Loved how friendly and helpful the staff is Room was clean and uncluttered made for a relaxing night sleepOnly complaint is when the adjoining room guest returned at 2a

m we could hear them loud and clear Until then, we thought the room was really quiet Didn’t hear road traffic or anything else from outside Oh, and just one other thing If we didn’t shut the bathroom door, there was a clear view of the toilet from the window or if someone came in from outside door LoL

If I could leave a negative star I would! The sheets were stained and old dingy blankets in the bed with dander all over If you have allergies take some meds!! In the middle of the night the “mini fridge” went and there was water all over and everything on the floor was soaked! We used towels to clean it up When we went to the office to let them know the manager immediately started saying no compensation and it was our fault? For what? We never even used the fridge! Also, at that time we never asked for any compensation or a refund

We just wanted them to know since we were checking out and didn’t want any issues Then he started yelling saying everything is brand new and they don’t have problems there Um, yea ok! We went to the room to show him after a different worker simply walked in and looked and said she saw towels but no water She never even looked at the fridge As soon as we opened the fridge water poured out of it Why? Because the appliance broke! He was rude and this was the worst customer service ever experienced in a motel Also, there was nothing brand new about our room! We had just traveled 9 hours on a family vacation and booked 4 rooms with them I recommend staying somewhere else

Makaylah Hall

there was bugs all in the beds yes it was a pet friendly room, however we had only been in the room for 15 mins at most our dogs do NOT go outside

never ever and they did not even get on the bed that the bugs were on i only found out because one was crawling on my phone!! absolutely disgusting!!!!! check your sheets and blankets people!

Very nice, clean, and modern facility Staff seemed newer and didn’t know all the answers The room was especially nice and I appreciate that they took away a bit of the room and added it to the bathroom

The TV and streaming services are more advanced with more options than most hotels Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in (for work) in so far

Amanda Shaw

Horrible!!!!! I only booked because website stated it had an indoor pool Pool was not in working order and had not been in some time but staff stated they won’t update their website because they use hotel next door outside pool This defeates the purpose during the winter cold months

I stepped on broken glass in the room and did find loose change and crushed potato chips in the room chair Bathroom was gross smelling And back security Gate was broken Free parking but at ur own risks No Breakfast was served Staff was not available when toilet over flowed and ran all night Will never book or stay here Again 😪

Charissa Brown

Not super impressed When we arrived i waited a bit to checkin due to no one being at the front desk The lady who checked me in was in a rush because her shift was ending

The pool and fitness center were closed but there was no indication of this on their website The lobby area was incredibly cold and when asked to turn on the fireplace while I was working he said it didn’t work I’ve had way better experiences at other courtyards

at the hotel and cant get in because office is closed and the person works at the office didn’t leave the paperwork so security officer wont let us inThey went through everything from calling me to sending me forms to fill out to get paid Once they get paid, nobody is around to let us in

all of a sudden cell number texting me for the reservation cant return or answer me any longer

Amanda Garner

NOTHING like the pics They’re no where near as nice and cozy as the pics make them look And there’s one that that works in the office, not sure of her name, but is super UN-friendly

She is just NOT happy person But the after hours property manager, Curly, was so sweet and helpful She was actually a lot of fun And the other lady, can’t think of her name right off either (sorry, I know that’s not real helpful either) but she was super sweet and friendly also But trust me, if u plan to stay here, u will definitely know which is which (as far as the 2 ladies in the office), it didn’t take but about 5 seconds to figure out which one is very pleasant with a great personality and attitude And which one is Well, NOT so much

Just passing through?! THIS is the place for you!! We called late in the afternoon to check for availability To our surprise, there was space available We arrived about 8 o’clock at night

it’s very important that you pay for your space before you occupy it! The system is set up extremely efficient You take an envelope and a card out of the box put your name, the type of your camper and the state the tag is registered in They only accept cash or check You put your payment in the envelope with your completed card and drop it in the dropbox So simple, we love it!

Will Morrow

My experience at this RV park is the worst I’ve ever had in my life on the road The couple who run this park are the rudest, most hateful individuals I’ve ever dealt with in a professional setting We had technical difficulties trying to get on the road, and all they cared about was getting us out of a spot as soon as possible

We paid cash up front, and then offered to compensate them multiple times to use one of their spots while we finished our repairs They said they were “full for the night”, even though at 2:30pm there was only 2 RVs present out of a total of about 25 available spots I wouldn’t stop here if my life depended on it There is absolutely no sense in people treating other people like that for no reason

Linnea Miller

An adequate place to pull off for the night Good size pull-through sites Watch out for the strong water pressure! Use your pressure regulator! We enjoyed the rural nature of the site with cattle in a next door pasture and chickens in pens behind the campground

Not much available for a walking area as campground is quite small-less than 50 sites We would stay here again for an overnight stop

We stayed this past Saturday night Found the location to be clean, front desk very helpful at check in, and the room was neat and clean, as you would expect Sunday morning we had a great breakfast before we left

Thats when the best part of the review comes We were about 10 miles down the road, when my girlfriend remembered she had forgot a couple of bracelets left in the room I called the hotel, and we turned around Got back to the hotel, got a key to go check the room and get them, but housekeeping had already been to the room We saw the housekeeper cleaning the next room, and asked her if she found the bracelets She said yes, handed my girlfriend a plastic bag, dated, items found, name of person finding them, and all information pertaining to the situation Its refreshing to find honest, friendly staff, on top of clean facilities Needless to say, i would definitely recommend a stay here if your in the area We will be back!

The check in process was very simple and efficient I had a easy time doing so and the staff is as professional as could be I did have an issue with actually get into my room

The battery was dead on the door, so I went down to the front desk and they ended up putting me in a corner room instead The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean There were a couple minor inconveniences; there was no hand soap near the sink and none to be found anywhere, the conditioner inside the shower was empty and the toilet paper roll was 3/4 of the way used Yes, those are small issues but I expect those issues to be taken care of before I even get to the room Aside from that, the access to the airport itself is essentially right here It is indeed in HSV airport itself! I enjoyed a nice quiet night in a clean and comfortable room and would recommend this anyone traveling to and from Huntsville International

Cynthia Murrah

The Four Points is convenient when flying out of the Huntsville Alabama Airport Check-in is so easy We parked in long term airport parking since we were flying out the next morning, but I think there is dedicated hotel parking for patrons just staying in the hotel

Room was very clean One of the reasons I am a Marriott Bonvoy member are the amazing beds in the rooms I sleep so good every stay There is also a restaurant available but we had a very early flight and we were not able to enjoy it on this trip

Toxic Decision

Pros- Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming Conveniently located in the airportCons- room was very basic for the price

Bathroom are ridiculously small The room walls are paper thin, you can hear the rooms next to you like a bedroom in a houseI was woke up several times by loud tvs, doors slamming and other guests just simply talking At 5am when a lot if guests are getting ready to leave its pointless to try and sleep Might as well get up and get moving yourselfI would not recommend if your looking to get some sleep

We made a reservation at what we thought was this hotel, but instead it was in Athens, Georgia 🤦 the front desk supervisor Karen Smith was so wonderful! Even though she couldn’t accommodate our stay, she prompted me to write a review simply based on her excellent customer service She was friendly, so helpful, and went above and beyond for us Karen is a true gem of a person and the Athens, Alabama Fairfield is lucky to have her! Thanks!!

Lorrie Riggs

Stayed there last night Room was clean and tidy Next morning breakfast was filthy

Not a clean table to be found although nobody was seated Food was everywhere on countertops Old burning crusty oatmeal was in oatmeal cooker When we tried to ask if there was someone who could put more out and clean a table we were ignored for 20 minutes

Horrible person at front desk, never in all the times we’ve been here have they ever been this awful and nasty My husband had booked with points, and it was in his name, but because he wasnt with us, they would not let us stay there, would not talk to him even though I had him on my cell phone He called home office, and they basically just put him on hold and jerked around

Apparently it was a new policy just put into place, but never told to us when he booked(mind you, numerous times before we have booked this way and never had a problem with him not being there to check in) Would have thought they could have been a little more accommodating to a mother with 3 kids and customers for years at 10 pm at night after a long day of traveling We will never go to another Marriott again and are cancelling our card The woman at the desk that night was the coldest, cruelest most uncaring person I hope the rest of the places we go to in Alabama are a little more hospitable than this!!!

I loved the hotel room! Super clean and friendly The location was so close to everything, food and gas station The breakfast was wonderful, clean, fully (OVER) stocked, warm

I seen the hotel owner sweeping the parking lot multiple times throughout the day If we needed anything, our issues (towels and coffee cup’s) were resolved quick 10/10 recommended 🥰🥰🥰

What a great motel 👍 we walked in and booked a room on Sunday evening and she gave us a fancy tub for no extra charge! Smells a bit like really old smoke, but most people won’t smell it (Its my super power) The outdoor pool was amazing and very well kept! The staff where so pleasant at every turn and its pet friendly! Breakfast was just fine and the seating area was beautiful 😍

Stay at this place! Won’t find a better hotel for the price!

Sherry Walker

Room was clean but wet carpet It was late when we got there so I thought maybe it was people who was enjoying the pool before us So we set all our luggage in the tables

But while running the air conditioner all night the carpet went from being wet just by the beds to all the way over by the door So pretty sure it was the air conditioner I did inform the desk of the issue and they thanked me so hopefully it was cleaned up and fixed by time the next people arrived They also double charged me Thank goodness I got that back in 2 days Overall not the worst place

It was a decent hotel, nice staff, reliable housekeepingJust be aware: they are renovating Some of the outlets in our room didn’t work, so pack a power strip

They also couldn’t offer a hot breakfast They gave us a muffin, fruit cup, and water in a bag

Chris Berry

Renovations are in progress Staff is friendly Semi or recreational vehicle parking avaible, location is off of hwy 67 Decatur beltline

The bag breakfast is sad Most hotels are serving normal breakfast again Bit pricey for hotel during renovations and with a lack of a real breakfast makes the average 75 plus 11 to 12 dolars in fees hard to swallow

Called last minute to see if they had a room available The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful At the time, there was no room downstairs available

I was traveling with my geriatric mother and needed downstairs/handicap accommodations She said she was going to finagle the rooms to try to get us one and if she couldn’t, she would call us backUpon arrival, she had managed to get a handicap King room open Mom and I don’t mind sharing a bed and we’re ready to sleep so we took itRoom was very nice, especially for the price It was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom looked clean and had everything we needed! Also the free breakfast was great!Only agitation was with the 2 guests who parked in the handicapped spots in front of the room, one in a Tesla who had run their charging cord right in front of our handicapped accessible room🤦🏽‍♀️ And neither with handicapped tags or hang tags Mom almost fell trying to get up on the curb where we had to park, about 50 feet away…Hotel was well worth the price!

bryant johnston

Staff was good Check in was quick We booked 2 rooms, and 1 to be handicap accessible but we didn’t get a handicap accessible room

No deal, I assume it was just a mixup Rooms were very clean and updated The breakfast options are great, probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel Pool was very fun and nice I would stay again

It’s always a pleasure to stay in this location when in Athens, Alabama The staff is very friendly and helpful The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept

Amenities are great, continental breakfast just right to start your day, and the lobby’s always ready to serve, hot coffees…well one of my favorite perks! When my flight arrives early from Florida, I asks if I can check in before 4 pm and they always do their best to accommodate me There are gas stations and restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient when in need

Andrea Crenshaw

We stayed on the first floor It has obviously had water damage The air is thick with humidity and smells like mold

I woke up with both nostrils stuffed and a deep cough that cleared up after a couple of hours outside of the room The carpet was sticky I can’t believe I spent $260 for this room $260! Awful I’d never come back I’m not normally a complainer but I don’t want anybody else to waste their money here

Camie Dickherber

We had a room booked in advance at another hotel I am pregnant and had been on the road for 7 hours We got to the other hotel to find out they put us in a smoking room that was extremely dirty (stained sheets the works)

We walked out after trying to find a solution with the other hotelWe then walked in to Hampton Inn and was blown away! The hotel was booked solid However, the front desk clerk went above and beyond in finding us a room at a neighboring clean hotel I truly am so grateful for the hospitality! We will be staying here the next time we drive through

I am so thankful for Josh (I believe his name is this) and I’m not sure the female day receptionist name But this hotel is my go to always I just had knee surgery and needed a place with no stairs or long walk

After a terrible exhausting hot day fighting with another hotel, of course I come here and it’s heavenly to have a clean hotel, clean floors, I don’t have to check for bed bugs because I know this hotel is wonderful!!! Hot water ! My hotel last nite was luke warm The entire staff has always been professional and courteous and breakfast is hot and good Thank you all for making my staysbetter then being home Ya’ll deserve a raise !!!!

Justin Love

I don’t know where to start, so I’ll make a list:- The room has a very weird smell- The room’s door is missing the deadbolt plate, so closing is a struggle, and it doesn’t fully close- The door-open prevention system is insanely loose and could probably be forced open- The fridge doesn’t shut and is leaking everywhere- There is some

bullet sized hole in the window, but doesn’t go all the way throughFor $150/night, no way
