I love the location for The Best of the South Basketball Tournament because all we have to do is walk straight through the hotel, to The World Congress Center They pretty much had the best price for that immediate area The bed was comfortable, I liked the shower, but the room wasn’t anything special

I was supposed to be in the North Tower, even at check in, the gentleman said North Tower, then proceeded to give me a room in the South Tower What I don’t love is Valet service The men are rude, they drive crazy with the vehicles & I have had damage 2 years in a row from this service It’s too expensive, but at least I know my car is in half way decent hands The restaurants are pretty good, but $30 for breakfast buffet is ridiculous I understand they offer a lot, but I can’t justify paying that per family member I did enjoy the 3 free drink cards for being a Gold Member & Concierge Staff was very nice I was charged $10 from being charged the extra $100 per night for incidentals I’m not sure what it was for & Staff could not tell me what it was for All we did was sleep & shower in the room, due to being at basketball games all day

Upfront disclosure: do not pay for a balcony room, these rooms overlook a food court and the elevators are slow, there are stairs near the elevator Most disappointing is the hotel is lacking updates It felt cheap and not worth the money

I will say the beds were very comfortable Bathrooms in need of updates Expected more I will mention the restaurant near the lobby was by far the best food I’ve had in a long time The food was amazing, burgers were tasty, key lime dessert in the trio was the best

Katy Williams

The service at this hotel is some of the best I have had in Atlanta Everyone at the hotel from the valet, front desk, restaurant workers to the concierge was so helpful and friendly The hotel is extremely busy given its location and yet it never seemed like anyone didn’t have a minute for you or made you feel like they were put out

The rooms are clean and comfortable I also left 2 items in the closet in my guest room and didn’t realize this until I was home I figured, I was out of luck I called the hotel and they located the items and have already sent them in the mail to me the very next morning I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back and staying here again

Recently stayed here and honestly would not book againPros- Location was decent with good food and entertainment options nearby- Room was large, decently appointed, and seemed surface clean

– Beds were comfortable with luxury linens and very nice pillows- Valet and services staff were kind and very helpfulCons- We were quoted $30 per night for parking by a booking agent over the phone before we booked our stay When we went to check out we were charge $50 per night and the front desk staff refused to honor the quoted price we had been given over the phone We even had the name of the person we spoke with, as well as time/date of our call and their calls are recorded so they should have been able to confirm the validity of our claim- There was obviously water damage to the entire floor our room was on There was a slight musty smell to our room and throughout the entire hotel- The room was advertised with 2 queen sized beds but they were actually full sized beds- The rooftop pool had dead cockroaches all around it- It was difficult to regulate the room temperature, it was either hot and muggy or freezing cold- There was very little water pressure in the shower and no ledge or raised seat- We had Issues with the toilet clogging for no reason- One of the windows was also missing a set of blinds

The hotel was super clean Was in a walkable part of town The staff was great

The elevators had to be managed by staff Roof top pool was closed We were not made aware of the pool closure before arrival They did not make arrangements for an alternative pool The kitchen is listed as a full kitchen how ever the microwave did not workThere was an extra fee for dishes

claire mcbride

The front desk help was excellent and very professional and courteous We had a 2 bedroom suite – which was very big Included full kitchen and washer and dryer

The part that needs improving is the housekeeping There were several containers of leftovers in the mini refrigerator when we arrived We called Housekeeping and there were quick to come to clean it out And then in the morning, I was making sure I didn’t leave anything before Thats when I found a pair of pink girls pansies in the top drawer to the nightstand I notified the front desk as we checked out and they seemed very concerned and apologetic And lastly, we paid for 4 guests but I could only find 2 bath towels Housekeeping needs more training But other than that, great location and lovely hotel

The views were awesome I stayed last week here The room was clean and ready when we checked in

It is attached to the mall for some nice shopping! I ordered from the room service menu several times and the service was always pretty fast although once there was an item I didn’t get and another time one of the sides was cold Overall the food has a good flavor I came with my grandma and got a mobility room I was expecting a walk-in shower, which it had, but I also thought the toilet would be higher, which it was not Also when self parking, we had a really hard time navigating to the hotel side with the wheelchair and ramp exit The door leading into the hotel didn’t have a handicapped door if I remember correctly The valet staff was awesome and helpful Best thing about this place was the location

Michael Winkler

Exceptional and friendly customer service From the front door to front desk and restaurant service All we’re incredibly attentive, helpful, smiling and appreciative

So good in fact I struggle with remembering a better experience checking into a hotel Kayla at reception was proactive, engaging and extremely helpful Room was clean and comfortable Highly recommend the hotel A Five star service! Thank you

Tracy

Stayed here for a conference, and paid conference (lower) rates Pretty lobby/bar area, but I missed my complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea service all day at HI Everything is a la cart, and exorbitant

Breakfast room service was one paper cup of coffee, $7, two eggs, bacon, and potatoes $20, plus $4 delivery fee, plus 20% gratuity added Eggs were great, potatoes were cold Room was comfortable, huge TV, mini-fridge Staff was pleasant A shopping center, with a food court, is physically connected to the hotel

My husband and I have been to this hotel about 8 times in the last 6 months and we love it It is pure luxury and the service and rooms are always over the top It is extremely clean and housekeeping is always accommodating

The last time we went we had some very unusual issues like the front desk never getting back to us multiple times, the food store not having drinks on hand, and the valet getting the wrong vehicle I could not bring myself to give 4 stars though because whenever we go we always have such a good time and we feel so well taken care of

Saloni Joshi

This review is for the Spa and Pool My friend and I were very excited to have a spa day for her 30th birthday I had called MULTIPLE times and even communicated with the Supervisor through email quite a bit to make this appointment

We wanted to ensure ALL the amenities were working (especially after Covid) as we wanted the whole Spa experience The day before our appointment, someone called to confirm the appointment They did not tell us that the amenities were out of service during this time When we showed up for our appointments, they told us the steam room, sauna and whirlpool area was down We elected not to get our massage service and were EXTREMELY disappointed by the lack of communication and nothing really being done by the staff to rectify this We took time off work, drove all the way down and all they could do was apologize and even said “oh we’re glad we can take off the cancellation fee for this” We had to cancel our appointment because of them and their lack of communication to us about the amenities! They did let us use the outdated pool where the music was so loud that we called requested them to turn it down, which of course the staff their did nothing about Also their were two guests there that decided to use the outside tranquil pond as their hot tub as they got in and sat in it for 20 minutes or so Just overall extremely disappointed by such a luxury brand Definitely far from luxury

Alexander Reid

I was very satisfied with the staff and their willingness to accommodate They all were friendly and professional Even if I had an issue with something, they were willing to resolve it quickly and offer me something for the inconvenience

Ms Ellen Daniels took great care of us and although this was my first stay at this hotel, it most certainly, will not be my last

In short: friendly staff, less than desirable roomThe front desk staff was super amazing and friendly However, the room is less than desirable

The room immediately smelled of smoke from cigarettes or marijuana The sheets were clean and no visible bed bugs or insects found in my room The vents to the HVAC were very dusty as if not cleaned since install As others have mentioned the bathroom is small dimly litI would not recommend this hotel, I expected more from a Marriott affiliated hotel you are better off paying extra for the Courtyard by Marriott or another place and read the reviews

KENYA Edwards

Horrible experience We arrived with a group of 30 in many suites My room was infested with aunts all over

Ants in the bed, the counters, the end tables, the chairs…It was excessive We could not leave our drinks or enjoy a meal and lay it down I have sent videos to the manager and cooperate with zero resolution or assistance with relocating Haven’t even been offered a refund nor points Was told my case was closed Marriott said there is nothing they could do although the hotel branded their name We stay at Marriott all over the country and this by far as been the worst Traveling so much, You expect things will not always be perfect, but the follow up on the issue was unacceptable by both the hotel and Marriott customer service

Hector Ramirez Jr

Came here on business with my Job on a Monday afternoon and they initially authorized a $25 deposit for incidentals To my surprise, Friday they had Authorized an additional $90 I advised the front desk lady and they told me it would take 5-7 business days for it to fall off my account

That would typically be okay if that’s what I authorized but it wasn’t CONSUMER BEWARE! They like to authorize whatever they want Don’t dare give these crooks a credit card Then to make matters worse the sink in the bathroom didn’t work properly Bugs in the bathroom and trash right outside your room (food for the rodents and possums just great) I am in complete disbelief of the unprofessionalism of this establishment I would have much rather stayed at the real Marriott Not this nonsense Then for breakfast they just have microwaveable sandwiches and cold hardened French toast sticks Sandwiches smell like feet who wants to eat that!

Morgan Buerke

I really loved my stay here Overall the rooms and hotel were in good shape The breakfast was very good for a free breakfast-we never got sick of it

The location was within walking distance of MARTA, the train station to get to downtown Atlanta, so we rarely had to get the car out to drive anywhere The staff were super friendly The ONLY complaint I had is that the TV in the room really did not work The channels did not tell you what was actually on, then the TV would freeze and even shut down We had a maintenance member come up to fix it but it was still broken In addition, they offered for us to switch rooms but said that many of the rooms have the same problem so we opted not to switch

Fatima Noble

The bed sheets were not clean The bathroom was extremely small Crumbs in the sheets and stains on the pillows

They do not clean the rooms properly, likely to save time Two stars because at least the front desk staff were accommodating and courteous when we first arrived The kitchen staff will hover you at the breakfast buffet This made me not even want to even eat there The pool was not open If you come here just ask for new sheets immediately and pick up breakfast somewhere else

Sarah Willett

Do not stay here Don’t be fooled by the other reviews It is unsafe-people hanging around outside checking out cars like they might steal them

The smell of weed fills the hallways and permeates into the rooms Smell was so strong it made me sick after only 5 minutes being there Tons of kids hanging about drinking/being loud Rooms are small, ugly, and smell Makes me reconsider ever wanting to stay at an IHG hotel again

Man 1000

A most excellent hotel Great location, professional and courteous staff, valet, parking garage, security, Catch 12 restaurant on main floor(Expensive but good and no room service to you unfortunately), gym, pool (Nice views from this 7th floor deck), spacious and modern rooms with great views from the balcony, there’s too much to list You’ll pay good money for all this though, around $300-400 a night

This was my first visit and I’m sure I’ll be back I had an excellent experience

Gabriel Mendez-Frances

If you want to stay in Downtown Atlanta and you want to do it in excess and style, you’ll have to do it here at the Twelve Downtown Autograph CollectionYou’ll more than likely enter the lobby by Catch 12, their signature restaurant denoted by a blue dolphin outside the door

Once inside you’ll be greeted by a vertically-spacious lobby with the restaurant, bar, and lounge space all in full view Check-in should be easy, note that the hotel is 21+The rooms are all suites with two sides The first is the living room and kitchen, complete with a full set of utensils, pots, pans, drinking glasses, stove, microwave, full fridge — everything you need to cook up a storm when sharing the space with a crowd The artwork and decor all welcomes creativity, with a small chalkboard in the room inviting you to make a temporary mark of your own The second is the bedroom and bathroom, both incredibly spacious with a full balcony complimenting the absurd amount of square footage in the room The view is great, especially in the evening where the city lights take over the night sky The rooms here are undoubtedly on the pricier side, but with a good group of friends splitting the costs, its well worth the money

Casey Dorminey

Valet was on top of it, very professional I had surgery done and couldn’t move my arms a whole lot, any time we had to leave or get back to the hotel one of them made sure I didn’t need help getting in or out, as well as asking my husband if there was anything he needed Restaurant downstairs the food tasted amazing Room was very clean, mattress a little uncomfortable

Staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful 5 stars would definitely recommend!

Beautiful classic place Rooms were nice, but nothing spectacular All you get with a $500+ price tag a night is free coffee in the lobby

Room service is hard to get, no one answered the phone Man who checked us in was not very nice and scoffed when I asked if there was anything offered for breakfast The rest of the staff we encountered was very pleasant and front desk woman Kay offered to place my room service order for me which was great and she was wonderful Bar Margo was a highlight of our stay Spa staff was not great, didn’t explain what to do or where to go after we were in our robes Massage was expensive and mediocre All in all not worth the money IMO

Viktoriya Skubyak

Excellent, is the word I would use to describe my experience Room was wonderful with a big comfortable queen bed Fantastic view made it so much more appealing

Gym/Pool area on the lobby floor was amazing Gym was quite small but it had everything required for a good workout Pool was big with a hot tub and sauna in the locker roomDelicious breakfast was accompanied by the great service and very interesting people who have traveled the world and settled here in Atlanta to provide us with the exceptional serviceI would highly recommend Four Seasons Hotel in AtlantaMake sure to visit the botanical garden which is 20 minutes walk from the hotel Or the public park 11 minutes walk

Everything about our experience was excellent The decor was impeccable The atmosphere was elegant, yet cozy

The rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable! The hotel manager could not have been more kind, hospitable and helpful To top it all off, the restaurant Fia in the bottom of the hotel was amazing and every single thing we ordered was beyond delicious This was our first time staying, but it will definitely not be our last! We cannot wait to come back!

Came in yesterday night from hearing all positive reviews about the outstanding service delivered by the French man I was exceptionally pleased by the service and overall presentation of the hotel Most of all, I got the most warming welcome from the front desk agent Godavious! He spoke about it being his second day but I couldn’t tell because he knew all nearby attractions, details about the overall hotel and an amazing sense of style! I’ll definitely be returning with my family this weekend!

We stay at a lot of hotels due to my husband’s career, and I like to leave very honest reviews This was a beautiful hotel It smells lovely everywhere you go and everyone was helpful and friendly

The valet service is incredible, specifically Patrick and one other gentleman (his name slips my mind but he has a beard! 🙂)—they were so great One recommendation is that the rooms aren’t that big for a big family and that isn’t on the hotel, that was on us; we have 5 children but we made it work with one room just fine The rooms are normal size, just get two rooms if you have a bigger crowd and prefer more space We stayed for 5 nights and it was great! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amy Gallagher

Wow WOW WOW WOW what an amazing hotel Stayed for 2 nights (wish I could’ve stayed longer) and everything from check-in to the water pressure in the shower was seamless I absolutely loved staying here

The decor was so cool, the staff were just amazing and just the overall experience was top notch I will to the end of days refer your hotel to anyone I know that’s going to ATL Thank you so much for the great stay! It’s hotels like this that make me love traveling 🥰

Nicole Roufs

Love love loved this hotel! Prob my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in The decor is beautiful-that in itself is worth a trip here! The rooms are perfect (They give you water in your room as well-such a bonus!) ♥️ The staff is amazing-like truly

Every person we came in contact with was so friendly They genuinely are nice people who care and you don’t feel like they are just doing the “job” only little thing was the restaurant was a tad slow and felt unorganized but def not enough to keep me from coming back! Def hope to visit again soon!!

Really nice hotel, in a great location It is central to the Georgia Aquarium, Coca-cola, and the college football hall of fame They are all within walking distance of the hotel

The room I had was very clean and spacious Also the price was excellent for downtown My only complaint about my stay with is a big concern was it is $45 a night to park your car at the hotel and there is very limited (all most none) parking options other than that So be prepared to get gouged on parking prices Other than that enjoyed my stay

majena groomes

I always look for an Embassy Suites when my family travels The rooms/suites are larger than most and it accommodates us much better than a smaller space The prices are very compatible with even the smaller hotel rooms in the area

The breakfast saves you volumes of money and this hotel kept everything hot and fresh The staff from arrival of valet parking to check in check put and housekeeping was FABULOUS! I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN! So many activities and amenities within walking distance as well as Starbucks and Ruth Chris on the premises FABULOUS STAY!

Teresa M. Young

Southern hospitality is alive and well here, the smiles and service never stopped Our event was hosted here, and it was stellar – any event planner knows that the AV system must be good (this one was great!) and the Sales and Catering manager must be responsive (she was amazing!) With the teams behind the scenes, the incredibly clean room, the free (bountiful hot breakfast), I was extremely satisfied! And guess what? The ballrooms were not too hot nor too cold – that is rare! Thank you, Embassy Suites Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park team!!

Room was spacious and clean, we enjoyed staying at this hotel There was coffee ready very early in the morning The best part of our experiment was the staff

We were having flight issues of trying to get home for 2 days at this point and booked last second at midnight with the corporate team and they had an issue with our reservation We were so drained and Bobby and the rest of the staff worked hard to find us a room, showed us kindness and made us laugh We enjoyed the room but the staff alone would lead us to recommend and want to stay at this hotel again They really made us feel comfortable and at ease

Love Staybridge They had their usual night guest buffet on Wednesday We had been driving all day got in 1 minute before they closed it

Lucky the desk clerk said go in they are holding it open for you Wow what a nice gesture Buffet person in charge, Oz, was gracious & friendly didn’t act like it was an annoyance Chatted with us for a while & incidentally the carnitas were so yummy We were so happy to not have to get back in the car & go find something to eat Thank you & our room was great as well

The front desk staff did not greet us He seemed to be doing his homework in the corner Got up and looked at us like he forgot what his job was

The the hotel is old and dirty They are not cleaning these rooms Check out pictures The pool was closed due to “Covid” I’m like okay every pool in America is open now are you serious The rooms and building is falling apart This hotel needs more than a face lift

Check-in on 5/20 at approx 12:30am was awesome Ariel was very courteous, friendly, helpful and informative Had a little issue with my U-haul move and her advice and help saved me a lot of head ache

The 418 sq-ft room is a little small for a family of 4 but it was clean and organized We got a high floor and a great view as requestedThe complimentary breakfast was great and the ladies we very friendly and welcoming Hope its not like another hotel I stayed at that only had the same breakfast every morningParking is a little expensive $32 a day As a guest it sucks but as a business man it makes financial senseHere for an extended stay, will either update this if possible or create a new one as time goes onLocated about 15 miles from the airport

I had a really good time at this hotel It was so clean, elegant, and peaceful I felt completely safe

The shower, bed, and pillows were amazing The room was so comfortable It was as if my soul was being gently rocked like a baby The grey color scheme in the hallway created a cozy soothing atmosphere I think this is where I am going to stay every time I come to Atlanta This is the first hotel I’ve been to since May 2020 What a great experience for easing me back into travelling with a sense of normalcy since the pandemic Walter & Vincent were the most pleasant and attentive front desk personnel I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering The valet staff was so friendlyI didn’t even mind that they had to readjust my seat!😆 Sorry, not too many photos I was too busy soaking in the awesomeness of the experience

I had such a wonderful stay at the downtown Hotel Indigo Consider this a 5-star hotel The entire place is incredibly clean, the rooms and bathroom lighting are as good as it gets, and the bed was extremely comfortable

To top it off, all of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay painless Sweet Thomas from the front desk even gave me a piece of pizza while I was waiting for my ride Incredible experience here and will definitely be back!

Today our party of 6 went to the Easter Brunch at the St Regis This was our first time trying this holiday brunch as we normally go to the Four Seasons

The pros are the atmosphere, service, and entertainment But the lack of choices of food selections, especially of breakfast items, main entrees, and sides were probably the least amount of any major holiday brunch I have been to in Atlanta in 35 years For breakfast options they had an omelette station No pancakes, no waffles, no Eggs Benedict, etc For entrees it was lamb or chicken One on one side of the ballroom and one on the other No ham, prime rib or beef tenderloin or fish like halibut or salmon They did have a cold seafood bar which was very nice but that was the extent of the seafood besides a couple selections in the sushi area Also there were no side dishes of pasta or any pasta type station Lastly there was not a great selection of desserts and none blew you away…but the large chocolate egg on display was beautiful Bottom line at $250 per person this Easter Brunch should’ve been lights out with the food the star of the show but it was the most lackluster part of the whole brunch

Candyland Designs

The scones were the best I’ve ever had especially paired with the lemon cream The vanilla cherry tea was perfection as were their organic honey pots The tiered server with the sandwich and dessert selections was super cute and our waitress Jasmine was very perceptive and extremely accommodating

It was a beautiful afternoon tea!

The good: Clean room in general Decent location Great last-minute pricing

Good customer service The not so great: You can tell some updates have been done, but certain things about the room show its age The shower was a little moldyThe indoor pool was much smaller than expected, and that entire area was kind of gross The drain on the pool deck was full of hair and the room seemed like no one had bothered to clean it in a very long while

Susana Walas

Overpriced & Poor ServicePlease, please, please save your money and take your business elsewhere I booked a room for one night with a romantic package for my birthday and I was so disappointed from beginning to endFirst, the website listed the romantic package as a bottle of champagne along with breakfast served to your room

LIES! The champagne was a very very cheep bottle of J Roget Extra dry champagne (valued at $499 at our local store) and breakfast is a voucher that is used downstairs at the buffet style cafe And no one even bothered to give us the vouchers even after we asked several times and was told that we “should have” received it at check in We just got the constant run aroundSecond, the hotel room was So So So small And the bathroom shower had mold in the tiles The room fixtures where covered in dust and the phone was broken This was a motel quality room at best Our view was nonexistent (a building with a parking lot)Lastly, customer service is the worst Front desk hardly never answers and all the employees seems to be having a bad dayWe have stayed at many hotel in Atlanta and was so excited to visit the Westin My birthday was ruined and my money wasted Please heed my warning and take your business somewhere else

We had a great stay here Room was decent Staff was very nice! One thing I forgot to ask about was Parking

They offer valet and self parking I’m sure you can find a garage yourself to save a bit of money on Parking if you want Valet was only 5 or 10 dollars more than the self park in their garageOverall I would come back Lots to see and do within walking/few mins drive

Blown away by this hotel! It’s so clean, family-friendly, and in a great location The rooms are spacious and the beds are pretty comfy (not the best but comfortable enough for a few days) All the staff from valet to check-out were incredibly kind

The gym is great and machines are new The treadmills are awesome! The pool is perfect for younger kids and only goes up to about 3’10” We didn’t try the restaurant but everything smelled great when we walked byThe only cons are no vending machines or grab-and-go snack options and the rooftop bar means weekend nights get a little crazy in the lobby as people come and go so the elevators take a little longerWe will absolutely stay here again!

Shenika Crowell

My husband and I loved the modern look and feel of the facility The shower was absolutely awesome 👌🏽 We enjoyed the convenience to Lenox Mall and other Buckhead locations They need microwaves in the room or at least have some accessible

I would’ve given the hotel 5 stars but i had to eat cold leftovers I would like to shout out front desk staff Brandon for his professionalism Last but definitely NOT least, The Centric has the best bartender in Buckhead!!! Lori was just what we needed to get our evening started!

Emily McSherry

My daughter and I stayed here last night on a quick mother/daughter bonding tripThe hotel was easy to find It is directly across the street from Lenox Square and a five minute walk to Lenox Marta station

The valet is worth the $40 Both attendants were superb! The check-in was friendly and we were allowed to check-in at 1pm instead of 4pmOur room was immaculate, modern, and well appointedWe didn’t eat at either of the restaurants at the hotel, but they were beautiful and the menu looked greatI definitely recommend this hotelWe will be back

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel They compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in the area

I have been staying here for years If you choose this place you will love it I’m sure! The front desk staff are amazing and super friendly! This W hotel definitely needs a renovation, especially inside the rooms/hallways but the exceptional front desk staff made up for itLocation is great for tourist attractions like the aquarium/ Coca Cola world but if you’re looking for walkable shops and restaurants I prefer to stay in midtownThank you for a great stay!

Jen V.

If you’re into a retro contemporary hotel the the W Atlanta is the place to be! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful The rooms, eh

the purple and gray colors were interesting The bed was comfy The shower, all though sleek and modern, needed a door to prevent the water from splashing out on the floor The rooftop pool was fantastic! The food and drinks were good but way over priced, so be prepared to pay All in all, a great stay and would recommend

Angela Froning

I was super disappointed The rooms are really showing signs of age The hotel does not get the traffic it used to on the weekend

I booked a staycation because this used to be a great nightlife spot I was the only person in the bar/restaurant besides someone who was visiting the bartender and she kept disappearing to spend time with him Before checkout, I went to get breakfast and had a bizarre confrontation with someone who works in the kitchen And then waited a very, very long time on my food because they are short staffed Funny how my pricing reflected a full staff Over all, there were about 2x as much staff as guests which is crazy to see and yet no one has any desire to do anything besides just stand behind a desk Oh and the pool area – the once gem of this place – completely run down For $180 a night I may have given 3 stars but for $300+, I was just ripped off Kicker is, I can’t even leave this review on Marriott because I wasn’t “invited” to leave a review Really, Marriott?

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a resort This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be disappointedWonderful hotel chain with great amenities Courteous managers, receptionist, and employees; they all in their different roles provided superb customer care, I would definitely come back I enjoyed the restaurant’s atmosphere and service; as well as dining Again great hotel chain and service

Everything one might expect from a Marriott Suites A great location in midtown Welcoming and efficient staff

Spacious rooms An ample bar and restaurant And a small shop for snacks and toiletries Network systems function There is no pool There is a decently sized garage This property sits alongside three others in the Marriott portfolio Two are relatively new mid market properties sporting a contemporary design, while the Four Seasons is in a class of its own This Marriott Suites could be great It’s a traditional business hotel that is in need of an update Investments in new public area and room decor and furniture would put this property at the top of my list

Elizabeth Tam

The rooms at the Atlanta Marriott Suites Midtown are a good size, but the decor is bit dated The bathroom configuration was a bit strange, the toilet, shower and tub were in one room and sink in another, with additional doors leading to the living room and bedroom, this was fine, but very noisy and they were sliding doorsThe location was very convenient and close to restaurants and Colony Square
