channels but the breakfast is awesome too a little bit on the expensive side but you pay for what you get cuz some of the other hotels around the area something else so from an out of town or looking in this or the Hampton or one of your best choices very polite staff too very quiet calm hotel considering some of the other hotels around all around good place

Bri Lotus

Legitimately the worst bed I’ve ever slept in I honestly hate giving this location a bad review because the check in and staff were excellent The room was also clean

The issue is that the bed felt like it was made of cement The little mats you nap on as preschoolers seem softer We had to stop driving because of an unexpected storm and I got maybe an hour of sleep The cleaning staff and overnight staff were excellent But we paid 180 dollars to sleep on the equivalent of a cement floor Me checked in around 11 pm so our stay was barely 12 hours We won’t be staying at another best Western And they might as well remove the “plus” because there is nothing added after sleeping on bedrock I would give this stay a 0/10 but the overnight staff and housekeeping don’t deserve to be lowly rated The bed is a 0/10 Even paid extra for a king Absolute trash

I am a travel nurse and I have to stay in hotel during the week It is a Wednesday night and my room was located on the first floor and the lobby was full of guests being really loud It was 11:30pm and I have to work in the morning and the front desk says there is nothing they can do about it

This is just rude and unacceptable when im paying over 10000 a night to not be able to get sleep!

Trying not to be too picky since the casino comped the room, but they are renovating and still filling the rooms regardless of construction Be prepared for the hammering/sanding/worker noises at 7amThe beds were fine, but with half eaten beef jerky in the night stand

The bath was stained with mildew, shower curtain smelled like it as well The toilet wouldn’t flush the first night They did have a keurig and mini fridgeBreakfast: first morning everything was cold, rubbery eggs, bacon was good, cinnamon rolls warm on the outside and cold on the inside Second morning everything was much better except for cinnamon roll Sausage was hot but hard to chew Out of water both days Just get the bacon if they have it!Front desk staff ladies were fun and joking around with me which made for a great first impression!

The suites are decent, not the most luxurious, but spacious and comfortable The building itself is poorly insulated and you can hear a lot of traffic noise, and noise from other rooms The beds were ok, they were clean and smelled clean

The indoor pool room was stinky to us and some but not all of the pool bottom was green looking so we passed on that It works for a casino visit or just a pit stop if traveling I booked my rooms on booking in March for a stay in April and the price wasn’t bad at all for a suite with a jetted tub I guess that leads me to another thing, the jets in our tub were not that powerful Not a big deal to us, just a fyi for you

Very quiet and super maintained hotel We got an upgrade which was really niceThe woman who was servicing the continental breakfast was very skilled at multitasking! Just loved her conversation with us

The food was fresh and hot and she was refilling as fast as she could The front desk crew were very friendly and accommodating When visiting friends in that area we will be staying here for sure Can’t say enough good about the staffing They all deserve a bonus! Great time! Stay here!

Josh Schenke

Staff was nice n friendly but as far as the hotel goes Bathroom had a few ants crawling around shower had a weird bunched up dirty napkin or toilet paper in shower handle Noticed the Bed sheets didn’t look changed/ untucked when I entered the room

Work van got broken into with no cameras on building but the neighbor mechanic shop has caught 2 or 3 break ins on their cameras I’m guessing so they aren’t liable for anything For the price of $179 for the night Was an awesome stay

Shawn Verma

Out dated hotel The rooms heating and cooling unit is old, can not set an exact temperature and the unit is very loud So loud that it woke me up few times

Gentlemen at the front desk was very nice and welcoming Hotel just needs some updates

Many complaints, including double-charging for 2 of the 3 rooms booked As a diamond member I have rented rooms all over the country and this was by far the worst! Poor cleaning, poor maintenance of the rooms and exterior, including the pavement and entryway Booked 3 rooms about 10 days in advance for a family reunion

Booked online on Hilton app and one of the rooms, claimed to be a handicapped room was definitely not handicapped and when confronted with the issue, staff then said that none was available and then changed their story by confirming it was handicapped Not true! This hotel needs major updates as one of the bathroom showers had nothing but scalding hot water, at least one bathroom floor was filthy dirty and the shower/tub wasn’t much cleaner One lamp was broken and none of the lamps had recharging devices built in or lacked a small charging area Furniture was commonly knicked or had holes and major repair needed The breakfast was gross and the dining area very small Staff seemed confused and unwilling to help in any way All the rooms were paid for by my sister in law at the time of checkout, yet still waiting for the charges on my CC to be removed 5 days later, and they never answer the phone!

Tim McBryar

It definitely wasn’t as clean as it should be! And I had to switch rooms because TV kept shutting off Put me in another room and the damn TV in the second room was jacked up as well The parking lot is horrible with pot holes everywhere and walking into the building there was cigarette butts and loose paper trash

I will not stay at this particular Hampton Inn again I should really be comped!

Our room was at least cleanish The smell of smoke was in everything, the towels, sheets and blankets The carpets are worn

The whole room was dark even with the curtains open (which had stains on them) The paint in places had been touched up, but the color was off enough you could tell it had been touched up There is only only elevator and it’s small There is a small breakfast area and they had the normal Holiday Day Inn fare I have stayed at much better Holiday Day Inn hotels

Was charged $300 for a 2 bedroom room that had the smell of the last tenants bodily fluids I’ve seen better hotels in 3rd world countries Also, charged more than is legally allowed by Indiana state law

Maximum rate for the room is $250 Manager needs fired that was responsible It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen I kept my receipt Will email corporate

Frequent business traveler, staying on points for leisure Booked a regular King room, was upgraded to a King suite, thank you Unfortunately, we had to ask for another room

If it wasn’t graduation for Ball State students, we would have booked another hotel Rooms in all hotels in town are running aroung $250/night The room we were moved to was free of visible mold but has other issues we can overlook Unimaginable that a guest would accept those accommodations or that staff would not know about this and address it

Abigael Lee

unprofessional staff, except one of the gals Asked to leave our room do to carpets being cleaned It needs an upgrade, staff was eating the breakfast for the guest in the am

Pool was disgusting, hair all over and very dirty

Very disappointing I spent two days at the Hampton Inn First night we had trouble opening the door to our room It was 2:00 am

and we were not able to get in bed because all of our things were locked in another room At 2:00 am then ended up moving to a different room The bathroom door would not locked and made a terrible noise I complaint at the reception and was informed that there was no other room available The second day, the air conditioner was not working It was 88 degrees outside and needed to get ready for a wedding I was informed that they did not have any other rooms available and that they will fixed the AC After returning from the wedding, the AC my room was at 78 degrees The AC was not fixed and I was not able to sleep in I woke up the next day at 7:00 am as I was sweating Very bad customer service Please don’t waste your money

Communication poor! The management staff at this location is unprofessional! How can you complain about a customers about there understanding of the rate in a conversation that you weren’t apart of? Staff was untrained on how to find communication notes on the account because of there lack of knowledge and instead of it ending with that manager makes a complaint about the parent How did that even need to be mentioned as a complaint against the guest? How unfortunate that this establishment is even connected to Hilton HonorsAlso,Water pressure in the showers were very low, old heating and cooling system and elevators

Chris Hopper

Stayed there for one night on 7/30, room 308 Got up in the morning and the shower was unusable Only 1 person in the family could take a shower that morning because you ended up standing in an inch of water, which is GROSS! Went down and mentioned it to the front desk

They said a manager would call me when they got in, and there was no call! I typically have good luck with Hampton’s, do not think I would go back to this one

Don’t even consider staying here!! It was the worst experience I have ever had! Stayed 3 nights and the first night was nice, the second night the toilet broke so we had to switch rooms and it took almost an hour for that, then we woke up and noticed stuff on the headboard and stains ALL OVER the duvet and they never changed it Not to mention the door never locked during that day and anyone could come in the room! The manager was awful and didn’t want to talk to us even though his staff told us he lived at the hotel! DONT DO IT!!

Elizabeth Becker

Krissi was absolutely amazing She was so kind when I called upset about another hotel we were at That place was disgusting and reeked of smoke

She got us a room here and I’ve never been so happy! The room was so clean and cigarette smoke free! The pool and jaccuzi was a huge perk for my girls as well! Thank you for making a horrible situation for us better! We will definitely be staying here again!

I only rated this hotel 3 stars because the hot water was not good I tried to take a shower & it started buzzing so loud I was scared I was going to wake up the people next to me The water then lost all pressure

When I checked out the lady didn’t even ask how my stay was, and when I informed her about my issue she didn’t even try to make it right She acted like she already knew Besides that, the room was clean Bed was comfy
