Hotel accommodations were wonderful However the family above us kept letting their children jump off the bed onto the floor and had TV up so loud we could hear it Called front desk 3 times and even though “security” was sent up the disturbance continued

When asked to be moved to another room we were told that was not an option Hotel staff could clearly have cared less, but the room itself was nice I would know, I was up literally all night and got to look at it in great detail

Raquel Seymone

Well appointed suites great for short term stays Conveniently located in Ritchie Station so it’s surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and retailSufficient on site parking with roaming security

Housekeeping is only available every 4th night I extended my stay by one additional night for a total of 5 nights but was told I couldn’t get housekeeping because my original stay wasn’t 4 nights Very Disappointed in how that was handled, but overall the staff I encountered at check in and throughout the stay was kind and professional

Mic Warren

Some of the people were great but some just don’t seem to care, we told them many times while we were there that our room smelled of smoke and one of the nice people brought us an air freshener It helped a little bit but we found that the smell came back over and over again, we found that the smell was embedded in all the fabric of the room and the vents were filled with tar (dripped out when wet), they didn’t do anything or switch our room so we moved to a different hotel completely

The Capital Hills Flats studio I had was great and perfect for what I needed on my first trip to DCRoom: The studio was clean, modern and included a very comfortable bed, a kitchenette, plenty closet space, good sized bathroom with tub, and a nice writing desk that viewed the cute neighborhood The kitchenette included dishes, silverware, a Kuereg coffee machine, etc

Location: The flat was walking distance from the Capitol and National Mall Everyday of my stay I was easily able to walk to all the different museums, memorials and monuments Also, it is not far from Trader Joe’s or CVS if you need to pick up some snacks or maybe thing you may have forgotten or need On the way there, you can pass by other local shops and boutiquesOther Accommodations: Laundry machines and detergent are available for use in the basement This was very convienient, especially for those that don’t want to pack a lot of clothes Your own hamper was provided as well in your roomLastly, the staff was very accommodating and was willing to assist me in any questions or requests I hadTo conclude, I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit DC

This place is tucked away in a great location The staff were very friendly and accommodating I can’t express how much nice of a place this hotel is

BUT, we either had bad luck or they were that badWe were given our room and we drive to our area and it was poorly lit We get to our room and it’s very hot The AC unit was broken and obviously needed maintenance as the cover wasn’t on I called down and we were quickly updated to a nicer room While we were happy about the accommodation, there was really no benefit to us because we just needed a nice room and bed So getting a kitchen was a nice upgrade, however, we didn’t expect the refrigerator to make a loud screeching sound like a mouse was dying every TWO HOURS On the day of checkout, I showed the video to the people at the desk to which they were going to have someone remove the fridge They gave us a free night but it should’ve been freeFlute, maybe I’d try them again but if it’s another bad experience, I’d definitely go next door to the HiltonAnd I still have the video

Sean Wolfe

I was hopeful for this location, but the rooms are old and need maintenance When I got to my room, it was 94 degrees inside with the a/c blasting hot air Went back to the reception desk, they in turn sent maintenance with a receptionist and returned to say the problem has been fixed

I go to room, still 94 degrees in there and the air blowing out of the vents is cool It took hours to cool off like 8 of them No other rooms available either Then it’s either a sauna or an ice box as the thermostat doesn’t regulate the temp, it’s either on or off Then the broken dressers (handles, rails, stains) TV with satellite seriously, who watches satellite or cable anymore? The furniture was so old and worn in you feel every boars and nail there is The bed was worn out to with a valley in it you just can’t avoid never again at this location To be fair, the staff is good and nice, but can only do so much

Jessica Gadson

Not just great customer service but Exceptional Customer Service!!!! Wendy Williams was absolutely amazing like a breath of fresh air after our flight from Atlanta The room was very clean and tidy I was nauseated and Wendy went out of her way to leave me some ginger ale on my door

I wasn’t aware of the extra fee on my card but a simple visit to the front desk cleared that up Great customer service will clear up any negative reviews as we all know people write more negative reviews than positive I don’t go out of my way to write reviews however Wendy’s service speaks volumes! Thank you for exceptional customer service!

We fell in love with this gem immediately upon stepping out of the car Spectacular views of the bay Beautifully maintained garden trails

Pool and private beach (beware it’s jellyfish season) Our room was small but comfortable and we enjoyed our private hot tub every evening! The market across the street is convenient but our sandwiches were disappointing Ketch22, the restaurant on site has a great happy hour where we enjoyed cocktails every day Finally, the 5 minute drive into the towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach allows for convenient shopping and additional wonderful restaurants! We are looking forward to our next visit…the best part being we only live 20 minutes away!!

I don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want more people to take the room we always stay in, kidding The inn at Harrington harbor it has to be the most quintessential relaxing Beach vacation in the northern Maryland Virginia area The staff is ultra friendly the rooms are extremely neat and clean and quiet and the beach water is perfect for the kids

I absolutely love taking my family here for a one or two nights stay once a month The local eateries are phenomenal too especially the bait and tackle shop across the street which has phenomenal crab cakes Catch 22 behind the inn is also phenomenal for drinks and food and pool time I cannot recommend this place enough! The inn at Harrington harbor has become our summer retreat over outer Banks and Ocean City Looking forward to our next day at the beach! The Sinclair family

The food was good and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable I so enjoyed staying here and had such an excellent experience The front desk workers even knew my name after a while and were such a pleasure to interact with The housekeeping staff was equally pleasant and did a great job This is the perfect place to stay both short and long term 11/10 🙂

Beth Bailey

We had a 2 bedroom suite (King + 2 Queens) It was convenient to DC The service (of the front desk staff and those in breakfast/evening social) was quality

Pros: plenty of room for my 5 kids, full fridge & counter in room, some basic cooking things, shower for parents & tub shower for kids, doors to bedrooms, clean upon arrival, front desk staff was nice, mini waffles at breakfastCons: furniture & things had wear (rip in couch arm, non-functional can opener), tiny cooktop, didn’t know we had to request housekeeping to get fresh towels and empty trashService only down a star because they didn’t tell us housekeeping required a request (This is a new, common thing, but we haven’t traveled much since covid and didn’t know)

This was the worst hotel stay of my life It’s supposedly a 3-star hotel, but don’t believe the picturesThe rooms have an old, unclean feel with creepy 19th century portraits on the walls

My room in particular seemed okay at first glance, but then I noticed the ants–there were dozens traveling to and from a piece of chicken from a previous guest It was disgusting On top of this, the coffeemaker was not working I told the front desk staff (whose names I didn’t catch), requested a room cleaning, and a new coffee machine They took no action, but I’m a fairly patient person so I issued another request for help before I eventually got spray from staff member Chris and exterminated the ants myselfAfter seeing all of this, one sympathetic staff member, Miriam, told me the conditions of my stay were “unacceptable” and that she would talk to her manager The following morning before it was time to check out, I tried to take a shower I had broken a sweat from a work out and had to catch an early train so I needed to get going, but my shower wasn’t working Katherine, the staff member, said they had no engineer on hand to fix it I asked if I could use another shower because I really needed to go Katherine then sent me to a recently vacated, unclean room to shower in The room was a mess and there was a cash tip on the sheets for hotel cleaning staff This was extremely unsanitary, and I couldn’t believe they did this during a global pandemic Their excuse was that they were fully booked I did not shower and was gross for the rest of the day until I checked into another hotelAfter all of this horrible treatment, I was brought to tears Still, they gave me no compensation for my horrible stay Nothing came of Miriam’s talk with her manager or my requests for support through my booking agent Bookingcom OVERALL THOUGHTS: I would not book here unless you want to risk paying hundreds of dollars for an unclean, old room and unfeeling hotel staff

Reanne Anthony

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights while visiting from the UK on businessI really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and spacious The hotel was very peaceful and I was able to both work and relax when needed

The bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendlyThe shuttle bus was very handy and made travelling so much easier I would absolutely stay againThank you to all the staff I met

Edgardo Zelaya

Came for casino experience only as part of a birthday getaway The GPS directions were a little weird but got us there Valet parking was prompt & only steps away from the casino entrance

We were carded & then on our way The atmosphere was lively for early Friday evening, drinks were plentiful, staff was pleasant & helpful, bathrooms were spotless My girlfriend plays the tables, blackjack & war, while I hit the slots & then joined her later for a $25 minimum war table The slots were stingy but I managed to hit enough to break even The tables were about the same, but eventually hit a streak at war & walked away several hundred on the plus side Some of the dealers seemed new, but no issues Masks were optional & social distancing wasn’t observed I was thrilled to find this casino is smoke-free! I would return here for sure

Jamila Abdulkadir

This is where I come to when I wanna feel luxurious! 😝 It’s a great spot to spend the day with family Lots of nice restaurants and bars at night 🍹🍸I really like the decorative themes they have close to the Casino 🎰 area and next to one of my favorite restaurants, Ginger

🍲There’s also lots of outdoor space to just enjoy the view of the national harbor area 🎡

Christina Grimes

So I can only speak on the Casino and the hotel lobby Security was pleasant upon entering I love a casino with a signature scent in the air

The Casino is pretty large with a nice variety of machines I only wish I saw more drink servers, I sat in a section for at least 30 minutes and did not see a serverThe lobby was beautiful, I enjoyed the installation Will definitely come back to play and hopefully stay next time

I was disappointed because I requested a ground floor 2 bedroom suite over two weeks ago, because I had my 101 year old aunt with me I had to get a 2 bedroom suite upstairs and that meat my 101 year old aunt had to climb all 15 + steps She did it but it was bit much for her

They offered me two studios on the first floor to separate us but I told her noAfter I took the suite upstairs my vacation went wellThis place is very nice, just wished they were more accommodating for older adults especially if you requested the accommodations ahead of timeBreakfast was delicious Room was great, beds were very comfortable

Tope Alake

Positives: The studio suite was very spacious with a comfortable sofa, large working table, and nice dining area It is well equipped with cooking utensils and a nice kitchen You can cook comfortably if you want

The room is large enough for a group of four Even though the breakfast options are limited, you can take your food to your room to eat later Brown envelopes and foil wraps provided make it easy to do soNegatives: The toilet was clogged, when I called to report it and I was asked to come and pick a plunger from the front desk to fix it myself! How awful Housekeeping is not everyday The towels and bedsheet are rough and old It would have been better if the sheets were ironed There was a thick cobweb by the entrance of the studio suit I stayed in Cleaning is not properly done Breakfast options limited

My husband and I stayed here after a concert at Nationals Park You can’t beat the location if that’s your destination, BTW We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in the Hilton group over the years, and this is easily the nicest Hampton Inn we’ve ever visited

The room was beautiful, and very comfotable and clean The use of space is smart and interesting We had tons of towels, and plenty of super hot water The staff was great– we were able to check in early despite the intense rush Breakfast was pretty standard for Hampton Inn offerings, but it was well done, with plenty of gluten free options for me Obviously the hotel is working with space constraints when it comes to parking and seating in the lobby for breakfast– but it’s in the middle of the city, what can you expect? We were able to find on street parking directly across the street from the lobby, and it ended up being more affordable than valet service All in all, this was an excellent experience and we enjoyed it very much

Serene Says

Better than I expected Rooms were spacious and clean Get a room with the stadium view

Excellent views! Quiet atmosphere and cozy feel Staff was all friendly and welcomingBreakfast was average, plentiful Parking was $55/night plus tax with valet only There’s a lot right across the street that was MUCH cheaper and very accessible Use it! Pic of the parking lot from my floor is attached to this review The rooftop bar and grille were only worth visiting if you want to take in the nice views and chill atmosphere The food was HORRIBLE It was like eating microwaved elementary school lunchables! The drinks were extremely watered down There are plenty of restaurants right next to the hotel to eat at Don’t waste your time or money there The restaurant is the sole reason I gave this location 4 stars

Eugene Mosley

This place is a wonderful location The Customer Service at the Front Desk were so Kind & Helpful Especially Neutral & the other Lady that was working doing my check in & out! I apologize for not remembering her Name🤯

So Caring & HelpfulThe Guy who was the Sunday morning as I checked out was a 3 out of 10 He’s disposition was very unprofessional! I asked about retrieving our cars from valet and his tone was as if I didn’t understand what he was saying I didn’t like him and hope to never have to deal again at any Hilton property! Thanks again Hilton for an Amazing Stay💎

Great place and reasonable price Decided to use our points, if you stay for 4 days, the fifth day is free We had a studio with a queen bed

Good room size with a comfortable lounge chair, table for reading, computers or office works if you are virtually working/ studying It has a kitchen and nice size bathroom and closets Room clean, well maintained and organized Another great thing is they offer free breakfast The foods are packed in its original container so you can be assured it’s safe

Ms. J.

Every staff member I encountered during my stay was pleasant & professional I stayed for a month due to being flooded out of my home There is a Security Guard on the premises overnight

There was moderate noise at times from families with children staying on the 1st floorThe continental breakfast reflects the impact of the pandemic with “pre-packaged to-go” items & belgian waffles are added on the weekend Be prepared to take breakfast back to your room due to very limited seatingThe waffles & spinach & cheese omelettes were delicious!!The only issue I noticed was this location promotes deep sanitizing but it wasn’t evident in the room(s) I stayed in So glad that I brought my own cleaning products It wasn’t horrible so I didn’t bring it to management’s attention & just chose to sanitize things myselfOverall, my needs were minimal & the few requests that I made were quickly fulfilled I was just glad to have safe shelter from being displaced I would be a return customer if needed Forgot to take photos

Overall good experience The hotel was modern and clean The room was a bit small, but very comfortable and clean

My only dislike was the need for a reservation for the pool, by the time I checked-in all timeslots were taken so that was a bummer Plenty of parking Staff was niceThe location was great Near a mall and plenty of restaurants

I can confidently say I can review this hotel with vast insight My family and I called this home for 4 months while traveling for work This was an amazing hotel with the best staff you could ever hope to get

Not only was the stay amazing, the experience was out of this worldThe rooms were of good size, we started in a room with two beds and ended up wanting a little more play space for our son so we requested a different room We were brought up to the floor and shown a few different rooms to choose from We chose a room that offered more of what we wanted and were very happy with the choice for the rest of our stay We found that the entire hotel stayed very clean and tidy The hotel offered many amenities including a laundry room which saved us a lot of hassle and time Our son LOVED the indoor pool and spa The hotel gym was not used as much as it should have been by us but it was very nicely laid out and offered many machines to choose from As for the hotel restaurant, we mostly took advantage of weekend breakfast which never disappointed My wife liked to grab a Togo breakfast and coffee before work and raved about how accommodating the staff was I truthfully believe we knew every face of every staff member before our check out and we had zero complaints with any of them They all were amazing The staff went above and beyond with our son and even invited us to a WONDERFUL Christmas party where the big man in red himself showed up ( Thank y’all so much for this, it meant more than you could ever know!) While there for four months, we only had one opportunity that needed the staffs attention, our electronic lock on our door failed and we got locked out The engineering staff took wonderful care of us and knocked out the problem instantly Truthfully it was no inconvenience due to the wonderful attitudes of the gentlemen who fixed everything The hotel is VERY convenient to literally anything you could ever need Restaurants, malls, grocery stores, you name it and you are no more than 10 mins awayI can only hope our next hotel is half as good as our crown plaza stay Thank you for the amazing experience Crown Plaza Annapolis, we hope to visit you again someday!

James Ortegaz

The hotel is nice and clean And house keeping was amazing But reading the reviews on here I see it a common this to be told that your stay comes with breakfast, and be denied breakfast on my visit! I spent over $400 for 2 nights (Saturday & Sunday)

I understand Saturday is a premium rate day but Sunday the hotel was empty So I don’t understand when I brought it to the front desk attention all they can say is I have to spend more money for breakfast! Smh

Outstanding 11pm to 7am Desk Staff The young gentleman was quick to get us what we needed when we arrived to check-in around 1am He was very polite in offering me assistance while being very attentive to the pain caused by my disability

His kindness in helping us during our stay, as well as getting us checked in quickly and efficiently helped tremendously Really enjoyed our stayI lived in Chesapeake Beach for 20 years , up until 2010 Returning to town, I was shocked by changes made to this small sleepy Beach town It’s becoming to big, over sold, over built up, then an eye sore of a parking garage ruined the entire backdrop to the town I brought my better half to see for the first time I know, changes are progress but still, the golden gem in the rough, now looks like tourist trap and gambling pit

It’s a nice bingo style casino The slots are not traditional slots, they are ‘tabs’ which is like a stack of predetermined lottery tickets It’s fun for a little while

The food is terrible but the drinks are pretty good The view of the bay from outside is incredible, shame they keep the windows shuttered up like a dark pit That’s the biggest downside It’s really grim inside

My Insurance company made housing arrangements while work was being performed on my home We stayed here for a month and a half The staff was outstanding from the front desk to housekeeping

It was me, my son and my daughter The room had a fold out bed which my son could use and my daughter took the other room I had the master bedroom with the attached bathroom The kids used the other bathroom with a tub A little wear and tear on the unit but overall it was clean We used the gym, pool, and basketball court I would have given 5 stars but took away a star due to the cabinet door coming off in the kitchen area

The room was well laid out and spacious I was left alone, and they had an ok breakfast They get a lower rating because they don’t deal with disruptive guests after a complaint is made

I had to deal with the room above me banging around for several hours because they were, “working out”, while I was trying to type up a report Next time tell them that you have a workout room

Very disappointing Despite being gold elite, we didn’t receive our upgrade We had only three towels despite reserving the room for 4 people

The bathroom door won’t lock, won’t even latch closed The room was not feather free like we requested because of an allergy, so at 9:30 at night I called and asked for feather free pillows and we were told we had to go to the front desk to get pillows However, most of the time there’s an away sign at the front desk The subway station is not a short walk like they advertise After being Marriott members for over a decade this was definitely one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had

We chose this hotel for our first visit to DC, and I would stay here a million times again Since the beginning the manager Angie was wonderful and accommodating She gave us exactly the room that we needed, and the rest of the staff was wonderful as well

The room was beautiful, very nicely furnished and with a very convenient kitchen with everything we could need to cook a good meal Breakfast was simple but just right, and the shuttle service was one of the most convenient amenities, besides the location We were exhausted after spending all day out, and coming back to the hotel was always a pleasure Thank you so much for being our home for 5 days, we will see you again next year!

Where do I start – I think the biggest reason is due to the maintenance person coming into our room He knocked and we were in bed – we jumped up and stated

we were coming My husband (in underwear only – barely dressed) stood up quickly as he was walking in The first response from the maintenance man was “why didn’t you say anything?” – when we said we did – he proceeded to COME IN!!! he had towels – I had on a light robe My husband told him to place the towels down in the kitchenette area He proceeded to walk past him and set them on the table – my husband had to stand in front of him because he was trying to see me! He then started saying “ok, so that is 4 towels for room blah blah blah” – I felt totally violated and unsafe! I wanted to leave!!! After my husband reassured me – because he was trying to keep his cool – we finally felt better We placed the dead bolt on the door and then there was another knock! This knock was housekeeping We again, told them we were in the room – but apparently she didn’t hear us and started walking in! Thank goodness we had the dead bolt on at this time This time we called and complained They told us they would take $40 off the roomThe room was not the cleanest The chair had a ton of stains on it and the pillowcase had a stain on it The only reason the score isn’t lower is because the front desk ladies were nice and the hotel was at a great location to the event we went to I will never stay again though

If or when I return to DC, THIS is where I will stay

There are so many praises I could give this hotel From being able to cook (electric stove) and use a dishwasher, to the availability of a standard top/freezer refrigerator, the hotel even offered breakfast meals every morning and not just fruit and cereal, but eggs, potatoes, sausage, french toast sticks, danishes, juice, (it really depended on the day) On top of what I just mentioned, the staff is lovely and responsive to any issues The knobs were not turning on the stove and after informing the concierge, it LITERALLY took them ONLY 35 mins to respond (as I timed them) To me, in a hotel this large, THAT IS FAST!!! I will recommend all of my friends to stay at this hotel!
